People are friendly but this is not why we go there. 1) Asked them to replace windshield wipers, not done. 2) Asked for the preventative maintenance service, got a regular oil change and tire rotation. 3) They marked red for replacement of in-cabin microfilter, was not replaced. 4) Air conditioner in vehicle was taking a while to get cold so we had them check the air conditioner and paid for a diagnostic check. Was told our compressor was no good and got a quote for $1354.00 for parts and labor on a vehicle that is only 3 years old. Not pleased.

First let me say I have always had my Nissian Versa serviced at this dealership, normally great: however today was not!! I carried my vehicle in this morning, June 25th, for oil change & tire rotation. Greeted proffessionally. Let me explain, on my vechile the front right tire has a bent rim & different brand of tire than my other 3. Oil changed, advised I needed a engine filter , ok! It was very busy. Ok at check out I noticed the front right tire with bent rim , no hub cap was still the same, so I questioned this and was resurred the tires where rotated. so I left doing errands, well the more I thought about this ,I decided to call the service center back & asked how was a tire rotation done, I was told that only the tires were whiched, not the rim & tire, I thought very strange. So I went out & checked my tires, the same front right tire & rim was still there, well by now I 'm questioning was any work done correctly , so I had to go back , aggravated & felt mislead! Once I returned I was told a different process of a tire rorated, that the rim& tire where whiched? Mmm I thought, then why is my bent rim & tire still on the right front, so I was taken back into the shop area where 4 employees stated the tires had been rotated, can't be I said, I also asked to see the new engine filter, due at this time I felt taken advantage off, so I was asked to wait so the tires could be rorated, I tried to watch, but unable to see my vechile, while waiting I was still very aggravated, so I asked the service lady, If any adjustment could be given, due to incomplete work, incovience and aggravation, she stated I would have to contact the Manager, meaning more aggravation & my time! Still do not feel confident if all 4 tires were rotated. if it wasn't for customers and returning customers that feel confident in the service, What Would Happen?

I had been working with another dealership to purchase a similar vehicle for a day and a half. I called Gray Daniels Nissan North to inquire about this 2012 Dodge RAM 1500 Big Horn 4X4. The sales lady asked if I could come by and take a test drive and I said I'll be about 10 min. She had the truck ready when I got there, made the appraisal on my trade and I accepted the deal. I was on my way with my new to me, vehicle in less than an hour. That's the way to do business.

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima and the salesman was very helpful and has good working relations with the service department and technicians who try to please the customer. I purchased the car after using a loaner that was just the color my wife had wanted. I had to convince her to look at another one .I was not quite ready but she wanted it right then and they made it happen. Did online research on internet and completed online choice. Within hours, I got a call from Gray-Daniels and was provided more details on purchase. I have had my Nissan serviced there a few times. Service on site was lovely. HOWEVER, they called me repeatedly afterward, emailed me several times, called my family trying to get me to encourage me review my experience there. They flat out said the person who helped me needed my review to continue employment. I can understand the helpfulness of customer reviews or surveys but do not harass your customers and make your employees jobs dependant. Before this I made the mistake of telling them how little miles my 2008 Nissan has on it. I finally put Nissian sales number in my phone so I could quit answering calls about both. This morning after another call I finally blocked the number. THEN this afternoon I get a call from a 662 Memphis number and its grey Daniels Nissian!!!!!!!!!!!! LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS ALONE. I hope an employee reads this so they can restructure their business strategy.

After a not-so-great experience at a different Nissan dealership in Louisiana, my visit to Gray-Daniels was a pleasant one. Taking advantage of Internet shopping and Black Friday deals, I was able to find the exact truck I was looking for, and pay about the price I was looking to pay. The salespeople were a pleasure to work with and were authentically treating me as they would want to be treated. When trying to register the vehicle in Louisiana, I learned that I needed a few extra pieces of paperwork from the dealership - they were over-nighted to me on the dealer's dime. Have already recommended the dealership and salesman to a friend who is entering the car-buying market.

I drive for a living and was in Jackson when my 2008 Rogue broke down. I had it towed to the nearest Dealership, which was Gray Daniels. I was treated so well, I bought a 2013 Rogue and drove it home to Gulfport that night. I always go back for service any time I am in Jackson and have the time. Gray Daniels is superior in the "Customer Service Department". They know I only have a limited time for service and will tell me if they can get me in that day. The friendliness and camaraderie among the employees is extremely good. Mr. Maurice sold me the new car and was so patient with me that night while I made the final decision. I tell everyone about how great this dealership is. I have been to MANY Nissan dealerships in MS, LA, TN, and AL. I will unequivocally say none has the professionalism and friendliness that Gray Daniels has. I only wish I lived closer to them so could use them all the time. Simona and Derek make me feel right at home.

Larry was an awesome salesman to work with. He went out of his way and worked so hard to make the sale work for me. I was however disappointed when my used vehicle's brakes started making a loud knocking noise and my air conditioning started going in and out, all within two weeks of purchasing the car. I was assured before my purchase that the vehicle was in excellent condition with no problems. When I called to check on this I was told they could check into it but it would cost me. I understand that I purchased a vehicle with no warranty but I do expect that when I spend nearly $20,000 on a car it should not have major problems before I even have a tag on it! I love my car but it's very upsetting to think of all the money I will be spending in the next few months to repair the problems.

They were very accomadating and worked with me to get the best price possible and to get me the particular model I wanted. Each time I go for service, I never see the same person. There is a tremendous turnover in personnel. The only person I recognize is an elderly black man who brings your car around -- and is most courteous. Being a female and not knowing a lot about cars, it is important to me to have someone that I feel I know and can trust.

Left the car for a oil change and was call on the phone about other services that was needed a told the sale person that no thanks at this time. Ask if they could check the tire light on in the car noted that he would. There was no return call about the light and the light still was on and there was no note that I even ask about the light on the things that they wanted to charge for battery needed cleaning and the water jug was crack. You take your car for services and ask for a job when will people do what you want and not just what they want to sell you of there services. Oil change was done but they also over charge that ok it was better they doing it myself next time pricing upfront.

Bought a new 2014 Altima SL - loaded. The Good - After test driving various brands, and several Altima's from the dealers inventory with the help of our sales rep Darron Milsap. I picked the exact combination of options (pretty easy to do). I then asked Darron to find "the car" and quote a price. The buying process was delightful, it was principally done through email, with a final phone call to close the deal. The pricing was very competitive (I had several out of state dealers "bidding" on the model I was interested in"). Darron spent a lot of time with my wife in explaining the various features of the car. The purchase/finance paperwork, was pretty straightforward and quick. No high pressure to buy "additional insurance". The service personnel (to fix the factory issues) were professional, courteous, and responsive to all questions (see below).The Bad - The initial quality "out the factory" was suspect. There was a rattle in the overhead moonroof (which we did not notice in other Altimas we test drove), in addition, the floor blower on the Heat setting did not function. I had to bring the car in to fix these issues which they did quickly (I had a loaner car).In summary, Gray-Daniels and Darron were outstanding in their service. Unfortunately, they had to fix a few bugs "out the factory", and hopefully I will not have anymore, but it is nice to know that the Dealership stands behind their products.

When I phoned from Laurel, MS regarding a vehicle and the amount of money I was willing to pay, I was immediately encouraged by the dealer, CEdric Beal to drive to Jackson and they had a vehicle for my price range. Upon arriving i test drove the vehicle and agreed to purchase it. However, I was offered another deal on a new 2013 Altima and I was very pleased with the offer and drove off the lot with a new 2013 Nissan Altima!!! That was the second car lot of the morning I had visited and I had left the first one because of the not so good service. I really appreciate the friendly service I received from Mr. Beal over the telephone and in person. It made the hectic job of purchasing a vehicle a most pleasant experience. I found a used maxima i wanted and elliot was ready to sign papers within 5 minutes of me being there. My father kept calling me and he made the comment "tell him to quit calling you are doing this by yourself". The next day when i came back hoping to speak with a different sales rep. He approahes me while my father is with me and starts arguing about what they offered me for my trade in. U dont argue with a customer. That almost cost them a sale. But thankfully Rebecca was great to work with. She was friendly and genuine about wanting to help and Find the best deals for me. She was excellent and personable. Mike and Buddy were both very friendly and I appreciate all they did for me. I took my car to get a few things to get fixed that were promise to me upon sale of my vehicle. When I got it back there was little paint specks all over my car and a golf ball sized place on the front of my car where the paint had been chipped and they tried to cover it up. They had never informed me anything had happened to it and it looked terrible. It WILL be going back to get fixed.

I have had my new vehicle a bit shy of two weeks now and regret ever going to this dealership. Besides being misled by the salesperson (my mistake in trusting him in the first place) and finding out certain things about the vehicle I eventually purchased after the fact (specifically regarding quality, pricing and, in actuality, not receiving the best deal/rate based on my credit), there was a relatively simple problem with an aspect of the vehicle's appearance that took me THREE visits to get resolved. And even now as I type this I'm not confident is has been resolved. I guess I'll know soon. Oh, and I should mention one of those three visits entailed my sitting and waiting nearly an hour in vain for the sales rep (who was assisting me with getting the issue resolved) to return -- he had left the dealership despite the fact that he was supposed to be meeting with me at the scheduled time I arrived! (This was a second sales rep; the first one, my original rep, never bothered replying to the email I sent re: my issue the same weekend I purchased the car; thus, I got connected with the second sales rep when, frustrated, I called to request a manager days later). On the third visit I was given a loaner car to use temporarily while they worked yet again on the issue with my car. I had to actually go out of my way (to a specific designated gas station) to get gas for the loaner car since it was nearly empty. I didn't have to pay for the gas of course, but it would seem since they expected that I would be coming in to drop off my car/pick up a loaner, that this would have been taken care of -- especially given the circumstance (I was going through all of this due to something they had not taken care of initially), all the needless frustrations in attempting to get this resolved, etc. But no, I was expected to go fill the tank too.The non-responses to direct emails (re: both sales reps I've had contact with), lack of responses to emails I submitted using their online forms (which assure that someone will contact you within two business hours -- I have yet to receive a response to either of the two requests I submitted, one being over a week ago), lack of taking care of a simple issue in one visit (or, rather, lack of ensuring that a customer leaves the dealership on the day of purchase without anything wrong with a NEW vehicle), the waiting around (on my end), countless phone calls, and lack of consideration of my time...all of this within less than two weeks of having visited this dealership for the first time! I will most definitely not do business with this dealership ever again and will not be recommending it to friends, family, anyone.

I have all the great things to say about my experience at Gray Daniels. I was very very impressed with the service. I was offered a the college program even though I am about 7 to 8 months from graduation. The staff went through all chanels trying to accomplish this for me. However; I was not able to recieve this because I am over 6 months from graduation. Yes, I was glad to find out about this to which I never heard of the college program. I would definately wait until July to buy a car from Gray Daniels. However; I am not a rash person. I do not confront people at their mistakes. I would only like to express my feelings. I was taken off guard once the sale rep Kay Watkins (whom I had thought highly of because of her warm welcome) asked of the skin color differences of my sister and I. I thought that this was very inapproprate. I have heard this more than once because I am much darker than my sister who has a very light complextion. However; I had never recieved this from a professional. We were both offened and I thought to myself that I should leave the dealership along with my sister. Although I did not leave the dealership I have had this on my mind very often since that day. It brought up old childhood memories of how my family was looked upon because of our skin color differences. We are indeed a true family. My sibblings and I have the same parents. I just wish that because of an outward apperience that any comments should be made. I do not play the racial card to which I do hate so much. I am not easily offened in any case. However; in the fact that my sister had to hear of the comment because I was the one wishing to buy a car, I find this very inappropriate. I would most diffinately return to do business only for the great service. In any other cases, I do not find the sales rep. I had spoken to an attraction to the dealership's business.

Battery died on my 2010 murano 4 days after purchasing. Dealership accused me of leaving dome light on which I'm 100% positive I did not! Huge hassel trying to get new battery installed without out of pocket costs! Very disappointed. Mr. Brown to his credit was very nice and helpful throughout the process which was very appreciated. Robert (sales manager??) however was only nice when he was trying to make a sale. He made no apologies to me when I talked to him the morning after my newly purchased vehicle died and had the audacity to sound irritated with me!! Eventually I did get the new battery without any out of pocket cost but it should have been a no brainer!! Don't appreciate the hassel or Roberts attitude!!

Rental car policy was not explained very well. We purchased extended warranty. We thought a car was to be waiting on us when we arrived with appointment. However, that was not the case. Apparently, it takes 30 minutes to do so and then drive to Enterprise rental where we may wind up with lower valued car or van.We purchased a new 2012 Sports Maxima.Communication problems are present through phone switch board. Emails not returned or verified they were received. Voice calls are not returned.Very good experience at purchase time. No harm done but we live 70 miles away and we have to plan our trips and time off of work. It's very important for us to have things in order when we schedule an appointment.

Robert and the staff went the extra mile and provided us with exactly what we wanted at a better price and cheaper financing then the Brandon Gray-Daniels (which was a nightmare in itself but that will be another review)! From selection to financing to detailing .... we could not have been more pleased with the courteous and professional service we received. If you get a used vehicle from Gray Daniels please check the car out carefully even though the car fax say the vehicle has no problems. I was told the vehicle passed the inspection and in great condition...a 2006 Nissan Maxima. All struts and shocks had to be replaced after the sale so they must have hidden these conditions. The sales staff is courteous and professional and work hard to get the financing even in the worst situations. I appreciated that very much. The finance manager went an extra step to help with payments and warranty. My next vehicle will be a new vehicle from Gray Daniels because they really get people financed! Thanks Mr. Maurice Ellis for your patience also.

Coming away with a brand new Nissan Rogue was exactly what we wanted to do and we really went in wanting to buy instead of lease. It us worked well for us especially since we had already leased a Nissan Rogue for the previous 3.5 years. Thank you for making it a good experience. I have rated this dealer as good. We purchased a new vehicle and the dealer only had 1 key and no book for the car. I know they are working on getting this for us but as of yet they have not produced it. I had to call them about the items they did not call me. Had this incident not occurred or had been resolved by now this dealer would have gotten a great rating.

I really had a great ability to work with the good sales men at the dealer ship. I got the price I needed. I also got the car I had been looking at for a while. I'm waiting on them to get the my car brought in and in the mean time they are letting me use one until then. Yes I would be more than happy to tell anyone to come there and look at the cars and talk to the fine saleamen there.

I received very good service. I picked a car at first that had 140 miles with an exterior color of black, however, I really wanted an Ocean Grey exterior color with very little miles. Mr. Malone went out of his way to find the car that I wanted with even more features and only 10 miles; and the price was excellent. I enjoyed doing business with Gray Daniels Nissan North and will continue in the future.

The Brandon dealership....Have been messed around on this purchase for a month now. Can't get a tag for my vehicle because the dealership won't release the paperwork until they receive the money from the finance co. Won't buy from them again. It's been one inconvenience after another.

Great location under a new manager. I was in a hard situation with a vehicle that my wife was the co-signer on. It so happened that they found a way to help out with getting rid of that situation for us as well as putting us into a brand new Nissan that was every bit as nice as the vehcle we were in before. It took some doings on their end and a couple of trial and error work efforts to make this happen for us and all in a price range and pmt structure we could live with. I have no prior experience with this location but I must say, this location under new dealership management seems to be on top of the auto sales game and I would highly recommend checking it out. The fiance people were tops. the salesman, Robert is the best I have ever delt with when buying a car. one more little tid bit of information. by accident I left the keys to my personal vehicle in the car I traded in. It was after the location closed on Sat. night. I made a call and not only one but 3 Nissan North employees were at the gate waiting for me, after hours, to help me out, when I arrived at the dealership to recover my keys! One of which was the General manager. Now, you tell me! what other dealership do you know that will bend over backwards like that?? This dealership is like dealing with an inner circle of hell. First, it took me six hours on a Friday to reach a deal for a new Nissan Sentra. I leave with the car and they tell me that they will fax the paperwork to me so that I can get my title. The next week, they tell me that the bank won't give me the deal that we agreed on. They said that based on my financial information, even though I have an excellent credit rating which they knew about, I couldn't have the interest and months that I signed a contract for. Needless to say, after so much hassle and runaround, I returned the car. Absolute nightmare. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will rip you off.

This was my second trip to the dealership to purchase a vehicle in the past 16 months. (I purchased a new '10 Frontier the first time.) No longer needing a truck, Jill worked with me quickly and efficiently to get the best deal, not only on the new vehicle (Versa 1.8S) but on my trade-in as well. Within minutes, I was signing on the bottom line, in the manager's office to pay for the vehicle (I was pre-approved) and leaving with my car. Can't ask for it any better than that, and I used to sell cars myself!

This dealership ran an advertisement in a major Jackson, Ms news paper stating that it had "Guaranteed credit approval" and that if they couldn't get you approved they would give you $500.00 dollars this doesn't state in house financing. Under the Mississippi Motor Vehicle Commission, Regulation 4 vehicle advertising this is "False Advertising" untrue claims no dealer may use every one approve, guaranteed approval, or any similar words.<br>I was lied to by there employee's and was told that I was approved by Capital One finance, but yet I got to letter from this comany telling me my credit was denied! Beware .
