I first dealt with Fred who was honest about the happenings at the dealership & helped me set an appointment to get my vehicle worked on. I then met Michelle who was great in keeping me updated with all that was going on with my vehicle & dealing with my extended warranty company! All in all I had a great experience with the dealership & unfortunately due to recent storm Ida, I'll be back faster than I expected. Fingers crossed I have the same great experience!

If you’re looking for a GMC, go to Green Brook GMC and ask for Brandon. As we shopped for a car, we found Brandon to be incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and always available. He was consistent in his follow up and never pushy. He gave us space to do our research and comparison shop with other makes and models. Brandon knew what we were looking for and was very proactive in searching inventory, including at other dealerships, and letting us know as soon as something became available which met our criteria. The original dollar amount quoted to me was not acceptable. I am not saying it was wrong but it was not what I wanted to spend. Mike worked with his boss to make me happy. Hands down the best dealership I've ever been to. I leased my GMC Acadia in June 2017. Ernie is my salesman. When I first test drove the car, he stayed with me PAST closing and never even told me they were closing. He spent time with me, went over numbers with me. I came back to him about a month later to make it official. They worked with me and my personal situation. I was there a few hours that day, and came back a few days later to a squeaky clean vehicle. Over the last few years, whenever I come in for service/maintenance, it's been an easy, friendly process. When my lease was up last month, Ernie helped me again! Things had changed in my life, and after talking about it, we agreed that buying out the Acadia was my best option for now and he was able to help me with that. He alleviated a lot of my concerns and took care of everything with a smile. Ernie and the rest of the staff have been nothing but kind and considerate for the last 3+ years, and I intend on staying a loyal GMC customer because of them.

I have a 2016 gmc Sierra Denali whit 12000 miles in perfect condition I wanted to trade it in. they offerd me $40,000 on a $56,000 truck that is only 11 months old. when I approached a manager to tell him I was not satisfied with the offer he just started raising his voice and interrupting me and telling me that I don't know what I was talking about. It was so unprofessional I would never recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I recently brought a 2016 Buick Verano. Without an appointment I had to bring the car to service the next day because the tire pressure light came on. Mr. Tony Tiano politely squeezed me in on a full day. After inspection of tire, a nail was found in a spot of the tire that could not be fixed. Mr. Tiano worked things out that I did not have to pay for the brand new tire they placed on my new car. GMC service was excellent. Came in to have a recall from more than a year ago fixed. Something about bolts on the front seats. Receptionist in showroom was very courteous telling me about going around the building for service, I was met by a man at an outside desk and brought in to a service manager, was showed to the waiting room and told about the coffee and bagels, all in a professional way. I enjoyed the coffee and bagel and within 45 minutes my repair was made and I was on my way. Lovely surroundings and a very good experience

My SERVICE AIR BAG displayed on the odometer in addition to the indicator icon lamp appearing. This occurred on a Thursday night and stayed lit. I telephoned the Service Department and was told they had no appointments but that I could bring it in and wait. I arrived at 7:10 a.m. on Saturday morning without an appointment and the problem was corrected and I was on my way home before 9:00 a.m. THANK YOU!

I purchased my GMC Terrain in 2010 from Greenbrook GMC. They always handled my warranty repairs thoroughly and quickly. My car now has over 100,000 miles and needed out-of-warranty repairs. They always call me to tell me exactly what is wrong, and to ask me if I want to have it repaired. They even suggest lower cost repair options. Again, they fixed everything in a few hours, as all the parts were in stock. A few weeks later, my car still runs like a charm.

My experience went well. I arrived about 10 min early & was assisted as soon as I walked in the door.I had an oil change & some filters replaced & it took about 1 hour & 15 min which was the time I was told it would take. I asked if a wash & vacuum was included & was told it could be done. However I was told it's only done when asked. Going forward I would suggest it should be offered & only done, if the customer approved. It was a great experience.

Went for my first oil change during my lunch hour. They said it would take an hour to an hour and a quarter. It took over two hours. I did ask them to install the mud flaps I had. So all in all very nice experience. They apologized for the wait and did not charge me for installing the mud flaps.

I was greeted by a member of the staff who was polite, personable & jovial. He diligently tried to direct & help me get into the dealership safely. There was work being done on the grounds outside. I proceeded to do it my way. I then informed him that I was looking for one of two vehicles, but it had to be exactly what I requested. I had already been to another dealership where they tried to put me into a car I didn't want! This gentleman was patient and courteous. He took the time to show me each car on the lot which might meet my expectations. Even when it appeared that I was not going to purchase a car, he did not try to get rid of me for another customer, nor did he try to be aggressive with his sale. I left & returned the next day to look at one of the cars he had shown me. I decided that it was a little different from what I originally wanted, but after seeing it I liked it even better. I made the purchase & he got the sale! He is definitely the person I would request when making a purchase.

Green Brook Auto Service is a great place to service your car. Immediately I arrived to the front desk my service adviser 7933 took care of my car, assessed the technical problems and contacted my insurance to receive the best coverage for the work needed to be done. I received also a car loaner for the time my car needed to remain in the shop. When my car was ready for pick up, my service adviser called to inform me that work was done and I can get the car anytime during busyness hours. I purchase a new truck every 2-3 years and this was the first time I purchased one from Greenbrook GMC. First, there were problems with their outlook on the promotional offers they were giving at the time. They told me it was either a rebate of the vehicle or 0% financing. As a former GM employee I am well aware of what I am entitled to as a consumer, therefore I knew that I qualified for both the rebate and financing deals. In addition, when trading in my 2014 Silverado, the amount they originally told me I would be given was changed and they then decided to take off an additional $500.00 upon surrendering the vehicle. When I received my new truck which was ordered to my specifications, it was supposed to have a hard top and came in with the soft top. When I requested to make up the difference in price they wouldn't take the soft cover off and give me the hard top regardless of making up the difference.

Jim Sheehan was fantastic. He was patient and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like I was being ignored, that my questions were annoying, or that I was being upsold. He was fast and made buying a new a pleasant experience, even for our small children.I am very selective, and it takes me months to make a decision about a car purchase. Jim answered all of my questions both in person and over the phone. When I had a last minute epiphany that I had to have AWD versus FWD on our new Acadia, Jim found us the perfect car (again). When we are ready to replace my husband's car, we will go back to Jim. My husband and I have bought cars over the years and have never had such a positive experience. I would highly recommend both the dealership and more specifically Jim Sheehan.

I found myself with 2 flat tires in one day...I was able to get down to the dealership and as busy as they were they took me right away, as I had been at work all day and I had to get home to let my dogs out. They informed me all 4 tires would need to be replaced and they could do it in the morning. They put me in a loaner car and I was on my way. By lunch time the next day my car was done and they even washed it for me. They are always very polite and professional. Louie who runs the service department is great.

This transaction was driven by our Salesman - Nate. He is really knowledgeableabout the product and auto business as a whole. He loves cars!I have bought several vehicles from Greenbrook and its predecessors and have always been satisfied with sales and services. The deals are ok but Nate made it happen. What follow thru including post purchase. I think your trade pricing is aggressive and I walked but salesman was so good drew me back.(with several follow up calls to work, cell and home .I think you $499 doc fee is just a tacit way of increasing cost (about 1 percent )- its too high. Had I known about it I may not have returned. Other dealers charge half that amount and you could too and still recoup your cost and make money.

I think that waiting an hour and a half for an oil change is too long. Also, the price went up to $45. It used to be $30. I go to the dealer out of loyalty but honestly, the Jiffy Lube down the street can do the same thing cheaper and faster. I am getting tired of the long wait times. I have been a loyal GMC owner and always service my car at the Greenbrook GMC. My most recent experience did not disappoint. My service manager, Sonny, could not have been more accommodating to me as his customer. Sonny made sure all the services and recalls were addressed with my vehicle. A loaner was made available since the car required a longer stay for parts being ordered. Communication with Sonny with regard to updates or changes to the services required was easy and timely. Although there are many places to service my vehicle, I have found for the past 6 years, Greenbrook GMC, where I originally purchased the car, has been outstanding. I came in for the 27 point inspection and an oil change. This also includes checking my tires for air pressure. I came in with all four tires at 37. I left with one at 34 (below the suggested air pressure for my tires/vehicle), one at 37, one at 38, and one at 41. I had to go to my local tire dealer and have them done properly. This isn't the first time this has happened. Once I was even told that the sensors needed to be reset. Well, (so I asked), why isn't it reset before the car is given back to me?

I've been imagining my dream vehicle since I was 17 when I first got my license. Almost 2 years later I purchased my first GMC Sierra. It was a 2002 1500 HD SLE. As to be expected I fell in love with that truck. Then 2013 came along and that's when the initial design of the current body style Sierra was blasted out on the web. I knew right then and there that was my dream truck. I worked for 2 years striving to become the owner of that beautiful vehicle. Then in May 2015 John and the Green Brook GMC team made that dream become a reality. John was able to find me a 2015 All-Terrain SLT in the color iridium and I was blown away when I first saw the vehicle. The entire time I was at the dealership it was surreal, that amazing piece of machinery was mine. I am very very happy with my new truck and have no problem showing it off to my friends and family.

Below is an email I sent to Lou Bottone regarding Fred Sheppard. Lou,I just wanted to drop a note to you about the exceptional service I received when I took my car for the scheduled oil change/tire rotation on June 6th. I did not have an appointment but I called and was told to come in and I should be waited on in about 45 minutes, which is what happened.Fred handled the paperwork and noticed I was charged the last time I brought my car in which should not have happened since I still covered under warranty. I should have realized that myself but did not. He said he would try to figure out how to get this credit to me. I did mention to him that I lost a key and he said that he would check to see if some type of credit could be applied. What Fred did was apply the credit to the programming of the key which I appreciated. He also offered to have my car washed which I did not expect. My visit was pleasant and while sitting in the waiting room I observed how Fred spoke to other customers. He is very respectful and makes the customer feel special.Usually car maintenance is something done that needs to be done but no one wants to do it. However, my experience was pleasant and I was in and out within 45 minutes. The Buick dealership has an asset with Fred, thanks for the great experience.Eleanor (Elly) Pavol

My sales person Joe DeRosa was excellent! I told him that I have leased from Honda for 12 years and narrowed my search down to either the Honda CRV or the Terrain. I just needed some more information on the Terrain. He walked me through the whole vehicle explaining all the technology and safety enhancements in the car. I informed him I still needed to go to Honda to try out the CRV and would get back to him. Once I tested the CRV and had the specifications and I called Joe to compare which car I would finally choose. At the time I was going to choose Honda since I have been with them for 12 years. Then after negotiating with Honda we could not come to terms with the pricing. I called Joe again and told him what was in the Honda CRV and wanted the same in the Terrain for a lower price then what Honda quoted. Not only did he beat the price the Terrain came with so much more. Joe went out of his way to assist me in getting the car I wanted and the price as well. He listen to me, asked me questions and was very professional. I am now a very happy & satisfied GMC customer. I am recommending him to all my friends and co-workers.

I recently had my 2009 Buick Lucerne serviced at Greenbrook car dealership.I called for an appointment at 5:45 Thursday night and was told I could bring my car in the next morning at 8:20 am. My service advisor Fred Sheppard was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Fred told me it would take several hrs and he arranged for a ride to my destination. The service work involved the power steering assembly, alignment and related elements. It is running beautifully!I purchased my vehicle new in 2009 at Greenbrook and will continue to have them service it because they always provide quality service.

As a loyal customer, I have always found the services accommodating and convenient. Between service managers Steven Sharkey and Sonny, I have found that they have been informative and very professional. This last service, being that I am now without the extended warranty, was exceptional. Not only did Sonny arrange for a loaner car ( that I realize I am not privy to now), but he itemized all repairs and services prior anything being done. The product alone can sometimes sell itself, but the difference is always where one decides to buy. That difference was determined by what goes along with the product, service, courtesy, reliability. I was intrigued on the size of the dealership. I felt like I was at a shopping mall. The accessories display on the wall should be larger for all the vehicles that you sell. Item that I know of for my vehicle where not on display. An information guid or pictures for those, who don't know what is available to them. My auto broke down and my Onstar service had my 2008 Buick Lucerne towed there. The tow driver told me that it is the transmission because there is fluid all over the ground. After an hour, the service team told me that my transmission was busted and that I would need a replacement...$4,200. I weighed my options and looked at a 2015 Buick LaCrosse. I was kept waiting for 8 hours while my 'paperwork' was being processed. I took the 2015 home and then the bank calls and says that they cannot fund the loan because the dealer made a mistake in their calculations. I would need to complete a new agreement. I LOVED my 2008 and really was not ready to part with it because it had ALL the bells and whistles that I had become accustomed to. I decided to return the 2015 after about a week and was given so many different stories like my car was sold already, it was already in the system...but if I wanted it back, I could buy it back from them!!!!!! The car was sitting in the same spot the tow driver left it.I gave them back the keys and demanded my 2008 be returned. After at2 weeks, the owner said that I could have my car back and would need to remove it ASAP. After having the car towed, they "lost" a set of my keys and fob. They blamed the service desk for having it, but I know that they did not because I went to them first...I had my 2008 towed to another shop.The transmission hose came loose and my fluid spilled out leaving it bone dry. $300 TOTAL REPAIR. The car runs great!

Great, as usual. We just bought another car there a couple of days ago...We also bought one two months ago! That make 7 in 6 years. Job changes have made us go from economy cars to trucks to economy cars, back to trucks and now to SUVs. We are dealer-loyal more than we are brand loyal. We have bought Pontiacs, Suzukis, GMCs, and Mitsubishis from them. They are a family-owned business and the owner or son are always there if you need them. It is always a pleasure dealing with the other relatives that work there. The service guys are really helpful and follow up on things. Our salesman, Frampton Walker is a gentleman as well as a really good guy. We have never had an issue were we've walked away grumbling about something that did not necessarily go our way (e.g., a third party warranty company would not cover an issue with a headlight and David, the owner, walked us over to Laurie, his sister, and together we called the company to discuss it with them. It wasn't covered but we knew that they at least really tried to help us. I cannot conceive of buying elsewhere; we've been spoiled by their attentiveness, fairness, and willingness to work with us at all levels.

My last experience at Greenbrook Buick / AMC was a very pleasant experience. I came in with a flat tire and was gievn direction on how to submit my claim via the coverage had purchased when I leased my car. I followed the directions and obtained my claim number. Upon return to the service department I provided the claim number and everything was taken care of from there. I proceeded to grab a cup a coffee and relax in the very comfortable waiting area. Before I knew it, I was called to get my keys and was on my way with my brand new tire. I could have asked for a better outcome.

James was wonderful! I called at 720pm on a Monday night saying I was interested in a buick enclave. Even though they were closing at 8pm, James had the car up front and met us at the door with keys in hand. He spent time with us, and we never felt rushed. I didn't purchase a car from here, but i originally really REALLY wanted to. I wont list the dealer I worked with because he was generally a nice guy. I went just to test drive the car, and made my intentions super clear. I did this with other places as well, and had no problem. After I test drove the car (which went well) i felt so pressured, and clostrophobic. not one but TWO dealers were spitting numbers at me, and forcing me into making a deal on a lease. I had made it clear I did not want to lease, but I did want to purchase a terrain. He then basically told me that what i wanted was impossible. I did not want a brand new 2014 terrain, but he claimed that "there were no other used cars left. and again "it was impossible to buy." Yet, i was still nice and said after i went home and slept on it i would definitely come back to them, I really wanted to give them the chance. Two days later, i recieved a call from the same consultant, and i explained that i was still thinking, but based on his words that "Leasing 10,000 miles a year is the only option" (Even though he knew i commute well over that!) THEN THE WHOLEEEE ENTIRE STORY CHANGED, he magically had used cars availible. I was really let down that he broke my trust. and decided to look elsewhere. but it didn't stop there. on the last day of June. he called me FOUR times IN ONE FREAKING DAY! Up until recently when i had their number blocked, he would call every day at least 2x a day. I am sorry but that's just not how i roll. He especially made me feel like i couldn't afford it, and ironically i purchased a luxury car instead, from a luxury dealership, that had no problem making my numbers work. No was never an answer for this dealership. I understand we all have kids and families and need to put food on the table. but every other dealership i looked at for this car, had WAY better pricing, almost 5 grand less in some cases... maybe the other staff is better, but i really felt like a peice of shark bait.

Don't trust this dealer. will never do business with this dealership or recommend anybody to use them they are a complete rip off. Worst customer service, liars and thieves .I used them to change my 2006 Hummer H2 Limo transmission. They were jumping all over me to get the business when I was still shopping around for best prices saying that they will provide me 100,000 miles or 3 years warranty on parts as well as labor on the new Transmission. As soon as I decides to go with them and towed the limo to them they took off the old transmission out and claimed that they ordered the new Transmission from GM. After two weeks they told me they got the wrong Transmission and have to wait for a new one to come in. One week later they called and said that the car is ready so I went to pick it up and started driving the car that seemed to be not normal but I said may be it takes a little time to be normal and half way home the Transmission stopped shifting and got stuck on the second gear and won't shift and then totally stopped. I called the towing and had to spend $500 to tow it back to them. The next day I called which was Saturday and told Anthony about what happened and his answer was it can't be the transmission because it's brand new. Obviously they didn't even test drive the car after it was fixed because they would known right away that there was something wrong. and he said they can't touch it until Monday because it's too big of car and they don't have the space for it which amazed me because they had all the space for it when they were trying to get my business. Anyway Monday comes no response until Thursday when I had to get really angry on the phone trying to explain that this is a business car and that I lose money everyday it's parked but they didn't seem to care. Next day Anthony calls me saying that the transmission needed to be reprogrammed but the car also needs a transfer case which of course gave me a premium price because he knows that I wouldn't spend more money on towing and I had to say yes. Long story short that transfer case took two week to finish and their excuse always is that the car is too big and hard to work on so it takes them time to do anything on it which also was never the story in the beginning when they wanted to get my business when I was still shopping around. After all done I Paid almost $6000 plus all the towing plus the loss of use for a whole month off business during the busiest time of the year (Christmas Time). less than 4 months after the new transmission and new transfer case replaced and less than a 1000 miles on the limo. The Limo was on the way to pickup clients and all of a sudden smoke started to come from underneath the car so driver stopped right way to find transmission fluid leaking and car won't move. Called the towing and Towed it back to Greenbrook. Two days later they called me and said that its only a hose that for some reason came off and cause Transmission fluid to leak and that it will just need a new clamp change for the hose that takes the Trans fluid from the Transmission to the Trans cooler and a new built that slipped off because of the leak so I said ok please try to finish before Friday because I have scheduled reservations for the limo in the weekend. On Thursday Ricky called and said that the car is ready for pickup and that everything is good to go. So I said can u please test drive the car to make sure everything is good before I come because I have had a bad experience the last time and dont want to get stuck on the road and pay for towing again. So he said they already did but will do again. End of business day on Thursday he calls me back saying that the transmission is acting up and not shifting properly and they will try to reprogram it but if it's the transmission it won't be covered under the warranty and I was like whaaaaat howwwww whyyyyy. The only reason I went with you guys was because of the warranty and you are telling me after spending $6000 and less than 1000 miles On The car u r telling me no warranty he said because they didn't replace that hose that came off and caused the Transmission fluid to leak and transmission to break down and I said you must be kidding me. it is 100% your fault because you must have not connected it back tight after replacing the transmission and that's why it came off. He started to give me BS stories on how its not related to what they did. Anyway he said he is waiting on his boss Lou who was in a meeting to make a decision and get back to me. Of course the next day comes and no answer so I called him again and he said that he didn't find out yet. I took a ride there to see what's going on. Ricky took me into Lou's office who was very rude from the beginning giving me all the BS stories on how a hose that connects right to the transmission they replaced and of course had to disconnect from the old transmission and connect to the new transmission has absolutely nothing to do with the transmission they replaced which got me so aggravated and felt that Im being so ripped off and cheated and called the police who came to do a report and of course will take these thieves to court. Would never ever do business or recommend anybody to do any kind of business with this dishonest, disrespectful and con people at Green Brook Buick GMC.

Since so many GMC vehicles in our general area seem to be from Greenbrook GMC, this was naturally our first stop for a year end 2013 Acadia special this past Fall. We were barely out of our own car when the salesperson pounced, just reeking of every car salesman cliche. We returned for a scheduled test drive (without the kids in tow) and said salesman was smothering someone else at the time, so passed us on to "his friend", despite our having an arranged appointment. When it came time to talk numbers, calls and emails were not returned in a timely fashion, and then some numbers had a not even 24 hr. expiration or the vehicle was sold. Also, said numbers were very different than originally discussed, naturally in their favor. I found my email exchange with the internet manager to be very curt and the pricing not competitive. We could have pursued but in all, we simply decided it was just way too much work on our end to continue dealing with this dealership's representatives. We almost bailed entirely on the GMC brand due to this daunting experience and even put our new vehicle search on the back burner for a couple of months. Happy to report that another try at a smaller GMC location (same hwy) was great and we now drive the exact GMC Acadia (2014) we wanted for even less than what we were quoted for any of the models (2013 or 14) from Greenbrook.

The only issue I had was that the 2014 Acadia has several chips on the back lift gate. I was informed this vehicle was a demo & when I inquired to make sure there was no damage I was told of course not. It was delivered after 7 pm in the dark so I didn't see any damage. When I called Garry I came back in & was pleased that I was immediately given a " we owe" form & the damage will be repaired. I do think demos should be better checked for damage before offering to a customer. Otherwise the experience was fine, this is my 2nd greenbrook GMC vehicle. I am very happy with the service department as well

A problem leak in the transmission fluid lines was identified when I was scheduled for an oil change. I was able to schedule the repair within two days, including scheduling a loaner car. This most recent visit was a f/u to the initial issue. I was pleased with the level and speed of service I received. I was also given a ride to & from my home since my vehicle needed to be left for several hours. Its service like that that I appreciate. Often when you have an issue you sometimes feel like if it can be duplicated that it won't get resolved but GB Buick GMC helped to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner without too much impact to my day. I have purchased 10 used vehicles over my lifetime, this by far was the worst experience ever. Within the first 30 days the vehicle experienced problems (not unexpected considering it was used), however they first sent me to another dealer to get a recall issue fixed: the recall was out of date but the other dealer took care of it. The vehicle was not responding appropriately, took it back. I went baack 5 saturdays, including two where I spent the entire day (from open to close) waiting...I was told, "we are waiting for the part"...I come in, the part is still not there. I left the vehicle with them for repair while I went on a 5 day vacation...I returned dog tired only to find out that not only did they NOT fix the car, they only changed the oil, and they tried to charge me, even though I clearly stated what the issue was. I returned the following Saturday only to stay the entire day with the mechanic on the phone with the manufacturer...and the same end result; They say it is fixed, I drive away, and just before I hit the bridge, the light comes back on. After more than two years of back and forth, Customer service promised they would help, including providing me with copies of the service records...another lie!. In the end, I paid for a car that went to the junk heap, they waited me out and won. My problems began well within the warranty period, and in the end this dealer would not help. I would not recommend buying a bicycle from them.

My 2 savana 3500 trucks were purchased new in this location they have been there for every single maintenance , but I noticed in at least 4 occasions that they were charging me for some work that was never done on my vehicles , the last occasion when I decided to catch this crooks my van was due for a 25.000 miles service, I knew that my tires had to be rotated so I marked them to see if my hidden marks were scrambled as result of the tire rotation work, well they never did it , after I paid over 600 and change for their "professional service" I asked my advisor (sonny) to explain me the work done on my vehicle and I asked about my tires been rotated and he said that all that was part of the service , when I told him what I did he called the head mechanic and apologized for their "mistake" when I told them that it wasn't the first time that I've been charge for work that they never have done the head mechanic said that he would put a note on my vehicles so they would check them more carefully . After this last experience I'll be calling bbb and the police too , so they can track their operations as far as I know when you charge for something that you didn't do is called "robbery". A lady from this dealer called me to rate their service but after my experience with them the Only thing that came out of my mouth were complains she said that she was going to call her manager to let him know about it .. Guess what a month has gone by with no calls from nobody from green brook gmc nj . I feel so disappointed that I don't know how much money I have paid to them for work that was never done. I needed it to get another truck for my business and what I've got this time is a Isuzu , nothing wrong with gmc but what made me take that direction was the idea of dealing with this people again . Hopefully more people read this complaint and let authorities know that they are doing this to hard working people and they are making money base on lies covered in a recently remodeled building , shame on them

This was completely different from an experience my spouse had with another salesman at Greenbrook who was such a shiester that I can't even recall his name. We have wanted to forget the experience so bad, I guess. All I can say is if you need to go to Greenbrook GMC, please deal with Ernie, you won't be disappointed, and he will take good care of you.On a side note, the service department was also great. Our items were delivered within a day or so, and when we went to pick them up they took the car right in and installed everything.

....They will put you out market by lying to you saying they can do the deal and will ask for your personal information then they submit to every bank possible without your authorization and that will effect your credit by doing so,even if you get approved but because of dishonesty at the end of the deal you probably will want to take chances somewhere else since they promise to you different payment or rate.But by leaving them you haven't realize yet that if you go anywhere else and they will also submit to any of those banks you will not get approved anymore and will not be able to buy a car for at least next 3-6 month.Reason#1...Banks will look at your credit report and will wonder why haven't you have a car yet and you have been submit to many banks already .Reason#2...when green brook submit your application they know you still shopping after you leave them but they will continue sending your application to more and more banks,so anywhere you go they will be wondering whats going on,that on your credit report so many inquiries to get a loan already.Not even mentioning that they will appraise your trade in car 25% lower then anyone else

I was connected with this dealership by GMC roadside assistance. I was traveling from NC to MA, when I noticed leaking brake fluid around the rear tire. My 2002 GMC Sierrra 2500 has had prior problems with brake lines rusting out. At the time of this incidnet I happened to be pulling a 35ft 5th wheel, on my first day of vacation. Not being from the area, I was nervous about being able to get to the dealership based on t my overall length and mobility. Initially I had difficulty finding someone to give me directions until Steve got on the phone. He guided me in, making sure that I could approach so that I would minimize the number of turns and crossing any low bridges. He assured me that he would find a place for me to drop the trailer with my family and dogs. He met me upon arrival and within an hour had identified 2 more broken brake lines. In previous repairs I had to wait 24-48 hours to obtain the properly configured line. Not this time. The necessary parts were found and delivered to the dealership by 4 pm. Thank goodness the service department is open into the evening. They were able to complete a same day repair and get me back on my way by 7:30 pm. I am grateful to have been worked in and repaired promptly. My family and I stayed inthe trailer napping while we waited for the parts and repair to be completed. As luck would have it we ran out of fuel for our generator and it was a 100+ degree day. The dealership felt sorry for us and gave us 5 gallons of fuel delivered by forklift, so that I didn't have to walk to a gas station to get fuel to try and keep us comfortable while we waited.

first i bought my lease they never gave me temp tags for the truck after two months still no new plates or registration they said they would call when they get them i bought the car on 6/2010 i returned to the dealer for a 30,000 maintance on 5/2011 and went upstairs and they had my plates almost a year wow then i leave and my brake lights dont work i come back they say a wire is cut they do something and the brake lights work then i get home and the tail light stays on it wont turn off it kills my battery i call they make an appointment for monday i call they say its fixed come pick it up i go to pick it up its still in the garage they mixed mine up with somebody elses truck they were sorry for the mix up then im told it will be ready tomorrow they are gonna clean and gas it up and drive it to me ok.well i get a call the odometer is reading 30,000 more miles then i had on the truck they are ordering another one it will be done tomorrow i say ok then im on my way home from work and i get a call from sonny and he tells me i have to pay 375.00 just for the part not including labor.you mess up my truck and i have to pay for it i tell him on not going to pay for it he says i will have to talk to my manger i will call you tomorrow.

My truck is in there for a $1000 fuel pump job that they want me to pay for despite the car not running right according to the manager Warren Finger. Steve the customer service guy who never knows the answer to any reasonable questions like, "What's wrong with the car?" or "What is the cost break down for the job?" sucks too! Greenbrook GMC, has terrible customer service period!This is the second time I have had to bring my truck to this dealer for an issue that they didn't resolve. Back in October 2010 I had the bring my truck in twice for a headlight issue. The first time they "fixed" it, the bill was $275 for labor. The second time 3 weeks later, I brought it back in for the same issue and this time the bill was $700+ dollars because according to "Greenbrook GMC" they fixed one part of the light the first time BUT this time it was "something else" wrong with the same headlight. Mind you this time, I actually wires arping in the dash! Thanks for the electrical fire waiting to happen "Greenbrook GMC".So back to this complaint and problem I am currently dealing with "Greenbrook GMC". The gold encrusted fuel pump job that is costing $1000 is complete, only according to the Service Manager Warren Finger the car is miss firing. This would be understandable if I hadn't been "promised" by Steve, "the customer service guy who never knows anything" that this $1000 job would have me up and running or he would "eat the cost." Now after 3 days of back and forth, the truck is still sitting there. Not paid for and will not be paid for until the truck is running the way it has been running everyday for the last 6 years.The point of protest is that they have already charged me $123.50 for a diagnostic test that I initially agreed to. To add insult to injury they want me to pay them another $123.50 to figure out what is causing the truck to miss fire. Could it be that the truck never really needed the fuel pump as I told them when I brought it in, as my mechanic of 9 years tested the fuel pump for pressure prior to me towing it over to "GMC in Greenbrook NJ" and found that it had 50 pounds of pressure, "exactly where it's supposed to test out at?" Who knows?I guess we just keep playing this back and forth game until it gets resolved or they get sued. Bottom line is IF you want a GMC DON'T GO to Greenbrook GMC on Route 22 East, GO TO ANOTHER GMC!!! Unless you also want to deal with unreturned phone calls, having to be transferred over and over to get the customer service rep who you entrusted with your vehicle, only to be asked to "leave a message." Btw I am still waiting for a call from the "district specialist" who is supposed to call me within 24 hours. That deadline will be approaching in the next couple of hours. According to Warren Finger there is no one else who I can talk to about this issue because his boss whoever that is, is in California so he's "in-charge."So here's the kicker: GMC who had the audacity to use tax payer money to stay afloat doesn't too much care about the general public that tries to patronize their business and buy their products. That's the message I'm taking away and that will be the message anytime some even mentions buying a vehicle to me. I guarantee I am not the only person to have this kind of issue with GMC in Greenbrook NJ. Those EMPLOYEES will one day be without a job and then they will reap what they have sown, bad manners, rude interaction and general lack of customer service skills. People who take their jobs for granted will get what they deserve in the end.

i did not want the hassle of going into the showroom and have to negotiate for hours. i emailed anthony and we worked out a deal in no time at all on a new acadia denali. Anthony was very easy to work with. once we had a deal, he arranged for delivery a few days later. Nate, did the delivery and once again i was very pleased with the experiance. nate showed us all of the features of the vehicle. this was a very positive experiance, much better than trying to haggle with prices for hours as i did a few weeks prior in a nissan dealer. thanks for making the experiance as painless as possible.

Service dept. has been incredible for me. Yes I do have a GMC extended warranty with $0 deductible, so I don't have to pay a dime. But as far as getting the problem fixed and getting me in for an appointement quickly, I have absolutely no problem with them. I have been shopping around for a new car for my wife and would love to buy from them but am not really interested in the brands they carry, but am giving their brands more thought simply for their service dept. I cant say much about there sales dept though.
