Victoria DonathanNot happy! I took a test drive and ask for a price. I had to fill out an info. sheet. I left my social off on purpose. They were advised I was paying cash/check NO financing needed. My salesman came back and explained it was policy they had to have my social security number to get a price. I gave it to him. I started getting notices that my credit had a hard hit. There is no call for that. If I were applying for credit, signing paperwork or doing a title transfer maybe. All I wanted was a price on my test drive. Not a hit on my credit score.. Needless to say I got up and walked out..Not interested in any price you have to offer..

I had a scratch and a scrape on my driver's side door due to me getting too close to a pole. We went to their collision repair shop at Green's Toyota and as soon as we walked in we were helped. Not only that, but K.C. Carpenter, the fellow helping us, said he would try to buff it out. About 15 minutes later he was back and the car looked great. Best of all, it was no charge. We go here for our regular maintenance and we've been really impressed by their willingness to help and give us good service.

I recently made my first foray into the world of buying a car off the internet. I worked with Jason Johnson from Green's Toyota and he definitely met all my expectations. Jason was professional, prompt and always very helpful in answering questions. I was fairly nervous about how the process would work but it was extremely smooth. I drove through the used car lot to view their inventory and before I could make the first turn in the parking lot I had a vulture hanging in my truck window. High pressure from hello. I let him talk me into test driving a Camry that I was not really interested in. As soon as we were pulling back into the lot he was trying to lure me inside to do paperwork and I had not expressed any real interest in the car. I wanted to drive an almost new Ford Fusion they had on the lot. He was more than eager to show it to me. As soon as I started it I notice the RPM Guage bouncing. I expressed my concerns and he replied do you want to take it for a test drive said there "shouldn't" be anything wrong with it since it's a 2015 with 30,000 miles. Again, high pressure to go to the finance department as soon as the test drive was over. I will NEVER put my self though such a terrible experience again and I would not recommend Green's Toyota to anyone. Unless you enjoy high pressure sales tactics and junk used cars. Would rank them right up there with the vultures at Rod Hatfield Chevrolet.I also asked the salesman why the CERTIFIED Camry I test drove had very tacky aftermarket LED light bars mounted to the front bumper and his reply was. I haven't noticed those on any of the other camrys, they must be aftermarket. Really..... Some people just don't have a clue. All the poor guy could seem to think about was how can I make this sale. Desperate and pathetic. I did not purchase a vehicle from them nor would I ever concider purchasing from them in the future. Rated them one star because there is no lesser choices.

My dad and I went to greens to see if we could get him a newer SUV.well when we got there we were told we could get the best deal for our trade in and they would take some off for the SUV we wanted. Jason Johnson (the liar sells man who work there) look at the internet price of the SUV with us and said we can get it for a better price. When we went to make a deal Jason Johnson went up a thousand dollars just to bring it down a thousand dollars to the internet price. We went to a few other places before and they offer us a higher trade in price by three thousand dollars just a day early. So Jason Johnson said he could call around to give us the best trade in never did that. He never did want to work with us. He said Greens is all about integrity. Well that a load of crap because Jason Johnson said many things and did not do any of them

After hand shakes and congrats from the dealer, for the purchase of a new vehicle with knowing our credit reports he assurred us we qualified. He gave us the keys...for one week it was "our " car. Then told to return it for a used car, over 50,000 miles and without an oil change. Who only knows what else hasn't been serviced on this car. It is $40 less per month than the new car, but 3 years older. Two weeks finally got the oil change but no notice given that it was free, because they were neglectful. Now I am totally offended!

Rude customer service and don't stand behind their cars, even when allegedly under a new car warranty!! I will never return here! I was treated rudely the moment I walked in the door and they attempted to overcharge me and not fix an issue that should have been covered by warranty! They were not helpful at all!

This was my first purchase from Green's Toyota but they will be my new dealership in the future. Very friendly staff and our salesman Brett had all of the legwork done before we got there. We live over an hour from the dealership and drove past several other dealerships to go to Green's. The 3 vehicles we wanted to look at were all waiting for us when we got there and they were very helpful in making our decision on what to purchase. We did have to wait in the break room for the final paperwork to be completed but that had nothing to do with Brett (salesperson) or Bryan (finance manager). I would gladly recommend anyone I know to Green's for their next purchase.

My husband and I just bought 2 Rav4s from Greens and had such a great experience that we will be referring them to family and friends. Our salesman Brett Zurcher spent days on the phone with my husband making sure they had what we were looking for before we went there. The vehicles were waiting for us when we arrived and Brett told us everything we needed to know about them while we drove. We had brought a trade in and was very happy with what they gave us for it. Brett and Bryan (the finance man) did everything they could to get us to the price we wanted and we were very happy with the amount we all agreed on. Last night my wife and I went to Green's Toyota to look at a Toyota Corolla. We were greeted by John Hicks,a very friendly and proffessional salesman that knows his product in and out. I have purchased several vehicles from many dealers and my experiance with John was by far the best. He is very low preasure and a true pro at what he does. I could truly tell he takes pride in selling Toyota and he made the entire prosess painless and fast. I think we were there for a total of three hours from start to finish. I leased my Camry from Greens in June. Throughout the entire process, Josh McFarland was there for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying. Josh was attentive to my needs and found me the right car at the right price. Josh McFarland at Green's Toyota in Lexington has been a lifesaver. When I bought my new Camry, he gave me his card and told me to text him if I needed anything. Much to my surprise, I needed him right away - when I discovered that I had forgotten my parking permit in the car that I had traded in. Even though it was a Sunday (and the dealership was closed), he wrote back right away; the next day, he tracked down my permit and left it for me on the front desk with my name on it.Unfortunately, in less than a week, I needed him again, when I ran over a chunk of metal and my tire burst. I texted Josh, who immediately asked if I was OK and offered to help with anything I needed. The next day, he told me to bring my car in any time (even though it was a busy Saturday) and that they would lend me something to drive if they couldn't fix it that day (as he knew that I needed a car to get to and from work).Josh is by far the most attentive, helpful, and kind person I have ever worked with in the car industry. I'm so grateful for his help and tireless service. I would recommend Green's to anyone, and will certainly be back here the next time I buy a car. (Glenn, my sales person, was also fantastic to work with - as was Chris, the financing person, who helped me sign up for an extended factory warranty plan.)Thank you, Green's!!

I flew in from 500 miles out for the used vehicle we wanted. Prior to that I had numerous conversations with salesman Jeff Wilson. He answered every question I had and provided everything that I requested. For my convenience, he offered to meet me at my hotel with the vehicle for the initial test drive and inspection. Buying used is tough, as you can never be sure what you will be getting. I found a couple of things about the vehicle that I didn't like, but Green's made every reasonable effort possible to correct the things I didn't like. We are Toyota fans, and I will make the 500 mile trip to Green's for the next one! Green's and Jeff Wilson are top notch as far as we are concerned.

My experience with Green's: my first contact occurred this past Thursday evening when I called over to Green's Toyota to check on a price for a Camry Hybrid LE, and the phone was answered by their internet and phone sales specialist Jason Johnson. Despite their large inventory, Jason was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and he said the one I was calling about did not have an accurate color listed online. This is to be compared with my experiences from the last week involving two unnamed other sales reps (both local: one a Ford dealer and the other a different Toyota dealer) who did not have their inventory sheet ready to answer my questions and lacked knowledge about the features and options on the cars.It is quite common (read: compulsory) for dealers to invite you to come visit their location -- which Jason did when I called -- and so I ended up driving out to Green's within an hour or so of the call. When I arrived he had pulled the car around for me so that we could immediately get in the car and check it out and drive it. The original car I called about lacked one key feature that I was pretty set on getting -- alloy wheels/rims -- and so he checked on an upgrade for me. The upgrade ended up being prohibitively expensive so I decided to go with the XLE instead of the LE. Jason did not push the upgrade or the higher-cost car. He clearly wanted me to feel comfortable with the decision and simply provided information as requested and shared his opinion only when solicited to do so.I decided within about an hour that the XLE was the right car for me, and I ended up buying it. Jason was very helpful in discussing the differences between the MSRP and invoice prices, which I had researched on my own. I found a competing local Toyota dealership (the aforementioned one apropos bad sales rep knowledge) that had an advertised special on their Camry Hybrids and Jason was able to get his manager to match the competitor's price reduction, even though on this car it meant getting under the invoice price*. He was extremely no-nonsense during the negotiations, and never pulled any "creative" dealing or stunts. I assured him that if I got the price I was asking for I would buy the car that night, and I got it!Another point that speaks to the integrity of Green's and the excellent customer service by Jason: I had not brought my checkbook with me since I was not planning to buy when I drove over there that night. Usually when you promise to buy the car if they take your offer, they would be chagrined that you didn't sign the paperwork right then and there, that night, at the dealership. This is a common pressure tactic amongst lesser dealers. Jason was confident and relaxed enough to see that I was not BSing and assured me he would have everything ready for me the following morning (Friday). When my daughter had a fever that night, I was worried that he and the manager may be miffed since I wasn't able to come in first thing in the morning, but my worries proved unfounded. He was completely no-pressure and told me to take care of her and come back whenever I could. I made a point to drive over later that evening to finalize the deal, and even though the sale was occurring past his usual time off, he stayed to make sure I was taken care of. He and his team showed us amazing customer service without the pressure and nonsense tactics you see at lesser dealers.Long story short: if you're considering a new Toyota, call up Jason Johnson at Green's Toyota of Lexington. You won't regret it!Tiny note of criticism/improvement: Jason did not respond to some text messages to his cell, but I think he was quite busy with other sales at the time.*Note: the 2014.5 models were already coming in to replace the 2014's (which I bought) so the dealership was motivated to move the cars. I general don't expect very big reductions in price on models like the Camry, which are very strong sellers and have high demand.

I for one dont wright many reviews on things. But when I just went to go get my car checked up, I paid, took my papers went home and read them, there was apparently a few things that needed to be replaced, including a drive belt and under these comments it said I "declined" having this done when no one told me about the issues. True, I should have read this at the dealership, but I feel Ive been lied to. Plus they were very rude, which is not always the case. Perhaps just a bad day. I am just mad because they wrought on a paper that I said I did not want this fixed when they never asked, and this is in fact something I want taken care of, unfortunately not by them.

I had been researching Prius prices & reliability for about a year. I knew what I wanted & saw it on Green's web site. When accessing the car, Joe's name kept popping up. At first I ignored because I was still just looking. But when I was ready to ask questions, I was glad he was there to answer. There was no pressure, just answers. I decided it was worth checking out the Prius. I worked my budget & knew where I had to be on the final price. A few days later I went to Green's. Joe & I went for a trial drive but it wasn't just a 5 minutes, around a couple blocks. I drove for about 20 min - freeway #75, New Circle, parking lots. I really got a feel for the car. We worked on price on my trade-in and ended up where I needed to be. He took the time to get my cell ph set up & show me lots of functions available.But one of the nicest things is that the customer service didn't stop when I drove away. I had a few more questions about driving a Hybrid and about certain functions. Joe was always accessible, answered immediately.I would have no hesitation recommending Joe Costanzo at Green's Toyota.

He took my phone call and what I was looking to get and had a few options for me to look at after a short phone call to him, so that when I showed up after work I could just go look at the cars and discuss numbers. There was no rush or hassle from Dwight at all during the whole process and he acted fast to get things done for me, he also stayed late to finish paper work for me and then he came in on his day off just so that I could pick up the car. I would recommend Green's to anyone.... and most of all, I will recommend Dwight to anyone looking to buy a car!!

I bought my last Prius from this dealer 6 years ago but quit visiting for service when they offered little help a few years ago when I brought my car in with a screw in one of my tires. (They promised to get me a new tire in 3 days but offered no other help.) I went to a different local dealer for service after that. However, when I completed the cars.com build-a-car process, I had an excellent experience with this dealer (1 of 4). The internet sales person responded promptly late on a Friday night, followed up early on Saturday morning with a quote, handled a brief price negotiation skillfully and my sale was complete by 1:00 pm, complete with help returning my rental car to the Hertz dealer down the road. I was promised a bumper guard would arrive by Friday (it did) and it was installed and I was on my way within 45 minutes on arrival at the dealer.

I had a great experience working with the guys at Green's, and I think I should know as I started out my search at another dealership in the area and had a very unpleasant experience. The manner in which Jeff allowed us to consider all of our options without pressure or steering in one direction or another left us feeling as if we were truly able to pick out our right truck. Dean also facilitated my search for the right vehicle in my price range. Overall, I did not feel rushed or pressured and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I visited several dealerships before deciding ultimately on Green's Toyota. Out of all the dealerships I visited, I had the best experience at this one by far. I called the dealership and asked some questions, which were quickly answered to my satisfaction. When i came to the dealership I asked for the person I spoke to on the phone, which was Joe Constanzo. I was delighted to find out that he was as pleasant and helpful in person as he was on the phone. He retrieved the Rav4 Limited to which I was interested in. He showed us every feature on it, explained everything in detail, then we took it out on an extensive test drive. We were blown away by his knowledge of the vehicle, as well as his genuine hospitality. I never felt pressured. I never felt like I was being rushed. We hadn't brought our checkbook or anything, as we hadn't planned on actually purchasing the vehicle that day. But we had such a good experience that we decided to go ahead. We placed a deposit on the vehicle and returned the next day to purchase. The process was simple and fast. Joe stayed with us thru the process and then delivered us to our new vehicle that was clean & full of gas. He set up our bluetooth and radio stations etc. before he left us. I can't tell you how refreshing this whole experience was. This is probably the 5th car I've ever purchased, and this is the best experience by far. I will definitely send anyone looking for a vehicle to Green's Toyota. It's a nice Lot. Clean, Friendly, Well staffed, and I will definitely have them ask for Joe Constanzo.

I visited Greens to purchase a 2008 Toyota Tacoma that I found online. The online advertisement stated the Tacoma was in great shape and had been through Toyota's inspection services backed by the certification. Dean Sullivan was the sales agent. He was very friendly and polite. Negotiating was very easy and fair. However, the very next day after purchase, the front passenger side wheel bearing had to be replaced. Another 5 weeks later, the front drivers side wheel bearing had to be replaced. After 5 1/2 weeks later still no license plate only registration. I called and was told that Toyota had made an error and had to resend new registration, license plate, and tag. After two vacation days, several phone calls, and headaches, I can safely say that I will not be back to this dealership. How can a "certified inspection" miss not one, but 2, wheel bearings? I am sure that the truck has other issues and will only be a matter of time before I use more vacation time, cell phone minutes, and Tylenol. As a consumer I am certain that Toyota will not give much concern to my disappointment. However, as a consulting engineer that will be owning a company that will need fleet trucks, I can safely say that I will not be purchasing my any other vehicles from Greens.

I initially expressed interest in a Prius online. Jeff emailed me an invitation, in less than 24 hours, to test drive one . It was the most laid back experience I have had in purchasing a car... absolutely no pressure. While we were there, he was both professional and personal...finding lunch for my son (chicken strips and scalloped potatoes)and making sure that my husband and I were comfortable. He crunched numbers in record time and had the car cleaned and full of gas by the time Sandy (awesome finance officer) was done with us! Dwight showed me how all the bells and whistles worked on the vehicle and urged me to call with questions after playing with it a few days. This was our third visit to as many dealerships. When we arrived we were greeted by Dwight who had already contacted us via phone and email earlier in the day. We knew exactly what we wanted (gotta love the internet). We test drove the 2012 Camry we were interested in. We knew exactly what we wanted for our trade and we knew exactly what payment we wanted (Ok, so no payment wasn't feasible but we knew what we would pay). Making the deal was painless, easy and quick. We received a very fair offer for our 06 Nissan Pathfinder(considerably more than the other two dealers had offered). Bottom line....out of the three dealers we went to, we got a deal at Greens that was $2500 better than any other dealer. We received more for our trade and was able to get the leather package, heated seats, and power front passenger seat for less money than a car that didn't have these three features. We are very happy with Dwight and the others at Greens. Watch what you promise though, we were $400 away from having to buy that man a steak dinner(we told him if he could come in under a certain $$ amount we would buy him a steak dinner, he was $400 off). Dwight also was able to switch out the carpeted mats for a more weather/mud/kid friendly set of mats right there at the dealership. There was one thing though, there was a Toyota Clearance Event Scavenger Hunt game going on on Toyota's Facebook Page that I just happened to stumble on the night we bought the car and after completing the scavenger hunt I qualified for a $250 Prepaid debit card. I wish the dealer/dealers website had mentioned the contest (who doesn't love a little extra $$). Although it was a thrill to find it on my own and win a little cash. Oh and one last thing, when we were cleaning out my precious pathfinder (darn fuel costs or I would have kept it), I neglected to get the CD's out of the multi disc changer. Dwight must have that happen alot because that was the first thing he checked and came running to give them back to us. I would definitely recommend Greens and Dwight Couch and from now on it will be our first stop when shopping for a Toyota.

David Barrentine was just great went above and beyond for my purchase. He will not give up until you are happy with your car no pressure at all. I got two corollas from him in the last 5 weeks both times very good service. Greens Toyota does make you feel like a valued customer. I tell everyone about greens. You know when companies say they will do something and it sounds a bit like they are just saying it like salesman do? When David says he will make this happen and make sure you are happy he takes ownership and comes through. He is just a great salesman and human being.

We are very happy that we bought our tundra from Jim Cullen as he is very Informative and knows his trucks. He was a great guy to deal with we even referred my cousin and preacher to him. Buying the truck was easy. The bad part has been the service. We picked the truck up on Monday and the following Saturday with just 1500 miles on it we were in Lincoln ne and the trac light engine light and the four low light come on. We called and spoke with mike and he tried to find us a place to get checked but could not on Saturday which is very understandable. At that point he told us to drive it and get it back home. They took the truck into service and found that a sensor in the fuel tank caused the problem. But since then it has been back to them four more times for a total of five times for the same problem. The answer to the problem according to him and the service manager is not to fill it up with gas or it's user error which is really weird since this makes the sixth Toyota truck we have had. I guess we paid 37000 bucks for a truck so that we can put a half of tank of gas in it. Not to mention the last time we were in to discuss the problem mike ayers told us that they had been patient enough and they have been more than accomadating to the problem but yet it is not fixed. He was very disrespectful to us and talked down to us as if we were stupid. I would not refer anyone to go there ever again. I am sorry to Jim Cullen for this but he really is great at his job

I called Bryan because I was looking to possibly trade in my car for a reliable vehicle that was better on gas. I told him what I was looking for, price etc. When I went there to test drive a few vehicles he had them ready to go and was very patient with me. I was not sure if I wanted to purchase a new or used vehicle but Bryan did not pressure me either way. I ended up purchasing a new Toyota Corolla S. I LOVE my new car and my experience at Greens was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever been through. When we went to sign the paperwork George Hernandez had everything ready to go and we were done in a matter of what felt like minutes! He had shopped around for rates and found us the best rate. George was great at explaining all the paperwork and making sure I understood everything I was signing! Josh and Woody were very kind, attentive, patient and did NOT pressure or hassle me at all. As a young, single female with a new home, I really needed to get out of my gas guzzling truck and into something with better mpg while, most importantly, keeping car payments in my budget. Well, Josh and Woody did that for me. They gave me a great deal on the Yaris and a very fair trade in price for my truck...and my car payments are in my budget!! I am a very happy customer, and when it is time for the Yaris to go, I'll be back to Green's for a second buy.

My overall experience was really good at Greens Toyota and personally with the dealer, Josh McFarland. The dealership displayed a very professional environment, and so did the dealer who was also very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. This was the first time I was shopping for a car on my own. I did my research, but so did Josh, therefore he made the process of choosing a car easier then I had expected. He paid attention to my needs, and never seemed to pushy or over bearing. I never felt forced into a decision nor did I feel hassled when it came down to price and paperwork. I was impressed with Josh's timeliness and attention my needs. I contacted him online and the process of choosing a new car started immediately. I thought it would take more then a month for me to compare and choose a car, but by working with Josh online and then meeting him at the dealership the process was speedy and results are satisfying. My husband and I have purchased two Toyotas from Josh McFarland. If we needed to purchase more cars we would continue to buy from Josh. My hope is that Josh will be at Green's Toyota 11 years from now should my daughter be lucky enough for us to buy her a car. My husband and I have purchased a few cars during our marriage and we always HATE the process. It is usually dreadful and we leave with a car but feeling like we could've, should've, would've done something different. Our first experience with Josh left us feeling like we didn't need to do anything different. We truly felt like we got a great car at a fair deal. The process and paperwork was quick and painless. We were going to buy two cars but weren't sure what to do about the second. Josh was very patient with us (me especially as I can ask a lot of questions) and provided us with all of the information we needed. He kept us up to date on the best promotions for the Camry that we wanted. When it was finally time for us to buy the Camry it took no time at all. He had everything ready for us so that we signed a few papers and drove off. I think we were there for less than an hour.We know that if we ever have any problems whether it is as simple as needing an oil change or something bigger like needing a new key he is the person we contact. He will handle it all for us without any hesitation or problems. I would recommend Greens and specifically Josh McFarland for anyone in need of a new or used car.

A couple of weeks ago I purchased my first brand new car! I was a complete mess that day worrying about payments, or leaseing, or insurance. Josh McFarland (who was recommended to me by a friend), sat me down one on one and explain everything to me, in ways that I could understand, and as many times as I needed it. He made the exprience enjoyable, and I learned a lot from him as well. Josh is hands down the most considerate individual I have ever encountered at a dealership. I don't know what kind of dumb people there are that will put up with it to keep the place in business, but evidently they are out there. I'd hate to think how I would have been treated if I was not white. It was bad enough for me being with a friend who is not. It was even worse for the person in front of us in line. I may have only seen the parts and then the service area representatives, but the sentiment of looks of disgust, basic refusal to help by walking away, acting as if a part was not in stock; all more than enough to show what bad qualities are associated with this business. I'm still trying to figure out what happened yesterday. I drove nearly 2 hours to buy a car, and I did: at the agreed-upon price, with no surprises, hassles, pressure, drama, or headaches. In fact, we were out the door in about an hour. I've never bought aNNNything (product or service) as easily as this car. I started 3 days prior, knowing exactly the model, color, and trim level of the car I wanted. I contacted Jeff Wilson, & explained that I'd be buying that exact car from someone in the next few days, that I was soliciting quotes from a handful of dealers, and that I'd buy the best deal. Jeff provided me with a quote over the phone, and followed-up immediately with an email containing the financial numbers, and the exact specs of the car from the dealer Vehicle Inquiry Report. Every time I contacted Jeff, he responded in good time, with thorough answers only, and no hyperbole or platitudes. After contacting several other dealers in a total of 3 states, I found that Green's had the best price. By FAR, the best price. It was a suspiciously good price, as all of the competing dealers told me. Even the, "call us last, and we'll match or beat their price!" dealers refused to touch the Green's deal. At this point, I knew there had to be a catch. I called Jeff to confirm all the details. I then spoke to Lance Royalty (yes, that's really his name) the New Car Sales Manager, and he supported every detail that Jeff had given me. Still not believing that a new car can be purchased without feeling that you need a shower afterward, I was fully prepared to walk out of the dealership when the inevitable SURPRISE was sprung upon me. When I arrived, I was greeted by both Lance and Jeff, and the latter showed me the car. I immediately checked the odometer, and saw that the miles had, indeed, been correctly represented to me. I checked the car over, & it was perfect. After a brief check ride, we went inside to settle-up. As I was seated, I knew that this is where the game starts. They make the customer WAIT for so long, that the customer concedes to all the extra concessions that the dealer wants. Not so in this case. In about 10 minutes, Jeff had all the necessary information filled-out. When he left to give the papers to the F&I guy (George Hernandez), I was summoned to sign the final documents less than 5 minutes later. At this point, I fully expected to be told of several hundred dollars in previously unmentioned charges, that "everybody pays". Nope - the numbers were IDENTICAL to the FAX I had received the day before. I expected a hard sale on loan life insurance, and loan disability insurance, and a car loan padded with extra % points for the dealer, and a grossly marked-up extended warranty for a car they just told me was the world's most reliable... Not at all. George was polite, brief, and even (dare I say it) helpful. The whole process took about 7 minutes, rather than the expected 2 hours of shouting, crying, unmitigated grief, gnashing of teeth, insults to one's family lineage, threats, etc. So, I bought a car yesterday. At the price I had been told I would pay. In, by FAR, the easiest (and even pleasant) transaction I've ever had involving a motorized vehicle of any kind. Yes, I am extraordinarily suspicious about all things involving the auto business. And that's why I'm at a loss to explain what happened. Courteous people, who do what they say they're going to do? The sky must be falling...JK

I had been looking for over a year for a certain specific year and model Toyota and when I saw Green's Toyota of Lexington Kentucky's ad for that vehicle, I called and was put in contact with their Internet Sales Manager, Bryan Vaughn. Bryan was quick to answer all my questions and his business like manner along with his friendly nature put me at ease. What a difference from other dealers I had tried to deal with over the past year in my search. Being from Alaska, I had to do everything by phone and all my questions were answered and details spelled out clearly. If Bryan didn't know the answer, he quickly got back to me with an answer. When it came time to ship my vehicle, Bryan was very accommodating and flexible and kept my vehicle safe and dry until the shipper could send a truck to pick up my vehicle(a 3 week wait). I came away very satisfied with the exact vehicle I was looking for at a fair price from a dealer with top notch friendly personnel. I would not hesitate to use Green's Toyota of Lexington Kentucky again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality experience in buying a new or used vehicle.

Our experience with OTHER dealers was not good. In fact they lied to us. When I called Green's and explain our experience, they were more than helpful and did a great job meeting our needs. My husband and myself were VERY pleased with the service we received while leasing our first new Toyota vehicle. Our sales consultant was awesome. I brought my Camry in to Green's a couple of weeks ago to the service department because I had a flat tire. I ran over a piece of glass in the road and needed a new tire. Michael Kirk was my service advisor and was very helpful and gave me different options on tire replacement. He saved me money and was extremely courteous!Last week I had to bring my Camry back to Green's because of two recalls. Suzanne Chapman was my service advisor. She got my car right in and I used the free shuttle service back to work. She explained in detail everything the technician would be doing as a result of the recent recall on Toyota Camry. I have never been treated so nice in a service department. My car was clean when I picked it up! I will never service my car anywhere else but Green's Toyota! Thank you Suzanne and Mike!! It is also where I bought my car and I also will buy all my cars at Green's!! I am directing my gratitude to Suzanne and Mike via this survey in assurance that it will reach their supervisor. I have had two Toyota 4Runners, an 05 and my current 07 which I love. I'm the Sales Manager for a large Commercial and Industrial HVAC company and I drive about 30-40,000 miles per year, so I'm always getting my oil changed. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my 4Runner other than Green's Toyota. There is another Toyota Dealership in the area, but hands down I prefer Green's.I have been a service customer for 5 years now and Marion Bailey has been running the Service Department since I have been going their and he runs a tight ship and is second to none as far as I'm concerned. His service team has always been friendly and helpful with my regular service as well as any recommendations for my 4Runner. For the most part I have been dealing with Carrier Walker and Suzanne Chapman as my two service advisors. Although, I have been helped by other service advisors I have been very happy with the other service advisors as well. It's like one big happy family as they call me by name when I enter the service department. I have recommended many people to Green's because of my positive experiences that I have had. This sale was handled through Internet sales with Kevin McCarty and Bryan Vaughn. All employees we encountered, though, were extremely helpful. We were very comfortable with the deal made on the vehicle, and very pleased with the way we were treated. Specifically, they worked with us on the price, even though the vehicle was on special, they arranged competitive financing, they had the vehicle ready and spotlessly clean when we arrived to pick it up, and they even picked us up at the airport since we were flying in from out of state. Kevin and Bryan made us feel like they truly wanted and appreciated our business - a rare occurrence in car dealerships anymore.

Took my recently purchased (< 2 weeks) van, that I purchased from Green's Toyota, into their shop for a intermittent problem where the van would die off after starting. The service provided by Green's was horrible. The "service representative" did not listen carefully to the problem description, and did not return my calls for several hours. He showed no interest in really trying to understand and solve the problem and was dismissive, loud, rude and defensive over the phone.The final straw was 1) they were incapable of definitively diagnosing the problem and therefore it would not be covered by the wonderful extended warranty that the salesman from Green's Toyota had sold me when I purchased the car less than 2 weeks ago, 2) They guessed that the problem might be a widget, engine, valve, gasket thingy that needed replacing and the part would cost $300 plus labor. But, it would all have to be out of pocket because the warranty probably wouldn't cover it because they can't get a definitive diagnosis - how convenient (for them).I finally decided to have the car towed to a different Toyota shop where hopefully they will be more polite and more competent. It would be difficult to be less.In conclusion, I will try to avoid any and all dealings with Green's service department (especially the person mentioned above) and will probably never purchase a car from them ever again either. Unfortunately I also purchased the service agreement that pays for oil changes etc so I may have to go back to Green's for that but if so, hopefully they will be able to diagnose and perform an oil change without keeping the car for 4 days.My only consolation is that I'm not the first person who has been cheated by a used car dealership. And, hopefully my review will direct other people to different places to buy and service their cars.

Ever since I bought my 2002 Toyota Camry LE (Silver) from Green's (which by the way.....I got an AWESOME deal!!)...I have had it serviced and detailed at the dealership. In complete honesty, I would agree that Green's Toyota of Lexington is by far one of the best dealerships I have ever been to.Whenever I need service done, it is done promptly and the service gets fixed without fail. Right when you drive your vehicle in the service door, you will be treated nicely.....and I mean really nice!!! My service specialist, Mike Kirk, is one awesome specialist. I would recommend him for anyone! All service technicians try their best to listen to your problem and offer reasonable prices for the repair. Most minor repairs can be fixed right on the spot without even having to wait at all. When I have to get my car detailed at their service center, I am treated like royalty........I would have my car babied like no other from inside to out including under the hood. I have gone back there ever since and will be for a LONG time! I would also agree that Green's Toyota salesmen are very friendly and they try their best to get the lowest price on a car for you. Unlike Toyota of Nicholasville......where they rip every one off.....Green's is the best Toyota experience you can ever have!

When I made an appointment with a sales rep to talk about buying a new car, I had already decided on the exact model and features I was looking for. I had done my research, and I knew exactly what the dealer's costs were on my chosen car, and what a reasonable "sale" price would be. I knew the value of my own trade-in, and made sure that I was honest in evaluating the trade.My sales rep and the sales manager both presented me with figures that were SUBSTANTIALLY above the invoice price of the car. They both argued when I pointed out their error, and only relented when I pulled out my own paperwork showing the true invoice pricing. They were actually trying to charge me 12.5% ABOVE THE STICKER PRICE. They also played around a whole lot with the value of my trade-in. After some hard-nosed haggling (I was prepared to get up and leave), we agreed on a price. I got it in writing that there would be no "add-ons" or service charges, and that the price we had negotiated was the actual price except for tax and the actual motor vehicle fees. When I went in the next day to sign the paperwork, I noticed a $365 "service" charge pre-printed on the sales paperwork. I balked. I reminded them that they had agreed to no additional charges. The finance manager outright lied to me and said that this was a valid state licensing fee. I asked him if this was a fee required by law, or if it was a dealer add-on, and he again lied. What can I say -- they tricked me. One of the oldest scams out there, and as usual, they figure that once it gets time to sign the final paperwork, the customer either won't even notice the additional charges or won't want to waste any more time over a few hundred dollars.The dealership forgot to give me temporary tags for my new car. I had to go in to get the tags after a weekend of driving without any tags (illegal!!!). It's been 11 days since I bought the new car, and I have had 20+ calls from the dealership in the past two weeks. The finance department has called (I paid cash, but they kept hounding me to finance through them); my sales rep has called, I've had hang-ups on my voicemail from the dealer's number. I like my car. I will never deal with Green's Toyota again for any reason. There are several other Toyota dealers in and around Lexington--my recommendation is to try any one of them and run (don't walk!) from Green's. It's not worth the lies and aggravation.

When purchasing my first new car I was a little worried because I had absolutely no idea how the process would work.Kevin & the guys at this Toyota dealership were outstanding. They made the experience very easy. Kevin continued working with me to get the payments as low as he possibly could. I gave everything a 5 except "Quality of Work". The reason being is when the vehicle was taken back to be cleaned up....we found a few spots on the car. Nothing that can't be cleaned. I told the dealership, from previous forums online I had heard Toyota didn't have good quality customer service, but Green's Toyota of Lexington; A ++ all the way!

I dreaded buying a new car, I loaved it like going to the dentist. But fortunatly I started talking to the internet manager at Green's toyota , Bryan Vaughn I want to share with you my wonderful experience with Green's Toyota. I was trading in a car and buying a new sienna van. My husband left the whole process up to me. I was treated great, my questions were answered promptly and without the usual back and forth that you find at most dealers. My overall experience was so good that I won't dread this process again. I am in a customer service business and I tell you this has to be the very best service that you will find in Lexington. I beleive that people make the difference and Bryan Vaughn and George Hernadez certainly made the difference for me.

All persons I have dealt with from Greens Toyota/Scion of Lexington, KY have been VERY polite and professional. They did not play any of the usual dealer "games" I have come to expect from car dealers--especially Toyota/Honda dealers. All the prices on the Scions are no-haggle which is great. They gave me a detailed list of their prices on all Scion accessories and services which was nice. I had originally contacted them through the Scion.com website, then I corresponded with George Hernandez of the Internet Dept., test drove a Scion xB and a Yaris 4-door with John Hicks of the Internet Dept., and wound up purchasing from John Harris of the Scion Dept. assisted by Beejay Elefante. I appreciated the low-pressure sales approach and the very thorough explanations of the car's features. These folks know their product very well and can give you a lot of useful details. Everyone was friendly and seemed very upbeat about their cars which is different from the "there's the car, buy it or don't buy it" attitude I see at other dealers (especially GM/Ford). They gave me a really low price for my trade in but it was in poor condition, in fact I took my trade to another dealer and was offered the exact same amount of money for it, so that was in the ballpark. I could drop $500 on repairs or a down payment so I traded and bought a new 2006 Scion xB. The only things that soured my experience with Greens Scion of Lexington ("GSL") was that the entire buying process took 4 1/2 hours, and the people in the back really didn't bother to detail it at all, just washed it. Interior was dirty and has smudges/scuff marks on the door panels. coke spilled on the console (!!!), could have been vacuumed better--there were leaves and tree buds stuck in the air vents under the hood, underhood was VERY DIRTY. There was one flaw in the car that dealer prep DID NOT CATCH, there is a large scratch in the paint on the bumper. I will have to take the car back soon to have the door panels re-detailed or replaced if they can't clean them up right, plus have the bumper re-painted.This is simply unacceptable, even in an entry-level car like a Scion. To be fair, the salespeople made an attempt to clean it up again, and they seemed genuinely upset that the detailers let them--and their customer--down. I appreciated that. John Harris even got his hands dirty by swapping the hubcaps to the style I wanted. I have no complaints with the sales people, they made an above-and-beyond effort to earn my business and I hope their management sees this and recognizes them for a job well done. However, if the detail workers and the body shop screw up again Greens may lose my business, time will tell.

If you are in the market for a new Toyota and want a NO Hassle experience, then stop by and see George at Green's Toyota. I emailed George a couple times with a few questions and then went to the showroom to meet with George and test drive a car. He was quick with getting me to a vehicle I was asking about and in less then 3 hours I drove my new car off the lot and to my home. We had a deal set and paperwork in process quicker than I have ever had at any other dealership in the past. I have to say it was real nice to stop in, pick out a car, sign papers and be on my way, all in just a couple hours. I will be back when I need another Toyota, and I am sure you will when you get your deal completed at Green's Toyota.....Remember to see George and tell him Mark Warner sent ya, and I am sure he will help you get a great deal too.....

Buying a car should be one of those milestones in your life that you remember fondly. I looked at several vehicles and dealerships before I went to Green's and talked with George. At other places I felt put on the spot and like the salesman was summing up whether I was a sucker or not. Greens was easy and honest to deal with, no pressure, and I got exactly the vehicle I wanted, when I wanted it and being a Toyota, I know it's a good one. I would definitely recommend George Hernandez and Green's Toyota to buy your next vehicle. We also love the service department as we also bought our truck at Green's three years ago and have been getting it serviced there ever since.

George did a great job with me. When I originally entered I was nervous and very uneasy george changed that almost instantly and before I knew I was laughing and jokeing with him like I had known him for years. He was also very understanding with my needs and worked very hard to meet those requirements for me to purchase a vehicle that I absolutley love. My overall expeirience was outstanding and if anyone is wver talking about purchasing a new or used vehicle Greens Toyota of Lexington will be the first place I suggest they go with out hesitation. I figured that this time when I went to dealers to puyrchase a vehicle I would lay out everything on the table. Price, payment and my situation. The first two dealers I went to showed me pretty fast that I was leaving myself open to be a sucker. Even after this I stuck with my plan. When I spoke to George on the phone I laid all this out to him. He promised to be open and honest with me. This had to be the very best experience I have ever had a dealership. I ran across greens just by searching the internet and researching vehicles. If you want someone that will be honest, up front and open with you I would highly recommend Geroge Hernandez. Bryan Vaughn also works in the internet department and helped out when ever needed. Mark Tipton from what I could tell helped the both of them out as much as he could and was a great help. I bought my vehicle below MSRP and am extremily happy with the results. I felt no pressure and was given very courteous service. After other experiences at other dealers I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from one of these three guys. Not to mention they still remained the same after the sale was finished. I have called and spoke to two of them since then with questions and was helped without question. This had to be one of the first and only times I was happy with what I got and what I paid. Thank you George, Mark and Bryan and continue to be open and honest with your customers all of you had wonderful personalities.Eric S

My husband and I had been looking for a used car for quite some time. We visited Green's while in Lexington one day and test drove a Toyota 4-Runner for the first time. Even though George worked in the new car sales, he helped us look for a used 4-runner. He told us how to access Green's website to see what was available, and even called us when he found something he thought we might like. When my husband found what he was looking for on Green's website, George helped us with the purchase. I was very impressed with George Hernandez' clear understanding of the Toyota brand and specifically with the Tundra that I purchased. He was able to answer most of my questions immediately and those he was not able to respond to he quickly found answers for. He was not just telling me what I wanted to hear.
