They were very polite but didn't pay much attention to my questions. I asked 3 times about an employee discount through my work and they just ignored it. They never even acknowledged that I asked. They also quoted me a trade-in value for my car then lowered it by $2500 on their paperwork. When I asked they told me that he misread the original amount. This was my second time at their dealership being treated this way. There will not be a third.

When we pulled into that parking lot of the dealership my boyfriends stomach started to turn at the thought of having to deal with the "SHARKS". I have to say Otwane was the nicest and most personable salesman we came across during our car shopping experience. We informed him that we just started shopping and was planning on looking at other dealerships. He was cool with that and put us in the car we saw on line to test drive. After shopping at the other dealership we ended up going back to him and bought that very car. He was not pushy at all and gave us exactly what we wanted. I would recommend him if you would like to have a honest to goodness car buying experience.

Barry Bonham was the person with whom we did business at Greenway Dodge. I wanted a Challenger, and Barry drove us around the hundreds of cars that were on the lot. We selected a Challenger, went into a cool showroom and proceeded to work on a price. I soon found out that my wants exceeded my pocketbook. Barry asked us to set a comfortable monthly payment figure, which we did. Barry then took us around the lot again and we found a 2014 Avenger with 3356 miles on it. We agreed to buy the car but when writing up the contract,the price tag displayed on the car had been written $1000.00 short. ( we verified this when we got home and looked on the computer ) Barry got the sales manager,who agreed to honor the lower price, and we had a deal. Mr. Jackson was a very helpful sales representative who took his time in explaining the different cars available and the warranties for them, however, when I arrived there, he was not around to assist me, and a sales rep whose name I cannot remember was very pushy with the process, thankfully I did not purchase a car from this dealership, as the dealer I had received help from was somewhat rude.

I went to purchase a used car. My first surprise was the closed sales lot. I understand security and the need to secure the cars, but being forced to walk through the busy sales floor in order to look at a car is intimidating, and I nearly just left the dealership. There are times when I just want to look, I want to walk the lot and see what is available, and have a private conversation with whoever is with me, not speaking with any sales member, when I know what I want, I will come looking for assistance. I found the used cars to be lower quality than I wanted to purchase, and priced at what I would expect a top notch used car would sell for. The 2 cars I looked at were both one owner cars, yet both had been smoked in heavily, so much so I would have wholesaled them. One had been wrecked, and both had quite a few scratches and nicks in the paint, both had stains on the carpet.. The body shop could have easily repaired the imperfections. I good carpet cleaning would have removed much of the smoke odor and stains. But these cars came in as trades or repos and went right back onto the lot. When I look for a used car, I want one with maintenance records, no stains on the carpet, odor free, and I want to nicks and scratches at the least touched up with some touch up paint and a fresh coat of wax. I want new oil, oil filter, air filter, engine wiped down of dust, windows washed and trash removed from car. If a dealer is unwilling to do this much, I have little trust in their ability to perform a mechanical evaluation, or inspection of the car. Sales guy was wonderful, honest and persistent, he wanted to sell the car and was willing to work to make the sale, but the quality of the car prevented him from selling one to me.

We went to this dealership looking to trade in my wife's car. The salesman Victor Akimov was very accommodating and assisted us in finding the perfect Jeep that met all my wife's needs. The gave us top dollar for our trade-in sight unseen and with just an estimate regarding the actual mileage on the trade in. We signed all the paperwork and finalized the deal. Drove the brand new Jeep Wrangler home only to realize that I had accidentally given them the mileage of my car not the car we were trading in. There was a 18k difference in mileage. I was so stressed out and called Victor immediately to let him know about the mistake. He told me to just bring in the trade in and they would work everything out. The hour drive back to the dealership was the most stressful drive I have taken in a long time. I was so worried that this mistake would cause the whole deal to be void. But Victor was a stand up man and they still honored our deal and their only concern was my family being happy with the car we had just purchased. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. They truly care about their customers.

Went on a Wednesday to see a car listed, was a new trade in, didn't get to be serviced and was not available for sale yet. Was told I would be informed in the next 2-3 days when the car was ready. Went back 2 days later after seeing a different listing and asked about the first because I was never called about the state of the original car I was interested in. This time the sales person I talked to did call me to let me know what was going to be done and a time frame to when it would be completed, 3-5 days. Was out car shopping on that Sunday and went past to see if anything else came in and spoke to the original sales person I saw. Told me he'd get on it and let me know the next day. Monday turns into Wednesday and I finally get a call that he believes that car is ready. I ask him to make sure before going on over. Wednesday turns to Saturday, still no call but now the listing has been pulled from online.

I bought the car mainly because the price, miles and the color of the car. Overall the service was very poor. We made sure that the floor mats and the car fax report was available before we leave the facility. Also we requested that there was no gas so we need gas once we buy the car, but no luck. Sales people were not very friendly. Even though we wanted to pay cash and no financing, the process of paper work was almost 2.00 hours. Overall car price was great. Customer service and communication was very poor.

I went to Greenway after seeing a minivan that I was interested in online. The salesman Eddie Faraldo was very helpful with physically taking a look at the vehicle for me because I was not local. He made sure the vehicle had the features I wanted and verified the pricing that was listed. After I filled out the finance application, Greenway was able to find better finance terms than what I had. Once my financing was secured they called me and said I could pick-up the vehicle whenever I was ready. Eddie waited for us 30 minutes past closing to come in ,trade-in the old vehicle, sign the documents and get the new vehicle. The process was so fast and easy. We were in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes. I never thought buying a vehicle would be so easy, but Eddie and his team made it happen.

Went in to look at a Dodge Dart. The car was beautiful, and I loved it. I really considered purchasing it, but was put off by the pressure sales techniques. Price given to me over email was not provided initially. They actually gave me a sheet showing the car price at approximately $3500.00 more than the one listed on the email, with additional pricing putting the car's final total at about $8000 more than the email price. Shady business! Tried to pressure me into purchasing a car that day even though I specifically said I would not be buying that day. Ended up buying a car from another dealership because I didn't want to give them my business. Very disappointing.

VICTOR AKIMOV! This is the third time we use Greenway Dodge and the two out of the three with Victor. The first time was with Matt Bishop who was promoted to Sales Manager. Victor understands my personality and my husband's we respect his advice and honestly. We love that he is not afraid to work for us at getting the exact deal we need and is NEVER PUSHY (a true gem in this industry). His colleague Sherman Burrell, was a very nice gentleman. In fact gentleman, is the best way to characterize both these men as they treated me and my husband with pure class and honesty ( You can never be angry at a person who is both respectful and honest). These two men made our buying experience wonderful and the reason why we WILL RETURN and WILL REFER friends and family to follow our lead. It should be noted that since this is our 3rd car with Greenway Matt was kind enough to throw in the rugs mats. He didn't make us feel rushed or under pressure and even when we first came in we didn't feel hassled by any of the car salesmen. This place was the best I had been to that whole day and I had went to at least 5 dealerships! So make sure you ask for Michael when you go!

My husband and I went to Greenway Dodge just to look. Sam was the salesman who showed us around and helped us select a beautiful Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4. Sales and Leasing Consultant Rob Redgate was the perfect salesman for this family. My husband and daughter had been looking at all dealers in the area from the beaches to Orlando while I was in DC. They had all their facts and knew what they wanted. Both realized that Rob knew his product and was not going to rush us. I had looked around at a couple other dealerships before going to Greenway but that turned out to be a waste of time the other sales people did not listen to what I was looking for and did not treat me with any respect. I was a little skeptical when I first went in to see Paul he seemed nice on the phone but I had been down this road before. He actually listened to me on what I wanted and he even showed me other options that I had not thought of before which was great. I would have to say that I do not really like going to dealerships because of the way salesmen push you into a vehicle. Ironically, going to Greenway Dodge was a surprising experience. When I walked in i was greeted by a friendly receptionist who introduced me to a young salesman named Nader Hady. He had a very outgoing personality and was very patient with me which made me more at ease with him. He took my mom and I to look at a new mini van. While taking us out to look at the mini vans he was also getting the value of my trade to save time and headache which i appreciated a lot. Again i have to give him credit for his patience with my mom and I because we asked plenty of questions which he had all the answers to. When he showed us the chrysler town and country, it was perfect for me. I loved the test drive and when it came down the payment I was not happy until Nader was able to drop the payment which suited me. It was a great buying experience for me and I will definitely be coming back to Greenway Dodge in the future for my next car.

Jonathan Jackson was the reason I bought my first certified used Acura MDX. My husband bought a Chrysler 300 from him less than a month before. I purchased a new Challenger after receiving a letter from Greenway dodge. It stated an IPad Mini with the purchase of a new car. Upon purchase my salesman told me his manager said "no way" after I asked about the IPad. Several weeks later the Internet Sales Director Mr Fritz told me that there is usually an exclusion on those offers but could not find one on the letter that I kept. He refused the offer a second time. This dealership is not operating with business integrity if this is how they treat their new customers. I deeply regret purchasing my vehicle which I enjoy from a dealership with questionable ethics.

We had been looking all over Central Florida for a clean used Dodge Challenger. Pretty much ran ourselves ragged for two weeks wanting to be sure the decision we made was the best. We even checked dealers in Tampa and Bradenton in hopes of finding the best deal on a quality used car. Well to say that the experience was frustrating is a huge understatement. We were about to just give up entirely until my wife stumbled across n advertisement by Greenway and thought it was worth looking into. We were surprised from the start as we were treated like they wanted to earn our business. I must say that I have purchased many cars new and used and this had to be the easiest purchase I have ever had and on top of that Greenway Dodge and our salesperson Victor met and exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived, The car was waiting for us and ready to go. As for the car it was optioned better than anything else we had seen at thousands less than everyone else. I will sum up my review with the statement that I will be back again. Hiram Gonzalez appeared to be a very knowledgeable and personable salesman, and I was very impressed. When I got the vehicle home, I noticed there was some damage to the dashboard. When I took it back the next day to have it detailed, I was told that the whole dashboard would need to be replaced. The repair took two days to complete. On the second day, the salesman, Hiram Gonzalez happened to call me to see how I liked my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I told him I was not very happy since I have only owned the Jeep for 4 days and for 2 of them it was in the shop. He said he was "sorry to hear that, but thank you anyway" and abruptly hung up on me. I guess he was expecting to hear some positive comment and when he didn't he hung up. I did complain but have heard nothing back from them. I guess once they get the sale, they don't care. First when you buying a car or van or SUV and you are dealing the price. These dealership has way to catch you that on the paper when you singe some time you don't notice that you was corn. When you thinking that you only paying with interset say $19000.00 with you car trade in and no money down and if you not very understanding on the paper then you have been catched by these dealership people now you will be paying about $27000.00 until all paid with interset. And they don't officer you even glass off water or coffee when you are spending so much with them. And it take them to sell a car plus clean up and papers work almost 6 hours,. So during that time you are tried and your mouth dried up. Then say week time when you reading the papers then you notice what they have done to you now you can't back up so you are stuck with the car even you don't give a tag plate cover it is that cheap people they are.

I live 75 miles from the dealership, but found the Jeep i wanted online. There i found by far the best price, no one local would touch it. Sent an inquiry by email at 8:00 pm Adam answered within 10 minutes. Answered my questions, drove up in a couple of days, bought the Jeep wrangler listed on their site at price advertised. Everyone there was more than friendly and helpful making sure i was taken care of. Had to come back the next day, another 150 mile to pick up vehicle after alarm installed and detailed, well worth the drive. My only regret is dealership is not close enough to have my service done there after my sales experience. I had been to another dealership in the morning, and was thoroughly disgusted with how I was treated. A friend recommended I stop in and look at a car at Greenway Dodge. His salesman was helping another customer, so Adam helped me. He was pleasant, and respectful. Also, the finance manager that I had was also incredible. It was late on the night before, and he never once complained about having to stick around and close my deal. All in all, everyone I dealt with at Greenway dodge was professional and courteous Adam was great and I could not ask for anything more!

I was looking for a Mustang with low miles and in my price range, doing my research online. I found a Mustang online at Greenway Dodge and called to get more information about it. I talked to Adam on the phone about what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. He did the numbers and we just couldn't get the deal I was looking for on that Mustang. A few days later Adam call's me and says he has found a Mustang for me. Because he had most of my information from talking to me on the phone, when I went in and saw the Mustang (yes, I loved it!) the paper work was done pretty fast and Adam had me in and out with the perfect Mustang for me. I was in Greenway almost a week ago and to purchase a new Ford Fiesta. I first went to Don Reid but left after their less than stellar service. They didn't even try to help me. I left Don Reid and went straight to Greenway where I was greeted immediately by Linton. He spent at least 5 hours trying to get me the exact car I wanted. It was also cold this day but that wasn't a deterrent, we didn't stop until I was satisfied on which car I was going to purchase. I'm very indecisive but Linton was there to help me make my decision. I'm very happy with my car and the service I received. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member, in fact I already have.

Our Fiat salesperson Metin Akpinar was great as the wife liked Fiat and myself Chry Retrackable convertible all said & done a new Fiat 2013 and a 2013 Chrysler 200 retrackable hard top. Met when threw the whole deal with both sides. Deals went great doing to different deals at once. Rob Redgate helped with Chrysler side. 2 different parts of Greenway. Finished deals on Sat and drove both trades back on Sunday and drove new cars home. WAS NOT shopping just lookie lue. Met finished with Fiat then showed me the Chrysler 200. I set a max payment and it was met. The financing went great and we are happy with our new cars. My truck was totaled thanks to a red light runner. After pay off I went to Arrigo dealer in palm beach and wow terrible cars and customer service was funny like a bad joke. No call backs and no nothing on price just like tuff, it is what it is. Sales guy even tried the Take Away which did not work, I took away me to another dealer. Greenway Dodge had what I wanted but a tad high on price for myself. Car worth every cent but with kids and budgets it was out of reach. But Johalvy did her best and got me a real word of mouth they could get the price I needed and if i drove the 3 hours it would be there. 3 hour drive later and well worth it for me i saw and purchased my car. NO GAMES NO WELL DUH I DONT KNOW. I though this is to good to be true car to nice and my financing to difficult. Being check had not cleared from pay off of totaled truck. BUT I was Very happy with service and the job done to get me into that car. I left in the impossible and at that moment Arrigo called "Hey bro I think we can drop price $500". Told him HEY BRO I just got a 1year newer 15,000less mile,2year warranty, navigation,with new tires,new battery and a CLEAN car fax. HE HUNG UP he did the take away and it worked out 150% for me.

We had done business for years with another dealership. This time we shopped price. Apples for apples, Jose beat others prices, including the dealership with which we had done business with for years. That dealership tried to instill fear in us, telling us that Jose would not keep the deal when we met in person. Jose assured us over the phone that if we had been honest with him about our trade in, that the deal would go down just as promised. He said, he could not give us the warm fuzzies over the phone that we were looking for, but that he would be true to his word if we had been honest with him. Once we met with Jose all the fear that the other dealership had tried to put in us melted away as the deal went down not only as Jose had told us it would, but actually even a little better. Jose was professional, courteous, and honest. He is definitely a man of integrity and we feel he would never try the tricks our long time dealer did. The first dealer should be ashamed trying to persuade us through fear to keep our business with them. We cannot say enough nice things about how Jose walked our mother through the buying process and patiently explained the features of her new vehicle to her. If you are looking for a new car, Jose is with whom you wish to deal, even if it takes you a few hours to get there. We passed many dealerships in our two-hour ride to the dealership, but in the end it was time well spent.

Jose did a great job! When i first arrived at dealership Jose waited on my wife and i and was very friendly and helpful. I had been in contact with Jamie previously via e-mail so I was turned over to Jose though Jamie stayed near by to help Jose take care of us. Jamie was very knowledgeable and truthful at all times. I hate car dealers, so I have not been to one in over a decade because of the last experience. just fixed up the car I already owned, but knew I would have to try again sooner or later. this time I figured I would do all of my research online for the used vehicle I want, and had my bank financing set before I even talked to anyone. the Jeep I found was at Greenway it was thousands less than the other dealers in the area for the same model and year, Plus theirs was a certified preowned when most of the others were not. the carfax was there and they also listed the realdeal.com link which did show the other cars in the area that I already knew about. that is when I called and talked to Doug Alexander I asked straight questions and got straight answers. and no pressure, he emailed and texted me with pictures and any remaining questions I thought of. when I had all of the info I needed I set a time to pick up the jeep, as I was coming from the Daytona area. when I got to the dealership, the jeep was parked ready for the test drive, he showed me the paperwork on the certified preowed filled out a little paperwork with him and was ready to go to financing to finish off the paperwork. I was also happy with finance department, I know they make their money from loans and add on's, they asked if I wanted them but never pressured me. and finished the paperwork quickly. I left Ormond Beach at 9:30am and was home by 2:00pm and that included 45 min. lunch with my friend. it was a pleasant experience without the stress that I had from times before

I had a couple sales men that were excellent ( Victor Akimov & David Atkins ) both guys were very patient and helpful. I ended up getting the Ram Bighorn 1500 and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. My visit to the Greenway Dodge Chrystler Jeep Dealership was far better than I expected, based on my previous visits to other car dealerships. My interaction with the employee, Mabel, is what made this such a great experience. she was more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the best deal I was getting. In fact, he spent the greater part of his work day patiently working with me to ensure I was satisfied. This was a far different experience from my previous experiences at other dealerships because the employees were impatient, aggressive, and they weren't listening to what I wanted out of my possible purchase. I went to Greenway Ford on Saturday looking for something different then the car I have. What I needed most was an affordable rate and someone who would take the time to talk to me and explain things to me. I met Alex Mangual who was kind enough to take me to multiple cars until I found one I wanted. He listened to what I had to say and put me in a vehicle that I wanted and could afford! The kindness he expressed to my husband, me and our daughter was outstanding! After speaking with Alex and finding my dream car Rob Hoffman put together all of my financial issues. Rob took the time to explain to me what I was signing and made sure I had the coverage I needed at an affordable rate. He was very kind to my daughter and very patient with us while we sorted things out. He made sure to answer all of my questions clearly. I've been to other dealerships and left because of the rudeness and unwillingness to explain things to me but I was amazed at the customer serivce I expierenced at Greenway Ford! Even the rest rooms and vending machine were so well taken care of. There was even a play area my husband could take our daughter to when she became restless and unwiling to sit still. All in all I left with the car I wanted and a smile on my face! Penni Delgado has been my service advisor since I started coming back to Greenway for services. She has been professional, honest and straightforward in my dealings with her. She is the reason that I continue to use Greenway for my Jeep Liberty servicing. My past experiences with Greenways service department were filled with frustration at the wait times (12 hours one time to resolve a low tire pressure light showing on the dash. This was on the day before Thanksgiving a few years back, with family in town waiting at the house.........the issue turned out to be the spare tire on the back of the Jeep was under inflated. Unbelievable), the indifference displayed by the service advisors, the lack of responsibility assumed by the service department in problems associated with the vehicle while under warranty and the costs associated with having the vehicle fixed or serviced. I quit bringing my vehicle to the dealer for a number of years. I had to bring it back this past year due to failing window brackets which is when I started working with Penni as my service advisor. As stated above, these experiences have been a 180 degree change from the past. Thank you Penni for being such a prime example of what customer service is supposed to be like. Thank you for your attention to detail, professionalism, communication skills, willingness to listen and resolve issues in a timely manner. We will keep coming back to Greenway as long as Penni is our advisor.

Purchasing a new vehicle with bad credit can be very challenging and frustrating at times. Not at Greenway Dodge, not with Victor Akimov. I am currently enrolled in a Chapter-13 bankruptcy repayment plan. No dealer in town wanted to offer any credit unless the bankruptcy was discharged. If I don get a new or pre-owned car, then I could not go to work. I did not have money to repair my old car. I walk into Greenway Dodge looking for a miracle, but with little hope, looking for a new or pre-owned car that I could afford, with a interest rate and a monthly payment that was acceptable by the Chapter-13 Trustee. In addition, I was upside down on my present car which had very little salvage value. Victor decided to take on this task, he walked me through the process, one step at the time, he eased my worries, we found a car that not only would meet would all the requirements, but also the car that I was wishing I could get. A new 2012 Jeep Patriot. Thanks to Victor guidance, the approval process from the Chapter-13 Trustee went flawless, and so was the approval from the bank. Within 4 days, I got my new vehicle, which will drive me to work everyday. I really cannot express how grateful I am to Victor Akimov for making this a reality. Second time I purchase from greenway dodge,this time it was a 2 car deal, Joh is an excellent sales person, he is not the old school pushy type sales person that will try to make you regardless, he will do anything possible to find you your perfect car in their HUGE lot even if it takes an hour wich it took in our case cause we were buying 2 cars, negotiations were easy I just told them where I wanted to be at and it was a done a deal on both cars....extremely easy...finance office was easy, again we never felt pressured even in the finance office to buy extended warranties...we signed our papers and we were on our way with our brand new Challenger and Grand Cherokee Limited

Ok, I am a picky Computer Engineer... and I do my research. Paul French is a great sales guy... he worked with me... and was always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile. I stopped in for a look to see what they had... then left the country for a month for my job. Paul was e-mailing me back and forth and answered my questions well. Everybody hates to buy cars... hates the hassle... hates the scams... hates the EVERYTHING. Well, the nature of car buying is that it is inconvenient... but Paul French did a great job of helping me out. i got a car I love... at what I felt was a fair price. Paul saw the forest from the trees... and he adapted to what I needed from a salesman. That is truly a great quality. I found Paul's integrity to be TOP NOTCH. I know that the pop culture says that an honest car salesman is an oxymoron, but I believe that Paul is very honest. Also, Greenway in general gets great marks.

My husband DID NOT need a new truck. I did not want to go truck shopping and was in a horrific mood. My husband kept me there so long I got a sunburn. Literally. This brings me to a couple of items: the lot is huge and they have no shade, golf carts, or cool drinks/snacks. The facility was clean, but nobody can get in/out of a dealership in less than 3 hours so drinks, snacks, shade, cart would have been nice. You can't get to the lot without doing the catwalk through the building with dozens of staff gazing hopefully upon you. My mood clearly deflected anyone in their right mind from approaching us. This was a bit uncomfortable but not too bad. Apparently you can ask for a "no sales person experience". Sales guy, Victor Akimov bravely approached us on the lot. He was patient and kept me calm throughout the process (no small feat). He provided great information and worked a deal for us. Finance (Maribel Hernandez) was SPECTACULAR and flexible. Willing to work for you. I hate vehicle shopping so much but this place is tolerable for me.

I want to give huge kudos to the Greenway Dodge Dealership. Rob Redgate was incredibly helpful when looking for a used car. Coming in with the challenges of not so great credit we were worried that we wouldn be able to find a car we liked and get it financed. After finding out a little bit about what my needs were he narrowed it down to a few cars, making sure that I didn look at anything out of price range, even though a girl can dream . Even when I was getting a little discouraged, he never got impatient with me. He gave me realistic expectations and made sure I got the most for my trade-in that I possibly could. Once we decided on a car, a price, and were approved for financing it was a quick and easy process. We had looked at many dealerships in town and weren able to pull the trigger on a car. The only disappointment we had was with the Sirius radio...With our previous vehicle, we had XM Sirius Radio and thought this was what we were getting with the new Jeep. I came into Greenway Dodge dreading the car buying process. I met Victor (our sales rep)as soon as I came in and he first asked me what I was looking for, I explained to him the type of vehicle but most importnant the price range. After we found the perfect car it was time to negotiate. Victor knew my finance situation and I must say that he stepped up to bat for me. It took a bit of time but not once did the finance manager have to come sit with me to try to negotiate. Victor did that all on his own and was able to get me an "offer that I could not of refused". He was very courteous, very professional, VERY patient and most of all extremely honest. I must say that he made the car buying process pleasent and easy. From the time I walked in the door, Victor was very friendly. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made sure I got that. I was unsure of which car, so he took his time to explain the differences between the 4 that I choose. Ron Griffin also was extremely friendly and helpful in this process, he knew which car I picked and he went out of his way to find the color I wanted. He got me the best % rate on my car and I'm even paying less now then with my previous car payment. I did not feel pressured in anyway, which was a big change from what I had experienced in the past. Because of the way I was treated my husband and I came back the next day and we also purchased a car for him. Ron showed him 2 different cars that he was interested in . He took the time to explain the differences in the cars and my husband was able to make a very quick decision. At the same time Victor made sure that the car were cleaned and ready to go. I just got a brand new Challenger on 4/28 and had a great buying experience. After leaving a different dealership because it was horrible I made my way to Greenway Dodge where Rob helped me find the perfect vehicle. While the process took a long time we were able to get to a number I was happy with on both my trade and the car I was purchasing. The car did have one issue that I saw when choosing it and Rob made sure to set me up with a service manager to address immediately. We had such a good experience with Rob that we went back the following day to buy another vehicle. We got close on that one but in the end we decided to stick with our current vehicle and wait for something else to come to the lot. Rob was able to get everything just about where we wanted on the second vehicle we just had second thoughts on it. I highly recommend Greenway Dodge and Rob if you need a new or used car, just bring snacks because like most dealerships it is a lengthy process.

I work long hours and noticed that Greenway Dodge was 1 of the few dealerships open til 9pm so I stopped by after work. I met salesman Ben Carson that night and went out of his way staying late to show me all the vehicles I was interested in. I never felt rushed or pressured which I thoroughly. I appreciate. After several other late night meetings and numerous questions and negotiations by text I went in on Friday afternoon and bought the Challenger I wanted at the price I wanted and was in and out with my new car in less than 2 hours. my wife and i live 80 miles away. i was shopping for cars for the both of us and it seemed like this was the only place that had something for my wife and i. before i made this long trip, i spoke to steve gomes and explained that my credit was not that great and i didnt want to drive all the way down there just to leave empty handed! after 1 day of contacting steve, he called back and said, drive down, we have a deal for you. by the time i got there, they were so busy selling cars, he had to have his partner "Sherman" help as well. these are the most professinal salesmen i have ever known! they treated us as if we were family. to be honest, it took longer to drive down and back home, then it did to sign all the paperwork! great job by steve and sherman

Wow, what a great time my husband and I had today at Greenway- dodge in Orlando .. We really hate to go buy cars, we've been looking for a car for over a month and walked out of many of dealers office because even they don't want to work with you or they tell you one thing and do something else or just didn't want to make a deal. I just purchased a used vehicle at Greenway Dodge. While doing the test drive the "check engine light" came on. I was worried, my sales man told me not to worry. He said when we get back I will take it back to the shop and they will fix it. He did. They fixed it. He told me if it came back on to bring it back. The light did come back on. I took it back to my sales man. He kept his word, they fixed it. Again, he said if it comes back on to bring it back. It did come back on. I called him, he said bring it in we will fix it. The sales man's name is Joseph Sweenor. Joseph is awesome. He is a man of is word. The vehicle I purchased was a "as is" purchase. There was no warranty on the vehicle. However, Joseph said if the light comes on bring it back we will fix it at our expense. Everyone we had contact with was gracious, nice, pleasant to be around. I will be back there to purchase my next vehicle. I can only hope Joseph will still be working there. Very fast car buying process. We were in and out of the dealership in 3 hours including the test drive and walking the lot for about 45 minutes. Jeff Mitchell was our sales guy and he got us the price we wanted in less than 10 minutes of negotiations. Jeff had the truck detailed and gassed up while we were signing papers so the truck was ready to go when we were done. He also had our trade-in appraised while we were on a test drive which saved time. This is the 2nd car we have bought from this dealership and will continue to go back in the future. Also thank you to Matt Bishop for helping with the negotiations. We are now the owners of a 2012 RAM 1500 Hemi. Awesome deal on a new truck!

I had the best buying experience I have ever had at Greenway Dodge. I found the car I wanted online and Jeff Mitchell called me the next day. After a number of phone calls I decided I was ready to go ahead and buy I called him we discussed the car I wanted to buy he had me fill out an app online and the next day I drove my new Chrysler 300 home. Absolutley the best experience I have ever had he went over and beyond to get me in this car even with my credit issues. Everyone was nice and polite the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by a nice and smiling face. My husband and I decided to go to Greenway to test drive two vehicles we were possibly interested in purchasing in the near future. We test drove the Chrysler 300 and the Dodge Charger. We ended up getting numbers on both with a possible trade in but we were not ready to purchase anything that day since this was our first look and we had not done our homework on our trade in or reviews on either one of the vehicles. After the evenings worth of research we returned to the dealership and Joshua Johnson who was referred to us by our neighbor who had purchased a vehicle here the week before, worked with us to complete the deal where we were happy purchasing the Chrysler 300. I never felt pressured during the purchasing process or while working with the finance department, they allowed me to ask any questions and did not make me feel bad if I didn't understand something, they would explain it again. Everyone we came in contact with was great, Joshua Johnson (salesperson), Gabriel Salagedo (the first salesperson we dealt with), Sam Haddad (answered additional questions on extended warranties, etc.) and the finance department.

I was perusing a certain automobile website that listed a car I was interested in seeing. I contacted the dealer via online-chat, and was connected with Mr. Cesar Rios. he explained to me the car was just received by the dealership and it wasn't actually on the lot just let. He told me to contact him tomorrow and he would let me know when it would be available. Upon contacting Cesar the next day I received an immediate response, something that continued well after the sale. Once I arrived at the dealership Cesar greated me outside by the location of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He had the keys in his hand and we went for a test drive. Upon returning to the dealership, I found Cesar to be very cordial, as well as the rest of the staff at Greenway Dodge. Needless to say i purchased the car that night and was extremely happy with the way I was treated throughout the entire process(even with the F&I representative). After leaving the dealership, i noticed I left behind a few item in my old car. I contacted Cesar and he assured me he obtain all the missing items and hold them for me until I was able to retrieve them. All-in-all, I would STRONGLY recommend visiting with Cesar Rios from Greenway Dodge for the purchase of your next vehicle. I know they can take care of you!!!! Ps. Rob went above and beyond what he needed to do. I was out of the US and was needing a vehicle. I found a van on line and sent my son to look at it. Well the van was already sold and Rob took him to another van and rob sent me all the pictures and a carfax. My son drove the van all was good. But as we were getting all the paper work and a payment to Rob his sales manager made a decision to sell the van to another person even though we were getting the payment sent to him. Rob was upset and so were we. Rob contacted us the next day with another van he discounted the van and guaranteed the van for us. If you go to buy a vehicle from here go see Rob. We had a problem with the brakes when we got back and Rob got it taken care of for us at there expense . Rob will take care of you. His sales manager needs to think be fore he acts. If Rob is there when I need another car I will only deal with him.

Had a great experience in my quest for a Chrysler PT Cruiser. After looking at several other vehicles at other dealers (small "d" intended),I lurched into Greenway Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep. Being disabled and only mobile by means of a walker, I appreciated Ben Carson's immediate offer to bring the vehicles to me....(another dealer merely pointed out the used car line to me...) Knowing what I wanted helped too. After a complete inspection we negoitated a fair price and a list of minor repairs to be performed. Then came the only "less than excellent" portion of the purchase. I advised I was paying cash and had no trade, so sitting down with "Finance" should have been a no brainer.....but....and not their fault, I was writing a check on my out of state Credit Union. So, I was told that they would have to hold the car for two or three days till the check cleared and write a loan contract in case the check didn't clear. I told him what they could do with that idea, so the guy went away, came back and said they would just hold the car till the check cleared. I said ok, and he went away. Standing outside, just ready to leave and the finance guy runs out and tells me I can take the car cause they ran the check throuogh electronically and it cleared. This guy should be retrained. He came within a whisker of losing the whole deal.

I took my Journey in to the service department. While waiting for my vehicle I went to look at the new cars. I met Stephen Gomes. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. The last time I purchased a vehicle from Greenway I had a terrible experience and swore I would never buy there again. Mr Gomes listened to my complaints. He went on to tell me that that was an unusual case and he was sorry that it happened. He took me to go see the Chrysler 200. I fell in love with. After reviewing many many many web pages to find a used car, we kept finding that no matter what model we looked at Greenway Chrysler had it, had it for less than everyone else and with lower mileage. That is why Greenway was the first and only stop we made to purchase a used vehicle. Paul French was our salesman. The car we went to look at was beyond what my husband agreed our budget would be after taxes and title, etc... so Paul found a car on the lot that would work within our budget. The car was so new that it wasnt even on the main lot yet and had not been prepped for the sales lot. It still had a slight scratch/dent in the driver's door. We drove the car home with a promissory note that the dealership would repair the drivers door at no cost (which, by the way, was offered to us after we had agreed to buy the car as it is). A couple of weeks later I dropped the car off to be repaired while my husband and I were out of town. When we returned, the car was fixed and ready to go for us. You can't even tell that the car had any kind of damage, and they even detailed the inside for us again while they had it. Overall, it was a great experience, a great value and we will buy our next car from them.

Feel obligated to give Paul French and Greenway Jeep a perfect 5 star rating. Buying a new Wrangler from Paul was painless. Spent months looking to purchase a new Jeep. Went to many dealers and got my fill of sleezy know nothing salesmen all over the state of Florida. Paul was knowledgeable and upfront about everything. He answered all of my questions and always got back to me as promised. It took literally minutes to make a deal with him with no salesman BS. Actually feel like I have a connection in the automobile industry now. There are many dealerships within 25 miles of my home, the closest is five miles away. I believe I will be making the 75 mile drive to Greenway for my service just because of Paul. Greenway does have a very impressive facility and that is part of the reason I will make the drive. I traveled 120 miles to get there, fully expecting to write a check for a late-model used car. But the pricing games they play, the rude salespeople and the hidden fees made me walk out. Their "QC Certification" is nothing more than a cursory inspection and an aftermarket warranty, which should not be necessary on a 1-model year old car with 13,000 miles on it that's still under factory warranty, but you don't have a choice in buying it; it's wrapped into the price of the car. In addition to the $699 dealer profit they mention in the ad, they also tack on an undisclosed $200 for "docs," which is additional dealer profit. The salesman said the asking price was firm until we started leaving, then he backed off that. Even so, the manager refused to budge at all. All the while, they were snotty and rude. I wanted to take a shower.

My husband and I did our homework. We researched and visited multiple dealerships. Greenway had the most impressive inventory. Rob spent an entire Sunday helping us find the vehicle that best fit our needs. He was very informative. Rob knew his cars! I would recommend you ask for Rob and visit Greenway when on your search for a new car. And... Rob was born at Parrish Medical Center. Can't beat that for quality!

I went to Greenway Dodge because I was looking for a jeep and I found it. It was a beautiful certified preowned 2009 jeep wrangler. And it was priced good too. I really enjoyed my salesman Joseph Pac. He tried everything he could to find out information and work with us on getting the right price. He also had a great personality and wasnt pushy or trying to pressure me. For him I give five stars. The only reason there is four stars up there is because I was waiting to be called into financing for awhile. Overall a great place.

Greenway Dodge was a great place to buy my Jeep Compass. I had been to several dealerships shopping for a car. The reason that Greenway won my business and because they were friendly and took the time to show me differnt cars I was interested in buying. The salesman new all the information about the vehicles and was not pushy toward a vehicle. There was not a lot of games when it came to deciding on a price. I would recommend the dealership again and asked for Joe Pac, he is a great sales person.

I was there receiving a van for my parents. Sales contracts signed, credit card forms filled out, even bought insurance! After waiting over 3 hours "FLAVIO" the used car manager informs us that while we were sitting there, someone else arrived, test drove the same van, and that he was selling it to them because they were paying by check. The other buyer did not offer more, nor had they started paperwork. Even though the card had been authorized, he cancelled the sale. Our salesperson, Rob, was very kind and did everything in his power to try to complete the sale for us. He was as upset as I was that the vehicle had been sold out of under me while I was sitting there. I give kudos to Rob, but because of the actions of Flavio, I will not be using this dealership or any of their partners ever again. IF YOU GO THERE TO BUY A CAR, BRING CASH OR THEY WILL SELL IT OUT FROM UNDER YOU!!! Do Not Trust This Crooked Dealership!

I just needed a new key for my car. I called to get the price and how long it would take last week. I was quoted a price over the phone for both the key and the "programming fee", and was also told that it would take about 45 min to complete. I made an apppointment and when I got to the dealership they said it would take about an hour. Well I waited an hour and 45 min before they came back and told me another price, double what they told me over the phone, and that I would have to wait another 30 min before it was done. At this point I have wasted almost 2 hours of my time and I still have no key for my car, so basically I have to pay their price to have them do it. Well another 45 min goes by and finally they are finished with my car. I then leave and go somewhere else to get an oil change, where they tell me that my license plate light is out. I look at my paperwork from Greenway where they supposedly do a full vehicle check...and sure enough it was have written on there that the light was out, but they never mentioned it to me. They actually didnt mention anything that was on the check list...and as it turns out, the light was just loose and not out at all. This place has extremely poor customer service, so dont be fooled by their "complementary" snack bar. I'd rather pay the $2.00 for a soda and have decent customer service. While I was sitting in the "lounge" area, I was talking with a few other customers that were having similar issues to mine so clearly I'm not the only one.

Not only were they very patient with my mother but they very nice in the way they handled her and her vehicle. Buying experience began with the Jimmy Villelia, the internet Sales representative. His responsiveness and honest tone was refreshing compared to other dealers. Buying experience at the dealership was made bearable only because of Jimmy. His honesty and kindness was the one thing that kept us there through the whole grueling experience of endless bargaining back and forth and back and forth with management. The buying experience from beginning to end lasted nearly 5 hours. It felt like Jimmy was really the only one there interested in selling me the car. I would recommend Jimmy to anyone wishing to buy a car.

My salesman was Ben Carson who spent a good deal of time attending me and showing us several vehicles to find the right one for our budget and our daily needs. We settled on a Dodge Journey and were given all the information requested as well as excellent service on installation of additional equipment and post sale Luxcare car treatments. Although the costs could have been more simplified showing a reconciliation between the deal sheet, purchase order and financing summary, all charges were satisfactorily explained.

Randall is our service advisor and Marshall is our Sprinter Tech and they do a great job helping to quickly diagnose our repair issues, get the parts ordered, and get our commercial vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible. Took my 06 Dakota for tranny maint. My service rep Randall Brown advised me and showed me a piece of steel ring that had broken off. He contacted my ext. warr company and I had my truck fixed the very next day with a new clutch pack and converter. Great service dealer. I recommend it. Ed

But with Joe he was honest and help me find the car for me. he took his time and explain the cars features and advantages. I have to thank Rob for bearing with me and taking me on a fun adventure to find my new(Used) Car. Upon arrival I was taken to the lot to find the car only to find that it wasn't there. We searched for over an hour before finding my little gem and Rob stuck with me and kept me from losing my mind. They performed some minor cosmetic repairs before the sale which was greatly appreciated. Though I can't say that I cared for the financing department. Check the numbers carefully and if you have questions that they don't/won't answer thoroughly, ask for a manager or walk away.
