i would highly recommend leasing or buying from greg bell. i called chad thompson and told him what i wanted and he found exactly what i wanted at another dealer.we worked out all lease numbers over the phone and the deal proceeded seamlessly. we arrived at the dealership then took a test drive after chad had explained all the features. we returned to dealership and shortly we were in the financial dept. with april. all paper work went smoothly and before we knew it we were on our way home. just an overall stressless and enjoyable experience.

My daughter's 2014 Cruze had a noise coming from the engine and the "Check Engine" light came on. I proceeded to leave all the info on Bell website, which allows you to make the appointment and leave your car if desired. I left the vehicle and the staff called me the next morning informing me it was ready to go and was under warranty. I was liking that part! My wife then picked up the Cruze and went about her day only to see the "Check Engine" light come on again just as she was literally passing the dealership. So she immediately went in and the staff proceeded to review what had happened. We left the car since it was about 5 pm and they offer to give us a loaner but there was no need. The next morning they called again and said it was ready to go and explained what had happened. Once again, it was "Under warranty" Loving that! Thanks you Bell for providing the professional service that everyone wishes they had. I would highly recommend giving them a visit for your next service OR vehicle purchase. Great folks with a small town hospitality.

Jerry Hayes was great to work with. I live 45 minutes from the dealership and he was willing to bring the car closer to me just to take a look at, I ended up going to the lot on a Saturday and Jerry met me at the door and had the car ready for a test drive, in no time we had a deal worked out without him playing the games like most dealers try to play. Jerry then set me up to see April Seger to finish all the proper paperwork and I figured she would be the one to put in little add-on's to drive the price up a little, but she never did she informed me of extra coverage if I wanted it and when I turned it down she was not pushy about it, she just let me know what was available. April walked me through all the papers I needed to sign. I rate jerry Hayes as excellent along with the people around him, the next time I purchase a car even though it's a 45 minute drive I will be going back to see Jerry.

Service was quick and people were polite and friendly. Work was done while I waited. Anything that was needed to be done in the near future was written out with the cost for me. I just purchased a new Cadillac Escalade and couldn't be happier with my experience. Tim Bovee did amazing coordinating my test drive, financing and pickup. He was available by phone during the entire process to answer all of my questions and even took the time to learn the vehicle electronics for me to help set me up. Gary Lundy and Scott in service have even helped answer questions I have had after my purchase as the vehicle features are a little challenging. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and quick to help me. I recommend them as this was the most seem less car purchase I have had.

I recently purchased a 2004 Cadillac CTS in Adrian at the Greg Bell dealership. Gary Lundy handled the transaction in a most professional manner. Bell's service department made some last-minute updates to the 2004 car following the sale. Mark Tejkl handled questions regarding the service history and provided insight into the excellent care my car enjoyed through 11 years with its' original owner. This is my third time of buying a vehicle here, my first time on writing a review. I also want to mention I live 1 hour away. Been to other dealers that were a lot closer and would not go back. Greg Bell Chevrolet Cadillac is the only place I will go to, reason being is the people!! Chad T. is the one I deal with can't say enough about how he treats my wife and I when we are there. Also the service department treat you like friends and make sure you know what's going on with your vehicle , even if it's just an oil change. Don't want to leave any one out because every one we happen to walk by are always smiling and friendly.

Recently, I was having trouble with the blue tooth pairing (for hands-free calling) as I had upgraded my cell phone and couldn't get the phone to sync with my Buick Enclave. I called Greg Bell Chevrolet service and Gary called me back within 20 minutes. He was very patient on the phone with me (I'm not that tech savvy) and guided me through the process of pairing my phone to my Enclave . . . BINGO! Within a short phone conversation I was able to solve my problem, without the hassle of having to bring my car in.Fortunately, my Enclave hasn't needed any service, but I have bought numerous cars at Greg Bell Chevrolet and their sales team and service department are top-notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone for buying a car or having a car serviced.I will continue to buy my cars from Greg Bell Chevrolet and have many friends and family who are also loyal customers.

We purchased a used Tahoe from Greg Bell in July of 2013 where the buying experience went very well. Recently our Tahoe had a problem with a noise due to a broken bolt on the exhaust manifold. Our Vehicle one extended warranty refused to cover it (so don't buy that if ever offered) but Greg Bell, and a special thank you to April in F/I, stepped up to the plate to make it right for us. They fixed it quick and due to the excellent service after the sale this is why Greg Bell will be my first choice when we are ready to look for another car. Any dealership can wow you while buying and make you feel important, but a great dealership will do it after the sale just like Greg Bell did.

We visited Greg Bell Chevrolet on October 18th to test drive a used 2013 Cruze LTZ. Chad made us feel extremely welcome, answered all of our questions, was not the least bit "pushy" and made the buying experience an awesome one. This took place on a Saturday and I was not expecting to be able to finish a deal until the following Monday. But, Chad was able to get our insurance, plates and everything switched over. It worked out perfectly. I would recommend Greg Bell Chevrolet and sales person Chad Thompson for your new or used car buying needs. It was worth the drive from Fenton.

Greg Bell has a friendly staff. The facility is top notch. The transmission repair seems to be working after the second visit. The long term affect remains to be seen. I like that there seems to be a dress code for the staff who appear professional. The car wash is a nice feature that demonstrates appreciation for the business. An area to improve is to be to be proactive in communicating issues or delays. Dont wait for the customer to call. Another suggestion is not to allow a heavy smoker drive the repaired car to the lot. Im sure the person did not smoke in the car, but it reeked of cigarette smoke when I entered my car. If the dealership wants to add another feature of appreciation, maybe transportation service for one car owners.Although the dealership is a class act, I will never purchase another GM product. Its not the dealerships fault for the transmission to fail after 53,000 miles on a five year old vehicle. I am 60 years old and I drive like one, so I have a hard time understanding how the transmission became damaged. I have only bought GM products. My Cutlass had issues in the 70s, but all American cars had issues. Thats why foreign cars emerged big time in the 80s. I bought two Geos that were wonderful cars, but it is probably the Toyota influence on the vehicles. How can Hyundai guarantee their transmission for 10 years or 100,000 miles? GM is making billions. It can afford to lose a few grains of sand from each fistful it grabs. For me, the $2,800 it cost me to repair the transmission is painful. My next purchase will be an American made car by Toyota or Honda.

I was very busy with work but took a few minutes to do on-line search for purchase of new(used) truck. Best prices and trucks kept bringing me back to Greg Bell site. Shane Waldrop answered all my questions through emails over next couple of days and got everything except the test drive and trade in offer taken care of. It made the process extremely quick and easy so I didn't lose time at work. No pressure just quick honest responses and a great experience.

I was ready to purchase a vehicle for another dealer then over the weekend a vehicle showed up online at Greg Bell similar to one I was ready to purchase that was a yr newer and less miles. I sent them a message Sunday asking question and got the standard not in office response which I fully expected. Monday I followed up with questions and they also followed up with my initial request. They was busy that day but the sales person that was helping me made time to answer my question and confirm what the options where on the vehicle. Also sent me a build list which I appreciated. Greg Bell is 1 hr and 20 minutes from where I live so I was a little hesitant about driving that far, as sometime you get to the dealer and find the vehicle is not in as good of shape than what they lead you to believe. Obviously I decided to go, got permission to leave work early, thought what the heck never know unless you go. Great decision the vehicle was in great shape just as described by the sales man, they were efficient in seeing the vehicle and I gave them the option of looking at mine for a trade in. They made me a fair offer for my trade in better than some other dealer trying to get it for nothing. From the time I arrived to driving off I believe was maybe 1 1/2 hrs includes test drive. Short story (too late)Great people to deal with, no pressure, quick efficient paper work, all the way through to payment and reviewing warranty options etc. everyone was excellent. I would drive there again to look at another vehicle when it comes time. Best service ever had and I don't say that lightly, because if I didn't get good service I would most certainly tell you.

I had been shopping for a fairly specific car (2011-2013, low mileage, specific options). A car Greg Bell had came up on a web search. I went to see it as a walk-in late on a cold winter day. The salesman, Gary, was friendly and accommodating. They had a second car that fit my criteria, so he pulled both up to the showroom for me to see and drive. After a few more days of shopping around, I bought one of them. I like that Gary listened to what I was asking for and did not try to sway me to other cars on the lot. There was no pressure to make decision on the spot. Gary knew I was shopping around but did not disparage other dealers or other cars. After the initial visit, he answered my emails of questions promptly and completely. When I went to pick up the car, it was clean and ready to go. Gary sat in it with me to make sure I was comfortable with the controls and features. The paperwork was easy and not rushed. Gary has since followed-up to make sure that all is well. In summary, Greg Bell offered a friendly, casual, comfortable, no-pressure, no-hassle experience centered around what I was asking to see.

I had the most pleasant experience working with Greg Bell Chevrolet and Chad Thompson. He was absolutely great to work with. He answered all my questions. Took the time to show me how all the functions in the vehicle operated. And still keeps in contact to make sure everything is as it should be. I saw a used truck advertise through this dealership at cars.com. when I went to look at the truck the salesman told me the keys were in service and he coulnd not get them I would have to come back another day when it was out of service. Why would you put something on cars.com if it was not ready to be looked at. the attitude of the salesman turned me off on buying from this dealership.

Her color selection was not in inventory and he spent the next day finding a dealer trade. We had been shopping for a used SUV for a while and found one at another dealership. Working with the other dealership we found challenging at best. Then we found Greg Bell with a very similar SUV with all the features we wanted and lower miles. Contacted Jason who was by far the most helpful sales person we've ever worked with. Very quiet and down to earth, not pushy or aggressive at all, just made us feel comfortable. They got us all pre-approved before we got there had the vehicle ready when we were there and had us on a test drive within 2 minutes of showing up. When we returned they asked if we liked it and if we should continue on. We of course said yes and finished up the paperwork. While finishing up the paperwork with the finance dept. they went and filled our new vehicle up for us, washed the outside, and told us the first oil change was on them and it would have a full interior detail as well. Overall an excellent experience. compared to the other dealership we were working with they offered us more for our trade, a lower interest rate on our loan (from the same bank mind you), and didn't try to hound us for thousands of dollars down like the other dealership, we told them what we had and they were good with that. 3 home runs in my book, we will be back when we need another vehicle.

I purchased my car recently through Greg Bell, Gary Lundy is an incredible car salesman. He made me feel like I was a priority, when we spoke he listened, I wasn't just a dollar sign. He got me into a 2012 Chevy Cruz, it's beautiful, the nicest and newest car i've ever owned :) We had been approved through Cap one and he got us into this car with a local bank at half the interest rate that capital one was offering. Hank Soto handled all the financial stuff and was very helpful with the millions of questions I asked during signing. This was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'll be a customer for life.

Looking for a vehicle with a 2 mo. time frame, a complete description with approved credit; I received only one call with a vehicle that exceeded my desired milage. Not hearing from them for close to a mo. I called them to see if any other vehicles had been found & expressed concern on the lack of contact. An additional mo. later (not hearing from them) I started checking with other dealerships. A week and a half later a different dealership found a vehicle for us. As a courtesy I called them to let hem know one had been found, they had nothing to say..Not even an apology.A relative saw a preowned vehicle on the lot (being warned about the lack of service); she test drove the vehicle and was assured it passed a 23 point inspection. After an independent inspection was done; she was informed that the vehicle would require $12,000.00...yes $12,000.00 of repairs would be needed.Stating she heard concerns and wanted everything in writing. Inquiring more about the concerns they then called the relative (me) a lair claiming lack of returned calls.Wow I was puzzled by the lack of desire for a sale, disappointed about the customer service but down right angry about the insult!I had not filled out any bad reviews, leaving alone until this....I will share this with anyone that will listen...
