I like Volvo cars, but until now, I had issues with the local Houston Volvo dealers. They aren't many, but most don't treat you as a valid customer, or offer the premium feel you would expect from a Volvo, service or otherwise. Grubbs is new to Houston, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with confidence, and assurance by the sales manager Anthony. My salesman Simon was excellent. Patient, insightful and not pushy. I ended up with a new Volvo (or 2) and did not leave feeling annoyed as I have with other car purchases. I think everything was excellent, and they were attentive to my needs. I have since interacted with more staff, from the General Manager , finance, and service, I am indeed happy and back with Volvo with confidence. If only other car dealers could get a lesson from them !!

I was searching for lease options for a Volvo S60 and submitted a request for information online. Members of the Grubbs team were in contact with me shortly thereafter to discuss what I was looking for. They pulled a car aside for me straight from the delivery truck and I came right in for a test drive. Drove it home the next day! This was my first Volvo car and I'm really enjoying it. I'm also happy to be this location's very first customer.! Thanks to Simon, Anthony, Bessai, for a positive experience!

I definitely would not recommend this establishment, based on the treatment I received by the sales department. I've been driving Volvo for a multitude of years. I've even introduced and recommended the brand to several friends and family. My issue is not with the automaker... However it's with the lack of customer service that I received at this specific location. Besides better deals are to be had at any suburban location in the Houston area.

I recently purchased a T8 from Grubbs. Truly a great experience from start to finish. Micheal was awesome with the whole transaction. Micheal and his manager Anthony closed out a deal with me in matter of minutes. No back and forth just transparency throughout the process. I recommend this new dealership to anyone.

Look no further if you're in the market for a Volvo - this is the place to shop! Michael Duclos is the sales guy who looked after us, and he was professional and helpful from start to finish. This guy genuinely cares about his customers, and he provides a great customer experience. I just wish I had found this place sooner. I drove 100 miles to buy my car from these guys and it was the best decision I made.
