We bought 2 vehicles 3 1/2 years ago and I traded the truck I bought at that time a few weeks ago. The process was very painless and easy. Randy Roth was the sales rep I dealt with and he did an outstanding job and jumped thru hoops. I had some after market things done and they were able to get me great pricing and got me a loaner truck when my truck was in the shop for these items. I will definitely buy from them again.

The Works with synthetic oil for my 2017 F-150. Plus they fixed tire with roofing nail in it and they still finished in an hour and 15 minutes. Everything went well as they respect my time since I had was waiting for my vehicle.

They don't give the cars away but, they will agree to a reasonable price. They will suggest "Ups" but, don't press you on them. There is no BS with the salesman saying one thing & the manager saying another. Rather, they bargain in good faith.

I started looking for a new F-150 2-3 months ago, but was working a lot in Houston, Dwayne Krause was patient with that, when I finally went in and drove the F-150, I was not overjoyed with it, steering felt like too much power assist, no bucket seats or floor shifter unless you got the Sport package, which had to include body colored bumpers, black grill. So I wanted to drive the Tundra, and Dwayne was happy to let me, I did, liked it, told him lets go talk numbers. Dwayne Krause did a fine job for me, I would Recommend him and Finance Manager Nick Baritimmo highly. Both fair, willing to work, answer questions, look for other avenues when you didn't like something. Both down to earth, easy to like, and Dwayne & I had common hobbies, so we talked while they were getting truck ready for me to take home. I recommend this Dealership, and these two men.

Jarrett was initially working at the Nissan section of the dealership and took the time to show me around to every vehicle of various manufacturers I had requested. He was patient,honest, and very helpful. I eventually decided on a Ford pickup and he took care of everything. At no time did I feel pressured or being taken advantage of. I would strongly recommend using Jarrett during your purchase!

We needed new shock absorbers and struts on our Ford automobile, but it took three visits to this Ford automotive repair shop before we received properly functioning shocks and struts. When I drove the car home after the first visit, I noticed squeaking under the hood on the front left side that had not been there before. We returned the car to have it looked at, but were told that the car did not squeak. Instead, we were charged several hundred dollars for a new left front ball joint, which we had not requested in the first place and which did not fix the squeaking. While driving the car after this second visit, the squeaking sound was even worse and we could also hear a flapping sound under the hood. We saw a loose cable when we looked underneath the front end of the car.When we brought the car in for the third time, my husband pushed down quite easily on the left front end to make the car squeak so that both service advisors heard it. On this third visit, both sway bar links were replaced (we were not charged), although the left sway bar link had already been replaced once before. After the third visit, the car seems to have good shocks and struts.Although the manager did lend us a car for one weekend while ours was being worked on, which we appreciated, we have lost trust in the credibility of this repair shop and the mechanics' ability to properly diagnose and repair our car.

At Gulf Coast, I tried several different brands before choosing a Ford Explorer LT. I started with an internet inquiry, and then I went there and tried Nissan, Toyota and then Ford. The dealer (Jarrett Landreneau) helped us to choose the best one fitting our needs and our budget. He had been very professional and available, always replying quickly to the text messages and e-mail, with customized estimates. He followed us along all the choosing process, presenting different solutions, and when we had chosen the model, he helped us defining the details of the built. I recommend the dealer, not only for the support received, but also for kindness and availability.

Fro the time I walked in , till the final signature, I was treated with respect and promptness . Martin salinas went above and beyond his duty to make sure I was happy. This is the third or fourth or fifth survey I have received. I loved my experience. I loved everyone that I dealt with from the saleman, David Lackey, the finance man, John Jaso to the service person, Shay Boswell. I still don't have a spare key. But I'm being assured it's been ordered and that I will get a call when it comes in. The only negative thing I have to say about the entire experience is that there are too many surveys. One or two max should be plenty. Share the surveys with others that benefit from them then, let it go. Buyers know where you are and how to reach you if a problem arises. This was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. My sales person, Brandi Buchanan, was very patient with me while I drove several cars, a couple of them twice, trying to decide which one I wanted. I finally decided and the financing was seamless. Very quick. I have never had a car dealership bend over backwards to make sure I was happy after the sale. They have called me several times to make sure I was still happy and to see if I needed anything. Brandi took the time the day after I brought the car home and set up my cell phone and showed me how everything worked on the car. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be spreading the word about the Gulf Coast Dealership, in particular Gulf Coast Ford, and I will be back for my next vehicle.

My experience was good. Joel was courteous and easy to deal with. I like my used 2010 Ford F-150 that I purchased. Also, when I came back a few weeks later to pick up tags I decided to get the oil changed. They were able to take it in and promised it within 45 min. Went to the Grill with my wife and had a great lunch. Service writer told me when my truck was ready that there was no charge for my first oil change. We had a great experience. This will be my first positive review of a car dealership. I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience. They were upfront with the purchase price, trade value, and very helpful with financing. I came in pre-approved with my bank, but they were able to find me a better rate at a bank I was happy with. There was also no hard selling. I normally don't purchase warranties on used vehicles, but they were able to get me an extended factory warranty discounted at a price so low that I had to take it. Great experience all around. They have also followed up several times since then to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I am.

Took truck in was told it wasn't under warrantee when we knew it was , they tried to say it would be 1800.00 plus tax , I called ford warrantee and was informed it was covered and we would get rent a car , as they told us we couldn't get , when ford contacted dealer they tried to blow us off . We will take our vehicle to planet ford next time

If your looking to get a good deal without any hassles, Cody Kenney is the guy to talk to. I have now bought 2 trucks in about a 13 month time frame and didn't have any issues. Told him what I wanted and he went to work to get the deal done. Thank you Cody, and I will probably see you again in about a year and a half for an upgrade. I got in a bad car accident that totaled my previous vehicle. I was looking for a newer vehicle to supplement the one I had lost. I was having some problems finding a vehicle that fit my price range that was fairly new and was a car that I was interested in (instead of a salesman just pushing something on me). I was then referred to Dwayne Krause by a friend. Dwayne went out of his way to get me what I wanted, and the price I wanted, and was speedy quick with the process. He even kept in contact with me after the fact to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend the gentlemen at Gulf Coast Ford. I didn't once feel pressured or uncomfortable. Since it was my first purchase I had a lot of questions, and as silly as they may have been, I was not met with frustration of impatience. It took 5 days to get to a "check engine light." Shay, the service attendant was excellent, respectful and efficient. The gasket replacement etc. was priced out at over one thousand dollars. I asked for an estimate to deactivate a post purchased alarm system , that was over one hundred dollars. Good but slow service, excellent but overly expensive work.

Extended warranty covered my needed part and labor. 2012 Ford F150 transmission harness went out. Donny and Angie kept me in the loop of repair needed and expected time out of commission. All went well and mechanic did excellent work. I will keep buying Ford products; and I use Gulf Coast Ford exclusively for my all auto work!

I gave a rating of excellent, because that what it was. I've always dreaded the process of buying a new or used vehicle from most dealers, as it's nothing but a hassle from the time you get there until the time you leave, but not so at Gulf Coast. We met one of your sales members and it was refreshing to meet someone who wasn't going to pressure us, nor stick to us like glue! He and another sales member were not your typical sleazy "let's cram a vehicle down their throats" kind of guys! We found the truck we liked and within a few minutes we were meeting with a gentleman in credit who was very nice as well and made of feel at ease. I really can't find anything negative to say. It was a great experience and the next time I need to buy a vehicle or if I know anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle I will recommend Gulf Coast Auto.

It's great to have a dealership close to home & work. Everyone at Gulf Coast are veryprofessional & courteous. This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from GulfCoast. I stopped in to look. I wasn't real sure if I needed to get a new truck, but Scott showed me the dealer incentives, which were better than the company sponsored plan I planned on using. The process lasted a couple of days, as I said, I wasn't sure if I wanted a new truck. Scott didn't pressure me, just reiterated the deals available.He's a good guy.

Good experience with Cody Kenny as sales person. He help with some follow up items to the best of his abilities. The service personnel were equally as good. I did have to bring truck in for a rebalance on one tire as the stick on weight had fallen off in my drive and I had vibration. Unfortunately that did not do the trick. I brought in for second time to check front end alignment and balance all tires. That also did not work. So I asked to have tires rotated thinking out of round tire on front, that did work no vibration. What I did notice later was the tech that balanced the tires put hammer on weights on the outside of some, not all, of the custom wheels that come with the Platinum version. Kind of ugly on such nice wheels. So I am very satisfied with 2 out of three services I dealt with. If the tech would of used stick on or least hammer on weights on the back side of wheel it would have been three for three.

I bought my car at a different dealership, having a leak issue on a brand new car on the inside, I returned the car back to where I originally bought it 2 times, couldn't find the leak they said. I have repeatedly had an issue receiving another customers personal information , offers and even the other customers personal information via the Ford Service System. After six months of this issue I started placing real mean, nasty reviews in response to the dealers review requests, I had the same type of issue from this dealer. They actually fixed it for me. Since this is the only dealer that even contacted me back, I have to believe they actually care about their reputation. I have never actually been to them personally, but since they are willing to fix an issue caused by another dealer, for a former Ford customer, I'd bet they will do a fantastic job for their own customers.

Shortly before my truck rolled over to 36000 mi, the turn signal switch went out. When I took the truck in for the repair, I was told that they were very busy and may not be able to get to it that day. When I told the service writer that I did t want to get ticketed for the turn signal, she said that she would try to get it taken care of. They were able to make the repair that day. I just thought it would have been more of a priority since it was a safety issue. After searching for the signal light issue online, it seems that this is a common issue at about 36k. Not sure what it would have cost without the extended warranty, but the part was less than $30. I paid $100 deductible with the warranty.

As always, the entire experience was excellent. We called, set up the appointment, and when dropping the vehicle off greeted and ensured they would take care of the vehicle. We were called with the update and results of their findings with a brake issue. Again, when we picked up our vehicle, the experience was top notch. Angie Shaw took great care of me and my Explorer as usual. I went by Ford Service at 7:30 and picked her up and she rode with me to my office a mile away and took my Explorer in to replace the actuator. She called me with the repair cost and had it serviced and back to me by the end of the day. And the final cost was about $25 less than the quote. Now who could ask for more than that?

I didn't have an appointment, was met at the car by a service rep and was told that it would be about 45 min, which was good for me. I forgot my husband's walker, so an employee helped me walk him into the dining area so we could eat lunch. I made an appt. online to take my truck in to have them repair my passenger side mirror on my 2015 F-150 Supercrew. it wouldn't stay in position and the auto controls wouldn't move it either after a certain point of driving. I took my truck in as scheduled, the mechanic attempted to make the repair but needed a new mirror motor that they didn't have in stock. The service manager told me she would contact me when she got the new motor in. She did contact me approx. 3 days later, I scheduled another appt., took my truck back in on the appropriate day, the mirror was repaired and I was on my way home in less than 2 hours. My truck was bought in Feb. of 2015 when the selection for these particular vehicles were very thin. I bought it in Houston, although I tried buying it at this dealership first, but they didn't have many to choose from at the time. They still did an excellent job of getting my truck repaired. It didn't matter where I bought it! This dealership AND service dept. should be commended for their handling of this service. I know my next vehicl will come from here.

Put my 2012 Escape on analyzer machine to verify condition after a rear end collision to be sure it is OK prior to settling diminished value claim. Everything checked OK, had motor mounts and transmission checked as well. I am as satisfied as I can be to go ahead and settle this claim.

The service center did a great job fitting me in last minute to repair something with my vehicle. When something suddenly happened to my window in the late afternoon, I literally called about 25 minutes before the shop was closed and the service workers were scheduled to leave. The employee on the phone told me to go ahead and bring my vehicle in so they could look at it to see if they could fix it easily. When I brought it in, it was not a simple fix. It took longer than they were scheduled to stay, but they made sure to fix my problem anyway. I appreciate the great customer service.

Steven Mayworm was very personable and had a very positive attitude at all times, he went above and beyond his car salesman duties in order to get the deal done. When i say this i mean he did what most salesman probably wouldn't, like helping me take out my 5th wheel hitch and also tagging along half the day to get things swapped off my old truck to my new truck. Paulette was AMAZING! We had problems elsewhere and decided to check out Gulf Coast. We knew exactly what we wanted going in and, although they didn't have one on the lot, she found one for us right away. We took care of all the paper work that night and the car was scheduled to be there the next day. We got an AWESOME price for the trade in! There was trouble getting the car because of the dealership Gulf Coast was trading with, but they found another dealership that same day. I got the exact car I wanted, the same day it was promised and it was ready for me when I got out of work! Paulette was great. i purchased a 2008 Ford F250 Diesel and the Ford Warranty. soon after, I had major mechanical issues (AC, Front End, Radiator, Pulleys, ERG Cooler. The dealer would not repair and said that none of the problems were covered under the warranty. I will never purchase another Ford nor would i recommend this dealer.

The service people are nice and friendly but that is where it stops. In my opinion the mechanics are totally inept and don't know what they are doing. Took my car in and a week later they said it was fixed and ready, they replaced a coil and I paid for that. I drove it less than 2 blocks and it was still doing the same exact thing. Took it back immediately. 2 1/2 weeks later they said it was the computer and they were waiting on Ford to make one as they were unavailable. Another week or so went by. I called another dealer who found 11 in stock. I called GCF and told them to order the part, 2 more weeks went by. Then they call and tell me the compressor had gone out on my air conditioner and my extended warranty wasn't going to pay for that and it would be $xxx, did I want to get it fixed? Now let me state that there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner when I took it in. I called the insurance company who told me yes it was covered. Frustrated and not really sure what was actually wrong with my car I went and picked it up and took it to my old mechanic who fixed it in about a week in a half. By the way, it wasn't what they had told me was wrong. Do I trust these guys to actually know what is wrong, absolutely NOT. I wouldn't let them change my oil! I went over to the dealership and asked to talk to the owner. They told me I would have to first talk to the mgr. I agreed and then the CFO came out and said everyone else was in a meeting. I told him about the poor service, which I paid $1100 + and my car still wasn't fixed, he said he would pass it on and have the general manager call me. Did that happen...absolutely not. This isn't the only time I have had to deal with them not fixing my car right. Good luck if you choose to use them.

I shopped several dealerships before purchasing from Mr. Chapman at Gulf Coast Ford. I decided to purchase from Gulf Coast Ford because they did not have the typical "woman" buyer attitude I encountered elsewhere. Mr. Chapman was smart enough to treat me like I knew what I was talking about! We negotiated a deal, and he delivered the product as promised, on time. This purchase involved me making several trips to Gulf Coast Ford and each time, I was greeted with a smile as I exited my vehicle. I never had to wait for assistance. Processing the financing paperwork took less than 15 minutes once all the details were agreed upon. The finance manager had everything ready to be signed and in a folder. This was probably the smoothest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever been through.

My wife and I had purchased a Ford Van from them a couple of years ago and the transaction was very smooth, along with a decent price, so we went back to see if they had another vehicle that we might like because we were in need of one. Blaine Williams was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. After visiting many dealerships and being disappointed with the customer service of so many of them, I saw a car online that matched my interests but it was a long distance from my home. I called the dealership to ask about it even though I knew it was too far to travel considering my time commitments and there were others at the dealerships within 10 miles of my home. From the moment Blaine answered the phone, I knew something was different. He was attentive but not pushy and committed to helping me find what I was looking for. His attitude and professionalism convinced me to drive to his dealership even though I was skeptical that it would be worth the extra time and effort. I was surprised to find the vehicle I called about ready and waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. My experienc at Gulf Coast Auto was great I contacted them via e-mail and Cody Kenney responded within a matter of maybe an hour. Iexplained to him what I was looking for and he sent me a couple of quotes and pictures of trucks and I told him which one I liked best. He took it and ran with it getting me approved through two different lenders and contacted me to come in and do my trade in within a few hours I was driving off the lot in my brand new truck. David was great until after the sale. He made excuses when we ask for help with small problems on our $62,000 truck. We complained to the sales manager, and David would not even talk to us when we came back to get our license plates. We have two Ford vehicles and always trade in the oldest one each year. It has been almost a year and I just started looking again. What a shame that service after the sale was so bad at Gulf Coast. Everything else was great.

My mom 79 year old mom has all her car work done here and highly recommends this dealer. They take her home when she drops off the car and bring it back to her when the work is done. Always quality work and promp friendly service.We needed an econimic car quick. My daughter had blown the engine in her 13 year old vehicle, 500 mile away where she attends college. We drove onto the Gulf Coast lot when they opened and Daron walk out to see if we needed help as we looked at sticker prices. We drove off with the new car two hours later. I though they would make us wait until they got a check from our bank, but it was not an issue. After a mix up with the bank, I got the check to them a week later. We had already delivered the car to my daughter. She loves the vehicle. Its' name is Daphne.

I had a great all around experience with Gordon at Gulf Coast Ford. I'm from Louisiana and drove 4 hours to buy my vehicle from Gulf Coast Ford because Gordon was upfront and honest with me right from our 1st phone conversation. I located the truck I bought through Cars.com, sent in an inquiry about it and received something back in less than 10 minutes. I explained to Gordon that I had a trade and he gave me a ball park value of what my trade was worth to make sure we could make the deal happen. Gordon assured me that we would make it work so my family and I headed out on a Saturday morning arriving there a little after lunchtime. We were greeted very kindly and the transaction went very smoothly.Gordon had everything in place and ready to go. I dealt with a gentleman named Steve for the financial side of it and that went very smooth also. I have to say this was the easiest, non haggling car buying experience I've had.Great honest personnel.

Both John Jaso and Tommy Perez worked in tandem to get the truck I wanted and equipped with the equipment I wanted. The entire experience was worth the 40 mile trip. Everything I experienced about the sale was great! Super easy to get through the paperwork and there was very little back and forth. I told Gordon in the beginning that he had 1 hour to make the sale work, and he did. I went home the next day with my new ride. Both Gordon and Roger were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't waste any of my time.

I bought a 2012 F-450 from Gulf Coast Ford, the salesperson I dealt with was John Jaso. It really was a pleasant buying experience. I had looked at trucks in multiple dealers in the Houston area. I then checked locally as I would rather support out local businesses but I honestly did not feel they would be able to compete. They were able to do so, not a lot of pressure, really no pressure. They worked to either find what I wanted or would have worked to build one to my specifications. John actually found one, worked a good deal on the new purchase and the trade in. Good follow up after the purchase, I have used the service department for years and have always been pleased with their service. You should check out Gulf Coast Ford and John Jaso.

In my past experience with gulf coast it was a very warm and friendly environment. Mr. Lackey did everything he could to keep us satisfied. Even with budget restraints he was able to provide us with several options. We will never use any other dealership besides gulf coast if we chose to make any other vehicle purchases.

My Overall experience with Gulf Coast Ford was good.Martin Salinas was very courteous and polite and worked with us and Tommy Perez to find the truck I wanted and work out a good deal. It was nice to have the sales manager come out to talk directly with us. There wasn't any pressure in the offer.I would have rated the overall experience higher but there was a computer problem in the financial dept that delayed us finalizing the paperwork and we ended up leaving the dealership late in the evening, being at the dealership since about midday.Buying a new vehicle can be a nerve racking experience, and we were getting to that point towards the end, but Martin, the finance manager and the General Manager offered there apologizes for any inconveniences.Thanks again to Martin for being a genuine and honest salesman!Thank you Gulf Coast Ford.

It has been a pleasrue dealing with Gulf Coast dealship in Angleton Texas. I was very pleased with the customer service I had when purchasing my new vehicle. I orginally went in just looking and ended up buying. I took a test drive with Cory and liked the vehicle - even though it was not the color I intended and it was a little pricer than I wanted but when the deal was finalized I was happy. The vehicle was missing one mat in the front. I was told one would be ordered and I would get it very quickly. It happened just like that and I appreciated how it was handled. Great experience and I love my Murano!

I did alot of research before I buy a vehicle (financing, dealer invoice cost, extended warranty costs, trade-in values, etc). I found this dealer surprisingly truthful about how much over cost they were selling me the vehicle and how much over cost the extended warranty was. These number were completely in-line with my research. The negotiations were very straight forward, no smoke-n-mirrors tactics. I found them to be refreshingly honest. They also worked very hard to find me the vehicle I was looking for. They searched the entire state of Texas to find the vehicle with the color and options I wanted. They worked 3 days with other dealers to locate and retrieve the vehicle I wanted. They also kept me updated on the progress. I would definetly recommend them.

Roger did a great job of finding the car I wanted, and was fair throughout the negotations. It was a no hassel transaction - none of the "let me talk to my manager" back & forth which historically has make car buying and experience worth forgetting! My overall experience was great and did not feel pressured. The only thing that kind of annoyed me was trying to get all the paperwork faxed over to my bank. After several phone calls made by me and the lady from the bank, we were finally able to get the right paperwork sent, but it took all day to do so.

I have bought two pre owned vehicles here from Martin Salinas and they were both pleasant experiences. Overall the dealership had a good variety of used cars to chose from and I have loved both my purchases. The price on the first truck could have a been a little better but I believe the car I most recently purchased was a good deal. I will go back some day.

I went back to this dealership again because I had a really good experience with another car I bought from them 3 years ago. I had been looking for a lightly used vehicle and had a really good idea on what I wanted. When I walked into Gulf Coast, I was met by David, told him what I was looking for and he did not waste time finding it. When the vehicle did not have a couple of features I was looking for...David did not hesitate to offer to get them added to the vehicle without additional cost. Everyone at the dealership has been friendly, helpful and done everything possible to make my buying experience and servicing experiences pleasant and good. I have been in multiple times for problems and always been welcomed with a smile an my problem addressed and fixed immediately. I am glad to be back in the "Ford family".

I recently purchased a used 2010 Expedition EL from Gulf Coast Ford. I initially contacted the dealership via the internet. I received a very quick reply regarding my inquiry. After a few e-mail exchanges we finalized the deal. The entire process was very smooth. Cory DeLoach was great to work with.

i was very pleased with my experience at Gulf Coast Auto. I would recommend my friends to go there if looking for a quality vechicle. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was comparable to other dealships. My overall experince was good.

My overall experience with Randy/Stacy was outstanding. Randy sold me my last car and I told him "Lets throw some numbers around" and that's what we did and I'm driving a 2011Mustang. There was no arguing over prices which was great with me.

I found my minivan on Craigslist. It was such a good buy, I called Gulf Coast Ford and spoke to Travis Hester. He went out personally and put his hands on the vehicle and described the details to me. I ask him to hold it until we could get there to buy the vehicle, we arraigned an amount to hold the vehicle. I made travel arraigments, over a 440 mile trip. Travis stayed in touch with me. When we arrived the next day, Travis had taken care of as much of the paper work as he could. And he had the car in make ready, with a full tank of gas, ready for me.
