Visited the dealership for the first time on July 5th for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. I wasn't satisfied with the last service that I had received somewhere else. Since I own a vehicle make that this dealership sells, I thought I would give them a try and they had been sending me coupons. First bad impression was made when I went to the waiting area, and an employee was asleep under her desk in her glass walled office. So unprofessional. Soon, the service manager came to me and informed me that they would have to put a rejection sticker on my vehicle or they could replace the wipers. I'm pretty sure that the wipers weren't bad but I didn't have time for a rejection sticker so I agreed to let them put them on. Almost 2 hours later, the service was complete. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I guess they had to search Henry County for wipers and charged $43 for them. When I went to pull out, I did a walk around and I'm so glad I hadn't left. There were oil prints all over the hood, latches, bumper, headlight, and underneath the hood. This was very noticeable on my bright colored vehicle. The service manager was very apologetic and went and spoke to the service tech whom was training a new person and allowed the new employee to do the oil change. I know that new employees have to learn but it was very obvious that he spilled the oil and made a mess of my vehicle. It should have been apparent to the new employee to try and clean up, and the tech should have checked his work. The service manager took my vehicle and cleaned it up. He then asked me to call him in a few days and he could probably give me a free oil change on my next visit. I didn't because why would I want to return there when my service was so bad. My first service visit to Gunter was also my last.

Very good experience with Gunter and Tim always does his best to help you. The salesman was Awesome to work with and I’m very happy with the way I was treated. Highly recommend this car dealership to anyone. Thanks for everything A+++

These guys are amazing! They put me in my favorite car, a dodge charger, with the monthly payments exactly were I needed them to be. The sales ladies, Riesha & Jasmine are Soo sweet, & made sure I was took care of. The finance guys Josh & Al worked with me & got me the payments that I wanted! I definitely will be telling all my friends & strangers to go see the guys! Thank you to all the people @ GUNTERS for making my 1st vehicle purchase an easy, & satisfied purchase! I absolutely love my new ride!!

The staff was rude and one man in particular talked down to me about a problem I had with selling my car to them. They also ignored my several phone calls as I was just trying to insure the correct appointment time. I called from my cell and they answered on the first ring. I didn’t do anything to my knowledge to warrant this unprofessionalism. They push their own wants and needs above the customers.
