I would recommend anyone who wants a new dodge or used car to see Alex Rodriguez this guy was amazing. Haddad Kia of Bakersfield has sold me a new car , which had serious problems within 2 days of purchase. Took it down to be checked- the service department did not check it, just said it was probably the eco system button on- causing the transmission not to engage right. Did not check the car. I leave and two days later engine shaking so bad I can't drive it and check engine and oil pressure light on. Kia has to have a tow truck tow the car to their shop. I told them then, and even Tuesday when the first sign of problems on my brand new car happened, that I did not want this car that obviously was having serious problems in the engine or transmission. Told them I wanted my money back or a car just like the one i bought without problems. I have left about six messages and several texts- they are not answering my calls or messages. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not go to this Kia. They have been rude, unhelpful and every bad thing you have ever heard about a car dealership. The service department was rude and snippy as well. I now have to contact the DMV investigation dept, the BAR, the BBB and whoever else might be able to help me. I bought a new car to NOT have mechanical problems- imagine my horror when day 3 of buying the car- it has issues that make me afraid to drive it. Wish I had never walked in their door.

I bought a 2012 Dodge Challenger over a year ago. In less than a year ago it left me stranded and had to go to the shop for almost a month. While at the shop, the diagnosis took more then a week because the one performing the diagnosis couldn't find the problem so a second technician did a deeper diagnosis which I was billed for. The technician discovered that the alarm I paid dodge to leave in my car for $600 and is stated in my contract only had one cable connected, the rest of the cables were taped and just hanging.They stated that my cars radio,dashboard,components in my drivers side seat warmers, and drivers side door lock and window controls all caused a power drain and caused my battery to die(which I also had to pay the battery) but I knew as soon as I was told about the alarm it was the alarm that was the cause but there not going to say that. They would rather charge over $3,000 in repairs. April2016 I received my Challenger back after almost a month in the shop but to this day neither my hometown dodge can't get in contact with dodge bakersfield and neither can I always getting sent to voice-mail. Don't get me wrong I LOVE my Challenger the car sold itself its Dodge in general and there staff make me regret it.

I really enjoyed buying my new charger sxt from haddad. My salesman richard hernandez was very good. we test drove 4 cars. I first picked a car with all the options. When i found out the payment i chose a car with less options too lower the payment. But after thinking more about it i decided to buy the first car. Even though they had already got my papers together. I told richard and he had them redo the paperwork for my new choice. I am very happy with my new car and the service that everyone at haddad provided. [ps] If your buying a new car get what want as long as you can pay the payment dont cheap out like i almost did. remember after you sign the papers you cant go back.

I was very impressed with Angels professionalism and how he worked with every customer to make sure they received great service. I bought a RAM 1500 four years ago, I've had Haddad service it every 3000 miles, only one time they made a mistake and charged me for a tire rotation I had already paid for, They caught the charge and called me in to refund the money and as a bonus installed a new air filter for free. I think they do a good job.

I went to Haddad Kia this past weekend as a first time buyer, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was able to trade in my 2007 Chevy Cobalt for a brand new 2015 Kia Optima, and I'm in love with it! My salesman was Nathaniel and he did an awesome job informing me about the amazing features in the Optima. He also went to the ends of the earth to make sure I got a great deal in the new buyers program. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. I stopped by the service department at 11:00 am to check Coten and see about replacing the leaking front main seal on my pickup. She checked with a mechanic and he said not a problem, have it done today! And I also had them change the oil/filter as well. Very quick for not having an appointment and done when promised. Which was that same day.

My poor Avenger needs a software update/reset or something and I had a appointment early hoping I wouldn't be there all day since I had to work later. My wait time was a hour and it was done right on the dot! I went to wait in the lobby and was impressed with comfy chairs to wait in! I wasn't waiting for their shuttle but I would say that needs some attention because the people that were waiting got picked up as my car was done. Overall good service!

First of all, when I bought my car in 2006 the salesman lied to me by promising me I could have a certain rim & then writing up the contract without the rims. It took me a long and exhausting time to make them live up to their verbal agreement. Then recently, I took my car to have it serviced and the service "professional" kept extending my completion date nearly a week longer than originally promised. Very unprofessional was more like it, especially when he told me, "It's been hot lately and the guys slow down when it's hot." My jaw almost dropped. So, the two lessons I've learned is don't buy your car at Haddad and don't take your car to get it serviced at Haddad "when it's hot" in Bakersfield, CA. When is it not hot?!?!

I originally made a visit to the dealer for an oil change. Spoke to a friendly salesman as I wondered around the lot to pass time by. I spotted a Durango and fell in love! I wasn't ready to purchase a new vehicle or even in the market for one at that time. I talked to the salesman and he was absolutely courteous, professional and not pushy. We exchanged numbers and about every three months I received a follow up call. I promised him tha when I was ready to purchase a vehicle I would definitely visit HADDAD DODGE again. I enjoyed their great customer service and patience. I would recommend them to friends and family. A year later I returned to purchase a Durango and found the same salesman that welcomed me with fast and friendly Service ( His customer service and friendlyness made me feel comfortable to return there). I was very impressed with the help I received, I was coming in a few times a month for a couple months trying to make a decision on what exactly it was that I wanted I was talking to the salesman named Andrew, he was very helpful in the process of buying a new truck. No crap or harassment, just straight forward. I gave my price and he made it work even though the dealership took a loss . I highly recommend you going in and talking to Andrew.

Kia was amazings, as far as car lots go. The salesman was very nice, down to earth and really trying to just help us out. They ran specs on half d dozen cars at least for us. . I do look up prices and have an idea going into that situation of what we are wanting to pay. We walked in saying the range of the monthly payments we wanted and we got it. This was also working with a 1 year old trade in car, we were wanting to downsize so it was a little complicated. Whether or not we really got a good deal in the end, who knows but we are very happy.

I recently purchased a used Kia and took it to Haddad Kia for it's 15,000 mile service. Upon arrival I was greeted outside by a service consultant who recorded the vehicle details then took me inside to complete the service request details. They scheduled the required service and advised they would contact should any additional work be required. Shortly after leaving a call was received to say the service agent was recommending a new air filter and cabin filter. They were able to provide the exact cost of both these items. Less than 1 hour after dropping the vehicle off Haddad Kia called to say the service was complete and the vehicle ready for collection. On arrival back at the service center I was greeted by the service consultant who took me to the account office. The details of the service were explained and advice as to when the next service was due.

I went in to buy my first car and was very pleased with the service. I was unsure of how the process works for buying a car but the salesman took the time to explain everything and go through all the important details. I wasn't pressured, and even had to leave and come back and the salesman was very accommodating and nice. The salesmen was so helpful throughout the entire process, he was nice, friendly, and kept me up to date with the car when service was getting it ready. I really appreciated all the help he gave me with the features inside the car, showing me how to use everything and syncing my phone. I would recommend Haddad to anyone looking for a car.

I went to get my second service done on my Kia Soul and Andrea was very nice and got my service paper work started. Then Rick Alvear was very helpful in recommending filters I needed for the cabin and engine, he wasnt pushy at all and said I could do one and then the other. The service was done in a very timely manner and Rick was awesome with his customer service skills. Every time I have gone there he has been very polite and great at recommending when to come for my next service so its not overdue and so my vehicle will run good. I really like this dealership because the customer service skills by the service and the salesman isnt pushy like most dealerships. Its always a pleasant experience when I deal with the service/sales staff at Haddad Kia.

Wanted to see about test driving a new Kia for a future purchase, so I test drove a Sorento and really liked the comfort, efficiency and handling of the SUV. Bob Malec was very through and answered any questions I had. I ended up purchasing my new SUV after finding out that I qualified for a lower interest rate that ended up saving me over $7,000 over the term of the loan. I have never seen such professionalism and respect for customers and Bob went over all the features of the Sorento prior to me leaving. This is one of if not the best car buying experiences I have had over many years. Terry Wilson was exceptional in making me feel like a very important customer and he set me up with salesman, Jordan to do my test drive. Jordan was excellent as well. Terry gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade and i never felt any sort of pressure to close the deal. Terry has oblivious been in the car business a long time and knows how to sell cars. I do not like being pressured into a deal and I could not have had a better car buying experience. I am so glad I chose to purchase a Dodge from Haddad Dodge. There were some door dings in my car that were written to a due bill and i found some more the next morning which i came back and showed to the finance manager. Paul took the time to come outside and look a them and he amended the original due bill. Paul was not pushy like some finance managers on selling gap and extended warranties. Paul did a great job as well. When I brought the car in the next morning, Michael Haddad even came out to ask me how I liked the car. So I was very impressed with the way I was treated by the Dodge family. If your look for a car, give Haddad Dodge a visit. I went to Chevy 1st and would up getting a way better deal at Haddad Dodge. Unbelievable deal!!

I don't have one complaint from the beginning of the buying process to my vehicle being serviced. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I received my first oil change for free. I am a single woman and I never feel like they are taking advantage. Great car dealership and I have and will continue to tell my friends and family to buy their vehicles from Haddad.

After four days I finally got my van back and boy am I happy. Cotton tried her best to make that happen but they were so far backed up, she did get me a rental at no cost to me so I could attend a very important meeting, wish I had that rental after the second day so I could be better organized for the meeting, but all worked out and that rental made me think about buying a new car...what a car that new Dodge Charger was. Will have to wait for a bit but enjoyed the ride.

This was my first time having to take my Sorento in for repairs. Had a family member tell us what the problem probably was so we had an idea of what and how long the repair was going to take. We were thinking it was going to take at minimum 1 day for the repair and that's exactly what we were told. They were wrong, it only took 4 hours. Everybody in the service department was very helpful and friendly. Very happy with the overall experience.

All staff was knowledgeable and friendly Professionalism in dress and appearance of premises was impeccable! We were treated professionally and our questions and concerns were treated as important and handled promptly. We purchased a 2014 Kia Optima. Within 48 hrs of owning it however a clicking sound was detected upon cold start. We immediately brought the car back to be checked out. A call was received the next day earlier than promised!! The car needed further testing. The sound had been recorded and sent to Korea. A loaner car was offered immediately and without having to be asked for. At no charge to us. It was at Thanksgiving holiday time, given this it was handled pretty fast and following proper warranty procedures a new engine had to be ordered and installed. We received the car back and all repairs have been made promptly and in a timely manner. However we bought a new car! Not a new car with a new engine. We expect a new car in return. This was a Christmas gift.

Haddad service went above and beyond to fix the problem on my '06 Charger they found the problem and corrected it. Cotten in the service department was excelent. she kept in contact with me letting me know everything that was going on.. my family has been buying cars from Haddad for a long time now and we will continue to do so. sorry about my last post guys! was just frustrated! your AWESOME!!!

I had some malfunction lights on so I called the dealer to make an appointment. I was informed that I had an Anniversary credit that expired that day. When I took the car in I found that not only were the repairs completely covered under warranty but that I could pick out a couple hundred dollars worth of accessories for FREE! Tires rotated, oil changed, wiper blades, all filters a bunch of other accessories and the mechanical issues all fixed for FREE! Some of the accessory items had to be ordered (a car wash never happened). I was promised a call when the orders arrived and it has been over a week, still no call but I don't think it's unreasonable yet. As for the staff, YOU LAUGHED AT MY JOKES! YOU ALL ROCK! You made this old gal happy and I received free stuff, we all win. As far as recommending this dealer, sadly I wouldn't. My reasoning is that I was promised discounts on the original purchase that I ended up not getting. So I paid way too much for the car. Yes, it's my fault because I took it anyway. I was tired, I only had the one day in town and I just signed on the line so I could get the car and go home. It leaves me regretting the purchase here. The car itself, a 2011 Sportage which I purchased new, is loaded with extras. It is however, uncomfortable for long distance travel, the back window is too restricting for clear vision, it rides like a small tank and I don't feel it gets enough gas mileage for its size. On a positive note, I have had minimal mechanical issues with the car. It gets me where I need to go.

We will never buy from Haddad again. We have taken in our brand new 2013 Ram 2500 3 times to the service department. The first time they buffed out the scratches and started putting on the tunnel cover. But the tunnel cover was torn so we had to bring it back. When we brought it back they were so over booked they never touched the truck. Took it back yesterday and they put the wrong tunnel cover on it. We traded in our old truck and they left our our information in the truck and the new owner called our house asking us questions. Today I called the dealership 3 times to talk to the GM and he is never around. Save yourself a lot of time and go some where else. We love Dodge trucks so the next time we buy wont be from them.

I own a dodge diesel truck and it takes 15 quarts and they only put five quarts cause I had to add ten quarts after I drove it like 6000 miles and I'm wondering what that is doing to my engine, and all I read was nothing good about driving low on oil and I only have 70000 miles on it I think they owe me a new engine cause I know my motor is not going to last . Just letting u people know that they don't even show u the dip stick so you know before you drive off. I'm deeply disappointed !!!

I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW DODGE CHARGER IN 2010 WITH A 100K MILE EXTENDED WARRANTY . MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON.. HADDAD DODGE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS A BLOWN HEAD GASKET. HADDAD DODGE IS REFUSING TO FIX MY CAR.. MY CAR IS TO NEW TO HAVE ANY OF THESE ISSUES.. THEY WANT PROOF THAT I'VE BEEN GETTING MY OIL CHANGED, BUT I HAVE HAD THIS CAR FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND IF I WASNT GETTING MY OIL CHANGED MY CAR WOULD HAVE BROKEN DOWN A LONG TIME AGO.. NUMEROUS PEOPLE HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUES WITH HERE DODGE CHARGERS AND HADDAD DODGE IS REFUSING TO FIX THERE CARS AS WELL. I WILL NEVER BY ANOTHER CAR FROM HADDAD DODGE.. I brought my mini cooper in for oil change tire pressure light and noice tapping coming from under the hood they could do the oil change and told me they would have to send to BMW for the rest I agreed and made appointment with BMW. I left the car all day at dodge they told me if i got back after 6pm key would be upfront i got there to pick up at 6:05 car out front unlocked no keys or paper work up front good thing someone was still in service took her 45min. to find my keys and then the tire pressure light still on and also now the service light. Someone in sales said would have service manager call me Sat. morning no call took car back Monday only for them to tell me it had to go to BMW now it has been a week and nothing done i am taking to Cooper dealer. No help at either delership.

You are assigned a rep to go all the way thru your visit. Dealer has great facilities for waiting... even had a doughnut. An issue arose at my appointment, and the rep just took it and personally worked it out, in a very reasonable time. Very courteous employees in every department I dealt with.

I soon discovered that my wonderful truck could not accomodate my older Dad and other older folks, too hight to get into, so, I came back to see what I could trade for. I have literally had 100 or more car dealorship experiences and this time I was hooked up with Kurt Cooper, I must tell you that he is one of the very best I have ever dealt with and would purchase another car from him when the time is right. I ended up with a new Kia Soul, a surprisingly roomy and tight car that I have already grown to love as my Soul= Mate. Good job Haddad, your entire group is top notch. The Body Shop is a different storie, My car was promised back by 7/20/2012,The repairs was Compleated and taken to the detale shop on 7/19/2012 where it sat I talked to Eric DE Ponce on the after noon of 7/23/2012 I was told It would be Ready by 11am 7/24/2012 I did not get my car back until after moon of the 25 with no explanation why it took so long to detale my car Donald E Waldo

Ok so we have had our Kia for one week now. Absolutely LOVE IT....We have bought a number of new cars in our lifetime and really dread having to go thru the salesman thing. Trust me, I am a researcher. I needed to lease a new car and went rounds deciding which car I wanted. I visited the KIA dealer multiple times and never felt pressured to buy -- in fact I brought someone else back with me and they purchased a car at the same time. Haddad Kia made buying a new car very easy. I found the vehicle I wanted on Cars.com, called the dealer, made an offer and they accepted. This dealership is about 150 miles away from my city of residence so we set up a lot of the paperwork via fax. We then arranged a day for me to go to the dealership to pickup the vehicle and complete the final paperwork. I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. The staff was great to work with. I had the great experience of working with a mother/son team which was fantastic. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family if they were interested in a Kia.

My husband and I met Matt W. at the dealership to just take a look at a Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn we found online. After speaking with Matt and test driving the vehicle, we knew it was exactly what we needed and wanted but didn't know if we could make it happen. I have visited Haddad Dodge 4 times for regular scheduled service. Oil changes, transmission service, fluid chages in transfer case and rear end. Each time everything has went well, time quoted was kept, and with the service coupons the price was not bad. Will continue to go to Haddad for this. Now the purchase of my 2011 Ram 1500, bought from Haddad, was not as good.

i took my truck in to have a tow hitch installed and to also have them check why i had no air blowing out the back vents.some how my battery terminal connector got broke instead trying to get it fixed (it wasn almost time for them to go home) the bring a junk loaner truck with no gas in it.i went a total of 5 days without my truck due laziness and incompetence.

I have always received prompt and courteous attention when at Haddad Dodge service department. I've had my truck in for a battery replacement, which they replaced at no charge on a warranty,[no prorating], then I later discovered a small fluid leak on the transmission again a warranty repair taken care of promptly. I recently took my truck in for service, and it was back sooner than expected and all services done well. Thank You, Haddad Dodge

I use to like Haddad dodge, so much that I've bought 3 cars from them. Lately I've had to take my 6th month old challenger in 4 times for problems, part of the problem there is I live 40 miles away, so I have to take off work for this and pay for gas. The service dept. Is crazy busy so no walk in's on a Friday afternoon found that out the hard way. This car is brand new and has had 3 different problems, the last problem was not fixed properly so we came back for the second day in a row, not my idea of thorough service. We also went back to buy another truck and was turned away by the salesman, who thought in his personal opinion that we couldn't do a trade in we didn't even make it inside.

I have aloways had really good service at here except for a period of time they had a new service manager. He didn't appear to be able to relate to the customers or care one way or another. I'am glad he left and during my last two visits, service was excellant and it also appeared that the employees were happier there also.. Always in good spirts and ready to help with a smile on their faces and a pleasent greeting. Keep up the good work.

Service rep was friendly & advised me that they would call me about what was needed. they did call to inform me mwhat they found & that the car would be ready before the end of the day, car was ready as promised. overall visit was very pleasent.

No haggle, no pressure sales. i told them what we were looking for and Terry showed us around. We were up front thatvwe were shopping around and after three days of just that we happily went back to them. Most local dealerships of other brands and the KIA dealerships in the L.A. Area could learn a thing or two from the Haddad staff. Very positive experience, just like in the good old days when customer service was above everything. We are in the market for another car around the end of the year and I believe we will save the time for shopping around and just go to Haddad, after being pushed around by snoddy Ford sales staff and disrespected by Volkswagen and Hyundai staff speaking Spanish in our presence and making us feel very uncomfortable. GREAT JOB Haddad. And thanks !

I was looking for a new vehicle for work and play. Haddad Dodge in Bakersfield was able to meet both my needs. After test driving the new trucks I found myseld in a 1 year old Ram. Perfect vehicle for work and play. The salesman was very nice and not pushy for once. Not having the perfect credit they were very understanding and wanted to help me get the truck I wanted. I will recommend them to my family and friends for their vehicle needs.

Leased the new Kia Sorrento. Had it two weeks, sticker said 21 to 28 mpg but it has not gone over 20 mpg and averages about 18 mpg. Otherwise a very nice car with lots of options.

Started at 8am was told would be 1 hour it took 2 then when we got the car back and got on the freeway the weather strip under the hood was have off and bowing in the wind took the car right back and they said that happens but the will get it repaired right a way that was about a half hour that was at 10:30 its know 11:30 and I'm still waiting. There was never I'm sorry or anything like that. Buying the car was great sevicefrom that department top of the line. The repair department the worse we have ever had

When I purchased my used truck the salesman said there was no smoke in the cab which later was not true. I mentioned the front tire was low and the salesman told me I could go get some air, nitrogen is in the tires. I was out of town a few days later, my tire was really low and I had it filled with nitrogen. The next day the tires was really low again so I called AAA. The rim had a locking lug nut and because there was no key for the locking lug, the tire could not be changed. I called Haddad and talked to the sales manager and he told me to go to any tire shop and they can change the tire and Haddad would pickup the tab. I had the locking lugs removed from the other 3 tires. I got everything taken care of and when I presented the invoice to Haddad they said they would mail me a check. I was lucky to be at a place where I could get my tire fixed, otherwise I would of had to have my truck towed. Haddad service put new lugs on the four tires.

I could not get anyone to answer the phone in service on one day (called 2-3 times and gave up). The next day, no one answered until I told the receptionist that no one answered my call the previous day and she got someone to pick up. This is not good service - at least pick up the phone and take a number (or the receptionist could have done this if service is too busy)

Took vehicle in for power window repair and detailing. They were not able to get the detailing done and unfortunately when I got home the window stopped working. They picked the Durango up from my work location and had it fixed and detailed by the end of the day.

I needed for a manufacturer recall to be fixed in order to register my truck. No appointment was required; they fit me in and got me in and out as soon as possible. They also did an inspection to make sure everything else was in good working order. Overall, I was very pleased with this experience and will return in the future.

Its either the computer status is not reset, the service sticker is not replaced or the milage on the sticker is wrong. I mean every time! This is not brain surgery. Just have the service tech. check these items before telling the costomer their car is ready. Makes me question what else they may not have done.

The salesmen were great, the facility was great. However, I was a little disappointed with the customer service in the service department. Specifically, I am referring to the fact that letting me know the status of my car took 3hrs and several phone calls. The service writer that was handling my car was apparently busy, I understand that. However, I think that other service writers should be able to check and get me answers. My service writer should be able to yell across the room and say We are still working on it or something to let me know what I should do. Maybe I am too picky.

HAD A RECALL SENT TO ME AND HAD TO GET MY TRUCK INSPECTED PER RECALL. ALL WENT WELL, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY WHEN I SEE ANDREA I CHECK IN TELL HER WHAT'S UP AND THEN RELAX IN THE WAITING AREA. SHE HANDLES EVERYTHING ELSE! USUALLY TIMELY IF THE MECHANICS ARE NOT TOO BUSY. UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAD TO REORDER A PART WHICH GOT MISPLACED? SO I'LL HAVE TO GO BACK TO SERVICE. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT BUT IT'S ALWAYS GOOD TO JUST SAY HI TO ANDREA. OVERALL DODGE MAKES THINGS RIGHT IF THERE'S A PROBLEM. LOVE MY 3500 DUELY PICKUP AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TRUCK TO ANY AND EVERYONE!

over all I was happy with the repair job on my dodge grand caravan, however I was very disappointed in the length of time the diagnosis took. I made an appointment for Monday morning at 8am dropped my van off and that afternoon they called and told me that they had not had time to look at my van yet and wanted to keep it over night. the following day I never received a call so I called the dealership that afternoon about 1pm and was told they had just finished diagnosing it and that my barring in my alternator was bad and needed replaced. but it still ended up taking an additional 24 hours to do the repair. In the end my van was in the shop from Monday morning at 8am til Wednesday at 2:30pm. I think that was bit excessive for diagnosis and repair considering I had called the prior week and set up an appointment.

I appreciate that the service representative was able to track my prior service to help me determine the work which needs to be done. I appreciate the coupons I was able to use to reduce the cost of the service (I still think $165 is too much to service the rear differential). I am very pleased with my Rio and the buying experience at Haddad. Me and my wife were treated with courtesy and professionalism. The particular madel of Rio was difficult to find but was able to identify it as it came in. We came up from Carlsbad to meet Robert who came in to meet us on his (normally) day off. Thanks to him and the rest of the team to make the process easy and quick.

We had some issues with our vehicle and Mrs. Clark listened to our concerns and made sure that the issues were explained correctly so they can be addressed properly by the tech. I appreciate that she took the time to call me twice the first day and then when they when the were able to pinpoint the problem the next day an fix it. Mrs. Clark professionalism was a welcome experience for us during our visit. Haddad service for us was A+. Thank you Mrs.Clark and Haddad.

First let me say that I have purchased two KIA Amantis from Haddadd Kia and I have loved both of them. They are great road cars: for handling, comfort, low sound, and even economy. I have always had good service at Haddad, any concerns I had have always been dealt with swiftly and effectively, but since RJ has been my rep, service is even better. Because he is a people person. He is a true treasure for Haddad. I have never encountered a better service rep. Period. He truly cares for his clients. I trust him completely, and I think my car does too!

I want to say how happy I was with the customer service in the Service Department. Jay at the counter was very helpful and honestly sympathetic. Tom the Service Manager was very supportive also. They both felt that my service issue should have been covered by Chrysler and were diligent in pursuing it until they discovered a provision that covered the issue. I never felt any dishonesty or disingenuiness in any of my dealings with them. I was, and will continue to be grateful for their attitude during my warranty issue.

I came onto the Kia service department because my vehicle downhill assist light and electronic stability control light stayed on. When I got here they took me right back, looked up my warranty, and had me fill out a contract in under 10 minutes. I had to leave my vehicle for a couple of hours because it was in a Saturday but they did have a very nice clean waiting area with a large flatscreen TV and a play area for small kids. My vehicle was still covered under warranty and Kia covered everything.

This was our first time for service, I must say I was a little nervous being that my Kia was making this horrible noise. In the past with other dealerships my experiences were not the best. The cause of the problem was very rarely found. However, my experience with Haddad was GREAT. My service writer was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. I had two concerns with my vehicle as well as needing scheduled maintenance. I my vehicle was returned to me the same day! I would recommend everyone bring their new or used Kia to Haddad. Thanks again for a great experience.

I took my 2011 dodge ram 2500 in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. Service writer Richard Copeland took my order and told me that it might take a while to do.
