We went to hagen ford again for another vehicle because of the service we got to buying a vehicle previously The salesman at the time Phil White went out of his way for usby bringing the vehicle we were interested in to our home for us to look at.He worked with us to get the best deal possible with his boss We never had one problem with our vehicle over the 2 years we had it.When we went to Hagen after 2 years Phil remembered both my name and my wifes name which really impressed us knowing he takes his job seriously We purchased a ford explorer,it has been an excellent purchase But 8 month after we got it the brake fluid cylinder got cracked by a stone hitting it I called Phil to explain what had happened and to have it repaired at Hagen Ford To my surprise Phil offered to pay half of the repair costs.This just amazed me and speaks volumes of not only Phil but of Hagen Ford as a company I am going back within the next couple of months not only to buy a car for my wife but my daughter also Once again Phil on behalf of my wife and i for treating us as part of the Hagen family

My husband and I took both our vehicles into the dealership to get the works oil change. Instead of having sit and wait in the waiting room, Ron offered us to take one of their vehicles so txt we could go and get something to eat. That was just one of the many reason we keep coming back to Hagen. They are always looking how to make the customers experience better each visit.

I needed service for a recall and along with that I had three other request and all were met with total satisfaction. The three request were seat belt extensions for two of our ford vehicles, a cargo net for the back of my vehicle but it wasn't the type I was looking for and asked to have my car wash. Great job!

My experience at Hagen Ford was for a driver's side air bag replacement re: a recall for my Mustang. When I took the car in I was told it would take about an hour, so I decided to wait. In less than one-half hour I was informed that the job had been completed! One cannot expect more than that from the service department of any dealership. Well done and highly appreciated!!!!

Had purchased a used car model that is not normally on their lot. Shane Stikeleather made the buying experiance very easy.The car we purchased was traded in for a new car. The car had one owner and low miles for it's age.I had the car for just under one month when it would no longer start. The car needed to be serviced at another dealership, I contacted Hagen Ford and spoke with Phil White the used car manager. They were under no obligation to help,but they went above and beyond and helped with the repair cost!! We are very appreciative not only to Phil and Shane but also to the owners of Hagen Ford for their kindness and will definitely purchase from them in the future.

I already filled out a survey--but was NOT happy over the fact that we left the car overnight and the next morning to pick it up. No---part not on truck - Pick up after noon, 2nd truck no part--car to stay overnight and we needed it to get business complete. Suggestion was to leave or drive it (but not over 30 miles on trips) WE DROVE IT Not once during that time was there any mention of taking a LOANer car... Friday Morning my wife Pam called and service personnal said they were not sure if loan car would be around, because so many were out. My wife was going to call Tom Hagen, however, she asked service personnal if it was ok to call the staff who sold us the car, they had no problem with that suggestion. She Called and had a car waiting for her. She dropped off the Edge and went on her business and at 4pm that day the Edge was ready. just a side NOTE: after all of that- the dealership could have cleaned inside and washed out, just as a jester for all the delays and slight problems... My car is a 2007 Ford Focus. It was purchased for my daughter in either late 2006 or sometime in 2007. It is a one-owner car, although in 2013 I took it over so now it's my car. I've been able to keep it in good working order and the over-all condition of car is said to be above average by staff in the service department of Hagen Ford. The staff is always helpful and I feel the service provided is excellent. I don't feel like I am being taken advantage or encouraged to authorize work or repairs that aren't necessary or part of scheduled maintenance as per the Ford Manual. Do I like my Focus? Not always. It's very outdated compared to the average car on the road today. It's tinny. It's very noisy and the radio is mediocre; however, it is above average when it comes to good mileage especially in the City where I live and excellent on the highway and for that reason I am keeping it for now. I

I was having "low tire pressure" on my 2014 Escape. I took it in and Service Manager, Ron, checked all tires. One tire was low, he put some air in the tire. I scheduled a service appointment and the tire had a nail in it and was repaired. I also had an oil change and tires rotated. I waited in the "customer friendly" waiting area and in no time at all my vehicle was ready. The service area, office staff and sales are always very friendly!

The guys that did the repair work on my Mustang are of the best! I don't know who did the bumping out of the fender, but in my mind he/they are artisans. When I looked at the area where the work was done I could not tell where it was that they worked. It looked like it just came from the factory. I had some body work done for a dented rear door. The whole experience was exceptional from the first hello to the last good-bye. The repairs were fully explained before the start. I felt the estimate was based on doing a good job and watching my checkbook. Then the work was done as promised and they even saved me a few doolars. I am totally satisfied. Hagen Ford has been my one and only dealership for almost 25 years. While my leasing experience has always gone well, it is a once every three year event. Tom and Bob Hagen and their sales team are always ready to make my leasing experience a smooth one. On the other end, it is the service department that receives my attention every three to four months for regularly scheduled maintenance. I schedule my appointments and there is never any waiting. Things in the service department happen to my vehicle exactly the way Ron, Connie and the service team say they will happen. The entire Hagen Ford organization puts their attention on the customer. Ford's slogan may be "Quality is Job One," but at Hagen that extends to the relationships they work to build with their customers. I bought a 2014 F-150, my fourth new Ford truck in a row. Service was great but thought they could have given me a little better deal than I got. I traded a 2012 F-150 that had 30,000 miles and was pretty much a brand new truck. I felt it was worth more than thay gave me. Other than that it was a good experience and I will go back. The staff was great to work with. Terry Snider sold me my last truck and my new one. He is always a joy to work with.

I was looking at a used Ford Fusion to buy from the dealer and told them what payment I would like to be around. The salesman told me we have something for you to come out and look at it. I went there and saw the vehicle and before we drove it asked the price of the vehicle. He told me he didn't know and would find out when we got back and they had appraised my trade in. We got back from the test drive and there were minor things wrong with the vehicle, the brakes were soft and the radio display didn't work. I mentioned it to him and he said he would have it looked at. He went and talked to the manager and came out with the price of the vehicle and trade in for my vehicle. The price was high for that vehicle and they were low balling me on my trade in. I told him I wasn't interested and he kept pushing saying what if I can get another 500 for your trade. I said no the car is not worth the price you're asking and I won't pay that for the vehicle. I prefer the prices marked or listed on the vehicle so I know where to start dealing when I go in. He said that was their sale price because they were having a tent sale and it was already marked down. The used car sales was also in the new car area which I didn't like either. Very small dealership with only 4-5 sales people and not a lot of vehicles to choose from.
