Krissy, Service Advisor, and Ryan Mustang technician did a fantastic job. Krissy was welcoming , went out of her way to help, provided assurances they would fix the issue. Krissy told me she would have Ryan call me back and discuss the issue and he did and spent the time to go over the issue and talk about diagnosis. I brought the Mustang in to fix the issue and promptly I heard back within 24 hours the Mustang was ready for pick up. I was on a tight schedule to get it fixed and Ryan delivered. Krissy provided customer care with picking me up, I was very appreciative to them both because it wasn’t a huge job but treated me like it was as much prioritized as any other jobs. Thanks Krissy and Ryan for the quality service.

I have to say if i there was more stars then i would give more star. Everyone up there is super nice. I wasn’t in a hurry but they got it done quickly. I had a bit of an issue of when i was going to pick up my truck as we were leaving to go to a wedding and i was going to have to try and get it on Saturday so we could have it to go camping on Sunday. Well they went above and beyond and offer to bring my truck to my house and leave it so i didn’t have to stress about getting it. Awesome job. Great people. Thanks

The most friendly and professional experience I have had in purchasing an auto. Steve bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable with the process. Three important things involved in this experience:#1 Product: what an amazing vehicle for the price! Ford has outdone themselves, and Hardy Ford has been incredibly informative.# 2 Sales: The gentleman was not pushy, not manipulative, nor desperate. Well well well, I have to say I stand corrected I had had a terrible experience at the dealer but Jon and Frank made things right. And I mean right! That's what I call making sure a customer and their experience is right and memorable. Not only did we get a 2017 Ford escape but we got great financing and warranties and left feeling like we mattered. And I was also offered a service position, I thought that was amazing. I can't say enough about these guys and their willingnessvto go above and beyond even after hours. My condolences to the Hardy family for the loss of Mr. Hardy and my uttermost respect for the daughter that took over and instill in her staff the importance of the customer exp. My recent buying experience at Hardy Ford was great. I went online and "built" the truck that I wanted then took the print out to Hardy Ford. I met with the salesman, Eric Farmer, who searched for the vehicle in the Ford system. Knowing that at the end of the model year finding an exact match with what I wanted would be difficult I was not too disappointed when that proved true. The truck we did find that was close enough to what I had "built" and was acceptable was sitting on the lot at Hardy. There was no pressure on the part of Eric, I felt comfortable the entire time. We were able to complete the transaction in less than a day. My 16 year old F-150, that still runs great, has been replaced by a new one.

The Hardy Ford family is just what it is. And some of the reviews you read are program generated and aren't real! But what I can say is that this company has violated me and my family. Pulling my credit without authorization, making semi-xxxxxx but derogatory statements like " that finance manager don't deal with y'all type of credit, then says we cant buy a car unless we have a lot of money!" Then goes so far as to say that finance manager only works with 750 and higher credit scores(rating). I felt violated so many times till I vowed that o will not take this kinda teatment. Then didn't show us no vehicles.... Wow

This was a great car buying experience. I worked with Eric Farmer and there was absolutely no pressure of any kind. It was the end of the model year and I knew it would be difficult to find the exact vehicle I wanted, but Eric tried by searching the Ford database. We were able to get very, very close to what I was looking for. As I said there was no pressure and Eric was patient with me as I thought about the different vehicles he was able to offer me. We looked, I went home to mull it over, then went back to do the paperwork. A great experience. I'm happy with the vehicle and happy that I had been told about Eric.

I have bought three (or 4 ) vehicles from Eric Farmer. He is always patient with me and shows me all the vehicles I might want. I was disappointed with the amount he got for my trade- in, but he found other ways to save on the cost of the new pickup. He was very careful to show me all the features of the new pickup and emphasized that if I have any questions to call him.I have bought at least 7 vehicles through the years from Family Ford or Hardy Chevrolet and have always been satisfied. I ONLY buy cars here!! I have bought many cars from many dealerships in my 35 years of doing business. The past ten years I have bought many cars (7, I think) from Hardy, in Dallas. I had my son buy 2, so far, and I send my friends there. This dealership will not lie, or try to waste your time. If there is anyway you can buy a car, they will do it! We are completely satisfied every time!! I refuse to buy a car anywhere else. I have gotten frustrated at every other lot, through out my lifetime, but NEVER at Hardy!

I went to go look at what was available, I had no intention of buying. Hadn't bought a vehicle in a while so wanted to shop a little. Mitchell Feraco drove us all over the lot, looking at used and new cars, test drove a few and we happened upon the 2017 Escape. Drove it, felt right..........but way different than the Expedition I drove for 11 years, that I also bought new from Hardy Family Ford. No pressure, very friendly, accommodating and pleasant presentation from Mitch. Three hours later I drove out of the lot with my new Escape. Mitch also synced my phone to the car before I left the lot. Credit department has always been a great experience at Hardy Family Ford and I was not disappointed, the ease and response was excellent. Going soon for the Sync3 training. Will certainly buy from here again and highly recommend Mitchell.

Once we had agreed on an "out the door" price, there were no surprises, when I sat down with the finance manager. The price we agreed on is what I paid. There were no hidden or extra fees. Victor, Thomas, and Jason worked hard to get me the deal that I needed, including the exact vehicle we wanted. They were professional and responsive. This was one of the best car buying experiences! The process was short, I was informed of each step in the process. Gregory Potts was a fantastic sales person. He worked had to deliver on my requirements for a deal. In fact the deal was even better than my initial requirements. From the initial greeting by the staff, the interactions of Mr. Potts to the financial step, everyone was polite, friendly and upbeat. At no time did I feel pressured. I spoke with Edward Ramsey on the phone and he was proactive and called me as soon as I connected to the dealership online. That was one of the reasons I chose Hardy Family Ford over other dealerships. Another reason was their decent selection of Ford Mustangs. I got to the dealership I was immediately greeted by Bill Mays and was helped right away. He helped me with a vast majority of the car buying process and he is the main reason that buying my first car was as stress free as possible. Bill Mays helped make sure that I got the car with the color and options I wanted for a fair price. Lastly when it came to placing the down payment and financing the car Ron Herndon was the man. He helped explain all things from gap insurance to extended warranties and made sure that the questions that I had were answered. All in all my experience with Hardy Family Ford was great and I appreciate the diligence and the helpfulness that accompanies their work.

One week ago I went to Hardy Family Ford to look at the 2016 Ford Escapes. Eric Farmer met me at the door and showed me the vehicles. There was No sales pressure whatsoever. Hardy did not have the color that I wanted but Eric spent allot of time searching until he found the one I wanted. It was delivered the next day. Eric went over the features of the Escape and even synced it with my Iphone. I am SGT Thomas Webber, I am currently deployed to Bagram Afghanistan. I was on the alternate list for this deployment so everything was last minute. I purchased this vehicle with promises from the sales rep of things the vehicle would come with. We received the vehicle within days before I left and things we had been promised like overhead cargo an extra key all weather mats were not in the vehicle. My wife, mother of three children, and caretaker of her 92 year old granmother was left fighting to get what we were promised. We did not get the overhead cargo storage b I t got some of the other things. That sales rep has been since let go. Recently my wife took this vehicle in to be serviced because she hit a curb and the vehicle wasn't driving correctly. When the vehicle was returned there were food wrappers from Krystal which I know do not belong to her because she hates Krystals, there was a random phone registered as the primary on the Bluetooth, and insult to injury the all weather floor mats are now missing. My wife went there and the individual she talked to informed her that he could not replace the mats because that would be admitting that someone stole them and since Noone had been inside the vehicle that was not possible. I guess that means no one test drove the vehicle to insure that the repairs were done properly and the vehicle is sade to drive. So either the service department doesn't do quality assurance to make sure the vehicles are safe to drive OR this individual is a liar. Hardy Family Ford my number is 4049166447 this phone call will cost me $0.20 a minute per the tmobile international rate but I am willing to pay this amout if you are willing to explain why your company cares so little about deployed service members and their families

- Did not go to Hardy with a new truck purchase in mind, just to 'look'. We had a meeting set up with Jason, and his first idea was to just sit down and talk. He asked alot of questions to get a feel for us and what we were looking for. Right away we knew Jason was an informed, patient, and understanding guy. We had bought from Hardy before, several years ago- and we were happy with the process then, mostly because of the gentleman that helped us. We have also bought from other dealers with some 'less than pleasant ' results. Jeff in the finance department pretty much took care of the whole deal start to finish. Jason the sales guy pretty much had an easy deal handed to him. Least he could have done was inform of all the options and capabilities of my brand new 50k dollar truck. I specifically asked him if it had Navigation, and was told it had turn by tun SYNC through my phone, which I dont recommend it's terrible. After looking through my owners manual it turns out that my vehicle is capable of Navigation I'm just missing the SD card with the maps downloaded on it. "A thousand dollar option" Really? I spent a lot of money for all the bells and whistles, do you really think I would want a bad xxx touch screen radio that only works to half of its abilities? It's to bad cause I definitely would have purchased the upgrade. I'm in the business as well in fact I purchase a lot of parts from family Ford, or at least I used to.... This level of customer service is unacceptable, Ill be taking my business to Auto Nation from this point forward.

The experience with Billy and Jason was very good. Billy was helpful in narrowing down the truck package and Jason took over to help find what we wanted. Jason searched and finally found what we wanted. They found what we wanted at another dealer and got it for us. However, I was very disappointed in the cleaning/detailing. The windows were smeared and transport glue was still on the truck as well as the windshield. Parts for the bed were still in the back floorboard and a bolt for something was left in the media hub on the console. The detail guys need to pay more attention to (Details) as I would rather wait another hour than have to return again to have it redone. Seemed to be rushed because they were fixing to be off than staying and ensuring that the vehicle was delivered flawless as far as cleanliness. Would have also waited to have the PDI done so the extra or uninstalled parts could have been addressed. I realize this may be an exception due to the truck being brought from elsewhere, however, I did return the next day (taking off from work early) to get it detailed and was not impressed. Because of our sales personnel being busy with other customers, we were not given a walk through on the features of the truck. However, we used the owners manual and spent 1 and 1/2 hours in the driveway setting all the bells and whistles to our phones, memory settings etc... The truck is fully loaded minus only one option (360) camera. I recommend having a few more sales people to be available for this whether you purchase a car at 0900 or at 1700. Just a thought as if it is busy you should still cater to the customer needs and questions even after you have been paid. Still waiting on an appointment to get a trim piece replaced and front windows tinted, and the spray in bedliner done. purchase date was sep 12th and delivery was the 15th. Will rewrite the review once all is completed.

We were looking for very specific options for our new 2015 F-150 to get the optimal towing capacity we required. Sabrine responded to our initial Internet inquiry and after finding no models in stock anywhere in the Southeast, suggested we consider ordering exactly what we wanted. After specifying all the specific options, colors, packages, etc. we were provided promptly with a very reasonable quote (I did plenty of research through CarQuotes.com, Edmunds.com, etc.). Jason Tramonte took over the sales transaction process and was extremely competent, friendly and knowledgeable in guiding us through the order process. I did a lot of shopping for just the right truck to pull an RV. After deciding on a Ford F-150 I shopped around several dealers. Narrowing it down to 4 I got quotes from each. Only 2 of the 4 actually quoted what I was asking for. Nobody had the exactly configured truck. Tom, at Hardy, was the lowest bid and was the best agent to work with. We custom ordered the truck and I love it. The only thing I wished I had done was trade in my existing truck when I was quoted the trade-in value at the beginning. Two months later when the F-150 arrived the trade-in was significantly less. I wasn't happy about that but Hardy/Tom worked with me to make the deal right.

I finally found it at Hardy, which is an hour away from where I live, but I made the trip because of all of the positive reviews on this site and negative experiences at other dealerships closer to Atlanta. Bought a new 2015 F250 Lariat with the 6.7 Power Stroke, although I've only put 570 miles on it with only 6 miles new it has been night and day better than my 2006 F250 with the 6.0. You can tell this is a fully built Ford with no international motor, thank God! Love the quiet motor and the absolutely clean air it omits. I'm able to hook my trailer up in the garage with having to hurry due to being over come with diesel fumes my 6.0 did. The 6.7 puts cleaner air out than a gas truck or at least it does not make you gasp for air and it makes virtually no smell, CRAZY! Read one recent reviewer knocking his new 250 with fluids leaking at 3,500 miles. I will be willing to bet he put a chip / programmer on it to boost the power beyond factory specs and is playing dumb. That's what most people do with diesels, that's why I'll never buy a used diesel with out knowing the full history ever. My 6.0 had 2 owners before me and was chipped when I got it. The 2015 owners manual specifically warns of properly breaking in up to 500 miles then another proper break in up to 1,000 miles. I would say most people never do that, and probably don't even read the owners manual. So throw a performance modifier on it with young miles or ever for that matter, you got to expect problems. Anyways the 6.7 engine is solid and I've heard of 2015's having 14 and 20K miles already and not a single issue. I assume its Operator Error on his part or a fluke???? Got a buddy with 14K miles and he has no leaking fluids or problems but its fully stock never modified.Anyways this review is about the buying experience enough about the awesome truck. The sales staff was very polite and never pushy. Started doing the deal online through email with Sabrine. They were offering great internet specials that you apparently can only get when you deal online, otherwise I guess you have to haggle in person. At the dealership they never advertised 10K off but online they did. Sabrine was able to get me ballpark figures and presumable trade values together and got me in a happy place. Then I needed to come in to get true values on both of my trades and she handed me off to Jason Tromonte. He called me by name when I was stepping out of my truck as he was waiting on me (I had an appointment). Very polite and respectful. That impressed me. They gave me close to what I was asking on my trades with the tax incentives for trading it was only knocking them down a little and they both needed tires so I actually got the value I needed to get my payments in range of my budget, so I was happy with their offer. I was able to get them to throw in a sprayed in bed liner as part of the deal which turned out great thanks to Bullet Liner, which is who they use. All parties I checked off below were all great people that I dealt with in some way during my experience there. I commend them on a professional yet laid back atmosphere. And they have awesome service too. My old 6.0 was there a lot and I never felt taken and they always made recommendations and at times would say you can wait a while to fix this or that but at some point... .etc, never pushy. Sometimes while they were working on one thing they would notice another and give me a quote and sometimes they would save me labor if they already had the engine apart. Yea the international brand engine they use to use was being worked on a lot. Yea they are a little higher than the side street shop but they are higher for a reason. They are skilled and if something goes wrong with their work it will not be your fault as with side street shops, been there done that. They uphold their warranties that's a fact! And never argue.When my wife is due a new vehicle in a few years I'll look back to Hardy Ford.

I just bought my own car from Autonation Ford in Marietta, highly recommend. So when we came here about a week later to get my husband a car, I knew some things were not right. First off, my husband wanted to get the mustang in orange and we were told by our salesman Victor Rodriguez, that they do not make the car in orange on the ecoboost mustang. So, we settled on a different color and left feeling like we didn't get the best deal. We signed the papers Friday and was told since the car is located somewhere in Atlanta, that it should be here by Saturday. We asked if they would give us a loaner car since I recieved one before I got my new car. They said they don't do that here. So we wait. Turns out the car won't make it untill Monday. No big deal, here comes Monday and they tell us it won't be here till Tuesday, if that. While we've been waiting, I've done some of my own research to find out they DO make the orange for the ecoboost Mustang. We told the salesman today and he played it off that him and the dealership did not know this since they've never had one before. So much for looking, I guess. They told us they will try and get it with the options we wanted. Was told about 4 hours later that we can get it but it will be more expensive, because they can only find one with the specs he wants and it has an extra package we need. Little did he know, that I already found the exact car my husband wants, in orange with all the specs he wants and it is the same price as the one we signed for. I got him to give this information to the sale man and have heard nothing yet. This dealership is horrible. I will never shop here again. This whole time they have been procrastinating and trying to up sale him even though they already know what he wants, and can get the car from Florida. Now I am just waiting to see how long it will take to get the car and if we get the one he wants. If I could, I would cancel this contract with them and go to the dealer that has the car my husband wants and sign the contract with them. I will never come here again, and if you wish to use them, please do your research before coming. They will use all their tricks go buy a car you don't need and/or cannot afford. I will be making sure we take all our service to Autonation Ford from now on. Definitely worth the extra drive.

On our way home my husband decided to stop at Hardy Ford to "Just Look" Bill Mays met us at the front with a smile and wanted to know what he could do for us. So my husband told him what we wanted. Bill told us that he would take care of us and do what it takes to make us happy. Bill was honest, friendly and had a great personality. I felt so bad because they closed at 8 and at 9:30 we walked out with my new Ford Fusion & at the price we were happy with. I kept apologizing about keeping them late and I was told not to worry about it that they were going to do whatever it took to get us the vehicle we wanted. I just sold my 2008 Ford F250 Diesel which I had so many issues with over the years and could get no help from Hardy Ford Service. I now have a 2015 F-250 Diesel which the issues with the prior models were supposed to have all been corrected but with only 3500 miles on my new truck, I have fluids leaking out. I stopped by just to see if they could make sure it was nothing serious and that I was not causing major damage by driving but was told they could not even take a peak until next Tuesday. They says that if my engine blows up, it is under warranty?? Not acceptable solution!!

Recently purchased based my second car (within 4 months) from Jeff Richter and the Hardy Family Ford team. I called Jeff at 10:00 AM and told him what I was interested in and that I'd be up there around noon to look at it. When I arrived he had three Mustang GT Premiums waiting, all in the color I wanted and patiently explained the slight differences between the three cars and their prices. We took a test drive after I had chosen one and he went through the many features of the car while we were driving. After that it was back to the dealer to discuss a possible purchase. Some quick paperwork led to Jeff taking the deal to his sales manager who came back to us very quickly with a very fair deal which we accepted. The financing portion of the sale was pain free as well. By 2:00 PM we were headed down the road enjoying our new car. I had read the reviews about Hardy and was glad that they wanted my business. The reviews were spot on. Jeff Richter met me that day and I was shown three levels of trim on the exact truck I wanted. No pressure and a great price quote for each. I went with the loaded version and am very happy I did so. Fortunately, I found Hardy Family Ford after searching the internet for a new F-350 truck. Hardy Family Ford had a very good selection of F-350s, reasonably priced, on their website, but none that matched that exact options I was wanting. After my initial inquiry, I was contacted by Sabrine Aros and Jon Hansen. Sabrine tried to locate a truck with the all the options for a dealer transfer. After several unsuccessful attempts to locate a truck, Sabrine priced a truck to be built with all the options I requested. Hardy Family Ford gave me their best price up front. No hassling, no haggling, just a fair price. After agreeing to the price, I placed my order. While waiting for the truck to be built and delivered, Sabrine kept me updated on the status. The truck was delivered on schedule, with all the options, and priced as quoted. This has been my best car buying experience, ever!!! The folks at Hardy are AMAZING! I wasn't even looking for a truck, and one day Jim Tidwell Ford, where I bought my 2010 F250 contacted me about coming back and getting a new vehicle. I entertained their request and was disappointed with the offer they made me. My wife suggested that if i was indeed looking for a new vehicle, why not give Hardy Family Ford a chance.I will start my recollection of my experience with them by stating that I hate buying vehicles and normally don't really care for car salesmen. Sometimes I am not the easiest person to get along with either. Now that my skeletons are free to roam, let me say that when I arrived at Hardy, i was approached by Jeff Richter. "Great" i thought... "Here we go."... To my surprise, this was not the case at all. What i can tell you about Jeff is how comfortable he made me feel... Like he was there to help. He listened to what I had to say and took his time showing me multiple vehicles. We drove a few trucks and i fell in love with the 2015 F150.He worked with me as a liaison between myself and the sales manager and did his best to make sure that i got an offer that i felt comfortable with. Dealing with Jeff and the rest of the team at Hardy was truly a pleasure. After the sale, I decided that I wanted some accessories added to my truck. Jeff never hesitated when I asked for his help coordinating the scheduling and installation of these items with two separate vendors. I dropped my truck off to them and they handled the rest. I went by Hardy Ford to look at a couple of new cars and met Bill Mays when I focused on the new 2015 Mustang GT. Bill helped me with the test drive where I decided that was the car I wanted. We ordered the car a few days before Thanksgiving and Bill kept me informed with it's progress in production. He called me the day after Christmas to let me know it had arrived. He made sure it was checked out and ready for delivery when I came by to pick it up. Bill and I sat in the car and he reviewed all the features and set up the blue-tooth feature for the phone. He introduced me to the Service Mgr and a service writer so I will have a personal contact when servicing the car. I can not imagine buying a car being any easier than Bill made it for me. I went ahead and purchased the Ford Extended Svc, gave them a check and was driving out. The new Mustang is not only exciting but really fun to drive! Bill Mays was great to work with and I see why he wins a lot of the awards for sales!

Our car buying process was a 3 month adventure. We were looking for a very specific car, my father's dream car, a Mustang not just any Mustang, a triple black Shelby GT500. We searched and searched visited at least 10 dealers, none of which who were willing to help us locate that car, meaning if they didn't have it on the showroom floor they weren't willing to look for elsewhere. That was not the case with Hardy, Sabrine and Frank looked for a solid month, keeping in constant communication, bringing in cars for us to view at the dealership and then finally they found it!!!! It was in Tennessee, they took care of the shipping for us, during a snowstorm I might add and then stored it for us for us while we planned the surprise for my father. The finance department was just as accommodating, you can imagine the down payment required for a specialty car such as this, especially with all of the logistics involved!! After all of that, they even gave back to a charity we do work for that supports Childhood Cancer. It was just a completely awesome experience. My Father was completely surprised and it was a great day for our family. So thank you Hardy Family Ford. You have our business from now on!!!

Chuck Walker and Billy Barnette at the GMC dealership seamed like family when we met I bought fords both times a 2013 Edge and this time a 2014 F150 extended cab. Jeff Short , Tom Busker, and Scott Berrong went out of their way to be nice. I live almost 100 miles from these guys but can not seem to find salesmen close to home that are that nice and are helpful in buying a car. They don't pressure you they sale you what you want. No matter where I live I will always find my way back to Hardy Ford for a Ford vehicle. I've own Infiniti and Audi but Hardy Family Ford treats you better then those luxury car divisions. They are friendly and just make you feel like you're apart of something; the Hardy Family Team. I've needed loaner vehicles or rides home, never a probably at Hard Family Ford. My experience with dealers over the years has led me to be rather cynical; however, my experience at Hardy Family Ford has turned that around. I purchased a base model car, and I was treated with the same level of respect and appreciation that I might be had I purchased the most expensive car on the lot. Sabrine was my initial contact; she helped me work to hit a price I was comfortable with and answered all questions about my preferred vehicle before I arrived at Hardy. Once I arrived, Victor took over; he took excellent care of me and provided me with a great customer experience. I aimed to be in and out, but I ended up spending quite a bit of time at Hardy; and I rather enjoyed it. Sabrine followed up with me and assisted as needed making sure I left with my needs met.I also spoke with Ron (I believe this was his name) in Finance to finalize the actual purchasing of the vehicle. My experience with other dealers has led me to believe that this is the part of the process where it can be very risky for the consumer. Ron struck me as honest and knowledgeable, and gave me several options where I felt like I was making an informed decision. He looked for every area I could save money and informed me of many things I was originally unaware of. Overall, I had a very good experience and will be returning.

We called ahead the night before to ask some general questions about a vehicle we saw online. Although it was near closing for Hardy Ford, Jason took the time to answer all of our questions and set an appointment for the next day. From the time of arrival we were under NO pressure to purchase even after seeing all of the numbers. We did not see a manager asking that age old question what can we do to deal today with the implied pressure to make a decision and getting some ridiculous offer to get the businessThat part was excellent, and a factor in our decision to make the purchase - No Pressure. Jason took care of everything and from start to finish. We got a fair deal on the trade and a great price on the new vehicle. We did eventually meet with the manager Jon towards the end of everything thanking us for our time and decision. This was an excellent experience.

It was a rainy Saturday and Ron Karr was standing out in the drizzle when I drove up. I was impressed by Ron standing in the rain waiting for a customer to arrive. I liked the way Mr. Karr and Mr. Ganey the finance manager took care of me. Mr. Ganey went out of his way by sending someone down to tag department in Polk County, Georgia to pay for the transfer of my temporary tag to my permanent tag. The service he provided was much appreciated.Six months later I decided that the 2012 Ford Escape that I had purchased in November was not exactly what I wanted or needed. Since I had received excellent service from both Mr. Karr and Mr. Ganey at Hardy Family Ford I decided to go to them for a second time. I received the same excellent service that I had received at my first visit. This time I got to meet even more members of the Hardy Family Ford Dealership. Mr. Karr took excellent care of me and I was impressed when he asked for the expertise of Mr. Eric Farmer from the new car section of the dealership. Mr. Karr asked that Mr. Farmer and he share the sale of my new 2014 Ford Flex SE. Mr. Farmer had the car gassed-up and detailed. Mr. Farmer and I sat inside of the new car and he gave me a tutorial on the bells and whistles of my new car. I then met Mr. Dusty Shelton. Mr. Shelton was once a neighbor of mine and at that time had his own roofing business. He installed the roof on the house that I am living in. Mr. Shelton was of great service when I asked him to look at my roof when we had a hail storm. Everything during my visit went very smoothly. I stopped by when I had a little time during work Friday to see the Escapes and happened to see the exact 2014 Mustang I had wanted down to the Gotta Have It Green color, but had taken off my list for practicality reasons. Vernon took me out for a test drive and let me take my time to appreciate the unexpected quality and handling of the vehicle. I realized the car was actually a lot roomier and more functional than I thought. After the test drive I briefly glanced at the Escapes before I had to be back to work, though I was free to come back that evening to do more test drives or ask questions. I returned the next day with the online sale flier in hand and had no trouble receiving exactly the price advertised with no tricks, funny math or other issues aside from a moderate wait on the paperwork. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. They gave me a great interest rate on the loan terms I wanted and I drove off a couple hours later in my gorgeous new car. I've had some painful dealership experiences and for once I didn't want to walk away at any point. I would definitely buy here again!

When i started out again on this new car buying experience. I researched online first. I know what truck I was intending on buying and with my situation what price range i was looking to pay. I talked to a internet rep before going to the delarship to try to eliminate some of the back and forth pricing before I got there. This can be overwelming at times. Jason was able to get me in my new truck in a shorter time than expected. The following weekend I had to go in to pick up some rubber floormats and Jason wasnt in at the time. First let me say working with Bill was one of my best car buying experiences( i've bought a lot of cars). Bill wasn't too pushy. I even told him i was also gonna test drive a 2014 Tundra at another Dealership. Bill didn't discourage me, he just told me i would like the f-150 better. So i went to the Toyota dealership and drove the Tundra, all i thought about while driving Tundra was how roomy that F-150 was plus the feel of that ECO BOOST...lol. So i did not like the Tundra, plus the salesman looked like he had a hangover the night before, that alone made my wife hate the Toyota Dealership.The Toyota Dealership also reminded me of a parking lot full of sharks in white shirts, just watering at the mouth,waiting for you to get out of your vehicle(you drove up on).At Hardy Ford i didn't feel this at all, so so relaxed environment their even when i met Bill Mayes for the first time was relaxing. Normally i go to dealerships on Sundays when they are closed to avoid the hassle when i'm just looking, but it Sunday everyday at Hardy Ford...lol, having a nice stroll though the sales lot. All in all i had several Ford Dealerships i had been in contact with the difference that set Hardy Ford apart from the rest was Bill Mayes and the no hassle method they use.

My experience with Hardy Family Ford was outstanding! We originally stopped in just to test drive a Fusion, as we'd decided that would probably be the next model car we would purchase. We were not planning to purchase for another 30-90 days. Both Josh and Eric were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when demonstrating and test driving the car. Honestly, a Fusion SE Hybrid really sells itself! What made the experience so wonderful was the price negotiation and financing. They worked with us and gave us a very fair price on our trade in and were able to get us approved for financing quickly and transparently. We ended up buying the car that night, with a great deal - a price we were comfortable with and even more features on the car than we had planned. I'd always heard that Hardy was a great place to buy a car and I have to agree. Eric and Josh were both friendly and responsive, not pushy or arrogant. We felt really comfortable dealing with them. We've been on many car lots talking with many sales people and managers, Hardy by far has been the most comfortable and pleasant experience we've ever had. We will return to Eric and Josh in the next year when we need to purchase another new vehicle. And we will recommend them and Hardy to everyone we know!

My wife and I had been shopping cars for about a month and had decided to get her a car from Wade Ford. They had quoted me a price and we were actually in the car that we were going to trade and on our way to the dealership. While we were enroute, I received a phone call from Sabrine Aros from Hardy Ford. I told her that we were going to Wade Ford to get the car and she asked me three questions: What was the price that they had quoted me; what was the dealership charges; and how much did they allow you for your trade. With that, she quoted me a price that was "much" lower. I was curious enough that I turned my car around and went to Hardy Ford where I met with her and she showed me on paper what a difference it would make in trading at Hardy. By turning around, I saved over a thousand dollars and got zero percent financing, plus lots of extras that the dealership provides.Since then, we have been back for servicing and have only found fast and friendly service. We were babysitting my 3-year-old grandson recently and had him with us during servicing. The gentleman who waited on us brought him crayons, a coloring book and a Ford puzzle to keep him busy during the wait. Sometimes, it's just the little extra things that ensures loyal customers.I bought two vehicles last year from Hardy. One was a used Chevy Silverado truck and one was a new Ford car for my wife. I love doing business with Hardy and I'm sure that I will one day replace these vehicles at the Hardy dealership as well.

We had been thinking about buying a new car for sometime since our current vehicle was nearing 8 years in age. We considered a Ford vehicle because they were the only car manufacturer that did not receive a "bailout" from our government. Our son-in-law Mike Meadows purchased a new 2014 Ford Fusion in February and was pleased with his experience at Hardy Family Ford. We stoppped in one afternoon to get a brochure on a Ford Escape. The salesman that approached us was Victor Rodriguez. His very pleasant manner and easy to-talk-with attitude impressed us. We quickly looked at the 2014 Escape models available, but we were not yet ready to make a purchase. However, we returned the next day and as you say, "the rest is history!" We purchased a 2014 Ford Escape SE EcoBoost. Victor showed us figures that we liked and Dusty made the financial numbers look even better. After driving the car for a week, we came back and met with Frank who helped us better understand the electronics of our vehicle and helped get our cell phone installed. We can definitely say that we had an extremely favorable experience dealing with the Hardy Family Ford employees. We highly recommend Hardy Family to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I was looking for a Ford Escape SE. After submitting an online quote request I received a call from Sabrine. She seemed annoyed that I told her I was interested in the SE when my online quote request said I wanted the Titanium. No matteras soon as I spoke with her at the dealership, Victor took over. Now started every stereotype associated with buying a new car. I was paying cash. Trading in a Jeep Wrangler and paying the difference. I was using the price of the Escape on the Hardy Ford Website as my starting point. After Victor spoke to the sales manager and talked me into a sight un-seen appraisal of my Jeep he returned with a sheet of paperthe price of the Escape was $2,000 more than the price listed on their website. The offer for the Jeep was laughable. When I told Victor that, he flipped over the piece of paper where there was just another number writtenhe said that was what they could give me for the Jeep and he was just kidding the first time. I asked why he was offering a price on the Escape $2,000 more than what was on their website. First he said that was Ford's price, not Hardy's priceeven though it was on the Hardy website. Then he said the online price included rebates for ex-Ford Ranger owners, members of the Farm Bureau or people who were leasing a vehicle and I didn't qualify. Sosince it seems they are not familiar with smart phones, I pulled up the website on my phone and showed him the priceand the box that showed the discounts. There was no mention of the Ford Ranger, Farm Bureau, etc. Sohe told the sales manager that. The response was "Well does he have the add printed out? If not we don't have to honor the price." SoVictor started the "we're on the same teamwe'll show the sales managerwe'll get him to cave." Everything right out of Why People Hate Buying Cars 101. So I got up to leave. Victor stopped me and said he'd try one more time with his manager. That's when I made the mistake of giving him the exact dollar amount I would not go over when writing the check. After another 20 or so minutes of sitting around (keep in mindI'm not financingI'm writing a check and driving awayI should have already been home at this point) I walked over to Victor at the Sales Manager's desk and said "I'm going home. If you can get to my priceI'll come back tonight with the Jeep and finish the deal." BAMthe Sale's Manager jumped out of his seatstuck out his hand and said "Deal." Then he made a big to do about taking a hit on the Jeep and he'd just eat it if he couldn't get the money out of it. When Victor and I walked away Victor acted like we just beat the big, bad Sales Manager. He was telling me how upset the Sales Manager was for giving the Escape away. Really!?!? Then I have to wait for the finance guy. Even though I'm not financing it. So I get into his office and he's throwing forms at me faster than you can imagineQuickly explaining what I'm signing. Of courseI got my price (heckeven 1 penny less) so I barely look at anything other than the signature line. I get home and I'm just thankful that what should have been a 30-minute transaction is over and I can relax. I start looking at the paperwork. While the check I wrote was actually 1 penny less than I told them was my "highest amount" I noticed a line item for $840 for the extended service plan!?!?!? The first thing Victor told me was that all Escape's came with a 7-year/125,000 Powertrain Warranty for the rest of the month. So why did I see a charge for $840. Does that mean that I could have actually paid $840 less than my "highest amount." Heymy fault for not reading everything before I signed it. Like I saidwhen they agreed to my check amount I was just happy to get out of there. And of coursethat is part of their ploy. Annoy them just to the edge and then make them believe that they wore you downI did email Victor the next morning asking about the $840. I haven't heard back. Heckhe sent me an email congratulating me on the purchase which I received before I even left the dealership that night so not hearing back about the $840 is a little surprising.I went to Hardy because of the nearby locationbecause of the commercials"We love ya and we need ya." WellI love the new Escape. But I won't be back.

I wasn't looking for a new vehicle while my Ford Focus was being serviced, but with the assistance from Frank Velazquez, the new car purchase was made possible. What we enjoy about Hardy Ford in Dallas is the service from the sales people are not pushy. Frank worked with us and was very patient to look at our needs in what we wanted in a car and in price. Frank took the time to research the car we found on the internet that was being delivered on the lot, and made our experience possible and enjoyable. What I appreciated from our experience, Frank took the time to make phone calls letting me know when our car arrived, following up with emails, and when I arrived to pick up my car on a late Thursday evening, Frank was there helping me to move into my new car and assist in any way possible. We have purchased up to five vehicles from Hardy Ford and the experience with our recent purchase was by far one of the best. Sometime back, perhaps as much as 6 months, I spoke with Sabrine about a possible trade in for a Mustang GT. She worked as hard as she could but was unable to make the deal happen and I left understanding the reasons behind it so no hard feelings just disappointed we couldn't make it happen. Fast forward to this weekend and a phone call from Sabrine to let me know she felt they could now make it happen. Now I don't know about you but I have never had a dealership remember me after that long much less remember the car I wanted but Hardy Family Ford did. Sabrine and Frank Velazquez helped me finish the deal and I am now driving a new Ford Mustang GT. Talk about customer service and a great deal to boot. I visited the ford dealership back in April of this year and talked with Bill about an explorer, but my husband put it off for a while..he got tired of taking 2 vehicles and got serious about buying something.. so I went back to see Bill like I promised and he got me an expedition ..we found out the explorer ( which I love the new design ) was not going to meet my needs, that is why I went with the expedition.. My sales person for many years was Denise White ( which I loved her dearly) she was awesome..Bill reminds me a lot of Denise ..he listens to his customers and just as friendly as ever and I hope he is with Hardy for years to come.. I gave Hardy the rating I did was because of Dale Ritchey...he was practically the only part of Hardy Ford I saw. He was your main representative and was straight forward and himself. No slick stuff! He worked hand in glove with me and went, and is still going, above and beyond the call of duty. Presentation is so important! I don't have to tell you that the trust factor for car/and used car salesmen is 0. Also I would like to mention your finance man Matt Olds. He was very impressive and did everything he could to help me finance this car through my credit union. They to a "liking" to me and led the way giving wonderful customer service. I cannot say enough good about these fellows. They were ALL of Hardy Ford I ever saw while there. I will recommend Hardy Ford to others on account of the experience I had with these fine employees.

Oct.1 2013I just got my NEW F150 back from the Dealer today with 1800 mile (now over 1900) had a vibration at 35-50 (bad at 40-45). Hardy had it for 2 DAYS to balance tires and index the fronts. I told them & it was in writing the seat & floor vibrated and coming from the rear.The truck vibration now starts at 20-50 and it's worse plus the Service Supervisor tells me ALL F150's VIBRATE at those speeds, I had it out at 70mph and it was smooth. Then said its there caricaturist of the truck & FORD KNOWS IT~ NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT! ~ last ford I'll ever buy new again. I looked at him said 40-45 was the issue not 70 ~ THE FORD DEALER BLOW OFF !!!!!!!Do they really think people are stupid? I had to call at 4:45pm to see what was even going on after dropping it off at 7:30 am, we'll need it over night & call you. Nothing I had to call at at 1pm today & was told we are waiting to test drive it, really?? So warranty work gets done last & not fixed right?My last Hardy Ford!! They can sell it but not fix it?So now I will have to go else wear to correct the problem they have made worse, UNDER WARRANTY!Want it fixed right, on time and the same day, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE Service Dept. is the worst ever. I want to test drive the other F150's on the lot to see if they ALL VIBRATE!!!!!!!!!!

This was by far the most painless car buying experience I have had so far. I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion from Brian Henning at Hardy Family Ford to replace my 2008 F150 due to the length of my commute. The fusion is my 6th vehicle in my driving career and by far the nicest. Brian made the entire experience very simple and relaxing. There was no need to argue over money as he was able to get me out of my truck (which I was "upside-down" on) and into the car for $4k less than I thought possible. Once the deal was agreed on, Brian even cleaned the car as best he could himself since the detailers had already left for the evening. He also arranged to have it detailed professionally later on the same week. Thank you Brian, I look forward to dealing with you and Hardy Ford again for my next purchase!

I had a great experience from online quotes with Jon Hansen, test drives and discussions with Frank and finally the paperwork phase with Jeff. I never felt pressured at any point and Frank took all the time I needed to understand the various features of the F-150's I wanted to test drive. He explained the sync system in detail and helped pair my cell phone to the system and showed me how to use some of the popular features. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and helped me narrow in on the model best suited for me. Jon also was very helpful in finding the best deal for me. He allowed me to take an extended test drive so I could get a feel for the car's handling capabilities in several driving situations. Was shopping for new truck, looked at Chev/GMC, Dodge and Ford. Chev/GMC still looked the same as always, Dodge, I just didn't feel comfortable with the product. F-150 caught my eye of the detail and quality look. No record of internet appointment. Service adviser stated that internet appointment system doesn't work, appointments get lost all the time. Service area filthy. Customers ignored by employees. Women using business office as a nursery, inappropriate and unprofessional. Damaged my wheel nuts. Ringing phones never answered. Request to speak to service manager and told no, too busy. Total confusion in the service area, employees had no idea how to treat customers and take service orders. Truck was returned to me filthy and smelling of some chemical. Overall impression is that of a very disorganized poorly managed service dept staff. Several customers observed milling around, trying to find an employee to help them. No price estimate given prior to service and no explanation given when car is picked up. No effort made to protect upholstery and floor carpet from damage. Tires had uneven pressure, after rotation service.

In April, went to Hardy and purchased a used GMC truck. I'm very happy with the price and for that matter my truck. What I am unhappy with is the following: The truck had recently been brought in so it had not been through the inspection, cleaning and repair process. Our salesman told us that he would schedule for us to bring it back for said process, which he did. He also told us to note anything that we found and it would be repaired. They also told us that they would transfer the registration. A few days after the purchase, my wife returned the truck to the dealership for the repairs as well as cleaning. When she returned to pick it up, some of the repairs had not been done. She pointed out what was not done and had to wait for it to be finished. The truck never got cleaned. It got washed but the inside was never cleaned. The same stains and dirt were on the dash and floor. I'm a little disappointed that so little effort was made. As for the registration, 30 days later, when we had not received any notice, we went back and got "oh it's been busy so the registration transfer has not been done, here is another 30 day temp tag." 30 days after that we found out that we had to get new registration because the car we traded was in my wife's name and the truck was sold in my name. Nice job. I'm not taking it back for the interior to be detailed, I will do it myself so that it gets done this time!

Overall the service was great. Everything that needed to be done was done...and the only reason I gave them 4/5 for overall experience is that it took longer than I expected. Though on the contrary, I rather them take their time and do it right than rush through the servicing and actually forgetting or damaging the vehicle. The facility was clean and they took good care of my vehicle. In fact, they updated my on board computer and it gave me more horsepower to my vehicle at no cost to me. They said Ford had updated the computer system and my vehicle had not been updated...so they are keeping me up to date...which I like. Thanks guys for doing a great job!

I had an excellect experience wit the Hardy Ford Service Department. I need a new transmission for my Lexus RX300. Jeff Almon in the service department worked to get me a remanufactured transmission. He was courteous, preofessional and kept me informed as the work progressed. I also saved money on the work (I had previously been quoted by a local Toyota service deparment for the same work). The work also came with a better and longer period warranty that the Toyota dealer offered. Very pleasent experience, would not hesitate to recommend to others - Jeff was great!

I have used Hardy Family Ford for regular service since I bought my F150 new in 2004.I have always been happy with the service and pricing.Comparing what you get from other service centers,the price is great!Last year,I bought an Altima.I have not been happy with any of the Nissan service centers so I now let Jeff do all the service on it also.As much as I am enjoying my Altima,my next new vehicle will again be from one of the Hardy dealerships.Everyone in the service center at Family Ford is so pleasant to deal with~from all 3 service advisors to the cashiers and technicians.

I went on 8/27/2011 to see about getting a car. The the enviroment was good and I was treated well. I answered some questions and I test drove one of the cars. I stated to Bill Mays what i wanted. He came back to me and stated what I would need I stated that i could not do that and he stated to me that he would get back to me on the following Monday after her talk to a person on Monday to see about getting me into a used car. I stated to him that it would be fine. I left and in about I would say less than an hour he called me and stated that he got me approved for a 2011 with a car note over 500.00. I called him back and stated that it will need to be lower and at that time he told me that he got me in a 2012 for under 500.00. I said good and I will be back. I got there and he had all the paper work ready for me. I got to see the contract person and went over all the paper work.I was ready to go in a hour. That was wonderful.
