Customer service aka everyone is awesome. Totally confiidant in our local Honda Dealership. Purchased my first Honda in August of 2014. I can't say enough about Eric Cunningham. Nicest guy ever, totally patient and no pressure sale. ( poor guy I returned 3-4 times to test drive). Never received anything but a smile and was ALWAYS available. Heather and her staff are always courteous and efficient. My car was serviced on time, as promised. When Heather learned of personal timing issues I was having to get my car, she had it brought to me and took another car in for a minor, unschefuled repair. She saw that the second vehicle had a recall on the airbag and ordered it and arranged the appointment for it. Andy, my awesome salesman, saw me in the shop and immediately called me by name. He showed me how to use the accessories I had installed. Great service. We will continue to return to Heather Cannon Honda for vehicles. They go above and beyond from sales to service and work hard to develop a personal relationship!

Just have one complaint regarding in the future making sure that you don't leave dirt, etc on vehicle that was not there to begin with. This had to do with something being used in replacing a tire was smeared all over the wheel and left there. Service, otherwise was excellent as always - Cannon Honda is the best, hands down.

Just had the recall on my fuel pump. They called to let me know and made the appointment. Got me right in and did the job. After a trip it was time for service and I took it in and wanted the alinement checked as I had a flat and was shown two tires were bad worn and needed replaced. I asked Honda to check for worn parts and was pleased with their job..

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and had my door window checked out. They called me back with the cost of service on the window. I told them to go ahead and they informed me that they couldn't get to it until the next morning. I called them back less than an hour later and told them I would need to fix it another time. They told me it was too late, that they already ordered the part and I would have to pay for it. Ok, although the part was marked up considerably, I had no other choice so I had to agree. Picked up my vehicle the next morning when the part was to be there and they added $76 dollars on to my bill for labor. I asked about that and they said that's the charge for removing the door panel to find out the problem. I paid $176 dollars for an oil change and a part I didn't want. I bought my vehicle from them and have been getting all my maintenance done there for the past 4 years. I don't feel that they care about their customers and I won't be doing business with a company that plays their games.

Everyone in the service center is friendly, courteous, and takes the time to make me feel comfortable. I hardly ever need service beyond the recommended maintenance, so don't visit there that often. My wait was made more enjoyable by the friendly staff, and they welcome any questions I have concerning my Honda Pilot, (which I purchased as a used vehicle with almost 100,000 miles) so far is one of the best vehicles I have owned in my 78 years!

When we went in to buy the Accord Hybrid we had ordered (and arrived a month before we expected), the car was prepped and Heather was ready for us. Paperwork went quickly and without any surprises. Eric then took over to explain the car's functions and features. He was thorough and helpful. And patient. We couldn't have asked for a smoother purchasing experience. The drive home was fun exploring all the new technology. The reason I shopped with Cannon Honda in the first place was because of the way I am treated by the service department. Kevin is always friendly and helpful without pushing me to have some unnecessary service. And Heather has a nice service program to keep me coming back. All good!

More in bargain hunting than serious buying mode, I entered into a dialogue with Cannon Honda and a large-city competitor. Follow-up and dialogue from owner Heather Cannon, as well as beating a price commitment from the large-city Wichita, I decided to go ahead and buy due to a combination of things: Honda's sizeable cash-back offer, Honda's 2.9% 72-month financing, additional cash back for being a 2003 or later owner of a Ford (and several other makes), the fact that now is the time to by a hybrid (Honda Civic) since gas prices are relatively low and they can go for MSRP when gas is back high, and they only had the one hybrid left. This is the first new vehicle I've bought since 2008. I found the easiest thing about it was that I was able to sort out all the details via email and through the on-line Honda finance application; rather than the usual vagueness from most dealerships wanting to get you out on their lot before they'll get into a serious discussion. Anyway, felt I got a very good car that should last a long time, and the price I got it for relative to a non-hybrid Civic, we figured I'd pay for that difference in gas savings in three years and I plan to drive it far longer than that. I put "not applicable" on facilities. It's a smaller town dealership, and if you must have a flashy/glitzy/new state-of-the-art place to buy from, then go to the big cities. But, along with the big-city advertising, stop and think about who is actually paying for the flashy/new facilities (that would be the customer). That being said, the facility was fine. Nothing needed to complete my transaction was lacking.

I had a trailblazer SS that was eating me alive in gas. My husband and I decided to look at trading it off. We went to Cannon Honda because I found a 2 door accord I liked. We test drove it and fell in love. They gave me what I was wanting trade in for my blazer, no number games, just straight facts. Phillip our salesman was awesome and very helpful. He has called me twice already this week checking to make sure I am liking my new vehicle. We have always owned GM products. All together a great experience. Although they had agreed to match price that included TTL from another dealership initially at time of loan signing was told TTL would have to be financed additionally, do understand they have to be able to make something and worth a little extra to stay local. Salesman also felt it shouldn't be a problem to get window tinting included that manager said couldn't happen at time of signing. All this aside will still say great place to work with financing was fast and simple through honda finance all staff was extremely friendly and even detailed and filled tank before we left. They also include every other oil change for free up to 120 K miles on new hondas thats a great plus. Glad to be able to keep my business local and look forward to great service in the future. Would and will highly recommend to friends and family in the future.

We wanted to purchase a new car locally but wasn't sure that they could compete with the larger dealers in bigger city. They not only competed but beat them out in every category. Our salesman was knowledgeable about the various models, the finance manager explained all our options and worked with us in keeping our payments and interest rates low. As we wanted a particular color and special features, the dealership quickly located what we wanted and because of their reputation with other dealers were able to get the desired vehicle for us the next day! We knew that Canon Honda had an excellent product and the dealership was well regarded but we hadn't been sure that their products were within our budget range. Sometimes shopping at home can create some uncomfortable situations. Not the case with Canon Honda, we never felt pressured to do anything but make up our own minds. The salesman was great in pointing out the value-points, especially safety features of the 2013 Honda Accord and its reliability and resale. We receive a fair value on our trade-in and excellent advice on best financing. Although the dealer did not have the exact model and features we wanted in their stock, they were able to locate and deliver our choice to us the next day. As senior drivers, our salesman helped orient us to our new technology and encouraged us to drop back for additional tutoring. We expect a long and satisfying relationship with Canon Honda of Ponca City, OK.

The people at Cannon Honda are AWESOME. I broke down on a road trip and searched the web for the nearest Honda Dealer. I called the service department and they immediately responded, got me towed into the dealership and even though they were slammed with work they took a look at my vehicle, diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. Now getting parts was going to take until the end of the day but I needed to get home and elected to wait on it. All of the staff were curteous and made what could have been an awful day as good as it could have been. They even had a sweet little dog that was guarenteed to cheer you up! They offered all the help they could, a restaraunt recommendation (ask them) and loaned me a vehicle to get there. I also know they stayed later than usual just to fix my car and never ONCE gave me the impression that it bothered them at all. I am very grateful to all of the wonderful people at Cannon Honda - and whoever owns the place needs to feel very lucky they have these people looking out for the dealership. Thank you all - I am very grateful. I wish I had bought a car there because I know they care about what they are doing.

We bought our truck from Cannon Honda! We love it. The customer service is Awesome! They work with you and don't try to hassle you. If they don't have what you want on the lot they will find it for you. We will go back for our next vehicle.
