Sell cars that are actually worth the price with no problems when they leave the lot. I got my Jetta here with one major problem I was not aware of. When I hit a patch of ice, THE ABS TURNS OFF ALONGSIDE EVERYTHING ELSE LIKE TRACTION CONTROL! DURING THE WINTER! I then traded my Jetta in for a 2013 Rav4 2wd last year (Big mistake once again). When I test drove it, I was experiencing a minor shutter and a jerk when first driving it. I asked them why it jerked for no reason. Their response was "that's normal". Yeah right. It is only when the car shifts from second to third gear. Once the transaction was over, I drove it straight home (Great Falls). Experienced the shuttering more and more. I was thinking to myself I had made a massive mistake once again. Once I got home, I realized that my tire pressure light was on. I filled it, made sure it was rotated, and everything at my local tire store. I was told that my sensor was broken... Great. Got it replaced and paid out of pocket. The shuttering was caused by the Torque Converter. Luckily the car had one more year left on the warranty to get that replaced or it would have been 2000$+. I'm still experiencing the shifting problem daily and it pisses me off. I will never recommend this company to anyone if they were looking for a car. From one problem car to the next... Update (9/2/2021)- another issue popped up. My car won’t start. Been in the shop for the past month. I swear to you, problem after problem with these cars.

So about a month ago I bought a van from them. When we test drove it everything was great, but a couple weeks later a sound started in my engine, and my power steering would groan when I turned at slow speeds. Took it in for a diagnostic, and turns out the repair is $3,700. All their used cars are as is of course, and it is a risk with buying used, but it clearly wasn’t a new issue, so they sold me the van knowing about it and didn’t bat an eye. So now, the van I bought to get me to and from classes at Carroll and work, and also as a way to start building my credit for the future, isn’t even really able to drive safely, and if I want to be able to drive it I need to pay for repairs that are over half the price I bought it for. Like I said, it’s a used car, and I bet they’re great for if you’re buying new, but used? I wouldn’t trust them at all, not when they sold it to me without even the barest mention of an issue with the power steering. It’s been almost a year since I bought the van and it hasn’t gotten any better. I tried to get into contact with them through their website to talk about the repair deal they offered. Nothing. Which is a shame, because it made me think it was maybe just a one off, but the fact that they never got back to me makes me think it was just an offer for show, that way they would look better. Another issue did arise with the van, the front air went out during the coldest week of the year. Although this issue is marginally cheaper to fix, it was one I asked the salesperson about as it seemed loud in my opinion. He said he would talk to the mechanic about it. When he came back he said the mechanic just said it was a loud system. Considering it went out, that clearly wasn’t the truth. Ultimately, I would just really avoid buying one of their used vehicles unless it is one of those Toyota certified ones, because despite the talk about them giving all the bad vehicles to the smaller dealerships, they clearly have no problem keeping them and selling them to customers to make quick money.

Took my vehicle in for service and they were super quick and honest! While I was there, I saw they had a huge sale going on so I ended up jumping on that as well. Very nice people.
