I have been enjoying customizing my MINI. Richard Castillo, the MINI parts manager, has been fantastic at helping me every step of the way with parts. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with!

I went to Hendrick recently to test drive another Mini; before arriving, I'd already narrowed my car search to the Mini make, but was still undecided on a model and was anxious about shopping process in general as this would be my first large purchase without significant parental oversight. Cody made the testing process easy and enjoyable - highlighting the car's many features, and encouraging me to test them myself. Once I'd narrowed in on a specific vehicle, he helped explain my financing and warranty options in a way that was easily understood. I eventually decided to make the purchase and returned a few days later to finalize paperwork. The Hendrick team had fully detailed the car, and Cody took more time to help connect my phone to Bluetooth, learn to use the audio system, and familiarize myself with the Mini's unique features. Dustin then helped efficiently walk me through the paperwork process, making sure I understood what I was signing while also moving through the documents quickly. All in all, a great experience - I'll be recommending Hendrick to friends and family.

The entire experience was great! We didn't buy a Mini. Instead we bought a pre-owned other model car. The service Patrick, the salesman gave us was amazing. The sales manager, Todd was wonderful to work with. They made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

This will be my second MINI purchase from Hendrick MINI. Austin Kail has been great! He is helping me with the purchase process of a new 2015 JCW. He has provided superior customer service to me and has stayed on top of the process and has kept me informed along the way. My wife and I purchased yet ANOTHER MINI at Hendrick MINI. We loved our last purchase experience with Cody Martyna, our salesperson, which was also the third MINI we purchased with him. He listened to our needs then helped us find the perfect car for us. After that, he explained all of the features he thought we might want on our vehicle then found the perfect car. He was awesome! If anyone is looking for a great salesperson that doesn't just try to sell you a cary, Cody is your man!

I had a wonderful experience when I went to get my husband some accessories for his birthday for his beloved Mini. I walked in and asked for parts and was quickly directed to that department where Richard greeted me with a friendly smile. My husband and I enjoy traveling so Richard suggested a roof rack for any extras we may need room for and also pointed out some nice new mirror covers. He was great! He knew what he was talking about, gave me a great price and even helped install the roof rack. I will most definitely recommend Hendrick Mini to all our Mini loving friends for their parts and accessory needs and also to anyone else who has a Mini in mind.

I recently leased my first Mini Cooper from Hendrick Mini and I would recommend both the car and the sales/leasing staff. Chris Land handled the lease; he's extremely knowledgeable, always happy to take calls/emails/answer questions and has great cars to drive. I've been a mini owner for several years now. I love my Mini and love the community of owning this car! It's super fun to drive. I've gotten to know most of the folks at Hendrick Mini so I feel very qualified to review them. I just bought my first new Mini! Cody Martyna, our motoring advisor, was very knowledgeable. Went to look at a Mini - just looking - right. Austin Kahl answered all of my questions, took me for a test drive and the rest is Mini History. I walked in to Hendrick Mini fully expecting to visit additional dealerships to weigh out my options. After meeting Cody Martyna and test driving a few minis I went home completely stoked to tell my husband about my experience. I knew what I wanted and there was no additional shopping needed. Cody was absolutely awesome! Young and knowledgeable, he answered every question either of us had when we came back to purchase. He was patient with us as we had our children with us. They were in no mood to shop for cars!! After a pretty easy and very satisfying buying experience I drove away in a Mini Copper Countrymen Sport. It is by far my favorite vehicle yet!! First meet Chris while car shopping with partner. Mini was a sizable purchase and manufacturer was new to both of us. We spent several 3 plus hour trips with Chris. He was always welcoming and never treated us like we were wasting his time. My partner, in Oct 2012 placed order for coupe convertible---the whole experience was very enjoyable. I told Chris if I bonused in March I would be in to order mine. As the time got closer I made several long visits myself---to learn all I could about the Countryman---Chris again was patient and very helpful. With both purchases Chris really made me comfortable with my purchase and excited about the Mini experience in general. I am manager in "big box" retail and Chris does an awesome job of developing the customer relationship and I feel very comfortable sending him anyone interested in Mini.

I purchased my first Mini two years ago now and Chris Land was, by far the best "Mortoring Advisor" (for those of you just now shopping for a Mini, that would be a salesperson) I have ever had. He was informative, patient, fun, but most of all did not pressure me into buying at all. We just bought our 3rd Mini from Hendrick Mini of Charlotte. The sales team was excellent and accommodating in every step of purchasing our Mini. I bought my 2014 Mini Cooper Hardtop S from Hendrick Mini this summer and it was the nest car buying experience I have ever had. Hendrick Mini obviously is a very modern and we'll run dealership.. Two things stand out from my buying experience: the quality of their vehicles and their staff. I absolutely love the engineering that went into the Mini and all the features that are available. Secondly is their well-trained, friendly and professional staff. The salesman who assisted me in ordering my Mini from The Oxford Plant, kept me posted on its progress and delivery as well as numerous follow-up phone calls after delivery was EDWARD WORRALL. My girlfriend and I spent over a month searching for and researching cars. We went to numerous dealerships looking for something sporty, fun-to-drive, and with a great warranty. We were primarily looking at Lexus, BMW, and Infiniti's. After several unpleasant experiences at more than a few dealerships we were getting frustrated in our search. We decided to stop by Hendrick MINI to check out some of their options since they seemed to fit our fun and sporty criteria. We went in with no expectation of purchasing a car.. we merely wanted to see their options. I was honestly expecting the same type of experience we had been through a dozen times before at other dealerships - pushy salesmen, shady tactics, etc.. making you feel like you can't wait to get out of the place. I couldn't have been more wrong though. From the moment we stepped on the lot, we were greeted outside by one of the nicest guys we've ever met. Not nicest salesman.. nicest guy. I say that because not once did he make us feel like he was trying to sell us something. He made us feel like he was just there to help us in any way we needed. Every response to one of our questions included "yes sir" or "yes ma'am" response.. the kind of politeness you don't often see anymore. We were very impressed with the MINI we ended up purchasing, but we were even more impressed with Austin and the other staff at Hendrick MINI. Austin was by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Primarily, because he didn't come across as a salesman. He came across as someone that really wanted to help us out and his friendly, low-pressure style was the reason we left the lot in our new MINI. If you're like me and almost dread driving onto a car lot because you don't like feeling pressured into making a purchase, or made to feel like they're doing you a favor by letting you by a car from them, then go see Austin at Hendrick MINI. It'll be the best car buying decision you can make.

Working with Chris Land was by far the most exceptional sales experience I have had at a car dealership. From the first day when I wandered in not knowing anything about MINIs, to the time I picked up my brand new car, he was attentive, helpful, kind, understanding, and most of all he treated me like a good friend. He was not condescending or pushy, and did not seem like the kind of person who was just in it to make a sale - he really wanted to make the customer happy. You could really tell he loved MINIs, and had a passion for the fun of driving these cool cars. He was well informed with all the stats, features, and history of the car, and did a lot of educating me on all things MINI. He did a great job listening to what I was looking for, and helped guide me into the perfect car. He also did a phenomenal job following-up, and has added a personal touch throughout the experience. I cannot say enough great things about Chris! MINI Hendricks goal should be to have lots of Chriss with that same passion, friendliness, and general enthusiasm for the brand and the culture of MINI so that all their customers will get this kind of top-notch experience. He should definitely get a big bonus or promotion or something -- and if you ever need any customers to vouch for him, I will volunteer! To reiterate, working with Chris and the great staff at MINI Hendrick was a phenomenal experience. It is very much breaking the mold of the awful experience that I thought buying a car had to be. Over the course of my several visits, everyone was nice, enthusiastic, and it is just a cool place to spend some time! Loved the snacks, cool atmosphere, gift shop, and fun attitude. On December 27, my dream of owning a Mini finally came true!! My husband and I along with my daughter and son-in-law (who already own a Mini!) visited the Hendrik Mini dealership. What a fun experience...we were treated royally. Chris Land met us in the car lot and stayed with us every step of the way. He was so patient and kind to answer all of our questions. He found us the perfect MINI - one that would fit "my dream" and my husband's financial desire. When we picked up our new car, Chris went over every "bell and whistle" and he made sure that I was comfortable in "my" new MINI! I am 70 years old and for the past 20 years have been driving a Ford Explorer. When we drove away from the dealership I felt 20 again....well maybe 30!! Thank you Hendrix Mini for a fun experience!

We could not have been more pleased with the sales staff, F & I Mgr and especially Mr. Frank-our sales consultant. I purchased my first Mini Cooper from this location. I had an amazing experience. It took me approximately one month to make my final decision on purchasing a Mini Cooper. I originally had a 2011 BMW and I loved the car but for some reason I was continuously drawn to the Mini Cooper. I made a great choice and I'm saving so much money each month on my payments. The staff at Hendricks Mini was AMAZING. No sales pressure at all. When I came to purchase the car, it was an hour before closing time. The process wasnt long but it was getting late and I was super hungry and I had my hunger face on so they ordered me a pizza and that too was wonderful. The people that helped me were: Jean Teta-Motoring Advisor (Sold me the car) Jhoda Edquist-Sales Manager (Gave me a great deal) Frank King-Business Manager (Finalized my purchasepaperwork) All three were awesome and so professional. I've used this dealership for service on two occasions over the past six months. Both times, Dana Fredericksen has been my Service Manager. The first trip was necessary due to noises coming from the ABS system whenever I would go over small speed humps. I learned that a reprogramming of the computer was necessary and it would take a couple of hours to complete. The reprogramming took care of the problem and it hasn't been an issue for the past 3,000 miles.Yesterday, the flexible service system indicated that my front brake pads needed to be replaced. The FSS also indicated that my rear brake pads had less than 500 miles before they would need to be replaced also. Both were done under the 3/36 Maintenance contract at no charge.I had delayed buying a Mini for several years because of the service horror stories I've read on some of the major auto enthusiast web sites. I finally took the plunge and I've found the service department at Hendrick to be outstanding. Dana is awsome!

If you're done with the old experience of buying a car, it's time to visit Hendrick MINI. Salespeople wear jeans and t-shirts, are relaxed and inviting - heck, there's even a full-sized car hanging on the wall sideways! It was such a pleasant and cool experience. I had to wait a few weeks on just the car I wanted - and Hunter, my motoring assistant made sure I didn't settle for what was on the lot. Thanks Hunter! While I was waiting, I even went by the store a couple times to "test drive," since waiting was driving me crazy! From front door to the finance guy, it was all such a great experience. Between the awesomeness of the car itself and the buying experience, I have a new home!

We were buying our Mini off lease and there was a mis-communication regarding the process to turn over the Mini as a certified pre-owned vehicle. The sales and service department remediated this beyond my expectations. After understanding the entire process, I would have no problem buying any certified pre-owned vehicle from Hendrick Mini.

Excellent service. I brought my Mini in for an oil change and was concerned there might be additional service needed because the car sounded "rough". They checked her over carefully and determined she only needed the oil change and the tires rotated. Every time I bring my Mini to Hendrick I am very pleased with the way I am treated and the service I receive. I love this place!
