This is an awful dealership w awful customer service! They sold a car out from under me after promising to hold it until Monday. I had to leave town for an emergency my grandfather was in his last days and I spoke directly to finance manager and asked several times to clarify that yes they would be holding it for me. He gave me his word. I offered to hold with a deposit they said not necessary. I had sold my car that day so was planning on having a car to pick up Monday morning. I messaged my salesman Monday morning to set up a time to pick up my new car. I was then told it had been sold my they would look for a better one for me and give it to me for the same price. I was never contacted by the manager or my salesman about a replacement which was definitely known they would not be able to find in today’s market. They knew exactly what they were doing ! Awful. Two weeks later I still have no car and had to take an u we to my grandfathers funeral. They never offered me a rental in the meantime or anything! Customer service rating is actually a negative!

Our experience was horrible!! Will never come back there again! It is a shame because the sale department is awesome bought 3 vehicles here, but unfortunately will not be back due to the service department! They broke my wife's center console when replacing the wireless charger and then tried to blame us. The service manager gave my wife a hard time and attitude. Worst service department I've ever dealt with. And I'm in the business too as a service manager my self. They did fix it but they hacked up the bottom of the lid really bad when trying to open it. And now every time we open the center console we have to be reminded of this experience because of the pray marks and chipped lid.

I got there early just to be on the safe side. Was told it was a good thing I got there early because I had 2 recalls. They took my car back to do the oil change and the 2 recalls. An hour and so later the very nice lady came out and told me the tech did my oil change but didn't look at the order and see that there was 2 recalls. One of which would take over an hour. So needless to say I did not get the recalls taken care of and now I will taking my car to another dealer to have this fixed. I drove 32 miles from my house just to get it done where I bought my car.

First of all, you need to know that Ryan Delgado gave me his business card one day when I thought no one would "bother" me. I kept his card and went back there twice, this time buying a car like I looked at last November. Ryan has been up to speed on everything. Your staff is courteous as well. I felt like the welcome wagon was there for me. My grandson has been speaking to Ryan as well about a pickup. It's all good.

I have purchased over 15 new automobiles since I have been driving and I have never had a salesman that would call me after the sale to ask if there is anything they could do. Last August I purchased a new 2015 Buick Enclave. Steve Johnson was my sales agent. I visited him on three occasions before I purchased the vehicle. Every visit he would work with me and always took time to answer any questions. What I like most about Steve, is that he has called me on numerous times after the sale to ascertain if there is anything that he could do. I have never had a sales agent call me after the sale on any of the previous autos I purchased. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with.

5 Stars doesn't justify the job that this dealership does for its customer. The commitment they have shown is truly unparalleled. My sales person, Xavier Thomas was excellent, very quick to respond to any questions or concerns, he was very knowledgeable about their inventory and made sure to get me into a car i really wanted. A big thank you to their GM Doug Mummert, Sales manager Paul Osborne and finance manager Frank Stokes for working so hard to get the car that I wanted to that store. I'd recommend anyone to visit this location, their outstanding staff and large array of makes and models is definitely worth the trip!

I did not know what car I wanted. I had a Ford Escape, nice car, just way too big for me. I went to Hertrich GMC. John Wroten put me in the car that I wanted and so love. I took my truck to get my oil changed and my transmission fluids changed as well, it took about 3 hours. They finally called me to go over everything, and let me know my truck was finished and ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick my truck up, everyone there was very nice, i spent almost $400 getting my oil changed, my transmission fluids changed, a coolant flush, and to replace my gas filter. Therefore i spent a big amount of money and expected to be happy with the outcome. However, that was not the case. when I picked my truck up, it started and everything was fine. I drove to royal farms and went to put my truck in park, and it would not go into park. It wouldn't even tell me what gear i was in. I tried turning my truck off and back on, but it wouldn't start, because i couldn't see what gear i was in. i called hertrich's freaking out. my truck is an 02 GMC Sierra, with only 90,000 miles on it in perfect condition, it's never ran into any major issues what so ever. I take my truck back for them to look at, they were all very apologetic, and were quite well with my temper. The guy, im guessing was the manager came and explained what they had broke. they broke the "plastic" piece that is on my transmission cable and that explained why it wouldn't go into park correctly. I went to a different place to get my oil changed, and when they were done they went over everything about my truck, and told me that whoever last worked on my truck, did not put an oil filter back in my truck causing it to leak.Hertrich's handled the situation very well, offering me a rental and kept my truck over night to fix it, but sadly due to this experience they will never see my truck again.

This is our second car purchased from Hertrich Buick GMC. Our salesperson, Jack Hudson, was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. We were also impressed with Chris Hertrich and his willingness to work with us during the buying process. Overall, everyone we encountered at Hertrich Buick GMC were attentive, professional and courteous.

After a bad accident, my sales person, Allen Parker brought cars to me, did everything via email or cell phone and I had the car I needed within one day....and when I went to pick up the car I chose...I was in and out of the dealership within three hours I was in my car and on my way home.The easiest dealer I have ever been in.

I entered this dealership without the intent to purchase but boy was I wrong. I had heard about the great deals they had on the Verano and decided to just check them out but my salesman Xavier was so magnificient and the verano was exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. Long story shirt the dealership and vehicle have left me completely satisfied.

I'd like to say that I've bought several Buick's off of Hertrich in the past, and my last experience was one of the best. My sales consultant Jack Hudson helped me find my new Buick Verano, which turned out to work very well for me. I traded in a older Buick Lacrosse and I'm very much impressed with all the new conveniences in this one. I really like the backup camera and wish I'd had one sooner. I will continue to buy from Hertrich since they have always treated me fairly.

I met Xavier Thomas at Hertich Dealership in Seaford Delaware. I had a lot of questions because I drive a Chevy Equinox and am interested in a Terrain or Gmc Acadia. He was very pleasant and to my surprise, he was very knowledgeable in regards to their product line. I am now deciding what vehicle to purchase. I will definately look for Xavier when I come back to dealership to make my purchase. This is the level of professionalism that everyone should look for.

We purchased a GMC Acadia and our Sales Consultant Michele Terlson was such a pleasure working with. She was very knowledgeable and so friendly. The finance department was awesome also and didn't mind that we had kept them there late that night to wrap up on our deal. I have been buying new Buick's from this dealership for years. This time around my sales consultant Jack Hudson helped me find the Buick Verano. It proved to be affordable, easy on gas, and have a surprising amount of equipment. I really like the backup camera for getting out of parking spaces. Everyone seemed willing and eager to help me find the right car for the right price. I was more than happy with their professional and courteous service. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. My husband was unavailable, and since Al Diemel. also lived in Salisbury, he was willing to bring the papers to my husband to sign on his way home. I have delt with Hertrich Buick GMC for Years. I came in to get my engine light figured out. It ended up that I had messed up something with my engine. You would think that the service people would be done with me after I said that I couldn't afford to fix it, but instead Joyce and Shane took me to the new sales Managers who have taken over and let me tell you they did a fantastic job. They did not presure me to buy anything they gave me a great deal on mine and on theirs and now I have another new Buick in my Driveway. Even though the people have changed I have had the best time yet. Thankls guys- Scott
