My wife and I bought a car from Hertz about six months ago. We had a good idea about what we wanted going in, and were pleased at how straight forward the process was. Pam was our sales person, and she was extremely accommodating, assisting us through several visits and test drives. She allowed us to make our decision completely autonomously. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted.

Pam Hoffman greeted us with a smile one Sunday afternoon and was immediately so helpful. The Hertz facility on Atlantic Blvd. was just closing but she took the time to get us the brochure on the Rent to Buy program and pointed out some cars we may be interested in. We went back to look at a couple of cars and ultimately purchased one this week. I am very happy with the entire experience and have been recommending Hertz Car Sales to friends and co-workers. The finance manager was knowledgeable and well prepared to complete the paper work quickly. Pam was also very knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service on this sale. Thank you!!!

No pressure to buy. No upgrades or "upselling." What you see is what you get - both product and price. Love the QR codes on cars for pricing - didn't have to ask a "shark" how much a car cost. Will definitely return in the future and will recommend to others.

I meet Pam at Hertz - Atlantic Blvd and she is awesome! What impressed me the most about her, was her patience and understanding of what I'm looking for. She did not push me to buy..I test drived all the vehicles I was curious about before making my decision. She was not bothered or mad because I was not ready to make my decision right away! I ended up buying a Honda Civic with a really great price!

After having a terrible time with other dealerships where they either didn't listen to what I wanted, took up an absurd amount of time, or were rude, Hertz was a dream come true. Even though Pamela was busy, she didn't make us seem rushed, was pleasant the whole time, knowledgeable about the inventory, and very personable. I was able to get in the cars I wanted, no problem. When it came to decision time, they did not rush me or push me toward one car or another. They let me make my own decision. Once I decided, the paperwork was fast and easy. Being a licensed DMV, they are full service and truly there for the customers. When we had an issue with the insurance, they helped us straighten it out. Best car prices for the best cars in Jacksonville. Wish we would have gone to Hertz first, Would have made the whole process much more enjoyable. Will definitely return for other car purchases and rentals in the future!

This is the first time we visited Hertz Car Sales and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Onell, was very courteous, professional, and very easy to deal with. They have great late model cars with great prices. We loved the no haggling sales. The price they advertise is the price you pay, but the prices are very reasonable and in most cases below Blue Book value. We would highly recommend Hertz and Onell to anyone looking for a quality, well maintained used vehicle. We will be telling all our friends who may be interested in buying a vehicle to check out Hertz and when we get ready to purchase another vehicle this will be our go place. Highly, highly recommended and we are well pleased with the vehicle we purchased.

I am a college student and a first time car buyer and Troy made the car buying process easy and very enjoyable. He is very friendly and easy to work with. Hertz is very different from any other car dealership you will shop at. The employees do not jump on top of you as soon as you get out of your car and they do not push you to make a decision immediately. I plan to go to hertz in the future when I buy my second car and I have already recommended Hertz to many of my friends! Corey helped me with my finance paperwork and he made the loads of paperwork understandable and seem very minimal. Could not have had a better first car buying experience!

Hertz made car buying so easy! After visiting several dealerships, I was ready to hang it up all together. My brother and I decided to visit one last place on our list: Hertz. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by the salesman Troy Bishop. He was very honest ,unlike the other salesmen I'd met today at other traditional dealers. I told him that I was already approved for a loan by Navy Federal Credit Union and I had a budget. Troy assured me that we would be able to find a car that I would like within my price change and within my pre-approved loan. After I decided on a car we noticed that the back up camera wasn't working properly. Troy checked the fuse and fixed it before I left. I ran into an issue with withdrawing money from my out of state credit union and Corey Menard (Business Manager) and Robert Lease ( Location Manager) went over and beyond and was able to change the total of the car to fit my down payment and loan.if you're looking for a great car without the shady business of a traditional car dealership contact these guys. You won't regret it.

This place went above and beyond in every area. The worked out the best deal, kept our payments where we wanted them and when something went wrong they fixed it beyond our expectations. Pamela was so patient and Cory really hustled to make the process go as quickly as possible. Robert work those numbers like nobody's business and made sure we had the best deal. Before we even signed the papers i was already telling people about this place. We will need another car in a couple of years and we will definitely start there!

Easy, no-pressure process! Every person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful. You have the opportunity to rent a prospective car for 3 days and the rental fee will be returned to you if you choose to buy the car. The buying process was very simple.

My husband and I have been looking for a safe and reasonably priced car for our daughter, for a few months! We narrowed it down to a few different models that we wanted to see. My husband called Hertz and spoke with Troy, who set up a time to come in the next day. When we got there to meet him, he had the cars lined up all together for us to see and test drive. He was a pleasure to work with. Because it was our first stop we wanted to shop around. After going to another dealer in town, and having horrible customer service, we decided to go back to Hertz and speak to Troy about maybe working out a deal on a car. It was such a smooth process and talking to Troy and his manager, we were able to leave Hertz with a better car than we planned on getting and such a pleasant experience!!'

Pamela was great from the start as soon as we walked in the door. She helped us find a car in our price range including the title and tag, she let us test drive as many cars as we needed. She answered very question we had directly no being around the brush, I felt that she was very caring and knew actually what she was talking about. When we finally picked car, we had problems with our insurance which has us there for about 5hrs and she was there for us the whole time being patient with us. At one point of time we had gotten frustrated with the insurance having us run around and she comfort us. I really appreciate Pamela she's a wonderful kind hearted and hardworking person. If you go ask for pam she's awesome !!!

Real people work here!!!!!! The sales and managerial staff were professional, efficient, knowledgeable about the cars in their inventory and the car buying process. I am glad I came prepared with paperwork to help them do their job effortlessly. They have expectations for delivering great customer service and they delivered and then some. I got a sweeter deal when I registered my vehicle with the manufacturer and learned there were other "warranties" still active. CHA-CHING for my family! Did I mention that my teenagers gave the vehicle a stamp of approval: "It's nice!" "I like it!" Coming here was refreshing and cool. This could become a trend in the near future for car buying. Did I mention they update their inventory frequently?

My husband and I met with Scott early on a Saturday to look at Camry's. Scott was a pleasant and easy to work with. He never "steered" us any direction but listened to what we were saying. The whole dealership was so very, very pleasant and easy going. What a difference from a regular car dealership. Everyone seems to genuinely get along with each other and are really friendly to customers. We picked out our car, went for a test drive, and then talked to Josh in finance. Scott Boyce was a pleasure to deal with. Relaxed, friendly, not pushy. The car we bought through the Rent2Buy program was just what we were looking for at just the right price. To boot, the oil change and tire check at delivery were unexpected surprises. Another welcomed surprise is that even though Hertz charges a dealer fee (small compared to most FL dealers), it is included in the no-haggle price quoted online. Shopping online at hertzcarsales.com or hertzcarsalesjacksonville.com is very easy. But if you prefer to check out what's on the lot don't hesitate. The staff is there to help not pressure. I will definitely head back to Hertz when it's time to buy another car.

I visited the dealership once before purchasing and she had immense patience for my lackadaisical car buying approach. When I returned two weeks after my original visit and had scoured the market I found Hertz to truly be the best value. After spending time with multiple sales people around Jacksonville, non amounted to the customer serviced i received from Pamela at Hertz. From the opening inquiring phone call to meeting in person, Pamela had the highest quality of customer service. I was allowed to take the car i was interested in to the Nissan dealership across the street for a full inspection and the mechanic explained that whoever had the car before took great car of it and the car passed with flying colors. This led me to believe that I was finally in the right place in buying from Hertz! Recently I decided to buy my grandson a car. To start the process I asked my daughter to do her due diligence and let me know what she found. I wanted to make sure the car I bought for my grandson was safe, well maintained and in excellent condition inside and out. I also wanted to make sure I was given a fair value for the price!! To make sure we hit all of our initiatives I had my daughter and grandson research and visit the local dealerships up and down Phillips Highway and Atlantic Blvd. Lucky for them, and me, they finally stumbled upon Hertz Car Sales off Atlantic Blvd. The report from my daughter was that the cars for sale at Hertz hit all of our hot buttons, and most of the cars were hundreds to more than a thousand dollars less than comparable vehicles at other dealerships. Skeptical, I decided to visit Hertz with my daughter and grandson. I was greeted by an extremely friendly sales staff, and was assisted by one of their sales consultants Scott. From the beginning the experience was like no other car purchase I had made. Scott was very interested in learning what we were looking for in terms of quality, size, safety and price. With that information Scott showed us a few cars from their inventory and let us take them for a test drive. I was surprised that I had not been pressured into anything at this point, and it was apparent that Scott was working for our best interest not just trying to push a car out the door. Once my grandson decided on a vehicle I knew it was time for the "got ya" moment when we began to discuss pricing. However, I quickly learned that Hertz did not play the games other dealerships do with pricing. The price listed was the price I paid plus tax, tag and title....period! There were no destination fee added, and the dealership fee was already included in their price. WOW, honest pricing in car buying. I cannot express how happy we were with the process, the value, and the car we purchased. This was a pleasant experience without pressure and games. I recommend that anyone looking for a used car stop by Hertz before making a purchase. Their price, quality and customer service is unmatched.

After visiting several dealerships in a row, Hertz was our last stop of the day. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, and they delivered. Diana was knowledgeable and helped us out without pressuring us or trying to convince us to buy something we didn't want. There was a slight price difference between what they told us and what we had seen on their website, so they changed it to the lower online price no questions asked. We were able to put the car on hold for a few days and ultimately went back to make the purchase. Next time we will go to Hertz first!

We had been shopping for a used vehicle for a couple months, but we wanted a used SUV in great condition. We saw a vehicle that we were interested in on the Hertz website, but never thought to purchase a vehicle from what we thought of as a car rental place. We actually went to a dealership across the street, and just did not feel right about the vehicles we looked at & test drove, or the people there. So, we decided to go to Hertz. What a fantastic decision! Right off the bat Pam greeted us, stopped what she was doing, and helped us right away. What a pleasure she was from start to finish. Pam and Lee (her manager) were soo nice, and went above and beyond. We did not feel like we were at a dealership, no presser at all! I test drove an SUV and fell in love with it, I couldn't even tell it was a used vehicle! It was in great condition. We purchased the vehicle, and that was a pretty smooth process as well (and we even had a trade in too). Our purchase came with a warranty, and they also detailed and washed it while we were doing the paperwork. We did run into an issue after our purchase, but Pam, Lee and the Hertz company went above my expectations to resolve it, and it did not cost us a dime. We have been soo happy with our SUV purchase from Hertz, they really are great there. We will buy any future vehicle from there from now on too.

I was looking for a specific vehicle I had checked four other dealerships on my list and Hertz was the last with two of the same type of vehicle the only difference was the color and the mileage listed on each. At the other dealerships I either couldn't get the price I wanted or I was totally ignored while I was on the lot. I was approached by Scott he gave me the price for the vehicle took it for a test drive and asked if I had any questions. I didn't but I found that everything was completely up front the pricing the amount , and the type of warranty I would be offered. I came back the next day and purchased the vehicle I have never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. I will definitely come back for another vehicle.

My wife and I bought a Camry this evening from Scott, and it was such a wonderful experience! We had already shopped other car dealerships and ended up leaving frustrated each time because of the way we were treated. When we found this Camry on Cars.com, we knew it was the car we wanted. When we arrived, we found that the price included everything except for taxes and the tag fee from the DMV. They did not try to push any extra products on us that we did not want. In total, we spent only an hour and a half from arriving at Hertz, test driving the vehicle, and then finalizing payment. All in all, I will probably never buy another car from anywhere else. And by the way, the only reason that we only gave them 4 stars for the facilities is because they were in the middle of renovating the main lobby.

I stopped by Hertz after going to several dealers and after arriving was greeted by a friendly associate by the name of Hank. Hank seem genuinely interested in what my wants and needs were. He asked specific questions as to what was most important to me and matched me up with a car the fit. All the staff was quite helpful and not pushy. It was overall great experience.

I had in mind the kind of vehicle I wanted to purchase but also wanted to check out a few others, I ended up with the original car that I wanted at a great price. Lowest price from Jacksonville to Orlando based on our Internet search. Staff at hertz is amazing, Especially Pam or salesperson, she was exceptional, very helpful and informative . Not a high pressure sales person that you get at other dealerships. This was the best car shopping experience I have every had. Would highly recommend.

I can not explain how amazing the people at hertz are. After having a bad experience at another dealership I decided to go to hertz to find what I wanted. As soon as I went in I was greeted by Pam who found out what I wanted and helped me throughout this long process of purchasing a car. Not only did I find exactly what I wanted it was for a cheaper price than I ever expected. With me being a first time car buyer, only 20 years old, and still building credit I expected to pay a lot more. I was pre-approved for a loan through my bank because I thought no one would be willing to finance a car for me but unfortunately the loan wasn't enough to get the car I wanted and I would have to pay the difference out of pocket. But Josh and the rest of the team worked hard to find a bank that would cover the full amount with a lower interest rate and lower monthly payments. I didn't expect to drive off the lot in my own car today but that is exactly what happened. I am in love with my new car and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a used car that is in great condition and has low mileage. Plus it even comes with a warranty. I can't express how grateful I am to them for working with me to get me exactly what I was looking for.

I recently stopped in to Hertz Car Sales on Atlantic Blvd after seeing some of their cars online, priced far cheaper than other car dealerships. From the minute I got there I could tell it was different from traditional dealerships. Pam greeted my daughter and I with a smile and genuine, old-fashioned customer service and neither one seemed to go away the entire time we were there. We had an issue along the way and Pam and her manager, Lee, absolutely bent over backwards to get it resolved for me, after I had already bought the car and they already had their money. They didn't have to help us at that point and they didn't make any more money, but they sure made for some happy customers. I bought them a gift certificate for lunch, what does that tell you. Have you ever felt that you wanted to buy a used car sales person lunch? If you really don't like going to car dealerships, give this place a try, Pam kept her smile throughout six different model test drives until we found the right car. Lee was great, never any condescending sales tactics, no unexpected charges and professional throughout. The business model there allows for much better customer service, but the employees still have to carry out their end of the bargain. They exceed.

I had a great experience with Hertz. The sales team was never pushy and always listened to what I wanted. The process was quick and smooth. I didn't even have to go to the DMV which is awesome and I got a ton of points towards a free rental for a week. The day after I bought the car, I noticed some issues with it and called Hertz. They told me to take it in to Goodyear. They were also super friendly and did the repairs at no cost. Overall, it was really awesome. They work hard to make sure you're happy. I got a great price too and a quality car. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a car

I'd definitely recommend anyone buying a vehicle to go to Hertz car sales - Jacksonville. Scott & Lee were two of the best people to work with, especially, after the horrible experience I had at another dealership (not Hertz). There was no haggling or any pressure put on me. I truly had a different experience at Hertz Car Sales in Jacksonville Florida!!! No pushy, persistent, annoying salesmen to deal with. Scott Boyce was very pleasant and patient. I say patient because he quietly sat in the back seat of each of the 4 cars that I test drove without pushing me to buy. I bought a small Toyota Yaris and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I had been looking for at least 4 months and I happened by chance to come upon their website and I was shocked to see the variety of selections AND the competitive prices. Needless to say I rushed to make an appointment and as a result I am finally in the car I had been looking for and not groaning from the final purchase price. It definitely was worth the drive of about 2 hours because I drove back home in my newly purchased car. Kudos to Scott Boyce and his manager for having a great staff and putting the customer first. It is refreshing to know that these places still exist!!

I decided to stop by Hertz when after researching Ford Escapes and found their prices to be very reasonable. I also wanted to trade in my Kia Sportage. As a female, this was the first time I went about the car buying process on my own. It was a great experience. I really liked the Escapes, but Scott introduced me to a Chevy Captiva Sport, another small SUV which had super low miles and was still under factory warranty for a while. It was basically in the same price range and was like getting a new car! Scott and Lee were a pleasure to work with and helped me to get what I wanted. I am a bottom line kinda girl and not a fan of getting worked by sales people and Hertz had zero of that. They really mean 'no haggle' prices when they advertise it. Whether you are a seasoned car buyer, first time car buyer or hesitant female, I would recommend stopping by Hertz. I would definitely return and recommend them to friends and family. My only recommendation is to bring your phone (charged), tablet, magazine or book just in case you have to wait a bit. Their lobby is pretty sparse at this point. Over all, great people and a good experience!

I had almost given up on replacing my old vehicle. I had been talking to auto dealerships across the state. I already had my own financing, but when went to buy, the vehicle price had changed. A person from my bank recommended that I check out vehicles from Hertz Car Sales. I looked online saw lot of low mileage vehicles, went down spoke to Mrs. Hoffman and booked a test drive. Two days later I had a 2012 Nissan Sentra in excellent condition, with low mileage and within my price range. The process was so easy. I have bought a lot of vehicles and I can say this was the most honest and friendly place I have ever been to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend that before you buy a new or used car that you check out their inventory. I received more accessory and paid less money than would have at any other dealer in the state.

I am new to Jacksonville, Florida and needed a car ASAP. Hertz Car Sales welcomed me with open arms! This was my very first time purchasing a car. I did not know much about cars besides the little research that I've done. Scott and Lee have so much patience; they explained to me the most important things that I needed to know. They also took into consideration that this was a big move for me. I would definitely recommend this place! You are not being forced to purchase a car when you first walk into the doors like most dealerships that I have been to. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I stopped by to look at a lower mile used vehicle and was greeted by Pamela Hoffman, who was very friendly and professional. I found the car I wanted and then started the finance process. Due to the fact it was later in the afternoon, not to mention there is a bottleneck if there are more than one or two customers, I didn't receive an answer that evening and was told I would be updated Monday as to where we were in the process. It is Tuesday, and I still have not heard a word as to what where we are in the process, nothing at all. I'm assuming that something fell through somewhere in the process, but it would have been nice to get some sort of update as to what my options are, seeing as I sat for a few hours waiting to find out what was going on. It seems like they either need to find more help for instances where there are more than 2 customers at the same time or maybe I was just the one that fell through the cracks, but it was pretty frustrating to spend as much time as I did at the dealership just to be no further along in the buying process than I was before I stopped by. Again, the staff, especially Pamela, were very friendly but the follow up left a lot to be desired.

This is the first time I have ever purchased a car through Hertz Car Sales. I can't imagine ever buying a used car from anyone else. The sales person was very knowledgeable and was only interested in making sure I was making the best decision for me. The no-haggle price (which was very competitive) took away all the pressure you often feel when buying a car. It was just a great experience. They had tons of cars to choose from and they delivered on every promise they made without me having to follow up on anything. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I found this car on the Internet. I was looking for a used B segment and narrowed it down to two vehicles: this '12 Mazda2 and a '12 Fiesta (went with Mazda due to the reviews of the Ford CVT tranny). Our salesman Mike Kelso was a pro. He was gracious throughout and took care of us from the initial web inquiry all the way through delivery. We waited a little longer than I would expect for the business office, especially considering there were no customers ahead of us, but in the end, we are very pleased with our purchase and would buy there again.

My overall experience with Hertz Car Sales (10585 Atlantic Blvd Jacksonville, FL) was the best purchased experience compared with my previous experience with other dealerships (no haggling and no sales pressure). Pamela Hoffman (Sales Consultant) was friendly, professional, and provided exceptional customer service. Pamela explained the Hertz car sales process and allowed time for my daughter and I to ask questions about the car sales process and the car under consideration for purchase; this greatly alleviated concerns about proceeding with purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle from Hertz Car Sales. Lee Goldey (Manager) was professional and reviewed/explained the purchase agreement (there were no surprises with the vehicle sales price and other fees). Also, the other Sales Consultants (Scott and Michael) and the administrative assistant were friendly and professional. I recommend Hertz Car Sales to my friends, family and prospective care buyers. As a single woman, I have had a less than great experience buying a car in the past, but that was not the case working with Scott and Lee at Hertz. Initially, I was very nervous going to a dealership alone, but my mind was quickly eased. Scott was helpful and courteous with none of the "car dealer pressure" I've experienced in the past. I visited the dealership several times and test drove each car without feeling rushed. Once I decided on a make and model, I did a lot of research and found the price for my Infiniti QX56 to be an excellent deal. They also gave a very fair trade-in value for my used car. Lee helped me get an amazing interest rate and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with my new car. I will definitely be back again for my next car.

Overall a very helpful bunch, great prices on used cars which are practically new, and no pressure. With that said, I originally tried to go through the Rent-2-Buy process but that turned into a great big logistics mess, and is run differently than going to location and buying a car off the lot. That probably would have put me off except from the very beginning I was able to talk with Scott and Scott was able to get his manager involved and eventually we found a car I could look at. I was not happy with the car they were able to show me, but instead of just shrugging his shoulders Scott talked with me and we found a car I was interested in and was in my price range and could buy off the lot. Once we found the car I wanted the buying process was easy. Mr. Goldey, the manager, was very helpful answering any questions I had about the paperwork, and they didn't shy away from answering any questions I had about why the original car did not work out. The whole team at the location was nice and they never tried to sell me anything I didn't want. I would recommend Hertz Car Sales in Jacksonville to a friend, though I would say definitely call in and ask if the car you absolutely want is on hand if you start online, but that should be standard practice anytime you go shopping!

For several weeks I've pondered about purchasing another vehicle for myself. I proceeded with all the "smart choice" arrangements prior to visiting dealerships in town; research, securing financing from my credit union, etc. Now it's time to call and arrange the test drive portion of the program. I'm heading out alone...WHAT? That's right, alone. I've purchased a few vehicles in my day, I know the drill and there's no need to tie up a friend or family members time regardless of how this goes. Mr. Mike Kelso was the chosen one. Very professional, well spoken, a very considerate sales associate. We looked, I test drove (in the rain no less) then the nuts and bolts of the day....financing. Long story short...they beat my pre-approved financing from my lending institution. Mr. Goldey (that's with a 'd') is the utmost professional in his field. I was expecting at least one head to head round about an issue. Nope. They took care of that as well. Smooth like butter I tell you....smooth. Overall the entire experience was more pleasant than child birth. Trust me on that one. The inventory is amazing. A great deal to choose from. No complaints and I highly recommend you check out the fine folks at Hertz Car Sales.

I was looking for a good used car for my granddaughter to attend college. We went to a lot of dealerships. Paying cash with no trade should be an easy quote. Not so. Price of these cars seemed to be a mystery to those salesmen employed there. Searching on line, I came across Hertz Car Sales on Atlantic in Jacksonville. We found the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay clearly advertised. We emailed Scott and he had the car ready, however my granddaughter was not completely thrilled with this car. Scott talked to her about what she was looking for in a car. He had lots of patience. He thought he had on the lot, just the car she wanted. We walked out to the lot, to a Ford Focus. She sat inside the car, smiled and said, "this is it". Now for the price haggle. There was none. The price was as advertised, just add tax-tag-title which Scott gave an estimate of. I said, we will take it. Came time to fill out all the paperwork, again with past experience from these big dealerships, I again wondered what the price would be. Behold, the price was just as Scott quoted. These folks will be getting all my business now.

For the last two months I have been trying to find a dealership that would give me a decent trade-in value for my Cadillac Escalade in exchange for a reduction in the purchase price of the car that I was interested in buying. At Hertz, there was no haggling, they gave me more than I expected and had previously been offered as trade-in value for my Cadi. They also sell their cars for less than market value since they have so many of them on their lot. Their vehicles must be serviced on a regular basis and thus are more reliable than buying a vehicle that was owned by someone who may or may not have regularly serviced their vehicle. Never hurts to check them out if you're not sure!

I found the Hertz dealership when doing research for a Mazda 5 on the internet. I went to the dealership and the vehicles were exactly as described online. The salesperson, Pam, was very polite and pleasant as were all the people we dealt with at the dealership. No high pressure sales here. The dealership has a large selection of quality used cars. I found the price to be very reasonable--lower than other dealerships for the same type vehicle. Everything was explained line by line in the purchase agreement--no surprises and no pressure to buy other services. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I got in my first accident on January 3, 2014 and my car was totaled. I had to get a rental until the insurance company reviewed the accident report and made the decision I was not at fault. While renting my car from Hertz Rental(nothing to do with the sales side of it) I was told about the rent to buy program. I started in February 2014 doing the rent to buy program. I had some issues and was almost at wits end because of the office out of state, too many people involved and nobody really helping, I emailed the Corporate Headquarters and told them what was going on. 2 days later I received a call from Lee and he asked: How can I help, I hear you are having trouble" I told him what happened and he said NO PROBLEM 2 days later I was driving away in the car of my dreams. It was like an Angel fell from Heaven, he and Pam were the nicest people I have ever met. A couple days later I get a call from Pam asking how everything is and if I need anything. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car because you cant get that kind of help or find someone who truly cares and comes from their heart like Lee and Pam were towards me.

Very positive experience. They were ready when I got there, got to test drive and less than 1.5 hours drove away with a great 2012 Jeep Liberty. No surprises and they even worked in a tire Road Hazard warranty at no cost to me. Who does that?

I've bought serval cars in the last 28 years and I can say by far this is the best experience. My wife and I bought a 2012 cruze and the price was fair and the GM and Sales person was the opposite of what you expect from a used car salesman. My past experience with other dealers was like dealing with land sharks. Not at Hertz. They take care of you and look out for the buyer. Even the finance guy explained everything. We came into Hertz Car Sales after seeing a car on the internet. We received great customer service from the salesman Scott. Scott was very helpful with our questions and never made it seem like a bother. He was also very patient with us as we took our decision making very seriously and slowly. We finally decided on a Chevy Cruze and met with the GM Lee. Lee was just as nice as Scott and never pressured us. Lee made signing all those papers quick and easy to understand. Scott and Lee didn't mind giving us time to make our decision even until after closing. That was the best part, NO PRESSURE.

I went to Hertz on the first day they were open in the new facility. Salesperson Pam was very nice and knowledgeable about the model I was looking at. Vehicles were in great shape. I made a purchase that evening. There were a couple minor issues I discovered the next day, so I drove back to Hertz and Lee had me take it to Goodyear. They weren't able to resolve the problems the same day, so I had to leave it for several days (I live an hour away). Issues were eventually resolved though, and Hertz took care of the bill. My only complaint is that my emails to Pam went unanswered while my new car was at Goodyear, yet she always responded promptly when I was first inquiring about coming for a test drive. This made me feel like I was being ignored. However, the car is great, the price was great, and Hertz did pay for the minor repairs needed immediately after my purchase.

I walked in about 1 hour before closing, with a specific car in mind. Scott, the sales man, was really nice. He was a no pressure saleman, willing to answer any question. When it was time to start the paperwork and everything I realized that I left my bank draft at home ( at this point it was 1 hour past closing ). Of course Scott, being the really nice man that he was, said it was no problem and took the car off of the lot ( with no hold fee!!! ) until I was able to return after work the following day. Upon my return, they already had all of the paperwork completed, and had me out of the door in a new car in under 45 minutes. I could not have asked for better service, and a more polite dealership.

I was shopping for a used car to replace my 2002 Kia Optima and found Hertz Car Sales on the Internet. Their website was very user friendly and easy to navigate where you can select different options to narrow down the selection of cars to the ones you want. It also lets you organize your choices by price, year, mileage and color. I called the phone number listed and was quickly connected to a helpful sales representative named Pamela who went over all the car details with me and answered every question I had over the phone without telling me I had to come into the dealership first. Once at the dealership, she let me see the car immediately and showed me other cars in my price range and others I saw that interested me. There was no pressure to find one right then or to pick a specific model. I applied for financing and received an answer within the hour. She was able to go over all the details and allay all my concerns. The process was fast, hassle free, and enjoyable. I would recommend Hertz Auto sales to friends and family in heartbeat. My brother is going to be getting a car in the near future and told him all about it. Also want to thank Mr. Lee for helping with financing by making it a quick easy process. I love my 2012 Nissan Versa and will be back again when I purchase my next car. Thanks guys!

This Hertz Dealer had a good selection of the Ford Escape I was looking for. The cars were later models and in very good shape but the mileage brought them down to a price that was much less compared to the other dealerships in the area. A very good experience with no pressure and the staff willing to work with me on any concerns I had. No hidden dealer fee surprises and the entire process, including financing, was simple and easy.
