Definately 5 stars in my eyes. I found my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder at Highline Imports and decided to make the trek to go see it. There I met Kelly and his staff. Great, knowledgeable, people. No hassle test drive, no pressure at all. All questions where answered and in detail. Put my deposit down the same day. Kelly worked with me as I had become sick and did not want to lose the car. He held onto my deposit and car until I could come and pick it up. When I did manage to get back out to Highline Imports, the purchase process was quick and simple, haggle free. The staff is wonderful to talk to. They are sociable, unlike some major new car dealers I have had the "pleasure" of visiting. The facility itself really raised my expectations of a dedicated "small" used car dealer. The vehicles he has in stock are all not just clean, but waxed. The cars even smell clean. Most small used car dealers are a disaster, filthy cars, ruined parking lot and a building that would probably be better off being condemned, not this place. Highline offers it's customers a very nice lounge, clean property and a gorgeous indoor showroom with all the really nice cars. The variety of cars on my visit ranged from and Aston Martin, all the way down to a lowly Chevrolet Impala. I feel they have something for everyone. Don't expect to be able to drive the high end cars unless you are seriously planning on purchase, NO DEALER WANTS TEST PILOTS. I thought prices on most of his stock to be fair. All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I'd buy another car from them in a heartbeat. Hell.. I might even pay a visit just to see what's new in the indoor showroom!

Went in looking for a Audi A4 and settled on a 2010 Audi A5. Dealer meet us with a open door and answered all questions. Car was in our price range and super clean. So happy with our car would recommend to anyone looking a used car to check out Highline Imports first.

If you are looking for a car that this dealer has in its inventory, you need to go talk to them. Straight forward and honest to deal with. Stand behind what they sell. Unfortunately because of something beyond the control of Peter, the owner, we could not purchase a car from him. Howvever the way he handled everything was first rate. I only wish that he had another car of the type I was looking for, because I would definitely purchase it from him. I'm looking for something very specific so it could be difficult but I keep hoping I'd get an email from Peter telling me he has what I want. His dealership is 2 1/2 hours from my house but would make the trip

between myself and my wife we have purchased 7 cars from highline. being a "car guy" I'm very picky with my cars and where I buy. from my first meeting with Peter it was clear the was my type of guy! he's a true car lover and it's shows in every aspect of his buisness. during my first purchase he and his team stayed nearly 2 hours after closing time to get my deal done. each and every car we have gotten from Pete have been great from my Porsches to my wife's audi's. we would never go anywhere else. I recommend all of my friends and my buisness clients to Peter and his team. highline stands behind its cars even after purchase! these guys rock!

When I found the car I was looking for at Highline Imports website, I contacted Peter for more information. He was very polite and open to negotiate. I decided to come over to their facilities, which are excellent, and I got excellent service. I was allowed to test and review the car. I did n't feel pressure at all. I talk in person with Peter Kern, he answered questions and reviewed car details with us and demonstrated options on the car. We reached an agreement very quickly, The buying experience was great. They cleaned and detailed car nicely, took care of a minor detail on the fender, and when I walked out the car had new plates, inspection sticker and ready to go home. The Suzuki Kizashi I bought is a great used car, the price was competitive and so far I have not had any issues at at all. The car had 145K whe I purchased it, and I can not believe how it feels. Igt goes very strong, no weird sounds, good mileage, very clean, etc. I would highly recommend them and will look forward to future business or service with them. The only thing I would recommend the dealer do is provide a full tank of gas or at least half full. The car is for my 16 years daughter, and I think the car is reliable and, most important, very safe. It has 8 airbags, very rigid chassis and 5 stars in crashing testing. If you are looking to buy an imported pre-owned vehicle...definitely check out Highline Imports before making your final decision! They made our car buying process simple and satisfying! The sales person, Mike, was very knowledgeable, courteous and non-aggresive. We received full detailed information about the various vehicles we were interested in and felt comfortable taking the cars for a test drive without being pressured by a sales person. Anyone reading this is not looking forward to car shopping and trying to save time and hassle before they go venture out to find their next vehicle. Look no further, I assure you! Such a good experience! They gave factual information on all the cars and suggestions on our needs that weren't pulled out of their rearend like most places. One dealership told me they had an AWD Altima we should try for half the price of an Audi... We left that dealership real quick and came here! No hassle, they let us drive what we wanted and try everything out. They didn't have the exact color my girlfriend wanted, but didn't stalk us and call us after we left or try and pressure us into what they had!! Thank GOODNESS! We were actually sad to leave this location. If we didn't have to replace a car immediately we POSITIVELY would have waited just so we could make our purchase through Highline! I've already recommended a few friends in the market to this facility and feel fully confident they will be as surprised at the not hassle friendly easy going service as I was! Thank you Highline!!! The Salesman Mike answered questions and reviewed car details with us and demonstrated options on the car,and the Office Assistant Denise was friendly and very accommodating throughout the whole process. The buying experience was great as they worked out a specially layaway and storage plan on car for us to keep the car hidden from our daughter for her sweet 16th birthday party. They cleaned and detailed car nicely, took care of minor repairs on interior, checked car through out, test drove it before pick-up and had a new inspection/emission on car when picked-up. The paperwork was in order with a new tag right-away, they made the buying experience experience very simple and were down to earth folks. It was greatly appreciated when they worked out the special arrangements for my daughters birthday party gift, and it was not your typical high pressure dealer, but open minded. This is a great used car dealer with high quality cars listed at the correct list prices based on the vehicle and mileage. I was following their website and stopping at the dealer for a while before I made the decision to purchase as I saw they were a top notch business with customer service. I would highly recommend them and will look forward to future business or service with them. The only thing I would recommend the dealer do is have a full tank of gas with a purchase but this may have been an over-sight as they were very busy earlier when we did paperwork, and we picked the car up later that day 45 minutes before they were closing, It was no big deal. They went out of their way! I am sure our daughter will enjoy her Clk convertible and Thanks ! to Highline Imports for helping to make a special Birthday Day perfect!

Great customer service returning calls answering questions about truck and financing. Truck was exactly what they said it was and they didn't over sell it. I wasn't disappointed when I saw the truck in person. Probably called twenty times before I even went to look at the truck and never gave me the impression I was bothering them. Never talked down to me or used pushy sales tactics. When I went to dealership to purchase truck i was in and out in 45min.Smooth transaction. Awesome truck, great people.

My wife and I were in the market for a fun car to enjoy top-down cruising this fall. I was referred by a good friend who purchased several cars from Highline over a 10 year period, and he was always singing their praises so we decided to give them a look. What we found was a pristine facility with an incredible array of cars, many of which focus on the "fun factor". Mike, the Sales Manager is a no-nonsense guy that simply serves it straight up without the usual car dealer run-around and hassle. After test driving three cars, we purchased just the right one for us, and can't wait to do it again next time we need a car. We would recommend Highline to anyone in the market.

This is my families third vehicle purchased from Highline. Every time we have been beyond satisfied with the purchase. Highline will have the best used premium cars around. Previous cars were a Volkswagen Golf, and an Audi Allroad This purchase was a 2006 Mini Cooper S The car was flawless and in excellent condition for the year. When we sat down with Peter to fill out the cars paperwork he said he owed us a airbag sensor without us even knowing there was a problem. Excellent service! From the time we sat down to purchase the car it took no longer than 20 minutes, hassle free! Purchase your next used car here, if not you will make a mistake.

I would rate this dealer a 9.5 out of 10. That is extremely high for any used car dealership. I was approached by Mike early in the morning on a Saturday when I first arrived. He was personable and was cool about letting me test drive 2 vehicles. I really didn't think I was going to be able to purchase anything on the spot seeming I didn't have all my paperwork together or financing in order. Well, after he put me in an 08' 331i BWM fully loaded...I knew it was the car for me and I wanted to make a move to secure it right then and there. It took about 4 hours for the whole process to be competed and Mike was extremely patient with me. I did not sleep the night before because I was so excited just to test drive the cars. I got a very fair price for my 2010 Mazda matching what the Mazda dealer was quoting. So I took the plunge and I'm so grateful I did. Highline made a mistake with the contract which they admitted and corrected it immediately. This was after I signed the contract. So just goes to show you the type of people whom you are dealing with. The communication was pretty good after the sale too as I needed to make sure everything was good with my old vehicle and the title that was to be released to them. Have had my car for 1 full month putting about 2k miles on it. It has performed admirably and the best car I've ever owned/driven. No used car is perfect and I understand that, but I trust these guys to know what they are working with when they do buy a vehicle for their lot. I will certainly check them out again for any car purchase in the future and am hoping to have a very positive relationship going forward. I hope this post helps set the record straight as you can't please everyone, but these guys acted with integrity and honesty. Well done Highline Motors!

Horrible experience! Insulting, rude and prejudiced! Salesman Mike was a disgrace. Refused to allow my nephew to even test drive the vehicle we drove over 50 miles to see. Had a "mechanic" drive the car too fast, recklessly and practically smashed the car in their parking lot. Told us "buy the car first then drive it". And he was serious! Insanity. I believe this is a crooked dealership over what I have read. Buyer don't even be beware, keep driving, stay far away from this place.

Just bought a 2001 BMW and was very pleased with the whole process. No pushy sales, casual atmosphere and easy paperwork. We found a couple minor issues at the last minute (CD changer did not work and the oil level sensor was intermittently mis-reading) but it was too late in the day for them to work on it. I wanted to take it home that day, so they said bring it back whenever convenient for me. Two weeks later I stopped in and they repaired everything in an hour while I waited, no charge. They were very accommodating. Price was fair , service is good.

The first car I bought from this dealership was a 2002 mini cooper s and it's a one of a kind track car. The sales men was straight up with me and told me what issues it had . I knew I was buying the car as is and I appreciated the honesty. The working staff is really easy going and you can't beat the pricing. The second car I purchased from this dealership was a BMW 5-series and the car has had no issues for 6 months and couldn't be happier. They have a great selection of automobiles and I recommend anyone who is looking for a used vehicle to visit this elite dealership.

I send an email through the website and Cars.com and no one replied. I then called to asked about a Porche for sale and the salesperson had no desire to answer a few questions. I explained I would be driving more than 3 hours for the car and would most likely buy it as long as it was in great condition. He didnt give me any reassurances whatsoever. He sounded like he was in a rush and because of this lack of caring, I will not spend my money here.

Highline has a unique inventory, and they price all their cars very low...I guess they make it up on volume. Very clean and hard to find cars, presented in a comfortable environment. Mike and Peter really know their stuff, and don't push at all. I will definately be back for my next car, and recommend them to anyone in the market.

OMG! This was the worst experience I've had with a dealership. The car I bought had absolutely no maintenance done to it after this place brought it in. I took it in to my mechanic because it wasn't running right after driving it less than 500 miles. The air filter was clogged with debris and dirt. The oil looked like it hadn't been changed in over 5000 miles. The only thing these folks did was wash the car and take pictures of it. I'm not very mechanical and they have really taken advantage of me. I've had to spend a bunch of money to get this car sorted out and it still has issues. If you buy a car and have issues, don't bother trying to get the dealership to fix any issues. They are really difficult to deal with and treat you badly if you come at them. They done nothing but lie and make stuff up that never happened.I asked them to repair some things on the car that were wrong with the car when I got it. They said I'd have to pay for it. STAY AWAY!

A royal disaster. In June 2013, I bought a 2005 A4 Convertible with 100K for daughters 16 b-day. I'll accept responsibility for not taking to independent mechanic. 1 hr after purchase the engine light went on (an obvious reset without fixing - ignition module issue). 2 weeks after purchase, Water pump was leaking and had to be replaced - required a full timing belt adjustment. Audi dealer identified an additional leak behind engine had to fix. 2 months after purchase, the alternator failed - had to fight with extended warranty folks. 4 months after purchase the car is not delivering heat - heater core is clogged and needs to be replaced. 6 months after purchase the floor boards are wet - informed today that the rear window is separated from convertible roof - fix is a $3500 new top. Nice birthday present yes? Way to go Dad. No way a mechanic serviced this car - how did I miss so many issues when I was looking it over. The highline import owner was unsympathetic when I was seeking reimbursement for the water-pump - thought my mechanic and I were trying to scam him and the warranty company. I sent him water-pump and he sent me a check for $130 bucks. I am now out around $3.5K since June. Cutting my losses now and will trade the car in this weekend to a reputable Audi dealer. Draw your own conclusions on this experience.

I called Highline Oct 24. I arranged to have the car inspected by Lemon Squad. The car got a B rating from the inspector because of tires and the interior. I called the salesman and asked to reduce the price. I was offered a set of used tires for free or a small discount off the price of the car. I took the small discount. I gave a deposit and arranged for transport. Additional fees were: dealer prep, tax and notary. The car was picked up Nov 8 and arrived Nov 12. Before the car was shipped, I asked how the serpentine belt looked. He replied, " oil and filter change was done already as well as all fluids topped. i just went out and checked the serp belt and it is in good shape as well. we can get you a price on a new serp belt or any other audi service you would like before it ships. once we have a pickup date we will detail car again for you as well." The document handler told me she would overnight a transit tag on Nov 11th. It did not arrive on the 12th. I emailed her, she replied " your plate is on the way. Should be there within the next day or two." I reminded her that she promised me overnight shipping. Her reply " There was no mail Monday so I sent this USPS priority yesterday. Which is a day or two." She ended up mailing it priority, but she never went to the post office. It was picked up by their letter carrier and stamped at the post office the next day (Weds). When the truck driver started the car, I thought I heard a noise from the engine, but was not sure as it was a noisey parking lot. I drove home and parked it. I found a ten plus year old looking spare tire on a 16" rim that didn't match the rest of the rims on he car. It looked like one from a wrecking yard as the tire had something marked on it in red paint. I emailed the salesman. The saleman said he would be happy to send one out, but I'd have to pay for shipping. I told him I would not. Later, I received and email from the owner, Glad to hear you like the A4. We located the same wheel at our local wheel supplier and mailed it out today. I emailed the document gal and told her that the spare tire and transit tag issue affected my buying experience with Highline Imports. Her reply was, " As for the spare tire, the car did not come with one, meaning when we took the car in we did not take the car in with nor did we photograph the car with a spare one however Highline provided a spare for the car as a courtesy. We are sorry it was not the size that the car was made with but we took care of it as a courtesy to Highline and sent you out, yesterday, the size that comes with the car." On Nov 15th I started the car and heard the sound of a failing timing chain tensioner. While the car was turning over, I could hear the chain. When the engine fired, there was a very distinctive rattle that lasted about 1-2 seconds. I emailed the owner on Nov 18th and informed him I was taking it in to a shop to have it looked at. No reply. I took it to a respected shop. I don't think they let the car set long enough as they weren't able to reproduce the issue. The car needs to sit for a least a full day. While the car was in the shop they found the following was needed; Valve cover gaskets, rear main seal, serpentine belt and left upper arm bushing. I don't mind absorbing some of the costs of repairs. I was told by the salesman the serpentine belt looked ok. I emailed the owner of Highline Imports the repair estimates and asked for it to be reviewed. The reply, "Please refer to the terms and conditions in your applicable warranty documents. " This clearly is not a warranty issue. The car was shipped to me in this condition. I have scarcely put 500 miles on the car in the month I have had it. BTW, the title has no notary seal on it. There is stamped verbiage that read, "Verification in leiu of notarization"" Highline Imports LLC 86-3378". I was charged for notary. There is no notary seal on any of the documents.

I have purchased multiple cars from HighLine Imports and recommend it to anyone that is seeking a vehicle. There is no pressure placed on you by the salespeople. They really want you to place you in a vehicle that fits your desires and needs. The quality of repairs is top shelf and unlike most repair shops they have never tried to make unnecessary repairs or sell me unnecessary maintenance.

Their facilities were top notch and they made me feel very comfortable and let me inspect the vehicles that I liked to my satisfaction. They give a warranty on every vehicle sold which gave me peace of mind and decided to purchase my next car from Highline. I've just concluded a purchase from Highline Imports in Easton, Pa. I dealt with Peter Kern and his staff both electronically, telephonically, and via visit to the facility in Easton. My inquiries were met courteously, professionally, and promptly. The visit to the facility and taking delivery of the car was a joy. The facility is quite large, well laid out and immaculate, as was the inventory. The pre-owned vehicle delivered to me was spotless and mechanically sound. As mentioned to Peter, for anyone who might consider himself a "car guy", touring the facility is like being "a kid in a candy store". I strongly recommend Highline Imports, and consider it 5-Star.

long story short is me and my wife drove 2 hours to look at a 07 BMW X3 because the price was the best and the pictures online looked great. when we got there I was impressed how nice the facility was. it was nicer than most new car dealerships I have been to. the car was as described, the staff was friendly and made me feel at ease, and the transaction was one of the smoothest in my 48 years of buying cars. that was 1 month ago and all is great with the our new X3. I bought a Jeep from Highline in August 2008. The engine light came on as soon as I got it home. They said they would do what it took to get it through inspection and fixed it for free. It passed inspection but 3 weeks later the light came back on. From that point on I was one my one getting it repaired. They repair they made was not the correct repair. Resetting the error codes after they made the repair is what go it through inspection. My mechanic had done work for Highline in the past and did not have kind words for them. He said they would have him do work on the cars they were flipping and wanted him to do the repairs as cheap as possible, taking short cuts if it could save them repair costs, as long as they could get the cars sold. He said he refused to do work for them after that as he was uncomfortable doing such work.

This is my second deal with Peter Kern and I was treated as if I was his only customer. His business sells a lot of higher end german cars but he was patient with me in finding the right used Honda for my high schooler that fit within my nominal budget. Highly recommended-- very honest people and a real pleasure to do business with. Will do business again. Have already recommended them to friends and family.

I bought my first car from Highline two years ago. Since then, I have come back and bought two more beautiful cars in great condition! The staff is always so welcoming, especially their owner, Peter Kern, who always does everything he can to make sure I am satisfied. Wow...what else can I say! These guys know their stuff and it shows. I just purchased my 4th car from Highline, and will continue doing just that until I am six feet under. Their facility is first rate, and Peter and his staff work very hard to not be like other dealers...no run around, just straight-up clean cars and the right pricing. Selection is always fresh and top flight, service is about half of what the big dealers charge.

I was very nervous about buying my first car and I have to say my experience was a success. I found the car online and talked and emailed several times back and forth with Mike and Jamie. I received all my questions answered and was assured it would go smoothly. I put a deposit on the car not knowing what the car looked (besides pictures) like till I got there and once I did the car was exactly what was showed in the pictures. Even a little scratch that was on the car was also shown. I needed financing and Jamie was awesome she got my payments to where they needed to be. Mike showed me all the gadgets in the car and my closing was explained to me thoroughly. I would highly recommend this dealer to all my friends and family. Thank you Highline and I will be back when I am ready to trade!

What can I say. I wanted this car so badly, I had to battle time to get funds together and also had to figure out my options. Many phone calls with information, knowledge and negotiation with Sales Rep. Jaime, made it a smooth transaction. I was able to come almost on the last minute, from NY, all paper work was ready. I had left a $500.00x deposite a day prior, and had to bring in the remaining balance. Smooth as silk, I walked into the dealership, and drove out with my car. The advertisement was absolutely flawless, this dealership takes pride in there product and strives for an absolute amazing customer experince. I am very happy, will definetly go again, (if you guys get a 1999-2000 Civic Si, or an Integra Type-R) LOLOLOL

I blame myself for my "After Purchase" experience with Highline Imports since I did not insist they put the car up on the lift for me to inspect (if I had I wouldn't have bought it), but that doesn't mean they are off the hook by any means. The car I bought had a few issues before I bought it and they took care of them. About a week after I bought it I ran into 2 more problems and they sent me the parts for it but I had to pay a shop to install them. While at the shop they discovered a severe leak in the oil-pan and the Main Rear Seal. I contacted the salesman (Scott) who was very helpful but then Rich the owner took over. Lets just say he was completely unsympathetic and rude ("typical" used car salesman), he told me I was on my own and talked down to me like I was a child, all I can say is it's a good thing we were on the phone and not in person. The car I traded in started having clutch trouble 2 days before I traded it in, I informed them and they knocked $1100 off the value of my trade (fair enough). I disclosed everything about my car to them since I am an honest person but there is NO WAY they did not notice the Oil-Pan or Main Rear Seal leak on the car I purchased from them if the car was really inspected by their master mechanic beforehand as they advertised (my shop even agreed). I spent over $1200 to repair the car, lesson learned, CHECK THE CAR COMPLETELY BEFORE BUYING!!!! Like I said it was my responsibility to check the car and I didn't (my fault) but it's theirs to do the same, especially since they advertised it as such, not trustworthy in my opinion. BTW, the radiator they replaced for me failed after a little more than year,car never overheated just got a bad part, cherry on top of the cake!!

THE STAFF AT HIGHLINE IMPORTS WAS PLEASANT, FAST AND SUPER EFFICIENT! THEY MADE MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE IN BUYING MY JAGUAR WORRY FREE AND HAPPY ONE! i DID NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING EXCEPT GO TO ANOTHER FACILITY TO GET MY FINANCING DONE.

Purchased a 2008 Triumph America Motorcycle and was very pleased when it arrived here in Colorado. They did an awesome detailing job and rides like a new bike! I am out-of-state and purchased the Triumph through Peter Kern. His communication was very professional and he always stayed in touch throughout the transactions from start to finish. I had always wanted a red corvette from the time I learned to drive, that was 44 years ago, I never forgot. Five years ago I settled for a red Mustang GT, it wasn't the car I wanted. My wife encourged me after my retirement to treat myself to the car of my dreams, it didn't take long on the internet to find Highline Imports and a red Corvette with low miles. Rich took me on a sweet test drive, I knew instantly that this was my car, highly recomend Highline Imports as they have the best inventory, price and great cars. Everything was easy, smooth and a company that was a pleasure to do business with.

I must say that I do not get along with car dealers, it is worst than going to the dentist, that was until I called Highline Imports and spoke with Rich. From our first conversation I understood that he was a professional and really cared about my needs. I was looking for a car that my wife can use to shuttle our family and Rich recommended a Honda Odessy wagon that my wife has already named and fell in love with the wagon. I recently bought my Mini Cooper from Highline Imports and I was very happy with my experience. I really liked that they didn't pressure you into buying a car from them. When you go to most dealerships, the sales personal are over you like hawks. Rich Karlsson allowed me to look at the car at my own leisure without hounding me. I was even allowed to test drive the car by myself. Although I was alone, he was within a short distance to answer any questions that I had. My cars brake light was on, so Rich made sure everything was fixed and safe before buying. I even called a week later because I needed an owners manuel which will be sent to me with no questions asked. Even though you cant bring the price down on any of the cars, they are reasonable and fair prices. The place is very clean and professional and I would recommend anyone to buy a car from Highline Imports.

I drove over 100 miles to this dealer, as they were one of the few to have the specific Volvo i was looking for. It was WELL worth the trip. Based on their inventory alone, it was obvious this place was run by car lovers, as the selection was clearly hand picked. Let me tell you some things that set this dealer apart from the rest. First and foremost, they didnt once try to SELL me a car. They let the vehicle soeak for itself. Im very knowledgable about cars, and what im after, and they recognized this and left me to my own devices, literally! Test drove alone, has my own code reader, etc. When i spoke about the specific issues these cars can sometimes have, they were happy to bring the car into the spotless garage, and put in on the lift for me to do a full inspection. They even offered for me to bring a car from ANOTHER dealer to their lift if i wanted! The deal maker for me (besides the condition of the vehicle), was when i suggested an S4 as my alternative, he steered me away due to engine issues they see frequently, showed me the proof in their shop, and offered to sell me one of their S4's for more money..but advised me not to, as he felt id be much happier in the Volvo. He was right. I dealt with Rich specifically for the sale and warranty, but spoke at length with the owner Peter, who is obviously a lover of cars. Highly recommended.

I have never been treated so bad in my entire 40 yrs of life. Lied to from start til finish. Promises and Guarantee doesn't mean "ANYTHING" to these guys. Do NOT do business with these people if you can help it. If you must, get EVERYTHING written down and signed by every employee there. Also, don't question them about anything cause you will be yelled at, called racial epithets and told to get lost. Most include profanities. I've made my mistake and I hope I can help stop someone else from doing the same. Good Luck car hunting but Beware!

I wanted to test drive a car & the owner was the most unpleasant person. When i asked to test drive it, the owner (Rich) asked me if I'm buying it today!!!!! & he wouldn't help us, few minutes later he says"this car has an engine problem & I have to send it to BMW". He was very rude!!! My friend was trying to workout a deal with him& when we asked him to do a trade in.he said look at Kelly blue book to find out the trade in value. This dealer lost 3 sales today because of his attitude & unpleasant communication. He shouldn't be in this business. We will never go back even if the cars are free!!!!!,

I went to the dealer and looked at car. I was ready to buy it so i asked for a sales associate. The sales person i spoke to was Richie. We talked about the car and when i asked about the price he told me he couldnt do anything about it and thqat he didnt want to do business with us. I tried to go talk to him, he was outside with the mechanics and they all started to curse at me. I am very unhappy with the service and I will never go back.

I was in the market for a pickup truck and came across Highline's website. They had the type of truck I was looking for in their inventory. From Day 1, the staff at Highline was excellent and reasonable to work with. They had a different philosophy than treating the customer as prey, which I really enjoyed. Highline was very patient with my difficulties in getting everything set on my end. The staff was so accommodating and helpful through the whole process. I really appreciate all they did and would definitely recommend them to someone else.

I went to Highline shortly before getting my driver's license to purchase my first car with my mom. Right off the bat, the staff was friendly, courteous, and respectful, and seemed very in tune to what we were looking for - a reliable car at a good price. There was great vehicle selection and the dealership was very nice and well-kept. I wound up buying a 1999 BMW 328i and it has been nothing but pleasant and reliable to drive! I'm looking forward to buying my next car from Highline and have recommended them to all of my friends!

Highline imports is a professional auto dealership in Easton Pa that makes you feel like you are one of their family.. Ive had great experiences with the sales and service staff. They carry a great variety of low mileage high quality used cars. I've purchased several vehicles from them and never regretted one purchase.. Their showroom inside the location makes you feel like a kid in a candy store. They primarily deal in foreign vehicles mostly German(Audi, BMW and Mercedes). But they do offer location services to find that rare corvette, gto or viper u are looking for. I couldn't afford most of these vehicles new so buying them this way is much easier on the wallet and fulfills my car crazy dreams. They have a great staff and a top notch mechanic staff that can diagnose even the strangest noise. I have gone to BMW and Mercedes several times with issues and they were unable to diagnose the issue and charged several hundred dollars to tell me they could not duplicate the issue. But after 15-20 minutes with highline they were able to diagnose and repair the issue for half the price of the dealerships. Their financing is competitive with most banks and they make the car buying experience very easy. It's a great place to find that m series, amg series or s line you are searching for . I have recommended several family members to this dealership and my own children drive vehicles from this dealership. Lot looks nice and clean comparing to most other places selling used cars - so this place looks super. Dont remember the name but the Irish salesman was good guy. Although buying a used car is always a lottery. I checked the car by myself in lot and found some issues which they repaired for the time i came back to by the car. Repair was well done. They mentioned that car has gone through in house inspection but i later i found out when going through state inspection that two marker lights and one side light did not worked... anyway this place looks better than average car lot. Just be careful and check the car carefully cos they might have not noticed everything...

I had been in the market to purchase a vehicle for my daughter who has been very particular in picking out a car that she liked and one that we could afford, she settled on a 2004 Audi. The staff at Highline was very accommodating allowing us to drive several cars and treating my daughter as a real customer, not only addressing my wife and myself. They proved to have the best selection of vehicles in our price range and would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

I had bought a WRX from this dealer. Not long after i had bought the car from there the CEL(check engine light) came on. Also I started having electrical problems with the headlights and highbeams. When i went back to have them fix the CEL all they did was reset the ECU so the CEL wouldn't be on the dash, they did nothing to actually fix it. Also they did nothing about the headlights and highbeams. After about a month of having the car the original engine spun a main rod bearing. Also from friends I have heard bad things about them and i highly believe the horror stories they told me. I highly do NOT recommend this dealer!!! I know they sell lemons and cars from auto auctions that are no good. They get them to look like they are good cars when in fact they are not!!! Please look else where for a good car and save yourself the hassle and headache!!! Again, I highly do NOT recommend this dealer!!!
