I was highly satisfied with the service done on my car. It was completed within a timely manner and was decently priced. The friendly staff and comfortable waiting area made the experience worthwhile.

I have purchased two new vehicles from Holiday and would not go anywhere else for sales or vehicle service! The staff they have in every department is phenomenal! They genuinely care about the customer and consistently go above and beyond with their service. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you do!

I made an appointment in advance for oil change and was told it would be 45 minutes. When I arrived, I was advised it would be 45 minutes to an hour - I said that I was told 45 minutes when I made the appointment, the person said they're busy this morning. It took one hour and fifteen minutes and they did not wash my car (which they typically do). He said they had four cars in front of mine and gave me a coupon for a courtesy wash at their dealership, but they're not real close to where I live so not real convenient. If it's going to take longer, at least come to me and give me an update, that wasn't done either.

Bought out first Mazda6 in February of this year from Megan. Absolutely love it, but it wasn't enough for us. Broke down this last week and bought a second one from Sarah, just so we didn't have to take turns with the new car. Best decision ever, my opinion. Things certainly have changed over the years, no longer did we have to deal with pushy salesman just trying to make a sale. Service dept has been extremely quick and profressional. Everyone greats you with smiles and goes out of their way to make you happy. Have always been a devoted Holiday Auto return customer, but Holiday Mazda has gained my future business! Keep up the great work.

Very happy with the service dept. I bought my Honda CRV from Holiday Auto and the Mazda Dealer servces my vehicle. I think their the nicest and friendliest bunch of guys that I have met. They dont pressure me or try to make me buy extra services because Im a woman. 2 thumbs ups. I will recommend them to everyone for services or to buy a vehicle from.

I made my first ever car purchase from Holiday five years ago and because they made the purchase so effortless/enjoyable I took it back to the dealer for just about all of the services needed - I love the guys in the service center! So when that car was totaled two years ago I went right back to Holiday and bought my first brand new car - once again the salesman (Tom Kuitert) was awesome as was everyone else I talked with during the buying process. I've always had excellent experiences with the staff at Holiday Mazda and it is because of that that I make the hour long drive every single time my car needs service (even just oil changes!). I also just bought a new set of tires through them and a huge thanks to Brandon for putting up with me and all my questions and requests - you're the bomb! I also love that they're not super pushy with all the recommended services and tell it to you straight rather than making it seem like your car is going to blow up if you don't get the windshield wipers replaced STAT.....I will be a lifelong customer for Holiday Automotive and I may have to forever keep a Mazda in the garage just so I can keep going back to the Mazda center.

I purchased a used Mazda from holiday. When I came back for the first oil change I told them I thought the muffler was getting louder. They checked it out and found some bolts were missing. But it was not under warranty and would cost about $70.00 to fix. I told them to fix it. I went to pick the car up and I was not charged for the repair. Thanks Holiday Mazda your the best, The staff is very friendly and really goes the extra mile for the customer!

Considering I did not purchase my vehicle from Holiday Mazda, I feel strongly that my review truly reflects the quality workmanship offered to me through Holiday Mazda. Holiday Mazda Service provides the most intense, thorough and professional service I have experienced. Brandon Boe, my service consultant, makes me feel that I am the most important client in the building. He instills trust, confidence, knowledge and a professionalism not often realized. Upon my appointment setting, he provides me with a free rental. He washes my car and checks to be sure that I am not in need of of an oil change or a tire rotation. After working with his crew,he determines the problem with my vehicle, calls me immediately, making his recommendations as to what I should do. I do not need to inquire if there are any savings through coupons;.Brandon provides this information with out my inquiring. As I drive a Volkswagon, he will inquire as to where he can get the best parts should the need arise. Brandon's supervisor is equally as talented and committed to excellence as Brandon. One could say an apple does not fall far from the tree! I cannot think of going anywhere else but Holiday Mazda for service. In fact, I would go no where else as I they have instilled an immeasurable trust. Thank you for allowing me to express my review of Holiday.

Everyone was friendly and the service was great. Even if you don't have a coupon, they will always make sure you get a discount for a coupon they have in store.

Excellent dealership. People are professional, friendly, and they get the repair done right the first time. Prices are comparable to other dealerships but they usually have coupons and will provide you with one if you ask. They also will find you after market parts for repairs which saves you money. They also stand behind their work if you have to go back.

On June 27th, 2015, my wife and I called Holiday Mazda in the morning to set up a test drive for a used Toyota Tundra. We got there a little later than expected. I was absolutely shocked that the truck we were interested in was waiting in the front for us to look at. Our salesman Julien was about the nicest guy you could work with. He was funny, knowledgeable, and put no pressure on my wife and I to make a quick decision. We also had the pleasure of working with Ryan, one of the managers. He was also a class act and gave me a good description of the Tundra's history which I greatly appreciated. These two guys made me and my wife feel right at home. We ended up buying the truck which caused Julien and Ryan to have to stay late (they closed at 5 pm). We offered to come back on Monday to finish up so they could go home, but they wouldn't hear of it. They patiently waited until we were done with the sale of the truck. These two guys were two of the nicest salesmen I have ever worked with. We finished up the process with Jordyn in finance. She too was absolutely excellent! She was very friendly, fast, and efficient with our paperwork. Again, she was forced to stay late, but never once made us feel bad or guilty for going over 5pm. I feel very fortunate to have worked with these 3 professionals. It made car buying (something that I never enjoy), a very fun and exciting experience. Julien, Ryan, and Jordyn...thank you again for taking the time to get to know my wife and I. We will definitely be back to purchase again!

I went in today for a recall on my car. As part of the work they did a multi-point inspection. They found some work that needed to be done and were able to make my warranty work for a half of it. In addition, they let me know some concerns that need future attention. David, the service manager, was wonderful. He kept me informed and found discounts for me. The waiting area provided TV, snacks and beverages. Every employee who walked by was friendly and many checked in to see if all was going alright.

Great people from sales to service, did not try to sell me a higher priced vehicle but made sure i really wanted the car i was looking at and was not impulse buying the first car i test drove. The service department went well beyond what I was expecting. They made sure I was the number one priority and,didn't just try to put a band aid on the problem. They dug deep and fixed it the proper way. Best of all no nickle and diming, the estimate was almost dead on to the actual charges of the repair. I was very pleased with the customer service at Holiday Mazda in Fond du Lac, WI. My service advisor David M.talked to me and treated me like a person. When explaining to me what was going on with my car he used terms that were easy to understand and never once talked down to me, like I've had at service centers in the past. When I questioned to severity of the problem he was quick to easy my concern and explained that the problem was minor. Another aspect I was impressed with is the terminology that was used. Instead of saying "this is what needs to be do to fix your car", the mechanic, I believe his name was John, said " this is what I want to do to fix you car." A couple of words may not seem like a big deal, but by saying it the way he did he made it sound like he was looking out for me not just doing what needs to be done. I would like to add that everyone that I interacted with there was very friendly, too.

Bought a used 2015 Mazda CX-5 in May 2015. Originally went here from Milwaukee because they were the nearest dealer that had the car we were looking for with the options we wanted. Great experience. Clean, well lit facility, friendly staff that knew their stuff, fair price even beat our credit unions financing. Took the car back to have a dealer option installed. The part the dealer received did not fit our car and an alternate part was not available. The dealer filled our car with gas at no charge! Fantastic customer service when we bought the car and when we returned for service. Wish they had a dealership closer to Milwaukee.

I purchased my Mazda 3 from Holiday Auto about 2 years ago. They made the process very easy, no hassles at all and no pressure from the salesman. I drive up from Milwaukee and only bring my car there for any service, including the replacement side mirror when mine was broken off. I recommend Holiday to anyone that is looking for a great dealer and great service.
