I can't say enough good things about my sales rep Brian and everyone at Hollywood Kia who I had contact with. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to satisfy you and make you feel comfortable with your decision without the pressure. I just want to say that Brian was one of the best Sales Men I've ever dealt with. He was very professional and patient with me. He helped me out the most he could. Very sweet and nice man. I am very glad to have had him help me through the experience of purchasing my very first vehicle. I even have a picture with him that I would love to post on here but I personally don't know how to do that. If I were to ever go back to purchase another vehicle to Hollywood Kia, I would definitely ask for Brian Wolf.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE 9/17/16 AND ALREADY HAVING MECHANICAL ISSUES...MY CAR WILL NOT START UP, MY HONK STOPPED WORKING AS SOON AS I DROVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT, WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THEM AND ADVISED THEM OF IT NO ONE RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS!! THEY ARE SO PLEASANT WHEN THEY SELL YOU THE CAR NOW THAT YOU NEED THEM THEY ARE NO WHERE IN SIGHT..THE SALES REP TOLD ME TO BRING IN THE CAR SO THEY CAN CHECK IT OUT LAST WEEK,WHEN I TRIED TO COME IN HE SAID HE WAS BOOKED AND CAN NO LONGER SEE ME?? WHAT!! I AM NOW STUCK WITH A 9,000 THAT I CAN NOT USE?? AND IF I DO A VOLUNTARY REPOSSESSION MY CREDIT WILL GO DOWN THE DRAIN.. Andrew was an excellent car salesman. He took his time and explain everything in detailed. He was very helpful and kind. His customer services skills were more than a person could expect. He is truly an asset to Kia Hollywood. Everyone who waited on me was very professional and patience. Juan in insurance had a hard time getting into my insurance company. He did not give up. It took it well over to hours to transfer my insurance and still waited on other customer. I call him a super employee. Kia you should be very proud of your staff.

I came in the manager greeted me by name with a smile and was egret to assist, got me in with Randy the service advisor and they took good care of my vehicle. As I waited in the waiting room it was brought to my attention about my tale light on the passenger side was out and fixed it also. It's a fact they give great service and I'm not that far from home.

I purchased a new Kia Soul with a Platinum Warranty in 2011. I thought everything was wonderful until recently when I went in for a repair. I got a nail in my tire, something that is clearly covered by the warranty road hazard assistance, and I was told I had no coverage. Long story short, they sold me a lie, a warranty that doesn't exist. Apparently the paperwork was filed incorrectly and I never had coverage. Even though I paid a lot of money for it and I have paperwork that states I have this warranty. Still, they have all the excused why they won't honor it. They haven't even reimbursed me for the tire repair that I had to pay out of pocket. They have lied to my face repeatedly and are currently dodging my calls. So I paid nearly $$ 2,000 for nothing, and I want my money back. I could legitimately sue them and win. They don't care. They say customer service is their top priority, not even close. They have lied to me repeatedly and the receptionists are extremely rude!

I went in out of sheer curiosity and on the strength of a recommendation from a relative. Little did I know that the same day I entered the dealership, they were able to conjure a deal that got me one of the latest cars on the lot with no down payment! First impressions last a lifetime and Kia won me over with the help I was able to get from their sales associates. P.S. Thanks Darren and Vicky!There's no doubt in my mind that they wanna see ya, in a Hollywood Kia.

Internet showed car of interest to me. I drove out there, was informed they had the car, salesman took me to the lot (Labor Day) . Lot was closed. He found someone with the key to the lock, but they could not find the car.Very disappointed, I drove home 20 miles.

Extremely disappointed regarding customer service, lack of professionalism and selling used vehicles that do not work. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone in South Florida. No one seems to know what is going on. I bought a vehicle on August 5th, to this day it does not work, still in the shop and every day I am promise to have someone call me with a status update which NEVER happens.PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE

The service department is very well run, Randy Rosario the service rep. is a man of his word. My appointment was at 1: pm everything was right on time. I had my oil change and complementary car wash in less than an hour. This is my second time to the service department an it will not be my last.

Unprofessional, dishonest and a complite scam. Took my car to 3600 service. After I paid more than $230. Found that they even didn't fill out its fluids, charged for windshield blades but did not replaced them. They didn't even clear the car but left scratches on it. When question the services representative, he had one excuse after other. Even lied to us about the reazon why "we don't top breaks fluid". Complete disappointed. I would give them zero stars.

Do NOT buy a car here. They will tell you you are not qualified when you ARE or tell you you are qualified and then 3 days later take your car back! They overprice the cars who all have serious mechanical issues and the salesmen are extremely rude and cocky especially J.J who thinks he is God gift to the Earth . Save yourself a world of hassle and go to a REAL dealership! I bought a car from carmax which was very easy and friendly and ethical !!

Be careful if you want to have your collision repair! You will sign up with KIA but it will be repaired by american imports car center. And make sure to follow up with your insurance as to the payments if you have signed an authorization that the check be paid to them directly because they will not release your vehicle at the agreed date and time per body shop's order unless they get hold of the check (I believe it's not the customer's job to follow up with the payment in order to comply with the promised date and time. I, myself could have followed it up if I did not sign the authorization). What's the use of signing the authorization if they will still ask you if you have received the check? Stay away from this dealership and just follow your insurance-authorized body shop!

Used 2006 Nissan Sentra 1.8 S 104,233 miles Stock No. 7334KA VIN 3N1CB51D96L560068 I called yesterday and confirmed the car was still available. I drove for 1 hour to the location only to find out it wasnt true as I was told the car was not available. Now you post another photo of the vehicle I wanted to see yesterday as it is still for sale. If it isnt available why are you advertising. This is false advertisement and will be reported to online sites to warn others.

Spoke with gentleman regarding a specific vehicle and possible others. When we went to test drive, we saw a salesperson (which was fine because the original person was strictly online) who took us to see the van, but the bumper was pushed in by a car parked right on it. When we asked of other vehicles, the salesperson did not have any knowledge of them, did not listen to what we stated we wanted and when he drove us back to the main lot, he couldn't get us out fast enough. I would still recommend here, but not for online

I bought a used car at Hollywood Kia. Very painless experience. I knew which car I wanted from seeing it on Cars.com. Salesman showed me the car and I took a test drive and we then did all the paperwork and I drove the car home. Whole experience took around an hour. I would highly recommend Hollywood Kia and Cars.com to anyone who is in search of a car.

My experience at Hollywood Kia was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had! Stephen and Andrew were terrific sales people. They made sure my purchase went smoothly especially considering we are from Michigan. They also found a reasonable trucking company to have the vehicle shipped to my home. Randy is the best service advisor in the industry. He was extremely courteous, friendly and understanding. He identified the issue with the car right away. I had a late appointment but he had the car fixed the same day. I have been going to this dealer to service my Optima for the past four years. Their service department is excellent. I came in for my scheduled appointment to get a diagnostic on my vehicle. Within the first 15 minutes I was informed of the problem and given a wait time for the service. They started work immediately and my vehicle was ready sooner than expected. Hollywood Kia has given me faith back in sending my vehicle to an authorized maintenance facility!! Your staff is always very pleasant to deal with.

The sale person was very friendly and was very helpful in the process. Unfortunately I trusted them as a dealer to do everything right.... but find out that the rear seat headrest was missing and the jack in the spare tire compartment was missing. when I brought that to the attention of the salesman the day after the purchase he acted like I didn't say nothing. So I would advice anyone buying a car in here to check for all the details.

Signed WE Owe sheet but NEVER NEVER was this explained to me that this was some kind-of service dept money. Said I would receive this money in two three weeks. Guess what? A Joke. BEWARE

Took my car for minor repair to Hollywood Kia. Took 3 weeks instead of 2 days that they promised. On top of that My brand new tires got STOLEN and replaced with old worn out ones. I didn't notice that right away. I drove off and because they didn't tighten the bolts properly, one of the wheels fell off in the middle of the street after driving for couple blocks, rotor and bumper got damaged. Thank god I didn't make it to highway, I would've gotten killed together with my baby (I was 8 and a half month pregnant at that time). After another week of arguments they put new tires again, but my bumper never got fixed. They also put wrong size bolts, I had to buy and replace them on my own.

I ave been trying to call Hollywood KIA since yesterday in regards to my new car purchase a month ago. The phone rings continually and a recorded voice asks you to leave your name and number and they will call you back. Well its been more than a day and no one has called back. I tried calling again this morning - the receptionist is cool and frosty in her response then I get transferred 3 different times and finally end up being cut off by a salesman. I call again only to come across the recorded message again .. come on Hollywood KIA, your customer service need a total revamp!

First off I want to say that I love my 2012 Kia Optima Turbo that I bought from Hollywood Kia. But they were kind of rude at first, but I bought the car cash, few months down the road, the motor blew up. They sold me a car with the cars ECU tampered with and it didn't notify me that there wasn't oil in the car. I brought the car in and they gave me every excuse in the book for me to pay for everything yet they told me i have 100k mile warranty. After hassling for days and me still paying $300 just to open my hood, they fixed everything ; put a whole NEW MOTOR. Then few more months later i got a check engine light and my car wasn't running correctly. Once again i brought the car in and they gave me even more hassel, still wanted me to pay for everything and wouldn't even give me a rental while they did the repairs!!!! After renting a car with my own money I got the car back everything seemed fine untill 4 days later, my car was running horrible and was leaking oil AFTER THEY JUST FIXED IT! There service is HORRIBLE!! I love there cars there great but the service at the dealerships are HORRIBLE! And I wouldn't recommended anyone to these dealerships!!!!!!! If my have to return my car again I will sue under LEMON LAW and my cash back in FULLLLLL!

Very unprofessional lied to customer just to sale a car the sold me a car and very bad conditions with the word of the these manager Andres that things will be fixed however I took the car to the dealer for the repair the took a week and don't nothing on the car just and oil change wish I'm not even sure was done in call back to complaint for the bad services and these ANDRES person was super rude and disrespectful I try to reach and upper manager and everytime I call they tranfer me to him I will search for a owner or vice president of these dearler and will not stop that car even has the front cristal broke and they even bother to fixe I bought at night time I just realized these and other stuff wrong the following morning I will ever recomend to anyone to go there is can not even give one start for these place

I was interested in a car at Hollywood Kia. We live out of town and the car sold before we made a decision, so I never visited the actual dealership. However, the sales rep was quick to answer my questions and made sure to follow up. They were the perfect mix of attentive and not overwhelming.

I am very disappointed with the service at Hollywood Kia. First, I called the dealership to check if the car I liked online was still available. After confirming with the internet manager that it was, I made an appointment to see it. "Alex" guaranteed that at 6, the car was going to be ready for me to see it. When I got there, Alex was nowhere to be found but I was greeted by a salesperson that was going to "help" me. He looked for the car and after about 15 minutes said the car would not even start and that he could not show me the vehicle. Since I had walked around looking for the car with him, he ended up showing me some other options, only to find out that the one I was almost signing a contract for was actually a manual car, which I can't drive. 2 hours later and a lot of stress, I was still determined to buy my girlfriend a car she would like... So, we decided to test drive (the first car we actually test drove with Kia). After driving for about a minute, I realized the car didn't feel right as it would not go faster than 35 miles per hour. I spoke to the salesperson only to hear that it was only a 4 cylinder car and that was normal. About a minute after that, the car engine light among other lights started blinking on the display and the car completely stopped while we were test driving it. Is this dealership servicing the car before showing them to their clients? I am still upset that I wasted so much time out of my day and that my girlfriend got out of there upset and without a car. Terrible experience!

Hace tres semana compre un camion en jumbo y la experiencia fue super mala,,lo habian preparado para venderlo, nada mas que sali del dealer comenzo a encender sensores entre otros fallos luego de que yo lo probara antes de comprarlo,,llamo al vendedor y me dice que el no puede ayudarme ya que con el como es logico no lo habia hecho,,no obstante tuve que volver a ir tres dias mas tarde por otra negligencia de ellos y todavia hoy 25 de julio del 2015 me hacen volver a ir para recoger el tag del carro y cuando llego me dice la muchacha que no estaba todavia,,una ves mas me hacen perder mi tiempo por causa de una falta de comunicacion de ellos ,,es inaudita la desinformacion y la falta de profesionalismo de los empleados ,,esoero que esta critica le sirva a muchos y no sean enganados como me paso a mi con estos senores,g

I have spoken to two different people on the phone. I called about a car on autotrader. There are no pictures or information about the vehicle. The sales people said they will call me back in 20 minutes. It's been two days. Then I get a call back this morning about my experience and the lady apologizes and says a manager will call me right back. That was this am. It's now 11 at night. All they ever say is come in and we will make a deal. How do you make a deal if you can't see the vehicle or have a description.

OMG WHERE DO I START DONT EVER GO THERE FOR SERVICE I PURCHASED MY CAR THERE NOV 2014 I WAS PROMISED A WHOLE LOT OF THINGS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED SUCH AS A SPARE KEY AND TWO FREE OIL CHANGES IF I WROTE TWO REVIEWS WHICH I DID AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE OIL CHANGES. Oh LET ME NOT FORGET THAT THERE WAS A SMALL DENT IN ONE OF MY DOORS AND I WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY THEY WOULD SEND A DENT REMOVAL COMPANY TO MY HOUSE OR I COULD MEET HIM AT KIA WHEN HE CAME. EVERYTIME I CALLED THEY TOLD ME THAT HE WASNT THERE SO EVENTUALLY I FIGURED OUT THEY LIED AGAIN AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE DENT. I have a 2013 KIA OPTIMA AND I HEARD A KNOCKING SOUND I WAS THE FIRST ONE TO HOLLYWOOD KIA WHEN I FIRST HEARD IT AND WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY APPOINTMENTS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT WHATEVER I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 9:20am I DROPPED MY CAR OFF AT 09:05 and WAS INFORMED BY THE "SERVICE ADVISOR" WHO INITIALS ARE R.R THAT IT WOULD BE READY IN TWO AND A HALF HOURS AT THE MOST. SINCE I WAS DROPPING MY CAR TO THE DEALER I FIGURED THEY WOULD HAVE A LOANER FOR ME BUT I WAS TOLD NO THEY DIDNT AND THAT THEY ONLY GIVE OUT LOANERS WHEN THE SERVICE BEING RENDERED WOULD TAKE ALL DAY BETWEEN 6-8 HOURS. SO I WAS SENT ON MY WAY EXPECTING TO PICK UP MY CAR IN THREE HOURS THE MOST. I CALLED AT TWELVE THIRTY VERY UPSET THAT IT HAD BEEN APPROX THREE HOURS AND THIRTY MINUTES AND I HAD HEARD NOTHING. I spoke with a RECEPTIONIST WHO TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD HAVE HIM GIVE ME A CALL. AN HOUR LATER I DIDNT RECEIVE A CALL BACK SO I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE SERVICE ADVISOR AND WAS GIVEN A SOB STORY THAT THE PART WAS A "SPECIAL ORDER" AND I INFORMED HIM THAT HE KNEW THE DAY PRIOR ALL OF MY CAR INFORMATION AND WHAT PART WOULD BE NEEDED. THEN HE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE READY AT THREE O CLOCK . THREE O CLOCK COME NO PHONE CALL, THREE THIRTY COME NO PHONE CALL. THREE THIRTY EIGHT I GET A CALL STATING THAT MY CAR WILL BE READY. I GET THERE ABOUT FOUR O CLOCK SINCE THEY HAD LIED ABOUT MY CAR AND TIMING ALL DAY LONG. HE INFORMED ME THAT MY CAR WAS GETTING A "TOP NOTCH" CAR WASH . HA! BARELY VACUUMED AND WATER SPOTS EVERYWHERE. BUT THANKS AND NO THANKS HOLLYWOOD KIA YOU RUINED EVERYTHING I HAD PLANNED TODAY AND IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

I did the online appointment for Tuesday June 23, 2015 at nine am, when the technician arrives, he notifies me that he had no spares (not telephone notification the day before or same day) he apologies and offers to bring the car back Thursday June 25, 2015 at the same time without need for appointment.Today we went back and again no spare parts, not notification again and not solution, in the meanwhile I need to drive a car with the Airless light in the dashboard on and my three kids riding in that car.A disaster for customer service and unprofessional team.Do not go there.

I purchased the vehicle on a very busy sales day, and the sales manager was fantastic. The car I purchased has been excellent.Unfortunately, there was also a "We Owe" (something that they promised me post-sale) that they promised to ship me. I have sent numerous emails and called a few times, but still no resolution. They also have not mailed me my registration information, which they promised to do at the time of sale.As I've tried to resolve these items, all I get is that is "not my department". Nobody is willing to get me to the right person.I give the sales experience 4.5 stars, and post-sale follow-up 1 star. Since I'm going to be owning the car much longer than it took me to buy it, I landed on a review of 2 stars. Would I buy there again? Definitely not.

A little over a year ago I bought my Kia Forte from Egal and it was a smooth transacton and I've been happy with my Kia Forte ever since. Yesterday, I purchased a truck from Les and Kevin at Jumbo, a division of Hollywood Kia, and once again, it was a smooth and easy purchase. Everyone was helpful from start to finish. I bought a 2008 Rav4 around 10 months ago please be careful when buying a used car from here make sure you really check out the vehicle closely and don't assume anything! It did not have a jack I thought all the tires looked the same but I now know they are all different I had the tires rotated and found one inside tread is worn to the point I'm going to have to buy a new one. it was raining when I first looked at it since I lived an hour away it was a few days before I could come back to purchase it then I noticed many scratches and over spray from body work but was pushed into going though with buying it. Yes it was my fault so please check out the vehicle carefully before you sign!!!

My salesman suggested I write a good review for a free oil change.I guess I won't be getting one.Bought a car in Dec 2014 and they were awesome until I walked out the door.They forget I ever existed after they got paid. My mistake - I paid in full.I received a "We Owe" the day I bought the car - 3 months and still waiting.I even made the trek in time and again looking for help.They shuffled me around, then asked that I call back in a week - still waiting no return phone calls. Buyer BEWARE - Run, RUN and don't look back.I can't believe that I will need to hire an attorney if I want to get my car fixed.Last time I ever set foot in Hollywood Kia.FYI my F150 & my Murano both get better gas mileage than my new noisy 4cyl Kia.

Antonio Raposo was patient and caring. He bent over backward to make sure I had the best experience possible. He stayed late to make sure I understood how everything worked. I will do business with KIA again and it is my hope that I will be able to work with Antonio again. Every aspect of my purchase was taken care of at the dealership. Payment arrangements, license plate, insurance. There was nothing I had to do on my own. Antonio even came to pick me up and take me to the dealership because I had no way to get there.

Salesman got the key and the battery was dead, truck would not start. Salesman did not offer to get the jumper out and start the truck. I asked if that was the price of a truck that could not be started and test driven and the salesman said yep and went back into his office, I walked. Would not go back.

I went to the dealership yesterday after contacting internet sales due to reading their billboards that advertise certain prices for certain vehicles. I arrived at the location and asked for the internet salesperson who initially invited me to talk about a vehicle and to test drive one that I was interested in. The internet salesperson was not available (even though he/she specifically asked the time I was arriving to set an appointment) so I was directed to another salesperson. This sales person, while friendly, let me in on some disturbing news. The sales person told me that the deals advertised were a sham meant to bring in customers in and that the dealership had no intention on honoring what is advertised. Also when I was vague about the time frame of when I planned on purchasing the vehicle, the service stopped at that point. The salesperson cited ridiculous down payments and even larger monthly payments for the vehicles on the lot. Now I know that there are factors that control what you pay for a vehicle when you plan on leasing, but the salesperson didn't know my income, credit history, or anything about me to determine what my payments would be so that would lead me to believe that this dealerships intentions are to get the most out of customers without being honest about the true value that their product is worth. Also when I asked about checking my credit so that I could receive an accurate quote, I was told that the dealership did not do that. Again, the salesperson was very friendly and honest to a fault and this is why I will not mention names as I do not want anyone to get in trouble for the practices of the dealership. I actually appreciate being notified about the sham upfront so I could immediately leave and head to another KIA dealership and receive a better offer and service. All in all the best experience about going there is that now I know that I will never let them touch my business or the business of anyone I know as no one deserves to enter a commitment as large as buying/leasing a vehicle with a business that is unethical.

The first place I thought of when buying a car was KIA. I was looking to trade my older KIA for a newer model. After going to another dealership on 441 just North of the 595 and being so turned off and disgusted by how we were treated we walked out and went to Hollywood Kia. It was black Friday the show room was packed! Mr. Antonio Raposo walked up to us and greeted us as if we were the one people in the room. Thanks to Kermitt, i walked out with my Certified Pre-Owned Kia Sorento. I had gone to a couple of other dealerships before Hollywood Kia and no one was able to help me. Hollywood Kia was the only dealership that listened to what i wanted and needed and helped me instead of trying to put me in a new car of their choosing. I never expected i would be able to walk out with the car i got, a 2011 Kia Sorento . The process was very fast and the staff very friendly. I don't get pleasure out of looking for a car it is not fun and kind of a hassle, however we needed a new one as our family is growing went to Hollywood Kia after trying to shop at other dealerships and ended up leasing a 2015 Kia Soul from Antonio Raposo, this young man impressed us with his quick and efficient customer service. I HATE dealing with pushy salespeople. And to my surprise, Freddie at Hollywood Kia, was anything but. He seemed more like an adviser than a salesperson. Freddie was straight-forward and pleasant. The sales manager left a little to be desired (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but Freddie and the rest of the team made up for it. Go to Hollywood Kia and ask for Freddie. You'll be glad you did.

Justin was very helpful and patient with me. I'm like the most picky person ever and he took his time with me and made sure I was happy with the car I chose. First the good things about this dealer:No dealer fees.Reasonable used car prices.Now, the bad part. I purchased a used car and the sales representative that helped me out overall was good. However, the car was sold without they having done a interior detail (super dirty). I was told that they were going to do it for me and they just vacuumed it and that's it. In my experience with buying used car, all of the dealers have filled out the gas tank, in this case they just approved their credit card for $20. What kind of dealer is this? They had to do an oil change and filter change and they agreed to do it, but that meant to leave the car in the morning and pick it up later, seriously? In every single dealer that I have gone to I just uused to get out if work at 3:30 pm take the car to the dealer and they will do it on the spot. In conclusion I would NEVER buy another vehicle from here nor recommend it to anybody.

Drove down from Orlando to purchase a used car. Showed up about 7:00pm, while process took about 4 hours to complete. Part of the negotiated price was a second set of keys and all weather mats. The sales associate checked other cars on the lot and couldn't find any. He couldn't get the second set of keys as the manager had already left and we never got the mats. Called several times and spoke to multiple people and never received what was promised. Added to that it was only two days after getting the car I had to take it into the shop for repairs. The service manager up in Orlando said that it look like they didn't even look as though they never serviced the car. And I still can't get a call back from Hollywood Kia. Poor customer service. I don't even care that I won't get what was promised I just want to be treated with respect. Poor form.

WENT TO BUY A USED CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ABOUT 25-26K. MY CREDIT ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT I HAD A BIG DOWN PAYMENT. BOTTOM LINE THEY WOULDNT BUDGE FROM THE FACTORY STICKER ONE PENNY. SECONDLY THEY WANTED SUCH A HIGH MONTHLY PMT AND THE INTEREST RATE WAS SO HIGH IN THE END I WOULD HAVE PAID DOUBLE THE STICKER FOR THE CAR BY THE END OF THE LOAN WENT TO ANOTHER DEALER THAT WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AND MY PMT WAS $100 LESS AND RATE WAS HIGH BUT STILL LOWER THAN THESE GUYS FOR THE SAME EXACT VEHICLE! I leased a 2015 Kia Optima, get to the Dealer around 10:30 am and was out driving my new car around noon. Most of us expect a long day at an auto dealership trying to get the most bang for the buck. None of that was necessary due to sales rep Carlton Hargrove and finanace manager Phil Conley. Carlton understood what our concerns were as we are on a fixed income. He showed us what we qualified for and helped us decide what was right for our current and future needs. Phil guided us through all of the paperwork for the trade-in and purchase. EVERYTHING was simple. The fear of leasing was quelled after Phil explained the process. Call the dealer told them what's my credit score they said I was good the can work with that. I drove 3hours from where I live to get there finally when I get there I meet with jonathan on sales. He brought IGAN manager of sales I told IGAN my mom will finance the car he said my mom is too OLD for a FORD MUSTANG COBRA that I have to be on the loan on that moment I felt horrible how you going to say to a customer you too old for that car and my mom is 49 years. So whatever I told him I be on the loan even when I knew that was unacceptable, SO THEY ran the credit and JONATHAN SAYS THE bank required $5000 down so I told him I will go get the money and come back so I when and get the money and call Jonathan to tell him i got the money I was on my way back and he told me everything was ready that I just have to talk to the financial representative. So I got to the dealer again with the 5000 dollars and Jonathan call IGAL THE WORST manager ever igal came out and says we need 8000 to get the car and I told him Jonathan told me the banks only required 5000 why now 8000 ? So igal says I don't know why he told you that actin stupid when I saw him laughing with the others salesman Thru the window looking at us. Then he says our Credit are no good when I know that any banks will approve us and again MANAGER OF SALES IGAL didn't apologize or nothing he just says 8000 dollar or you not taking the car with an attitude. So once again I will not recommend this dealer not even to my worst enemy.

They were very friendly and accommodating. They listened well to what I wanted and more importantly what I didn't want. They worked their best at the financing area and were knowledgeable and helpful. Kermin and Freddy did a great job in getting me in my vehicle staying even after closing hours to make that happen. The only negative thing is I barely made it home (20 miles) before the gas tank was empty and there wasn't any windshield fluid to be had. I bought a kia soul and now I know when that gas light comes on to warn you, you better be at a gas station in one mile or less. And I only received one key and no automatic locking remotes. I think all of these should be standards with every car going off the lot. These (gas,fluid,keys,remotes) are the only reasons I didn't give excellent rating on every portion.

I came to Hollywood Kia just to take a look at a car I might be interested in buying but after being there for 20 minutes I found myself making an offer on a car. The car was used and in great condition. I had been shopping for a certain car and there price was so low and we cut a deal to make it even lower I couldn't walk away without the car. I worked with salesman Freddie the experience was quick and easy. They even threw some gas in the car too.

For my first time shopping for a car i had an extraordinary experience, the salesperson i spoke with gave me the perfect introduction into buying my first car. I wasn't quite sure on what kind of car i wanted and was a little shy about picking the car. I have been a Kia owner for several years. My first Kia was the Sorento, then the 2012 Optima and now the 2015 Optima. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the ride, the extras for so little price and the service department for keeping the car in good running order. The buying process takes time, but our salesman, Carlton Hargrove, was patient and made sure I chose the right car for me. He was extremely helpful and the staff couldn't be nicer. Also, everything was handled by the dealership. When I left with the car I didn't have to do anything.

Torres Jordan (TJ) was my Guide and Salesperson through the decision making part of the process and Arthur Alexander is the Manager that took care of the paper work for me to buy the Kia Optima. Request them for a positive car buying experience, as they make themselves available for questions and concerns.This is my 1st Kia, Optima. It is the perfect car for me and fits be like a glove.TJ is an excellent communicator: he listened to my requests, allowed me space to make my buying decision in my own time and comfort zone without pressure. I had my former car for 14 years and it had 157,000 miles on it. Even so, it was difficult for me to let it go. TJ made the trade in process smooth and comfortable. Since we had never owned a Kia, we just googled for the Kia dealer closest by our house, which turned out to be Hollywood Kia. They already had several positive reviews, so our expectations were high. But oh man, they definitely got met. Although we had a few options we needed the Optima to have, price was definitely a deal breaker. But not only did we get a great deal on the car we traded in, Gianni Ladaga and Monica Raymonvil, the great sales people we worked with, helped getting us additional rebates. So overall; great service and great price!!! If you are looking for a Kia, we definitely recommend Hollywood Kia.

I bought a Nissan murano about 3 months ago from Kia Hollywood along with a warranty plan.I was promised by Phil a finance manager that if anything broke on the vechicle it would be covered. brought it in for service to find out it needs over 5,000 dollars of repairs, clearly I was sold a lemon and the warranty company only covered1,200 of repairs.This is not even the worest part. I dropped the car off on a Saturday it took till Tuesday for them to a diagnositic of the car. Then had to wait several days to do a four and half hour repair job that the warranty covered. I also wanted the oil changed, when I went to get the car back, they had no clue if a oil change was done. Issac then went to the back "asked the mechanic and confirmed a oil change was done" of course this seems super fishy specially cause they didn't even give me a paper showing the oil change was done, also still shows on my car screen that it needs a oil change. Then when I get home I noticed that they stole stuff from inside my car!! This has been the worest dealership I have ever dealt with.

My name is Paul, and my sales person was Monica, this review is a little late in coming, but found my paper work in my files. Hollywood Kia experience was friendly, courteous and enjoyable. My sales person was new and although new was very professional and knew her stuff. She asked me what I was looking for, I told her was interested in the Soul. Told her my price point, she took me to just what I was looking for. Their finance people went straight to work. Work with my upside down 2010 Kia Sportage and work with my less than stellar credit history. I have been driving my soul for almost two months and love it. Getting great milage, almost dead on what was on the sticker. 22-24 mpg in town, 29-31 mpg on highway.

I went to look for a new second car with intent to lease. I have driven a Acura TSX for years but after reading reviews decided that I would test drive a Kia Optima. I was greeted by Bill Davoren who was very friendly and helpful. I test drove a few Kia Optimas and then decided that I wanted a white 2015 EX with leather and panorama sunroof model. This was the easiest car deal I have ever experienced in my life. Lease terms were agreed upon in under 20 minutes of time. They detailed and gassed up the car nicely before I took the keys. The sales staff are not intimidating and they do not try to bait and switch. This is first Kia of many to come.

Went in to the dealership today with making a deal on my mind. Sean Emanuel (sales associate) was absolutely ready to make a deal and did his best to make sure I did not leave the dealership with out a car and unhappy. Carlos understood that we wanted to see multiple vehicles at different dealerships before making a decision, and he didn't use overly aggressive or pressuring techniques to keep us from leaving. During the "waiting period" before we returned the next day to make the purchase, Carlos followed up with us by email and text message to see if we had any more questions. The show room was very clean and inviting. I also think I got a great deal on the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend Hollywood Kia to family and friends. The only negative component of my experience was that I noticed the car had an almost empty tank of gas as I was driving off the lot. I sent an inquiry through Cars.com last night and I received a call this morning from Cars.com to set an appointment to come see the car at 11:15. I was given a confirmation number by the Cars.com representative and told that the confirmation number would be all I would need. I arrived promptly at 11:15 and gave the gentleman at the front desk the confirmation number that I had been given by Cars.com. While we waited for him to retrieve the keys of the car we were interested, we noted scores of employees mulling around doing absolutely nothing. After about ten minutes the salesman informed us that the car was being driven by the manager's son and that we would have to make an appointment to come back and see it. I mentioned to him that I HAD already made an appointment and that I wanted to see the car then. He left and came back a few minutes later and apologized but reiterated that we would need to make an appointment for another time. I refused and left. Later in the day I sent them an email explaining exactly what happened and no one has responded to me. I noticed in reading the reviews here that someone else had a similar incident with a Porsche. Apparently it is more important for the manager's son to get to drive a nice car than to have it available for a customer to test drive. If your buying cars for your personal use, then don't bother listing them for sale. You wasted two hours of my day driving to and from your dealership only to find out that your son is driving the car that supposed to be for sale. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THAT!

I was in need of a car really bad so I heard about different options here and decided to go and see what they would say. I now have my car and the sales staff is awesome. I worked with Jose and Steven. Easy to talk to and their customer service is awesome. I have read reviews of people being disappointed that no one greeted them in the parking lot, but I don't like that anyway so I suggest they keep it how they have it. I couldn't give all the stars on the work as I have to get something fixed and that won't be done until later today. Overall experience was easy and I actually have already recommended them to my coworkers and even to the person who recommended me!!!

I love my new 2015 Kia Optima! Our salesman, Darren Leslie was extremely knowledgible and pointed us in the right direction with our selection that was a perfect fit for our family. The sales manager, Steve, worked his magic to get me to stretch my comfort zone but when I stretched my personal max, he was respectful and made the deal happen. Everyone was extremely nice and paticent to deal with when we all know that buying a new car can be an all day event while losing a few hairs! Theres no reason to go anywhere else! This was the first dealership on my list of many to car shop with the intent of purchasing a used vehicle. Upon our arrival, I was expecting to be attacked like bleeding prey, but found that we were allowed to look around without someone attached at the hip. We had a wonderful used sales man, Jack, who took his time to explain how to read the price tags and gave us some pointers about several cars. When I stated our car problem, he explained why a new car would be a better choice to absorb my upside-down loan situation. He then introduced us to Darren, a new car salesman, who took great care of us. I purchased a new Kia Optima and it is a perfect fit for me. This dealership has a very laid back atmosphere which I enjoyed. From the front desk, to the sales manager, Steven, to the finance office...everyone was very helpful and informative. I recommend this dealership highly and thank them for a great experience.

Upon entering this place, I must admit I was a little annoyed that nobody came to us to offer any help or even offer a "welcome", or "hello" (we had to walk all the way to the front desk as they watched us in full view) and this made the place feel rather unfriendly. However, when we did eventually near the front desk, Carlton Hargrove was the first and only one to greet us with a big smile and our wishes to test drive a Kia Soul were met. He was very friendly, very patient, informative when we had questions and was very helpful. Honestly, if we had not lucked out and had him tend to us I think the initially unfriendliness of the place would have propelled me to look elsewhere. Bottom line, Mr.Hargrove made us feel comfortable enough to entrust him to handle our purchase of said car. The whole process only took a week, and Mr.Hargrove kept in constant contact with us, I believe even after-hours. Once the sale was finalized, he made sure to tell us that he would check on us in several days to see if all is going well. I removed one star because of the lack of a warm, inviting welcome upon entering the place. Mr. Hargrove is responsible for the four stars that I DID give. If you go to this place, look for him.

My name is Paul, I walked into Hollywood KIA September 15,2014 after receiving a brochure in the mail and making an internet search. I was first contacted by Jessica their internet sales person, on line and by phone. We set up an appointment and I arrived early, but she was right there and handed my off to a sales associate. Now my sales associate admitted she was new, but treated me like she had been doing this type of work all her life. Kind, courteous, always asking me questions and directing me to the cars in my price point. I presented with quite a predicament, I was upside down in my payoff. She kept a positive attitude and present my situation to their finance team. After some searching they came to me with a deal that one put me in a 2015 KIA Soul, when I was ready to settle for a left over 2014 or older and dropped my payments over $50/month. What an amazing team they have there. Monica Raymonvil my sales associate was the best, she may be new, but knows her stuff. I highly recommend her if you need a new vehicle. I wish, I could remember the finance gentleman name, thank you for working so diligently and Pablo, made signing the paperwork simple and he explained everything. Thank you Hollywood KIA. Just let everyone know, it is not my habit to right reviews, but may experience was amazing, the people were pleasant, helpful, courteous and there to see what they could do to make things happen. First priority was how close to blue book price can we get (shows all other fees). the salesman (steven) was able to get us (my wife and I) a reasonable price within a few minutes. My wife liked the car but after talking it through, we just could'nt afford it. I told steven and he suprised me by not walking away (our total amount we could afford was much lower than that quoted). He instead asked us to wait, and within a couple minutes came back with a price well within our budget. Hollywood kia showed my wife and I "some dealerships are NOT all for the money" but truly are willing to work with the clients.Special tnx to the internet service personell.

Even though the hubby loves the thrill, I HATE the back and forth negotiations of buying a new car. The moment I walked in I was greeted with firm handshakes (this is important to me - I judge people by their handshakes) and introductions all around. Staff was warm, respectful and kind. Phil, the Finance Manager asked me what monthly payments I wanted to pay. Not only did he fill my requests to a T, he even lowered them. No one pressured me in any way. Had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Hollywood Kia. I was in the door at 4pm and out the door at 7pm with my key in hand. Steven my sales rep was fantastic. He was unassuming and honest. I was very comfortable with him. He never once pushed me to tried to drive my decisions. Very happy so far. Great price and great interest rate for a used car 4.4% are you kidding me? Thats almost a new car rate!!

I had being do research for dad for several months and finally decided to test drive the Kia Soul. I also did my research on Hollywood Kia. The reviews were not all positive but I decided to give them a try. I went on Sunday 08/30 and Issac Smith approached us on the lot. He was not pushy and had a great personality. He was very patient with my father. He explained the Soul and then the Optima. I really wanted the Soul for my parents but he sold us on the Optima. I told Issac that I would come back tomorrow or when I returned form my trip. Then enter Spencer :) he also had a great personality and was not pushy. We left and I was so delighted with the way they treated my dad that we went back on today and purchased the 2015 Optima. I asked if they could have all the papers done because I didn't want to leave my mom alone for to long. They were amazing everything was ready when we got there. I'm truly very thankful for Issac Smith to all the help he provided us this weekend. Also a big thanks to Spencer for being so great with my dad.

I WENT TO MY CREDIT UNION TO LOOK AT A CAR THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD GOTTEN FOR ME FROM MIAMI ON FRIDAY. HOWEVER WHEN I SHOWED UP AT 10:00am THE STORIES STARTED TO FLOW. Udayana Woods Gillespie,The Sales Team was very helpful in finding the car that met my needs, Customer service and friendliness was excellent. Negotiating the lease cost was very stressful, had to speak to several other associates before, Melina, Arthur , two of the five associates ho assisted in the deal negotiation process. After we arrived at cost that was do-able, the sales team did an excellent job in taking in my old vehicle and prepared the new vehicle for me.
