People were nice and not pushy to by or add extras.Joe Doherty was very helpful and one of the best sales reps i have ever dealt with.I did not buy the vehicle because of some process issues around how taxes were collected for an out of state customer for a cash purchase.Still a very positive experience and I would go back to this dealer again.

Apparently Morristown Honda is no longer in the car selling business since there wasn't one salesman that seemed to want to help me this afternoon!! After doing a little research on a couple of Honda models, I decided to drive an hour to the Morristown Honda (Saturday July 30th) to test drive and hopefully work out some numbers. I arrived around 4:30 and waited for a salesman till roughly 5:15 till finally I left. The salesmen seen me there; however, not one of them would speak to me. I refuse to beg a dealership to sell me a car!! To bad, they most likely lost a sale.

Me and my girlfriend went to Farris Jeep Dodge and were pressured to buy different vehicles that didn't suit our needs. We came to Honda the same day and were greeted by Joshua Karup. We didn't feel pressured at all the entire time. They let us sit back and relax as we talked to our own personal bank to get a loan. There was no hassle and everyone was friendly. We were even able to test drive the vehicle anywhere we needed to see if it was fit for our needs. I will never go to another dealership. Honda is now our number one choice and I've already recommended them to other people. I'm so glad we stopped by!

John Wilson was excellent to work with . No pressure at all . He let us look at every car we were interested in. He was not aggressive or annoying like many car salesmen can be. :) We decided on the car that fit our needs. We had an overall pleasant stress free experience. Everyone at Honda Morristown was friendly but also courteous. We would definitely recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda!The only part I think could move faster is the paper work but....we understand the paperwork has to be done. I went to Morristown Honda in July 2015 to look at a HRV and decided to wait and keep driving Hank the Honda (my 2006 Accord that I had bought at Morristown Homda) Rodney would call from time to time to stay in touch no pressure to buy so when I was ready I went back to Morristown Honda and bought a HRV that I love. I have Been going to this dealership for several years. I have purchased 3 Hondas with them. They have always been helpful, friendly, and courteous with us. We are senior citizens, but they have always treated us with respect. They always have answered every question we have every asked. I would not go anywhere else for a car or service on my car

2007 Nissan Murano First contact via internet. I was then inundated with 8 phones call (left no messages) and several emails..one with a video from Rusty Shehee in just 2 days. Very rude and irritating, hardly anyone answer calls from unknown numbers. I called and spoke with Joe and made an appt. the next day (2 days before Christmas). When I arrived 15 min early my friend and I had to wait and then Joe acted like he had no clue that I had an appt or who I was. I had just spoke with him that morning. Joe passed me off to Clint Hawk. We test drove and my friend and I took it to my mechanic. The problems were the CVT transmission which my mechanic also showed that there was an extended warranty because of the issues Nissan has with the CVT. Nissan will replace the CVT at NO COST to Honda Morristown or myself. There was also bad brakes and rotors, muffler needed replacing, oil filter gasket leaking and the radiator was leaking. Clint then introduced me to Steven and I showed him the list and explained the transmission and it's warranty. Steven even offered for my mechanic to do the transmission which he declined because it has to be done by Nissan. We all agreed that Honda was to send the car over to Nissan (down the street from them) and then my mechanic was doing all the other repairs. They said they should have the car to Nissan by saturday (because of Christmas) and Clint was going to call me and let me know. I asked if there was anything else that they needed from me and they all said no. So for the next 3 weeks I kept in constant contact with Clint calling him every week for progress reports. He told me how they were waiting on parts and that they were still working on it etc. Monday Jan 11,2016 I called spk with Kelly and she said Clint was with a customer and could she help. I explained I was checking on the Murano, put me on hold and came back and said that IT HAD BEEN SOLD WEEKS AGO!!! I said that was impossible and explained the whole story. She said that she had to find out what was going on and would call me back. No returned phone call. Tues Jan 12, 2016 called spk with Kelly and she stated that she had been left with the impression that someone else was suppose to have called me and then transferred me to Jimmy. Jimmy then tried to tell me that they don't send cars off for repairs and that they don't hold cars without a deposit. I then told him the whole story and I knew what they had done... they had the transmission repaired by Nissan and then sold it at a higher price when IT HAD COST THEM NOTHING!! There was silence from Jimmy. I then said that what they had done to me was awful and that I was going to let everyone know. He then asked if he could get me another Murano for the same price and he promised that he would call me back the very next day. Well you guessed it.. no one has called. I have been without a car for 3 weeks waiting on this Murano. The car was priced at 7499.00 and no I can NOT afford much and my car had died. So yes I needed a good deal. This car had been sitting in their back lot and they had not even cleaned it. So these people took the info that my legitimate hard working mechanic (best there is and doesn't gouge people on repairs) gave and used it for their own greedy selves. So beware if you ever decide to go there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER!!

We are a repeat customer with Morristown Honda and as always we were very pleased. Everyone was friendly, courteous and kind. Our salesman Robert Petrone, was great - helpful, but not pushy. His easy-to-talk-to manner is pleasant and refreshing. Jimmy Clark took care of our paperwork and was fantastic. Bought a used Nissan that had unknown problems. They replaced struts for me but still had issues. They were able to get me a new car after a week with a new loan. They lied and got a loan in an extreme amount. I could have bought a better car with less miles for the amount my loan is! Here I thought they were helping me but they put me in the hole even more for a "better" car. Ha. I would not recommend this place.

This is our first dealing with Morristown Honda and to say the very least we are very pleased. Everyone was friendly, courteous and kind. Our salesman Robert, was great in helping us select the right auto which was a 2016 CR-V. Matt was great in financing. I never had to contact dealership with last Honda for any issues, so I can not comment on mechanical service / repair, but expect it to be good, just as sales service. My wife and I went to Honda Morristown to research what a 2016 CRV would cost and if it would be within our budget. Kibbee McCoy and Rachel Ullery were the sales associates were spoke with and it was immediately apparent both were interested in what our needs and interests were as opposed to trying to sell us a car. Each was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to make certain all our questions were answered. As a result, we decided to purchase the vehicle primarily due to the stress free sales approach we experienced.

I have actually been working with them for about 3 months we went to schedule an appointment for my moms 2006 Accord for the air bag recall. I looked at the new models in August and that's when I met Rusty. He showed me a 2015 Accord coupe and took down my number to call if he got anything in a different color. And he called to check and see if I had found anything once a month. I hadn't until Wednesday November 11th he called to tell me he had just had a trade in. It was great because I was coming to the dealership the next day to have the air bags replaced. So we got there and looked at the car a 2015 Accord EX-L coupe Red with black leather. We did some figures and I thought about it that night then the next day Rusty had it cleaned, filled up and ready to go we did some paper work with him then on to finances with Greg we finalized things with him. He was awesome. Once we were done with him we were off. The first time I have bought a car from a Dealership and it was a great experience and I will always go there for all my car needs! Rusty was the greatest and coolest salesman ever, easy to work with and best attitude so thank you so much!! The entire service department is great too! Thank you to everyone who made this so easy!

I absolutely loved driving the BMW, but I was also smart enough to do my research and knew it was not a wise decision to keep it. I needed something stress free....hence the lifetime warranty that drew me back to Honda Morristown. I had actually purchased a new Accord in 2002 as well. It was my first experience negotiating alone for a car and I was a wreck!!! Everyone I dealt with was extremely patient, knowledgable, and knew when I needed some calm-down time. They made the transition as smooth as possible. I would definitely tell others to visit Honda Morristown.

We just bought a 2015 Civic EX-L Oct 19th. It's a beauty and drives great too, but best of all is the MPG. We are now getting 33-35 in town and 37-38 on highway. It's a pleasure to do business with Morristown Honda and we have never felt pressured to rush into a deal the way we have at other dealerships. The drive from Maryville is well worth it. This was my first visit and purchase from Honda Morristown. I was treated with great respect and kindness. Sales rep, Juan Vazquez, was very knowledgeable about the Honda Fit. He explained many details of the car during my test drive. He was sincere and very helpful throughout the entire sales/finance process. i hate buying a car! But my car was totaled and I needed wheels. plus I'm an old lady, ( hate to acknowledge that). So I researched vehicles and made an appt. at Morristown Honda to drive a Civic Hybrid. I was listened to, I was shown the car of choice. Rodney went over all the features of the vehicle. Many of these things I wasn't even aware of after research. After driving the car and agreeing on price..I think this is the first time I ever left a car lot feeling I had bought at a fair price. The entire process remains exhausting, however. The amount of paperwork in duplicate, the required signature on so many pieces of paper (transfer of title, declining of "plans", committing to insurance et., etc.). Entire forests are decimated in the purchase of one vehicle. And all the staff was so kind and thoughtful. From the receptionist to the mechanic who was able to change the dashboard messages from French to English and to Todd who walked me through the computer mechanics of my car. I would recommend them and if I live long enough to get another car I would go back there.

I just purchased a new Honda at this dealership on Saturday. Rachel Ullery the Delivery Coordinator was most helpful. I went in with plans to just test drive a new Honda CR-V. I was still content with my older model but wanted to see if I could tell a difference in a newer model. I was approached by Rusty Shehee, who wasn't pushy at all, and made a recommendation for me to try. He pointed out all the new safety features as I drove and by the end of the drive, I wanted to buy the car that day!! He and the finance guy, Greg Frazier, made me a deal on my trade in and the new 2015 CR-V. They went to great lengths to find me a gray one, which had to be brought in. There was no need to go to Knoxville to find exactly what I wanted! Then, when it arrived a couple of days later, Rachel Ullery went out of her way to explain all the interior features to me and help me with the technology. She even set up my phone for Bluetooth which I probably would never have figured out on my own!!! I couldn't be happier with the service I received nor with my new car!!!

I have shopped for cars many places in my life, and this by far was the best experience yet! Normally at a car lot the salesperson would be interested simply in the money and nothing else. That is not the case here. Rusty made sure I invested in a car perfect for me from my want list.The rest of the team, Alex made sure I not only got the car I wanted but at an awesome interest rate and with warranty! I was so pleased I sent my mother there the next week to purchase her car. They treated her just as well! There is no doubt this is where I will go for any needs in the future! Awesome experience!

We were on vacation when our Odyssey broke down. Honda Morristown was willing to stay late and fix it to get us back on the road. In the end we ended purchasing a brand new Odyssey to drive home. The staff at Honda Morristown went above and beyond. Staff stayed late, made sure we were comfortable and helped us get the old van unpacked and new van packed. We couldn't be happier. 5 star review to them. Thanks to Rodney Shopshire in sales, Alex Ahlgrim in Finance, Shirley Santos in Delivery, Mike Wilder the Service Manager, David Stout the Service Advisor, and Benny Jones as the Technician. You made a not so fun experience a happy one. The above review was written in June after our great experience. Now in August I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to by worst enemy! We have yet been given the proper documents in order to get our vehicle plated. We have been given 4 temporary tags (one in which was sent to us expired, leaving us without a vehicle for a trip we had planned!). Andrew the general manager has been in contact with us but is giving us the same story everytime. It is one excuse after the next. We are BEYOND frustrated and have now had to open a case with Honda, we are also filing complaints with attorney generals (probably in both states). We are also trying to find a lawyer within TN to handle this. We want to turn the vehicle back in and walk away! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I specifically ask for the rain guards to be installed on my van windows. When I got there I was told the truck broke down that had them on their. I ask for them a week in advance and was very disappointed in not getting them. I live in Marshall NC and it takes a good 1.36 hrs to get there so Its not a fast trip to go back.

I would like to say the purchase went off without a hitch but it didn't. We spent 6 1/2 hours in the dealership before I purchased the car which I felt was too long. Then we were unable to take the car with us because there was a software glitch within the bluetooth system. The dealership where the car was shipped from sent the wrong key and owners manuals. These two things caused me to not take final ownership of the car until these issues were resolved. I guess I expected too much anyway, the CEO of the dealership, salesman, and customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Hopefully my next car purchase will go smoother with Honda. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Honda Morristown and hopefully won't be the lastThanks Mr. Creech, Ms. Santos, and Mr. Doherty for helping me purchase what I hope will be the Honda of my dreams.

AJ Parker was my salesmen. He approached me with such politeness and was very detailed in what each car possesed. He took his time in explaining how things worked and tried his to the best of his ability to satisfy my needs of a new car.. I had an incident and ended up with a broken windshield. My wife called Honda Morristown and talked withe Josh in the parts Depr. He asked to call back so he could check availability of the item. He called back in about 5 to 10 minutes and had located to item and could schedule me an appointment the next day at 11:00. He was very helpful and courteous. I got to the Dealership at 10:55 and Daryl Setsor who has taken care of me before. It's been a while but he immediatly recognized me. After we talked a couple of minutes the young from the installer was there to pick up the car.It takes a while to get the windshield installed so. I was in the waiting room for a while. The young lady at at the desk across the hall from me (Shirley Santos) checked on me several times she even gave me a hat. She was very nice.Everybody I delt with was very nice and very helpful. The installer did a good job. Had a question about the upper seal so I went and talked with the installer and he will replace it on Monday.I had a great experience taking care of this problem. I always have.

Honda sells it's self. Honda of Morristown had a great price. The finance person was overly pushy at trying to sell extra warranties, and bringing a second person in to confirm he had covered us on the additional warranties was just a tactic to make one more attempt to sell the products.. The follow up visit to learn about the vehicle we purchased a week earlier was void of any customer service or concern. Todd our salesman immediately pushed us off to Shirley, who was busy at the time. Shirley was new at the job and knew very little about the vehicle and after asking someone else to answer some questions we had she disappeared and could not be found. So we left. The service tech that came out to help Shirley answer our questions was great. Bottom line other than the great price there is no need to return to this dealership if the price can be matched elsewhere.

Nobody ever contacted me. I'm not really upset bout it. But they could have called and told me I was a failure and they won't help me. Honesty is always better than being ignored. Recently purchased a new 2015 Accord. It was an excellent buying experience, Our salesman, Rodney, was "low pressure" and he helped us until we could get the car we wanted. Andy and his associates were very knowledgeable on several makes/models of vehicles. He was able to help us work an option that would allow us to purchase a vehicle. We have family that also purchased from Honda Morristown as well with a pleasant experience. The paperwork takes quite some time but after all said and done with only minor corrections (which they took responsibility for the paperwork corrections), Honda Morristown made the car buying experience a good one!

Worth the hour and 1/2 drive. Visited 3 other dealerships and were lied to at all of them. They quoted us a pilot and when we arrived we found out it was for a CRV. One place quoted us a 4 wheel drive and when we arrived found out it was a 2 wheel drive. One place said they had the vehicle we wanted and when we arrived it was gone so they offered us a 2014 pilot with 2000 miles and a huge scratch for the same price as a new 2015. Jimmy at Morristown gave us exactly what we wanted, at a great price. Everyone was honest and sincere. We were treated exactly how a buyer should be treated. We will be referring Jimmy at Morristown to all our friends. Morristown Honda is the only place to buy a car in the greater Knoxville area. We will definitely be returning when it come time to replace our other car.

Found my SRX online, left my info on Honda Morristown's website and was contacted less than an hour later by Todd Walker of HM. Todd answered most of my questions and set up an appt for me for that afternoon. I live an hour away. When I arrived, I was greeted very nicely by several employees. A saleman, Jimmy, had my CARFAX printed for me. I drove the SRX. When I returned to HM, I was greeted by another salemans, Jimmy Clark. He was very professional, friendly, nice, and knowledgeable about the SRX. He answered a lot of questions for me. Jimmy C was an excellent customer service rep of this company. It was late and HM was busy. Jimmy made me feel like I was the only customer there, and I was NOT. Then I went into an office with another man to do all the paperwork. I cannot rememeber his name but he was very nice and professional also. After the signatures, Jimmy C took me out to my SUV. It was pretty shiny and clean and a full tank of gas. Jimmy showed me a lot of features on my SRX that I was not familar with. He is really good at his job. I finally found what I had been looking for and drove my SRX home that night. HAPPY. Two days later I talked with Steven Brooks, in the business dept. He was very nice and enjoyable to talk with. Thank You to all the HM employees that helped me with this. I love my SRX.

When I visited the Morristown Honda Dealer the first person I spoke with was Mike Wilder. I went in to have an oil change which was all I had expected, however Mr Wilder explained to me that there were several other services that I needed ASAP. I had previously used another dealer for ALL of my services. The other dealer had previously done a 1000 mile oil consumption test on my Honda and told me the car was fine and I didn't need to bring it back for further testing. When the oil was checked it barely registered on the dip stick. Obviously there was further testing needed! I owe Mr Wilder a sincere thanks. He was very helpful, friendly and explained every thing to me.

He listened and allowed us to look until we approached him with questions. Only bought one car from the dealer but that was a very pleasant experience. The service department from the top down is excellent. I personally deal with Bonnie Webster if possible on all my service calls, she has been friendly and gracious and most capable. I used to get oil changes at private service shops, but the price at the dealer is just as good and I know that they know Honda vehicles from top to bottom. Would recommend this dealer for anything.

From the moment we walked into the building, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and consideration. The entire staff was interested in getting us what we wanted and needed, and there was no rush or high pressure. The various staff members took time to inform us about the warranties and demonstrate the features of the vehicle that we had chosen. They answered all our questions and worked with us to give us a great deal. When it came to financing, we were given assistance in locating the best option available for us. This is the fourth Honda we've bought there, so that is a testimony in itself. All things considered, we couldn't have asked for a better deal!

Very dishonest dealership. I went to purchase a car 2012 Honda civic 41,000 miles and I was told what my interest rate would be according to my credit score. I filled out everything and left with the car. A few days later I got a call that the financing did not go through but they was able to get me financed at a much higher rate through Wells Fargo!! (Look up the term yo-yo financing - describes it perfect) I had financing already lined up on my own but they didn't want to use it!! Guess why! (LOOK UP BUY RATE) I learned that the finance company can give the dealership a buy rate then the dealership can add points to the interest and the dealership gets this money back!! It can add up to thousands of dollars on the life of a loan!! Then I was told they could take my financing but I was going to have to put money down and have NO warranty!! I took the car back and left it. When I did I forgot a very expensive camera in the car which I did not miss for a month. I called the dealership and yes they had it!! I had talked to them several times and NO ONE told me they found my camera. It had pictures of me on it so they knew it was mine!! Really Thankful that I did get it back just shows they were going to keep it had I not missed it!! Very dishonest people!! I went to Economy Honda in Chattanooga where I purchased a NEW car and used my own financing and had to put NO money down!! Economy Honda was $3,000 cheaper on the same new cars!! Honda of Morristown is a scam all the way around!! Do your homework before buying a car from them!!

I went to buy a new car but they sold me a used one which I liked after I driven it I had it few day when they called and said the bank didn't approve the loan but they had approved me for new one which sounded fishy I took the car I bought back to see if they could get it approved they didn't so I tested out the new car I was approved for but I had bought a much nicer car then the new I was approved for so I'm still in the market for a car but I will never go back to this dealership again or will my any of family

Very pressured into buying the vehicle. Once i had purchased it and found out all of the problems it has I can see why! Have been given the run around by everyone I have dealt with since. They have to tell you 3 more lies to cover up each new one. Now to make matters worse Rick just quit! Now they will not even honor what he promised. They have some great sales people but that is as far as it goes.

I traded my toyota in on a new Honda Insight. The deal was done. 10 days later the finance ngr called me wanting more money because they had waited to go pay off my toyota and it had accumulated more interest in 10 days. When he called, he insinuated I had somehow cheated them and lied or something. I immediately went to the dealership and paid the the $31.00. When they saw I was upset, they didnt u derstand why. I will never go back to this dealer, as you will not know if the deal you made with them is any good. Their word is worthless. I will have any future needs for my Honda car handled by a hopefully more reputable and honest dealer. I believe that once you shake hands the deal is done. The fact theybwaited so long to pay off the other car should not have been charged back to me. If you trade with these people, BEWARE!!! Their word means nothing, and apparently, neither do their contracts.
