I called the Service Dept.yesterday regarding the recall of the airbags on my Dodge Ram. The service person was polite, friendly, and offered me a choice of appointments. I chose to go in today. I waited in a bright, clean, and comfortable waiting room until the work was completed. About an hour later a cheerful Service person handed me the keys to my newly repaired and newly washed truck. I drove away happy with the service I received and amazed that less than 24 hours had elapsed between my initial call and the work being completed.!

I live near new Richmond, wi. I called a local dealership to schedule service on my Cherokee, I was put on hold immediately and was told I would have to wait several minutes. After waiting a few minutes I hung up and called Luther jeep of Hudson. I am so happy I did, from the second they answered the phone to when my service was completed the customer service was the best I have ever received. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are fantastic!

I needed a part ordered for my vehicle and it was ordered in June. I followed up 3 times and was told that it was on a back order. I finally contacted another dealership and got my vehicle repaired. On my most recent visit I was shown a dirty air filter that did not belong to my vehicle and was told it needed to be changed. I was never notified as to the status of the part I needed.

I drove to Hudson Chrysler from Duluth MN on Tue, Sept. 13, 2016. I had spoken to Rob Hudson on Monday about a car I wanted to buy, and put down $500 to reserve it when I came in on 9/13/16.I got there at 9 am and Rob had the car waiting for me. We took it for a drive after he explained many of the features of the vehicle. He programmed my smart phone directory into the Bluetooth system and showed me how that worked for hands free calling. Rob was really great to buy a car from. He explained everything to me. He then took me over to Bridget Cavalier and she did all the financial stuff so that I could pay for the car. I had a check from my credit union plus a check of my own to pay for the car. She also explained several service contracts. There was no pressure to buy a service contract. I am considering one. Bridget was excellent.

Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful. We had our oil changed, the door and mirrors were given a computer update, tires rotated, and the car was washed. We were made to feel right at home while we waited in a comfortable surrounding. We were offered popcorn and drinks and were updated on the progress of the car. It takes just over an hour for us to get there, but it was worth it to have such good service!

First of all I would like to say that this dealership is phenomenal. They go out of their way to make you feel like your included in on whats going on. The review below mine was actually on the same day as my service appointment. I was parked behind this gentleman in line and when he exited his car it wasn't in park and he almost rolled into the front end of my car. The service tech Troy saved my car and that man a very expensive deductible. He was unpleasant and rude before he even got into the waiting room. (some people don't have any respect for the service industry) The service department was short staffed and yet remained positive and friendly. I was kept informed of what was going on with my car throughout the process. Troy made sure that everything that needed to be done was covered by my warranty before it was fixed. Added bonus ... my car was sparkling clean when I picked it up! =) I wont go anywhere else, and I recommend Hudson Chrysler to anyone looking for a service appointment.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 A.M. - arrived at the appointed time and had a very satisfactory check in. Nearly 2 1/2 hours later I was notified the car was ready and I could pay my bill. After an hour I had started to wonder what was going on - after two hours I was loosing my cool ! I'm afraid I wasn't very polite as I paid my bill. I feel they were very uncourteous in not advising me that they were short handed or of some other problem - Why make an appointment? The complementary car was laughable in the back of the car was missed completely. I don't' think I should recommend that kind of service to anyone.

This was my first time here. I wasn't even out of my car before I was being greeted and welcomed. Troy was my service advisor and he was amazing. When I described the symbols and lights that were coming on in my vehicle he knew exactly what I was talking about. He explained exactly what the diagnostic costs would be and at the end of the day it was less as the mechanic was able to diagnose two problems with one price. These guys are fantastic!! We will definitely be back!

I had a good experience. Test drove a jeep and was able to get what I wanted and more in my color due to dealership affiliation. My sales man Rob was great and would recommend. I did go in with my budget and financing all in place. I did however meet with the new car manager Zach, my experience was strained with the lack of his ability to provide customer service and his ability to listen to the customer. I'm not sure if it was the fact that I'm a woman or just of s generation older than him but he did spoil my day and almost had sale. Would strongly encoursge Zach to listen and not be so rude. Before posting this review I did speak to the GM. Hopefully training will be provided.

Being new to the area, I checked with a couple of dealers on my warranty issue. One of the dealerships I called on my warranty issue was very rude and also asked me if I purchased the vehicle there as if they couldn't be bothered with me if I didn't. Needless to say, I moved on to the next dealer very quickly. Hudson Chrysler treated me like family from the start with my warranty service.. Prompt and courteous service on the warranty issue was a deciding factor in choosing my dealer going forward. Every single employee I encountered at this dealership was friendly and helpful. Makes a world of difference!

After shopping a number of the Metro Car Dealers I found Hudson Chrysler to best the best overall vehicle purchase experience so far. They were low pressure, respected my time, and had vehicles setup for me to drive when I arrived. Once I made a decision to purchase the transaction was fast and seamless. I did receive exceptional service. I bought my new Camaro via the internet and was very happy in the quick responses to my emails. They are great to work with and treat you like they have known you forever. One thing that I will say I was disappointed in was that I did drive 3.5 hours to get my car and all that I received was a $50 gas card for a gas station that is not in my area and that they only filled the gas tank up half way. Overall I would recommend them as they have the best rates on vehicles. so the drive was totally worth it.

I called at the last minute and was able to get in , have them check my front tires for wear (which was fair) and decided to get 2 new tires and have them put on so we could leave within 24 hours for a 3000 mile round trip. I also had an oil change. Ding the inspection of the tires they commented that the wipers were not very good so they were replaced also. In and out within an hour!

I am so impressed with the customer service offered by ALL departments at Hudson Chrysler. My experience started with my salesperson, Betsy. She was so helpful and really listened to what I was looking for and acted more as a guide rather than salesperson. Not once did she put pressure to buy on me, but gave me the information I needed and answered my questions so that I could make the purchase decision on my own, which I greatly appreciated. When it came to financing the vehicle, Bridgette in the financing department was a ray of sunshine to work with. A process that I thought would be stressful was actually fun and I feel like I got a fair deal. A couple days after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed that there was a small alignment issue. I contacted Hudson Chrysler and they got me in right away and addressed the issue. There was no hassle, no negotiating, and most importantly, no charge. The members of the service department were extremely helpful and friendly as well and made the entire experience a great one. It's obvious that I can't say enough good things about my experience at this dealership, but my expectations were exceeded. I will definitely be doing business here again and look forward to my future relationship with all of them.

This dealer is a typical numbers game dealer, and it epitomizes why people hate car dealers...sell high/buy low, process takes too long, etc. We still bought a vehicle from this dealer as they had the car we were looking for and I negotiated a price ahead of time...they essentially had to price-match on a lower price I found elsewhere...and I wanted to keep my money in Wisconsin if at all possible. If you just buy a vehicle, don't have a trade-in, and have an agreed upon price ahead of time, then give Joe a call. I will give Joe credit...he came in on his off day to complete the sale. It is a good thing he didn't let his Sales Mgr do it in his absence...the sale would have ben lost. Both he and he General Manager were nowhere to be found...and we were one of two customers in the dealer at the time. Sure, there were a few customers waiting for their vehicles to be worked on in Service, but we were one of two car-buying customers. Zach...or Zack...was too busy eating his "hash rounds" and cheese, or some other condiment...or getting something to drink...too busy to come introduce himself or discuss the trade-in value he set for our vehicle...trust me, I saw this myself. The guy who looked like the General Manager was just walking around...didn't introduce himself either. Again, this dealership was dead...no people needing attention, so I don't get why these two wouldn't introduce themselves and pitch the so-called Luther Advantage, or simply thank us for coming in and giving them our business. Maybe they were upset they had to lower the price on our vehicle purchase.As for a trade-in value, Joe (salesman) indicated they only give "Good Condition" values on trade-ins...so essentially wholesale value...Everyone needs to be aware of this. The value given us was an insult, and I asked them to reconcile their number...Joe said they had to detail the car (I just had it detailed inside and out a day prior), pay for a vehcle inspection (why, if they are wholesaling the vehicle at auction...is the next seller's cost, not their's). I agreed it needed tires, but their $800 estimate was too much to justify being thousands of dollars apart. In the end, I told them to forget it...we would just keep the car. Not many people can afford that, so people need to be aware of how this dealer operates. Also, in typical dealer fashion, and after I told them I am keeping my trade, they come to me and said they "spoke to one of their wholesalers"...they could give me an extra $500. Sometimes people don't listen...they knew where they needed to be on trade-in value and essentially insulted me twice. So in the end, their "reconciliation" for me on trade-in value was they just give people whole-sale price.Bridget, the Finance Mgr, is very friendly to work with...so make sure you deal with her.If dealers want to make more money, then make it easy for people to want to come in, buy a vehicle and get out. Dealers, and this one in particular, need to reinvent the experience...get creative and figure out a way to speed up the process. Example: I filled out the financing information a day ahead of time, and yet nothing was submitted until after we were there for well over an hour...after the trade-in fiasco. figure out some process improvements...again, it's not like they were busy.I will give Joe a pass on not remembering who I was when I returned his phone call two hours after he called me the day before I showed up at his dealership. Joe is a good guy and very appreciative of people's business...his dealer's management looks like it does a disservice to his and his colleagues customers...but his appreciation kept the deal alive...thanks Joe!

A couple of years ago I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. During my second winter with the vehicle, during and icestorm, the driver side windshield wiper and arm flew off of the truck and forced me to drive back to river falls from hudson with my head hanging out the window to see where I was going. I called around to get quotes on replacement arm and wiper. I called the dodge dealer in New Richmond, WI who quoted me approx. $69 for parts, and maybe $10 to $20 dollars labor because the arm just had to be "Popped on the Pivot" and that would take approx. 5 minutes to do. However, it would be 3 days to get the parts. I then called my dealer in Hudson. They quoted me the same price for parts, $69, but said that labor would be $180+ dollars. I asked for an explanation for the high quote since it just needed to be "Popped onto the Pivot", and I was told, " If it is so easy to do, why don't you just buy the part from us and put it on yourself." Plus they wouldn't have the part until the next day. I took it to a mechanic in River Falls, who not only replaced it the same day, but did so for only $53. They didn't charge me anything for labor because it took them only 1 minute to "Pop it on the Pivot".I could write a book about the nonsense I put up with this service department over the past 2 1/2 years. There are a couple of good people who work there, but the rest?????

Loved working with Rob. He was straight with the facts, didn't try to pressure us. The dealership was VERY busy and rob had a million customers at once (okay maybe just 3). But he worked with us carefully, made sure we understood the options and sold us a great Van. When we showed up later that night to pick it up, the van was clean, had gas in the tank and he spent a good 20 minutes in the van going over all the options with my wife. The kids even had fun.

The sales person Joe was good. The issue was the finance woman. So, they take your driver's license when you test drive and then run your credit. My credit is top tier and the woman told me I qualified for 4.65% rate. That's a bad rate for top tier credit. She told me that was a good rate. Yea, sure it is. Then she said if I were to extend the loan from 60 mos to 64 mos w/ TD Finance the rate would be 4.45%. Yea, one month later I refinanced at 1.99% for 60 mos what it should have been all along. Be cautious of this so called 'good rate' from her.

The Service Department was very quick to fix the mix up and I was rescheduled two days later and my Jeep was ready to go with out a hassle. The hardest part was the drive to and from the dealership. I'm not here to slam this dealership, I'm glad the 2 star rating is "fair" since it suits this dealership. I came in for a transmission and clutch flush and after 4 hours they told me they "figured it out", which I thought meant they were done, but just meant they found out which fluid to use. They then told me it would take another day to complete; when I arrived I was told the used special Honda transmission fluid to do the clutch flush which required dot 3 brake fluid; turns out the reservoir was completely black and unsure if they did anything at all. Upon returning home I find that my hood was never shut by them. I have been a long time customer with 3 of my vehicles in the past but this was the tipping point to find someone else. I have also emailed them letting them know and have not heard anything back.

I purchased a Dodge Charger last year along with the service package for a sum of close to $20,000. I'll be honest, the buying process was great. I thoroughly enjoy my vehicle and the service department is excellent. I was a huge fan of this dealer for over a year after purchasing my Charger. Unfortunately, here's where my relationship with them went sour...I called to see if there would be any interest in my Jeep that I didn't need anymore. I was told, "Sure, bring it down and we'll give it a look and throw you an offer". I brought it in, waited about 40 minutes for them to do their thing (test drive, inspect, run comparisons, etc.).To make a long story short, they came back and gave me an offer of $3,000 for a very, very nice Jeep that they would put on the lot for $9,000. This was nearly $2,000 under what NADA said was the trade in value. On top of that, I had invested over $1,500 in the vehicle in the last two months on tires and repairs which they were aware of. Without causing a scene, I left immediately. After not hearing back from anybody (they had my information, both phone number and email address), I wrote an email a few days later highlighting my thoughts in an effort to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation and keep a positive relationship. The response I was given was, essentially, "Come back in and let me show you why I gave you that valuation". So, expecting me to drive all the way back in to hear you kick my tires and justify your lowball offer is the best they could give me? No thanks. I took it to a dealership in Eau Claire a few days later and was offered $4,500 for it. Still low (in my opinion), but much, much more reasonable. I would recommend buying from them, but do NOT try to trade in or sell them a vehicle. You'd be better off donating it to charity as opposed to donating it to them.

The sales rep I had talked with was Rob and he was informative, knew where the market pricing was at and ensured without being pushy that we were getting what we wanted. The credit department was second to none and helped me lock in a rate lower than I was able to get anywhere else. Not only that but I was always able to get a hold of the right when I called in and they were QUICK! I had a number of suggestions that my engines lights indicated replacement of the catalytic converter which would have cost me thousands. Hudson Chrysler diagnosed it as an oxygen sensor, replaced it, and the lights are now out. They also figured out why my Sienna van would not idle long enough to shift into reverse. Their service department was very friendly but professional. I also appreciated being able to make an appointment online on a Sunday night. That enabled me to get it in right away on Monday. They diagnosed my service quickly, called me with an estimate, and had the repairs done the same afternoon. Even though I have a Toyota, I will definitely return for future service.

I've had my vehicle serviced at Hudson Chrysler the last several years, the quality of work is great.The issue I have is they pushed these oil change packs, which are a good deal. What they don't tell you is they are specific to one vehicle. The issue I had was, I had oil changes remaining on the packs I had purchased for my vehicles, but I traded in both vehicles, and when I went to get my oil changed on one of my new vehicles I was told that there was NO WAY to allocate the already paid for oil changes to my new vehicles for use!

I recently purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership and a remote start and backup camera were part of the deal. I arranged for the installation along with the first oil change. They provided a loaner vehicle during the service. The service department was aware that I really needed my vehicle back by the end of the day. There was a problem with the backup camera wiring harness and I received a call from Bill Bush, the Service Manager. Bill explained the issue and told me he would make calls to see how quick he could get a new wiring harness. A few minutes later Bill called back and said they would have one the next day. I told him that was fine and I'd leave my Jeep there so they didn't have to put it back together and then take it apart again. The new wiring harness arrived early the next day as promised and Bill called me at 10 am to let me know my Jeep was done and offered to deliver it. i picked up my Jeep a short time later, it was washed and ready to go, everything was put back together properly and all the new accessories worked as they should. I appreciate it that the service manager took the time and effort to make sure I was taken care of.

I had calls out to 3 different dealers looking for a particular car. There were no cars available with the options I wanted in our area. I didn't have the 8-10 weeks needed to build one. Rob Hudson at Hudson Chrysler was the only salesperson who took it upon himself to locate a car for me. He found a car in a neighboring state and had it here within 1 day! He also made arrangements to have the after market work I wanted done at the dealership before I picked it up. Ps. I still haven't got a call back from for the other salespeople who said "they will let me know when they locate one or when something comes in"-Ha-Ha I also was pleased with the finance person, Bridget. My last experience buying a car at a different dealer had me waiting for hours just to do paperwork and pick-up my car! I usually double-check work thats been done at any service shop I take my car to as everyone is human and mistakes can be made. So far at this dealership, no problems whatsoever. I called and received a quote for new front brake pads and rotors and I wanted to have a fob programmed for my keyless entry. The quote was shockingly low at $180 (I checked with her about it being for brakes and rotors installed and she said "yes") for the brakes and reasonable $44 for the fob. I scheduled an AM appointment and dropped my car off at the dealership using their key drop box and marked that they call me with the estimate. No call in the AM. I called at noon to check and they hadn't looked at it yet. At 345 they call with an estimate of $400+ for the brake pads and rotors and $44 for the fob. I told them to forget it. That I was quoted $180 and I could have had them done at Tires Plus for $238. I asked them what they could do to make their price lower and they checked and called back with a $278 price. I told them to forget it and just program the fob. They "tried" to program the fob and failed and still charged me $44 for the attempt. And when I got my car back the check engine light is on when it wasn't before. A whole bunch of stupid! I called and I can bring it back again and they will check the codes to see why the light is suddenly on - Yeah me (I say sarcastically). No fob, no new brakes, no car for a day, another trip scheduled to go back there, and $44 dollars out of my wallet = a not very happy experience. I didn't even go into their beautiful lounge area and enjoy a soda and a donut or popcorn for all my troubles. Maybe my next trip in.

I have purchased and have had the work done on close to 20 vehicles from this dealer and every time have been amazed at the people that make this the best dealership period.This visit Jeff, in service, took care of my truck. He gives 150%+! I've known Jeff for close to 20 years and he always makes sure the customer is taken care of and the vehicle is repaired right the first time. They also have McKenzie, who gives 150%+ and some excellent mechanics. Thanks again for another job extremely well done!

Brought my 2001 Dodge Dakota in for an oil change and rotation. I was checked in quickly and work began on my truck as I hung around in a very comfortable environment (read a book and took some notes in the showroom; the accountant gave me some paper for my notes). Got a phone call from the service staff relative to two other service suggestions, which I gladly accepted. This dealership staff has always been exceptional.

Our sales rep was not very appreciative with us buying a truck thru him. I would not recommend him due to his behavior! Tried to tell us we wanted a different color and was almost argumentative thru the entire process. Extreme lack of communication, meaning we did not feel he listened to us at all!

I have had my van in twice for an issue with the heat not working and anti-freeze was low. I have spent over $1300 in repairs and I have to take it back because it is still not fixed. I would think that the second visit should have been enought to get it fixed. I can only assume they didn't drive it to see if the heat was working or they would have noticed it still had a problem. I am frustrated that I have to take time for a third visit as well as the money it has cost me to fix my problem.

I not have an appointment but decided to try and see if they could repair a tire, which was filled with liquid tire GOOP. They took the tire right away and called me just a few hours later to say that they had found the source of the problem and repaired it. This was all included in a single low price of $28. When I came to pick up the tire they also put it back onto the vehicle for me, (even though I hadn't scheduled that in) without charging extra while I sat in the comfortable waiting room. My kids and I always love this part because there is always fresh popcorn and an actual soda fountain (besides other things)! Another surprise came when we saw our sparkly clean car being driven out of the carwash.Hudson Chysler is always a class act!

Experience began with setting my service appointment on their website. Website is very easy to set up an account and set an appointment date. Drove into the main bay and greeted by smiling blond lady, I believe her name is Mckenzie. She provided the paperwork in a rapid fashion and I was out the door. By the time I arrived back home, I had a phone message from her advising I should change my air filter also. I called her and authorized it and she said my truck would be finished in a 1/2 hour. I went back and found my truck freshly washed in the parking lot. I paid my very reasonable bill to a smiling lady and I was on my way home. Excellent service all around.

Scheduled for a 7:15 oil change and a tire rotation. Normally about an hour and half appt. at any dealership. I phone in at 12:30 asking if my car was done. Jeff's response was "no, we had a lube tech call in sick today so we are behind. We'll get to it shortly". I called again at 2:45 asking if the car was done. Again Jeff says, "we had 2 lube techs call in sick and another guy did not show, we'll get to it as soon as we can".At 3:15 he calls and says it's ready for pick up.7 hours and 45 minutes later it's done. His story got worse with each phone call. Not once did he or anyone else for that matter call to say we are short handed today and it may take longer than expected, would like to leave it anyway or do you need the vehicle sooner today. Very poor customer service. This dealership is notorious for long waits and finding everything under the hood that needs to be worked on when you bring your car in. Had I not bought the extended warranty at this dealership when we bought our van, I would not use this place. Lived here 13 years and the reputation continues to be terrible among people here in Hudson.

Easy to make an appt with them. Email confirmation of the appt and then a reminder email the day prior to the appt. Allana was courteus, concerned about the problem I was having, got my Jeep in with a mechanic and promptly told me what the issue was. She estimated both cost and timing to fix it, confirmed the part needed was already in-house. I waited in their service area - very comfortable, free coffee/soda, free Wi-Fi, desks to work on. The work was completed quickly and my Jeep is running great again!

These guys are great. The check-in process is a breeze and they remember who you are. The mechanics are knowledgeable and will take time to explain things to you. They are not out to gouge you just because the owners manual says A part should be replaced. They tell you what is wrong , what is going to need to be repaired in the future, and let you make the decision. They don't use underhanded shady sales techniques to perform service on your vehicle it does not need. I have all my service work done with these guys and appreciate the relationships we have developed .

Bought a 2012 Jeep Cherokee in December 2011...They were just ok. Nothing special about the car buying experience here. The process took 3 hours (and I came in knowing what vehicle I wanted), their prices were the same as their competitor's, and they had no special perks to make it an extra special buying experience. The pay off on my old vehicle was $162 short, they came after me for it and made it into quite an ordeal. After buying a new vehicle for $30,000+, I'd think they could have taken care of $162! I negotiated a remote care starter in my deal, they had to order the part and would call to schedule an install ation when ity came in. A month later I hadn't heard from them so I had to call them. When I took my vehicle in to install the remote starter. The first thing I was told was "our tech researed how to put it in it should take a couple of hours." Research?? That made me very unconfident in their abilities. After 4 hours they could not get it working and they broke a trim piece. I accepted a loaner and was told it would be done in 3 days, it took them a week! They gave me a crappy Nitro to drive. All I want is my new Grand Cherokee back!!!!!!!!! For any other services I will definately go to another dealer.

Have not had a problem with the service dept yet, Been having two vehicles serviced here since the franchise was lost at the dealer i purchased them from, see no reason to return at this point. most recent service was for regular oil change and intermittent turn signal. learned water pump was leaking also. service rep said would check for any recall notices and repair if necessary. went home with a loaner, next afternoon van was ready, lots of work done, and extended service plan covered all repairs less deductible.Great service.

I was at ease the minute I walked into the dealership & met Scott (we had talked by phone earlier when Scott responded to my email query). He was respectful and really knew the details about the Town & Country van. The van had most of the features I had on the vehicle I was trading in so it made my decision easy to buy the van. I didn't feel pressure to buy the van and wasn't given any fancy "sales pitch" as I had experienced earlier at other car dealerships (NOT LUTHER!!). I like driving the van. I was disappointed, although not a big deal, at not having the push button start feature on the van. It's a neat feature and would be easier than having to start the car with a key (I know -- what a diva, huh?)

I had a wonderful experiance buying my Jeep, I hate buying a new car, because it takes sooo long waiting on paper work, not here, the profeesional staff had my paperwork ready when I walked in, my car had been washed a looked beautiful. I was in and out with my car in a hour. It did have to bought back in for a repair, the service department, was their ready to work on the car, I wasn't able to wait, so they let me use a loaner, a beautiful mini van, not some old used car. They bought my loaner right in and I was out and back to work in an hour. When I picked up my car the next day my car was ready and washed. Everything was fixed and the car had been washed, looked over and a progress report was given to me. They could have taken longer with my car, because the waiting room was so nice, they had popcorn and the hot dogs were being cooked for lunch for whoever was waiting. That was over and beyond what any dealership would have to do. I feel very safe that I have such a great dealership and service department behind my car.

Feeling a little disappointed. My experience with the dealership was overall good. The salesperson Rob was very nice. Bridget in Finance was very kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us. The service dept is staffed with very friendly people, they seem very knowledgable and helpful too. I really had high hopes so it was a bit of a let down when I discovered that the 30 day warranty that the webpage boasts covers just about everything, is not actually true. There were two things wrong with my vehicle when I purchased it that they were unwilling to replace/fix for me. I discovered these in the first week of ownership. My Advice to anyone looking to purchase used to really go over the car well, take notes and get all needed repairs put in writing before signing anything. This is probably true of all dealerships. I wish I had been more thorough because the repairs are going to cost me $700. I can live with a broken mirror cover but I'd really like to have my climate controls light up in the dark- and these are things that didn't just happen the vehicle came into the dealerships with these problems.So I guess I'm S.O.L. but I learned now for the next vehicle we purchase. I do wish that dealerships were required to point out known defects to you when you make an "as is" purchase. It was a cold, windy, winter day so I didn't tap the mirror cover and notice it was hanging there all funny and broken and during the day the burnt out climate controls didn't stand out. I wish I had the opportunity to decide for myself whether these were deal breakers or not, and if they don't want to fix everything fine, but at least be upfront rather than make it a game of "find it" to see what can fall through the cracks during the signing. Doesn't seem very fair to me. Would I recommend them, sure- but just bring your notepad with you and get it all in writing.

John was very helpful in getting me an accurate price on the repairs for my car. I have always found that hard to find. Also rob helped me get home so I could use my other car and not have to pay for a rental. The work was completed and they even washed the car for me. I have recently bought a Dodge for the first time and did not know anyone in the service department. John has made me feel comfortable and welcome there.

We purchased a used car. Perfectly detailed, car looked new despite 40,000 miles (in part probably due to previous owner.) Very friendly staff. No hassles. Price was advertised less than retail KBB which was attractive. Of course, this was also final price, but reasonable based on our experience looking at similar cars.

These folks were not willing to budge AT ALL on their asking price, even though I brought averages of prices within a 100 mile radius showing they were asking more than the going rate, and they offered me 2/3 (yes, 2/3!) of what I was offered CASH value for my trade at other dealerships (regardless of what I wanted to buy). All I received on my way out the door was snide, smart-ass comments about how great their truck was, how lousy mine was and how I wouldn't fine a better deal anywhere. I won't be returning to this dealership EVER.
