My father is disabled and has early signs of dementia. He has good days and bad days but can still drive locally. I called Brad to see if he could help me find a vehicle that suited my dad's needs and he began his search. He called me and told me what he had. I was working so I explained the situation and told him that my dad would be there to look at what he had. When I called my dad he was unsure about what I told him that Brad had found. I told him to go look and then just let me know. A little later he called and said he was really interested in one particular vehicle that Brad had found and recommended for him. Later that day my dad drove home in his new SUV. Brad stayed in touch with me about the deal, what my dad was financing, how much his payment was, the warranty, interest rate on the loan and the whole nine yards. He made me feel at ease and comfortable with my dad making this deal. We are so pleased with the vehicle and my dad says he will never buy another vehicle from anyone but Brad Fridinger. Thank you Brad for making this experience such an easy one for me and my dad.

We traded for a new Tundra in November of 2015: I received notice today (8mo later) from our local courthouse that taxes were due on a truck we no longer own. We went to the dealership in March when we got the 1st notice to voice our discontent and they told they would take care of it. Now 8 months later, we get a 2nd notice; they manager flat out lied to us. We called the manager again today and he doesn't understand why we are frustrated. My husband works for Toyota and this dealership is a complete disgrace to the Toyota brand. We will NEVER buy another vehicle here. The salesmen did nothing to help with the situation, the manager did nothing but lie to us to shut is up.

The sales staff at Hudson Toyota is one of the main reasons that I have been a repeat customer. Also, their bottom dollar competitive pricing has been very important. Brandon Richmond has been friendly and great to work with on my last two Toyota purchases. He has kept me up dated, informed and aware of my vehicle preferences without going overboard. I came into the dealership to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee sport. The salesman, Brandon was very friendly and helpful. He kept me updated during the whole process. He sat with me while my new Jeep was being cleaned. When it was done he went over everything in the vehicle with me to make sure I knew how to work everything and even paired my phone for me. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Next time I'm in the market for a new car I will return to Watermark Hudson Toyota and to Brandon!!!

Bought a new 16 sr5 prem. Worked with Anthony from online sales. I had 2 other offers from regional dealers. He quoted me a very competitive price vs the online listing. We were able to lock in the price via text messaging and set up a visit for Saturday morning. We drove up from Nashville and Anthony greeted us and showed the vehicle. Took a quick test drive and then knocked out the paperwork. Kevin was knowledgeable with the warranty info we paid by check so can't speak to financing options. Also he lives in Tennessee so he was able to give us specific instructions on taxes and getting registered when we got home. Before we left ms Donna went over the manuals and helpful tips and tricks. I wouldn't have known about the Toyota apps without her. Then she jumped in the car with us and helped set up the Bluetooth. Tremendous job by all involved. Happy they delivered what was quoted.

My vehicle was in another dealers service center and wouldn't be fixed when they said it would. I had to take my daughter's class on a field trip the next day and the dealer wouldn't even rent me a car to take the children! A friend told me to go to Hudson that they would take care of me. I went and was not only taken care of but treated like a long time customer! I've never bought a car there, but I can promise you ALL my vehicles will be purchased at Hudson Toyota from now on!!! We have been to several dealerships looking at cars. We had been in contact with Big Mike on the internet and planned to come to the dealership for a test drive. Anthony and Big Mike were awesome. We drove the car with Anthony and he answered all of our questions regarding the Avalon Touring car. Soon after I posted my not-so-flattering review of Hudson Toyota, the internet sales manager Rusty Strange called me to try to remedy the situation. "At the very least," he said "you and your husband will have a nice dinner on us."He then went over some figures for the car we were interested in. Believe it or not, he raised the price! We were told that an extra $1000 fee was "the cost of doing business." We said no thank you and asked for our dinner. Twice. Have I gotten a gift card from them? Of course not! In addition, the car we were negotiating on sold for the same price as what we originally offered. It was all a big game to them, and the customer lost. If I were you, RUN!!

I would highly recommend Hudson Toyota for your car buying experience or in my case mini-van buying experience. We knew exactly which Sienna we were looking for and Hudson had it. Micah Perdue called me as soon as he arrived at work and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. So we made the trip from Princeton, IN to meet Micah and our new Sienna. I would recommend Hudson if your looking to buy a vehicle. James Civil was great!!! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions was very easy to work with. He did not pressure me like a lot of salesman do. When I went to pick up my car the next day he went over the features and how to use them. I've used the service dept many times and they are great as well.I will definitely buy again from Hudson. I'm glad to have a dealership in town that i can trust and buy from.

I am a young woman who just bought her first car from "Big Mike" at Hudson. I was very pleased with the treatment I received as I browsed the car lot and asked questions. I never once felt "taken advantage of" because I was a female and young, shopping for my first car. I decided on a 2011 Jeep Compass and felt the price and loan rate I received was all very fair. My wife and I traded-in her 2012 Camry SE for a 2011 Avalon Limited and took delivery Saturday 10/25/14. We are both thrilled with the Avalon and my wife went so far as to say she likes it better than any car she has had before.We were able to reach a deal that we were satisfied with after only a minimal amount of haggling.They must love me at Hudson since I have bought five brand new vehicles and one used one there in the last five and a half years. I have also referred several customers to them who ended up buying their cars there. I recently found a used vehicle on cars.com from Hudson Toyota. I agreed to the advertised price but was being required to finance through Hudson which was twice what I could get financing for elsewhere. Also, I was told that the advertised price was as low as they could go and after telling them I was no longer interested, the price was lowered the next day. Overall, bad experience and would not recommend them.

Jay Mansfield made our experience with Hudson was a very pleasant one. He was very willing to answer our questions and help us work a deal. He is extremely friendly and very enjoyable to work with. At no time during our dealings did we feel pressured to make a deal we wouldn't be happy with. My husband owns a 2007 Tundra and recently bought a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Jay. Later we bought a 2014 Camry for my granddaughter and Jay came in on his day off so we could purchase another 2014 Camry for our grandson. He always calls for feedback on our new vehicles and is only a phone call away, anytime we have a question. Donna Winstead also did an excellent job explaining to us all the options on the cars, and scheduling appointments for service. I own a 2011 Hylander and if I decide to get that 2015 4Runner.....it will be Jay I will be asking for to sell it to me....Huge thanks, Jay!

We began calling last week to find out about a car listed in their used inventory. After good communication the first day, we made an offer. From then on, our phones calls were ignored and our offer practically scoffed at. We were within a few hundred dollars of the online price and we were turned down. The next day we were chagrined to find that they dropped the price online but still wanted to charge us $200 more than the new published price. Questions about the price difference went unanswered. We shall take our business elsewhere.

On Sept. 11 I went to Hudson Toyota to see what used cars they available in my price range and the style I wanted I was not planning on making my purchase that day. I was greeted promptly by Sam, he quickly found what I was looking for and convinced my to take a test drive. My husband and I returned later that day so he could test drive the Highlander. We test drove a prius and a corolla we liked the corolla better and picked it. After that th finance part went really quickly. Found this dealership on Autotrader. Was the best thing I ever did. They had the exact car I was looking for at a very competitive price. So much that I made the trip from South Western Iowa. Which was 650 miles away and almost 11 hour drive. Was so excited with the car I had purchased I loaded it and drove right back home to show it off. During my process Tom Kimmel and others at the dealership stayed in touch with me through email and Tom stayed in touch through text as well. When I arrived at the lot I was greeted outside by Tom. He asked about my trip, got me a drink and had me seated for business. While waiting just a couple minutes for the paperwork to arrive the best part happened. I got to meet the previous owner of my car as it happened to be another salesman that worked there. This made the deal even sweeter. Paperwork then arrived and I was in a managers Office and had keys and paperwork done in less than 10 minutes. Like I said was the greatest experience I've ever had dealing on a car. And I've had a lot of cars over the years. Would definitely deal with them again myself and recommend anyone else do the same. You won't be disappointed !!!!

My wife and I came in to research our opitons (new vs used) looking for best MPG within our budget. Chad listened to our needs and what we wanted. He was very friendly and showed us several cars. He worked with us and our budget and we are very pleased. To be completely honest, this was our 2nd stop, we went to another local dealership and looked at several cars on the lot. NO ONE came out to even ask if we needed help. It was an easy choice and we had no reason to shop around any where else. I came from Owensboro, KY to test drive a Toyota Camry, but my husband had to work late and was unable to come with me. Micah Perdue went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible. He told me to take the Camry home let my husband look at it and come back the next day. We bought the Camry and got fabric protection which they had to schedule to have it put on. Thinking about past experiences I thought okay they have sold the car and now comes the run around, but I could not have been further from the truth. Donna Winstead was the person I dealt with and she even scheduled me for Saturday when they do not do them on Saturday, but did so to work around my schedule. They even provided me a vehicle to drive while this was being done. Our experience with Hudson was a very pleasant one and I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a new Camry in September 2013. I have had three service experiences since purchase. The first service the green tire valve was missing after service. Reported missing part and was told to tell service when bringing it in for the next service. Second service was for oil change and tire rotation. I thought the cover that went over the lug nut was missing, however the service lady tells me it was the cover and the lug nut. Prior I reported missing part after service and was told to notify service the next time I brought the car for service. I was extremely upset after hearing that I had been driving my children in this car for 5000 miles to find out that there was a missing lug nut. The service lady apologized and asked if I would like to speak with the service manager. Chris, service manager, approached me about my complaint. Immediately he says that someone probably stole the lug nut off my wheel. There was no apology or concern for the safety of my family that the service department might have made a mistake. This was the second instance that I had with the service department failing to provide good quality work. I believe that I could have dismissed the green valve cover, but leaving a lug nut off the tire is unacceptable. Then being told that someone stole it off my car was insulting. He also told me that he didn't charge me anything for replacing the lug nut so the problem was taken care of to him. However, I was mortified by the lack of concern for the safety of my family and the reoccurence of mistakes by the service department. I asked the manager if I had to have my service performed at this dealership. His response was "No, looks like we are not going to get anywhere with this." Again his lack of concern for the issue at hand and lack of customer service skills were evident. He attempted to shake my hand and I refused and walked away. My husband did call the manager and confront him with the customer service issues and received a backhanded apology. He attempted to justify that there is no way that it could have been their fault because of the training his employees receive. MIstakes happen, acknowledge it. A simple "I am sorry and will make sure that it never happens again." would have been sufficient. But his lack of concern and negating that it could have been his service department ruined my first Toyota dealership experience. I will be filing a complaint through Toyota as well. My brother in law, who works for Toyota, encouraged me to file an official complaint. I encourage anyone who believes in good customer service to NOT go to Hudson Toyota in Madisonville for their service.

We went to the car lot to just look but found exactly what we wanted. Because Jay Mansfield had communicated with us by e-mail, we recognized him and introduced ourselves. He finished with another customer and came to help us immediately after pointing out a couple cars for us to look at. We test drove and discussed the deal. Jay realized we didn't want a long drawn out negotiation and quickly worked with us for a final agreement. Personally, I really appreciated this. Scheduled Service appointment for 4/8/2014 at 10:00AM and when arrived only to find out that they had entered wrong date. was told appointment was on 4/7/2014 which could not have been due to other appointments on that day. Had to leave vehicle for to be worked in. Had tires Rotated, but also have a noise when backing up. Was told as soon as it was mentioned that it was brake noise. If this is so then all Toyota Camry should make this noise, but I have talked with other Camry owners to find out that they do not have this problem. Not sure if Service even checked it out. Seems when I take my Camry in for anything other than a routine oil change or tire rotation it doesn't seem to important to the lady at the front desk. If this is the way it is going to be I will look for another dealership to do business with in the future. But for now while I have this one with the lifetime warranty I expect better service in the future upon arrival to have service work done. I also expect the job to be completed.

I have had my Dodge serviced three times since purchase, once for a problem, the other for routine service. Stacy Stallins has been great to work with, easy to schedule, unfailingly polite and cheerful. The work has been done in a timely manner and explained in detail each time. If you have bad credit buy from hudson. IF YOU HAVE GOOD CREDIT DO NOT BUY FROM HUDSON! Unless you do your own financing. I bought a base model, no I'm sorry chad said it wasn't a base model it was a step up called an apv model 2014 dodge journey from hudson. Over all Friendly staff while buying. However after I bought the SUV no sorry again chad said it was an crossover. I found out I was lied to and taken advantage of. Price wise! It had nothing to do with the options. Not friendly at all. Tom Kimmel was outstanding in locating this vehicle and assisting me with the purchase. The price was the lowest I had been quoted; and everything Tom stated was delivered as promised. Had an appointment for a specific time, got there 15 minutes early for a tire rotation and balance, oil change and headlight replacement and was there for over 3 hrs. Then I feel the the assistant manager lied to me in order to cover up the time frame. I normally would not write a negative review but this has happened the last 3 services that I have had at this dealership. It has been 4 days and I have a tire out of balance already. I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANY SERVICE OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.

I walked out to the car lot and was immediately met by Michael Moore who asked me what kind of cars I was interested in looking at and he showed me the Toyota corollas and the Toyota Prius C and explained everything about the cars and showed me all of the features on the cars. He gave me brochures on the vehicles and told me if I had any questions that he would be glad to answer them. He was very courteous and was able to answer all of my questions and when I came back to look again he was with another customer and Keith Clark helped me to make a decision on what car I wanted. So between Michael and Keith I got the car that I wanted and I am very satisfied with Hudson Toyota and the service that I received.

I just bought my 2nd Dodge Charger RT from Mike Smith. In 2010 when I bought my first one he went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer, and last week it was even better. Mike stayed after ours to get paperwork done so I didn't have to make another trip to Madisonville, and then he delivered my car to me when it came in. I found a 2014 Dodge Caravan on Hudson's website and expressed my interest on last Tuesday, Mike and a female rep contacted me with emails right away. I set up an appointment on Friday afternoon as it was the only available time slot in the afternoon in that week. I told Mike in email that I would like to test drive on Wednesday. Wednesday was Mike's day off but he told me his wife could take care of the kids if I could go between 5:15 to 5:30. Mike had the car ready before I arrived, Mike and his colleagues were all very friendly, I purchased the Caravan after test driving. I got a Lowes gift card for test driving, It was a very nice experience, I would recommend Mike Smith and Hudson Toyota and Dodge.

I bought a new Toyota Tundra because of resale value,dependability,looks, i have always owned a ford, dodge, or chevy product always happy at first but few years down the road nothing but regrets.So with people that i know and quit a bit of research i decided to go with toyota.Very happy with truck but not to impressed with sales experiance.The salesman seamed to be preoccupied with weekend planes, which i work also and dont blame him but i was there to spend almost forty thousand dollars'.I let it be known that a friend recommended hudson toyota and Andrew,for which he was supposed to receive a hundred bucks for and didn't.Also they put you in middle of show room to do business for every one to hear but they went into their own private office to do their numbers juggleing.I haven't had a dealership not to offer a few extras as a thank you for your purchase such as a hat witch my wife and i asked for and there reply was they were locked up so we will send you a couple in the mail been a month haven't seen or herd from hudson toyota yet about anything.Felt like here is your truck give me your money. They kept saying as if they was giving it the two year service for free but it doesn't matter where you buy toyota offers it not the dealership i felt they was trying to playing me for stupid.They also pushed there lifetime warranty but its not through the dealer and if its as good as there salesmanship i dont have much to look forward to if anything happens.

From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were treated as if we were life long customers. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful (traits you don't see much of anymore) as he talked with us about what we wanted. Being first time Toyota browsers, we were impressed with the selection and how Andrew listened to what we actually wanted (he did explain the difference well). We drove about 50 miles to check out Hudson Toyota because someone we knew said we would be surprised and happy with the customer service and the willingness to accomodate the buyer (it WASN'T a cut throat, exaggerate the brand type environment). We ended up buying the 2013 Camry LE and couldn't be happier. We do not like sales or the typical salesperson attitude and have walked out of dealerships because of it. Andrew was great to deal with and we enjoyed not only buying our car through him, but just talking with him. Donna was very helpful and walked us through other options (NOT a "you need to buy this now" attitude...VERY nice and personable) if we ever wanted to replace or improve things on our car. I hardly ever write a review for a business, but I wanted to recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a new (or used) car...It will be worth the trip. If they can't do something, they aren't afraid of telling you they can't because of losing a deal. So, in short, in our opinion Andrew did a fantastic job in walking us through our buying experience and Hudson Toyota is not a typical car dealership (attitude and enviornment). OK, Had a deal and something went wrong. We had travelled from Benton, KY only to find that the car they were holding for us was sold. So everything started off real bad. Then with the help of Micah Perdue and his Manager it all started to turn around. At first I really thought this was something like a bait & switch .... I could not have been more wrong. I was told they were very sorry our car had been sold only about 45 minutes earlier , after we started driving there. They seen right away we were upset as we really thought we had a good deal on the one we picked (new 2012 Prius 4) and were looking forward to driving it home. They then said "We will find you the exact car no matter where we have to go to get it and it will be the exact price". Again, I was waiting for the new price to be about a thousand more. No the exact same price, only we had to wait a few days so they could get it. OK, I said then I thought what happens if the car I am trading gets in an accident or something else goes wrong, no problem as they said just leave it here and we will give you a loaner to drive and then we will deliver your new car to you.We left in a new 2013 Prius 5 and went back to Benton. They did get the car and called to bring it to us, unfortunately my wife, Colleen was in the hospital, again not a problem they would bring it there. I met them in the parking lot, checked over my new car and the swap was made.So now you see why I gave them a perfect rating. Should in the future we are in the car buying business again, Hudson Toyota of MAdisionville is where we will start our journey.

Either of these two has been in the car business for many years; the two together represent a wonderful sales team. I was sent there by my oldest son who had purchased a Tundra in Dec. I had Stacey as my sales rep and he treated me with respect, like a real person. I was very disappointed in the customer service that I received from Hudson Automotive. Back in December I signed an agreement with them to purchase a vehicle. At that time they did not have exactly what I wanted but they assured me numerous times that they would find me one so I agreed to wait. They did not bother to check their sister dealership in Bristol who actually had the exact vehicle I was looking for. After I informed them of that they have now informed me that the price I agreed to was only good through the month of December and the actual cost of the vehicle would be approximately $2000 more. I was never told this at the time so in essence my waiting for them cost me a nice rebate and the vehicle I wanted whereas I could have been searching elsewhere. I would have thought they would do right by me as I had a signed agreement. If this is the way they treat their customers then I am surprised they are still in business. I feel as though I was completely taken advantage of and felt they should have honored the agreement. I gave them one last chance to make it right yesterday but they did not.

I had a bad experience with a larger dealer setup a few years ago as I had always just been used to dealing with usually just one guy for the entire deal. I was welcomed in a very prompt and efficient manner upon my arrival. After I first touched base with Zach Piper I felt a lot more at ease. He made me feel at ease about our negotiating which took a few back and forths. He did a great and professional job during the process. He was very patient with me as I need to have time to think about things more in depth than most I guess. While our numbers were sort of far apart at first, we eventually reached an agreement. Always informative, but not pushy. Pushy and pressure will send me out the door real quick. He was understanding of my point of view and I soon felt very at ease in our discussions. Prior to driving 90 miles to see the car I was interested in, Zach had made the initial follow-up from a website where I found the car. He just kept enouraging me to come down and see the car and after a few emails and a phone call I did. Zach is a very nice young man and all I had dealings with in the process were very polite, respectful, and professional. I was treated very well and most of all, I felt like I got very personal attention.

After a poor experience with a local dealer in Evansville IN, was very happy with the employees and good deal at Hudson. Zach Piper was honest and very responsive throughout the sale process. When we couldn't get there until after 6pm, Zach had the car ready for a test drive, and the staff happily stayed after closing time to complete the deal, wash the car, and fill the tank. Would recommend this dealer to anyone and will visit them first on my next car purchase.

Micah Perdue was one of the best sales person we ever met.Jerry Nash was the one that did all of the dealing and we feel he was very dishonest.We made the deal after talking for 30 minute about $490.00 better deal.He said my truck wasn,t worth what he said 3 weeks ago.This was 12-5-12 he said they did away with the $750.00 trade assist on 12-3-12 so he could,t do the $490.00 off. I said ok I have this &100.00 off coupon Hudson sent me in a email wil you do it,he wanted to take $90.00 off not $100.00.He final said I won,t let $10.00 dollars stand in the way.After talking about the $100.00 for 15 minute he said ok I,ll go and write it up.When we went in to sign the papers the balance due didn,t add up to what I had in my head.Al the numbers are not on the form I was to sign I ask the guy to show me the numbers and sure enough Jerry Nash didn,t take the $100.00 off.He said he wasn,t going to lose money on a deal. I guess that means lie, cheat or what ever it take.I wonder how many buyer,s got ripped off because they didn,t have the taxes,and all fee,s figure added up as out the door price.I was told they do the rebates and discounts at the first of the month, and they are still saying you can get $750.00 trade assist so now I know Mr Nash will say and do what ever it takes to make more money for Hudson I need to check with Chrysler to see if he lie about that.That practice here in Owensboro is why we came to Hudson in 2005 to buy our new Camry and back this time.I,am not saying I wil not come. Our test drive was informative and the offer on our trade-in was satisfactory. I inquired about a new Tundra via the Internet and was contacted by Zach. I drive from Clarksville, roughly an hour both ways, with full intention of buying a truck that day. Zach was nice enough but not very knowledgable about Toyota trucks, e.g. had trouble with questions about towing capacity and bed length. . All was going ok unlit it came time to come up with a price for my trade, a 2005 Z-71 Tahoe. The dealership offered only $7500, which was ridiculously low. Later the same day I went to a Toyota dealer in Clarksville and was offered $10,000 on a nearly identical Tundra. Zach must have thought I was stupid and attempted to explain the advertised discount price and trade difference somehow made up for the lowball price I was offered. Had I not been an experienced buyer and known what my trade was actually worth I could have easily fallen for it and been ripped off. I fear for less savy buyers and would certainally steer people away from Hudson Toyota. I could have taken the Tahoe to CarMax and sold it to them for $10K and done much better that at Hudson without even buying a vehicle from them.

I went just to look at a used Prius I saw on their web site but it had been sold.I test drove another Prius and they made the payments low enough plus they certified it with new tires ,changed the oil,etc. in all almost 800.00 in parts and labor for free.But later found the tires were not inflated properly and a wheel cover was loose.But that was a quick fix so all in all I am happy with the purchase.

It was a pleasure to work with Teri. I contacted her over the internet to inquire about a vehicle they had. She contacted me within a few hours of the email that I had sent to let me know that it was still available. I called Teri several times to ask questions about the BMW and she answered each question with patience and confidence. I explained that I would be driving approximately 225 miles to look at this vehicle and didn't not want to waste her time or my time if was not what I expected. She took the time to find the answers to each question and on one occasion even went out to verify one option that I had asked about, then called me back immediately. There was never any pressure when I was there to buy and Teri was very nice and professional. Her extensive knowledge is extremely helpful and I would recommend that if you are buying a car from Hudson that you ask for TERI!!!

I went to Hudson the worked to get me financed for a car, we got financed found the car we wanted and signed the papers and drove off the lot happy. A week later we got a call form the dealership saying that they have problems with the financing and we might have to return the carand two weeks later we had to return the car. I thought that when i sign the papers that the deal was done. We were disappointed in the way that they handled the situation and the way that we were treated by the dealership. This is the reason why I want be coming back to buy a car from Hudson Toyota.

My experience with Hudson's Toyota was very satisfactory, especially the nice relationship I had with the salesman, Stacey Carneyhan. He was very prompt and courteous in calling me on the phone to let me know the progress being made on finding a Tacoma that I specifically wanted to buy. He thoroughly answered every question that I had about the truck and the financial arrangements that would be made - I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a Toyota vehicle.Couple of random things: (1) I have been involved in buying automobiles and trucks from Hudson's for many years. The salesman and the office people were so nice and let me get what I wanted and not what THEY thought I needed. They didn't tell me to "go sit down in our lobby and someone will be with you later" like the last Toyota dealership did. After I bought the car the office lady made sure I knew how to work all the controls on the car before I left. She took time to help me and was not in a hurry to get me out the door. we loved our experences with Hudsons Toyota. We traded in a 2007 Nissan Versa for a loaded 2008 Toyota Prius. went in very nervious due to the last time we bought a car we had a bad experence. not only did the wonderful emploees make me feel better but they changed my outlook on dealerships. we got a great price for our trade in and a fair price on the prius we bought. we were in and driving out in about an hr yeah just a little over an hr was it. when we bought our versa we were at the dealership for 6hrs. they also got us a lot better intrest rate as well. they explained everything from the warrntys to being sure we knew how everything worked on the car before we left. they were upfront and honest with us and didnt try to hide anything from up no hidden fees and no tricks up their sleeves over all from the Harper's house we give them 2 thumbs up. well worth the hr drive there and the hr drive back.

WE had checked on the I-Net for pricing and had visited dealerships statewide in Kentucky and several in Indianna, and decided to drive the 80 miles to Madisonville,Ky (the short-route) after emailing Ms. Aud about our wish to trade in our 2009 Chevy Malibu, that we had bought new in Owensboro,Ky , and were very disappointed in the Milage, (It was supposed to get 32 MPG/Hwy) and it had never got it,(25-26 HWY/ 20 City), we had took it back to dealership for checkouts and only had 25,000 on it at the time of trade! Hudson gave us the max ammount we had been offered and (above the blue/black-book estimates on the Malibu). We had tried to trade it back to the Owensboro, Ky Automall, and it was obvious that they were aware of customer disappointment and were not really interested in trading for a Chevy or Toyota unless we basically gave them the car and paid them the Max amount for trade!!! The Hudson Toyota Staff and Teri Aud were the most helpful,Friendliest, group of Auto-Dealers I had ever worked with in over 38 years!!!Even after the final deal was on the paper, there was not any pressure, they told us to go home over night, think about everything, come back-or call.(they invited us to ask questions)!!ON the way home we stopped at the Owensboro,Ky and Evansville,Ind. dealerships and let them make 1 more play!! They did not come close to our Trade-in price or the balance price that we were to give for the deal,(1 dealer was actually 4800 higher). Also the Dealer incentives at Hudson cannot be Beat!!! We should have came here 2 years ago before buying the Chevy!! We have already emailed family and friends and informed them where they should go 1st before wasting a lot of time!! Thank Everyone there at Hudson and Teri Aud, The whole group made it a pleasure to work with them!! Signed a deal for a car and the dealer was bring in another car (not what we agreed on) and acted like it was the car we did agree on. BEWARE, read everything and trust no one. Afterwards they finally told the truth but the deal was off. Save yourself time and just go somewhere else.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!

Went to look at a truck that we seen online and spoke with a salesperson by the name of Stacey Carneyhan. He was very nice, well-mannered, and so helpful to us. We drove the vehicle and I liked it very much. We knew within the same day whether or not we were approved for the vehicle. We took it home that very night after we bought it. Purchased 09 camry salesman said he was going to find the second key and never did find 1 so we were left to purchase our own second key. a toyota dealership would not make and give us a second key. you would think they would take better care of their customers. we ask for second key they would not make one and give it to us but only sell us 1. poor management.

We saw advertised prices on a TV ad in Evansville and although Madisonville is a good drive away, we printed out internet coupons/ info and called to verify offer was as described. There were questions for salesman to check with a supervisor before answering and a clear response was given (ad did not match TV or coupon offer in reference to 'fully loaded' on TV ad or asterisked items of floor mats and power seat in coupon). The price still was reasonable and could not be matched in Evansville. We drove down, were warmly greeted by salesman Layne Smith, the person we had spoken to on the phone. He worked with us in having the vehicles we were interested in brought to test drive, walked us through paperwork and spent as much time as necessary with us. We did not feel pressured or rushed, even as the day was getting late. After the paperwork, we were handed over to Donna Winstead, the delivery coordinator. She was warm, friendly and took as much patience and time as needed to explain how various functions worked on the car. Her manner was greatly appreciated as it was late and we had a long drive home. We are very pleased with our visit to this dealership.

Well, I did it again! I have now bought a 2009 Yaris, a 2010 Corolla S, a 2011 Camry LE, and, just today, a 2012 Camry SE. All of these cars came from Hudson.I have bought four new vehicles of my own at Hudson and have referred five other people who ended up buying cars there. Hudson is batting 9 for 9! I have been very happy with my buying experience and so have the other folks whom I sent to Hudson.You just cannot go wrong by dealing with Hudson in Madisonville. They truly want to make you happy because they want you to come back for the next car you buy.Big Mike Smith was my salesman for the last three cars I bought there. He is a great guy to deal with. I told him he should name his next kid after me. :)A really nice thing about Hudson is that they DO NOT put pressure on the customer to buy. The customer is welcome to look, test drive, and then take his time to make his decision without someone hounding him by repeatedly asking him what it would take to sell him that car.Tom

Can't make a solid recommendation.When we made the agreement to purchase the used vehicle, we asked that it be detailed, and that we would pick it up the following day.When we arrived the next day, the sales person, Big Mike, didn't show for work, and the car had not been detailed. When we asked about getting it detailed, one sales person (who was very helpful) took the vehicle back to have it redetailed or at least cleaned. The car was reswept, but not detailed. When we arrived home, i spent about 1-2 hours wiping down the car, and removing all the dirt and dust from the dashboard, floor board, and just about anyone you wanted to touch on the vehicle.

Husdson Toyta had it`s inventory listed on the internet so I didnot have to run around and get prices on trucks. It saved me time and money in gas... I seen the truck I bought listed on thier web sight and went in and made an offer... There was no "pressured sales" They accepted my offer and that afternoon I brought it home..I had some dealings with a few "other" dealers in this area and they were not good ..Why buy from Hudson ? The customer service at Hudson Automotive in Madisonville, Ky. exceeds any that I have ever come into contact with before. They make you feel like you are the only customer in the store. Their knowledge of the vehicles they sell is outstanding. Also, if they do not know the answer to your question, they will work until they find that answer for you. If you had a rating above the (5) on your list, I would give this dealership an even higher rating. This dealership is not the closest one to me, but I plan to do all my business with these people. They are head and shoulders above the others I have dealt with in the past.

Since you asked-I am 41yrs old and I had a smile on my face you could not have knocked off with a tire iron after purchasing until I got about 10ft out of the drive. At what point in Toyota's multi-point inspection process that qualified this truck as a"certified" vehicle did they miss the fact that there is a cd stuck in the player? Or the fact that there is some kind of paint all over the vehicle inside and out. Luckily someone installed a spray in bed liner that I'm assuming covered the paint spilled in the bed but not between the tailgate and bed nor down the side of the bed near the bumper. I thought it was tire shine, I was wrong. Also, the truck came with a dealer installed leveling kit, aftermarket wheels and tires and step rails. The tires are not balanced correctly or something because between 40-45mph steering wheel "wobbles"-not the correct technical term I'm sure. But don't fret, Micah gave me a free balance card for Joe Heitz Toyota. So, when I get a chance to use one of my personal vacation days to have these issues addressed, I will. I bought this vehicle, my first Toyota, in good faith. Oops, you got me. Imagine that, a dealership got the best of a customer. I can promise you as sure as I am spending my time to do this, that I will politely return your truck to your dealership at the first twinkle in someone's eye of resistance or hesitation in resolving these issues. One more thing, now there seems to be some kind of metallic knock in the engine but I'm sure the service manager or mechanic will never hear it. Silly consumer hearing things-shame on me.

I will recommend Hudson to everyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle. Melissa was more than great; she was friendly, energetic, outgoing, and above all knowledgeable. She had the vehicles I wanted to look at available and when I told her I wanted a particular color she went in the back office for a few moments and came out with a list of dealers who had the car and said if I chose one they did not have in stock could get it.I have always been one to know what I wanted and what I qualified for and she was a bit surprised that a single mom of 4 was able to qualify for the 0% but I knew my credit rating and have bought a house on my own so I was sure I would.She gave us plenty of room when we asked for space to think it over and decide which we were going with. The paperwork was completed very quickly while the car was being detailed again and filled up.

First of all, I was told that the vehicle I purchased was a one owner vehicle and never been in a wreck. Come to find out it had been in two major wrecks and one minor.
