Please stay away from this place, especially if you are a woman! I spent all day discussing with the salesman Willie Stratton about trading in and purchasing a new vehicle. After confirming the amount for my trade in and the sale price of the new vehicle I agreed to purchase. I told them I was all set and approved through my bank and could send the info right over. He told me they only agreed on my price because they wanted to provide financing. I told them I would let them pull credit from three banks if they could beat my interest rate, with the obvious intention the vehicle would be being purchased. This all took place Friday into the evening. I understood I would be contacted in the morning. After running my credit THREE times they tell me they sold the vehicle. Please go anywhere else. I had made it very clear I was purchasing and was clearly prepared to purchase so now o have three new inquiries on my credit report and no car. Im sure as a woman they felt they could take full advantage of me. I have reported both the seller, Willie, and the dealership to both Chevy/GM headquarters as well as the Kentucky Motor Vehicle Commission that handles licensing.

It took nearly 2 weeks to get my car evaluated by the service department. But the team was able to fix the problem the same day it was looked at. Cindy and Mac helped throughout.

Went to trade a vehicle in and the salesman had no clue if we were interested in buying or not and started to run our credit. I told him we hadn’t even made a decision yet and he said he had to before we could even talk. We just bought my wife a new Ford that Tuesday and I was looking to upgrade as well! We walked out after he told me I was wrong about running my credit and wouldn’t talk to me if he couldn’t run it! My credit was in the upper 700’s and I don’t run credit till I know if we can agree upon a price.

I made an appointment online with the confirmation email to prove it and was told when I got to the service department at my appointment time that their online system wasn’t working and they would try to work me in. They said there was absolutely nothing they could do about the system not working and were obviously annoyed to have to deal with me. Neither of the representatives at the desk were friendly in any way. I had my vehicle serviced there previously and they didn’t seem to know what was done previously. Our truck is certified preowned and oil changes for the first year were free. I thought we were still in that period and the representative did not inform me we weren’t. I was surprised to get a $68 invoice when my vehicle was ready. All in all it was not a good experience. I certainly didn’t feel like a valued Chevy owner. I am disappointed in the entire experience.
