My 19 year old son was buying his first vehicle and found one that he liked at this dealership. I asked him to think about it for a bit before making his decision. After careful consideration and research the car that he liked at this lot was the choice for him. Since it was so close to closing time, he called the dealership and asked if he could go in the next day to purchase that vehicle and the salesperson said the car was still there and would meet him at 10 a.m. We got there the next morning and the car was still there, but the salesperson didn’t show up until 10:45. When my son asked for the car fax on the car, the salesperson informed my son that he sold the vehicle the day before, but would show him another. The whole thing was very shady to me, so we immediately left. Happy to report that my son found a new truck that he purchased and not from this place. Oh and the other car is still sitting on the lot 4 days after they said they sold it.

***DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING*** I bought a 2008 GMC from there and on the way home it threw an engine light. Then I noticed there was fluid leaking from underneath and it was shifting hard. I took it to GMC and found there was a bad catalytic converter, a bad transmission, an oil leak from the main pan gasket and a leak from the main seal. All of this is about $7,000 worth of work. When I bought the truck I asked multiple times If the truck was mechanically sound and they assured me it was. It’s not. I called them and explained to them what’s going on and of course they aren’t going to pay for it as they should. They are deceitful and very shady. Don’t do it.

We purchased a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan from Billy at Hyatt cars. He was very courteous and polite. I enjoyed the experience a lot. The vehicle looks excellent, runs and drives great! They give a 6 month full warranty in case anything happens. I am looking forward to building our credit and driving a great vehicle! If you go, ask for Billy.

DONT DO IT . It’s only been 3 weeks and it’s already sumthing wrong with it it’s not even drivable anymore. They are very inconsiderate once they have your money all that “great customer service “goes out the window they give you the run around and expect for you to come outta pocket to fix anything wrong with it. Better off goin to real dealers cause they just getting over on hardworking people
