I have been searching for a specific Make, Model and year/range, Corvette. After a few weeks of looking, I found one that appealed to me at Hyman Bros.on Broad Street in Richmond ,Va. I went there and they had several to choose from. I had chosen one before going there to check out, drove it and negotiated a trade sale with my F- 150 Pick up truck. Everyone involved with this Company were absolutely professional in every way. I am a retired business owner myself and was very impressed with thier entire Operation.In a fast moving world today where there are few businesses today that conduct themselves as organized and customer service oriented as Hyman Bros. I really enjoyed every person that I came in contact with,from the moment I walked in the door until the transaction was consumated.

I purchase a 2012 very low mileage Rav4. The car was immaculate and the buying process so easy and fast! Feel like I got a fair trade for my old car too. I take my cars there for service too and very much enjoy the experience. Will likely get all my future cars from Hyman Brothers!

Bought a used SUV. Was definitely the best looking on the market, took it home, check engine light came on, took it back and issues was rectified without any hesitation. Rare in this day and age to find a business standing behind what they advertised.

Originally internet shopping for a Mercedes C250 on Cars.Com. Saw several 2014 with relatively low milage out of CA. After reading reviews, was hesitant to follow-up without seeing one live. Stumbled on one locally at Hyman Bros. Called and spoke with salesperson "KC" Morris, arranging for a visit and test drive. The vehicle looked perfect and only with 7K miles. K.C. was very knowledgeable about the history of the vehicle, which helped to waylay all of my fears. I decided to pull the trigger. The dealership was clean and comfortable. My interactions with K.C. and the finance manager went extremely well, with the entire transaction completed in short order. I highly endorse the dealership and recommend K.C. in particular.

I was looking for a reliable car. Went to one of those dealerships that the sales guy couldn't give me a definite price and kept going back and forth to his manager. I had done my homework and knew I was getting the run around. I went to Hyman brothers and found a great car for a great price. I felt like I was buying a car from family. Antoine did a great job setting us at ease and proving a stress free car buying experience. I am not sure I can go anywhere else. The car was high quality and at a great no haggle price. I got a better deal then I would have at one of those other places. The loan process took some time but that's normal. They worked as fast as they could. No sales pitch. I felt like they really listened to what I wanted and it was the best car buying experience I've had so far. Get this, I had low pressure on my car tire before buying and through it was from the weather. It persisted a few days. Tried to fix it myself turns out the low pressure we thought was actually a nail. I called a week later explained the story of being sold a car with a nail in it. These guys step up to the plate and replaced my entire tire. Talk about integrity!

I saw the car I was looking for on cars.com. Contacted the dealership through the website. A knowledgeable salesperson contacted me right away and we set up the test drive. I fell in love with the car and wanted to make the purchase. I was preapprpved by my credit union but was offered services with the finance division and they worked to find me a lower interest rate with another financial institution and we proceeded with the documentation. It was a very fluid process. And was Short as well. The entire process was only about 3 hours. I was very satisfied with the salesperson Keven Morris as well as the finance manager Larry Bracy. I appreciated the dealership and their history as a family owned and operated dealership. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called Jim Systermann, Sales Consultant, and told him what I was looking for. Made an appointment for the following day. When we arrived the car was prepped and ready for a test drive. Took a short (5 mile) test drive and we decided to purchase the car. Jim was very knowledgeable about the car we were buying and the one we were trading. He then turned us over to Jimmy Dameron, Finance Manage, who was knowledgeable, thorough and fast. We arrived at 10:30 A.M. and left at 1:45 P.M. and had test driven a car, traded a car and purchased a car including a good extended warranty package. Jim and Jimmy treated us like old friends and the staff not directly involved with the transaction were very friendly. I recommend you consider Hyman Brothers, and ask for Jim and Jimmy. I highly recommend you consider them for all your car buying needs. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to all my family and friends. You won't be sorry!! Our experience was well worth the drive from Virginia Beach to Richmond.

We bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 7/02/2015, on that Saturday I found a large slit in the front tire, my wife took the car back on Monday morning and was told that it was safe to drive, I had a state inspector look at it and was told very unsafe, Hyman Bros. agreed to replace the tire with a new one so my wife took it in today and they replaced it with a used tire with half the tread as the tires on the rest of the car, so now I will have to buy a new tire to replace the used tire. Hyman Bros. you should be ashamed of your self's for even trying to pull this crap on your customers, Ok to buy from but customer care stops there, I won't buy here again.

We owned a Honda Odyssey for many years and wanted to trade our old car for a newer car. A pre- owned certified LTZ Traverse. We contacted and visited a couple of dealers, but they didnt have the car color or the options we were looking for. We werent in a hurry to buy and just wanted to find the right car for our family. My husband contacted Hyman Bros. to find out more about a Traverse they had that had all the options we wanted; unfortunately, we learned that this car wasnt certified we decided not to visit them. Rick Bradley contacted us to follow up on our decision and I let him know about our concern. Rick said that we should stop by to check the car out and discuss their vehicle Protection Options. Rick wasnt pushy at all and said that perhaps we would find a good coverage plan that would fit our needs. We are glad we stopped by. During our visit, Rick showed us the car and explained with detail everything we should know about it. What impressed me is that he was thorough and took his time to go over everything. He also talked with pride about the company and its owners and the history of the family business. It was a pleasant different experience. You know when you visit a dealership and the sales person approach you with a line conversation and treats you like you are one more person? Well, this is not the case with Hyman Bros. Rick was sensitive to our needs and wanted to help as much as he could. He showed honesty and integrity. Rick knew what we wanted and went all the all the way to try to help us. We also had a pleasant experience working with Jimmy on the insurance coverage plan. It was also nice to meet the owner who stopped by and chatted with us a little. We are so glad Rick contact us back and recommended that we check the car out and their coverage options! We wish all the dealerships had this professionalism, honesty and specially, this positive family feel environment!

The sales person was not there when I arrived. We did make arrangements. The truck did not start or was not prepare to sell. Being that it was an older truck they wanted 50 per cent down. And the truck really need a paint job talking about a few faded spots. As of today I have not heard from neither sales person.

Decent dealership...no haggling or should I go so far to even say not the typical high salesperson energy which was strange. Had a good selection of vehicles to choose from...even sent me a personal card after my visit.

I recently purchased a use Porsche Boxster S, having looked up and down the east coast. Hyman Bros. was nearly 400 miles away, but I'm very pleased I took the time to travel the distance. The car looked and drove great, but you just never know. The full inspection I had conducted here in CT showed me I purchased a car that was next to flawless. It was as fine a Porsche I'd find anywhere. And it was shipped in 2 days! Not that everyone will receive their car so promptly, I was more than happy about that. It arrived with a crack in the windshield that was identified by the transport co. Mr. Hyman had the windshield fixed up here in CT with no muss, no fuss. Based on my experience, you can't go wrong. No hassle, no hidden surprises (I don't fault them for the crack in the windshield), and a fair price. If you're looking for a high-end car, take a look at Hyman Bros. in Virginia. They have a remarkably impressive inventory incl Vettes, Mercedes, Porsche, etc.

I recently purchased a BMW from Hyman Brothers. I was somewhat reluctant to purchase the car, as I live 7hrs. away. My salesman Steve was great and walked me through the haggle free process. The car was Shipped promptly and I had no problems with the buying process. The car was exactly as described. When I received the car, the service engine indicator was lit. I took it to my local dealer, learning that it needed a $350 repair. My extended warranty covered $150 of the repair. I contacted Steve, and sent him a copy of the invoice. Hyman Brothers stuck by their 90 day warranty and mailed me a check for the remaining $200. No issues, no hassle. Regardless of where you live, I would definitely recommend this dealership!
