I enjoying the buying process at Hyman. I never felt pressured during my shopping and buying process. The team was friendly and polite. I would recommend Hyman to others. I had my car serviced at Hyman. I was treated like family. It did not take long at all. Overall, I am happy with my experience.

I saw a Corvette of interest on the internet and the next day stopped at Hyman Bros. Mitsubishi to look at it.Jim met me at the door and asked if he could help me. I did not time to take it on a test drive at that time and said I'd be back at 5pm later that day. When I arrived at 5pm the Corvette was ready to be driven and Jim was ready to go over the car with me. After the test drive I told Jim I was interested in buying the car. Then I met Dill (sales manager) who was also very polite and helpful. He said he would get me the best financing for me. I came back the next day and met Stuart Beecham. He went over all the terms of financing with my wife and me. All three employees, Jim Yarnell, Dill Asher and Stuart Beecham worked late that night getting me delivered which I consider to be outstanding as I live over an hour's drive away. Overall my buying experience was outstanding. A few days later I discovered my right sun visor was broken. I called back and spoke to Chris (the other sales manager) and he sent me a brand new sun visor to my home. He offered to have it installed for me but I advised him that I could install it myself. As a retired employee of a Ford dealership for 26 years, I know all too well what exemplifies great customer service. All of the staff members I mentioned went above and beyond to help me and make my buying experience very pleasant. They all went the extra mile. After a month of looking, we finally found the car we were seeking at a good price. We met with Harold Mack at Hyman Brothers on Friday for a test drive and negotiatedour trade-in and purchase price and purchased our car the following Monday.The staff were efficient and honest; making the car buying process the easiest we have ever experienced.

I went in after work one day because my car had a few recalls on it. I was expecting to have to make an appointment but they had everything they needed right then and there. They also provided me with an oil change and a Virginia state inspection all in one trip! Will definitely be coming here for all my future service needs!

I bought a pre- owned vehicle and it was in like new condition. I had minor concerns after driving for a day or two that were addressed by their service facilities and am well pleased. Harold was my salesman who was courteous and kept his word. Would either refer them or do business with them again.

Since Hyman Brothers opened a Mitsubishi dealership in South Richmond, I decided to service my Outlander Sport there. The service has been great. Personnel is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Plus, they keep me informed of upcoming repairs and potential maintenance. The prices are reasonable, too. Thanks for all you do. We now bring my husbands Mazda here. He loves them too!

Everyone at the delaership was absolutely amazing! The salesman really listened and understood what we were looking for and worked with our budget. He was very knowledgable about the Outlanders and went over everything so my wife and I could make a decision. He answered all of our questions and really made us feel comfortable. He even brought us bottles of water when we were waiting for the finance approval. We are looking forward to bringing our new car in for maintenance, we know we will feel at home. We would like to thank everyone for their help and we absolutely love our new car!!

We found the car we wanted on Cars.com and Hyman Bros was very helpful in arranging a few minor repairs before taking possession. It was a great price for a great car. I was turned off by the policy requiring a credit check be performed prior to test driving a vehicle. Is this practice customary? Each time a credit check is done, there is a potential compromise to the customer's credit. After several visits and discussions, the sincerity of my interest was demonstrated. I had informed the dealership that under no circumstances would I purchase a luxury or any vehicle without a test drive. Also, I informed them I would not be utilizing the credit option. Maybe, this policy should be posted if not changed.

I was in the market for a very specific vehicle, I had a checklist of certain packages, color etc. They had the car I wanted.Talking on the phone while at work wasn't possible, and they were super accommodating and communicated via email when possible.Harold & Gregory did everything they could to make my deal happen. And when I flew down to pick up my car, Harold picked me up from the airport, and pointed out some excellent places to grab lunch on the way to the dealership!Amazing buying experience!!

I called and made a same day appointment to have a Synthetic oil change done. I asked for the cost of this service and was provided with a $75 to $80 estimate. The service ended up costing $113 and when I inquired about the cost I was told the price of the oil was more expensive than it was the last time I got an oil change (the last time I paid $86). After the fact, I was provided with a buy 2 get one free oil change coupon, but that did nothing for the extra expense I spared after being provided an inaccurate quote. I will never pay over $100 for an oil change again, synthetic or not.

The cars and facilities were clean and inviting and the personnel very helpful. The salesman made choosing my mirage an easy experience. The dealership did a great job of helping an old woman with no credit history obtain the financing needed to buy the car. I couldn't be more happy with these guys and recommend them to everyone!

i had a recall on my 2016 Outlander. I showed up 15 min early for my appointment and Sam was able to get my car in right away. The work was completed in about 20 minutes and i was set to go. Very good efficiency and extremely nice waiting area / showroom area.

Harold Mack was pretty knowledgeable about the car that we purchased. The price of the vehicle was below market value. I felt confident that I did not get screwed on the deal. I did not feel pressured to buy. We plan on purchasing another vehicle from Hyman Brothers in the future. It was a good buying experience.

Im was very impressed with all the individuals that I worked with and there focus on completing that task given them..whether it was helping me pick my car or on the other side with some issues that occurred after the purchase. Expect over priced vehicles...and if you have a trade...don't expect much on the appraisal. Facility is cramped to say the least...hardly any room to park. Also located in a VERY busy part of Midlothian Tpke. Overall...I would say...pass this place by!
