Mathias made it easy! Got a good car for my daughter at a great price and never once felt like they were jerking me around. Kept his end of the bargain and communicated with me when a light came in that needed replacing. Easy, inexpensive, and courteous service.

Incompetent in every way imaginable. Bought a car in July which they were not honest about, they lied about numerous things including the repairs the car would need and the work that had been done. Their manager Misty is one of the most frustrating people I've ever met. They said the car had been detailed but it was filthy and she argued up and down that it was clean. The tires were on their last legs and part of our deal with them was that we'd get tires at a wholesale discount. They ended up being just as expensive and they took so long to get back to us about the tires that one popped on the highway as we drove to get the new ones. They are unreliable in every way: we drove 90 min back to the dealership 2 different times (after the tire appointment) after being told they had our plates in the office and then sitting there for 40 min while they bumbled around having no idea where our information or plates were (Misty claimed maybe they had been mailed, but no one had any idea). No one had any clue what was going on, no one was ever available to help us and then they didn't even have our plates when we drove back multiple times. An additional TWO MONTHS LATER, after bothering them over and over again, they finally "had our plates" again and we still waited for nearly an hour for them to literally have 4 people look through the same messy filing cabinet to find it. Incredibly ridiculous. Oh, and it took WEEKS to hear back about anything. Seriously, we would never in a million years recommend this dealership to our worst enemy. Good thing we like the car, no credit AT ALL to this horrendous business.

Staff is amazing and the car selection is the best in Utah! I looked through car gurus to see which cars had the best deals and literally 10 out of the top 13 we're here. I showed up and I needed a car that day so I knew I had no negotiating power- not a position that feels great. BUT it didn't matter, I found a car I liked for a good deal and yes, there were additional fees, but I was shown- and I knew as well that I was still getting a good deal. They agreed to fix the windshield and get me a good deal on tires. However, the day after I drove it off the lot my headlights stopped working. YET when I told my car salesman Jude he said "get it up here ASAP and let's fixed it." Didn't charge me anything. Amazing service and amazing people

I was referred here by a friend and I am so grateful I was. I don't have good credit at this moment, but it is improving. I looked at a few cars I qualified for and picked one. I put a downpayment on it while they were fixing a minor issue. I went home and started reviewing my choice. I didn't like what I was seeing about this particular car. The young man had told me before I put down the payment, that it was non refundable but I could apply the payment toward a different car there if I changed my mind. The next morning I called him and told him my concerns and how I felt I jumped the gun too quickly. He was so understanding, I told him all the things I was looking for in a vehicle. He spoke to his team and they found the perfect car for me AND made sure it was in my budget. This isn't your typical car dealership. There is NO pressure. The sales price you get is so reasonable and you could be paying thousands more, for the same year, make and model at one if those bigger name dealerships. I tell everyone where I got my car. And sending folks there. 😊

I visited this place yesterday, looking for a specific model. I made a cash offer and the Agent named Danny said no to the offer. What took me by surprise the most is that I asked him "What is the best deal you can give it to me for, what is the lowest you can offer it to me for?" and he simply said "the sale price" he did not try to negotiate the price or apply any discounts for a car that was going to be paid cash in hand. At that point I understood that the agent lacks sales skills, because the price can always be negotiated, specially since they buy their vehicles mostly from auctions. Which is sad that agent did not know how to negotiate since I was looking to purchase that one vehicle now and a couple more down the line for my family members that are relocating to the state. It was not just one sale that walked out the door. That being said and being fair, this dealership was recommended by a friend, and I see really good reviews here. I won't bash the dealer, I will just acknowledge that the sales agent that I met with lacks training and sales skills. I did like that the dealership allows you to freely test drive the vehicle, no pressure while you test it.
