Had a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Was very slow to respond but understand owner was out of town. Had a vehicle picked out and was gathering paperwork for Insight. Drove back from Montana to get paperwork over and they had sold the vehicle. Amazing that it took 3-4 days for progress to be made since owner was out of town but wouldn’t wait (or care to inform me) for me to drive back from Bozeman (10 hrs). Normally, would understand but when you are the reason for delays and I had to leave for family matters, don’t sell from underneath me. If the owner was in town the sale would have been completed prior to my departure.

This place is hands down fantastic! We are thrilled with how the transaction with our new car was handled from beginning to end, including follow up after the car was purchased. Scott is extremely professional- knowledgeable, friendly, and, engaging with his customers. Rare in this day and age to spend the time he did with us making us feel like family and welcome in his shop! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! I was told it was not possible to change my oil without getting a new oil pan. I had them change out the oil pan, but the oil pan leaked. I brought it back, and they put another oil pan in. Again, I found out the oil pan leaked, which they had discovered. They didn't have one in stock so I drove home and tried to create an appointment. Scott told me his shop is closed, and would not take me. He told me to try taking it to a NAPA care center. I ended up taking it to a NAPA care center, and the shop said the oil pan was warped, and couldn't believe it was put on in the first place. I'm now on my fourth oil pan in 15k miles. If the shop is closed, I'm confused how it is even still open then. Insight also told me I had a bad power steering leak, so I trusted them, and had it fixed. I did not have problems with power steering before this, but now since it's been "fixed," I have issues with power steering. I've had two shops tell me that I need the entire system replaced. The power steering was replaced a year ago, maybe less. 10/10 would not recommend this place for car repairs. I've burned through thousands of dollars on only faulty repairs.

We met the owner shortly after my husband had completed chemo. We were in the market for a new pickup. He not only brought us a vehicle to our home to try, when we decided we wanted it, he brought all paperwork to our home and even put the license plates on because my husband wasn't able. We love our new pickup! A few months later we decided to purchase a new car. Because we had such a great experience at Insight Automotive, we contacted the owner and found exactly what we were looking for again. He took our trade-in and handled the paperwork without any problems! Again, we were so impressed with our purchases, that we would never go anywhere else. We have also done all service needed, like tires and oil changes, at Insight Automotive. I call and make an appointment and have never had to wait. I would recommend Insight Automotive to anyone looking for a new vehicle or needing service on their vehicle.

What an amazing car buying experience! Scott personally stayed involved from the first email to the final signing for the purchase. I felt like I was buying from a family member. The car is pristine (my first corvette!) and he walked me through the features and a lot of history about Corvettes. This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. Even if you don’t make a purchase, getting to meet Scott Middleton is worth your time! He is just a very nice knowledgeable person!

I bought my first car at Insight Automotive and I was very pleased with the good service and excellent help I received. I came in stressed out and confused of what to do. I didn know a thing about cars or about buying one. Insight Automotive provided me with the knowledge I needed and the assurance that I was in capable hands. Scott was friendly and helpful, and walked me through the credit process on my first loan. Insight Automotive is the best!

I had a wonderful experience with Scott Middleton and Insight Automotive! I built a relationship with Scott over the period of time that he helped walk me through the process of buying a vehicle. I plan on buying many more vehicles from Scott at Insight Automotive since I now look at him as a trusted friend that I value. It's one thing to just buy a vehicle from a random individual, but it's another thing to buy a vehicle off of a great person that I consider trustworthy.

I contacted Scott about the Laredo and met him that evening to look at the vehicle. Scott is not a typical car sales type of guy. There was no pressure and he had all the service records. We recently purchased a used truck from Insight Automotive to meet the size requirements of our growing family and to allow us to continue our outdoor activities. Our search began on Insight's website followed by our request to be notified of any used trucks that met our specifications. Insight Automotive personnel contacted us soon after to discuss truck requirements and potential options that were available locally and nationwide. We worked with Insight to obtain the vehicle we wanted at a great price. We have purchased many used vehicles in the past from dealers around the state and Insight personnel provided the best experience so far. Scott, Jeff, and Todd provided a personable experience that is hard to find when purchasing a vehicle. We never felt pressured to purchase a certain vehicle, warranties, or other items. I recently purchased a loaded 2005 gmc crewcab truck from Insight Automotive. This was the first time I had used the internet to purchase a vehicle. I was a little aprehencive to purchase sight unseen over such a great distance and having to import it into Canada.Scott was very friendly, helpfull and patient. The vehicle was as advertised and in great shape, quadrasteer equiped and supercharged. It works great and I am very happy with it.Scott got me all the information for the import and Canada customs that I had requestedHe made it a very enjoyable experience.
