We bought a low mileage 2006 BMW convertible sight unseen which they delivered to us. Was a leap of faith of course since I hadn't seen it in person. Buying process was reasonably easy, not a negotiation type of dealer. That is fine with me, I just expect the car to need nothing when I buy it. Unfortunately that was not the case even though I was told it was all set mechanically. I have owned many BMWs, especially older ones, so I'm familiar with their needs and expected certain things to be done proactively. I didn't expect it to need brakes, tires be very under inflated, air and cabin filter were filthy and one of the wheels was stuck on the car, telling me it could not have been inspected very well since the wheels need to come off to do that. I tried 3 times to reach out to them to talk about it. They ignored my emails each time. Even sent to two different emails: one for the salesperson Walter, other to dealer email. Totally understand this is a 15 year old used car, but the price we paid was for a car ready and safe to drive. This was neither. Did the work myself and parts alone cost me $500. Shame, we buy a lot of cars and we were hoping we found a place to come back to.

Awesome dealer, manager Walter was super easy to work with, quick financing and smooth sale through-and-through. Would highly reccomend to those with a more distinguished taste for European motoring excellence.

They have a great list of very high end vehicles but they want to lock you into their dealership for a purchase like a real estate agent. They seemed to be more willing to help me depending on the level of vehicle I wanted. But in fairness this place is only for very serious, high end buyers.

Went in for service. Absurd hourly rate (something like $130 an hour), and they misdiagnosed a loose ground wire as an alternator fault. Don't bother.

This was an amazing experience. We found the exact car we wanted in Kenosha and we are in Denver. They held the car until we flew out a couple days later. Car was in PRISTINE condition. Mark was friendly and very patient. He went above and beyond, knowing we were going to drive back got us an early oil change, met us after hours, got our wheels done for a great price (blacked out). We got an AMAZInG deal on the price. We drove the car back, the car made it a dream road trip. This was such a good experience they are shipping a car for my mom this week, too. Highly recommend and if I could I would keep this my secret, but these guys deserve the accolades.

I found the car online and called Mark. Didn't take long to realize that he wasn't giving me a sales pitch but was being honest and straightforward. Mark and I negotiated and worked out having the car delivered. We completed the deal by phone, email, text and he delivered the car to my home from Kenosha, Wisconsin to New Jersey in less than a week. The car arrived as expected. The minor flaws a used car has were present but no surprises. Car arrived as described.Couldn't be happier. Would recommend them to anyone.

Mark LaMacchia and his team at Auto Sports & Imports in Kenosha have a nice hand-picked selection of quality imports. They have their own service area so all vehicles are inspected when they receive them. Mark was flexible in staying a little late to accommodate my schedule to see the cars. Overall, a good buying experience.

Bought a 2007 Audi RS4 with 89k miles through them. It's a rare car and we had to travel from Foley, AL to see it. The car was as described online and I was pleased with how it ran, drove and looked. They worked with us on the price and we were able to make a deal. They shipped the car down to Alabama for us. There is a European specialty mechanic on their site; they do full multi point inspections on each vehicle and do repairs when necessary. They had no problem letting me test drive the car even though I am a young male. Special thanks to Mark for his patience and cooperation in answering my many emails, text messages and face to face questions during the buying process. Overall, straightforward car dealer that is willing to address your concerns. Great German cars.

Just drove 200 miles round trip to purchase a vehicle from Auto Sports & Imports. So glad I did and would do again - in a heartbeat. The vehicle will most likely have a "long and healthy" life - it's a Toyota. But the dealership and sales specialist Mark LaMacchia are what made the trip worthwhile. Shopped on line and found they offered the best deal in all of southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. I went to see the vehicle suspecting the possibility of problems since is was being offered at such a good price. So pleased to find its condition just as shown in the photos. This is a smaller dealership that offers personalized service you don't often receive. During the transaction, I had a personal issue come up. Mark was extremely helpful assisting me in resolving the issue....going above and beyond. Even after the contract was signed and the deal was done. I had been in the market for a used E Class for the last couple of months and stumbled upon the car I was looking for at IEMG. I contacted Mark to discuss trade in, financing, and the process overall. From the beginning of the process to the end, Mark and staff were excellent to deal with, responsive, and even willing to go above and beyond on a repair of the purchase vehicle to guarantee the sale. Their low pressure, professionalism is exactly what the car sales business needs much more of! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a used luxury vehicle in the SE Wisconsin/Northern Illinois area. I fully intend to purchase from International European Motor Group again.

Rachel and Steve made the sale of my auto a breeze - from dealing with all the paperwork and being very helpful by paying on delivery when I forgot to pay the shipper when my vehicle was collected! Payment was sent through very quickly by electronic transfer & they offered me a fair price on the vehicle - thanks!

Walter made the buying purchase a breeze. Not having the time to visit & see the car in person, Walter gave me a very thorough and accurate description of the vehicle. Transport was arranged and very reasonably priced & delivered promptly as promised. No issues with the vehicle at all - exactly as described & in amazing condition for a 2007 with 90k miles - looked like half that wear! The only minor issue was an internal switch damaged in transit - Walter mailed me out a replacement within a day of raising the issue - I really can't fault the customer service here. Will gladly purchase from here again!

The only way to buy a great valued European car is through a small dealership with great expertise and low overhead. You can buy a car below value that has been professionally serviced by certified and licensed mechanics...in my case, trained in Germany by Mercedes Benz. Why pay more for the same quality of service. This is a small town feel dealership next to a major city...its worth the drive to save and get personal help and attention. I highly recommend for your next transaction that you stop here first.

Just pruchased a BMW Z4. Walter Miller was incredible to work with. Unusual circumstances caused delays on my part. He was most gracious and understanding. Most of the transaction was accomplished by phone and email. He was always quick to resond, and a pleasure to work with. No surprises and exactly as described when I arrived to pick it up. Well worth the 2 hour drive. I will definitely recommend this dealership and would return if I ever thought I could possibly get tired of this car!!!

I purchased a 2006 BMW 325xi over the internet without looking at it. I was skeptical at first when I called because the price of the vehicle was over $1500 less than anywhere I had seen. But the second I spoke to Walter, I had a good feeling. He was an absolute gem. A hassle free transaction and when we received the vehicle, it was perfect. I've had bad experiences buying used cars from dealers. This is only the 2nd time I've had a good experience with a dealership. I have International European Motor Group's number saved in my phone because I'm definitely buying a car from them again. They even let me store the car there for 2 weeks while I finished off the payment. Couldn't ask for a better dealership...easy going, no hassle, extremely polite and most important...HONEST! Thanks!

good experience, came away a happy camper in that i got the car i wanted, at a good price with good customer care, walter was knowledgeable, easy to work with, reliable, honest and flexible.......will definitely consider buying, again, through walter/business, will recommend to friends and family and will consider going back, though a good distance, for service as well......

I purchased a 2008 bmw 535xi from this dealer and walter did an excellent job responding quickly and honestly to all of my emails and phone calls. I have purchased vehicles online before and always do tons of research before I buy and not once did they let me down. The car was exactly as described and what I expected with no surprises. I got a great price and they even took care of the financing for me with a great rate! They were very polite, knowledgable, professional, and just a pleasure to do business with! I purchased my beautiful '05 A6 4.2 from Walter/International European Motor Group last year. Since my purchase, I've received nothing but excellent responsiveness to my service inquiries and accommodating appointments for scheduled maintenance. I can't speak highly enough about the service technicians and Walter Miller (Operations Manager). They're an excellent team and hold high standards for their vehicles and the services they provide. The dealership/shop is well maintained and provides a relaxing atmosphere to relax during service. As to the vehicle line-up they have: with each visit, I wish I had more room in my garage...as there are quite a few I would love to have the keys to. My wife and I are already looking forward to another purchase from IEMG. When our next purchase comes with IEMG or a service experience deserves a review (bad/poor/good)- I'll try to pass this along ASAP. Cheers IMEG

I recently bought a nice car at a fair price from International European Auto Group (IEAG). IEAG allowed me to take an extended test drive to have the car raised on hoist for inspection at my mechanic's garage. This helped solidfy my buying decision. When I am back in the market for a car or in need of repair I will be calling on IA.

After an exhausting search (online & local) my wife and I landed in the lot of International European Motor Group. Initially, we were targeting a wagon for purchase, but after taking a peek at the beautiful vehicles available we moved forward with an Audi A6 at IEMG. Now Ie dealt with many dealerships and salesmen in the past, but have never felt like a customer vs. a number until my online and in-person interactions with the sales/business manager Walter Miller. *To our surprise, many of my colleagues have used and continue to use IEMG as their preferred dealership. Wee had the Audi for just over a week, and love it more each time the ignition is started- solid vehicle. To my surprise, Walter Miller continues to follow up confirming 100% satisfaction and opens the channels to address any questions or concerns. Those channels will definitely continue to stay open, as I look forward to scheduling maintenance/service and buying that wagon through IEMG. I will update my review should a situation warrant, however, I have no doubt that IEMG will take care of us throughout the years as they have with the purchase of this pristine Audi. Side note we did take a eekat 90% of their vehicles on the lot, and although we didn test drive themhey all look like they just arrived from the assembly line. I recently purchased a car from this dealership thru a Sale Manager, Walter Miller and this has been my most disappointed car buying experience. Walter was NOT honest about the car condition. He stated that there was no paint job to the car but when it was delivered to me (from WI to CA), the car actually has two paint jobs around the rear quarter panel areas. Also, there was noise coming from the front vents that he also did not disclose (he guaranteed that the car was mechnial/electrical issue free). I'd requested them to stand by what they advertised and of course they backed down and refused to pay for the fix-up. It was my first time and also last time dealing with this DISHONEST dealership. I would NOT recommend anyone to International European dealership.

Was looking for a lexus hybrid and found one through this dealership for a fair price. Researched Walter and his staff and found that others had a good buying experience. Had several interactions through phone and email and ended up purchasing the car. It was not nearly as scary as one would imagine. Walter and his staff were helpful, attentative, and prompt with everything on their end. Reputable company, reputable people. Buy with confidence. Gotta go, It's the weekend now and it's my turn to drive the Lexus. Chow!

We had been looking for a very specific vehicle for more than three months and had to expand our area to more than 500 miles before we finally found the perfect one at International European. Because the vehicle was 300 miles away, we worked with Walter exclusively over the web and phone, including handling an out-of-state trade-in. The negotiating, financing and purchasing experience was all so smooth that it seemed too easy. We showed up on a Saturday morning with our old truck and left 30 minutes later with our fantastic new toy! The entire staff was professional, friendly and interested - you really appreciate the small size of a dealership at these times. They made our buying experience so simple and painless that we'd be willing to make the trip again next time we need a vehicle.

Walter was kind, patient and a true profesional. I've purchased my last three vehicles from luxury dealers and honestly, IEMG takes the cake as the best all around experience. Walter went over and above to help with additional items I wanted and the Mercedes was even better in person than I had imagined. Good people, great vehicles and a very smooth buying process. Called on the phone, nice people, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable, gained my trust, left a deposit. Went up that weekend, car was just as they said, signed the papers, and drove home. 1 month later, car is even better than it was the day I got it. Have never been able to say that. Just awesome, great deal on a great car and nice and easy transaction. Will be back.
