Arrived 1 hour late for an oil change before closing. I drove from Boston to Bedford after work and it took 2 hours to get there. I did call to say I would be late. However, I was stuck in traffic on Rt 293 because of a car accident. I arrived at 530 and they close at 6am. I asked if they could PLEASE take me and they said yes. They did a quick oil change and even accepted a coupon I had. I am so grateful for this kind gesture and quick service considering they were close to closing. Thank you so much!!!!!!It mean a lot to me. This is why I drive all the way to NH from Mass for my service on my Lexus Hybrid. You were all terrific!!!! Can't thank you enough. I was looking for a hard to find used car which this dealership had available. I called and arranged for an appointment to see the car. I was assured by Curtis Sternitzky, Internet car specialist, that the car would be available. Here is the pasted note from the dealership-- "This is a courtesy email to remind you of your plans to visit Ira Lexus of Manchester Saturday, July 9th, at 4:00 pm. The Subaru Outback, stock number D1230457 will be here for you to see and drive". I live 5 hours away (10 hours round trip), so, before I left, I asked for confirmation that the car would be available to see. I had a phone conversation with the dealership at 9:47 am on July 9. I confirmed my expected arrival time and was reassured the car would be available. My son and I arrived around 2:30 pm and when I asked to see the vehicle, I was informed that it had just been sold (the car was still on the lot and the paperwork hadn't been done). I had been assured in writing and had confirmed by phone that very morning that the car would be available for me to see. I had made it clear that it was a significant trip to make and despite confirming that the car would be available, they still sold it before my expected arrival. I asked to speak with the manager as I had made a significant effort to see the car and wanted to understand why they decided not to keep their word (or even extend me the courtesy of calling me while I was on the road to discuss the situation). I could view the manager, Edward Stockel, in his office and instead of coming directly to discuss the situation with me, he made me wait 20 minutes while he played around with papers on his desk and spoke with employees who would come in and out every few minutes. I finally became upset enough to go directly to his office and ask to speak with him. He denied that I had been assured the car would be available and that they don't do that. I showed him the email and the time of the phone call that morning. He then told me that there was nothing he could do about it. If this was a side of the road used car dealership, perhaps I should have expected this type of customer service, however, this is a Lexus dealership and my experience is that Lexus requires a higher level of customer service and commitment to its customers. This is the only reason I even considered such a long trip for a used car. Obviously a bad experience for me, but I would suggest that, at the very least, other customers should be suspicious of this dealership's ability to conduct internet sales. That being said, I think there is a more important point here. I would recommend to anyone considering the purchase of a Lexus automobile to consider how much dealer integrity and customer service is important to them. A Lexus is a significant investment and, in my opinion, the relationship with your dealer is vital. There are at least 4 other Lexus dealerships in the greater Boston area and you might want to consider a dealership that is more trustworthy and stands by their commitments.

This is the second car we have leased from Ira Lexus and the people we have dealt with have been gems. Jose the man who called us in January to remind us our lease would end in July and we could do something about it in January, we decided to wait till April, was most helpful in trying to get us a good deal. He handed us over to Joe, a very seasoned dealer who was more than patient with my tantrums concerning the 2016 Lexus 350's inside. Someone in Japan has decided Americans want a variety of patchwork colors in the inside of their cars and for good measure have added some highly polished wood of some sort which sorry to say looks like plastic. Poor Joe had to show us several variation before one was just acceptable not loved.The Jose in the financial office was great to work with very low key no heavy sales pitch.And of course we love Josh Marquis the person between our car and its service.So if I was to get another car of course that is where I would go.

Making a long story short I was in for service on my certified Lexus which resulted in a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately I was side swiped in the loaner ( an accident which I have proof was not my fault). When I returned the car to tante dealership everyone acted as if I purposely ruined one of their loaners. I apologized profusely and provided all the documentation to show I wasn't at fault. When I took my own car home there was still issues- so I made an appointment to bring it back. The service manager advised they would set me up with another loaner. I advised that if it would only be an hour or two I had no problem waiting. When I went it in was clear It would take longer- so I asked for the loaner that I was previously offered.Ed stocked ( gm) called me over in a hasty tone and was shaking in anger. He furiously said they would not service my vehicle unless I waited. I asked why and he angrily said he had damage to his other loaner and he would not give me another. Keep in mind I was getting work done on a certified Lexus.He continued to tell me to leave and go to another dealership ( 1hr 30m) away. This is seriously making me second guess buying another Lexus ( even though I love it!). And not the way a GM should be acting toward a customer.

I am from New York and brought my car in late one afternoon for a tire fix. They checked out car thoroughly and quickly and discovered a potential catastrophic mechanical problem. They got the job part overnight and fixed it by 845 am so I cojld drive back to NY as scheduled. And gave me great loaner firivernight use. They were extremely responsive, informative and helpful and we t oug of the way to get my car back quickly. A milllion kudos!

Very happy with our 2012 rx350 so far. Salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, seems to know the product and brand. I could not come to terms on a trade in from the manager so had to drive 2 1/2 hours back home with my wife and I in separate vehicles. Price offer on our trade in was insulting, 3500-4000 below trade in book value. Sold next day for cash. I really like the LEXUS brand. The whole purchase took 5 1/2 hours including test drive.

My buying experience at Ira Lexus was the easiest and most pleasant I've had in my 40 years of purchasing a vehicle. My sales person was ready for me and had the vehicle parked in front waiting for me to arrive. There was no "back and forth" between the sales person and manager to haggle over price. Everyone was very pleasant, friendly, and made it a quick, easy, and painless experience.

I recently purchased a used IS250 from this dealership (Nov 2015). I initially put a deposit on my car because the sales staff seemed attentive and they were not overly aggressive.The night I went to pick up the vehicle was a week night after work. My sales person was expecting me, however, when I arrived she was busy with another couple. I arrived around 6:30pm. All I wanted to do was sign my papers and get out of there! I waited for an hour before my sales rep even came over and said hello. Then another 20 minutes or so for her to finish with that couple and start the paperwork with me. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for their finance guy to finish the paperwork with me. All in all the paperwork should have taken about 20 minutes (which it did last time I bought a car!). By the time the dealership finished my paperwork their garage had closed and so they told me they could not inspect my car. Why my car was not inspected BEFORE I picked it up was beyond me! My sales person offered to reimburse me for the cost of an inspection elsewhere as I live an hour away and did not want to drive back.The next morning, after purchasing my car, I looked at their website, out of curiosity to see if my car was still posted. Not only was my car still posted, but for a lower price than I had paid the night before. I called the dealership to inquire about a refund and the finance guy I had worked with the night before tried to make up excuse after excuse as to why he would not provide a refund on the different amount! The different was about $500. Eventually the guy did send me a check, but it was about 3 weeks later and for about $50 less than it was supposed to be. I chalked it up to bad customer service and moved on.I also got my car inspected at another dealership, and it cost half what they charged me at the Lexus dealership. I sent my sales person proof that I had the car inspected and requested a refund for what I had paid them to do the inspection. She sent me a check for the amount of the inspection that another dealership had done. She should have reimbursed me for the amount she had charged me considering I had to use my time to go inspect a car they should have had inspected for me when I went to pick it up!Overall, I really dislike this dealership. I'm not upset about the money that they sheisted me out of, but I am upset about their lack of customer service. If you're going to pay $30k for a used car then then I would expect to be treated with a little more dignity!The last laugh is on them though, I absolutely love my Lexus and will definitely purchase another one in a few years. It won't be from Ira though! :)

6 weeks ago my wife and I drove more than an hour to be on time for our designated appointment with Joe Cardello to test drive a new LS460. We waited a long time while an assistant sales person searched" to find an available LS460 to test drive all along while Joe was working with another couple. It was clear to us that no one was prepared for our appointment even though upon arrival we were greeted and told we were expected. After one hour of waiting we stated we had other pending obligations but would still be interested in a test drive, then departed. There was no follow-up contact or apology from Joe. We were never contacted by anyone from the dealership. This lack of respect is appalling. Even though we live a long way from Boston, two weeks later we purchased a new LS460 from a greater Boston area dealership. I have never rated any business for any review with a one star, and I am hesitant to do so, but IRA Lexus of Manchester truly earned this one star rating.

Ken Vessell and the entire service team were great. I came in for a normal 10k maintenance, and had a great experience. No pressure or no feeling of being sold anything. Just a straight forward experience which I think is much needed for an industry that is ridden with such a negative light. Ken even went as far as calling me to let me know that the inspection sticker was coming due, and advised me that they could take care of there at the dealership... Ira Lexus has earned a loyal customer not only for the buying experience, but for the servicing too. Top notch service! I will be sending referrals.

We drove 3.5 hours from Northwest Vermont to Ira Lexus in Bedford NH to look at a 2013 ES350. I had stopped by the dealership a month ago and met Mohamed as I was driving home from Massachusetts. They didn't have a car at that time that I was interested in, but as soon as one came in, Mohamed gave me a call. He is such a polite person, charismatic and knowledgable. They were very busy Saturday morning when we arrived, but he still provided excellent service without trying to pressure or rush us through a decision. I also want to extend a thank you to Jose who was very patient and respectful through the negotiation process. I feel we got a good price for our trade-in and their cars are priced to sell. Before we drove the car off the lot, Mohamed made sure I felt comfortable with the navigation system, even helping me program in my home address and setting up bluetooth with my iPhone. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming, starting with the woman at the reception desk who had a big smile when we walked through the door. I'm Lexus loyal, and now I'm Ira of Manchester loyal too!

I am giving this dealership 2 stars instead of 1 only because I do like the car I bought. This is the 6th car I have leased and purchased in my life, and I can say this was hands-down the worst car buying experience I have ever had. During our first trip to the dealership on a slow, rainy Sunday, the process of test driving 4 cars dragged out for 4+ hours. I told the Sales Consultant my price range, and he failed to show me any cars that matched my criteria until I told him I was going to head out for the day and then a car that matched my budget and "wish list" ever so magically appeared from the garage. Funny how that happens. We negotiated with Nigel the Sales Manager, who was smarmy, condescending and essentially berated me into accepting the sticker price for the vehicle, then told me he would not be able to do ANY additional work buff out the scratches, etc. because I was getting such a great deal. Ok, Nigel. I almost (and wish I had have) walked out on the spot, however I did really like the car. Our Sales Consultant told us we "had to": come back within 48 hours because they were giving us the car at such a great deal (even though I paid sticker price), so I made an appt. within that time period. I had to call and email 5 times to reach someone, and my actual Consultant never called me back until I was transferred to a Manager who then had him return my calls, in order to confirm the appt and find out what I would need to bring to purchase the car. I was told just to "bring my checkbook," really helpful. One would think if you are trying to close a sale, you might return the customer's calls. We arrived for our 4:30 appt and were told it would "just be a few minutes," then sat in a variety of offices in the dealership until 7:15, when I finally told them we absolutely needed to leave for dinner reservations. During this 3 hour period, we were left sitting alone and told "5 more minutes" by pretty much everyone in the dealership. Hard to understand when you are paying $30k for a new item and have MADE AN APPT why it would take 3 hours to finalize the sale. Very puzzling. I work full time, and had to take a half day to make the drive and appt per the Sales Consultants' insistence. When I expressed displeasure at being kept waiting so long, I was told by our 2nd Sales Consultant that it was my fault for "being on my phone" (which I ONLY was when I was left sitting alone in the various rooms of the dealership) and that it was their "end of the month" so apparently that is the day they treat their customers like crap. Anyways, I would definitely suggest going to another dealership over this one. Lexus makes a beautiful car, however they are many other places where you can purchase one where they don't torment you along the way.

We recently purchases a used vehicle from IRA Lexus of Manchester. The price was aggressive, as was their pricing on the vehicle. I appreciated the no-nonsense negotiating that took place with Ed over the phone, a fair price was reached in a matter of minutes. There were a few hiccups during the transaction; a few lines were left off of the paperwork that was required me to make a couple of trips to register it, our deposit was not promptly refunded, and then when it was they accidentally double billed us. Both of these were small issues and the Dealer worked very hard to resolve them quickly for us making them a moot point. All told we are very happy with our vehicle and the dealership.

When I arrived at the IRA Lexus Dealership in Manchester, I knew that I liked the Cadillac SRX (having driven one for several hundred miles), but I discovered that its towing capacity was limited to 2500 lbs. That capacity doesnt meet my needs. Mohamed El Naghia met me outside the facility (on what was a cold day). I asked him what does Lexus offer as a competitive product to the Cadillac SRX. His answer was the RX 350. He showed me one of the used RX 350 in the front lot. I was not interested in purchasing a vehicle at this time, rather I had many questions concerning purchasing options such as lease vs. buy, trade-in options for leases, payments, new, used, etc. Mohamed and his sale team spent a lot of time helping me understand my options, and consequently I decide to purchase a 2013 RX 350 that was on the lot. There were many body imperfections (scratches and swirls) on the exterior and a few on the interior. Most of the imperfections on the inside and virtually all on the outside have been resolved. If you saw the vehicle now, you would think its new. I extended the warranty period one year beyond the Lexus Certification. I asked IRA Lexus Service to install a towing hitch, but I had some unique requirements for the hitch. The Parts department was very creative in finding the perfection solution to my problem. Service did an excellent job installing the hitch. Service refinished the driver side door, resulting in a vehicle that exceeds Lexus Certification specifications.I found the staff at IRA Lexus Dealership to be professional, courteous, and very helpful. They helped me decide what to purchase, when to purchase, and help understand all the features that a RX 350 offers no easy task.The RX 350 is by far the finest vehicle that Ive ever owned.

When we first went in to the dealership Samantha Sula introduced herself and brought us around the location looking at various models - when we went in to buy, the lease process was explained in detail. Sam was available to give us an in depth review of the vehicle and the various functions within it. The overall process was stress free - no pressure - very nice people to work with.

A few weeks ago my wife purchased a brand new 22014 RX 350. Little did she know that her new car experience will turn into a nightmare.My wife drove the car around the dealership for about 5 miles, she was excited about the new Lexus went and purchased the car over phone.She went back the next day to finish the paperwork and pick up the car (the car had 45 miles when she drove it out of the dealer lot). She drove the vehicle home late Friday evening, when she got home she told me that something is not right about this car. She described the problem as vibration when the vehicle goes up to certain speed. I drove the car to figure out what she is talking about and it vibration happens when it shifts to a higher gear. She called the dealer and made an appointment to get it checked out. The dealer called California and went through a series of tests and procedures (i.e. drain the transmission fluid without success). The service manager gave us a call and said they ordered a new transmission and the car will be ready a week later. WHAT!!!! Update on 5/5/2014:Just to keep everyone up-to-date on this issue: Lexus corporate headquarter gave me a call today to ensure that the issues I raised have been addressed and that all is well with the new transmission. They are also try to do well by me.I was also happy to hear from the GM of the IRA Lexus Bedford NH. He wanted to make sure the vehicle is operating 100%. And if I had any issues to call him directly at his number. The service department handled the transmission replacement very professorially and kept me posted on the progress.

I Purchased a vehicle Ira Lexus of Manchester wanted March 8, 2014. I found the vehicle on Autotrader and requested information about the car. I ended up working with Samantha Sula. when Samantha and I spoke via phone and by email I specifically informed Ms. Sula that I lived in North Carolina and would be flying in to purchase the vehicle. Therefore detailed pictures were requested. Ms. Sula sent pictures via email but they didn't have enough detail so I asked if she could send more. Ms. Sula sent more and also informed me that more pictures were posted on their website. I liked what I saw so I placed a $500 deposit to hold your vehicle; as requested by Ms. Sula. I flew into the Boston Airport and took a 1.5 hr shuttle to Manchester; Ms. Sula picked me up from this location. We arrive at the dealership and to this point everyone is pleasant. Ms. Sula took me to see the vehicle and at a glance it looked ok. We then proceeded to her office to discuss, get documents signed. In the process Ms.Sula had to excuse herself to finish up another deal. While waiting I went back to the car to examine more. I noticed some interior imperfections and a 24+ inch scratch on the rear passanger side of the car; close up pictures were taken of the car and sent to me but this imperfection was not there. It looked as if someone opened a door to wide and damaged the vehicle. Once Ms. Sula and I rejoined I mentioned this and she went to examine the vehicle. She identified the scratch the interior imperfections on both rear door interior panels and the "frankinstein stitch" (words I use to describe the imperfection) on the driver side door pocket. The driver seat was worn but the pictures that were sent to me does not reveal the imperfection. Ms. Sula took my concerns to a manger. They offered me $300 to have the scratch removed and the front drivers door pocket fixed. I did not think that this would be enough to cover expenses. Ms. Sula informed me that this cost was based on their prices; not taking into consideration that I didnt live in New Hampshire and it could be different in NC. So I asked if we could agree for me to take the vehicle to the Lexus dealership in NC and they estimate the repairs and they pay them directly; her manages disagreed. So I contacted a relative that owns a body shop and he quoted me $250/per panel and NC lexus gave me a price based off past experience of $150+ to fix the door pocket; they wouldn't agree at alk to fix the imperfections on the back seat interior panels. So I asked for $700 to cover cost; management again disagreed. So they started that the shop would be open on Monday but I couldnt stay until Monday. Further I have an email specifically asking for details regarding this vehicle and for some reason this was left out. They didn't offer me hotel stay until Monday or nothing. Ed Stockel, General Manager, found someone to buff the area containing the scratches and advised me that he would not sign anything stating that the scratches would not reappear and he took back the offer to fix the driver front pocket; he stated that he didn't know anything about the door panel and the other imperfections on the backseat panels. I asked Mr. Stockel how did this car get certified? Its not like new, which is one of the perks for purchasing a certified vehicle. Ms. Sula apologized and stated that she would understand if I didnt purchase the car; further we can "shake hands" and part ways. Not offering me a refund for being mislead or even a ride; be mindful I flew in and took a shuttle to get there. Another flight wasnt available from the NH airport until next day. Their attitudes lead me to believe they knew the condition of the vehicle and they knew that I had NO way back without transportation. Therefore it was no room for negotiating the imperfections that were intentionally left out. So I signed the papers and they acknowledged that they owed me a cargo net that I have not received. I contacted Ms. Sula via email w/ read & delivery receipt and she has not responded. David Gerardi closed the deal. No one ever took me out on a test drive; didnt even offer. However, Ms. Sula did offer to explain the manual and I declined; I had just sold the same car and was familiar w/ the upgrades. Mr. Stockel nor Mr. Geradi shook my had at the close of the deal nor did they see on my way nor apologize the all the confusion. Ms. Sula did try to make peace and I told her that I would be contacting someone regarding my treatment and the fact that I was mislead and uninformed of the true nature of the car. The scratch came back and Mr. Stockel said it wouldn't but I knew he was being untruthful when he denied putting it in writing. I will provide pictures and emails of what they sent me and the unedited pictures that i took; the vehicles interior looking totally different from the pictures that they sent. I would like for them to fix the imperfections since I was not allowed to see prior to the purchase and was unaware. Please help if at all possible. Thanks

However, what initially made this my car of choice was Doug Clifford. He's not your "average salesman". From day one, he has never been pushy or over bearing. I bought a new Lexus a week ago. My sales person was on vacation on the day of delivery so Doug Clifford graciously agreed to deliver the vehicle. He spent about 2 hours with me going over the many features of the vehicle. He demonstrated a great command of all the systems, and was very patient with me who, I'm sure was obvious to him, was having difficulty grasping it all. He repeatedly told me to call him if I experienced any difficulties trying to operate the complicated array of options. Of course I had difficulties, so I called him. He seemed delighted that I called and insisted I come in even though he had other sales customers at the time. He managed to juggle his customers and take care of my concerns too. I was very pleased with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff here at Ira Lexus of Manchester. It was the first time I'd dealt with the service staff in person, but I was treated like I've been coming here for years. My husband and I, went Lexus to look at the RX 350 F because that is what I was wanting after his recent purchase of a RR. There on the showroom floor what appeared to be a IS 350 from the front end turned out to be a CT200h to our surprise. It was beautiful, sporty and just what I was looking for (even though I was unaware that was what I wanted when we arrived at Lexus). We worked with a new Salesman named Joe and he was fantastic. Joe Fitzgerald had a lot of patience with all our questions. If he did not know the answer he would find out and let us know promptly. He did not try to "pull a fast one on us" or try to talk us into something that we may not have really been happy with in the long run! Dave Derardi the Sales Manager was extremely helpful with our process as well. Neither gentlemen rushed us in making our final decision -- even when it was after 5 pm on a Saturday evening. They treated us with respect and were their first and only customer of the day (although they were quite busy). Lexus has impressed us with this sporty little hybird along with the outstanding customer service that they displayed. I pick up my new set of wheels this week and I could not be happier!

After calling 3 Lexus Dealerships 1 30 mintues from our house that didn't call me back Dave from Ira Lexus called me back right away, I told him our situation and he was eager to help us, told him that we were from Kennebunkport Maine and he gave us the most attention as If we were in NH. Gave him a description of our trade and he put the numbers together and we had a new RX-350 a week later. Got to the dealership on the last day of the month they were busy, dave came over and Introduced himself and I put 2 and 2 together, we ended up working togther for the Lannan family In Ipswich. Small world when you are In the Car biz! anyways John was our Sales associate very nice and very helpful showing Chris her new RX. An awful experience. My wife and I were thinking of purchasing a new 2013 Lexus ES350. We currently own a 2009 ES350 and we absolutely love the car. I went on line and shopped around for pricing. I was contacted by a salesman from Ira Lexus in Manchester, who quoted me an internet price in writing and in an email from the IRA LEXUS Manchester website...I communicated with this salesman 2 times through emails to confirm that the discount he had quoted me could and would be taken off the MSRP for any comparable or more expensive model ES350... I brought said paperwork with me today to the dealership. The salesman had set up an appointment for me with the Ira Lexus financial person, Nigel Long. I had also printed out and brought with me a copy of the Kelly blue book trade-in price for my current vehicle, the aforementioned 2009 ES350 I believe to be in excellent condition, with only 33700 miles on it. The salesman was "not available" on this day, Sunday 2/24/13 so I initially worked with Doug Clifford, who my wife and I were very pleased with...things were ok until we entered discussion with Nigel Long regarding the particulars of the pricing. Nigel was quick to explain that the salesman who had quoted me the discount pricing was absolutely wrong in his quote as it was written and that the pricing would not be honored. I quickly pointed out that I did not make it up, that he was holding in his hand the very communication from the IRA LEXUS Manchester website that supported my claim......Nigel then explained to my wife and myself in typical Dealer doublespeak fashion about the numbers and how even he would buy a vehicle at this discount. I decided to move the conversation on to the appraisal of my trade-in...I obviously now expected to be low balled here, but not to the tune of $2500 !! Nigel had advised us that if I went online to check the pricing of my vehicle, that I would find that it would sell for only $21000...that it was ridiculous to think any dealership would pay me the Kelly blue book for my trade-in...As soon as I arrived home, I went on auto dealer.com and found the same exact vehicle with almost the same mileage as mine (33045) at a price tag of $22998 at Herb Chambers ....the price range for 2009 ES350's within the mileaage range of my vehicle was from $23000 up to $27000!!! Kelly blue book trade-in value for my vehicle is 21046......Nigel 's offer to us was approximately $18500. So needless to say, my wife and I exchanged pleasantries with Nigel and Doug and headed home through the snow after a very disappointing experience..I could have saved us a lot of aggravation had I known the quotes given to us meant less than zero.

There has been so many changes since the dealership has relocated to their new facility. There seems to be so many new faces, and so many faces that I miss. I was very surprised to see Rosie go, but I am so glad that Ryan is back. Thank goodness Laurie is still there as well! Ryan and Laurie are the best service writers out there, in my opinion. Ryan - very courteous, quick, and efficient! Laurie - has the biggest heart, no wonder all her customers love her! And of course, there is Nicky! The very lovely and cheerful cashier/receptionist. Such a gem of a sweetheart! Service is truly outstanding as always. I miss how cozy it was in the old place, the new place seems a bit stuck-up, but thanks to the three people above, I still feel at home!

If you are really interested in buying a car, you need to go see Daniel Bonenfant at Ira Lexus. I had no intention of buying a car on the first day I was looking, and at the first place I stopped. But that is exactly what happened. Dan was very patient with me, despite the fact that I admittedly changed my mind about what I was looking for in a car several times during my time at the dealership. Dan could not have been more professional. Each and every time I arrived through the front door, I was courtiously greeted by schedule coordinator/receptionist Hazel AbadSantos and receptionist Kyla Fetzner. They were quick to acknowledge my presence, and they made sure that I was being taken care of. When I picked up my car, salesman John Derkrikorian showed me all of the features of my new vehicle. My previous dealings with Ira Lexus have always been gratifying. On this particular visit my wife and I were shopping for a late model LS460, Doug Clifford made the shopping very pleasant, and his professionalism was evident from the outset. At the time of vehicle delivery I occupied Doug for over three hours with questions and requests he never complained, and we got to understand all of the vehicle's features. There were some repairs that were requested and these were granted without hesitation. I would recommend Ira Lexus to anyone without hesitation.

The car dealer is suppose to supply seat belt extenders if you need them. Today I contacted you to get two seat belt extenders for our back seat of our Lexus and Rosie said, "We would have to bring the people who would be using the seat belt extenders down to Manchester, NH to be measured"!!! You got to be kidding me???? We have at least three different people that go places with us, some are elderly people and we are suppose to embarrass them and ask them to travel all the way to NH to get measured for a seat belt extender so they can ride in our car?? We used to own a Cadillac Deville and the Caddy dealer just gave us two different size seat belt extenders for our guest to use in the Cadillac when we had it!! But Lexus Dealership would rather we get tickets for our guests not being able to buckle up and be safe. Who are you kidding??? This has really turned us off to ever owning another LEXUS......Cadillac dealership will get our business from now on!!!THIS IS THE MOST ABSURD THING WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A DEALERSHIP!! DOESN'T THE LAW REQUIRE YOU TO PROVIDE FREE OF CHARGE SEAT BELT EXTENDERS FOR ALL VEHICLES????TO KEEP PEOPLE SAFE??? I was pleasantly surprised with the people at Ira Lexus. I first showed up on a Friday evening, hoping that they would be open late, but that was not the case. They were close to closing time (6pm) and were very busy with there impending move to their brand new facility and yet they were friendly and took time to answer my questions. I was assigned to a pre-owned specialist Rob who took the time to get to know what I was looking for and took notes. We agreed to meet over the weekend at their new facility in a nearby part of Bedford, NH (where CR Sparks used to be). I forgot to call ahead, as Rob had requested, so when I arrived he was out driving with another customer--these things are difficult to predict. The manager hooked me up with a younger salesperson, Tim, who was also very easy to talk with and deferential. With Tim's encouragement, I ended up spending a lot of time there and test drove 3 used cars and got a first round offer on my trade in. Now, I was originally intending to spend less and get an older, higher mileage car, but I was really impressed with what I could get for another $5-6k. I could get an '09 IS-250 with premium package, lower mileage, certified with 3 year warranty, and in fabulous condition--new tires, brakes and more. I also preferred the idea of a car that was a couple years beyond the upgrade year ('06), with the kinks worked out; reliability was of top concern to me since I tend to keep cars for over ten years. Originally I thought that paying extra for a certified pre-owned vehicle was a waste, but seeing the prices and some of the work that is put into the vehicle up front was illuminating and the 3 year warranty (up to a combined mileage of 100k) was very reassuring. I anticipated Ira Lexus' sales staff to be perhaps a bit snobby and their prices high, but I was impressed on both fronts. The pre-owned department is in the main building with the new car staff, which is nice, and the prices were at a sweet spot: much lower than new but not that much more than older non-certified cars. The staff were well-mannered yet also friendly and good listeners. The pre-owned selection was a bit lean (I ended up getting my IS at another Lexus dealer where they had the color my wife and I wanted) but Tim says that with the move, they are building their inventory. He also explained that the internet has changed pricing strategy in the industry: to attract customers, you have to show a competitive price up-front, so I found that there is a lot less mystery and dickering in the car-buying experience. This reduces the anxiety about getting a fair deal. Oh, and I love my "new" Lexus IS-250 with the nav package. Its a fabulous sporty car and easy on the eye.

I had been searching for a great feature-laden SUV and had visited several dealerships encompassing several brands. The Lexus RX350 appeared to be an excellent choice, though I was very enamored with an Acura MDX and Infiniti JX. After visiting Acura, Infiniti, and another Lexus dealership, I ended up calling Ira Lexus of Manchester since they had what appeared to be a perfectly outfitted excellent condition 2010 CPO Lexus RX350. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Doug Clifford was exceedingly willing to assist me. I was shown the vehicle I was most interested in. Though it is high pollen season here in NH, the vehicle was cleaned before my viewing. Doug was knowledgeable in reviewing its features and assisted in a great test-drive. The comfort and quality of the car met expectations and resulted in a swift and pain-free purchase process which met a great price point. Delivery was a breeze. Other than a glitch with Lexus central regarding my Lexus Enform activation, everything was smooth and made for a great transition. The service staff was introduced purposefully. I found them to be down to earth, friendly, and welcoming. The RX is the quietest and most maneuverable of the SUVs I've driven. It is feature laden and comfortable, more economical than an Acura MDX and affording greater driver visibility than an Infiniti JX. As well, Ira Lexus of Manchester's price point bested as-advertised prices of similar vehicles at other Lexus dealers and made for a smart acquisition.

Who knew buying a new car could be a totally positive experience? Jake Pawlusiak of IRA Lexus of Manchester did! I recently wandered into this Lexus dealership having already decided to buy my 5th New Toyota Camry. From the moment I entered this dealership I was enveloped with professionalism, listening skills and interest in my unique set of requirements. I have faced a very bad experience when i tried to purchase the vehicle from them. Sales person was nice to me but very unprofessional and unknowledgeable for out of state sales. Sales manager keep me waiting almost 48 hours to verify information from lexus and because of that, i lost me other deals. Finally after 48 hours, they noticed me they can not make a sale out of state which is cost me a lose a deal that offered from different dealer and waste my time. I suggest you, If you want to buy the vehicle and you live out of sate, do not even try to purchase the vehicle. You will waste your time.

Actually , this is the first time we visited this dealership and honestly, it has been the best overall experience we had with purchasing a new car. Jake Pawlusiak was by far one of THE most pleasant, professional salesmen that my husband and I have EVER worked with! His customer service, attention to detail, knowledge regarding Lexus cars and service, commitment and concern to earn our business was superb! His communication was outstanding! He was respectful, never pushy, listened to our needs and concerns. We first inquired about a pre-owned ES 350 with specific mileage etc. We were not in a rush to purchase and we didnt really want to compromise. Jake took on the car search challenge and kept in touch us. Our priorities changed and we introduced the need for also purchasing a Toyota Tacomaalso looking for low mileage. Jake had a Tacoma transferred to the Manchester NH facility and it totally fit our requirements. He also provided us with an option of purchasing the Sales Manager's 2012 ES 350 Lexus which only had 5,000 miles on it. Jake also provided a second option of a 2010 350 ES with low mileage in our price range. We currently owned a 2005 Lexus ES 330, which Ira Manchester superbly serviced for the past 7 years. With this in mind, coupled with the potential purchase of the Tacoma and the 2012 ES 350, Jake and the Sales Manager, Nigel Long made us an INCREDIBLE offer on the two vehicles! Additionally, they gave us a great trade in for our 2005 Lexus and an outstanding finance package for both new vehicles. The sales was an extremely positive experience and the extras were phenomenalcomplimentary first oil change, satellite radio, 2 months of complimentary destination assistance, complimentary one-on-one training for all the electronic features, blue tooth and phone contact lists added, wireless music, GPC etc. Both Jake and Niles were sincerely personable and made time for our questions and didnt suffocate us. My 92 year old father was with us during the purchase and they both made a point to chat with him and make him comfortable. They transferred our license plates and provided all the details for us to drive both cars off the lot the same day. The follow up service was equally exceptional. We received calls asking if we had questions and one day I drove to the dealership unannounced with a few electronic questions and they immediately provided assistance. The best car buying experience we have ever had.5 stars!!! 10 out of 10 RATING. Thank you guys!!!!I'll stop in when I come up for service!

Went up to Ira to check out a Lexus IS 250 that appeared to be a good deal comparing it to other cars I was evaluating. The experience was negative top to bottom. I will list them in the order that they happened.1) Arrived, and and met the salesperson, and although I asked twice, was not shown the car I inquired about for 39 minutes. I was asked a litany of questions regarding other cars I might be interested in, driving habits, etc. A complete waste of time.2) During the test drive, the car dashboard lit up with warning lights. The car began to shake, and it would not go above third gear. 3) When I returned to the dealership, the salesperson asked if I would like to proceed as if it was a minor issues, and it was going to be looked at the next day. He asked if I wanted to see some numbers assuming the car was going to be OK. I agreed. At the same time, my trade was appraised, but my keys were not returned, as a type of trapping method which really bothered me. 4) The trade number was well below what I had been offered at another dealer. Well below. I got 13k, and was offered 9. I bargained for 12 and was given 11. 5) All of the above is typical, although annoying, car buying bs. However the following is why I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING from these people. Once the car was returned from the test drive, a group of people came over to the car and started to look at it. 10 minutes later, after I walked back into the dealership, I remembered I forgot my folder, and asked to return to the car to get it. I was instructed to go to the garage. When I arrived, that same group of people were looking at the car. May I remind you the car was broken. I mentioned to the group that the car was broken and a salesperson ushered my out of the garage saying everything was fine with the car and I didn't know what I was talking about. Very questionable.6) The final agreement between me and the salesperson was that he would call me first thing in the am once a mechanic could evaluate the car. I got a call, the next day, at 530PM, saying the group who was looking at the car in the garage had bought it. I was pressured into putting a deposit down on a car that had a complete meltdown on a test drive, and when I said no, and I just wanted to know what was wrong with it before I made a decision, and they sold it that night.This dealership is questionable to say the least. The salesperson was more interested in his new high-tech dealership that giving me a fair deal on my trade. I hardly felt bad for him. The whole experience was negative. I would not even waste your time with this dealership.

My overall experience at this dealership was great! I was interested in a car I saw online, but live 1 1/2 hours away. We called to let them know we were interested, but we're unable to get there until right at closing time because I work late. John and Steve both stayed until well after their regular business hours helping me purchase my new vehicle. John was very easy to talk to and made our experience as good as it gets. I also requested some other work be done before we took the car home, and after it was finished, they delivered it all they way to me! Thank you all!

In October of 2006, we purchased a new ES-350 from Diane Apostles. She was very nice, but the financial guy at that time was an "A__". After threatning to leave, due to the rude behavior of this man, Diane asked us to come back and work with her some more. Bottom line, we bought the car but I swore I would never return. This past Easter weekend, we were in Manchester and were interested in seeing the new GS-350, just looking. We stopped by and were met, shortly after, by Samantha Sula. She was not pushy, very knowledgeable, and more than willing to work with us. After a test drive, I mentioned that if our car wasn't so dirty, I would ask for an estimate. She said that IRA buys dirty cars at a very good price. We were given a price, it was off of my willing to pay price by $5000. Sam went back to Steve, I believe, and came back with about half of the difference. I sent her back to the mysterious room and she came back with something that I could live with. We bought the car because we wanted it and Sam was a big part of the selling point. Steve, in the mysterious room, was also very helpfuland pleasant. After all that is what the sales experience is all about, making the dream happen! I am now pleased with the IRA experience and will recommened them to others. My take on this is the buyer is the one who should decide what and where to buy and not a pushy sales staff. We did not experience anything other than pleasant and helpfull staff.

I went to Ira Lexus looking for a particular vehicle I had seen on their website (2009 IS 250). When I got there it was right up front and it was gorgeous. Doug approached me and was super knowledgeable about the many questions I had. He really has a passion for these cars, knows each one inside and out. Everyone there was friendly and approachable, constantly offering refreshments and asking if we had any questions. I never felt like anyone was trying to "pull one over" on me, which had been my previous buying experience. A few imperfections on the car were added to be fixed as conditions of sale, no problems. Steve ran our credit for financing through a number of companies, getting us a very reasonable rate. He clearly showed us the options for warranty, financing, etc. without pressuring us into anything. While we were waiting for all the paperwork, Doug walked us around to meet everyone in service, support, etc. If you're looking for a nice quality vehicle from equally nice and quality folks, you can't do much better than these guys.

I leased a new ES350 from Doug back in 2010 and it was the best car buying experience I had ever had. Shortly after I leased it, I went through a divorce and had to trade the car in for a Mazda in order to have a cheaper car payment. I finally got to the point where I was financially able to get into another Lexus so I went to see Doug right away. He put me in a beautiful used IS 250 and I am completely in love with it. Again, I had an amazing experience with Doug. He does not sell you a car just to make the sale. He truly wants his customers to have the best experience possible and his goal is to have everyone walk away knowing that they made the right decision. I would purchase a car from Doug again in a heartbeat and plan to try to get into a newer car in the next couple years. The service at IRA is also second to none. Request Rosie. I met Doug Clifford back in July, 2007 when I was interested in buying a Camry, but was not happy with the salespeople on the Toyota side. He sold me a beautiful Camry, but alas, I have always wished for and dreamed of owning a Lexus, so on Thursday, March 8th, I decided to go down to Lexus and have a look, I only had 45 minutes as I had to pick my daughter up at school. I had already researched them somewhat and knew I could not afford a brand new one, but perhaps one with 20,000 - 30,000 miles on it or so. Well, I saw the car of my dreams, and I had to leave! Doug was supposed to leave at 3PM that day as he had people coming to install granite counters at his house 30 min. away, he offered to wait for me to get back and well....HE MADE MY DREAM COME TRUE! I was back at 4PM and he was with me till 7:30PM that evening and I drove home a beautful 2009 LEXUS IS250.....and I LOVE THIS CAR! I did find some scratches on it the next day, as it was dark out by the time I was really taking a look at it, and I ended up coming back the next morning for a full hour of education on the car, which I needed, as it has so many bells and whistles! Not only was Doug patient, friendly and encouraging, he even made me 2 special CD's of his favorite music! Everyone should request these, the music is wonderful and the stereo in the Lexus is top-notch! And yes they gave me a free tote, and a Lexus keychain and Nigel Long, the sales manager was quick to make an appointment for me to get my car in to have the scratches taken care of...I am amazed by Doug and Nigel's friendliness and their sales center. Go see Doug Clifford for your next car, he's amazing in every way!!! He is my sales person from now on! I won't go anywhere else!!

All through the process of so many changes in the plan Doug continually proved to work with me on my side with patience and faith in me. [I changed my mind a couple times and then had a problem with my old car's leasing company which delayed the process by 3 weeks!] I have dealt with and owned cars from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Acura, Porsche and more but I have never met a better sales person than Doug. From the moment we entered the showroom floor until we drove off yesterday with our new car we were treated royally. This is the second RX330/350 purchased from Doug Clifford at this dealership. Doug originally sold me my first Lexus RX330 in April, 2005 which I just traded in (with 86,200 trouble-free miles) 2 days ago for an RX350. Honestly, I was more "in the mood for a new car" than "needing" a new car. The new car is a big improvement over the 330 and I can't wait to drive it more. Doug is exactly the kind of sales consultant I like. He knows what he's talking about...knows the competition...does not exaggerage...a real straight shooter. He spent more than enough time with us to conclude this sale. Our first visit was really just seeing the new model and getting a sense of price. We then decided to move ahead and made an appointment with him on a Sunday when he was not scheduled to be at the dealership. This was the best time for us and Doug made the time for us. While price is certainly important, I'm more interested in the quality of the car itself and the service I will get at the dealership. I'd also like to mention the outstanding service I enjoyed on my RX330 over the past 6 years...all due to the wonderful efforts of Laurie Beauchemin in the service department. She's always happy to hear from me and has gone way out of her way to make me a very happy customer. I note that there are no Amenities listed for the dealership, but they have a wonderful customer lounge with cable TV, free internet access with work desks and a great selection of coffee and fruit. They've almost finished their new building and I can't wait to see what that looks like!

Doug is the best and the main reason why I recommend this dealer. I wasn't thrilled with the length it took the finance department to accept our full cash payment and the subsequent problems we had at the registry, and forget trying to contact anyone without having to leave a voice mail message. The IRA staff, most notably Rosie and Doug, made the purchase of our RX350 a wonderful experience. We showed up fairly informed and were evaluating the comfort and drive in comparison to similar models from Acura and Mercedes. Doug pointed out less than obvious features about the Lexus; he did not malign the competition. We never felt like we were being sold. After the decision, he worked with us on a fair price by comparing IRA's invoice with one from Edmunds. Once the purchase was complete, Doug introduced us to the knowledgeable service staff (Rosie). He spent close to 2 hours with us when the impeccably clean vehicle was delivered. He's called us no less than 3 times to confirm our delight with the purchase and to answer any questions.

I was very disappointed with the way this dealership ran it's business from the second I walked in the door. First of all, I had to wait around before any one would even talk to me about what I was there for. Any dealerships in the past that I have gone to, I have had no trouble getting someone to talk to, especially salesmen. Secondly, the salesman would tell me one thing and then the financial guy would tell me something that contradicted what the salesman told me. For example, I was told by the salesman that they had a runner who would register my car for me and finalize all the paperwork. When I decided to get my loan from a credit union and not through Lexus, all of a sudden the financial guy tells me that they "Lexus really doesn't have any runners" and usually only do that if you finance through Lexus. Well when I asked what the $395 administration fee was for if they weren't doing any of that for me, he told me they keep all my papers on file. Really? Needless to say, I put up enough of a stink that they did all of a sudden find a "runner" to do my registration for me. Then, I had to wait for hours on the day I was in to sign papers and pick up my car. Everything was supposed to be ready for me when I got there to speed up the process and NOTHING was ready for me. I played phone tag for weeks about a part that they owed me, and one week, I had to wait 5 days for a call back. All in all, I found the customer service at this dealership was exceptionally terrible. I am on my third Lexus, and I plan on owning many more Lexus vehicles in my future, but I will never, ever, buy a car from them again.

At the end of July 2010 I traded in my car to IRA Lexus for a 2004 IS300. I waited for 20-30 minutes before I spoke to a sales consultant even with an appointment I was on time for. Once a sales consultant was available to help me, I was able to view the Lexus I had come to trade for. I was taken on a test drive, and decided the Lexus would be a good choice. I recieved a fair offer on my trade. I was told it would take a few hours to do the paperwork and sent out of the dealership to return a few hours later. When I returned the finance manager told me he could not understand why they sent me out when he would have only kept me waiting for 20 minutes not 2hrs. The biggest issue I had with this deal I would not find out until months later. This is the reason for my review now. I've decided that the Lexus is not for me, a very nice car but I am looking for something different. I went to a differnet dealership to trade in the Lexus for another vehicle. I was shocked to be informed that the carfax run on the Lexus IRA had sold me had 2 accidents on its record. I very clearly remember sitting in the sales managers office and being told to my face the car had no issues and a clean carfax. I honestly would have not agreed to the deal if I would have known I traded a clean no history car for one with a past. What makes the experience worse is being told to my face by the sales manager that the car I was buying was clean with no history. I personally do not believe this is a honest way to do business, and would not recomend Ira Lexus of Manchester to anyone who wants a honest straight forward deal with out the worry of hidden history.

I was looking for a used minivan and ended up at Ira Lexus quite by mistake, as we actually were looking for a different used car dealer that gave us poor directions over the phone. We had just come from the Nissan dealer down the street where we were treated horribly. I was so frustrated and furious and was ready to go home when the very nice sales people at Ira Lexus just started talking to us, and asked what we were looking for. Turns out they had just gotten in a van as a trade in and wanted me to see it. It turned out to be a beautiful car and we decided to buy it. Every single person that we dealt with at this dealership treated us with respect and kindness. They worked with us and made it possible for us to stay within our desired monthly payment budget. Even though the cost of our car was far less than that of a new Lexus, we were always treated as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot.

We were looking for a new SUV for my wife and after car searching for a week we had decided to purchase another make of vehicle but when we were ready to make the deal the numbers changed. With every dealer we visited I told them I did not want to play the games and to quote me the best price available and we would sleep on it and decide. I am getting too old to play the games. This dealer quoted a fair price and when we were ready to sign claimed they had made a mistake and tried to change the numbers. I walked out and when I returned home decided to send an email to Lexus, one dealer we had not visited. I simply asked for a price on an RX350 with my options and the next morning I got a response with what I thought was a fair price. We made an appointment for 1:30 that afternoon and met with JC who honored the numbers we had been quoted. We worked with Dan and he was great. Took us for a test drive explained everything and we walked back into the dealership and made the deal. No hassles at all. I was happy with the price and hopefully Lexus was also. I own a ES300 (2002) and love it. It is the longest I have ever had a car. When I am ready I will go back to Lexus Manchester. FYI, the service department is great. Not only did we end up purchasing a new car that same afternoon, but other close friends visited the following week and also purchased a new Lexus! This was by far the best car purchasing experience we have ever had - great service by Len Bellacicco who spent time with us explaining various features, had endless patience for questions and followed up with me several times after I picked up the car just to see if I needed anything. The sales experience with JC, who did not play the usual sales games we've come to expect from a car dealership, to Len who answered our every question, to the finance manager who produced the paperwork in record time was exceptional - I would recommend Ira to everyone - there is no need to go elsewhere. Oh, and did I mention that driving a Lexus is like a dream? Thank you!

I'm a single female who has driven a Lexus for the past 6yrs. After walking OUT of Ira Danvers MA, I went to Ira Manchester NH. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Danvers clearly did not want to take the time/make the effort to get me what I wanted. I could tell the sales rep wasn't listening to me. No problem. Through a referral, I went to Manchester. I did the exact same thing: told Doug Clifford what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. 1) Doug gave me more for my trade in than Danvers quoted me, 2) I received a discount on a 2010 and 2) I have a lower monthly payment than what I wanted. After the fact, I received a phone call from Steve Pease the finance manager telling me I qualified for an even lower % and a shorter loan period. I couldn't be happier. I feel I would have received the same service even if I didn't have the referral. I told Doug what I wanted and he made it happen. I told Steve what I wanted and he made it happen. Even after I signed, they continued working for me to get me the best possible deal. Danvers is 20 minutes from my house; Manchester NH is 45. Well worth my time to be heard and treated with respect.Kudos to the Manchester. Anyone considering purchasing a Lexus, the Manchester team is where you should go. Call ahead and let them know when you're coming in. You will not be dissappointed.

I needed to try to trade my Jeep in for a more gas economical car because I was moving into more of an outside sales position at my company. I liked the look of the Mazda 3 and saw that IRA Lexus/Toyota had a couple of late model used ones on their lot. As I was looking one of the cars over in the lot, Andrew introduced himself. I told him I really liked the look of the car and let him know that I was going through a short sale on my home and did not know if he would be able to get me financed. I did not want to waste his time on a busy week-end (President's Day week-end), but he said lets get some info and take it for a ride. To my surprise, the car had a full tank of gas which I had never experienced with buying a car from other dealers. The test drive surprised me as well, it was probably about 10 miles long with both city and highway driving. I really loved the car and all the features it had to offer.Once we returned, we worked the numbers and then filled out all the normal paperwork. Since I was in the process of a short sale on my home, my credit report showed a few months of me being delinquent on my mortgage. I was brutally honest with Steve Pease about my situation and he was honest with me as well. He said he would need some proof of the short sale in process to go to his banks and hopefully get me financed. Considering I never missed a car or credit card payment I might have a shot, but he needed time. I left that afternoon pretty much assuming it was not going to happen. The next day I got a call from Steve saying he had a talk with a VP in the financing dept, described my situation, and he said to sell me the car! I really appreciated the time and effort Steve put into getting me into the new car that is so much better for me. I would and will recommend IRA Lexus to my friends and family after this experience and I will also go back to them first in the future for my auto needs.

I received a bid from Ira Lexus, and it was a very good price, so I called up the dealership to confirm it on the morning of Thursday October 1. At that time, I placed a deposit with sales manager Tom Pare, who said he would send me a contract via fax. Later that afternoon, he apologized for not being able to get to it but that he would be giving my information to senior sales associate Doug Clifford to handle, and that I should expect a fax later that day.The fax had still not arrived by the next day, so I decided to wait over the weekend and see if it would arrive by then. It did not, so first thing Monday morning I left a voicemail for Doug to inquire about it, but did not hear from him that day either. Afterward, I received an inquiry from another interested dealer, who I informed that I was already working with someone else, but that they were not responding to me. He said that he could close a deal right away, and I ended up going with that dealer instead.On October 7, nearly one week after my first contact with Ira Lexus, I received the fax I had been waiting for. That day, I called and left a voicemail for Doug advising him that I had already picked up a car from another dealer the day before, and at that time I requested that he reverse the credit card transaction.Having received no response from Doug in regards to my request for a credit, I left a voicemail for finance manager Steve Pease on October 16. When he, likewise, did not respond to me, I followed up with a voicemail to general manager Dennis Wilson on October 22. He, too, ignored my request for the transaction to be reversed.It has now been almost a full month, and the dealer refuses to return my deposit. It doesn't make any sense to me why the dealer would act this way when they know full well they have to return the deposit.

Doug Clifford created an easy, straightforward, non-rushed experience that made my interest in Ira of Manchester the dealership I wanted to buy my Lexus from. I had many important concerns ie making sure the GX 470 would fit in my garage, and how it would handle a hill w/ a 30 degree incline. He understood my busy work schedule, and facilitated the opportunity to answer my questions by bringing the SUV to the Lakes Region ( about 50 miles away). I prefer salemen to give me the bottom line, and Doug's experience, work ethic and finesse made my experience an enjoyable and relaxing choice. He understood me as a person and not JUST A CUSTOMER.When I made the decision to purchase the Lexus GX 470, the question was to buy new or a CPO. When I had made up my mind about the specifics, Doug found my request and notified me immediately. It was nice to know that I was on his priority list.Doug kept the lines of communication open, returning my phone calls even on his day off. He offered to arrange to pick me up at a different location when I was unable to get a ride to the dealership. After I purchased the GX 470, and noticed a stain on the carpet and I had no time to drive to Manchester to get it removed. Doug called a specialist to come to my house at my convenience and got the job done. I would recommend Doug Clifford to any person considering purchasing a Lexus or where ever he may be working. The experience is well worth it.

From the moment we were greeted to the time we drove the car off the lot, we were treated respectfully and sincerely. The salesman, Sonny, was very patient, answered all of our questions, and was low pressure to make a sale. My husband and I have been buying cars from Doug Clifford at Ira Lexus of Manchester for many years now. Every time we buy a car it is a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a low pressure sales environment, knowledgeable sales staff, and quality cars I would highly recommend Doug at Ira Lexus. Recently, my husband was getting standard maintenance done on his truck at the Toyota dealer next door, and he always stops in to see Doug on the Lexus side while he's waiting. Doug knew that we already had a Lexus IS 350 but that we were also interested in a Lexus IS F. He made the trade seamless and painless. The price was more than reasonable, and he even drove to car down to where I work so that I could sign papers and drive it home! Now that's what I call excellent service! I recently leased a new IS250 from Lexus of Manchester. The salesperson I worked with was Doug Clifford. He was very friendly and knowledgable of the product and the financing options I had available. I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted and Doug was extremely helpful in the process of finding my car. They did not have a car with the color and options I wanted on the lot, but he located one nearby and it arrived a day later. He was able to set me up with the perfect lease and I got the exact car that I wanted. I could not be happier with the process. It went very smoothly and I took delivery much sooner than I thought possible. All of the salespeople were very friendly and were not pushy at all.
