Our motor home broke down and we were stranded in Berea, Ky. I made a call to Jack Burford and talked to Joe Kidwell he gave me a number for a wrecker service so we could get to the dealership. Once we arrived I knew we were in good hands. Joe not only got our motorhome in on a Saturday he also chose the right mechanic for the job. Josh did a great job. I just want to say Thank you to Joe and to Josh for getting us up and running. The motor home has never ran so good. Thank you Joe you are the best!

2013 Sonic in for recall. The guy that helped me was Joe Kidwell, He was great. Very professional, easy to talk to, kept me informed about what was going on and how long it would take. He also asked me where i got my oil changed and how much it cost, and told me he thought he could do more for less, if i was interested. When they were done with my car and i was checking out he gave me a quote for oil and lube, plus multi point inspection, fluid top off, tire rotation and alignment check and it was about $15 less than i had been paying for just oil and filter and fluid top off. so needless to say i will be returning for all of my cars service needs.

For an As Is vehicle, it was very nice. I was greeted at the front door by an extremely pleasant salesman and everyone inside the dealership were also pleasant and eager to assist me. The overall review of one star is misleading as the program would not let me submit with out selecting at least one star, otherwise I would have not selecting anything. I was in communication over the period of a few days to express interest and purchase of a new vehicle from this dealership. I just submitted my financial information and was assured everything was under control and taken care of for me towards the purchase of this vehicle. I received a phone call about an hour after I submitted all my information to this dealership stating the car was sold and no longer available. I was shocked and quite upset this happened especially after I was assured this was under control and proceeding along towards the purchase. I explained my dismay to the employee I had been working with on the phone and quickly realized customer satisfaction is not a priority here and will never return.

I had a great buying experience when I purchased my truck in January. They always have treated me well and now I'm going to try to get a car for my wife. I've always been a Chevrolet person and trying to convert my wife lol. I am impressed how they take my truck and check the alignmnet, battery, etc. That's even before they take it back to do my service. I like that. One thing I would want to see that I've seen at other dealerships is to simply wash the cars after the service. My old Hyundai dealer washed out cars after the service and I would like to see this one do the same.

After deciding to buy a new 2016 Chevy Cruze ltz with the rs option the next step was finding a dealer with a great price but more importantly a dealer with a great customer review A couple dealers within 60 miles of me were almost as cheap as Burford Chevrolet but their reviews were not near as good so after calling and talking with a few salesman from numerous dealers I decided on Burford Chevrolet and Steve Blankenship was the sake man with who I talked with over the phone. I lived about 160 miles from the dealer but I literally bought the car over the phone went to the dealer with a down payment and signed paper work which took about 45 minutes Steve was great to work with from start to finish. The car was washed and filled with gas he explained how all the controls and features worked So all in all they were very professional and courteous

Lauren is a pro at customer service. I originally spoke to a salesman and the deal was not going to work. Lauren called me back a few days later and made it work. She got me with Steven to complete the deal. Steven is an honest salesman and is very knowledgable about the product. They have a great business model that really takes care of the customer. This dealer has an Infiniti listed as a manual, when in the pictures is CLEARLY an automatic. It is beyond me that a dealer would list a car wrong. Especially something as easy as what type of transmission. If this dealer can't be bothered to list a car right, how could they be trusted to get any other essential details right when purchasing a car from them.

My family and i were traveling from northern Kentucky when the oil life index recommend a oil change soon. I always have my service done at the dealer and Jack burford was the closest at the time so we stopped in, not giving any thought on what time it was. I was greeted by Chris at 4:53 and he informed me the mechanic leaves at 5 but he would talk with him and see what he could do. A few seconds later he came to me and said the technician agreed to stay and help us out. I was informed it could take up to a half hour but it only took a little over 15 minutes, these guys were extemely helpful and went above and beyond, big thanks to Chris, supervisor joe, and eveybody at jack burford

I purchased a one owner 2010 Hyundai Tucson back in January. They placed two new tires on the back due to one of them being warped. Within a WEEK of having the vehicle, the back windshield wiper stopped working. When I called to have it fixed, they stated they wouldn't cover it because I didn't purchase a warranty and had signed to only have the tires fixed. Within a MONTH, one of the new tires began going flat, so I called them about it. They stated I had to go through the tire company warranty. When I went for my first oil change I was informed that the oil was extremely dirty! No surprise, because when I purchased the vehicle, the oil sticker was out of date. I didn't notice until I had been driving it for a day or so. I asked about that whether they had changed the oil when I called about the back windshield wiper and was told they always do full inspections upon trade in and old changes, etc. I have now, only 10 months later had to replace the car battery. We'll guess what? It's the original battery that the car came with. I'm also having issues with my transmission not getting up to speed with ease. Final conclusion...they DID NOT do any type of inspection or certified checks to this vehicle! I'm quite sure it was traded in right before I purchased it and that NOTHING was done to it other than a full detail and the tires I asked to be replaced. What ever happened to taking pride in selling vehicles to ensure customers get what they purchase and that they return??? I will NOT be back to purchase a vehicle from Jack Burford Chevrolet!!!

I was looking at the Chevy Colorado Z71 I sent in inquiry from there web sight about questions I had to begin the process. They respond back by calling me with in 5 minutes.. I had spoken to Lauren and she gave me the info I had ask for...I told her I didn't think we would be able to reach a deal...The next day she call back asking about my ford truck trade in...I had been talking to another dealership cause I knew what they would give me for my truck...So after a brief conversation I agreed to stop buy there and let them look at my truck...At first I wasn't happy with what they wanted to give me for my truck...and then I met Brian the sales Manger...He a down to earth guy and just flat out ask..what can he do to make this deal work...so we begun at the trade in value... I told him what I had been offered at another dealer and he match it without hesitation..I believe this is an honest dealership that treat people well above most other I have been at...very prompt courtesy and eager to earn your business... I wanted a certain interest rate and he got me 2% lower...I know for a fact he didn't have to. I would defiantly recommend this dealership and will be a repeat Customer in the future....Lauren was fantastic at explaining and showing me how to work all my new features and going over all the details....Just an all around Great experience from start to finish...

Our family was riding around Richmond one weekend. We saw this truck we were interested in. We drove onto the lot and looked it over, then we left, done some shopping, and went back. It was almost closing time when we went into the building about the truck. These people were so nice and attentive. They assisted us and we made the purchase of a Used Chevrolet 1500. They are really nice here and have since have answered several questions regarding our purchase within the hour of placing our call. I really like dealing with this dealership. I feel they go above and beyond. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but we've had no issues with our purchase, so I honestly can't rate them on their repairs, but I bet they are great as well. Came in for a 60k service check. Was told it would take an hour. They had my truck most of the day. They informed me my front brakes were "nearly metal on metal." I did not have time to wait for the job to be done so I told them not to do the brakes. The next day I took my vehicle to another repair shop since Jack Burford Chevrolet does not do service work on the weekends (which is nuts) and they told me my brake pads had 50% wear remaining. I couldn't believe it. Misdiagnosis? You be the judge. I won't be going back. And implement a military discount already!

I'm a local in the town Jack Burford Chevrolet is located. My wife and I where looking around on a lazy Sunday afternoon as we have a third child coming and need a larger vehicle. We came across a nice 2011 GMC Acadia with less than 35k miles on the dealership's lot. Being that the dealership is closed on Sunday we decided to come after work on Monday to test drive the vehicle. So we drove, liked it, agreed to their asking price and my trade in. They told me, through the use of a form that this was my payment range with each level of down payment. We agreed to a down payment and so they ran my credit, which was a little damaged coming out of some financial issues a few years back, they came back with a rate that was much higher than I had anticipated which increased the monthly payment above what my wife and I had agreed upon. I told the finance manager that the payment was too high and he said that the banks where closed tonight, as we had been there for over 3 hours, he said he would call them in the morning and try to negotiate the rate so I said that would be great. I informed him and the salesman that I'd bee in class all week and that they'd have to contact my wife. The next morning he called me back and said the rates he was getting today where worse than last night. I told him that I couldn't do the price he was asking and he said he'd continue to work with the banks. I thought it was over, but he called me back 2 days later around 2:30 pm telling me he was able to get the rates down to a certain price but advised me to consider Gap insurance. I told arond him I'd contact my wife at work and see if she was good with all that. I promptly left work at 5pm drove to pickup my wife's car and went straight to the dealership to sign the paperwork. I arrived about 5:30 or so. When I pulled into the lot I noticed the car wasn't there, I thought they had pulled it to the front of their building so I could sign the documents and leave. To my surprise they had it at the front with all the doors and the hood and trunk open showing it to a couple that saw it online and had called and come in to check it out. I walked up to the salesman and couple to tell them I was hear to buy it, he had a look of shock on his face. I walked into the dealership back to the finance managers office who basically told me to wait. If they didn't buy it I could. How's that for good faith negotiations. He should have went and explained the situation to the other party and I should have been able to leave with my new vehicle for my expanding family. Beware of this dealership, they'll sale the rug from in under your feet. Just very dishonest.

I stopped at Jack Burford to test drive a vehicle. I was very interesting in making the purchase, along with trading in my vehicle. Once they came up with numbers, they hardly wanted to give me anything for my trade in. I tried to work with them to get my payments affordable, they was not willing to work with me in return. They seemed to be rude about things, so I decided to go to a different car lot. The car lot up the road offered me $4,000 more than Jack Burford was willing to along with free oil changes and a full tank of gas. I would not have received this service at Jack Burford car lot. I am glad I went elsewhere.

After having my car break down, I was forced to get a new one fast. I went on cars.com and was able to find a Pontiac G6 in my price range, and I HAD to go look at it. It had low mileage and was in beautiful condition. I called and spoke with Steve Blankenship and he said that they had unfortunately sold that car the weekend prior in Indiana. I was bummed but was forced to move on. Steve literally called me back two seconds later to tell me he was mistaken, and that they still had the car in Indiana bc the financing fell through with the last buyer. He was then able to get the car down to their dealership just for me to come look at it! They were the nicest people and the best dealership I've ever visited and I now call that car mine! So so happy with my experience there!

Went it told them the amount I was willing to spend. They did not laugh at the offer or anything like some dealers due. We went back and forth for a bit with no pressure. I gave in and they gave in which is the way a compromise works. Would buy from them again.

We drove to Richmond from Frankfort to test drive a used Ford Edge. We got there 20 minutes before they closed. We test drove the car and loved it. We don't have perfect credit, but just decent credit and they still treated us like were were valued customers. even though they were closing, our salesman, Ben, and the finance director, James, were patient, kind and HONEST. They gave us a fair trade-in value on our Jeep and the Edge was priced exceptionally well. They want your business and they treat you in a way that makes you want to go back to them for all your car buying in the future. I can't tell you just how impressed we are with Jack Burford Chevrolet of Richmond. They've been around a long time because they have wonderful customer service. Best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend them!

I found my 2006, low-mileage, one owner Impala through CARS.com. The test drive and buying experience at Burford Chevrolet was as good as any I had over the years and better than most. Nice folks, low pressure. The only criticism I have was what I thought to be inadequate communication, on the part of the paperwork guy, concerning the total cost of the optional extended warranty they offered. However, I still think I got great value for my money on the overall purchase, including the warranty. The hour and a half drive (one way) was worth it. I love my Impala. Happy Holidays Guys!

I had my 2005 cavalier in for service 11-25-11 at jack Burford.I was greeted with a big smile and a happy laugh from Ricky Middleton.Ricky and jack Burford Chevrolet has always treated me fair and just like family even the first time I came in Ricky was so friendly and nice.Ricky is one of the best service advisors I've deltvwith in 18 years.Ricky really knows his job and jack Burford Chevrolet should be proud to have him part of there tream,one of the best around.even on sales end Ronnie leet is great.would recommend jack Burford Chevrolet the best place for business.
