Bradd Gray was an amazing salesman and really helped to find the right truck. He was key to helping me out with buying my first new car (truck) and made the experience easy and fun. Bradd even got my truck cleaned, sprayed with LineX, and then delivered it when I was unable to pick it up. Top notch service there. The whole staff was great. No one was pushy. Both Jack Kain and Bob Kain came over at one point and shook my hand and told me how much they appreciated me coming to their establishment, even though I passed so many on my way from Nicholasville. They really helped me out in finding a new truck and getting the right protection and warranties on it to keep it covered for a long time. The really do treat you like family. Even members of my family said it was the best experience they've seen at a dealership.

We bought a used 2011 BMW X3 35i from Jack Kain Ford and I am very glad we stayed local. I bring my vehicles for service here all the time and last week I saw the X3 on the lot while I was waiting for an oil change. I submitted an online information request and Patrick Proffitt responded to me immediately. We were in the next day and had a test drive and sale complete in 2 hours. Very efficient and no pressure. Patrick and the whole staff treated us like family. It has been one of my best car buying experiences in 30+ years. Well done Patrick and Jack Kain Ford. We were looking for a new Explorer in Limited trim with factory hitch and had talked to several local dealers. None had what we wanted. Saw one on Jack Kain website so we drove over late evening to check it out. We liked it so went on the site to request a quote for best price. Got a call from Patrick early next morning, made plans to go test drive that evening after work. Greeted promptly, made to feel at home. Did paperwork for financing but banks were closed by the time we got all done so had to wait until next morning. Patrick called about 930 next day said all was approved and in order. Went to pick up at lunch, finalized paperwork and back out in about an hour. Had several follow up calls from the dealership to make sure we were happy with everything, some of the nicest people we've ever dealt with and we'd gladly work with them again next time we need a car.

Last week (9-30-2016) I bought a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium from Jack Kain Ford in Versailles, KY. WOW!!! What a positive experience. Bill Edwards, my salesman, was so kind & showed me how each of the "bells & whistles" worked on the SUV. The entire staff including Mr. Jack Kain were very gracious. I have been a customer of Jack Kain Ford for many years. We have bought vehicles from them and gotten servicing done there.I recently had to declare bankruptcy and I stopped in to look at a vehicle that was advertised on their website. I kept my current vehicle during the bankruptcy, but was looking for a truck with a lower monthly payment.I arrived and was very up front with the man sitting at the desk. All he did was shake his head and say that they did not work with 2nd chance customers. He was very curt with no customer service skills at all. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.Not everyone that has to declare bankruptcy is a bad person, but I sure felt like one on my way out the door.

I should have started with Kain instead of spending the day looking and driving vehicles at other places. After test driving the 2014 Explorer, it was a quick and done deal. Everything was smooth and I was on my way home in a little over an hour. Same experience I had 11yrs ago when I bought a used F150 from them. They even had me come back to clear and detail the truck and fill it up (it was late on Saturday, so they couldn't do it then). If you go here, ask for Frank Goad. Good guy and easy to work with.

My son, Collin, and I recently purchased a Ford Certified 2013 Ford Explorer Limited SUV from Bob Kain and his sales associates, Mike Flaugher and Bradd Gray. What a great experience and simple transaction to buy a vehicle. Mike and Brad had all the paperwork done when I arrived! I was finished with that in 10 minutes. In depth walk through of the vehicle as well to learn about all the features. Super gentlemen who know cars! I have actually known Bob since college and he has been a wonderful lifelong friend. I cannot say enough about Bob Kain's character, values and integrity. I see those values at the Kain Ford dealership as well. It is not worn on their cuffs, it serves as their business model every day with their customers. Kain's style of selling cars is unique as well. It is not a "pushy" atmosphere at this dealership. It is a more "inform the customer and meet their needs" approach to selling cars. They listen to your goals and desires when you shop at Kain's. If they don't have what you want, ask and Bob's team will be glad to find it for you. I cannot say enough about how I was treated on my car purchase at Kain's. I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from Jack Kain Ford. The overall experience was great. I explained to my salesman Bradd Gray what I was looking for. He was very helpful in explaining my options without trying to pressure me into buying something. It made for a pleasant experience which I was actually surprised by. The financial person was also very helpful in explaining to me my options in extended warranties. Was very willing to answer any questions I had and took the time to make sure I understood. Private sales, online, other dealerships, etc. I had never dealt with JKF before, except to pick up a convertible Mustang they were letting the Knights of Columbus at Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary use to shepherd Bishop Ronald Gainer through a Saint Patrick's Day parade a few years ago. They impressed me then (Bill Kain couldn't have been any nicer or supportive), and I told myself I would give them a shot the next time I wanted a vehicle. They didn't disappoint! Dale Stubblefield, our sales person, was patient and professional and a nice guy. No pressure tactics, no "gotta talk to my boss" horse hockey, just straight talk and information. I knew what Iu wanted, and he respected that. He did his best to provide me with options, was great with my wife, and just generally made us spending our hard earned dollars a pleasant experience. We are the proud owners of a Ford Certified F-150: a great vehicle at a fair price and with tremendous financing. The closing process was well done and efficient: Matt McCall and Mark Morford made it all very straightforward while still having a personal touch that was very appreciated. We had a wonderful buying experience and Phil made us very comfortable. We had gone somewhere else previously where the salesman had taken our keys without us knowing and tried to bully us into a deal that we didn't want. At no point did Phil make us feel pressured to buy anything. We left with a great car and a great deal. I highly recommend seeing Phil at Jack Kain Ford if your looking to buy a new car. The only thing I would have to say we were disappointed with was the quick detail done by the service team which left the car with smudged windows, an oily substance dripped across the hood and 1/2 way shined tires. The quality of the detail could have been better but the buying experience went above and beyond our expectations!!

Today we became the happy owners of a Ford Fusion. Phil Petit came as a recommendation to us. We couldn't have chosen a better car salesman!! At no point did Phil make us feel like he had a quota to me. He tended to us, informed us and made us want to return in the future for our next purchase!! The only negative experience was the car detail prior to driving off the lot was sub par. The windows were extremely smudged and an oily substance was dripped along the hood of the car. I still would recommend buying a car as Phil makes the process smooth and comfortable. We will definitely be returning for our next purchase!!

We purchased our fifth Kain vehicle this week and the whole process was seamless as always. Dale Stubblefield was a outstanding Sales Consultant. We took our van in for routine service and decided to look around, as we knew we were going to be in the market for a new vehicle before the end of the year. As empty nesters, we were looking forward to a mode of transportation that better suited our current needs. Recently, my daughter and I were in search of a Ford Edge for her first car. I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Phil Petit at Jack Kain Ford in March 2016. I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime. Some of the experiences have not been good. Some have been good. My experience with Phil and Jack Kain Ford was the best ever. I was treated very well by everyone there. Phil was very informative about the Edge. He also has made sure he talked to me and got me what I needed from the service department each time I have returned for service.I have had to have service a couple of times and the service department was excellent too. They did the repairs thoroughly and quickly. I just wish they were located closer to me in Winchester. I purchased several trucks from Jack Kain a few years back. When I decided to buy again, I decided to call them back since my first experiences were so positive. I had another great experience with them for the purchase of a 2016 Ford Edge. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and you immediately feel like you are a part of the family when you walk in. It is very much a no pressure, enjoyable experience when buying here. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle (or something used), take a short trip to Versailles to take advantage of this dealership. One other thing....after the purchase these guys will take care of you down the road on service, and are always friendly and willing to help in any way possible. I am glad I came back and look forward to coming back again for my next purchase!

Phil, Mike, and Mark couldn't have been nicer. They were never pushy. They treated me like they really cared that I got the auto I wanted. As a woman, I am so thankful they were kind & respectful, and did not treat me as if I did not exist lile other car dealers do. The vehicle was an as is model. The back lot. Ford offered me a free Car-Fox report. Which allowed me to see the history of the vehicle I was interested in. They did stress that it was a back row deal. They made sure I understood that there was not a warranty in buying this vehicle. As I asked questions, they answered it to the best of their ability. Given that the vehicle of interest was not a Ford, I was impressed with the answers I received. They allowed me to test drive it, kick the wheels sort of speak. Only after I purchased the vehicle, took it to a GM mechanic, to find out what a great deal I got. The mechanic was going on about how they always look for this particular type of car for resale. They informed me that they are very reliable. God has really Blessed me with my new found family and friends. Thank you Kain Ford.

This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Our sales rep, Phil Petit was absolutely first rate. He knew his product and spent as much time with us as needed answering all our questions. Yesterday I purchased my first as, a 2016 Ford Fusion. My family and I are visiting from Ohio. So our family friend that we are staying with recommended us to go to Jack Kain Ford to see Bill Kain. We had not purchased or leased a new vehicle in years, so we were very apprehensive about what to expect. WOW! We were totally shocked! The Kain staff were very professional, friendly and educated on their vehicles. Bill Kain immediately made us feel like long-time friends. I am so glad that I went to Jack Kain Ford. I had reviewed internet sites for months. My salesman, Patrick Profitt was so very helpful in helping me find the exact, certified vehicle that I was looking for. It was an extremely pleasant buying experience. Great experience in buying my Ford Explorer. I came in to rent a car at the enterprise office for a trip I had to take and came out with my Explorer. Mike was helpful thru the complete process and followed thru on everything we talked about. This is what car buying should be like. After 40 years of vehicle buying experiences, I can safely say Jack Kain Ford has demonstrated excellence. From my first foot in the door & being greeted by Bob Kain, to spec building the truck I wanted with Bill Kain, to taking delivery of my new truck with LuAnn Campbell, I felt like I had known them for years. I felt relaxed, engaged & most of all a part of the process. My wife usually cringes at the thought of buying a vehicle. Mr. Bill Edwards was very kind. thoughtful and patient with us as we shopped. He didn't pressure us into buying and understood our particular need. Everyone we had contact with was kind and helpful. Unfortunately not all dealers have the same customer service that Jack Kain Ford does. Ar my local dealer I received poor service and felt the salesperson didn't want to work with me, so I left the local dealer and found the truck I wanted at Jack Kain but it was 3 hours away. The customer service made the drive worth it, and I got the truck I wanted at a fair price.

So I had a long history of going to dealerships and having a very horrible experience. I usually get the used cars I'm interested in, inspected before I make the purchase. After the inspection, all of the cars would have bad engines, wheels, and etc. Recently I visited Jack Kain Ford and scheduled a test drive for a used 2012 Hyundai Veloster! They had the car ready for me from the moment I came in. Bradd Gray treated me with respect and honesty all through out the day! This was my first car purchase so it was a very special day for me. Glad I was able to purchase from this very defined and honest dealership. I also had the car inspected and everything was in perfect condition except for the brakes. However I called the dealership and they said they'd replace them right away no problem! I feel very welcome whenever I go here and now know why they have 5 star reviews! So if you're thinking about checking out a car come down to this places, just do it. I honestly think they actually care about their customers and most importantly their cars!

Patrick Proffitt at Jack Kain Ford helped me on line get my best price, all in numbers and then picked out two other cars I may be interested in. We set up an appointment to test drive, loved the car. We had checked out pricing on line and Jack Kain's price was lower or right on the money. Every person at the dealership was professional, no hard sells, great interest rate on the financing. The car was exactly as it was described and pictured on line. Service is an issue!! We bought a brand new Ford F-150 Lariat in 2013 and have only had problemsone after another. This is the biggest purchase and biggest regret we have ever made. After sitting for TWO hours waiting for the service department to complete a task that should have taken 30 minutes today, I would urge you to shop elsewhere. This service department has proved itself to be unprofessional and incompetent. After calling and leaving several messages for a warranty issue, calls were never returned. Be warned! Worked with Brad on the purchase of our new f 350. Call with updates during the production phase. Also, i was in an extreme hurry when I needed to pick it up. He had all my paper work in order and all we had to do is go over any questions and sign a few documents. Was in and out of there in 20 minutes as they had everything ready for me when I got there. We were in search for a cheap dependable vehicle for our son to drive. We searched several websites and found the Back Row Joe vehicles on Jack Kain Ford's website. We went there and saw several we liked but did not see any prices. A sales person by the name of Brad Gray came out and asked if he could help. We told him what we were looking for and what we needed. He showed us several in our price range and assured us these were the ones he felt comfortable putting someone behind the wheel. We saw one we liked, and we went on a test drive. It seemed like a great vehicle, engine was clean and it ran great. Brad and the Business Manager, forgot his name, were great to work with us. They even took the old vehicle that was beat up and broke down. Although they did not give us much, you would just have to see it to understand, they did give something for it. I highly recommend going to Jack Kain Ford for a nice used vehicle and ask for Brad.

After eleven years of Driving my truck it was time to buy a new vehicle that got better gas mileage.. Returned to Kain Ford out of loyalty and the good deal they got me back then. Bill Edwards met us in the showroom on a rainy day. No cars in the showroom as they had a support first responders lunch. Support the LOE FIRE DEPT and EMS!! Another reason to remain loyal to the Kain clan. They did another excellent deal. Zero % financing with FMC. BEST IS THE LACK OF THE HARD SELL, Nobody likes to be pressured.. This was the single most memorable vehicle purchase of my lifetime. From the first phone call BRADD GRAY was totally attentive to my every need. No pressure, no hurry just willing and friendly answers to every question no matter how minor. My visit was as if I was an old friend with additional welcomes from everyone including Jack Kain himself. I feel I had total disclosure about the vehicle and its history. After the sale was completed Bradd followed me back to the car to demonstrate and to make sure I was comfortable with all the "bells and whistles" in case we had missed anything. I want to say, in all my years of buying cars, this had to have been the easiest yet. Stopped in because I had l had seen a used truck on the lot that I liked. Ask the lady at the font desk if she could show me a sales person because no one attacks you there as in my past experience. She introduced me to Mike Flaugher. He was very to work with and we had the deal and answered all my questions. Mike was very easy to work with. In a short time I was in the business office working with Mark Morford. We originally went to Jack Kain Ford to test drive a used F-250... turned out it wasn't the truck for us. We asked if there was any other options around our price range and Bradd Gray went out of his way to find a fit. The truck we ended up purchasing after a month of searching had just reached the lot. Parked in the back ready for detail, we took a shortcut through the maintenance department and found what we were looking for. The truck had service records to back every mile, and the buying process was extremely smooth. I would most definitely recommend Jack Kain Ford to any of my friends and family.

It was so great not being hassled by a salesman! The salesmen are there if you need them and don't see you as a sale. They see you as a person making a big decision. We were very pleased with our experience. We were looking for an inexpensive car for our teenage son but we were treated as if we were looking for a brand new vehicle. They had a huge selection of used vehicles in our price range. Mr. Steve Jeffers was extremely patient in letting us look at and test drive many of the options when he could have tried to rush us so he to move on to someone looking for a more expensive vehicle. After test driving many cars, we settled on one that was less expensive than some of the others we considered but we were never pressured to buy the more expensive options. Finally, the vehicle we chose was very reasonably priced and they worked with us to make sure it was within our budget.

We went to Jack Kain Ford with a list of items we wanted in a new 2015 Ford Fusion: back up camera and outside thermometer reading on the dash. Power passenger seat was a pleasant addition to our list. The main wish was for a silver gray car. We did not want the red ones already on the lot. So, along with the help of Bill Kain (He had sold us our new 2012 trade in) a new 2015 silver gray car was located at another Ford dealership and driven to Jack Kain Ford. All paperwork was finished fast!!!! We appreciated the deals Ford Company had in place which made spending that much money less painful!!!! We were also walked through the operation of our high tech black interior car!!!! The Ford Fusion is beautiful and rides like a dream!!!! Thank you again Bradd Grey, sales consultant. It is not easy buying a new vehicle. It was almost like buying a new home. Papers on top of papers to sign. THe sales person Ms. Campbell was nice and helpful. When you think you are done something else is laid out in front of you to be considered. There should be some way to make things as short as possible. all in all they were nice people to do business with. Purchased my first vehicle from Jack Kain Ford this afternoon. I had initiated contact online with LuAnn and she had responded quickly with a friendly reminder/invitation. I set up a time to visit the dealership. When I arrived, LuAnn had arranged for Bill to show me the vehicle I was interested in. the presentation was very professional, friendly, and thorough. From there, we proceeded through the financial details with clear explanation all along the way. From LuAnn, to Bill, to Mark (finance), to Trevor (Quick Line Service) to several other folks sitting around the dealership, all I can say is it was friendly and smooth!!! It was like talking to people I had known all my life.

We bought a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma after searching the internet Jack Kain's pricing was hard to bet and after speaking to several people about our search Jack Kain's dealership was always highly recommended. So with us being new the area we went and checked the dealership out and found our sales person Matt to be very friendly and low pressure he even showed us the other competitors pricing. We did not purchase that night but decided the next day to buy the truck. Matt had everything pretty much arranged for us when we arrived so financing was a breeze. It's was nice to know that we found a great deal right here in our own town! I loved the whole presentation at the end when they hand you the keys the actual owner of came out and shook our hands and welcomed us to the Jack Kain family that gave us "warm fuzzy" feeling and we even the met the dealerships cat Shelby.

The last car I bought was in 2003, so was not sure what to expect. From when we stepped on the lot and were met by Steve, until we left later with a new car, it was an amazing experience. Everyone we met, especially Steve Jeffers, Bill Kain, and Mark Morford (and Shelby the cat) made us feel like our business was really appreciated. The entire process was incredibly easy. My husband and I went to just look, but ended up leaving with a new car. There was never any pressure, just nice people. From the time I walked through the door I was treated extremely well by everyone. I was asked if I had been taken care of by everyone I came in contact with. The sales man (Bradd Gray) was extremely informed and was able to answer all my questions about the car I was looking at. He made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I left the building. The car that I purchased was a very nice used car. They offered me a car fax on the car and had known the previous owner for the last 11 years. I went to Jack Kain Ford because they had exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I ended up trading in my vehicle and using that to roll into a lease. I am very happy with my new vehicle. I had a very nice sales experience with Luann. Out of curiosity, I looked to see what they listed my trade in for. They marked the vehicle up $4,500 from my trade in price. I tried to negotiate the trade in value of my vehicle with the sales manager but that became a high pressure situation. The sales manager said they were transparent at this dealership but I am beginning to feel I could have got a better trade in at another dealership.

This visit was the follow up repair for a problem they found durring an inspection that came with my oil change. They had to replace tierod ends and some other things that where damaged by rust. I thought the way my truck was stearing and handling was due to age and such, but it wasn't. I'm lucky I didn't have a wreck or something worse. It drives like a new truck now though. It's great. And best of all it cost a little over a $100 less than I expected.

I just purchased a Ford Escape. Bradd Gray was very helpful as was Steve. They both saw to it that my questions were answered and helped me learn about the car. They did not pressure me to buy but presented and left the decision to my husband and me leaving us alone to discuss. Even when I called a dealer to make a final offer to them they didn' t try to change my mind. I had really prayed about a car and asked the Lord for guidance in my purchase and I believe the Lord directed this purchase.

I received 2 free oil changes and checkups after buying a used car in Jan. I went in for my first checkup last week. It was easy to make an appointment and the service time was less than 45 minutes. I got a very clear written report plus a verbal explanation. The manager was friendly and efficient.

We found a 2013 Tahoe on AutoTrader and called the dealership....we were almost 200 miles away so a lot of discussion was done on the phone. We also had an unusual payment situation. ALL of these things should have killed this deal before we even thought about hitting the road. 6 hours later I was following my husband home in that Tahoe! My young adult daughter's car head gasket blew & it would have cost more to fix it than the car was worth. Since she had just started a job and has a baby I searched all week trying to find her a car that was safe & reliable, but didn't cost too much. the 6th day I went to Jack Kain Ford in Versailles, KY. I was impressed with Jim Barrick who appeared to be honest and forth coming. When I called later in the day to make a final offer on a car I had the opportunity to also speak with Mr. Kain. I was even more impressed! The folks here seem to be very caring and honest people. They treat you the same as they would a personal friend. I'm very impressed and will definitely be back!

Our Ford Escape, at 117,000 miles, had the 'service engine soon' light come on. This was the first time that I needed professional diagnosis and repair since we bought this car new at Jack Kain Ford 13 years ago. It has been an excellent car so I drove to the service department and explained to Trevor Bryan the symptoms before the light had come on. He listened attentively, entered everything on the computer, and promised me that he would have one of the best service technicians check it out that day and call me. Within hours I was convinced that they knew what to do and what my cost would be. I approved the work and by the next morning my car was ready. Even more impressive was the fact that Aaron Harlow, the service technician, left his card in the car, which gave me confidence and showed me that he had taken a personal interest. The service department is manned by professionals, and it's an example for all Ford Dealerships.

My wife and I had an excellent buying experience at Jack Kain. Our Sales Consultant, Mike Flaugher was knowledgeable and very considerate in helping us choose our new vehicle. After 40 plus years buying vehicles in other states, this experience was the best by far for us. Mr. Flaugher took the time to understand our preferences and was very patient as we looked over the inventory and test drove the vehicles. I purchased a used Toyota Prius off the 'back row Joe' lot after catching a posting here on Cars.com. Overall a great buying experience. I had my wife and daughter with me and they treated everyone amazingly. Moreover, they weren't your typical pushy car buying experience. They asked me what kind of deal I want on the car. I had come in with my own financing, but I laid out a deal on the table and they simply said, 'works for us, we'll take it.' They could've easily made another thousand (maybe two) on the car, but they took my small family into account and gave us a great deal on a much needed car. It shows what a great family business this is and who they gear to please. The sales manager (Bill Kain) and our sales rep (Bill Edwards) treated us like royalty through the whole process. I'd recommend this dealership to mid to upper level of credit people if you're doing on-lot financing. If you've already pre-approved somewhere, I'd do business with Jack Kain every day of the week for straight car buying experience. They cut fair deals, no tactics, and put everything out there so you know exactly what kind of deal you're getting. They've earned our future business and we'd recommend and thank them for everything!

Life gets busy, but all those pressures gets easier at Jack Kain Ford. I bought my first car from them just 6 months ago and when another car was needed there was no question where I was going. Ok... I'm a hard man to deal with. I realize that, and in fact, sometimes, I pride myself on that. But... Today, I went to Jack Kain and bought a car from James Barrick. This was the absolute best experience I have had in a car. I picked out multiple issues (I'm picky, if I didn't mention that), but Jim and the crew at Jack Kain accommodated. I bought a 2007 Ford Escape and I did everything but break in and steal it. When I mentioned my concerns, Jim said he would help... he put it on the rack, talked to the service crew, and allowed me to look under the car. This, again, was the easiest, quickest, and best car buying experience I have ever had. I was back on the road within 1 hour (60 minutes) from arrival to departure... this included my 7 mile test drive (sorry Jim), look under the car (thanks service folks), and the paperwork with "the man". I could not have had a better experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I'm sold on Jack Kain Ford and would recommend the quick drive to Versailles. Oh, yeah... Ask for "Jim" (James Barrick), he's a big help.

After car hunting for over a week I finally made my way down to Jack Kain Ford. When you first walk in everyone you see greats you and makes you feel right at home. Brad Gray was the sales consultant I worked with. I'm a new driver so I didn't need anything to big and wanted something that sat higher then a car. After a few minutes of looking around I found and test drove the perfect vehicle for me. When I first saw it I liked it seeing it was a used car and was a little roughed up. Bradd helped answer all questions I had about the vehicle and was able to work in a good deal on the price. Like a said previously, I liked the vehicle when I saw it but after Todd finished detailing the car I fell in love. They did an amazing job and I was so happy with what I got. The only thing I would have changed about my experience is I would have asked them to put pennzoil instead of valvoline when I went to get my oil change there at quick lane next to jack kain but I will definitely ask next time I go.

I bought my 2007 Ford Edge SEL on Jan. 30, 2015, the buying process took about 45 minutes, which was totally awesome. The salesman brought the price of the vehicle down to my standards without hassle, which was another awesome. Something broke on the vehicle a week after I got it and Pat Kain told the service people to pay for it and get it fixed, which was another totally awesome. My only complain about them was they could not negotiate tires with the lower price of the vehicle. The finance person said, "Lower price on vehicle or new tires?" I needed both, but I settled for the lower price on the vehicle and within the week of having my new auto, I got my new tires. Other than that, this dealership is the bomb.

The sale of the automobile was great, but I do believe, they could have worked with us regarding new tires on the automobile instead of working with us regarding the price. Now I have to go out and find tires for the automobile because they would not negotiate it. But overall, my experience with jack Kain was excellent.

Working with Jack Kain Ford to buy a used car was a great experience, not at all like my previous dealings with other dealerships. I am the type of person who researches solely online and once I find a vehicle with the price and features I want, I typically have questions that I prefer to have answered via email. Out of 4 separate dealers in the area, Bill Kain was the only to be completely honest with me via email and answer my questions exactly. He even volunteered a lot of information on top of what I asked that I really appreciated, the biggest being exactly what the out-the-door price would be on the vehicle I was interested in. Other dealers wouldn't even confirm the price they had on their website and instead told me to come in to discuss. I let Bill know when I would be in to test drive the vehicle and it was cleaned and ready to go. My only complaint here is that interior was not shown much love, parts of the dash and console were still dirty from it being driven as a demo. It wasn't bad, just an observation. Bill paired me up with Terrell Prichard, which the wife and I appreciated, as Terrell was very down-to-earth. Purchasing a vehicle is an inherently long process and Terrell's conversation helped it go by quickly. He showed us the vehicle, tagged along on a test drive and generally helped ease the wait while they appraised my trade-in and worked out the numbers. Overall, great experience from start to finish. I feel I got a better-than-good price on the vehicle and a great price on my trade-in.

When I moved to Lexington two years ago, I was recommended to Jack Kain Ford by Bylerly Ford in Louisville. I found Jack Kain Ford to be honest and forthright in their assessment of repairs and on target as to how long the repairs took and the cost of those repairs. Additionally, they has stayed in touch with me months after the repairs to see if my car is running well, sent me a Christmas card and called to wish me a Merry Christmas; who does that today? These folks care about customer service and live up to the claim; they are awesome! I will continue to do business with them and recommend Kain Ford to those who want an honest relationship with a quality mechanical shop for their vehicle.Tom

My wife and I were looking for something a little bigger than our sedans now that we have started a family. After doing a lot of online research for the best models for us I found a good deal for an Edge that offered 0% financing so we went to check it out. Bradd Gray had been helping me via phone before we made a visit and he was equally as helpful when we made it on the lot. The most importants thing for us was that he kept everything very comfortable and gave us his full attention. He didn't ask us to fill out an application for financing right away and just let the transaction process naturally. I think we may have actually been the first one's to mention that we were ready to buy when the time came. We also had quite a bit of correspondence with Bill Kain and felt that he genuinely was there just to help us out as well. Overall a great experience and I would definitely send friends/family to Bradd.

I wrote a comment yesterday about the good treatment that I received at Jack Kain during my used car purchase process, but failed to mention the name of my salesperson. Bradd Gray was a friendly but competent person who listened carefully to what I wanted in a car and then selected several models for me to test drive and examine. He never pressured me to make a quick decision and when I called later to come back for a final determination, he presented me with a good offer that I decided to take. He then had the car in excellent shape for me, and took time to show me how to work the many options on the car.

Favorite dealership in Lexington. Bradd Gray and Terrell were both attentive and respectful throughout from our first call to Bradd until we drove off the lot. Terrell stayed almost an hour after close and graciuosly assisted my wife with transferring our belongings from our trade-in to our new vehicle. Bill Kain, owner, was genuinely polite and patient during negotiations. No games, no tricks, no gimmicks, no high pressure tactics. Another thing that caught our attention were pets...a very friendly little dog and a trusting cat...just a nice personal, pleasant touch. It seems money isn't the only concern at Jack Kain Ford. Kindness and respect are a part of their fabric...good focus. Especially liked the Merry Christmas greeting by receptionist on the phone. The good news is they sold us a used vehicle we could trust and it carried us safely back home to the hills of Greenup County in the cold and dark. We took a risk driving two hours to buy a used vehicle but in the end there was no risk at all. Merry Christmas Jack Kain Ford.

We have purchased 4 vehicles at Jack Kain Ford. On Dec 5, 2014 we heard they were having a sale and we had been talking about trading in our oldest Ford. Well as usual, they were great and we left with a new Ford Edge. It was late, and our salesman Bradd Gray worked late helping us to get our stuff moved to our new car. This was regular service for them. But what surprised me was we had put a Reese Hitch on our old vehicle and wanted one on the new one. Our salesman suggested that since we bought the hitch from a local trailer/hitch shop we may be able to have them move the hitch at a good price. They called the trailer/hitch store and arranged for our old hitch to be moved from our trade-in to our new vehicle at a very reasonable price. Bradd drove our trade-in to the hitch shop for the transfer. Jack Kain Ford is a good low pressure dealer with very helpful friendly employees. I will go there first when we need another new vehicle.

Before my recent purchase at Kain Ford I had only bought one car myself (a used one) and went with my wife when she made her first car purchase(also a used one) in college. One of those experiences was decent, the other was awful. Now I know how pleasant it can be to buy a car! My experience at Kain Ford was great. I worked with Matt McCall who couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to Matt, several members of the staff worked together to get me the best deal possible on my car, which, to be honest, I didn't expect at a dealership. They really will do everything they can to give you the best experience possible. The dealership itself was very well kept and I really appreciated the kid's play area when we brought our three-year old in. I have owned several makes of car in the past so I don't really have any brand loyalty, but my experience at Kain Ford will keep me coming back to Ford for all of my future vehicle purchases.

We can't say enough how good/pleasant/nice our visit to Jack Kain Ford in Versailles, Kentucky was--the best we've done business with or visited. Had a major issue with my Sport Trac engine. Spoke to James Holt and had vehicle towed toJack Kain Ford. James got me a price for a new engine and total repair costs. Even worked the price out a little lower for me. His communication throughout the week of the repairbeing done was fantastic. I had the opportunity to stop by and meet the mechanic and he took time to talk with me about my truck. Motor was replaced in a timely manner and there were no suprises when I picked it up! The price was exactly what I was quoted. No hidden costs added in like other dealers I have dealtwith in the past. It is refreshing to know that the word "service" is still lived up to by this dealership. When I picked up my Sport Trac it was clean, not the usual grease everywhere and under the hood! I'd been looking to trade in my truck for a used Ford Fusion for the past couple of months. Researching, I found 2 cars that I liked and both happened to be at Kain Ford. I called and spoke with Jim Barrick. He was extremely helpful in answering my questions. Living almost an hour away, I was hesitant because I have never traded a vehicle before so driving an hour away I was afraid it wouldn't work out and I would have wasted 2 plus hours. What changed my mind was Jim's follow-up call. I had contacted a couple of places in the past, but never received any follow-up calls. Jim was willing to set up a time to meet on a Saturday afternoon which my wife and I consider great customer service. The entire Kain Ford staff is top notch. And unfortunatly it was pretty frustrating until I found Jack Kain Ford. The only word that can describe the experience is "perfect." From the first email response to the final handshake, each employee handled themselves with honest and respect. Jack Kain Ford is by far the best dealership we have ever done business with. We got exactly what we wanted at a incredible price. Our sales guy Bill Edwards was awesome. Even after the sale they have called more then once to make sure we are happy and to offer our special tag back from our vehicle. Mark was great as well. We bypassed our local Ford dealership who had the exact same truck we wanted and drove to Lexington. Before stepping on the lot I had called about this truck and they were great with me. We are now a Jack Kain Family, and will continue to do our business with them. Best dealership out there and completely honest. The best part is they don't push nothing on you and you don't spend numerous hours trying to make the deal. It's cut and dried quickly. No back and forth. My husband was amazed at the trade in for our car. Usually dealers want to steal your vehicle. Not Jack Kain Ford. Thy are hands down the best.

We bought a new 2014 Ford Edge from Jack Kain Ford on 10/4/2014. We went in on 10/3/14 after 6:00. We were greeted by Mike Flaugher shortly after we arrived. I told him what vehicle we were interested in seeing and what we would need to make the deal happen. After looking at the Edge, we went inside and he and Mark Morford told us what incentives Ford was offering and gave us a rough estimate on price. It was well after 7:00 and the person who appraised the vehicles for trade in had gone for the day. They offered to let us take the Edge home for the evening and see how we liked it and they would have the person do the appraisal on our vehicle the next morning. We went back in Saturday evening, they had multiple ways that we could finance all within the specifications that we had given them to begin with. We signed the papers and took it home that evening. It was honestly the easiest vehicle buying experience ever. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and there was no pressure. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Tom Breeze was an honest, not-pushy salesman. One of the best we've encountered. Few issues to iron out such as needing spare key, removing towing package, etc and he took care of this for us. Allowed us to keep the car overnight and take to personal mechanic. Went above and beyond to teach my daughter about bluetooth and more. Very helpful! The finance department made things quick and easy, not an allay drawn out ordeal. Excellent experience.

Jack Kain Ford properly fixed a brake pedal noise/vibration on my truck that 3 other Ford dealerships said didn't exist or could not find? another dealership had replaced my adjustable brake/gas pedals because they were leaking fluid in the floor mat and had apparently not replaced an adequate amount of brake fluid after the part replacement. I could not find another diesel mechanic at a Ford dealership that wanted to work on any part of my truck that was NOT the diesel engine. If you have had a diesel truck with a problem and no other Ford dealership would fix or repair it I strongly recommend you bring your truck to Jack Kain Ford. I had a neighbor tell me if Jack Kain Ford could not repair my truck it could not be fixed. My neighbor is a truck driver and knew what he was talking about. they took their time and fixed my truck. Also my truck DID NOT have diesel oil/grease on the steering wheel/door handles/floor mat when I got in the truck to drive it home and that was a first for me. James Hold was my service advisor, I am not sure the name of the diesel mechanic but James said he had been with Jack Kain Ford for 13 years. The diesel mechanic did an outstanding job, I picked my truck up from service on October 7th, 2014. My neighbor recommended them to me and now I can recommend them to you. My neighbor also personally drives a Ford Mustang.

I not the type of person who normally writes a review. But after dealing with the staff at Jack Kain Ford i thought that i would share my experience. I was passing through the area heading north for work. I discovered a leaking water pump on my F-350 and pulled into the dealership. It was 10 minutes after 5 and all of the mechanics had already left. The service guy aware of my situation found me several hotels in the area as well as set me up with a car to drive for the evening. He provided me with a quote for the repair and tried to do whatever he could to help make my experience better. They got to work on my truck first thing the next morning and had me back on the road after lunch that day. The quote that was provided the previous afternoon was spot on the quality of work seems to be top notch. I can't say enough about this dealer or their friendly staff. If you are ever in the area and need any work performed on your vehicle, give Jack Kain your business. You won't be sorry!

Took my 2011 Escape in for The Works Oil change, tire rotation, etc. Even with a couple of vehicles in front of me I was only waiting a bit over 30 minutes and because I was reading news on my tablet I was actually surprised that my vehicle was ready so fast. This dealership has always been efficient with service and will give me a reasonably accurate estimate of time it will take. They provide a free ride home if it's going to be several hours and will come back and pick me up ( I live within 3 miles, but they do that for anyone in the local area.)

I take all of my cars to Jack Kain Ford for service and repair. This last trip, my daughter was using my truck to move to an apartment and the right front tire started smoking and had a burning smell on her return trip. I had her meet me at Jack Kain and we dropped it off with information about the problem in the night drop box. We stopped at Jack Kain on our way back to Glasgow after being in Lexington for the day, on the off chance that a truck my husband had seen on the internet might still be there. We stopped to look at a similar truck and Bradd Gray approached us and immediately pointed out the vehicle we had stopped to see. After sending us on a test drive across the picturesque countryside and through the lovely Versailles, we decided to purchase the Nissan Frontier. Was in today with an appointment (coming from 70 miles from the West) to see and drive a used Taurus. Matt was the professional sales associate helping us. We were intending to soon replace our vehicle (a maturing leased car of another manufacturer) within a few weeks. The facility was very warm. My husband and I had been looking to upgrade our second car, without breaking our budget. When we dropped our 2010 Mustang off for some warranty repairs, we found a 2008 Mustang on the Back Row Joe lot. It was exactly what we had been looking for. As we had many errands to run that day, Terrell called us back with a price that got our attention. We came back to test drive the car, were very impressed with it, and made the decision to start dealing. Much to our surprise, no dealing was necessary. The trade in offer for our old car was much better than what we expected, and the total cost could not be beat. Due to a previous obligation, we were unable to stay and complete the process, however, they continued to work the deal up in our absence, and the papers were ready to sign in when we arrived the next morning. We love this car, and were so happy with the experience. We were really surprised at how well we were treated, given that we weren't looking to spend a lot of money. Recently bought a 2002 Grand Am GT from Jack Kain Ford and it did break down. They were very understanding and helped resolve the problem. They are a great dealership and would recommend it for anyone.

Auguat 21, 2013, took my 2007 Edge to Jack Kain because the passenger washer fluid was not working. They alledgedly fixed it and said it was the nozzle. The following week the driver side washer fluid stopped working. On, Friday, September 13, took the vehicle back to have what should have been fixed previously fixed. The vehicle was running perfectly fine when I dropped it off. They call the following day saying the vehicle is ready to be picked up. Get there and try to start the vehicle. It starts but will not stay running. A salesman comes over and tries to start it. Same results. He gives me a loaner to drive. Monday they call to inform us the mpa sensor was cover with a spider nest and the cost is $72.00. Granted I am a female but I'm not stupid! The vehicle ran great prior to dropping off on their lot. Needless to say, they would not give me the vehicle until I paid the $72.00. I will never use their service department again nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from them. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone! Bill Kain said I insulted him. Let me tell you Mr. Kain, you have insulted my intelligence by thinking I am that stupid. I have never taken a vehicle for repairs (especially minor repairs) to pick it up and it not run. If the shoe fits, wear it! And it fits like a glass slipper. Kain Ford is dishonest!

My son purchased his first car at Jack Kain Ford. He worked and saved for over a year. With $2500.00 in hand we made a trip down from Louisville and he drove home in his very first car. It was an exciting time until 5 days later the car had thrown a rod. My son had gotten to drive it 3 times! My mechanic took a look at the car and showed my all the ways the car had been "doctored" for a sale. The worse part is that Jack Kain has given us the run around for months. They say sometimes "these things happen" with used cars. Do yourself a favor and purchase a car from someone who really cares and will stand behind your purchase.

The salesman at Jack Kain Ford was very upfront with us about the used car selction they had a t their dealership. I told him the price range I was looking for, and he didn't try to pressure us into looking or buying something that we could not afford. The paperwork went smoothly and only took a few minutes. Everyone there was very pleasant. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a nice affordable used car. No hassles!

I have bought a used Ranger, new 05 Mustang GT, 09 Shelby GT500 and a 11 Mustang V-6 at Jack Kain and have been very impressed with each purchase. I can't name all of the sales and service people that have become not only sales aqnd service people but friends as well. I go there often just to see the latest inventory..mainly Mustangs and GT500's and I am greeted by name and treated with the upmost respect. Mr. Kain and his whole staff are the greatest. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Thanks to Mike, Dave, Bill and the rest of the staff for making me feel special when I go to buy, service or just to stop in to say hi. You guy are the best..Thanks

My husband and I have experienced EVERY part of Jack Kain Ford. From buying new, used, maintenance and body repair. Steve Jeffers ran in the rain, sleet and snow to bring us the trucks and cars we wanted to test drive. He ensured delivery time was the time he told us and made sure we understood everything about the trucks and cars we purchased. Brad Gray was my salesman. He is very helpfull,knowledgeable, and professional.My service advisor was Zack Slone and I am very pleased with him also. I am pleased with everyone from the tech. To the finance person. The problem I had was with oil consumption in my 2006 Dodge Dakota.A new long block was installed as per Ford Extended Service Plan with a 100.00 deductible. My wife and I were looking for a certain type vehicle and stopped by Jack Kain. They informed us of any and all savings we could apply to the purchase. We did not have to sit through the running back and forth to haggle on a price. Bill, our salesperson, Eric, the manager, mark the finance guy and all the personnel there made it a really enjoyable and really fairly short experience. Within an hour and 15 mu=inutes we had purchased a new vehicle and were leaving the dealership. Definately recommend this place.

We had been looking for a used car for awhile when we ended up at Jack Kain Ford. David Griffith helped us find exactly the car we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted/needed in a car & didn't pressure us to buy immediately. We did end up buying, and David's been a great at answering any questions we've had since buying the car! Mr. Pat Kain has sold me every car I have ever owned, and will continue to do so until he quits selling them or I quit buying them. He also has been very helpful anytime I need assistance with the service department. He gives me peace of mind when buying a car, and makes me feel like I have someone on the inside when I need any assistance involving my vehicles.

My overall experience with Jack Kain Ford was above and beyond satisfactory. I now when I usually walk into a car dealership I always dread having the salesmen come and attack me. This was not one of those experiences. I ended up talking to Keith Smith. He made me feel comfortable talking about what kind of car I was interested in. Made it into a casual conversation instead of the normal salesmen ritual of pushing you into looking at cars that you don't even like. Keith was very good about answering any questions I had. It was my first time signing for a car on my own, but he made the process very relaxed. I never felt like I was pressured into buying a car. I didn't even have the intention of getting a new car when I came into the lot. Everyone at Jack Kain made my car buying experience enjoyable and confident in my purchase. They make me feel like part of their family, by having casual conversations on the KY Wildcats waiting for the bank to approve the loan. Overall I would most definitely recommend Jack Kain Ford to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

While looking for a new vehicle, my wife and I decided to look at a Ford Flex. We had been looking for one for about a year, but was unable to purchase one, due to price. We had, on a couple of occasions, spoken with Pat Kain, at Jack Kain Ford, about looking for us a Ford Flex. Pat Kain took this as his personal mission, to get us into a new Ford Flex. After a few months Pat Kain called to see if we were still interested in a Ford Flex, because he had one on their lot that he thought we would like. After taking the Ford Flex for a test drive, we knew that this was the vehicle for us. Boy was Pat Kain right; it was the vehicle we were looking for. It was the right color , and had all the right bells and whistles, and the price was right. Since we purchased the Ford Flex, we have had numerous letters and a call for Pat Kain and Jack Kain Ford, making sure everything is going well with the vehicle. Jack Kain Ford and its employees make you feel like family. I am sure if I was to call Pat Kain today, to look for another vehicle, he would give me that same family care he gave us before. We were very pleased with Pat Kain and his service, at Jack Kain Ford.

Pat is always more than willing to go out of his way to make my experience at Jack Kain Ford the best it can possibly be. Take your business out to Versailles, KY and ask for Dale Stubblefield to show you some great Ford models. The entire staff at Jack Kain Ford are really great to work with. I found myself in a very difficult spot having to replace my current vehicle much sooner than I had ever planned, and the folks at Jack Kain were there for me every step of the way as I worked my way through my decisions and options. No pressure, just very supportive. When I was ready, they were ready with a great deal and painless process. These folks are good neighbors who mostly want everyone to be happy driving around in one of their vehicles. ...and if you haven't checked out the Ford Fiesta or Focus lately, these are really snazzy vehicles at economic prices and economic gas consumption.

After looking at several vehicles in many dealerships I had almost decided not to trade. I don't like having to deal with all of the hassle that most dealerships put you through. However, Jack Kain Ford and our salesman Tom Breeze were very courteous and made buying my new vehicle a pleasure. Tom Breeze is great, he knows when to leave you alone to make the decision and we did not feel any of the pressure we felt at other dealerships. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My wife and I went to Jack Kain Ford to purchased a used car for her, but after seeing some of the new Ford Focus, we decided on a new 2012 Focus. Mike Flaugher was terrific in showing us all the available models he had, and explaining the different styles and options. He never once left us to go to another customer, but stayed with us to answer all the questions we had. Once we decided on the car, Mike, and the rest of the sales team went to extremes to satisfy us and made us a GREAT deal. They were very friendly in explaining all the paperwork, and getting us everything we needed. Mike then went the extra mile in setting up the Sync phone for my wife once we had finished up all the paperwork. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who reads this.I will shop at this dealership for my next purchase. They have secured me as a life long customer.

I recentlty purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Jack Kain Ford in Versailles. There was no pressure to purchase, just honest communication about the vehicle. I also appreciated how simple the paperwork was to complete. Since then , I have recieved both phone calls and emails inquiring if my purchase experience was satisfactory. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased at this dealership and between my wife and my immediate family we have purchased a total of 4 other vehicles here and my brother is getting ready to purchase another one. My salesman, Tom Breeze, is the best. He is the one that we have bought all our vehicles from. I wanted to have my new truck in time to show it off for Thanksgiving this year and Mr. Breeze without being asked and without hesitation volunteered to come in on his day off on Wednesday to finish signing the paperwork so that I could do just that!! My initial purchase of a Ford, was conducted at a competitor several years ago. When I returned about a year later, I found that they simply were not interested in "repeat customers". This prompted my search for a dealership that would live up to their promise of taking care of "repeat customers". Since that date....several years ago, I think I've purchased four or five vehicles from Jack Kain Ford, specifically through Dave Griffith and Mike Flaugher. They continue to take very good care of me, they know what I'm looking for, and they have everything ready when it's time to purchase. I bought a 2006 limited ford escape from jack kain ford.They gave me what i wanted for my trade in and told me about all rebates that ford had on the escapes. They got me a good rate on financing 3.9 They treated me great. Two weeks after buying my escape i noticed a noise . I took it to jack kains service department the service manager rode with me himself and heard the noise. They found the right rear wheel bearing bad and replaced it. So not only is the sales department great so is their service department. I recommend this dealership to everyone wanting a good dealership that they can trust .

Mr. Chapman gave me a great deal on a 2004 taurus. I have been to other dealerships but none of them can even come close to being the dealership that Jack Kain Ford is. All their employees are so friendly. <br>Mr. Dave Griffith the finance manager was great , he had all the paper work done and explained everything to me .
