Robert and Brian were amazing!! Robert allowed me to test drive every car I wanted to try without hesitation, gave me lots of information on both the evoque and the discovery. He allowed me to create my own opinions and make my own decision while still providing me with advice on what he thought would be best for my needs and wants. Brian was so sweet and straight forward! and I loved it. he didn't hide anything and did everything he could to help me feel comfortable with my payments and options! Found a Range Rover SVR on cars.com at this dealership. Called into the sales line and ended up with Grant Ryder (what a pompous, arrogant, twit?). He verified that the vehicle was available and confirmed the specs and the price of the vehicle with me. This was a "used" SVR in the sense that it was a demo but had never been owned and only had 71 miles on it, but listed as used nonetheless.Then came trade-in talk. This guy had no interest in negotiating the trade-in value of my vehicle and told me to take it or leave it...I absolutely left it!!The next day, I visited a different dealer that had the same vehicle. Without any discussion of my experience at Mission Viejo, their trade offer was $15k higher than these crooks were offering.It appears that my review is only one of many from this dealership that recognizes them as dishonest crooks.

Jaguar Land Rover Mission Viejo reneging on paying full amount for spare tire jack assembly and shipping for 2009 BMW X5. Car missing spare tire and jack at time of purchase. Agreement for me to purchase correct spare tire and jack for the vehicle. Showed them example of the spare tire and jack on the internet when purchased made. They didn't consider that shipping bulky heavy items would be expensive. Dealership salesman stated that he could have purchased a cheaper spare tire and jack. The units he suggested wouldn't fit it the trunk well, wrong use rating for the car model and jack won't work with the car. The units I purchased are made for the car model. This is after they damaged front headlights after purchase and were very hesitant about repairing damage they caused. They wanted to repair it the cheapest and most expedient way. Took 2 weeks to even schedule the repair. When I went to the scheduled repair, no one knew about it and salesman who scheduled (third week) it wasn't even there. Repair is still incomplete and I will have to do final step myself. Dealership made an error on credit application to bank resulting in a negative refusal of a loan report (letter) even though I had not requested a loan. My credit rating was termed "impecable" (874 out of 900) by dealership. Paid for car in cash. don't know what effect this will have on my credit rating in the future. Have been treated disrespectfully by dealership personnel since they have the full purchase price paid for car in cash already. Seems that I am just another statistic since I am not generating anymore revenue for them but just adding cost to their bottom line. If they just paid me for the cost of the spare tire and jack I wouldn't feel so bad, but hey reimbursed me less than the cost of them and they wouldn't even consider paying for the shipping. BMW dealer cost for the units are about twice the invoice total. I saved them money getting it on the internet instead of the dealership. I have attached purchase invoice and MV dealership check that was sent to me. The difference in the cost of spare tire and the check is only 37 dollars. They are too cheap even to give me that back and cheaper to give me back the shipping (heavy and bulky) cost for the units.

I was buying a pre-owned car. The initial contact with the internet sales person was quick and easy. Then I was transferred to a salesperson (Ronnie) who offered a price he ultimately couldn't meet which left me feeling misled. I called the internet sales and explained the frustration and a sales manager followed up quickly. We did the deal right away and Soheil Golchinfard helped me out. He was great, even stayed late to finish the deal. So, overall it was a pretty good experience. As with most places, I'd say it just has to do with the connection you make. If you work with Soheil, I think you'll have an awesome experience.

I priced out a job I had Land rover do for me. They were more than double the price of any of the 3 places I received quotes from.I tried to stop the repair but was told it was already completed. I had spoken to a service guy the night before and he assured me work would not be done. Cost me an extra $700. I have gone back and have researched other services Land Rover has done for me over the years and the same holds true. Love the vehicle, hate being ripped off.Land Rover, Mission Viejo will never see any more business from me.

Horrible service. Just Horrible! Unbelievable! These guys are liars. dealer Ronnie is not mentally stable. I've been asking for one particular car for months. First time I went to buy it he sold it to someone else and tells me he is sorry. That's it! Finally after months he calls me today and say they finally have another one in stock. He gives me an appt to go see it. On my way to dealership He texts me and tells me "I'm sorry I don't have it, it's sold." Are you F kidding me? Playing with me this whole time and lying to me thinking I'm stupid. That car was never there, he lied to me so he could sell me the other cars instead. Ronnie is dishonest sales rep and his manager is worse. On top of that they have a really bad attitude and no sense of good customer service. I'll never go here again. In fact this whole situation made me just hate Range Rover cars. Buyer beware, go to another dealership. F crooks.

We bought our car new in 2011, no pressure and very friendly. The waiting area is always clean, great coffee and a glassed room with toys for children to play while the parents wait. The service department is always nice and helpful, we never take our car anywhere else. The car is always done when they say or sooner.

So disappointed with this Jaguar Land Rover (Mission Viejo) dealership. My husband and I went twice, ready buy/leave with a Range Rover and this dealerships' lack of negotiation sent us home. Robert Shepherd was our salesperson and Timothy Sandquist was the Sales Manager. They have mandatory junk fees (i.e. $2195 non-negotiable paint protection), their MSRP discount (NOT) was only $1,000 and their money factor is nearly double what other car manufacturers (like Mercedes Benz) offer. Highly recommend going through Costco instead of using this dealership. They're offering the same rank/file vehicle for about $200 less/month. COSTCO: 1 MV LAND ROVER: 0 People need to know -- therefore I'm also posting our story on my other FB pages: Residents of Mission Viejo, Residents of Aliso Viejo (almost 5,000 subscribers), Residents of Laguna Niguel, Residents of Rancho Santa Margarita, Residents of Laguna Hills, Residents of Irvine, Residents of Dana Point, Residents of Lake Forest, etc.

Purchased a Jag from Gabe. He went the extra mile to secure the car I wanted from another location. Walked me through the process and was very attentive. I wanted a certain deal and was able to achieve it at this dealership! No so with the one near my house as they just had no inventory. He stayed in contact the whole time and went to bat for me. I used to live in Orange County and came from Reno, NV, to buy a used Land Rover.The price was right, the salesman did a very good job, but when arranging the payment and registration, they told me that registration had to be done by a local company (to protect the lending bank).I accepted, because that was the only way to do it (or they said).When back in Reno, I knew that I had to wait almost two months to use the car because of the registration, but the local DMV told me that with the invoice I was able to do it by myself. I did it and the DMV guy called the dealership to make sure everything was Ok. I was told that my refund for the service will take at least two months.After 3 months, many calls (most of them, ignored), I received a refund of $470 instead of more than $700 I paid because of the cost of the "service" and other charges.In other words, the good image of a dealership in beautiful Orange County got tainted by less than $300...

I worked with Matt in the service department. He and his team were professional and kind and went above and beyond...just a couple of examples among many this time around with servicing: they did a detail cleaning for me and were able to clean/buff out several large scrapes of white paint on my LR4 after I was told by several high need car washes this was not possible, I was provided a Jaguar as a complimentary loaner vehicle. The list of kindnesses goes on but too many to list here. Thank you again!

I had already put down a deposit to purchase one of the 2016 Volvo XC90 Limited First Edition ... yes, one of 1927 built. It was to be delivered at the end of May. Then I had to visit Land Rover Mission Viejo!!!! Big mistake!!!! but in a POSITIVE way. I ended up driving away the new Range Rover Sport HSE ... White with Black Top! The car may be much simple inside and out but it has luxury written all over it. And to put the icing on the cake, Yui, the salesperson, was very kind (didn't feel like a typical salesperson) and stayed with me throughout the entire process from when I walked in until almost 10 at night to make the car purchasing experience very pleasant. He was honest and really pulled through for me in many ways. And not to mention numerous texts and emails to ensure my satisfaction with the vehicle. I don't think I would be purchasing another Land Rover anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend the dealer and the group of nice professionals there at Land Rover Mission Viejo to all my friends and family. Thank you, Yui and the group of just nice people at LRMJ. ^^

I haven't purchased a vehicle in almost 17 years, so needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive about the whole car buying experience. From my very first phone call, to the day I got to drive my new Rover home, working with this dealership has been an amazing experience, actually pleasurable. Alain Germain in Sales, Scott Paul the General Manager, and Brandi McArthur in Finance, all treated me with excellent customer service. I live much closer to another Range Rover dealership, but they weren't willing to work with me, so I reached out to this dealership, which ended up being a blessing. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I was very much interested in a vehicle at this dealership. I did not receive a return call or an e-mail after submitting an inquiry through the cars.com website. I call into the dealership 2 days after the initial inquiry was submitted and left a message for a salesperson to return my call. I receive a call a day later and requested to have the final pricing and fees sent to me in writing on dealership letter head so I can have my credit union finance the vehicle. Then I was told that I would have to fly in to sign the paperwork, which I did not understand why because I purchased several vehicles out of state without have to fly in to the dealership. Days went by and I still did not receive the required paperwork. I had to contact the salesperson once again, who give me a poor excuse for not getting the information to me saying that the corporate office had to provide final numbers and they were busy. Three days went by and still nothing. The salesperson then emailed me and asked if I was still interested in the vehicle....well yeah! This time he said that if I wanted the vehicle, they would have to "control the title.... You have to use our lenders and you still have to fly in to sign the paperwork". So I tried to negotiate the price to try and compensate for me having to fly there. The salesperson emailed me back and said the vehicle was sold. REALLY! Suggestions for this dealership: 1. Limit you online advertising to within a 50 mile radius of their location. 2. Note in your advertisement that out of state/city buyers will have to be present to complete paperwork 3. Refrain from forcing buyers to use your lenders. 4. Respond to inquiries in a much timelier manner.

I bought a very expensive pre-owned car from this dealership. When they delivered the car I asked for the spare key. The service manager told me the salesman had it but he was off that day. I called the following day and continuously for about a month before they told me there was no second key and it would cost me $500 to purchase one. I asked why they did not tell me before and they said I should have asked for a second key during the sale. I asked to speak with the GM and the sales manager told me I could not speak to anyone else and that his word was the last word on the matter. He told me I should have negotiated a second key during the purchase. The car had a visible dent on the side and chipped paint on the front bumper, I negotiated for those repairs but how do you know that the car you are buying does not have a spare key before you purchase it?

You would think if you buy a very expensive (pre-owned) car from this dealership you get an extra key. One would also think that at least one person there would return a phone call after promising to do so. Well I thought that but I was wrong. I bought a car from this dealership a month ago. When presented with THE key, I asked: "Where is the other key" The credit manger said" Oh, the salesman must have it and he is off today." I called the following day and asked the salesman, John, for the key. He said " I will go to the service department and get it and call you back". Two days passed and I had to call him. He said he could not find the key and perhaps there was not an extra key. I told him I needed an extra key. He said he would look into it. I called him three more times to no avail, he never returned a phone call. I call the dealership and got the receptionist who transferred me to the service department. Over the following three weeks I spoke to the service manager, Chrystal and to someone who said he was the assistant manager. All said they would order a key and call me back and not one of them did. Fast forward to today. I called and got another woman. She said I needed to talk with the sales manager and she said, yes again, she would have him call me back. Guess why.... I called back a few minutes ago and asked for the sales manager. The receptionist gave me the parts department, the person who answered the phone transferred me back to the receptionist and the phone rang 22 times before I hung up and called back. It then rang 16 times before she angrily answered. I asked for the sales manager and I got Tim. He said the dealership policy is that if a car does not have a second key you have to negotiate for one before the deal is closed or they will not furnish one. I asked how I was to know the car did not have a second key or for that matter a first key before delivery? He had not answer for that. He just quoted their misguided policy. When I asked to speak with his boss he dismissed me like a child saying there was no one he reports to and his is the final word.So my advice to anyone who is buying from this dealership is there is no after purchase service. Once they get your money they treat you like crap. Save yourself the humiliation and shop another dealership or brand...I will never purchase anything else from them.

- Checked in my car for a Check engine light, Misdiagnosed the car several times for one week, and end-up paying over $2000.00 for parts that just got replaced in addition to over $1000.00 for labor work. - Received a quote for over $1000.00 for a simple front brake job - Another $1200.00 for front -end problems that existed since a bought this car from the same dealer. This is an example of a dealership that gives Land Rover brand a bad name. I have lost faith in ALL Land Rover products and after research on line I found out there is numerous complains about this particular dealership and their work ethics, especially their poor knowledge of the Land Rover brad and their over charges. Does anyone from the manufacturer of Land Rover monitor these guys or have any concerns about the mass complains against this dealership? Anyone care?

Their communication is horrific. You are interested in a car, you ask about it, no body returns your call in a timely matter. You call again ask for some info on the car another sales person oh so and so is working with you I will let him know. No one calls, I call again, mind you this is another day. Speak to his manager (possibly) and that communication is iffy. More questions no word until a week later they said they sold the car but not until I contacted them again and again.I THINK CORPORATE NEEDS TO BREAK UP THIS HORRIFIC SALES TEAM TO OTHER BRANCHES TO LEARN THE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. BRING IN NEW PEOPLE.

Went in today to look at a used vehicle. The vehicle was in very poor shape and the lame attempts made to fix the problems by this dealer were very bad. I went ahead and made an offer anyways taking into account the shoddy workmanship. They took my number and told me they would call me back. Never heard from them.

I used to buy and service my Jaguars at Bauer before they went out of business. Then I found out that the same outfit (Pendragon from England) that drove Bauer into the ground also run this place. Far from the pleasant experience I used to enjoy at Bauer, these people are only interested in one thing, taking your money! The service manager, Dave, is very arrogant, I had to return three times for the same problem and still it is not repaired properly. Then after not taking care of my service needs, they had the gall to try to push me into a new Jaguar. I told the GM Ted Pawlina that I was not interested as I have now learned that Jaguars will now be built in India by the same group that brags about building the cheapest car in the world, Ta-Ta Motors! Also, everyone that works here now seems to be from the U.K. and possess the typical British lofty/superior attitude. Now that stuff might go over there in England, but Americans seem to prefer to work with someone more down to earth. Needless to say, I WON'T BE BACK!

This dealership has all the signs of Going Out of Business...Brought my car in for a broken door motor...which they fixed..picked up my car with a broken door handle. I bought the car from them, never had any problem with the door handle, it was never broken...picked up car and found out after handle was coming loose that they had glued the door handle cover on. Gave me the excuse that it was that way prior. I live in San Diego, and the Jaguar dealership here just closed down...went out of business...they too tried to not fix my A/C...but had my mechanic confirm the leak on the A/C and they fixed it without question after that.
