My family and I would always bring put vehicles here for maintenance, and we have purchased cars from the dealership. I recently purchased a new 2021 Chevy Silverado and was informed my first two oil changes were included with my recent purchase. I brought this truck to your location for my first oil change and was done complimentary as promised and was even informed I had one more, so today I went. The receptionist told me it’s through Chevy and not Jake Sweeney and I needed to pay (it was almost she was promoting for me not to get my vehicle serviced there) even if I had to pay for it. I can assure you I’ll remember this for my next vehicle purchase as my wife is looking at a new car. I’ll make sure I purchase “directly” through Chevrolet or Mazda as will my parents who purchased their two new vehicles from your location. You’ll catch more bees with honey. It’s big picture items like these you miss trying to be technical and “right” about. I don’t expect much a little kindness and courtesy. Thank you!

Recently bought a used Mazda CX-9 from the dealership. I was in town from Cleveland, and I even left with the contact information for a reputable Mazda dealership near me they have relations with. Ryan Dorsey was my sales guy, and I couldn't be happier. Having worked with a number of dealerships and sales guys, he was a cut above the rest. I had called ahead about the car I wanted to view, and it was ready for me to take for a spin as soon as I got there. If you're gonna spend a few hours buying a car then he was a great one to spend it with. Very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about their offerings. He really knew his stuff. The store was clean, the staff were all incredibly friendly, and even the used cars appeared in great condition. I never felt abandoned waiting for paperwork or numbers, and they really treated me like a person, not a wallet. If I ever have to buy a car again, I'm definitely heading back there.

I purchased a used mini van from TJ at Jake Sweeny. TJ was an excellent sales person. He went the extra mile to help us. I drove in from Kentucky 2.5 hours one way to buy from this lot. The whole staff was so nice and helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience with this company. I would recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle. And I highly recommend TJ.

This place operates on shady business practices..I would highly recommend you avoid Jake Sweeney dealerships if you are looking to buy a car, especially if you don't like being taken advantage of. The salesman I worked with was fine, but the managers and dealership as a whole has no problem milking money out of their customers in any way they can. I bought a car from Jake Sweeney some months ago and was promised, in writing, a 2nd key fab with my vehicle within 30 days. When I mentioned it in person, my salesman told me they'd take care of it and never got back to me. Now that I am following up (again), they are saying that they won't give me the key despite that my contract says they would. They quoted me "at cost" for around $250. (called another dealership - they charge the same thing for every customer). Also, I called Jeff Wyler Mazda at Eastgate and told them my situation - they were horrified at the situation and are now giving me a fob free of charge and only charging me a small programming fee. Oh...by the way - they will sneek in a $1000 "shielding fee" on every car and try to discreetly cover it up in the math so you don't notice before you sign the paperwork. Don't let them do this.

I authorized ONE credit pull and now I have SIX inquiries on my credit report, which will kill my credit score. Also, they person who pulled the credit report, screwed up my personal information and now that's in my credit report as well. I now have to challenge the information in three separate credit reports. I will also report this gross incompetence to the FTC and state attorney general.

We have purchased 4 cars from Steve Beisel. He and the Jake Sweeney team worked with us to find the perfect cars for myself, my husband and our two kids. Most recently, Steve helped us find the perfect car for our very picky, almost 16 year old daughter. Over the course of 2 months, Steve would check inventory and text me with information on cars she might be interested in.. He finally found a gem of a vehicle and had it brought to the Western Hills location for us to look at. It was perfect! I can't say enough about Steve and the Jake Sweeney team. I will never purchase a car from anywhere else. The customer service is absolutely fantastic!

We phoned in to inquire about a used HONDA 2013 that we had seen on Jake Sweeney's website.We made an appointment to actually go and see it. We met Mr. BEISEL with whom we had a professional exchange. He was RESPONSIVE and ACCOMMODATIVE! No high-pressure salesmanship! We finished negotiating and processing the whole transaction in a pleasant atmosphere! For the first time, we felt "joy" buying a car from a Dealer!STEVE BEISEL, thank you so much! I purchased a Mazda 3 from Jake Sweeney. The car I originally saw on the internet the night before was sold. The salesman showed me a different car. I test drove it and it was okay but I told the salesman I needed one with cruise control. He said they could add it. I asked where would it be, etc. I was told it would be a Mazda cruise control on the steering wheel like the radio controls and all the other Mazdas. I said okay. They put a cheap Rostra cruise control on the steering column behind the radio controls that 1) was not visible and 2) worked erratically. The cruise control company claims it works. It is erratic and dangerous. You never know what will happen when you push one of the buttons.I told them to take it off because it was dangerous. They said they will only compensate me $200 for not having cruise control on the car I bought. I paid $15,000 for a 2013 Mazda3 SV that did not get the promised Mazda cruise control. I could have easily bought a different car with cruise control for that amount.The manager treated me disrespectfully and commanded me to stop saying it did not work consistently. He said they fulfilled their obligation to me. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and his response contained lies and downright slanderous remarks. This level of immaturity and disrespectfulness at a place of business is appalling.Lessons learned:Dont buy a car that does not already have everything on it you want. Dont just have one car in mind when you go. Find several on the internet at that dealer because the one your were interested in is probably sold. Bait and switch.Get all promises in writing and make sure they sign it and give you a copy.Take witnesses with you when dealing with them both during the sale and especially if you are having a problem with them. They can lie and you will have no one to back you up. I believe most salesmen are afraid to disagree and speak up to their managers. If you see even one bad review for a dealer, be wary.

This is by far the BEST dealership in the Cincinnati area. Their customer service is way above standard compared to others in the tri-state. I had a wonderful experience with the sales staff and I never felt pressured. I felt that everyone there really cared about it being my decision and wanted to help me make the best choice. I had lots of questions, and they were more than happy to answer each of them. I had the opportunity to speak with management about my wonderful experience and I have to say that the management staff is just as friendly and helpful. They really wanted to earn my business, and I'm proud to say that I'm loving my new CX-5.

I found that when going to other dealerships the sales staff was pushy and looked down on me for being a women. Never once did I feel this way at Jake Sweeney Mazda West. I know that any time I am in the market for a new car I wont hesitate to pop in and I will get amazing service. if you are in the market for a new car I recommend this dealership over any others.

I just got the Worst Car Ever! It smells like mildew. They lied about fixing repairs. As soon as the bank cut the check they won't return any of my calls. Mike Mullins (The Manager), won't agree to fix repairs in my contract and now I have to get a lawyer. Please don't consider this dealership. The customer means Nothing!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Jeff Sweeney Mazda, one used, one new. David Valines was the rep. we worked with both times. He made both experiences enjoyable. First off my old car, which was a Honda Civic, was about to be over it miles for its lease. This was my first lease and I had screwed it up going to Columbus to Cincinnati a few to many trips. But thats besides the point. Joe Collins was my sales rep and he helped me get out of my lease early and even was able to get me into a new Mazda R3 lease for just about the same price I was already use to paying with my Honda. He listened and was very respectful and even helped out with the budget concerns. I would highly recommend working with Joe. He is not just the average sales person looking to score the big money but is the sales person that listens, understands, and even knows how to work in a budget mind set. Also, he is completely reliable when he says you may email him and he will respond he really does respond. I appreciate his hard work and effort to making me a very happy customer and definitely would buy future Mazdas'.

I went in looking for a used car as a first time buyer and the experience was great. The dealer I worked with was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had. He made the process easy for me and I walked out with my first car that day. He made sure he was available to contact out of office hours if I had any more questions and responded reasonably quick. I was in the middle of moving homes and he helped me by having my cars title mailed to the dealership to make sure the documents did not get lost somewhere in the mailing process. Excellent service over all and he really takes care of his customers!

Overall, my experience with the dealership was positive. I intended to buy a Certified Pre-Owned, and worked with Mike to try to find a good option. I spoke with him over the course of a couple weeks and was not able to find what I wanted in a used car, but he was very patient and flexible with me. I then decided to go with a lease and he was able to get me into a 2016 Mazda3 at the payments I was looking for. I think the dealership has a lot of options and everyone there was friendly and accommodating.

I went into the dealership not very hopeful. I've been turned down other places and thought I would have to go to a buy here pay here place. Kimberly was wonderful!! I was interested in possibly purchasing a car here after seeing the tv ads for 99 dollars down. What they don't tell you in the ad is that your credit has to be impeccable and the loan itself is short term. This according to one of their salesman I spoke to! I had seen a few cars I may have been interested in that were withing a price range I had in mind! There was a green VW Beetle that according to the Carfax report had no damage on it! but unless they had one in hiding, the only green beetle I saw have a few dents in it and was missing a light cover on it! The salesman I spoke to was nice enough but I wish their ad were clearer so I didn't have to waste both my and the salesmans time!

The following is from a review from another Jake Sweeney's other Mazda dealership titled "Worst Experience Ever" on Cars.com:"Without a doubt, the worst car buying experience ever! I worked out a deal with my sales person but when I went back in to finalize the deal, the Sales Manager Travis Himebaugh had changed every aspect of the deal raising everything from the price to the down payment. When I refused the changes, he didn't have the decency to shake hands when we parted."The only difference in my experience was that I dealt with a salesman named Steve who was very competent and well mannered. But once we had agreed on Sales price, trade in value, taxes and other fees, the sales manager (same first name- Travis, but different last name) came up with some new way to add and subtract that had me paying 2 grand more than I had agreed. When I went over the numbers with him and showed him 2+2 equals 4 not 6. He made some lame excuse that it was the computer. But then refused to honor his price and pretended to be upset with me for being able to do simple math.Steve was kind enough to call me back and explain that another buyer had expressed interest. But I still don't understand why Travis just didn't tell me things had changed and the deal was off the table instead of lying through his teeth.I'm not a believer in Karma, but the buyer that did agree to buy the car (used car) required an inspection from another dealer and during this inspection the garage door crushed the roof of the car- sometimes the right thing happens to bad people.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Julie (the salesperson) and I made a couple agreements prior to me purchasing my new vehicle. One of those agreements was to have a small dent fixed on the driver side door, along with painting that dent and my back bumper. This is where I started having issues:When I dropped my car, , I was given a Chevy Cruze as my rental car. One of the employees went to put gas in the car, and I was told I could wait outside for the employee to come back with the car, then I could leave. When the car pulled up I noticed that there were some pretty recognizable sized dents on the vehicle. Not only were there dents, all of the tires had low tire pressure. The guy who brought the car around to me even told me that he put air in the tires and the low tire pressure light would go off. It did not go off the entire week I had the vehicle, in fact, the tire pressure dropped daily. I decided to let it go and drive away with the beat up/unsafe car. A week later I showed up at your dealership to drop off the rental and pick up my car. An hour later I received a phone call asking if I reported my 'accident' to my insurance company. When I told her those dents were there prior to me driving the car, I was basically told I was a liar. Not only was I being accused of wrecking the rental car, I am COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the paint job. It literally looks like a child took white-out to my car. I've never seen such a terrible paint job in my life. It is so terrible that I now have to spend my own money and take it somewhere myself to have it fixed, and on top of that, it took one week for this amateur paint job to take place. On top of the terrible paint job, one of your coworkers decided to eat chocolate in my car, because I now have two chocolate stains on my drivers seat. I've tried contacting the dealership about the situation, and it is impossible to talk to a live person. Every phone call goes straight to a voicemail, and my phone calls were NEVER returned! I even sent a long email to the manager of this store, and two other workers....never got a response back!DO NOT waste your time and money doing to a dealership who has zero respect for their customers, on top of doing work!

Buying process was easy, as it is anytime you know what car you want. In and out. However, when I went back 4 days later to pick my car up none of the repairs were done and it was still just as dirty as it was when I test drove it. When I went back the next day all they had done was cleaned it and filled it up. Its now been nearly a month since the car was purchased and I still don't even have an appointment to have the repairs done. It needs one little piece they had to order and they claim it still isn't in yet. Mostly because I think they ordered it just yesterday after my 4th email and 2nd call. Don't do business with them unless you want your overall car buying experience to take triple the time it should. Do yourself a favor and find the same car at a dealership down the road.

called about a car , wanted to get a monthly and how many years I would have to pay it off. three hours later , and about four phone calls , I have nothing. I did learn that buy here pay here. doesn't mean they hold there own accounts. Julie the sales girl told me buy here pay here goes thru a bank. and with that said . that pretty much explains my hole experience , they acted afraid to drop the gavel and say the terms. I told them two times I no a bank will turn me down that's a waste of time, I have good credit but limited income. she had several chances to get my info but didn't . Julie said ok call me back in twenty minutes I called back and even though I told them several times a bank would be a waste of time, she says we are going to have to go thru a bank, the call back the second to the last time she didn't get any info on me to go thru a bank with but told me to call back . I thought I would get the numbers , she says we have to go thru a bank. ARE YOU CONFUSED AT THIS POINT, well come sit right next to me and we can both be confused together. im not mad, just confused , see I was here once before and the boy went around the corner there to the big guy I guess and came back with numbers . it was simply as that. So I came home read some reviews on this car I was checking out here and a few scared me. I also went to cars.com and checked out the same car with the same price and only 3k miles as compared to there 25k miles and kokomo a family owned and run dealership explained to me about there life time warranty on anything under a hundred thousand miles. I cant say don't go here , I can say if they start the run around don't call back any more at that point go somewhere else.
