I love the friendliness of the people and how they continue to remember my name . I also love their attention to detail when it comes to my car and making sure it is at it's top preformence . I appreciate that they stay in touch with me and explain to me the whole process of what needs to be done to my car. The only thing I'd say needs improvement is the timeliness of things. It used to be a lot faster a few years ago compared to now. Other than that it's an awesome place to go

I dropped my work van off for a new battery on Sunday night. I had no appointment and it was the Monday of a holiday week. They were very busy, of course, but they worked me in anyways. It did take a couple of hours-but I was a work in. When I came to pick it up I was greeted by name-which was cool because I had literally just walked in! I appreciate the effort they always make to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.

JC Lewis Ford has an excellent selection of trucks and vehicles to choose from. Our salesman Tim Humphrey went out of his way to find the perfect truck for my wife and I. He kept us up to date on the process of finding the exact vehicle (color, engine, trim etc..) that we were looking for. He was great to work with and we have purchased a total of 3 vehicles from Tim. Wouldn't think of going to any other dealer or salesman to get the next one either. He makes car buying fun again.

I was in from out of town and my transmission malfunctioned and the manager was SO nice to let me tow my car in on a Saturday and they were able to work me in so I could successfully drive home Sunday morning back to Michigan. I do not know what I would have done without the kindness and warmth of the staff at this Ford location. They were able to complete my car before the scheduled appointment time. I appreciate the service more than I can put into words.

After looking for a vehicle for several months, it was nice to find Dominique Jackson at JC Lewis Ford. She was very prompt with answers to all of my questions and request for extra pictures. She was very honest about the condition of the vehicle and told me I would not be disappointed. I commend Dominique for the honesty because the two hour trip to look at the vehicle was well worth the drive. As far as paperwork and financing, Dominique handled most of the process over the phone . The dealership staff that was involved with my purchase went above and beyond by making arrangements for me to come look at the vehicle during the week. After seeing the vehicle and taking a test drive, all that was left was signing the paperwork with the financial staff manager. We were walking around the lot, and no one had come to assist us, which is generally our preference. We saw Billy helping another potential customer and as he walked away from them, we yelled out to him. He immediately came over and apologized saying he didn't realize we were out there. From that moment forward he was very helpful and attentive to any and all questions and requests regarding the vehicles we were looking into. To sum it up in a single word, id say "easy". I got in contact with Billy before arriving and setup a time we could meet and talk about what I wanted to do and purchase. There was no waiting and he was readily available when I walked in. During the transaction the back and forth chatter between us was pleasant, it made the down times of waiting on other people much more bearable. Being a person who can red other people well, I enjoyed meeting someone else with the same instincts, that person being Billy. Im sure your company already knows hes incredibly valuable but if you dont, I want to make that point very clear. I've worked sales before and can easily say he is one of the best, nicest and genuine people I have come across in such a job. When I purchased my previous vehicles from JC Lewis, I wish I had worked with him then as well and any future vehicles, I will 100% be asking for him.

I was treated with sincere respect. Those I interacted with were friendly without being too personal - didn't come on too strong. I wasn't shown what I said I wanted, but instead the sales person asked questions about how I would be using the vehicle and showed me what he thought would be the smartest choice for my situation. I went away twice to make phone calls and think and ended up agreeing with salesman and buying that car. I know I will be better off in long run not taking the older model I thought I wanted.

Mr. Mock was very friendly and took a great deal of time showing us Ford Escapes with various options. We wanted specific things like Touch Screen, hands-free phone, CD/MP3 player, and a specific color. Mr. Mock had the exact car we wanted in a matter of three days. Most people think they have to go to the big cities to get good deals. I am here to tell you that it not true at all. I was able to get just as good of a deal locally as any other dealership could offer within 300 miles of Statesboro. I've taken my Ford truck to be serviced there for every maintenance. 4 out of 6-7 times I've had to deal with grease smears on the interior, I've told them about it and they offer to wipe it down but I'm better and cleaning it than they are. I took in my BMW for body repairs after an accident. At first the guys at the body shop were very nice and seemed to get the work done quickly and well. They repaired the car most of the way and suggested that I go to BMW for the rest of the repairs. After taking the car to BMW, the BMW repair shop pointed out to me all of the faults that Rozier Ford had done with the parts that they had fixed. They had also ground my power steering hose connector to the point that it was no longer functioning. I did get my money back for the part, but I had to do all the work to repair the part (which was over 10 labor hours and very difficult work due to its location near the radiator).Now it has been almost 11 months later and I am still having issues. I was doing maintenance in the area they had worked on (Front driver side damage) and when I took the headlight out, I discovered that they didn't even bother to bolt the headlight in. It was just sitting on the bottom trim piece, which was also missing parts. There are supposed to be 4 plastic tabs on it, and it ended up that 2 were missing. I also discovered that the headlight they installed was missing the turn signal tab housing which was allowing my left turn signal to float around. They also installed my drivers fender incorrectly and now there is a 1/4 inch gap between the hood and the fender. (It is obvious on the other side that it is supposed to be seamless)In addition to this, the headlight they installed was faulty. It was missing the adjuster clips that adjust the headlights (AKA aiming). Because the clips were missing, the whole time I have been driving my lights have been bouncing up and down, left and right and not providing me with adequate light to see at night. The headlight weather strip was also missing 3 of the 5 tabs and was very worn out and useless. It crumbled as I tried to remove it from the car. I am sure that there are other things as well that I have forgotten, but this pretty much sums up my experience.

I went to Rozier to test drive a vehicle with all intentions of purchasing out of town, and met Jim Mock. He came out to greet me and I thought "Here goes the sugar sweet sales pitch", and was pleasantly surprised. I was a little ticked at first that he was going over EVERY option the car had and explaining how it works because I had no intention of buying from them. Then I got to thinking, this isn't just any car salesman, this guy really knows what he is talking about and not spouting off what is in the sales brochures. I was really comfortable with him and happy with the effort he put into making this sale as smooth and easy as possible. I gave the rating I did because I had a great experiences at the Morris Nissan dealership. The sale rep that I work with was great for he was very attentive, friendly, helpful with any questions or concerns I had, and was very informative.

Great service and was able to get all the paperwork completed and into a new vehicle within a few hours. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Rozier Ford within the past several months and love them both. Would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop in.

A couple weeks ago I went into Rozier Ford for service and started looking around the lot entertaining the idea of a used truck. Jim Mock approached me and instead of trying to sell me whatever he could get me into, he asked the most important question. "What do you need in a truck?" Once he knew what I was looking for, he presented the right truck for me and met me at an acceptable price. He was able to obtain the owner's manual for me in a couple of days, but is still trying to find the headphones and remote for the factory dvd player. Overall, it was a very good experience and Jim Mock is a much appreciated new breed of salesman.

I have purchased 3 cars from Rozier in the past. A Ford escape, a lincoln MKX 2007 and most recently a Lincoln MKX 2010, loaded. I have been satisified with the ford products. But most of all was the help of the staff and others there at Rosier Ford. I have nothng but praise for them. When I totaled my 2007, they helped me file my gap clain and also found me another vehicle, the 2010 (which BTW I love) and my car payment only went up $25.00. I also have my vehicle(s)serviced there as well as they have a complete HX of the maintaince on my cars.

i have bought three vehicles at this dealership since 2007. i intend to buy the next one there when the time comes. Chris Martin is an excellent sales person and has helped in so many ways. also i have taken all of my vehicles to this dealership to have my service done and have had an excellent experience there as well.

Over much pondering and procrastination of whether to purchase a vehicle or not, I arbitrarily hit the enter button on the web link to Roziers homepage. Within 24 hours, I received a phone call from Jim Mock. From that moment, he began to work toward customer satisfaction. He won me over. His salesmanship is like no other. He makes you feel as if have been friends for years and not just a customer. His knowledge of the technical aspects of the ford vehicles is unsurpassed. I would highly recommend Rozier without reservation. Remember Go See Jim!!

A couple of months ago I stopped by Rozier Ford to investigate different makes/models of vehicles. I met Jim Mock. He is a salesman of a different kind. He was very informative yet low pressure. He never made me feel pressured, yet I always knew he was available, when I was ready. When I was, he found me the perfect car at the perfect price, something I had almost given up being possible. Next time I need a car, I'll drive the four hours back to Statesboro and buy one from Jim. He's the best!

Rozier Ford provided my family with a friendly no hassle buying experience. I wasn't even really looking to buy a new vehicle and the pricing they provided was to good to refuse. I stopped on the lot just to browse what they had, and they allowed me to take the vehicle home for the night. Before we finalized the paper work our sales person Eddie McMichael walked us through the entire dealership and introduced us to all the staff. As a member of the United States military I have been to many states and many auto dealerships, this is one of the finest establishments I have been in. I will purchase all my vehicle here.

We just dropped by the dealership on the way from a doctor's appointment. We were just going to drive through to see if there were any new Grand Marquis' on the lot. We stopped and Jamie Alderman came out to greet us. He said that he had a couple of program cars but could get us a new Mercury Grand Marquis. He also explained that 2010 is the last year that the Grand Marquis will be produced. I personally think that Ford is making a mistake in this decision. You see people driving the Grand Marquis everywhere. It gets good gas mileage and it also has the power to pass slower traffic. We love our new Grand Marquis. We would recommend Rozier Ford to everyone that is looking for a new vehicle.

I have no gripes about Rozier Ford. Always great service, and always very friendly. This is too long. The service department is the same as the sales department. I was satisfied when I bought my 2007 vehicles there as well as my 2010. I will buy my next vehicle there and not somewere else.
