This place gives car dealerships a bad name. Stopped in to get my car appraised and work numbers on a new one. They didn't have anything on the lot but the salesman offered to move a vehicle from the Downingtown store. I then signed a contract and put a deposit on a car I hadn't seen. The next day (when I was told the vehicle would arrive) I messaged multiple times and got no response. I then called and was told that someone else had put a deposit on the car and they were waiting to hear if the person got financed. I asked for numbers on a different car and never heard back. Since I now had no car and no idea what was going on, I went to another dealership. I messaged the salesman asking for a refund of my deposit. He was adamant that they were keeping the deposit even though they were the ones who didn't have the car. Once I told him I was buying one elsewhere he gave me a hard time and stated that I was out the money. We went back and forth for a half hour before he finally agreed to refund me in 1-2 weeks. This whole ordeal made car buying a nightmare! I'm assuming the deposit scam was a way to ensure I'd buy a vehicle from them even if it wasn't the one I wanted. Word of advice, most dealership will match or beat numbers from another. Don't give these people money unless you're purchasing the vehicle at that time. Better yet, go to one of the 3 other mitsubishi dealerships in the area.

I am not now referring to this visit, but my last visit in January of this year. I inadvertently left my credit card at the service desk as it was not returned to me before I had left. Over two hours elapsed before I realized that I did not get my card back. I called the service desk and was informed that my card was there at the counter. Upon my return to the dealership service desk I asked why no one there even bothered to call and tell me when they had my phone number all along. They didn't have an answer for me. Given this very strange situation, I went immediately to my bank, canceled the card that the Country service desk didn't call me about, and had a new card with a new number made.

Dave Covington is a very friendly, not pushy, thorough professional! Lisa Halsey, also was a great "smiling face" to work with, and explained everything very well! The dealership has a friendly atmosphere and bottled water available in the fridge - cookies too. We are very likely, and have already, praised these two to our friends and family. The deal on our 2016 Chevy Silverado was OUTSTANDING, and Dave was sure to ask for the MAX, including my GM credit card bonus. Truly a good experience for buying a new car! And, we received what we asked for on our trade-in - amazing!

I have always bought my new cars from The Oxford Pa Dealership. Tom Audette Was our first salesman ever, he sold us 3 of our cars, then he retired. My husband and I went back to purchase our 2011 Chevy Cruze and we met some nice salesmen but they just weren't right. We went again the next day as we wanted to test drive the car again to make sure it was the right one and met Joe Hernandez, I felt an instant connection with him. He didn't try to push us into anything, didn't try to sugar coat things, he was being a true honest person. We bought the car that day. We told Joe he would be our new salesman and till this day he is. He just sold us our new 2016 Chevy Trax. We were in and out in 2 hours. Best salesman ever 100%!!!!!

I go way back with the Diambrosio group. I actually bought a car in the 80's from Jeff when he was working the floor. Since then I moved closer to their Oxford dealership. I have bought over 6 vehicles so far. On one occation the fuel pump went bad on my work truck across the street. I called to se if they had a Van in stock. Steve L came over with a new work van , gave me a great deal, and I transfered my tools and equipment into the van before the tow truck arrived. Now thats service!!!.

I would recommend this service department to anyone. I called early yesterday morning and needed an oil change and they fit me right in. This is the second time my car has been in for service. The first time , a repair was being made, and the service department took care of everything (rental car set-up and all). I trust them with my car and will keep coming here for service/repairs. I always take my 2009 Chevy Malibu to Jeff D'Ambrosio for service as I know I will get the best service for my car. This time I needed an oil change, 4 new tires (almost 65,000 miles on the original tires) and state inspection. I got the oil change for free as I had earned a free oil change on a card the service department gives out. The state inspection was also free of charge. I only paid for the tires, balancing and the State emissions test. The service was prompt and excellent as usual. I will never take my car anywhere else for service.

My brakes and rotors were replaced in July and needed to be replaced on November 12th. I dropped my car off at 8:00 am and at 1:30 pm, Sean called me and said my car was done! I was so happy and also relieved that I didn't have to pay another $318.00 because everything was under warranty.

Steve went above and beyond to make this a pleasurable buying experience. He was straight up, no bs. I needed a truck to tow and could only afford a used vehicle. Steve not only helped me to find what I needed, but installed the hitch and electrical I needed and had it all rolled into my purchase price. He had it all done for me and on a quick deadline. The paperwork was all prepared when I arrived and my time was never wasted. He also was extremely responsive via his cell phone when I had questions.

Purchased a new Silverado. When I got the truck home I noticed paint spray all over the driver side of the truck. So far, the dealer has not taken responsibility of this and are try to say that I must have had the truck around paint. Dave Covington has been good to work with other than lieing about being able to get rebates and 0% financing. Sales manager Tony emailed me before purchasing the truck saying that he would make a deal that wouldn't normally be possible but that to be false. Now he won't respond to emails about rectifying the paint situation on the new truck. So I just paid full price for a truck with a messed up paint job that the dealership should be responsible for.

I bought my vehicle here and absolutely loved the personal buying experience with the entire sales and finance team. I have brought the vehicle back for inspections and never had issues until this year. Multiple interactions with my service advisor (Sean Cowdrick) were sub-par. My Silverado 2500 (Duramax) had two faulty glow plugs covered under the power train warranty. In mid November 2014 I called to inquire about glow plug repair under the power train warranty and was told by Sean that this work was not covered. He informed me that he looked in the Chevy database and glow plugs were excluded. Upon further research, I determined that the glow plugs were in fact covered. On 11/28/14, I called Sean to make an appointment for the warranty work. Sean told me I could bring the vehicle in on 12/01/14 at 0830 and I informed him I would require a loaner which he acknowledged. I took a personal vacation day from work and brought the vehicle in on 12/01/14 around 0830 and was then told by Sean that 24 hour notice was required for loaners. I told him that we discussed this Friday and I had requested a loaner. After further discussion, my only option at that point was to wait for the repair and I had a seat in the waiting area. 15 minutes later, Sean calls me to the service counter and tells me that there is no way that they could get to the repair that morning and was told I could leave the vehicle or bring it back after lunch. My only option was to bring it back as I was not walking home. At noon, I had my son follow me in his vehicle and we dropped off the Silverado. As we drove back into our driveway in Avondale, Sean called me to tell me the repairs were complete and glow plugs for cylinders #3 and 8 were faulty and replaced. The diagnosis and repair took less than an hour. My problem is that I was lied to multiple times, caused to waste almost seven hours of my time and money driving back and forth unnecessarily and have now developed an opinion that I do not know if I can actually believe what my service advisor is telling me in regards to a $56K investment.

Bought a used 2001 Silverado, nice truck, if it weren't for the problems. Broken fog light, washer pump didn't work, and malfunctioning ABS, this is all after PA state "inspection". When I test drove the truck it came with a three month 3,000 mile warranty, when I went to sign the paperwork the warranty was no longer available, guess that should have been a red flag! Guess that's why they call them stealerships...

I had engine trouble with my car and when we first contacted the service department we were told that it would be a week before it could be fixed but then we talked to Greg and he asked us to drop off the vehicle that day (Monday) and they would see what could be done to expedite the repairs. He called me the following day to tell me what the mechanics had found and said I would have my car no later than Wednesday afternoon. Later that same day he called again to tell me that they were able to get the part that was needed and my car was finished! Greg was fantastic on keeping me informed and expediting the repairs so I wouldn't be without transportation. He's a very nice down to earth guy that really cares about the customer.

Dave is AMAZING! He is always so helpful every time we go to Jeff's. Even if we are there to just look. We bought our Jeep Liberty a few years back from Dave and now we bought our equinox. In 6 years after we pay this off Joe will be looking for a truck and we will be going to out main man Dave. His people skills are outstanding and is always willing to go the extra mile; even an 1 1/2 hours after his shift has ended. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased in the last month. After having a falling out with my previous dealer over lack of after sale follow up. I thought I would try D'Ambrosia. My fist purchase was a Camaro and Tony recommended I deal with Dave the Camaro expert. He easily answered all the questions I had. Lisa was even able to beat my preapproved credit union interest rate. That has never happened!!Everything went so smooth I went back a week later and walked out with a new Silverado. Put Buick LeSabre in your shop for State Inspection, oil change & filter, & check for what was wrong with heater in front seat. All went well except final diagnosis on heater in front seat. Mechanic finally determined the heat coils in front seat had shorted out. Cost would be another $607 on top of present labor cost of $200. I told rep to stop any further repair to seat. I should have left well enough alone and not done anything to seat. My fault as I asked for cause of seat heater failure. I never realized a seat heater repair could be so costly. Not worth doing to a car that is 9 years old. I have a Jeep Cherokee with front heated seats that is still working after 13 years. It is the little things on Buicks that go wrong and drive you crazy.

Great service, timely finish and return. Greater still if they would wash the cars as they do at my Honda service center. Note for GM - they need to upgrade the backup camera on my equinox. It is by far the poorest one I have seen. I don't understand why they don't with a software change identify footage between the vehicle and the object behind. A red line, yellow line and green line would be great - 4 '- 5 ', 6 ' - 10' and green 11' - 16'

I was able to obtain a satisfactory appointment time when I called. I requested that the work be done first thing in the morning while I waited. On arrival I was promptly greeted and my desired work reviewed. The work was completed promptly and satisfactorily and the work and the bill explained clearly. The price was very reasonable. The waiting area is clean and pleasant and has refreshment, reading material and restrooms nearby. I switched here from another area dealership where I had done business for 25 years and have not regretted the sales or service experience I receive here.

I purchased my 2003 GMC Sonoma from Jeff D'Ambrosio in Oxford, PA in early 2004 & have them perform all of the service on my Sonoma as well as my S10 (truck I owned immediately before the Sonoma). They've been performing all of my service since 2002. They are knowledgeable & always courteous, taking time to explain problems, the reason(s) the problems occur, things I can do to prevent reoccurence of the problem & recommended solutions to me. They are honest, telling me when some service operation needs to be performed vs. whether it can wait. They are also proactive with such things as tire rotations so I don't need to keep track of these things. I give them the highest rating &, when it comes time to replace my Sonoma, will certainly visit them first.

The original dealership that I had scheduled my service with for today (Diver Chevrolet - Wilmington, DE) called me at 7am this morning (on the day the service was scheduled) and canceled my appointment! So, I called Jeff D'Ambrosio Chevrolet at 7:45am and they got me in at 9am that day! Not only did they get me in quick, but the also fully resolved all of my concerns and were extremely friendly. I needed suspension work on my Honda Civic 2005 it had around 120,000 miles on the odometer, and also was having coolant issues. I tend to drive hard on the back road and knew it was time to get the suspension checked out. They inspected my car and told me what needed to be fixed and the cost. The cost very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. I would take my car there any day!

Very attentive service personnel. Courteous, friendly and most accommodating. Had trouble diagnosing problem at first but kept pursuing a possible cause and when found, fixed it that same day. A nice touch was; they filled up the fuel tank after keeping the vehicle over night. The service manager took our vehicle home to make sure the problem had been resolved and they topped off the fuel. Both Greg Haley and Dave Appleby were FANTASTIC!

We recently had a problem with our 2013 Chevy Cruze. The engine light came on and after a call to On Star I was told I had a problem with the fuel sender and check engine light. I called Louise and told her about the problem. She scheduled the appt with the Service Center to have our car repaired. She also set us up with a rental car from Enterprise. We live over an hr away so this was very much appreciated. We were very pleased that she took the time to help us. At the D'Ambrosio Chevy in Oxford(not associated, wonder why?), Joe greeted us upon entering the dealership and happily took us for a test drive. When back in the office to make a deal however, only one offer was made by them. They offered us a very low amount on our trade and then said that didn't matter because they didn't want to make a trade. Actually, it seemed like they were very happy not to make any deal at all. This place is a big waste of time. Thankfully, Nucar in Delaware was very eager to help my husband and I the following day.

Brianna from internet sales called me almost as soon as my application was turned in, and Dave from sales called me that night. By the next day we had my appointment set. My wife and I are making the 6 hour drive back to Virginia right now in the same vehicle that we arrived in. You may wonder why. We drove up here to purchase a 2010 Suburban LTZ. Once we saw the shape of the interior of the vehicle, there was no way we would purchase it, and especially not at the agreed upon price. No one ever thought it important to inform us of the stains in the headliner and carpet, burns in the carpet some random bolt protruding through the carpet or the scratches to the exterior. What makes this all the more disappointing is that we were communicating with the owner of the dealership, Gordon Atkinson. Even when we expressed our disappointment in the condition of the suburban to the salesman, Gorson still never came out to apologize for making me waste 13 hours of my life that could have easily been prevented with a little honesty. I never write reviews good or bad because everyone's experiences can be different, but if you are reading this review please heed these words; BUY YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I was used to going to the larger chevrolet dealers and thought i was getting a better price on my service and felt that they would be able to provide more service for the dollar based on there shear size and volume...BOY WAS I WRONG! A friend of mine said go check out Jeff D'Ambrosio Chevrolet in Oxford, I was spectacul until I called and the phone was answer so professionally and they where able to accomadate me within 48hrs to address a on going issue I have had with my 2008 Malibu. I sat outside in the rocking chairs they have outside the service drive enjoyed a cup of fresh brewed coffee and truel enjoyed my service experience with them and I saved money as there services are CHEAPER than my local garage that was changing my oil ....... i found my new home for service and even a new car..well worth the trip from Newark to be treated as a individual

I was looking into buying a new chevy cruze. We went to look and test drove one but the price was to high and the guy didnt seem like he wanted to sell to us. So next day i was determined to look at another cruze with another salesman. Well im glad i did because i found the cruze i wanted and loved from Joe. The only guy i did trust there was Tom but he tired, So joe took us and i trust him 100%. He was upfront about everything. He treated us like royalty. He is now our #1 salesman since Tom is gone. I am so happy with Joe & my new car.

The service manager runs a roof cleaning company. Why do you think that is? What focus does he then really have on the Customer? I have stopped having all my service at this and their sister dealership Country Chrysler at the same location. They have performed unauthorized work, left grease stains in the car and just repeatedly under perform. Like any other dealer, be wary of all there sales pitches. Every used car is way over priced and every trade in is way undervalued. I got $8k more for my trade in at a dealer just 20 miles away *AND* below invoice pricing on a SPECIAL ORDER truck.If you can get invoice (and psuh for $500 below) and don't have a trade, then the deal is fair to all. **DO YOUR HOMEWORK and don't get emotional...see invoice prices at carsdirect.com

We had been looking for a Chevy Camaro.Through their website, we found one we liked at this dealership. We inquired about the car through the web site, and were given a price.We visited the next day, and were given a price and put money down on the car with agreements that if they could not get the monthly payment to stay at what they showed us, we would get our money back.We had a lease through Dodge and found out that it was going to cost a bit to return the car. Dodge said since Jeff had a Dodge dealer they could help us out. So we called our salesman Dave and he said to bring it up. That they would look at it.They agreed to take the lease. When I return home after signing the paper work, saw that they over charged me $500 for the car, that we were quoted. Called and Dave said he would speak to the guy who wrote up the agreement. Next day Dave said well since we took the lease we added to the price of the car. No one ever told us. I told Dave that it is fraud. That they made me sign over the lease that night, or I would not get the price since it was the end of the month.I would never buy a car from this dealer again!

I called and Matt got me in on the same day. I was surprised that my state inspection was done and it needed nothing to pass. I was already somewhere else a few weeks prior for something else and was told I needed brakes. Love the fact that I feel I can trust them.
