Caleb met my wife in the lost to offer any assistance and let her call the shots. I topped in later to explore options. We then met with him together. His knowledge of the vehicles and inventory helped him focus on our needs and budget and guided us to a purchase we are very pleased with. We felt no pressure throughout and expressed our appreciation by making a purchase. The paperwork was fast, thorough and low pressure on the extras. They will receive our repeat business.

No pressure. We came and looked around. Jay showed us several cars and we walked out with a beautiful Dodge Journey crossover vehicle. I love driving my new-to-me vehicle. We actually drove from Zanesville to Coshocton to look at a different vehicle we saw advertised. Jay had our vehicle all shined and ready to go by the time we were done with the paperwork.

I'm so glad I decided to deal with Jeff Drennen. Everyone was friendly. Drove down from Cleveland to deal with them. I actually bought 2 cars from them. They take care of insurance transfer and plate transfer. Jay Arnold was fantastic as was the rest of the staff. I recommend dealing with Jeff Drennen. Ask for Jay Arnold, he won't steer you wrong. Had been turned down by other dealerships , they found me what i was looking for, with payments that i was looking for, even brought the car to my home for me to test drive stayed over at the dealership to get me into the car that night, they was so outstanding never had service at any dealership before like this, they really seemed like i was important to each of them, i will never buy another car from any where but from them, OUTSTANDING AWARD should be given to them makes me proud they are in my home town!!!!! Called to make sure the vehicle was still available, since I was coming from Newark. When I got there Shawn Fosnaugh had the truck pulled in the shop and all warmed up ready for a test drive. Talk about great customer service. The staff was very friendly. It was well worth the drive to Coshocton. And the best part, they were able to get me a better interest rate then my own personal bank. Will definitely deal with them again. You want top notch service and a great price, call Shawn!

I got in contact with Zac Mills at the Jeff Drennen Ford Dealership as soon as I started my car search. Zac showed me all the options I was interested in and told me anything and everything I needed and wanted to know about the cars. He made this purchase well worth it and in my budget. We went to test drive a Focus and planned to purchase elsewhere. We were in touch with Shawn who couldn't be there but Jason was waiting for us. Jason and Greg were helpful and pleasant and they answered all our questions. We came back the next day and Shawn and Susan really sold us. We are happy with our 2014 Focus and are pleased they are local which was very important to me.

I had just begun my search for a new commuter car. I was secretly dreaming of a Camaro, but alas, the practical side of driving 800-1,000 miles a week dictated I purchase a gas friendly sedan. That's where Shawn with internet sales entered the picture. I had a Ford Fiesta hatchback to trade in knowing I still owed a ton on my loan. Shawn called me after I had looked around on the website. He told me about all the rebates, etc. available on the Ford Focus. I admit to being skeptical. We saw a vehicle on line that we were interested in, contacted the dealership, went the following day and dealt with Shawn Fosnaugh. The experience we had there was most pleasant! My fiance and I went to Jeff Drennen Ford in the beginning of December just to get an idea of what we wanted to buy and we weren't interested in purchasing until January. We were helped by Zac Mills that day and he definitely did not attempt in anyway to push us to buy a car that day. He helped us get an idea of prices and he let us take our time to decide and discuss what we wanted to spend. He kept in contact with us throughout the month of December to see if there is anything we needed help with or if there was a certain truck that we wanted even if it wasn't on the lot! We finally set up an appointment with Zac on January 9th and we came home with a 2014 Ford XLT and we love it! Zac was a great salesman who is very enthusiastic and will do everything he can to help you find what you are looking for within your price range. Zac definitely made our buying experience one of a kind!
