Great experience would recommend any one looking for the vehicle of your dreams to try them, I found mine. So I thought make sure to get a car fax the vehicle I purchased had been in shop over 24 times brand new. I feel dealership knew this and could not wait to sell it. Service also not happy with. I also bought extended warranty but wasn't told it was exclusive to Jeff Smith Perry. I work in Warner Robins and would have been convenient to service there. I bought a lemon....buyer beware.

My wife and I were met with truly caring and fun people to present themselves as a sales team. Our interaction with Charlotte and her co-workers was great! They did there best to get us in the car we wanted…although we did not get our first choice, we believe we still ended up with a really good one! 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited! Absolutely PHENOMENAL staff! I travel just over an hour, from Albany, Georgia to Perry, Georgia, just to get my car serviced. We have a Dodge dealership locally, but their service doesn’t even compare to Jeff Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I simply call, make my appointment, and they get it done! Not only are they fast, but they’re thorough, and they keep me abreast of everything that’s getting done. Mike, the service supervisor, set my appointment up to make it work best for my schedule. Katie, my service advisor, made sure to break down everything that was going on with my vehicle, and kept me updated the entire time. Another service advisor, Dexter, even brought me a couple of ice cream treats that the sales department was giving away, while keeping me engaged in some good convo. This is the absolute best service team that I’ve ever had experience with, and I’m so glad that they take such great care of not only my car, but me as well!

I HAVE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF WORK DONE HERE..I RECENTLY HAD AN IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER AND NEW KEY MADE .MY CAR. STILL DOES NOT TURN ON BECAUSE THE CYLINDER GETS STUCK. IT WAS INSTALLED A MONTH.AGO.IT HAD A 2 YEAR WARRANTY. THE NEW SERVICE MANAGER SAID THAT HE WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY AND UTTERED A xxxxxx SLUR. AND TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF HIS SHOP.DON'T USE OR BUY FROM THIS xxxxxx COMPANY.

Mr. Arthur made sure I had everything I asked for on the car I wanted and made sure I was approved before I drove 2 and a half hours to see him and the car he picked himself. I was more than satisfied with the car and my purchase. He was very helpful and had a great personality that made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Had my 2007 Commander in for recall then in for diagnostic check on the engine. Bad news was that the engine needed replacing. For such bad news their service representative Becky made a very bad situation as pleasant as possible. Every visit there I was greeted with kindness & respect. Just wanted you to know having worked with the public I know the importance of good customer service. Becky does an excellent job.

Julie our service advisor was amazing, honest, and understanding. She didn't treat me like I was just some random number coming in and it restored my faith that actual humans are employed occasionally at dealerships, not just monsters. I bought a new vehicle here in 2009', tried to buy another in 2012' (waste of time), but gave them another shot in 2016 because they are local....but now Ive got the message.....Sales manager offers minimum book (KBB) for trade but expects 97% of MSRP for their vehicle. He claims that's how "their" market is performing, implying that KBB is wrong even though it is zip code specific. Also, ridiculous up charge for Nitro fill and appearance package. Seriously, do yourself a favor.....Find Another Dealer!

Went to trade in a vehicle the promised was worth a certain amount. When I get there they're not even offering half. After telling them I was insulted, you'd think I was in the wrong. Attitudes changed, numbers changed. Then I called my salesguy a scammer and he got up out of his chair to argue with me. I almost believe that had I challenged him to a street fight he would have engaged. Sad, too, because I bought a car from them 5 years ago and wife just bought a car and it was probably the most pleasant buys of our life. When the young manager came in I told him I'd be filing formal complaints on the way I was treated and rather than talk me out of it he said I could leave! They would not do business with me. Completely shocked at my treatment. I only gave them a two because of how well they treated my wife.

The best thing the Jeff Smith service department has going for it is the young man working at the front desk, Peter. He epitomizes what quality customer service should look like. I have had EXTENSIVE experience with the service department and, as a result, have had many opportunities to observe the workings of that department. I can't imagine the department being able to function without Peter. Seriously, if he were to leave Jeff Smith I would seek service elsewhere. Jeff Smith should seek to hire more employees like him.

I used Kia Service Center for my Kia that I did not even buy from Jeff Smith (side note: I did look with you guys but you did not the year model I wanted in 2013) and Sha along with your Service Techs were very professional! I could not have asked for any better service. You guys were able to find the crazy squeak squeak that could not be found by another service department for almost a year and a half and they still could not isolate the problem. I went to have a safety-recall done on my Jeep Liberty. While waiting for my vehicle to be service, I was walking about the lot looking at the new jeep, when a sales people came up and starting talking to me. I decided to buy a new Jeep and was promise one price for my trade-offs, and I trust I would get that price for my trade-offs, because I was treated fairly in the past. Not this time, I should have read the sales paper before signing, because they only gave me have that price. And then they had the nerve to call me the next day to talk to someone that was interest in my Jeep. I should have treated them the way they treated me. I will never trust them xxxxxx again.

I was greeted outside as soon as I got out of my car. Several of the staff came over to me and introduced themselves and everyone I encountered made sure that I was comfortable (I am disabled). No one insulted my intelligence by assuming that just because I am a female I didn't know what I was talking about or didn't know what I wanted and required in a new car.

I experienced an over-bearing salesman by trying to make a sale... after about the fourth "no", he kept on, he then proceeded to bring my file to me in the waiting area, telling me the interest rate used for my 2013 Optima. Other customers waiting heard him and I don't think my financial status with KIA was none of their concern. I know he was trying to make a sale, but I didnt appreciate his "pushy" approach.

My most recent experience was rather disappointing. I scheduled regular service and a car wash over the phone. Very easy. Very pleasant. The service person on the phone told me there were two recalls on my car that would be taken care of as well. Great. So easy. On the day of the service, the people working on my car acted like they didn't really want to do a car wash. Then, when I got my car back, only the outside had been done and it wasn't done very well at all. It was still dirty! I thought everyone got an exterior car wash just for using Jeff Smith service. I thought the coupons entitled customers to a little more--perhaps some vacuuming? I will not ever use a car wash coupon again--there's no deal there! My total time spent at the dealership was well over 3 hours.

From the moment I was on the lot I was not jumped by a sales person, that let me have time to myself so I could look at the different trucks. After about 10-15 min a sales man came out and we talked ,test drove and did a few thing before I had to get back to work. That very same night after work I came back and got the truck I was looking at and am very happy with it.

I went to trade my 04 duramax in that has over 15grande of add ons and blue books at 20 grande and they offer 8000. When I ask why they price it so low they can't even give me a reason. I show them the blue book and they tell me they don't go off the value off the truck. Make sense to you because it doesn't to me. Seriously worst place I've ever been to

I had the misfortune of breaking down on a trip to Florida . I was towed to the nearest Chrysler shop which was Jeff smith . It was 9am and I was at the mercy of this service center. They assured me that they would be able to diagnose the problem within an hour. By 1:00 I was getting anxious, I asked if there was any word and they said they would check . They found the problem and said it should be done by 3. At 3 I asked how things were going, they said they ordered the wrong part and were waiting for the right one. :( needless to say I was very annoyed. By 5 I asked how things were going again, they explained to me that while putting the car back together , a part broke. And the new one would not be in until morning. I was stranded now at this dealership. The service mgr, (clay) was very unsympathetic to my situation . They said goodbye like I had somewhere to go. I contacted a friend from home and they stated that the part that broke was broken due to the mechanics fault. So I had to rent a hotel room find a ride and stay overnight in this town, and they wouldn't even pay for the hotel room. I told them about the part and how it was the mechanics fault, and I even talked to the general mgr. they didn't charge me for that part, but didn't even give me any break on the bill for having to stay over night and cancel part of my trip. The service was terrible!!!!! I know it was my bad luck to break down, but you would think they wouldn't take advantage of that bad situation. When I finally got out of there, I found out that my blinker was misfunctioning. Don't ever break down in perry ga!!!!!!

These people are crooks. They sold me a NEW vehicle which had an accident reported that I later found out about through carfax. They kept asking for more money and gave me the same monthly payments regardless of how much I put down. Stay away from these people, you will get a vehicle that has even less value than you think.

Most unprofessional dealership every. I was happy about a car, went back and discovered that the things he said about the car was all lies. Then was subjected to dealing with a new car salesman he was another liar, very rude, and treated me like I was dumb! Their most favorite word is can't can't can't. Well if you can't get me into the car you showed me, offer something up. I had a check for 28,000 on me and they still couldn't find a car that was in my budget or you serious. They wanted me to get more money! This dealership and their people are not proactive in finding solutions. You have to find it yourself. Very aggressive and overbearing!

I have never been treated so rudely! From the time I purchased my vehicle, when I wasn't given a carfax. When I finally got one I found out that my van had been wrecked! I had trouble with the transmission from week 1! I thought that would be ok because I had the Jeff Smith Advantage! What a laugh, it turned quickly into the Jeff Smith Dis Advantage! I finally called Chyrsler headquarters and my vehicle was fixed! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

After purchashing A new Challenger R/T Classic from this dealer I found dirt in most of the paint on the car.I brought this to the dealers attention four days after buying it. It was bought on 12-27-11.It is now March 11th and it is still not resolved. The dealer,Dodge,Chrysler and Fiat have jerked me a round for almost three months. I am supposed to be getting a brand new vehicle that was ordered from the factory because a vehicle of with the same options could not be found/swapped from another dealer. To get this far I have had to threaten Dodge with legal action.The dealer staff has a problem with being honest when confronted.They must think all people are stupid and have never had to purchase a new vehicle before.They wanted me to leave the car so they could try and buff the dirt out of the base coat......were they going to buff off the clear coat to get to the dirt?
