I arrived at Jenkins Honda, was taken immediately to a service technician, information obtained and the vehicle was sent to the service area. Jenkins Honda had a nice waiting room and they supplied refreshments & popcorn while we waited. As always, I had a pleasant experience at Jenkins Honda. Originally came to change the oil in my leased Civic and to speak with salesman Bill Gleason who I had dealt with previously, about purchasing a pre-owned car when my lease was up. We discussed my price range and what my options would be. I finally decided that now would be the time and he mentioned several cars that I might be interested in. Found one that I absolutely loved, and both Bill and several others did a fantastic job getting the price to where it was manageable. Needless to say, I walked out the door with a great car; not too expensive, low mileage, and a super color - exactly what I was looking for. Everyone concerned, including the customer relations manager - who also made a follow up call the next day - were friendly, pleasant and not at all "pushy". I am more than happy with my new car and my experience at Jenkins Honda. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I took my car in to be checked as I had received a recall notice from Honda about the back lights. The car was looked at very quickly outside in the entry. The only surprise was that I found my IPod Shuffle would not play in my car. That was a music disappointment as I don't have an I Phone. I didn't know this at the time I purchased the car.

Robin was my service provider for this visit. I needed an oil change but usually have my tires rorated at the same time. I used to drive one hundred miles per day when working in orlando but am now retired and put less than 5,000 miler per year on my car. I asked her advice about the tire rotation and she said it was not necessary at this time. I appreciated her advice and honesty. Living on a fixed income changed the way that I do things. So if the tire rotation was not necessary at this point I was happy not to have to spend the money. Robin was very pleasant and knowledgable. She will be my go to service provider from now on.

While traveling out of state, I took my car to a shop (not associated with VW) for an alignment and was the victim of fraud. The car was compromised multiple times by the out of state shop. After they released the car to me I had it shipped to Jenkins to have an inspection before I would drive it. Your customer service folks were all very helpful and sympathetic to my situation (although amazed at all the things I had been through with the car) . The tech thoroughly went over the car and fixed the remaining problem as well as advised me of possible upcoming issues. Your couriers to and from the dealership were professional and a pleasure. It was VERY refreshing to have people that were honest and concerned for my safety and my car after the 10 day ordeal I had just been through. Thanks to Phyllis, Kayce, Fernando (Ferni? the technician) for all your help and understanding!

My husband and I took our Honda Civic in for a 30,000 mile service appointment. Eric helped us during our appointment and was great. I am new to Florida. When I received my notice to have the airbag replaced in my 2009 Honda Civic LX, Jenkins Honda made it very easy to make the appointment. I arrived at Jenkins Honda, was greeted promptly. The rep told me what to expect - 1 hour wait. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. When the work was finished, the rep provided a detailed explanation, not only showing the airbag was replaced, but they had gone over the car in general. They had recommendations, with prices listed, so I could plan ahead, to keep my car in good repair.

We were looking for a little smaller car, and liked the looks of the Honda, we were in a lease vehicle situation with another dealer and wanted to get out of it. Our Salesman was John Harbaugh and we were satisfied. He worked with us, showed us all of the options and went out of his way to help us. We even bought a car. He explained everything. We try and change cars every 3 years and will come back and see John again. The day after we bought the vehicle I could not operate the Nav. system properly, we went back and John showed me, he made it the KISS system, really enjoyed working with him. I went in to test drive a Honda Fit 2016 lx model. I made it clear I was not purchasing today, I just wanted a price and to see if I liked the cvt in the new model with a test drive. After the drive, I wanted to see what the final price would be and their lx model starting price was $2300 over the msrp listed on their site! I asked for them to re run the numbers, and the sales manager came in and came on strong convincing me to buy today, that I won't get a better deal. I asked why the starting price was so high, and then they tried to add on their $2000 mud flaps package, that includes floor mats, clearcoat , and pinstripes that were peeling off of the ex model I test drove. I don't think they are looking out for their customers who don't do their homework. I don't think I will be purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.

2 of the 3 service items requested where taken care of. A squeak in the Front Suspension has not been corrected - the technician could not identify the source. This squeak has been occuring every morning (lasting about 15 to 30 minutes) for the past year.

Absolutely the best buying experience I have ever had. Jeff Thompson was so easy to work with. Normally I just walk away from sales people because they are so high pressure but this man was special. He made the process comfortable and easy. The dealership is very nice and is very friendly. I gave Jeff's card to my friend Anna Marie and she is going tomorrow to see him. She loves my new car. She is probably going to get one from him. The financial office was also very good and explained my options for warranties and maintenance very well. Sometimes cash buyers get slighted on this. They were very nice despite the fact that I was paying cash.

The purchase of the car was the result of the air bag repairs. Because of the lack of parts the dealer was unable to repair the defective air bag nor were they able to provide a rental car that would meet my needs while waiting for the replacement parts to arrive. The result was they (the dealer) were unwilling or uncomfortable with releasing my car and I was unprepared for the financial commitment of a new car. What appeared to be an unsolvable problem was solved only through the willingness of the dealer to compromise in the best interest of the customer. As result, I am the new owner of a 2016 Honda C-RV with which I am very happy. My hope it is as good as the 2008 Honda C-RV that I traded, which I had become very attached. Jenkins' Honda dealership and its representatives I worked with are exceptional, from the sales reps to service manager to dealership management.

Very professional place of business, I was only going to have my car serviced for an oil change & rotate the tires as I was going on a long trip at the end of April to Texas. The service tech advised me that the oil was at 40%, I told him I knew that but wanted it changed anyway because I didn't want to find another Honda dealer where I was going and have the car serviced. I waited around in the showroom looking at the newer models of CR-V's just to get some ideas if I wanted to trade mine in at a much later date. I met Bill Gleason and he was very knowledgeable about the Hondas and their features. He showed me some new ones & he wanted to know if I wanted to take a test ride in one of them, and of course I didn't pass up the offer. I told him I was only getting an oil change on my 2011 CR-V and planning a trip to Texas, he said wouldn't it be nice to be driving a much newer vehicle to Texas and not have to worry about the airbag recall for your 2011 Honda. Well, I guess it would be nice I said.....Bill Gleason and I went for the test run and he showed me all the features in the car, Bluetooth, Eco boost option, the color of the vehicle was very sleek looking and I liked driving it and it had a much better powertrain then my 2011....I must say that this car dealership was very friendly all around with the people and I never paid for the oil change that I had done, but I did drive out of this place in a new Leased 2016 Honda CR-V, many Thanks to Bill Gleason and the team from this Honda Dealership!!!

The main reason I stopped at the Honda dealership was I wanted a mini-van. I was considering two brands. Toyota and a Honda. The last time I bought a foreign car was a 1966 Volkswagen. I have bought only Chevrolets and Fords since. Ford does not make a mini van. The day before I was talking to an owner of the Honda Odyssey. He had nothing but praise for his car. Yesterday, I ran into another friend I had not seen in a few years. He had an Odessy too. His was a year old and spoke very highly of his car. I purchased my car from the prior owner, Blount Honda. I have always taken it to this same Honda dealership location for servicing. Since the dealership has been purchased by Jenkins and is now known as Jenkins Honda, I've had no reason to take it to another dealership. They do tend to do overkill on follow-ups after servicing and also in repeated attempts via phone, mail and email to purchase my car although I have expressed no desire or intention to purchase a new Honda vehicle.

I had not intended to buy a car when I took mine in for an oil change. I was going to just relax and savor the fantastic hot chocolate.While talking to Scott who was asking me about how I liked my experience there, I mentioned that I loved my car, but did not like that the back doors did not close automatically.He soon came up with a car the same year but a upgraded model with leather seats, automatic back doors and rear door, fewer miles and lots of other amenities that I loved. There was no pressure when I said I would think about it and come back the next day.Scott was great and (I am fickle) I love the new car.

Christy always does an excellent review and makes our visit a very positive experience. Wish you had someone there to give a short seminar on the use of the navigation system. For example, I have been try, to no avail to delete many of my outdated destinations, but can only do it by hitting the Clear All icon. Also, after doing service at your Kia place, I find the lack of amenities not so cool. Thank you.

We were warmly greeted by several employees of Jenkins Honda. We talked Raul Echeverria and figured out the most expedient way to purchase what we wanted, a Honda Pilot Elite, in white diamond pearl. We arrived at a price we could live with, and were told the vehicle would probably arrive around the 1st of March. Well, we went in to the dealership on Thursday, Feb. 25th to get the bulk of the paperwork done in advance of our Pilot arriving at the dealership, and low and behold, it was out front on a car carrier from Alabama. So, we did everything that afternoon. What a nice surprise!

I came in at about 4:30PM. My oil light had been on for over a month; I was down to 5%! I didn't have an appointment. The service rep (Katherine?) got me in immediately, and the car was ready in the one hour, as promised. The new lounge facility is really nice with comfortable chairs, a huge TV with subtitles, and, of course, popcorn. An excellent experience, as usual!

I am 99% satisfied. Tony, the service advisor, is excellent. He advised me as to what I should have done and did not take advantage by suggesting anything extraordinary. He took a personal interest in me - to the point of following up on my shuttle ride home and the pick-up for the return trip.Speaking of shuttle service, the driver was top notch. Unfortunately, I do not recall his name. He was a careful, considerate driver. We spoke about several things that made the long trips not-boring.Your facility is well arranged. Your cashier was very friendly and efficient.Only negative: I had my car detailed and the inside of the windshield was streaky. I cleaned it when I got home.

I Went to Jenkins Honda to have a routine service performed on my 1009 Odyssey. I decided to alk totake a test drive in a Pilot, which I had casually been considering investigating for purchase, but at a later date. The sales and management staff at Jenkins were all very accommodating and professional and ended up offering me a price too good to walk away from. Went to service department for routine maintainance. Service writer was very prompt and attentive. Service was completed in a timely manner. The customer waiting area had hot coffee and fresh popcorn. Facilities should be larger for the amount of business they do.

Took the CRV in for an oil change. Tony took care of me and the car! My wife stopped by the other day because a low tire pressure light came on. We had our dog. Tony helped her right away. Said come in with the dog and wait. Professional to my wife and I. Knows his business, the cars being serviced and goes the extra mile. We purchased this 2014 CRV when the dealership was Blount. Had a good experience. Glad to know the service department is faithful to it's customers, does not try to sell repairs or service not needed and patient with customers. Also spoke with a salesman by the name of Carl. Was exploring options for a Honda Fit for my wife. No pressure, gave me the facts and patiently answered my questions. My wife and I have driven Hondas since 1980, my kids, both grown drive Hondas and this makes a statement about the vehicles sold by Honda and the folks working in the dealerships.

I found the finance manager, Michael Coelhol, to be very down to earth, easy to work with, and a great guy to speak to. Debbi, is truly an expert in customer service, and went out of her way to ensure that my experience was tremendous. She is a great asset to Jenkins Honda! To top it off, on the Friday night that I purchased the car, I was sitting by myself thinking about the purchase I had just made. Out of the clear blue, one of the managers, Josh Elias went out of his way to come by, shake my hand and thank me for my business. Little did I know at that time, that he would personally deliver my car four days later (40 miles way). He also reviewed every detail with my wife and I. Truly a quality guy. I came in to get my 2010 Civic looked at because it was making strange noises. I had recently gotten the air conditioning and the brakes repaired (NOT at Jenkins Honda), and I was hoping the issue was an easy fix. It was not. I was not happy and I could not see putting any more money into a car that kept needing repairs.So, I walked up to Tony and told him that I didn't want to drive home in a car that didn't feel safe. He leapt into action and helped me see my options. He chose a car that was a good fit for me, both in terms of style and budget, and he kindly helped me calm down.After meeting with the financial manager and realizing that a lease could be a good option for me, I was happily driving home in a brand new car.Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience!

Everything was excellent and professional, but always friendly. My only complaint is that you seem to think I can keep an appointment. Cut down the number of email reminders you send a customer, it's irritating! I got 3 or 4 (not sure I just kept deleting them) in a period less than a week (business days) from the time I made the appointment to the appointment itself. But you know, I don't think you read these because I've mentioned this before and nothing changed?????

I had been thinking of purchasing a new car in the future and went in with a dear friend who had purchased about 5 Hondas previously from Blount Honda (previous owners of Jenkins) and I had driven her CRV many times and was very pleased with the way it drove. Very tight steering and easy to park --- enough storage space for what I would need and it had nice clean lines. Tony Moore was the sales person that I worked with and he was so knowledgeable about the car and easy to work with --- not at all 'high pressure' or pushy. I ended up buying and went in the following week to pick up the new CRV with AWD. Funny enough, the friend who went with me had just given her old CRV the week before to her 17 year old grandson and she was having 'anxiety separation' - even though she was driving an older Honda Civic that was in pristine condition that belonged to her son. She went in that same weekend and purchased another Honda CRV --- we have twins "Marshmallow" and "Snow White"!! Both of us are extremely pleased.

Kristie waited on us and she was fabulous. What a standout team member she is! Our Honda dealer up in NJ is called Hamilton Honda. It is a fabulous facility. They give you free carwashes and free oil changes every month in a state of the art facility. That is why your Overall facilities rating is low. The NJ place impresses off the chart.

The service person (Kristie) was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done at this visit. She also quoted at price that was only $1.25 off the final bill. We also had to leave our car overnight and she arranged a courtesy car for us with out any problem. When we picked up our car which was delivered on time it was washed and cleaned. Great Service Department!!

Car buying is not our favorite to do, but my wife and I thought we'd give it a try on Saturday, August 1st. We went car shopping with the attitude that whether we found a good deal or not, we were going to stay calm & firm. We were impressed with the friendliness and courtesy of the employees of Jenkins Honda. We had bought our first CRV from Blount Honda, the former dealership, and were always impressed with them and the service we received. Today at Jenkins Honda we were treated very well, impressed with the clean & friendly atmosphere, got a great deal on our second CRV, and felt like they really appreciated our business. We especially appreciate the help of Carl & Raul. (Carl sold us our first CRV.) They both went out of their way to give us a great experience.

I was worried that I needed an appointment for a simple oil change but was delighted to find out they could take my car right in. Also had my tires rotated and new wiper blades put on all in under an hour. Friendly service rep, Tony, was very helpful and offered suggestions for future preventative maintenance. Cheryl, billing department,, contacted me and advised that there was an error in my billing and I was double charged. She caught the error while reviewing my bill and called 2 or 3 times until she contacted me and advised that she would take care of the error. We were not in the market for new CRV, we came in due to a call we received about an interested buyer for our present CRV. However, after being showed several we decided to lease a new CRV. Our salesman Vincent was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about Honda products.Our only negative for this experience was the length of time it took, we arrived at noon and finally left with our new vehicle at 4:30.
