Unbelievable dealership, this is my second purchase from Jenkins Hyundai of Jacksonville and they did not disappoint. Everyone was so polite, easy and the entire process was seamless. My wife and I both enjoyed the exceptional customer service and stress free environment. In fact, we were able to get a nicer vehicle with a lower payment because the dealership had lower interest rates than our credit union. Lastly, Mr. Don Jenkins met with us at the dealership, personally walked us around and helped us find the perfect vehicle. We have never experienced this type of professionalism at any other dealership.... Jenkins customer for life. This is an edit to my original review. My wife and I were so impressed with this dealership we actually ended up purchasing a third vehicle from Jenkins Hyundai. Our salesman Biggie was very helpful, attentive and patient. Also, he was very knowledgeable and helped explain every detail with our new car purchase. Also a big shout out to Phil and his team, we were able to again add another newer vehicle for a lower monthly payment. We have consistently been taking our vehicles here for service now for a few years and still have not one complaint, our service advisor has done an outstanding job. Her name is Savannah and I would recommend you asking for her specifically.

Love Jenkins Hyundai of Jacksonville!! The staff is awesome! I just purchased my second Hyundai from Dave Mitchell!! Dave got me out of a 2018 into a 2022!! Thank you Rob Cook for making it happen! I've always had a lovely experience here with the service department and let me tell you, it just got better! I was somewhat on the market for a new car when I was in for an oil change on my old car. Brent saw me waiting and struck up conversation. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and funny - he found the perfect car for me. I thoroughly enjoyed going through this process with him and got a great car at the end of it! Five Stars! Highly recommend - go see Brent!

Purchase my Santa Fe and dealt with Biggie and Phil, they gave me a great price and I was in and out of there very quickly. Scott the finance manager was helpful and courteous. This is my 5 car from Jenkins and very pleased with them
