I got a call from one of the girls letting me know that they could do an appraisal on my 2013 ATS, I had no intentions of trading in my car but I said sure let's set up an appointment just to see what they could do for me. Kelly Bolton was our salesman and he was absolutely AMAZING! He was very professional, kind, easy to work with and was not pushy. He worked very well with the Manager with numbers and prices that still fit into our budget. So in the end I traded my 2013 ATS and upgraded to a 2015 ATS.This is my 2nd Cadillac that I have bought from this dealership and have GREAT experiences both times!!! The dealership is very clean, professional and filled with phenomenal people!!!And just another note: Aaron Fowler in the Service Department is incredible.. He has always taken care of me for the past 3 yrs with my 2013 ATS, and I am looking forward to being able to continue with the incredible service with my 2015 ATS!Again Kelly Bolton was so amazing.. he made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us! I arrived for my scheduled appointment, only to be told that the wait would be 2-3 hours, so was very upset. I rescheduled it for another day and that appointment went fine. I would suggest that since you have two roll-up doors for the service department, why not make one door for those customers with appointments,- to give them preference- and the second door for those customers without appointments. I should think that would help resolve the problem and better take care of your customers.

This is another dealer that cannot be trusted. They are using the "Window Etch Scam" to increase their profits at the expense of consumers. And what is even worse they don't even etch the windows they just tack on the charge and don't tell the consumer. Watch my video of a customer that was taken for $239. Well for starters I get there and am immediately am met by Mr. Smiles (Shane Wood). He helped me in understanding what I was looking for and what I was needed and didn't need. He introduced me to the nice people who graciously gave me a beverage to drink. Over all in the end I didn't end up buying a vehicle but it was one of the most warming places I felt in a long time. As we all know, buying a car can be one of the most stressful purchases you can ever make, not to mention dealing with the car "sharks." Charlie at Jerry Seiner Cadillac came highly recommended by a friend who had purchased a car from him a short while ago. Unfortunately, we didn't end up with a car, but we're definitely coming back early this coming year and will work with Charlie. His personality is much different from the typical salesperson, he was very knowledgeable and it was a very pleasant experience overall. I am so happy with my SRX! I had been a committed Volvo person (since 1998), so I assumed I'd replace my Volvo or maybe branch out into Audi (because all my buds drive Q5s). But last week I found myself at the Cadillac dealer after becoming frustrated at Audi, although I didn't think I'd actually test drive, let alone buy, one. But wow ... I feel like I bought a package of safety and support, as opposed to a vehicle. It was a *completely* different feeling than at Audi or Volvo -- our salesperson (Shane) knew the car inside & out; unlike elsewhere, he did not need to check with one of the service team to answer any questions. Most importantly, I never felt like the truth was being tailored to what he perceived as my needs. Instead, it was more like a mini course in technology. Ultimately, the thorough and patient service I encountered, together with the phenomenal followup plan/ warranty that comes with Cadillac, sold me on the SRX. Now, after owning it for less than a week, I don't know why anybody who wants a solid and beautiful luxury car doesn't buy a Cadillac!

Some of my past visits to your dealership have taken over two and half hours for a simple oil change, lube and tire rotation. Doug as service manager is doing an outstanding job: he is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable and always interested in finding the best solution for the customer. He helps find solutions where parts and other departments lack knowledge. The sole missing item would be a (for charge) car pickup service. Given the regular service intervals, having to drive to the dealer, being shuttled back home adds 60-90 min of time every time this happens, which is inconvenient and incompatible with work schedules. I first made a service appointment by phone, I was sent a confirming eMail which I then used to cancel, and reschedule my appointment on the Seiner web site. I arrived at the appointed time and was quickly taken care of. I expected a 3 hour wait and had breakfast in the cafe, then went to talk with the sales manager about turning in my 2013 ATS and buying a 2016. While we were talking I got a call that my car was ready, fully two hours faster than promised. I finished my business, quickly checked out with the cashier and was on my way. I couldn't ask for a better service experience. Thanks!

Even though the vehicle was brand new with 165 miles, the service technician took my complaint seriously by first checking the tires and wheels validating that all four tires and wheels were out of balance (two of them severely out of balance). Thank You for not minimizing the complaint and/or being dismissive, just because it is a "new" vehicle.

Matt is always very nice and extremely helpful even when he has to deliver not so pleasant news. Such as we were not properly informed of the free oil change process and timeline initially when we bought the car I was told it would be for the 3 years of our lease, not that it was only 5 changes and could have been out farther than the standard 3 months or 3000 miles. I was pretty frustrated because I would have went 5000 how I drive the car that would have been sufficient. Matt did a great job calming me down and explaining and taking care of me.(although I am still frustrated with the original situation) nothing to do with Matt and his service. He is always great and friendly.

We had the tire sensor, on one wheel checked, several times in the past year, and this time, they changed two of these, and we had all (4) tires replaced with Cadillac acceptable Michelin tires. Ian is our service agent. We have always had excellent service. You ask would I recommend Seiner? I checked 10 - definitely. However, I did recommend Seiner to my mom. She has a 2012 crossover. (Joy Reynolds). She kept getting mail telling her to come down that her car may need to be looked at. She is 80 ok? So she got worried and wants to take good care of her car and scheduled herself an appt. (which is hard for someone her age since it is sort of scary). She showed the guy her paper. They checked her mileage (probably about 3,000 miles or less. They came back in the shop where she had been sent with a card to go get herself a drink. Someone like that would have liked someone to get her a drink, not send her to find her own way around to get a drink!!!! After checking her mileage, the person came back in and grabbed her paper and crumpled it up in front of her and told her they didn't know why she was even in there, she didn't need anything. Then threw a coin on the counter and told her go use their carwash to wash her car (that is if she could find it since they didn't even give her very good directions how to find it!) Now remember she is 80!!! Well she felt bad, thought Seiner was rude and wished she had a Lexus, where they treated her granddaughter who bought her 12 year old Lexus as good as a brand new Lexus owner! I don't know, I have great service from Ian. He is so honest and fair. It's just that when someone is unfamiliar and older, they need tender, tender understanding, and positive care. Tell her what a great car she has, get her a drink, and wash her car for her!

I went into this dealership on a Saturday and chose a used Escalade, doing the required paperwork. They insisted on me taking the Escalade that day. I said, "No, I'll wait til Monday when I talk to my credit union." The finance department insisted they could get me financed, and I declined, saying I don't want you putting inquiries on my credit. I had previously purchased a new Cobalt there in 09 with no problems. Before Monday could roll around, I started getting emails from my credit monitoring company of auto financing inquiries generate by Seiner's. I was so angered by their violation of my credit. I ended up with 6 inquiries that stayed on my credit for 2 years, lowering my score! I declined their vehicle and bought a different one on Monday after getting pre-approved by my CU. Then to continue the insult, they kept soliciting my business by mail, email, and phone in spite of repeated requests to cease by mail, email, and phone. I used to service my fleet vehicles there, but no more. The endless phone solicitations finally ceased after I made a BBB complaint against Troy who said things I can't repeat. They lost out on the approximate 2 dozen purchases I've made since at other dealers for my fleet, family, and friends. No matter how many letters, emails and calls did I ever once get an apology from anyone there. Bad company...beware! Oops, I almost forgot bringing in my truck for a brake job ($1300) that went bad 10,000 miles later.

The sales people were nice and the process was simple. I've always driven a foreign car and took a risk for a better lease price with the Caddy. Frankly, I didn't care about the engine, the tires, the parts, blah blah blah. What I cared about was but that it would fit in my small garage and that I would have the tools in the car I needed for real estate sales. I work 10-12 hours a day showing homes and need a great map. Audi's maps were terrific! Charlie in sales came with me when we looked at an SUV and understood the problem of the small garage. That was too big for the space. Bryce came back with me when the smaller sedan became the possibility and it fit just right. I love the car-it's less wide and less long from the Audi I had and has a ton more room. The only thing that I'm really upset about is a) everyone knew I lived in a condo with a gated parking garage and the car did not come with buttons I could program for the opener and b) the On-Star system is the minimal program loaded into the computer. After calling and registering the system I was appalled to find out that no map would appear on my screen unless I called On-Star for an address each time. I'm pretty sure both sales people could confirm that I said "I don't care about the car, I care that his has a great nav system and back up camera." I told them I take light rail in my regular life and use the car for business only. To not have a nav map at all times in my real estate business makes me mad every time I get in and out of the car!

I was looking for an older vehicle for camping and fishing. I found an older Cadillac Escalade on this dealers website. When I arrived I was introduced to Shane Wood. The Escalade was no longer available, but Shane took the time to find me a 2003 Toyota Sequoia that I had to make a deal on. This vehicle was perfect and was in great shape. It was time for my mom to buy a new car and she was very hesitant in dealing with any sort of car salesperson because she's heard all the stories and not knowing much about cars she didn't want to get taken advantage of on the price or get stuck with a vehicle she didn't really want. After visiting numerous other dealerships and experiencing exactly what she was afraid of we were frustrated. My mom wanted the new KIA Sorento and I thought it might be a little out of her price budget but we though "what they heck let's give it a shot" and from the moment we walked into the KIA dealership it was a night and day difference. The service we received from their sales guy Mike Breitbarth was phenomenal. He really handled things with kid gloves and made the experience one to remember. Not only did he really listen to what my mom was looking for, he didn't try and push us into a vehicle at all. He was able to work his magic and was able to find my mom the exact thing she was looking for with the perfect color to boot and to top it off it even fit in my mother's budget. I can't thank him enough for everything he's done. I've never seen my mom so happy and satisfied with a purchase like this. He's truly set the standard for what a car salesman should be.

I have one concern. Part of my service was to rotate tires. When I visited your facility. My back rear tire had 45 psi because of a recent flat that was fixed. When I got home and check the psi in this tire it was 45 psi. I suspect the rotation of tires was never completed.

I have to say this was a first for me purchasing a car online, I'm in Illinois and they are in Utah, I was Leary of not being able to drive the 2007 Monte Carlo that I was interested in, Brett assured me that it was a very nice car, He even went as far to take it for a drive to make sure their wasn't any issues. Of coarse; I did some research on the car and the dealership, with the Monte's having the V8 they seem to have transmission issues, not this sweet ride. The process to close the deal was better once we understood each other. Haggling and waiting in a dealership for a long period of time is not something I enjoy. This experience was to the point and much shorter.

Dustin Hanson is one of a kind. All around great guy. He was extremely knowledgeable of the inventory. Spent many hours with us, he even took me out for a test drive and we (he) picked up dinner. Not only did we purchase 1 car, we ended up buying 2. I felt I was treated with respect and didn't feel the pushy car sales stigma. It was actually a pleasure to not get beat up, or chased down the street as the sales team screamed "how can we get you in the car tonight". Over 4 days I test drove many cars, and went back to Seiners Kia for the final choice. I purchased my 2007 Denali new from Jerry Seiner in South Jordan and have had nothing but a great experience. Recently we took the auto in for its 100,000 mile service (all service work has been done at the dealership) and we were told we would need a new engine! Needless to say I was not happy about this and frankly upset that my GM car would do this to me. So i raised my concerns and frustrations with the service manager and took it to GMC as well. After much labor and diagnosis the Denali did need a new engine due to a low oil pressure issue. Jerry Seiner went to bat for me and got got GMC to settle for a very reasonable resolution. Stefan & Josh were great to work with and I appreciate their standing up for their customers!!!

Also, I REALLY like the fact that not only does my service advisor (usually Matt H.) always let me know what, if anything, needs be be done as well as the detailed overview when my car is ready. Worst dealership I've ever been to. I had all my final paperwork and financing was already set up and here it is almost 4 months later and they are trying to take the car back. Really!? I could see that happening within the first month but four. Now they want to charge me for mileage on the vehicle because they lied to me about already having a finance company. Dan Vincent was my finance guy and he won't return telephone calls and will avoid questions like the plague. I wouldn't recommend going to Dan Vincent ever. You guys lost a customer and I'll be taking my business to somewhere that doesn't jerk their customers around. You'll be getting your car back soon. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone after all the hoops I had to jump through. Thanks for nothing, I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid you guys from now on. Thanks for nothing.

I called Dan at 10:30 am and asked if he could get me in to have all of my fluids changed, and have some spark plug wires installed. Dan had me in shop by 11:00, and had oil, differential, transfer case, transmission, injectors, and my air intake services done before the end of the day. The car runs like a top. Thanks so much to Dan and his team for getting me in so quickly, and providing great service. Kyle (one of the technicians) mentioned that my spark plug wires were missing some retainers; he personally tracked some down and replaced them for me. That is going above and beyond.

Scheduled online for a recall, some other issues that needed looked at, as well as replacing a window. We live a few hours away and when we got to the dealership, we were told that they couldn't replace the window on a Saturday. We left the XRX and were given a courtesy vehicle. We scheduled to pick up the following Satirday, we called the afternoon of Friday to make sure we were ready to come out the following morning. Were told the window had not been replaced yet. We got it scheduled for the next day, but couldn't be guaranteed it would be done in time to get back for an appointment we had. We were allowed to keep the courtesy vehicle an additional week. I think part of the problem was that the information hadn't been passed on to each individual that was overseeing the progress.. Overall, I have always had great customer service and even tho this time has a bit of a hiccup, I feel like we received great customer service.

You guys were understaffed in service due to the holiday weekend. This made it difficult to schedule a service appointment and I complained via your website. Mike Pierce followed up with me quickly and Dan Long scheduled my service and had it completed in a timely manner. The service part of your service department is great. I would recommend you guys for service to any of my friends. However... the scheduling and ESPECIALLY the payment process could be GREATLY improved. I paid via the phone this time and it saved me at least 15 minutes. I will NEVER pay in person again if I can avoid it. Your employees in both service and billing are great. Everyone was extremely polite, courteous and generally interested in my feelings. You just need to fine tune the operations a bit. :-)

Now I don't usually write these reviews unless the service is above the rest. I am new to the Salt Lake, Utah area and needed to have my Soul serviced. I went into the dealer on 2100 S and 7 W while I was out running around. I never made an appointment, but Brandon in the Service Department took me right in. While I waited for my service to be done, I spoke with Daniel about some possibilities of getting a better car for traveling. He really listened to my needs, and concerns on price. I am a single parent, and I must stay on a strict budget. He first found out my needs for a car, and then my needs for the price plus extras. He then went to bat for me with his manager. The manager also listened to my needs, and they all worked their magic. I ended up getting a KIA Sportage that was perfect for my needs and price. Next my Soul Was finished, and Brandon was exceptional he answered all my questions, and had the Soul done quickly. I did trade it in for the Sportage, but I feel great about my trade. Shane in the Finance Department was also outstanding. He had all of the paper work done quickly, and explained everything to me. I went in two days later to finish up somethings, and was treated just as exceptional as the first time I walked in. I also received a call from Daniel making sure all was going well with the car, and to make sure I had no concerns or questions. Now I would have to say this was an over all great experience. They whole team made sure I was well taken car of, and I was happy. I want to think this wonderful team for all they did for me. I would recommend anyone to this dealer, and know they will be taken care of. Thank you Jerry Seiner Team

Honestly, this was the easiest auto purchase I have ever had the pleasure to complete. Everyone from my salesman, Alex Dillard, to management in sales to the cashier were helpful, personable and genuinely concerned that I was fully satisfied on all levels. As the paperwork was being prepared, I was treated to a much needed coffee. I waited comfortably in the showroom and was notified expeditiously when the paperwork was done and readied. After all requisite signatures, my salesman went through my new vehicle thoroughly and happily as well as patiently until I felt I had a handle on many new elements. I was disappointed that you didn't notify me when the parts were available. I put in my order last April and have called to check several times. Finally I got a notice from GM (not Jerry Seiner) that the parts were available and sure enough when I called they were in. I called to arrange a ride back to the dealership so that I could be there when my vehicle was finished and found that it was already done. Again, no call from you.The staff was great and gave me a token for a car wash. The machine took the token but then didn't work. Not as satisfying as I'd hoped.

Finding a smoking deal on a great car is hard enough and receiving any follow up customer service is damn near non-existent except at Jerry Seiner. BARBARA CAMP is the best!!! She's at the Kia dealership, but can help you with any of Seiner's inventory. I would suggest going to Barbara for any car from their huge inventory. Barbara not only made sure I was happy with my car by following up with me more than once, she personally delivered my plates to me!!! She called and let me know my plates were in before the post card notification arrived in the mail! Barbara isn't the only person I dealt with when buying my new car. The manager at JS Kia, Dustin, was also very helpful. I know I wasn't the easiest person to deal with (I'm a salesperson also), but Barbara and Dustin made sure my car buying experience by far the best one ever and I'll definitely go back. Quick story: I purchased another car at another dealership (I think the family that owns the dealership might own a basketball team as well) and my experience wasn't the best. They treated me like I wasn't going to buy, then never followed up with me about my experience. I won't be going back to them. Bottom line here is GO SEE BARBARA CAMP at Jerry Seiner Kia. You're experience will be the best ever. You'll be treated like a human (not a commission) and will be happy with your experience here. She will do everything she can to make sure you're happy with your new car!!!

We recently purchased a new Kia Optima from Jerry Seiner Kia in Salt Lake City. We live 2 hours from the city, so we were able to call the dealership and visit on the phone with Romer about our options. Romer was able to hold the car we selected for us for a feew days until we could get out to the city. Our experience at the dealership was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, we were treated so wonderfully. Romer was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was ableto answer all our questions. The car was exactly what we were looking for and we got a great price without having to haggle (too much). I would recommend Jerry Seiner Kia of Salt Lake to anyone, especially with Romer Ferrer as a wonderful, knowledgeable salesman.

I had been driving my old car into the ground wondering how much longer it was going to last because I dreaded going to a car dealership and dealing with a pushy salesman. I finally couldn't wait any longer and after going to a few dealerships I walked into Jerry Seiner. What a pleasant surprise! From the moment I was there I felt as if they were there to make my new car buying experience as enjoyable as possible. I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Collins who did an outstanding job. I told him what I was looking for and he was very knowledgeable and showed me a few different cars that would fit my needs. We did a few test drives and I finally decided on a 2012 Kia Rio 5 Hatchback. I would recommend this dealership, specifically Michael, to anyone looking for a new/used car. Mike is a great guy who is funny, easy to work with, and actually has your best interest at heart unlike many other salesmen in the industry. I've had my car for a week now and can't help but smile every time I look at it because I love it, and I remember the experience I had while purchasing it. Thanks for the great experience Mike!

I was searching for a used car and found exactly what I was looking for at Jerry Seiner Kia Salt Lake. Barbara Camp was my salesperson and went above and beyond to make my deal work for everybody involved. I left feeling great about the deal. I purchased another car back at the end of April with one of the biggest dealers in the valley and my experience wasn't near as good as with Seiner. I chalk up my awesome experience with the dealership to Barbara and the manager, although I forget his name now. If you need a new, or used, car go talk to Barbara because she has access to the whole inventory and will treat you right!

I was exploring the possibility of the purchase of a new pickup truck and was mainly interested in the Chev as my first choice. I had visited two other dealerships before Jerry Seiner in SLC. As, I exited my car, I had a chance to look around the lot before being approached. I prefer to have a chance to look around without being bothered by a salesman as soon as you enter the lot. I was met by Max Dondelinger and the sales team. I was shown several options to make a reasonable purchase of the vehicle. Given a number of choices on the type of truck and equipment. the overall experience was a comfortable process. I was given instruction on the operation on the vehicle and the service upcoming appointments.

I worked with Shane Wood, who helped me look at tons of cars I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the good and bad of every car that I was looking at. I bought from Jerry Seiner 3 years ago and returned to them because of the great customer service I received. They were willing to accomodate my needs as an out of town buyer. They were professional and got me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I talked to other dealerships who commented, "We can't, and no..." This is my third Kia optima. Both of my Kia optima I bought it from Jerry Seiner Kia Salt Lake. My sales person was Romer Ferrer. I bought a used vehicle from Jerry Seiner Kia 2 years ago it was a good experience. I recently went to trade my car in and was shocked to learn that my car had frame damage on the passenger side and the hood and the front fender on the same side had been replaced. Which I was never told about when I bought the car. So imagine the shock to me when I leaned this from Car Max seeing how I was never told by Jerry Seiner about any of this. I took my car back to Jerry Seiner to discuss this issue upon arrival I explained the situation and they seemed more than willing to help. Little did I know that they would help as long as it benefited them they offered to take my vehicle for what I owed as long as I bought my new car from them I didnt see any issue with this, but there was a catch they were not flexible on price at all and continued to try and pressure me into a vehicle I didnt want or need. After finally finding a vehicle that fit my needs and budget they told me that they would set it aside so I could look at it after work only to be called 5 min before I was to leave to tell me they couldnt find the vehicle it went missing. I found out later that they sent it to auction after I had spoken with them about looking at it. They wouldnt work with on price because as they put it they needed to make up for the lose they would take on taking my vehicle in on trade, you know the one that they shouldnt have sold me in the first place as one salesman put it. I didnt feel any real effort was made to fix the wrong that was done but thats ok Ill never be purchasing a vehicle from Jerry Seiner and will tell I meet and know to stay clear of this shady dealer. I guess I better start checking the frame from now on when buying a new vehicle.

I use this dealership for my wife's Kia Soul, and I have always been pleased with their service. So this is why I came by to see the latest Optimas and Cadenzas. Grant was the salesman who helped me, and he did everything he could to be helpful and provide the information I needed for a lease. Dustin also backed him up and I will say I came mighty close to leasing from them, but in the end, did choose another car...but I would definitely go back there in a flash if I need another car in the future! No pressure, and very helpful...they made it enjoyable and provided the info I needed to make an informed decision.

My boyfriend and I went in yesterday to buy a car. We offered $5,000 cash and our car for trade. First off, when they appraised our car the appraiser (who was also the manager) drove it up over one of the parking curbs and damaged our car. Then the sales woman was like, we'll have to offer you a little more for the trade since he did that. Then the appraiser comes out and makes some comment about the address the car is registered to being a "nice" neighborhood and references it being a pricey place to live. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The car is registered at his parents address still, just out of convenience but it felt like he was suggesting that we should have more money to offer toward the car. Then he goes on to tell us that since the car came from Canada and has Kilometers and because the transmission is starting to slip that it is unsellable for them and for us so we would be better off to walk away from it and they would only offer $500 for the car. He kept going on and on about how we wouldn't even be able to sell it privately. Well It still runs fine and has no other problems, so basically he only convinced us to keep driving our car until it dies since we cant get anything out of it anyway... In the end we were not offered any compensation for the damage that was done to our car and didn't even get a counter offer to buy the car we wanted. It didn't seem like they even want to sell their cars if they are doing business like that. I love Chevrolet, I have owned two, my family owns 4 right now, ever since I was born we have always bought them... but I will not be going back to Jerry Seiner. I guess that's why my family always buys our cars from Murdock Chevrolet in Bountiful. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I had called about a used vehicle that they had posted online, and was told they still had it and made an appointment to see it the next day. As i was leaving for my hour long drive down there they had called to confirm my appointment and i did confirm. As i was getting off their exit, they had called and said it was at auction now. Was told 20-30 minutes to go get it and ended up waiting an hour and a half. I was also told that they could match trade in value's and didn't even come close. Very dissatisfied. Would not reccomend to others.
