Purchased an extended warranty for my XTerra pro4-x in sept 14, no problems our issues there. Traded in the truck July 2016 while still under factory warranty and filed the paperwork for the prorated refund through Jim Bone via certified mail on July 21 2016. Knowing it would take four to eight weeks to process, I waited until 8/21/2016 to call (and spoke with a person identifying themselves as Jim Bone) and inquire as to the status of the refund. Mr. Bone advised me that they needed additional paperwork to process (I provided everything the contract stipulated I provide) and emailed me an additional document which I completed and returned (calling on 08/23/2016 to confirm receipt). On 09/18/2016 I attempted to contact Mr. Bone for status on the refund and he did not answer. I then contacted Nissan North America and was informed that the warranty was still showing as in force with no indications of cancellation, I initiated a complaint (24135886) with Nissan motors. Over the last two weeks the Consumer affairs department has attempted to contact Mr. Bone to no avail. Today I was advised by Nissan Motors that although they are listed as a party on the extended warranty (it was their number on the warranty that I called to reach them) they could not facilitate the cancellation of the warranty and that I would again have to contact Jim Bone Nissan. I have owned four new Nissan vehicles in the last seven years and as a result of this contact will not be buying another (which is a shame because I was seriously considering a 370Z grand tour)

If i could give Jim Bone Nissan zero stars i would. We bought a van from here on October 28th and three days later the van broke down and we had to have the van towed back to the dealership at our own expense.We paid in full for the van and also purchased the warranty. For the past two months we have been waiting for the van to be fixed, all we have gotten is the run around. No one will return our calls or give us a straight answer. I went down to the dealership today and still no one will give us a straight answer.This is just absolutely ridiculous how can you let someone who has paid you in full for a van go two months with out transportation. I have to share a car with my husband which is costing us double in gas, i have to drive him to work in Windsor then drive back to Santa Rosa to take our kids to school then drive my self to work then drive back to Windsor to pick up my husband then back to Santa Rosa to get the kids. We spent all of our savings on the van and this is the out come.Just be a descent human being and give me a van that works and wont leave me and my kids stranded on the side of the road again. Or just give me all my money back.I have never felt so helpless in my life.Safe your self the trouble and do not ever buy a car from Jim Bone Nissan

I went to Jim Bone Nissan to look at a Leaf electric car. I clearly stated when I arrived I was there to look at the car advertised for $139/mo, 0 down. When it came down to making the deal, Jim Bone Nissan would not honor their web advertisement. I am sitting at the salesman desk looking at the advertisement and they would not honor it. Forget Jim Bone they are NOT an honest dealer.

My need for a new vehicle was unquestionable. I have never bought a new car off the lot. I can say "I am very Happy with My new crossover vehicle" My salesman went the extra mile, and stayed until I had swapped all the things from my old x-terra vehicle to my new one even though It was his wife's birthday, I am so happy with my newer vehicle. Mark Understood my need and limitations and I was able to get one of those sweetheart of a Deal. Low milage, new body style.Tip top. I am ecstatic and I hope It does not wear off, If any hardships do happen to me It wont be my new car or my new relationship with Jim Bone Nissan In Santa Rosa.

I recently pruchased a new Altima and was very happy with the experience. Preston Linder was the sales associate; he provided a test drive, answered all my questions and kenw the car and it's features well. There was no pressure, just friendly conversation and an explination of everything I needed to know. There was no back-and-forth haggling when it came to price (I don't do that); I gave them a price with the options I wanted and asked if they could meet it - they did. Derrick Flores handled the paperwork; he was quick, efficient and REASONABLE when it came to recommending additional warranties, service contracts, etc. Again, no push, just an explination and friendly conversation. I love the car and the professional treatment I received.

Rude, overpriced, would NOT recommend. After two hours of speaking with a salesman, made an appointment to come back that afternoon and trade in my truck. Salesman had already gone home. He wasted my time. Nobody called to apologize or anything, even though they had my number. Sales manager threw his arms up like he was angry when I refused to work with another salesman. Stock of used vehicles is WAY overpriced compared to other dealers within 60 miles. Almost bought a 2014 Escape, then I realized it was $5,000 more than other ones in the area. They offered to "pay me more" for my trade-in.....which really means that their Escape was overpriced in the first place, and they knew it. Complained to their manager for wasting my time. Never heard anything from him either. Who makes an appointment to sell a car, then doesn't show up? AND, what kind of sales manager doesn't come out to apologize? Went to the Ford dealership down the street ten minutes later and bought a car. I will NEVER EVER go back to this place again. Blatant disregard for my time, and jacked up prices = NO DEAL.Big thumbs down on this one.

The folks at Jim Bone Nissan were exceptional. My husband and I have wanted to buy a van for a couple of years now and came here to see what was offered. After spending time with Preston at length, we were giddy with excitement over buying the Nissan NV2500 high top and have absolutely no regrets. They allowed us, without being pushy, to weigh our decision overnight. Honestly, that was a big part of the reason why we decided to purchase our new van from Preston. i had just hit a deer on thanksgiving morning in my nissan cube ..totaled it ..was feeling kinda sad.i really liked my cube .my body shop asked if they could tell nissan i may be looking for a car.i said sure ..i got a phone call from someone named preston ..he said he had a few cubes i could look at ..soon as i got to jim bone nissan , i noticed how nice the dealership was and then i met preston ..one of the best salesman i have ever met ..he greeted me and showed me a cube that i really liked ..we test drove it and then did some business .he answered all my questions and concearns ..he did not pressure me or make me umcomfortable in any way .he showed me everything the cube had and i bought it ..thank you preston .you made buying a car an ok experience !!!

I went to the Jim Bone dealership simply to test drive both the V4 and th V6 Nissan Altima. There I met Max who was extraordinarily thorough in both his knowledge of these cars as well as his ability to explain things clearly. I hadn't intended to buy a lovely new car that day, but the very car I wished for was on the lot! Having never before purchased a car on my own, I was both anxious and uncertain, but Max was endlessly patient and kind, and I left with a new car which was in fact even better than the one I'd been considering. Every staff member at this particular dealership put me at ease with their relaxed and friendly attitudes. This is a fine team at a well organized dealership. I highly recommend this place!

My experience with Nissan exceeded my expectations!I was a first time buyer & was feeling very nervous/stressed before I even got to the dealership. I was afraid of being pressured into buying a car I didn't like 100% and paying more than I should. It was not even close to that! Ed was so friendly and very patient with me. I felt bad for him because I was being so indecisive, we would look at a couple cars then go back to another. Then I would see another I liked then get nervous and change my mind because I wanted to be confident that I completely liked everything about the car. If I was him I would have been so annoyed.. I was annoying myself! But Ed stayed cheerful the whole time, didn't rush me, and was easy to talk to. At first I was so scared I wasn't going to be approved or get a payment that I could handle, but they made it happen! I won't be needing a new car anytime soon but if I did.. I would definitely choose Nissan again.

I had been researching electric vehicles for a while and was leaning towards a Leaf. I met with a sales associate, Andrew, who could not have been more friendly and helpful. One of the things I appreciated most was his honesty, when he didn't know the answer to a question he admitted that he did not know but found out right away, how refreshing to have a sales person that a) did not act like they knew everything about a very complex machine and b) spent the time to find out the answers to my many, many questions. I felt very comfortable with the entire process of leasing my vehicle with this dealership. Thank you!

Max's knowledge of the Leaf EV, as well as his knowledge of all the various rebate and energy bill savings forms unique to this vehicle was very important in my decision to go with a Nissan over other options. Going into a whole new automotive technology (EV) might have been overwhelming but Max's expertise in this area made it easy. I had the best experience buying my new Nissan Frontier, when I went to the lot I was met by the salesman Richard Dickson he was not pushy in anyway he listened to what I wanted and did he best to make it work for me. He was very nice and made me feel like a friend. His supervisor worked the numbers and got me a price I could be comfortable with and payments that met my budget. The finance manager was great he had a wonderful personality. I will tell any of my friends and family if they are looking for a car to stop in there first!!

I'm so very Greatful to Chad at Jim Bone Nissan.My husband had a liver transplant a few years ago which destroyed are credit most dealerships would have locked the floors if they saw us coming,not only did they not lock the door ,they were extremely helpful and eager to help us they got us in the car we wanted Until getting are Nissan Hybrid yesterday I could not evan get my husband to a hospital in a emergency THANK YOU. JIM BONE NISSAN. AND CHAD WE ARE SO THANKFUL. Luckily I dealt with chad yesterday dealing with Dan Harris I wouldn't refer anyone this juy was the rudest most disrespectful person I've EVER DEALT. WITH. BUYERS BEWARE. My husband is a liver transplant patient in very poor health wearing a heart monitor for upcoming pace maker AFTER DEALING WITH THAT JERK HE ALMOST DIDNT NEED ONE I THOUGHT MY HUSBAND WAS GOING TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK. I was there with my 3 years old son to shop for a NIssan Rogue and after looking for the car in parking lot with a young guy we went inside to talk numbers with a "supervisor" named DON HARRIS . This ...DON was rude , sarcastic and without respect for my wish to come and talk next to the small play room that they have inside, just to be able to watch my son. They have a nice area with some red chairs there but DON refused to talk with me there , he said that we can talk just at his office, and I should just take my kid and go there if I want to buy a car from him. He was acting like he's making me a favor which I don't agree. After we left he come after us to the car but not to apologies but to ask me if I have the guts to tell him what I am doing for a living and if I came just to mess up his day with my bad review. This is not the way to earn my business.

I came to the dealership not intending to purchase a car the same day but rather to start shopping and narrow down which cars I was interested in. Emmanuel did a fantastic job explaining the features of my car and came to a price/monthly payment I was comfortable with all while not feeling pressured to purchase the car that minute. I went to several other dealerships after Jim Bone Nissan and found additional cars I was interested in but ended up returning to work with Emmanuel and ultimately purchasing a car that day because of his professionalism and kindness.

I had been considering purchasing a new Pathfinder. Safety/crash ratings are the most important issues for me when purchasing a vehicle. Since this model is fairly new and I was having trouble finding full safety reviews, I told Jay that he would have to convince me that this was a safe vehicle. He did a fine job of helping me find the information I needed to make an informed decision. I have to say, I had the most fun I have ever had in purchasing a car! Jay was very thorough in going over all the important information about the car, answered all my questions and helped me through the entire process. I felt I got a very fair offer for my trade in and got exactly the kind of warranty and vehicle protection plan I needed. These things were not pushed on me, on the contrary, I prefaced my purchase conversation with my request for such options. We drove over two hours to do business with these folks, they're outstanding and our sales/internet rep, Brent Ell, was especially helpful. I knew nothing about Nissan of Santa Rosa when we started searching for a small SUV for my daughter to take to college out of state. After narrowing it down to an entry model Nissan Rogue S, our local dealer (who add a dealer markup to MSRP) didn't have the color and package combo we wanted and naturally pushed what was on their lot. I used the search feature on the NissanUSA website and found the only Rogue in the color combination we wanted was two hours away in Santa Rosa. After requesting a price through the link on Nissan of Santa Rosa's website, I received a quote that was not only well below MSRP, but also below what Edmunds, KBB, TrueCar and other internet sources indicated was a fair purchase price. That was followed by a no pressure e-mail from Brent Ell who confirmed the specific vehicle was still in stock, and inquiring if we'd had any luck finding a Rogue locally. I explained they were the only folks with the Rogue we wanted and emailed our counteroffer overnight, a couple of hundred dollars below their quote. Brent quickly got back to me the next morning and said the dealership had accepted our offer. My daughter and I drove down, inspected and test drove the vehicle and bought it. Brent did an outstanding job thoroughly demonstrating all the vehicle's features and functions to my daughter, even helping her set up her iphone with the car's Bluetooth system (the Rogue S is nicely equipped for a starter model!). There were absolutely no games or hidden costs, added dealer accessories or other stuff we've experienced over the years with our hometown auto mall folks. Their finance guy did push an extended warranty (part of his job), but stopped when we said "No Thanks." All in all it was a great experience. Everyone at Nissan of Santa Rosa was friendly, and my daughter has a permanent smile on her face. Dad is happy too, we paid a lot less than expected and it's nice to know she'll have safe reliable transportation while she's away at college. I would gladly do business with Nissan of Santa Rosa again and will recommend them to friends and colleagues in the Bay Area.

Brent was an outstanding sales associate who offered up a great deal of information and took us for a test drive in a Leaf. He did not pressure us to purchase or lease and we left the dealership with a lot to discuss.After a week of discussion, Brent called me to alert me to some new purchase deals from Nissan as well as 0% financing. Once my wife and I discussed the new prices and deals we decided to purchase and returned to Nissan of Santa Rosa to do just that. We were treated with respect, not only of ourselves but of our time as well. I spoke to John first- he had started the process when we bought Kia at your dealer - he was helpful getting the loan paper work and finalizing a price.Ms Graves was very knowledgeable and if she did not know something she looked it up or was honest to say she was no sure about a few minor items. She was not pushy, yet did her best to have me close on the sale- I am torn between truck or Kia Sole.The truck ride was little stiff and I was disappointed in the gas mileage: I went on line to review the truck and was asked do I want a quote on truck- back east the "same trucks " were cheaper and I also received lesser quotes from Napa and Petaluma on line.I drove a used Sole- but from limited info sounds like a new one would be about the same- so i would go with a new one, if that is the case.I would very much like to work with Ms Graves- she was more approachable and made the process enjoyable vs a trip to the dentist or DMV- as with many car sales individuals.today and Tuesday we have some high needs with our daughter, but I will have more time by Thursday.J Wheless

You may also consider pre-qualifying for financing with a financial institution of your choice prior to visiting any dealership and particularly this one. I experienced badgering when I requested Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) and received mis-information about financing through NMAC. Dealerships have hidden profit centers if they sell your contract to financial institutions with which they have beneficial relationships. This can amount to several hundred dollars of hidden profit for the dealership and costs to you.If the dealership asks for your keys and registration to appraise your vehicles trade in value, ask to have them returned as soon as soon as you receive their estimate. If there is any hesitation having your property returned, call 911, tell the operator you want the police and that you are being held against your will.My expectations were that I would be treated with respect and in a professional manner which did not happen.I experienced high pressure sales techniques which became a confrontational five hour bait and switch game. I found the vehicle I wanted but not the dealership. What could have been transacted in an hour or less turned into an ugly confrontational five hour experience.

I went into the Nissan dealership in Santa Rosa and was invited to speak with Richard who was friendly and forthcoming, even though he was somewhat new on the job. When he didn't know something, he would ask his manager. After taking a test drive, and not getting a hard sell, I decided to go ahead and lease the car. There was a misquote on the monthly cost, and the manager was able to give me the price I wanted. Brent, the leaf specialist, gave me a thorough training on the car and helped me complete the California rebate which basically offsets the down payment. Brent followed up with a phone call a week later to see how I was doing with the new car. I like it and appreciate the attitude of these guys.

We met Max at the Santa Rosa Auto Show in January 2014. Max introduced us to the Nissan Frontier pickup trucks, we felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle and he treated us as long time clients to this dealership. Max answered all of our questions regarding the truck and we were able to take it for a test drive.Three weeks later, my wife and I went to the dealership to look at the two different body styles we were interested in. Since it was Max's day off he referred us to Martin. I arranged to met with Martin that day, he was very congenial and responsive to our questions and needs. Martin allowed us to test drive a Frontier Crew Cab pickup truck, upon completion of the test drive we were informed by another sales associate that the pickup truck was sold. Martin had a dealer search performed and located the same equipped model at another dealership. While we were discussing the "numbers" for that vehicle we were informed that vehicle also sold.Martin then gave us an option to look at another vehicle that was just unloaded at the dealership. After going over all of the options on this pickup truck, my wife and I decided to purchase the vehicle.Through all of this, what I am attempting to say, these two sales associates were terrific during this entire process of purchasing a new vehicle. They took the apprehension out of the new car purchasing experience. They treated us terrific and made this one of the most relaxed and enjoyable new car purchasing experiences we have ever experienced. There was no pressure felt to ever purchase the vehicle.This has been one of the most pleasurable experiences in purchasing a new vehicle from start to finish with the entire staff at Nissan of Santa Rosa.

I love my new Leaf. Great car. No complaints. Actually, I should have had a better plan for putting a charger near our carport. I'm a bit stuck now for a good place to charge the thing. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the vehicle. I'm a bit neutral on the sales experience. The salesman was good. Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He also seemed to be in a hurry to wrap things up and move on. I know I was a simple leaser, and on a low end vehicle, but the process felt rushed. And I was surprised by hearing at the last minute, during the signing, that there would be a $300 + fee at the end of the lease period. I understand now that it is a standard fee, but I was only made aware of it at the end of the purchase process, and felt a bit surprised. It's not a huge amount of money, but I don't like hearing of an added expense, at the last minute.

I went to the Nissan dealership after test driving a 2012 Sentra at another dealer. I was looking for a used four door sedan with low mileage and great gas mileage as I will be commuting to work soon. When my friend and I initially showed up we did not have much time, and Richard was wonderful, letting us do a quick test drive of the new car. I promised to be back and we left to get my car so my friend could make another appointment. I went back to the dealer, alone. Mind you, a woman shopping for cars alone is a bit of a dangerous thing, but after an afternoon of shopping with my friend I felt pretty confident that I knew what I was doing. So, unfortunately, I had a limited budget and after all the crunching I really could not afford that new car. Now I won't say that they weren't pushing to make the sale, they were, but they listened to me, and heard me, when I stressed that I really had to stay within this limit. They did a little research and showed me a 2012 Nissan Cube with 7800 miles on its; it met all of my requirements and it is cute as a button! I have a 100,000 mile, 7 year warranty, on the whole baby, not just the drive train (see, I did my research!) and I have the payments where I need them to be. I am very confident that I have a great vehicle that will get me safely to and from work and that I will enjoy driving. Thank You Richard, and boss, for all of your help. - Tani

I purchased my first car from Emmanuel Loza at Nissan of Santa Rosa. He was very patient as he answered all of my questions. I did not feel pressured to purchase. He explained all the details of the car to me and when we took a test drive he showed me all the features. I was able to talk about the car without having to discuss the final price immediately. There were two cars similar, one a little more expensive than the other and we were able to talk to Emmanuel to discover the differences between the cars and decide if the differences were what I needed. When we did get down to discuss the price he was on my side and went to work on the best price he could bring to the table from his management. I would highly recommend this dealership and Emmanuel Loza in particular if you are in need of a new or used Nissan. Emanuel was awesome. Me and my wife weren't sure about what vehicle we wanted. I wanted one thing and she wanted another. Our salesman was kind, courteous, and most importantly; PATIENT. He never rushed us or tried to put us in a vehicle that did not meed our needs or budget. We must have looked at various vehicles for almost an hour before we finally landed on our dream car. Great experience at the Nissan Car Dealership in Santa Rosa today! From the minute I parked on the lot to when they tossed me the keys and waved goodbye I felt completely welcome. I thought trading in my old car and leaving with a new one would take all day, but they had me home for lunch. Niko Griggs was awesome, he knew what cars suited my needs and we were able to walk around the lot and find what I wanted in a matter of minutes. After I took it around the block, we went right inside and got to work. Ozzy Khan was crunching the numbers and having me sign all the papers, another great guy who made this experience enjoyable. My husband and i went to Santa Rosa to buy a Honda. We stopped and test drove a Chevy Impala, but the salesperson talked nonstop during our test drive, we couldn't wait to get away! We also wanted to try out a Nissan, and Niko was our salesman. We found the Nissan seemed so much more luxurious and comfortable than the Honda, so we decided to go with our new Nissan. We purchased a 2010 Frontier from Santa Rosa Nissan. We wanted to finance with our credit union, asked if we needed to set that up separately, and the finance manager Jack said no, he could set it up with our credit union through their system. Today a get loan papers in the mail from Nissan Corporation - Jack financed us with Nissan, not our credit union. I spoke to him today, and he only said it shouldn't matter to me because the rate is the same, it's too late for him to change it. I explained that it does matter to me, that's why I asked to use the CU.The more business one does with the credit union, the better rates one gets on their products ie commitment status. He said I can go to my credit union and change it myself. BOOOO! An otherwise decent transaction, but they lost me for servicing. Don't think I'll go back, will tell this story at the next several parties I go to.

Niko was patient and helpful with my mother, who has mobility and neurologic issues as to climbing in and out ot the vehicle, moving the seat and steering wheel, accessing the gear shift and radio controls with her left hand. He saw how well she drives on the road test. He made selections of vehicles to try out, and took interest in our needs in a logical, patient, friendly, and helpful way. As to the dealership process, after you make your deal, make sure you know in advance what you wishes are as to extended warranty, because that cost is disclosed AFTER you reach your purchase deal verbally. I imagine all dealers talk warranty after a price is reached.

I stopped in on Sunday, May 26th to test drive a Leaf and was help by Preston Lindner. Preston was informative and helpful and I enjoyed my test drive, but was not ready to buy or lease at that time. Preston was not pushy or insistent that I do either one at that time and let me know he would be glad to help me if I returned. On Tuesday, May 28th on the advice of my son I went to the Chevrolet dealership to test drive a Volt. Let me just say after my test drive I felt pressured and the salesman could not understand why I liked the Leaf better. BIG TURN OFF!!! I got in my car and it took me right down to Nissan. Preston was off that day so Niko Griggs helped me and I walked out with a lease on my new Leaf within and hour and a half. I am so pleased with it that I show it off and tell everyone that will listen how wonderful it is. By the way the Volt cost $40,000 and I think it was over priced.

I went to two other dealerships before coming to Nissan and it was like night and day. Toyota was a joke with no used inventory and priced out of the new. The sales person laughed me off the lot. Dodge didn't even bother to leave their desks to come out to the lot. As soon as I arrived at Nissan it was obvious they wanted my business and conducted it in a polite, friendly, and caring way. Mike was extremely thoughtful about our needs, patient with my upcoming 2-year old, and extremely kind. Preston helped me and my boyfriend when we went in to trade in my old car and purchase a 2013 Nissan Rogue. He was incredibly friendly, very knowledgable, and I never felt pressured at all, which is very important to me. He walked us through all the diffrent packages, helped us with trading in my car and got it all taken care of. It was such a smooth purchasing experience mostly because of Preston. He also helped set up my first oil change appointment which was awesome. But the greatest thing, was after all the paperwork was said and done, he sat with me in my new car, showed me where EVERYTHING was and how to use it and also got the bluetooth all figured out and set up on my phone. It was nice to leave the lot with my new car and not feel like I had to mess around that much learning how to use everything. Overall, Preston was extremely nice and just awesome. We had decided on buying a new Kia Soul a few months back and just needed to get some others bills paid off first. I did a search on all Kia Dealers in the state of California for the model I wanted.....Santa Rosa Kia showed they had 1 manual in stock. I wanted an automatic. I decided I would give them a call anyway as I prefer to shop local and see what they could do. I was connected with Don Harris told him what I wanted. What I didn't want. What I had to put down and what I needed my payments to be. (All over the phone) Don found my car within 45 minutes, took a credit report over the phone, got our deal put together (below budget!!!) We then headed into the dealership to sign papers and were out the door. I would definately buy another car from Don Harris and Kia.......But with a 10 year 100,000 warranty it will be awhile.....THANKS DON

I ordered a 2013 Altima with a $500 deposit and after waiting seven weeks (one week longer than the expected six weeks) I contacted the dealership (*no* communication from them) only to be told they ordered the wrong one. The more likely explanation is that they sold the car to someone else who was willing to pay more than the $100 over invoice I had negotiated or they were trying to get out of the agreed price. They have not denied those accusations nor was there *any* apology from ownership or management. The only thing that was offered was to place another order and let me wait two more months, or they could give me a bait-and-switch vehicle for $1,000 more. They are either incompetent or dishonest. All of this is factual and can be supported with emails. I went across US 101 and purchased a Lexus ES350 for not that much more $$ and unbelievable service. Heaven found.

Don Harris provided an exceptionally pleasant buying experience. He was willing to listen to our needs and not interject any sense of high-pressure sales tactics into the mix. The pricing was easy, as Nissan is heavily subsidizing their all-electric vehicle (Leaf). I think this helped make Don's job easy, but I am absolutely certain that he would have provided the same quiet and responsive customer care regardless of the available factory discounts. Don also provided great follow-up service. Via email and also during a return visit (to set up the charge station account for my electric car), he ensured that I received the highest level of attention. I could not have asked for a better experience than that provided by Don. He has my highest recommendation... in fact, I will be returning to him for another car purchase in the near future.

My list of must have features is:a) head room,b) leg room,c) fuel efficiencyd) navigation systemWe came to see 2013 Altima with the new 38MPG engine that I was reading about.Myself being 6'3" I needed a model without the sunroof (which takes nearly an inch from the headroom). From reviews it looked like the Altima without the sunroof would be the one. Unfortunately there was non on the lot with features combination that I wanted. Hey Nissan, why don't you offer cars without sunroof with better packages (navigation and premium sound package only comes with sunroof) ?We were about to leave when decided to try the LEAF. My coworker has one and I was familiar with features and capabilities. David Hughes took care of us at that time.Test drive was great. We spend another 2 hours discussing details of incentives from government and manufacturer, charging system etc and David took care off the paperwork right there at the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable about the electric car design and the ecosystem that goes with it.Now I drive 99MPG car without compromising a), b) (installed seat bracket extenders to gain 5" of legroom), c) or d).Jerry

I found the car I was interested on-line, so I went down to check it out. I was very happy that I wasn't pressured into looking at other vehicles that I wasn't interested in. Andrew stayed focused on the car that I came to see and was very knowledgeable about it and its history. Overall we didn't spend a lot of time haggling over the price. I got them to come down from the asking price and once again for a little more. I believe I got a fair deal. I was very happy with the allowance they gave me on my trade-in. That was the "deal-maker".This was not a high pressure sale at all (which is the biggest plus in my book). And the finance department was very helpful completing the transaction. Yes, they do fill you in on all of the add-ons (which is what they are supposed to do) but, they take "no, thank you" for an answer and move on. They even gave me a significant break on the 100K mi/7yr bumper to bumper extended warranty with my Costco membership.From the time I walked in to the dealership until I left was about 3 hours which included the test drive and waiting for my wife do bring in the trade-in vehicle from home. This is on par with or better than other dealerships I've purchased cars from.

I had the worst experience ever here my husband an I went to this dealer we were being helped by a salesman that was very rude since the begining, we were there to look at the 2012 maxima and we let the salesman know that, but he kept asking us what kind of pay net we wanted so after he kept insisting and insisting we told him, " we are just here to look at the vehicle" so he got upset left us standing there with the trunk open and said you know what have a nice day very.rudely and walked away, we were shocked we just stood there thinking, did he just do that? So we went inside and complained to the manager but sometimes I'm not sure if the manager puts them on the spot for doing stuff like that, anyway I don't know the salesmans name but he was Asian, they would have won our business if they would have treated us the right way so a week later we ended up going to NORTHBAY NISSAN in Petaluma and purchased our maxima from them, everyone there was proffecional and gave us many options and they didn't blow us off just because we wanted to look at a car, and we didn't feel pressured like the Nissan in Santa rosa. If you want to purchase a car go to Petaluma we had a wonderful experience there and they care about you, talk to GUY CROSBIE he is the one that helped us in Petaluma and he is great!!!!

Had a 2009 Nissan Murano that had electrical problems which frequently resulted in a dead battery, and I had become very disenchanted with the vehicle. It took two service calls to remedy the problem. During my initial experience with service, I spoke with Preston Lindner about trading in this vehicle, and he was very supportive and informed about what I was looking for in another vehicle. His patience, professionalism, and optimism never waned between April and July of this year when we finally found the right vehicle for me to trade the Murano for. Jason Grey was also knowledgeable and a pleasure to complete paperwork with. The men in the service department are delightful and have a great sense of humor which helped diffuse my frustration with getting to the bottom of the Murano's electical problem. This visit I bought a used car for my teenagers (2002 Buick Regal Sedan), but previously I have bought a new car from this dealer (2008 Nissan Versa Hatchback: I LOVE THAT CAR!!!) and had all the service on it done there. This group is friendly, helpful, and attentive. They listen to what I want and then work hard to make it work for me. In every way they act like I am their most valued customer, or some kind of rock star! (Which I am most certainly not.) Oue experience with Nissan of Santa Rosa started with my husband and I just dropping by to see if they could get us into a new car even though we still carried a sizeable car loan. Preston Lindner was the salesman who greeted us and answered all of our questions and showed us a Kia Forte we really liked. We went inside and looked at all the numbers, trade in value, monthly payments, etc. We decided that night just to walk away, since it was really a whim we had gone to Nissan in the first place. There was no pressure to buy, Preston just showed us it was possible to get a new car and they would give us good trade in value on our 2008 Kia. About two weeks later Preston emailed us with an offer for a new 2012 Nissan Sentra that he thought the terms would fit our budget. We were interested so we went to the dealership, met with Preston, and three hours later we drove off in our new car! Very happy with the whole deal, Preston is the kind of salesman we like, doesn't pressure you, tries to find out your needs. He showed us all the features of the car, gave us a tour of the dealership, makes us almost excited to come in for our first oil change! The service area waiting room is so nice, with tv and computers you can use while you wait. It was a pleasure doing business with Jack Price the finance manager, no pressure from him to buy extended warranties and other stuff we didn't want. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience at Santa Rosa Nissan.

Patrick was great to work with, and I was pleased that even though he seemed to be a very new, young car salesman, the sales team let him run the whole process (unlike other dealerships we went to where the sales managers and the high pressure people keep coming over and interjecting.) We were in and out fairly quickly and although Patrick did try and use some of the classic salesman lines throughout the deal, I never felt overly pressured. Even once I got to financing it was all very upfront and clear, and everyone was very friendly.

I have dealt with this dealership twice, once for a part and and other to repair a computer glitch on my Versa. Both people that I dealt with had an attitude problem. I then called the Petaluma Nissan and they were fabulous and told me that I was under warranty and to bring in the car and they would deal with the problem. The Santa Rosa dealership was going to charge $129 no matter what. Eeeek, what a rip off!

My husband and I searched on computer for right cars for us, we checked Ford Focus, Fiesta, Chevy Sonics and Cruzes and Kias. Kia was our last visit and at first we really liked the Kia Rio 5 door, but when comparing with the Kia Soul we found it had more room and was much easier for us to get in and out of. David Hughes was of great help to us explaining pros and cons of each car, in the end we chose the Kia Soul. I was shopping on line for a new car! The Maxima received great reviews! just wanted to test drive one. I went into the Santa Rosa Nissan dealership( all new and very green) I told them "I just want to test drive today" the sales manager called Craig Nelson over and told him to take me for a drive in the maxima. They only had one on the lot. I fell in love with the car! It was black and it didn't have navigation so it had two points against it. I left there telling Craig I would only purchase my car from him! He was so nice, so funny and so helpful in my search for my "dream car"! He went above and beyond to get me the color and package I wanted at the best price possible.I am so happy with this purchase,and this entire expirence ( which took three days) and it's all because of the professional salesmanship at this dealership!If you are thinking of purchasing a Nissan, or a Kia, you owe it to yourself to go to Santa Rosa Nissan, and ask for Craig Nelson!

We have been entertaining a purchase for a couple of months. After researching and narrowing our decision between two different makers, our next step was a test drive. We searched the internet for a comparable vehicle, emailed for a quote on the price (it wasn't listed on their website), and received a response the next morning (and a phone call, which we let go to voice mail). I returned the email and received answers to my questions quickly. The emails appeared personalized rather than "canned" so I felt better about going to the dealership for a test drive.We drove 45 minutes to the dealership, found the cars, had a harder time finding someone to help, without having to drived over to their main lot (this sections of new and used vehicles only had a portable trailer on the lot that said "KIA Sales and Service"). Anyway, we parked, unloaded the family and asked for Don Harris. He came out immediately, we got the introductions out of the way and off we went for a test drive in a car we did not think we'd buy - it was our decision, not Don's because we were curious about the KIA Soul. He took us on a drive that gave us a chance to really know the vehicle - it wasn't simply around the block. Highway, back streets, a parking lot, et cetera. He gave us time so that both me and my husband could really "test drive" the vehicle. Once that was out of the way, we drove the vehicle we came for - the KIA 2012 Forte 5-door SX. Yippee! What a peppy vehicle! 173hp with a 2.4L engine..... same route for the test drive, but perfect! We knew this car would work best for our family, but, too many things on it that we really didn't "need" - luxury items that weren't in the budget. So into negotiations we went, which didn't feel like the typical negotiations. Whether it was because Don was a relaxed person and not pushing for a sale, or that we felt truly comfortable with what we would pay for a car - we buy for the price not what will fit our budget - I don't know, but it worked smoothly. Except, of course, car buying is not a quick process. We negotiated quickly and arrived at an agreeable price and started the paperwork. Most people, including Don, were chatty. Test driving and negotiating is a great time to be relaxed and chatty, but once the paperwork starts, and after being there for 4.5 hours, trust me, the last thing we wanted was chatty people. I didn't need to know about the finance guys' 29 year old daughter who they have to drive over to her house and wake up because she can't get to work on time. But that's what we got.I know we'll recommend Don to anyone we come across searching for a vehicle. I will warn them about how long it takes and to bring food and snacks. There's only so many things I'd let our daughter pick out of the vending machine and the only free drinks were coffee and water, so she bought a diet soda.Anyway, we love our car. We enjoyed the car buying experience with Don Harris.

I came to Nissan just to look at a truck I had passed by while working. I just wanted to look as I did not expect to get because I was denied an auto loan from redwood credit union. Chad Corser is the gentleman who came to help me. As I explained to him my financial situation he informed me that was his area of speciality. In 10 to 15 min he already had a strong opinion of qualifying me for an auto loan. I told him if the price was right I would take the purchase seriously. After some negotiations I was approved a great price that I was very happy with. He even delt with my insurance company, saving me time and headaches. Doing the contract and warranty work with Jack was great, he was very fast and efficient., leaving me with a lot less paperwork then imagined and a warranty that was unbelievable. My wife and I had a great car buying experience at Nissan of Santa Rosa. We were greeted by Emmanuel Loza. We were interested in the Purchase of a Kia. We look around for about 20 minutes and sat in a couple of Kia's and a couple of Nissan's. We found a 2011 Kia Forte. We test drove this car and loved it. After test driving this car we decided that we did want to try and purchase the car. We sat down at the computer and began the credit information. This only took about 20 minutes. We new that it wasn't going to be an easy process because of our past credit history. Knowing this and also knowing that it would take some time to contact the banks to try and work a deal, Emmanuel sent us on our way and said that he would contact us later whether there was good or bad news.About 3 hours later we received a call with good news. We were approved. We went back to the dealership to sign all of the papers. This only took about another hour.Total car buying time was about 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I would go back here for another vehicle purchase.

I was planning on oil change, got a new car instead. Great experience compared to my experience two years ago when I purchased 2009 nissan rogue with different sales person. I left feeling cheated and confused and until this day I feel he charged me for a 2010 Nissan rogue, but gave me a 2009 rogue. The paperwork on file states I got a 2010. I did call the manager several times to clarify the situation, not helpful when I did speak with him once. Several calls messages left, phone call not returned. It would be nice if someone could check records and pricing for 2009 rogue as I was way overcharged, I did not even get rebates they were offering at the time. Don harris was great and patiently answered my questions and concerns.

This is a fabulous dealership!. I walked in not knowing what to expect as I had some unfortunate credit issues in the past, but I am a responsible young man with a good, stable job. I had been researching the 2012 redesigned Versa SL sedan, and had my mind set. I did, however browse Manly and Hansel dealerships, and received horrible service. I was approched by a very nice and kind man, David Hughes when I arrived at Nissan of Santa Rosa, and explained my situation. David right away took me to see the very same car i'd been wanting. We went for a test drive, and I was immediately hooked!. Now came the somewhat hard part, getting financed!. David was very understanding of my situation, and was determined to make this work for me!. I was then helped by Chad Corser, a very nice, and extremely knowledgeable Finance manager. Chad without a doubt went to bat for me, and was able to get me financed with a good loan. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership!!! I received an internet quote that was acceptable (I had received two others but Don gave me the lowest)before test driving the car. I loved the car but wasn't sure that I was going to love the process due to my experiences in the past. Don was able to come through on everything he promised and worked with my budget. This is something I'm not used to from a dealership. Usually, it's "I'm sorry my sales manager says that I can't go that low." Don also is able to do this in a very low key manner which I appreciated. Purchasing a car can be a very tedious and irritating experience. I am VERY pleased to say that this is the first time my experience has GREATLY exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Don's services to anyone who wants a good car buying experience! Ken, the financial specialist, was also a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival home with my new car I received a phone call from him stating that he had been able to find a lower interest rate on my loan. Needless to say, I was pleased with this bit of good news. I was a victim of he economy a few years ago and lost my job. In a desperate attempt to survive I made a few bad choices with regards to finance. I knew what I was doing, but did not have a choice. It was either bounce a check...or live on the street and starve.Now I have been gainfully employed as a Network and Systems Engineer for two years...but my credit score still reflected my recent past. I knew what I wanted to spend and the dealer obviously knew what they would sell the car for. Before, I went in; I had already ran my credit to see my score. So, I had something to bargain with. As I played it somewhat smart, the numbers worked in my favor. So, there was a pretty good compromise for what I wanted to pay for the vehicle. I didn't come to Santa Rosa Nissan to buy a car. I was there to have a recall on my Kia checked out. I started talking to Brad about buying a new car and he took me directly to Chad Corser. After driving a few cars, Chad said "Are you sure you don't want to check out the Lincoln?"(I had not wanted to try it because I looked at it as an "Old lady car") As soon as I sat back on that plush leather seat I was sold. Driving it was just an extra pleasure. We hadn't even left the dealership and I had to have that car. But $18,000 was out of my price range. Chad said "Don't worry. I will make this car work for you. I couldn't believe how hard he worked to get me the best deal possible. His lunch even sat in his office and got too cold to eat while he worked on my deal. David Hughes was professional, and I was comfortable with him from the start. He seemed to appreciated that I had researched the car well beforehand, and I got a very fair price, as a result. The one thing that I would really have liked to get is the lowered sales tax, considering that I closed the deal on 1 July, when the CA sales tax was lowered one percent. Everything else was positive. Get more salespeople like David!

my wife and I went to the santa rosa nissan dealership just to "Look" over the new nissan frontier trucks. We were greeted in a welcoming manner by Emmanuel Loza and in the near 100 degree mid day sun we began surveying the vehicles in questions. I knew pretty much what I wanted and once I saw the interior of agreat 4 wheel drive nissan frontier truck I tried to conceal my delight. " Ya, it looks pretty good" I said. Emmanuel of course saw right through this and insisted on my wife and I taking a test drive with him. So A/C blasting we drove as Mr loza explained everything about the truck I needed to know( and more)He could have said " nice truck huh?" and I would have bought it.Once back at the dealership Emmanuel got us the best deal he could offer. We haggled briefly on price but it was quite fair in the first place. We agreed shook hands and we went off to the finace managers office to finalize things( he also was great to work with) Once done we greeted emmanuel again and he walked us to our new truck which had been filled with gas and washed. He explained the many features of the truck and even hooked my phonesblue tooth up to so that when a call comes in I push a button on the steering wheel and I have the convenience of not having a police officer pull me over for talking on my cell. It was 102 degrees when we parted company and the whole experiance at the santa rosa nissan dealership was grand and Emmanuel Loza's help and professionalism were key to truly the best car buying experiance I have ever had

Upon entering the dealership, we were immediately acknowledged. We suggested we had contacted a specific sales person who was then alerted to our arrival. The first thought my wife and I thought was 'genuine'. The sales person was 'just a guy', very nice; a real pleasure to work with while going through the paces of the paperwork. He was very eager to show us any vehicle we wanted to see, and didnt push us on anything. Simply showing us around, offering beverages, until we did settle on the truck we went to see. Dave Hughes was his name, and more then anyone else, he's the reason we were very happy to drive 100 miles north to buy.Once we were in the financial part of the transaction, we were ushered into an office where we met Ken Lindley. Ken was very patient while we asked questions, and was polite when offering extras that we weren't sure about. A number of times offering to leave the room so my wife and I could discuss an option or other. Also, talking about his grand kids, our children, and other general pleasantries. Once it was all done, he offered his services for anything else we could think that we needed before showing us back to the sales person before we took delivery of our purchase.These things were significant for many reasons. First, we have been looking for an Armada for more then 2 months that had all the items we wanted. This search included contacting other dealerships who told us they'd call us back, never to hear from them again. Also, there are a number of nissan dealerships that are high pressure, for example, I will never buy anything from the fremont, ca Nissan dealer. Ever.I hope All the folks we dealt with at this dealership know how much we appreciated how easy they made us getting exactly what we wanted without any pressure or stress.

My overall experience with Nissan of Santa Rosa was exceptional. I stumbled upon this dealership since they had the only white GT-R in the Bay Area at that time. My main contact at this dealership was with the internet manager David Hughes. He had previously informed me that their dealership was expecting a GT-R in 3 weeks. When the car unexpectedly arrived, David promptly called me and I promptly made the deal over the phone with David. Unfortunately with the limited numbers of GT-R, I paid MSRP for it thus the slightly lower rating on the price. When I arrived at the dealer to pickup my car, the car was detailed already. David was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of my questions and concerns.Jack Price, the finance manager, was very professional in handling the paperwork. He went through all my options in terms of extended warranties but did not try to hard sell me anything.Overall, my experience at Nissan of Santa Rosa was a very outstanding and positive one. My wife and I were looking at the pathfinder and competitior's offerings. We compared Subaru, Toyota and Honda. All the dealers had something to offer, but Cesar by far was the most friendly, enthusiastic, and knowlegeable about Nissan offerings. He is a big part of the reason we came back for another look at the Pathfinder and ultimately bought it. Cesar emphasized the Santa Rosa Nissan dealer's strong customer service from the service department, financing, and management. He gave sincere reasons why he likes working there. This is fairly unique and a real sign of a well managed business. We are first time buyers at Nissan and hope that the service is as good as Caesar has indicated. Our last three vehicle purchases have been Toyota's, and they are now just as arrogant as GM used to be---both sales and service.Chad Corser handled the financing and final paperwork in a very professional, efficient manner. He was clear in pointing out some additional add-on's we purchased. The financing is in progress, so far without a hitch. Chad made the entire process make sense and be easy for us. I want to start out by saying, as a single mother I had a few concerns about buying a car, the price, safety and dealing with negotiating what would work best for us. I decided to go to Nissan of Santa Rosa with hopes that a miracle could happen being that I have been cleaning up my credit and just started a new job. My husband and I went in to just ask questions about trading our 2008 Nissan in and walked out a few hours later with a new 2011 Nissan altima. They gave us a deal to good to turn down. My salesman was Niko Griggs. He was so patient and really listened to what I liked and didn't like. I came to look at used cars and left with a brand new Altima. He never made a face when saying I don't like this one or that one and never made me feel bad about my credit issues etc. EVERYONE from the finance guy to the gentlemen we signed papers with were so kind, careing and considerate. I am so happy we went to SR Nissan. I am recommending them to everyone I know. I had been at another dealership previously only to walk away feeling horrible and like customer service doesn't exsist anymore. SR Nissan was a true breath of fresh air. They made be feel important and they did everything in their power to help me out. After visiting another Nissan dealer and a Ford dealer, we came to Santa Rosa Nissan. Don Harris had called us in the morning to see if we wanted to come to this dealer and we agreed. We told him what we were looking for. Then we test drove a Maxima. We had previously driven an Altima. After that we discussed price difference between the Maxima and the Altima. He offered a very good trade in for our 10 year old Maxima. We then decided to buy an Altima because we liked the ride and the price over all. We then talked with Jack Price about financing and all the other details. We spent a total of about 3 hours from start to finish with our purchase. What I liked most about Don and Jack were that neither one was pushy or high pressured. Both were very knowledgable about all things concerning Nissans. We left the dealership feeling very good about our purchase.

My experience at Santa Rosa Nissan was a pretty good one,other than flexability of price of the vehicle and the Extended warranty (known to be generously padded,I do know this from personal experience as a Finance Manager , the purchasing experience was fairly painless.I enjoyed the repore I had with the Sales manaager, Greg white. The Salesman, Clarence Fegan, was efficent and did not pester me at all. He was knowledgable about the model I wanted and listened to my information of what I wanted and did not want, that is a big deal for me. Since we were looking for AWD Rogue he checked with his manager and find the car we needed in another dealer. The Sentra we just purchased is our second Nissan. We also own an Altima, which we purchased from this dealer three years ago. Cesar, our salesperson, was extremely helpful and he has a very relaxed manner. He even took the time to show us some things about our Altima that we didn't know....and this was before he'd made the sale. Jose and Jack did an excellent job of putting together the necessary paperwork, and Jack matched our premium Credit Union interest rate with one of their preferred lenders.

My experience at Nissan of Santa Rosa and dealing with their Internet Sales Manager, Don Harris, was nothing short of the best car buying experience I've ever had. Don took the time to ask why I needed a second vehicle, what I was going to use it for and then made some excellent suggestions. We looked at several SUVs and took a test drive of one in particular, which was the model for me. Don also erased any doubts I had about buying a higher mileage car (112,000 versus my initial ceiling of 80,000) and so far, so good.

Overall experience was good. Niko was a very good salesman, that is why we came back 3 times. We where just hesitant about having another car payment that our son is responsible for. This is a big responsibility for a teenager. This truck was the best priced truck out there. We really were not seriously looking to purchase a car. The Cube attracted my attention because of the style and we wanted more infomation. We were out of town and stopped at the Petaluma dealership that didn't appear to have any Cubes on the lot and no one available to assist us. Sales person lied about vehicle. Truck could not use 5th wheel hitch like he said. Truck sold with NON working air bags. missing parts in truck to be replaced Never happened. Till this day drive line not working properly.All in all truck not worth the price. I was promused and charged for hitch and had to pay someone else because dealer did not have all equipment installed. I buy new vehicles evey 5 years and never met a dealer like this one. I could not even reccomend this dealer for an oil change let alone for a purchase of a vehicle.

Cesar and His manager (I cant remember his name) were very helpful. They got our business because they were willing to work with us and negotiate with us. We hadn't bought a new car in years so we were very cautious about getting taken advantage of. Cesars manager went through all the features the car had to offer price by price to prove that we were getting a good deal (not great but good because of all the taxes and interesting fees etc...) Cesar gave us the best test drive ever; back roads, bumpy roads, and even the highway! Usually its just a trip around the block. Very nice man. Very personable. I hope I know someone soon who wants to buy a new car because I would send them your way. Great Job!!

First of all I must say that I'm really not too keen on auto dealerships, I have always considered them to be full of shifty salesman who are only after one thing and that is their commission. Fortunately I happen to come across Nissan of Santa Rosa and their salesman Niko. What an experience, Niko was very friendly, very outgoing, and very interested in what I wanted not what he could sell me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to sell me what I needed for my family not what would get him the biggest commission. I wish all salesman were more like Niko. I must say that Nissan of Santa Rosa is by far the most pleasurable and most agreeable dealership that I have ever been to. I have bought three vehicles from them in the past 5 years and have been very pleased. I will always recommend them for a new vehicle. Nissan of Santa Rosa is about five miles from my house. They unfortunately could not get the car I wanted (limited stock) and the pricing and options were not lining up with my expectations. Although the gentlemen who helped me was friendly he seemed a little pushy and would only talk numbers once I was at his desk. I also received lots of follow up calls. The day I bought my car I did call him first however I chose to drive down to Walnut Creek as the sales manager there cooperated with me over the phone and met my expectation with pricing/options. It was available, in stock, and by the time I got there the vehicle was cleaned and they had the keys ready to go. It was my first time buying a car and I was thrilled at my experience. Nissan is a great product and I am happy with my choice.

My wife came home from her recent service visit to Nissan Santa Rosa and actually took the time to tell me, yet again, how good the level of service is at this dealership. My wife usually has far more important things to tell me but she felt compelled to marvel again (not the first time she's mentioned this), so far, she has no regrets about our decision to purchase this car (our '09 Altima Hybrid).We had a mfg defect with our radio and the issue, when brought forward, was quickly admitted to and we were scheduled for a replacement. The dealership offers an area for kids who get dragged along to the appointment (which is appreciated) and we had the item addressed quickly and with good communication and friendliness throughout. There've been a couple other small items and each time we've been treated very well.Thank you to David and to the Nissan Santa Rosa team. I connected with the Nissan Dealer in Santa Rosa after receiving a phone call regarding my interest in a Nissan Versa Hatchback (through the internet). The phone message was friendly. When I called back (Don Harris) I was greeted with respect, kindness and received answers to a variety of questions I had concerning this vehicle. I was interested in a specifics regarding the transmission and wheels among other items as I had been looking around via the internet and my local area (north of Santa Rosa). This dealer was able to satisfy my questions and find the car I wanted.Of course we (the customer) always want a really, really good deal and even though I went a bit above what I planned on spending, I definitely purchased the right car for me. I have never owned a Nissan before - was going from a large SUV to smaller; was going from a manual to automatic (my choice) and looking for good gas mileage. I feel a received a lot of car for the money. I feel the people at the Nissan dealership of Santa Rosa worked for me as a positive team. I have recommended them to several people already. I have owned this vehicle for approximately three weeks. I live in a College town and many students have commented on what a nice looking vehicle I have.When I mentioned the amount of money; I look back and realize I chose a 2011 and sl version of the versa hatchback. I had originally set out for a 2010 versa (super plain) I chose this model after researching the different models and talking with the dealer. The powder white color was not easy to find with all the items I wanted, but this dealer did it in a quick efficient manner.

When we entered the Nissan lot we were there to look at a 2007 Nissan Murrano in exchange for our two small sedans. We knew we had a lot of requirements about buying a new car, and these guys didn't dissapoint. They listened to our every need, and found us the perfect car for us. Love the friendliness and overall great quality of service from Nissan of Santa Rosa. Not only are they very accommodating to me when I travel over an hour to have service but they get it done in timely manner. My favorite part is they wash your car and vacuum.

The purchase was proffesionally handled by David and there was no untoward pressure. All service work was done superbly and the three guys are knowledgable, courteous, and made me feel as though I was a long lost relative.All service done as promised. The only negative was having to go back because of a problem with the contract dates that required my leaving a check that was to be held for several weeks that was deposited in two days.I called and asked why, but heard nothing in return.

I have had my Nissan Armada serviced for the past 3 years with overall excellent service and car care. Jason has been my point service person and has consistently helped my family in keeping our car running safely and smoothly. One such occasion immediately comes to my mind when our Armada, which was a used buy, lease 3 year trade in, had difficulty with the braking system. Nissan had become aware of and fixed this one malfunction in the next year's modals but not in our year. This was not under warranty. Jason contacted Nissan explaining the situation and they worked with him in being able to offer us a substantial discount on fixing the car as all wanted the Armada to be working in best possible condition. I believe we paid a few hundred dollars and saved two thousand. This is just one example of the consistent service we have recieved from Jason and the Nissan crew at Santa Rosa. Thank you.

In my search for a new car, I had already test driven several new cars at a variety of car dealerships. I was very close to making a pucharse at a competitors dealership, but just was not quite sold on the car. I somehow had neglected Nissan although I had wanted and had test driven a Nissan Murano back in 2005. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, and within a short time was signing my new lease. Don Harris was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was very patient with our questions, and seemed very willing to do what was needed to sell me a new car. I feel that I was given a very fair deal on the new car and on my trade-in. The process was very easy and I was not pressured into purchasing a new car. After dealing with several other dealerships, I have to say that Santa Rosa Nissan did the best job, not only while I was at the dealership, but also in all of the follow-up, and delivery of the car. I would highly recommened them to anyone considering the puchase of a car.

We visited a few times to test drive a Nissan Cube while we were looking at models. We met Don Harris on our first visit. Don was personable, responsive and not pushy. We had a few follow up calls from Nissan in the ensuing weeks and I was glad for the last one as we had decided to buy a Cube but were not in a hurry. The call reminded us of 0% financing for 3 years which we took advantage of on the last day of the offer! Our buying experience was good, we got the color and accessories we asked for (plus a few we didn't and one surprise, sunroof that was very cool!). The car was transferred from Vacaville and had a tiny dent and scratch which Mr. Harris got us in to the service dept. the next week to fix expertly at no cost.My husband bought a Nissan Frontier 5 years ago here and was happy with the service and the quality of the vehicle. We took our vehicle in to have a complete safety inspection before a long family vacation. They found a small oil leak and said that they repaired it with some sealant. On the drive home, we noticed a some smoking. driving home our local mechanic told us that the oil had completely drained out due to a faulty repair.Nissan of Santa Rosa tried to charge us $600 to try and find the leak that they had created while our car was still under warantee. Finally they agreed to fix it. They did not complete the repairs for almost three weeks.The engine is now burning oil and has a grinding sound. Nissan North America has informed us that it is not their problem to deal with independent dealerships and that we should go to small claims court.I know that economic times are tough for car companies, but this is not the way to keep customers. By Honda or Toyota or American, but don't expect for Nissan to take care of you.
