I received a free oil change card in the mail. I went on the last day of the offer without an appointment and to my surprise I didn't have to wait. The service was top notch. They explained all the checks they did on my truck and asked if I had any questions. That was the best service I have ever had for an oil change anywhere. So I was very pleased with the service.

Got a oil and filter change..... Ask the young man not to wash my car... He had it washed anyway left water spots all over my car.. I had just cleaned my car that morning, he tried 2 correct it but there where still a few left.... as 4 oil and filter change it was great

When greeted with a smile and warm handshake by Mr. Anthony Simmons, I knew I would receive exceptional service. My car search ended the day I entered the premise of Jim Keras Nissan Covington Pike. I wasn't thrown "the car salesman sales-pitch" and I wasn't rushed to just pick a car. Only did I need to tell Mr. Simmons what my car needs were. He showed genuine concern and patience, as did every member of the team there at RK (to include the receptionists, service department personnel, finance agent to the manager). I pulled off the lot in my new Nissan Pathfinder feeling that my car needs had been met, respected, having receiving exceptional customer service, a service that has fallen short in this present day...and I'm still a young woman. I went to Jim Keras Nissan to purchase a certified used vehicle. I picked out one and began filling out the finance paperwork. Even though I have excellent credit the salesman came back with a sheet of paper and gave it to me that read, Jim Keras could not offer me a loan and then he walked off.I left the location and went home. About an hour later I received a call from the dealership asking if I could come back. I said, Why should I when I have already been turned down for credit? Then I was offered a deal over the phone that involved several thousand down, and a monthly payment that reflected a high interest rate. I turned that down and eventually was offered a deal that required zero down and a monthly payment that reflected a much lower and competitive payment. I agreed and returned to the dealer to finish filling out the paperwork.After my purchase I noticed that the cargo carpet area was damaged, the antenna was missing, there was tree sap on the roof, rust in some spots, the cargo cover missing, dents, dings, and scratches. I did some research and found some of these items should have disqualified the vehicle from being certified.After several phone calls and a visit with the used car sales manager, some items were addressed while others were not. Some of the work that was done looks shady, and my certified car was returned to me with a new 2 inch scratch and several hundred miles added to it.The used car sales manager originally said he would wet sand and entirely clear coat the vehicle. Later he said that he never said he would clear coat the entire vehicle but he did wet sand the car. If I would have known he would only wet sand the paint job without clear coating it, I would have said dont bother. In short, I do not think that this dealer is reputable. I looked at other Certified vehicles on their lot and noticed the following issues with one or more than one car: rust, bent rear passenger door, cargo covers missing, holes in passenger front seat, and missing antennas. If you do purchase a vehicle from this place, I would not take their first offer. Be ready to walk away and stay gone. Completely inspect any vehicle from top to bottom inside and out. Additionally, dont take their word at anything; get it all in writing, though I am sure it will be next to impossible to do.As the saying goes, Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!

Impressed with Shawns professionalism and customer service. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly found it on the lot. He and the finance manager worked out things to fit my budget. Had a problem with the radiator. Took it back the next day. Shawn put me in a rental. They fixed my vehicle in one day. Have had no problems since. I was on the market for a new ride and have dealt with Jim Keras Nissan prior. (Mind you, it was the worst car buying experience ever) But I was curious to see if any improvements had taken place since. Looks like they're still up to no good, taking advantage of people as always. You can clearly see that several people has had a similar issue. I am in the military, stationed on base and I will let it be known to all our troops to stay clear of this place. They are shady and are out to get you!

This was my first shopping experience at Jim Keras Nissan. I have been driving Nissan vehicles all of my life and was very impressed by the service at this dealership. Overall, it was a very positive and successful experience. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained. All of the staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our sales associate, Shawn Mclean, seemed very knowledgeable about Nissan vehicles and the current inventory. He provided many helpful suggestions regarding our selection of a 2015 Nissan Altima. Furthermore, the discussion of pricing and financing options was straightforward, honest, and stress-free. Overall, our experience with Shawn was excellent and we will definitely recommend him in the future to friends and family. Also, the finance director, Fiona, was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable about the warranty options. She readily answered all of our questions and helped us pick out the best warranty for us. We definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle in the Memphis area!

We were searching for a new family vehicle and I found one listed online and this listing had the vin number and everything. So I printed all the information out and drove on down to the dealership to purchase it. When I arrived I was approached by a salesman of course and I let him know I wanted to purchase the vehicle with this stock number. So the salesman searched and searched and finaly pulled up in a vehicle that was exactly like the one I was there to buy. He let me know that this was not that exact vehicle but just like it. I noticed he had the other vehicles key in his hand so I asked him if he had the other one in which he replied Yes, we do have it and I have the key right here, but this is the exact same as that one. I let him know that I really came to buy the other one because there was a big price difference. He asked how much of a price difference and so I showed him the listing online and he told me I would need to talk to the sales manager about it. So he led me inside to meet David Barber (the sales manager). I let him know I was here to by the vehicle in which he replied "Hell No, I am Not going to sell you that vehicle for that price". Feeling pretty embarrassed and dejected I walked out with everyone staring at me as though I had done something terribly wrong. I got home and just thought that is wrong on so many levels. So I tried to get in touch with the district manager (terry payne), but he wouldn't ever answer my phone calls. So I wrote a review on their Facebook page. I got a response from a marcus wiggins who said he was the director and would like to hear about it and to contact him directly. I did and told him exactly what happened. He said he would look into it and get back with me. Later that night he called me back and said it was an accident and that if I picked a used vehicle out of his inventory that he would give me the most Unbelievable deal of my life. Just give him the stock number and he would shoot me back some "Crazy Stupid Prices On It". So I decided to give him a chance a looked, found one, and sent it to him. He then sent back that vehicle and said he would be willing to take like 1,000 off of it. I have been around and I know enough to realize that any person that walks in the door can get that offer. So I let him know that I would like the other vehicle for the other price. He now has deleted my posts multiple times where I am telling the truth to let everyone know this happened to me along with alot of other peoples posts showing support for me. Now they have made it where nobody can post. Just more proof they play Very messed up games. I ask that you help me to let them know this is unacceptable and that they should be honest and do the right thing and sell me the vehicle they advertised for the price they listed it for. My daughter recently purchased a used car from this dealership... Saying that they screwed her royalty would be an understatement!!! She absolutely possibly got the worst possible deal from the worst dealership in Memphis! Her salesman was not helpful nor courteous! Nothing was properly or thoroughly explained... These people are not like ordinary dealerships... THEY ARE VULTURES With Machetes just waiting to chop your heads off!!! They will stick you in a 4, 6, or quite possibly a 8 year lease on a used car with the highest interest rate going! (Yes lease on a used car). I will advise anyone.... run far away from this place place like your life depends on it!!! You would do better purchasing a hoveround with hub caps!!!

n June of 2014, I purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue from Jim Keras Nissan my sales consultant was Tarius "Shawn" Mclean and I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and courteous service he provided even though I found myself unhappy in my new purchase (I wanted a larger vehicle). My recent purchase at this dealership was horrible. The sales manager David Barber changed the price on me on the sales agreement and said it was an accident. Than wanted to charge me an additional 500 for the car being a Certified Pre-Owned when the sales flyer said that CPO was included in the amount. They were really rude with me and did not treat me as a customer at all.

I regret that I had ever purchased a vehicle from here. The mechanics and salespeople are not honest at all. The manager, David Barber was very rude towards me and disrespectful upon questioning my invoice. I had my Nissan serviced at the dealership for months. Until I noticed a that I had gotten charged for all sorts of work that was never performed. The spark plugs were not replaced, the transmission fluid had not been flushed. And on the last visit they didn't do the oil change! This is not what I expect from a dealership at all. And the fact that they talked to me like that while I was in uniform is a disgrace. I will let it be know at my command the service that I got here. And I have emails from David his self supporting my review is true.

Buyers beware of this dealership. I was told one price and charged another on my invoice! Good thing I caught it before I signed the agreement. I don't care how friendly they seem. Its all about the money and how much they can get out of you. Search around the internet and look at other reviews of this place, I am not the only one. And IF you do decide to go with this dealership ask for Maurice, he's the only one that I've found there to be honest.

I recently bought a 2014 Sentra. Had not traded cars in 15 years. Was a little nervous about the new electronic gadgets on the car. I worked with Maurice Walker the Internet sales person. He was friendly, personable, did not push to try to sell me more than I wanted. Even after I drove the car home I called him back about the dials and a light that I did not understand. Once again with Master Sales Consultant Reggie Whitmore at the "Helm" I drove away in a 2013 Murano SV. I must say, even three years later the experience was even the more seamless. I bought a new Altima 5 days ago. I can't speak to the quality of repairs because I haven't had the car long enough, but the buying experience was very positive. Maurice Walker is friendly and not pressuring. Reggie stood in for me to pick up the car after transport from Mississippi and he was a great guy too. Steve in financing was also outstanding. All the guys up there are upbeat, having fun and create a positive environment. As a buyer, you need to do your homework, but it sure makes it all the better that the guys up there are such solid citizens.

Reggie was even nice enough to call when husband left his keys in my vehicle that we were trading in. I did some internet and phone shopping before going in and Jim Keras internet department was the most responsive and reasonable of all the dealerships I contacted. *I gave the Buying process 4 stars (instead of 5) because I have nothing to compare it to. But it was a very relaxed, 'disarming' experience overall.) This is my first new car, and I'm glad I was recommended to Jim Keras. My dear friend bought a Subaru from Jim Keras, and liked their service, particularly the way she was treated as a customer. I first did my research online, fitting price to model, packages, and available accessories. When I narrowed it down to a Versa or Sentra, I checked Jim Keras Nissan's inventory online, and just decided to drive in and get the process started. Jim Morrow greeted me with a big smile and a booming voice, making me feel relaxed and welcome; a nice touch on a cloudy day with pummeling rain. Met Paul Francis, and then Bill Fialko to get started. I told them what I had narrowed it down to, and Bill and I drove the lot looking at as many cars as I wanted to. Drove several of them to compare the overall ride, narrowing down the options later. Never in the entire experience did I feel rushed, pressured, or "directed" to choose this over that. When I decided on a Sentra FE+S with a certain accessory list, they didn't have it on the lot, but promised to find it. Paul called the next day, saying there was one available in Jackson, MS and it would arrive tomorrow. Later, Bill let me know that one wasn't meeting my specs, so another was found in NW Arkansas, to be delivered soon. They kept me posted via email and phone calls, answering my calls to explain my questions, returning my calls within the hour (!) and basically, just being "on the ball," making me feel valued and important. Again, just total professionalism all around. Bill was calm, direct, and relaxed, again, "disarming" and easy to be around. Paul was great at explaining the overall picture, and the details as well. They both worked well together for me. The main sense I got from them was, "What I wanted, is what they wanted." Also, Bill was honest in letting me know if a feature or accessory wouldn't be in my best interests, based on my situation. The only suggestion I have would be for the dealership to offer at least 1 color in each model. Instead of having 50 White and Gray Versas or Sentras, stock at least 1 or 2 Blue (both shades,) Red, and Black. I was first thinking of a "Graphite/Blue"(?) Sentra, but after giving it some thought, decided White would be better, anyway. Like I said, this was my first time buying a new car, so a lot of it was new and unexpected, but Paul Francis and Bill Fialko were very easy to deal with, and I would recommend any potential Nissan customers to give them a call.

This place has been awful place to deal with I would never ever recommend anybody to deal with them there customer service is awful! David Barber the sales manager has the worst attitude and had made my decision very firm on never buying a car here again. I will take my business else where. They sold me a car with dents and scratchers and said they would fix it.... After them having 6 hours and sending back 3 times it still wasn't fix it took me hand pointing at each scratch and sent for it to get removed and having to bring it back another day to get the dent removed. They never explained anything about my car. I had several questions about my car and it took a month to even get a answer on the phone. After coming up 6 times in two months... They can't even say I am sorry.

The complaint I have is not about the dealer but the car I purchased. I got a 2012 Nissan Quest S. I would not recommend this Van and would take it back if I could. It is an uncomfortable ride, you feel every bump and the radio has got to be the cheapest I have ever heard. My cell phone sounds better. Of course, the S model has limited options(it does have the illuminated "Quest" on the floor board, which should have been left off and the cup holder done instead). It has the spart key technology which is probably worth more than the van. If the wind blows, you feel it. Probably beause of the box design. There is no day light driving lights, which is a safety feature that you kinda get use to until you don't have it. The wipers seem too small for the windshield. The seats, although plush, are very uncomfortable on long trips. (I've only been on one and it was just 3 hours, no matter how you move the seat. My legs and back hurt the whole trip there and back. The acceleration is bad when you try to pass someone on the highway. I guess this is the Van for someone who wants the space and seating but no options at all. I wanted the SL but could not get financed even with $7000 off they are still $31,000. The only thing I like about it, it he large cargo space in the back. Nissan, you did bad when you brought back the Quest. You got nothing on Toyota Sienna.

I am currently going through a divorce and my credit score had dropped so I was facing some challenges and thought that I would not get the needed financing. I was ready to give up but Maurice W. was professional, optimistic and stood behind his word. We did most of our communicating via email or text, in which work best for me. There is so much more that I can say but there is not enough space. Be very detail oriented when reviewing the documents. They love to push their overpriced protection plans and slipped it into my sales contract then try and rush you through the financing process. The car was priced appropriately but I didn't feel that the process was conducted with the greatest integrity. It's the traditional "icing" the customer through the waiting game and then trying to rush you through the paperwork and get the signatures. These previous reviews seem too good to be true.

Great internet sales team. I never purchased a vehicle out of state before and never considered looking out of my home state until I started looking for a specific used vehicle that had the options I wanted and they were only 1 of 3 dealers that I talked with. Worst experience my wife and I have ever had with any dealership. Keras runs weekly newspaper ads that list cars for sale in the paper. We called the same day the paper was issued a few times and at the exact time they opened their store. The car with a stock number was ALWAYS already sold. Then their sales folks lied about the pricing of used car values trying to steer you towards buying new. We were told that 2008 Altimas were going for $25K and should consider new as the salesperson just sold a new one a few days earlier for $19K out the door, including all taxes, title, tags, etc. What a bunch of BS. We sat down and expected to see the price we were told with taxes, etc. and the car was priced $3500 over what we were told. It was a long and very unforgiving experience. We spent the better part of three hours in their dealership. We were really excited about the car we thought we were buying. Go to Dodds or Gossett you'll do much better!

They lied about the pricing of the vehicle i tried to buy , and the financial representatives were all jerks because i didnt like thier offers.I had a financial rep call me after i left with a new offer and he hung up on me when i declined his offer. It was a long and very unforgiving experience , I was really excited about the car i thought i was going to drive home, but they changed the pricing around on the car,added $1500 in accessories i didnt ask for and had poor advertising for it.These guys really made me not to continue my search for a new car.

Took my 2010 Nissan Sentra in for maintence work. I was told to have the vehicle there at 7:30 am and I notified them that I had to be at work at 8 am. I was late getting to work due to them. They had asked if I wanted a free car wash and I said yes but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle it had not been washed. They offered to run it through tht wash and all I wanted was my vehicle so I could get back to work. They were unconcerned that due to them I was late for work in the morning. I would not reccomend this dealer to anyone. I will take my car to another dealer for future work and spend my money elsewhere.
