Our buying experience was very pleasant. I inquired about the vehicle online and was contacted by Samantha Mosley. She was very informative and recommended we visit the dealership to look at the car. Both Travis Ward and Justin Hart were exeptionally friendly dealers. I enjoyed having them treat me like a valued customer and they fought to earn my buisness. I came in the door with no credit history and was expecting a high apr. Started dealing with Justin Hart via email, inquiring about a used car they had listed. They're about 150+ miles from where I live, so I needed a lot of information and comunication back and forth before making the trip to them. Justin was always polite, and promt with answers. He, and the managers he worked with behind the scenes were great. They all provided great service, went to bat for me to get me the best rate possible, and the overall pricing, including the value for my trade-in were numbers we were all happy with. The who process was painless, and actually very pleasant. Even people throughout the dealership were all friendly and helpful as well. Definitely glad I made the trip and purchased a car from them. I called Justin on the way back from a trip to Texas on Friday afternoon. I got to the dealership about 6:15. He showed all the trucks that had the features that I was wanting. I came back on Saturday morning and made the deal in about an hour. The whole process, including financing, was easy and without any pressure at all. It started out that we didn't think we had my vehicle that I was dealing over the internet with on the lot that it had been sold the night before, but then they figured out that it had been a internet glitch and it was here and just because we had that issue and we had to deal with difficulty I was treated like a queen. I would definitely recommend Dealing with Justin Hart and Mike Adkins. Justin and I clicked immediately and HE WAS VERY HONEST. And, Mr. John Holt is definitely a character and Frog, gotta love him he let us use his office. On Thursday, July 24th, Jason, the Used Car Manager, gave us "HIS WORD" that he would not sale this vehicle until the first of the week without calling me first. When I called him on Monday, July 28th to tell him we would be there the next day to buy the vehicle he told me that " It had sold on Saturday" and gave a half hearted apology. I was told that he had noted in the system that I was to be called but he was not there and did not know what had happened. I guess "HIS WORD" means nothing but does reflect on the dealership.

I came in with a 2011 Chevy Impala that was banged up and needed a lot of interior help. I ended up walking away with a brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze for a great price and they paid off my loan. I saw this deal for a Ford Focus on Cars.com and could barely believe it. I sent an email to John Holt and within a couple minutes Justin had already messaged me and later confirmed all the information with me. After checking the reviews for john Holt and similar cars i just had to pay a visit a hundred miles away. Our Sales representative was friendly, motivated but not pushy or overbearing. He listened to what my needs were and suggested the type of vehicles that were available. The 'team' made every effort to ensure that I could purchase the vehicle I wanted. Financing went smoothly even going thru the bank that I'm used to using. There was no pressure even after I indicated that I wasn't going to buy the vehicle. I was allowed to drive the vehicle home to "check it out" and returned at my convenience. This is my second vehicle that I've bought and the process was even better than the first time. The sales rep introduced me to the service department and showed me the process for getting services. A very nice touch is the preferred owners card, $100.00 toward future services and 5% back when using the card; along with any vendors recommended by John Holt.

Unbelievable and wonderful experience! Buying a car has always been such a headache in the past. All that changed when I first walked into John Holt Chevrolet of Chickasha. Justin Hart was awesome, and so was Beau and Jason, actually everyone. They all work together as team to make sure the customer experience is perfect. I have never experienced anything like that. I walked in with a list of things that I wanted, not thinking it would actually happen, but it did, and it was so easy. Purchased a vehicle at John Holt that I found through the Progressive Car Buying service after my wife's car was totaled. I was very impressed with how relaxed the atmosphere is at John Holt. I had obtained financing from my bank prior to our visit and there wasn't one ounce of pressure about needing to apply for financing through the dealership as well to "look for a better rate." Prior to our visit to John Holt, I had always been asked to apply for financing even when I have a check in hand for the purchase price. Our salesman, Scott, was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and has followed up with me twice already (in 3 days) to check up on us and make sure we're happy with our purchase. Once we decided which car we were purchasing, the process took less than 30 minutes, and that includes picking out and purchasing our extended warranty. Overall, I am very pleased with my car-buying experience at John Holt and will definitely return here in the future, and will recommend to everyone I know!

I am 71 years old, and this was the best experience that we have had purchasing a vehicle. The young man who helped us with the purchase, Jamie Jordan, was very helpful. We had never met him before yesterday, but he made purchasing our new Cadillac very pleasant. After spending more than 2 weeks riding around Lawton looking for a nice commuter car for my son, I found myself looking at cars online through the USAA car buying service. I saw a nice pre-owned Toyota Corolla with low miles and a great price. I requested more info on the car and drove up the next day for a closer look. Frog Wiggins and the guys at John Holt made my car buying experience very pleasant. Within 45 minutes we test drove the car, completed all the paperwork and were on the way back to Lawton with my son's commuter car for college. We were blown away by how relaxed the atmosphere was - we never felt one ounce of pressure from the salesman or the finance team. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from John Holt in 2013 (2 trucks for work, and 3 cars personal). Every time I go in I feel like part of the family, John always stops to talk and most of the salesmen know me by name. I have been dealing with John Holt for over 10 years and would not think of going anywhere else. I usually know what I want when I walk in, so a quick description of my needs and they are off to find the vehicle and bring it to me to look at. I have never had to wonder around the lot looking in the weather, the salesmen bring them to me at the showroom, and like John says the hardest thing to do is pick your favorite color. My last purchase was for my 2 daughters we were trading in cars we had purchased from John, the salesmen pay attention to details they had the radios in the 2 new cars set to the stations my daughters listen to ( AND HAD THEM RIGHT). After purchasing I always feel confident in the condition upon delivery, they are always clean and full of fuel. If it is bad weather I have always been given the option to take vehicle as is and bring it back to be cleaned when weather clears up so I have a nice shinny vehicle to drive off the lot. Parts and service after the sale are very important to me, I want to feel confident that my wife and daughters are safe on the road and I need my work trucks to be reliable, Debbie always goes the extra mile to service or make repairs in a timely manner and get me back on the road. The detail shop can always do miracles to make a dirty mess look showroom fresh. OVER ALL I CAN'T THINK OF ANY BETTER PLACE TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE!

I'd highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a new or used vehicle! The customer service surpassed all dealers I've been to in the surrounding area. I called about a truck I saw online about an hour before the dealer closed and was reassured that after my short drive from OKC, there would be a Sales Rep waiting for me. Got to the dealership a few minutes after they had "officially" closed and JUSTIN HART met me at the door, with the keys in hand. They went ahead and took the liberty of parking the truck in the front for easy access, and he showed me around it. With a few quick questions and a test drive, we were able to figure out where we stood and how we could go about making it happen. JASON LECK, sales manager, went above and beyond expectations on keeping my financial goal in mind. Very knowledgeable, and exceptional service made my first trip to John Holt the main reason I'd come back for further business. All together, I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours, trade in and paperwork included. Definitely worth the drive, but don't miss the exit!

We loved or salesman. He was on top of all the new features on the trucks we looked at. He wasn't overbearing like the dealerships in Lawton. He was very respectful and courteous. He delivered my vehicle to me at my work location and took the time to explain a few more features I ask about. This is the second truck we have purchased from John Holt within 3 years. The salesman that sold us our first truck was still there and was promoted to Sales Manager. He remembered us took the time to speak with us. Keeping employees tells you something about the dealership. I'm sure it will not be our last with John Holt. We will not hesitate in recomending them to our friends and family.

We had just returned from a horrible experience with a dealer just north of Chickasha so it was late, around 8PM. When we arrived there was a nice selection of trucks. But right off the bat I found the truck we had been searching weeks for. It was perfect! Then out of no where a salesman (Justin) showed up and was very friendly in answering questions for us about the truck. I guess the timing was just right because the finance guy was still there too. Our situation was a little different because we had a truck that was waiting to go into the body shop but the sales team explained that we can still trade it in, we would simply transfer it to their body shop. We were sold. The truck was perfect, they could take care of our trade in, and of course the incentives were great too. Best of all they let us take both trucks home that night so we could clean ours out, finish it's visit to the insurance adjuster and get everything else done. Even with our situation the Team at John Holt went above and beyond to make us happy. I would recommend them over any other Dealer!

I found my car online and had to drive from Oklahoma City to buy it. I was so afraid that it was going to be sold before I could get there! I called the cell phone number that was listed in the ad at 7AM and Jason answered very nicely even though I know I woke him up! He told me he would check to make sure the car was still on the lot and call me right back. In general, I do not care for auto dealers and tend to loath the car-buying process. I live in the Tulsa area, but the car buying service I was using selected three dealers in the OKC area. Justin e-mailed me that they had the car I was looking for and sent me the price. I drove to Chickasha half expecting the dealership to screw up or do something stupid to make me regret the two hour drive. However, the whole purchasing process went very quickly and I was soon driving out of there in the vehicle, very much surprised out how easy and up-front the process was. I would definitely and unreservedly recommend them to any prospective car buyer.

I went to John Holt fully expecting to leave disappointed. I knew I had to work on my credit and I was not a fan of Chevy cars. They were able to finance me and found me a car (Chevy Cruz) that I now love. I have never owned a new car always bought used. I can't believe they were able to get me in a New car that I could actually afford. I was also the last one there and my salesman Justin Hart was so nice and stayed until the end. After spending time going to dealerships in the OKC Metro area we decided to go home and shop online for a specific truck for our daughter's 16th birthday gift. Within minutes we found the perfect truck and called Jason Leck at John Holt in Chickasaw, which was an hour away from where we lived, to see if it was still available, and it was! Turns out that Jason lives in the metro area and he offered to drive it home so we could see it that night. We met with him and made a deal on the truck right then. The service was exceptional, Jason was so awesome in the whole process! We ended up putting on nerf bars and a spray on bed liner before getting the truck. Jason took care of everything. The list of negatives are too long to list; however here are a few. The detail shop while servicing the Traverse broke a trinket that was a keepsake and instead of telling someone they hid it like a child. They didn't think it necessary to take us around and introduce us to the service, parts, and other departments of the dealership. It was truly a bad experience. Won't buy there again.

I have bought vehicles for the last 22 years and this was the best experience i have ever had in buying a car. i did everything over the internet for my application and paperwork. jason leck is the sales person who helped me with buying my new chevy equinox. even though i did not meet him in person he took care of everything for me by email and text. i had two trade ins and didnt want to have to drive from lawton to chickasha, so he sent drivers to me to pick up my trade ins and bring my new car to me. it was the easiest transaction i have ever done. i would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a new car.

I had such a GREAT experience with the service department at John Holt's Auto Group, just this week! I drive a 2010 Buick Enclave, that I purchased from a different dealer. When I went in the service department, a very nice lady named Debbie greeted me immediately with inquiry of my problem. I told her my issues and she called one of the mechanics, Jimmy, to the counter. He went with me to evaluate the issues with my Enclave. He then explained what he thought the problem was with confident knowledge and clarity. Debbie later checked me in and I went on my way. The entire time my car was with John Holt, I was given courteous calls of updates concerning what was being done. I was so impressed with their service. In November, when I went looking for a new car (since my last new car purchase 15 years ago), I finally went to John Holt Auto Group in Chickasha upon recommendation from a friend. I was introduced to my salesman Chad Carlson and the rest of the team. It took me almost a week of driving different vehicles and determining my needs for the new car. Chad and the crew were very patient with me. They did not pressure me and each time I went in and I felt like they were more than willing to assist me by answering questions and letting me have time to research the options to determine which car would be mine. Other dealerships had acted as though I was wasting their time when I told them I wasn't buying THAT day. THESE GUYS ENCOURAGED ME TO TAKE MY TIME AND MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION FOR ME!After I purchased my 2013 Sonic (which I LOVE!), Chad helped me learn how to use all the new technology tools that were in the car and continued to call and remind me when I needed to have service and make sure everything was still satisfactory. I have called and gone by the dealership to have more questions answered and they are still courteous and respectful when I need assistance. When I need a new truck I will be returning to the dealership that makes customer service a priority - John Holt.

This was my first time to shop John Holt Chevrolet. I started on the internet with Jason Leck as my contat. He was courteous and enthusiastic about helping me get the exact vehicle I wanted. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and this is my 12th new car buy. After we had conversed on the phone and by e-mail I was in and out in an hour with the truck I wanted. I am self employed and run a construction company. I never have the kind of time it takes to go sit at a dealership and buy a vehicle. Usually when I try to get all of the financing and trade taken care of ahead of time., nothing is ready to go when I get there. My sales rep, Jason Leck, took care of all the behind the scenes stuff through the day while I was working, so that when I came down to look at the vehicle, the financing was approved, the price was already negotiated, the trade was computed and I was really just there for a test drive and to pick up our new car. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy cars, new or used. They have absolutely earned my business.

This was one of the best experiences I have had anywhere. The process was less than 3 hours total from start to finish. They were very easy to work with. Jason "Dutch" went above and beyond what I asked for. Couldn't ask for easier transaction. Only problem is you have to be careful getting there. The entrance is a little tricky to dealership.

My wife and I leased a Chevrolet Volt (Aug 2012) and loved dealing with John Holt Auto Group. Our sales representative, Chad Carlson, could not have been better. He returned all our phone calls and helped us through the process. John Holt himself actually negotiated the lease and came by to say hello every time we entered the building. He sealed the deal with a handshake and lived up to agreement regardless of obstacles. Their customer service cannot be beaten and John Holt makes sure of it. The car is amazing, the deal was awesome, and I would highly recommend this dealership. We love the car and the deal made it all that much more exciting. I was truly impressed with Salesman Jason Leck. we were turned down for any loans by two dealerships. Jason called me and asked permission to work on getting approved for a loan. We came out of the deal with 10 percent interest rate. Our credit wasnt the greatest actually poor but we were blessed. I was also impressed with owner John Holt he came in as Jason was working on the deal, stayed with us for at least 30 minutes. never had that happen ever with an owner. Very impressed and thankful for Jason and John.
