I went in to trade in my 2014 Fusion and get a new 2017 Fusion (lease). The appointment was set up at my convenience and I was in and out of there in about 2 hours with a new Fusion that was exactly what I wanted. I worked with Jason Weick with whom I have worked on my previous 2 or 3 leases. He knows what I'm looking for in a car so that always saves a lot of time, and I end up getting exactly what I want. Everything was handled very efficiently and professionally including the paperwork completion with Tony.

Went to this dealer for the first time to take my 2012 Focus to address transmission failure. Previous dealers had not met my expectations for customer service (Listening, following up, proactive safety concerns). Each person I dealt with at this dealership was courteous, responsive, concerned and followed up. This without any prior relationship with anyone at the dealer. They are busy and can't always achieve Instant results, but any time invested by the customer is worth it in the quality of service. So happy to know that there is a dealer out there who values quality as well as customer satisfaction.

Went in a little later than I wanted to but only took about an hour maybe an hour and a half, which is pretty quick. Took a few days of questions which they were more than Helpful with. Made me feel like they were looking For the best of my interest, which they did. Not that I'm getting rid of my new car anytime soon, but when the time comes, I'm definitely coming back to their location. Even got a detail and full tank to start out with.

Best Dealership east of Mississippi!!! At our company we depend on reliable and safe transportation. One of my former employees who did research said to take a drive out to see them... so I crossed 2 state lines to see if John Kennedy Ford can do better then out local dealership on Long Island, NY. Trip was well worth it. I would recommend them to anyone. John O is a true professional and his work ethics should be tough in Car Dealership School, if there ever was one.

I get my Ford 2006 Explorer Serviced here and just tripped 245,000 miles without any major problems!!! Every time I come in for their Works Service and need anything other than the oil change, Chris Kolody treats me like I'm some sort of Ford celebrity. He is truly a trusted advisor when it comes to anything on my car and goes out of his way with me and I am sure others to take care of them. First ballot Hall Of Fame inductee if you ever have one.

First time i went to the dealer on December for my car .On the dashboard the car is on park it still says shift to park i made an appointment on the morning when i went there i stood for 15 minutes Nobody ask me you need some help then a Women on service department ask who you got appointment with i told its Christopher but he even talk to me after 5 minutes .After that he told me the car need a new sensor i have to make an different appointment so took the day on 01/07/2016 on 10:00 Am i ask service Advisor how long it takes to fix the car he told me at least 2 hours he gave the car back 1:45 PM Not only that i have to go back there ask all updates of the car . Then i ask him 12:30 whats going on he said i rapping everything the paper work after that again it took One hour 15 minutes Then i saw the car is washed up but not cleaned with towels.So i had to clean the car again with towels on my house other wise the water drop marks will appear on the car from sunlight i didn't ask for car wash . That was my experience from Hopkins Ford or John Kennedy Jenkintown.

I came to John Kennedy 2 times prior to my actual problem was serviced to my car. I kept returning because the previous week my car was serviced for a recall then the car started acting up; shuttering and not accelerating passed 20-30mph occasionally along with the check engine light on now. The guy Benny who serviced the car initially was not helpful as looking further to see if the car was still under warranty or provide other information. I called weeks later and spoke with Chris and he helped me a great deal. He inquired what the car was doing then gave a possible diagnosis and further advised me to come in for testing and told me the car was still under warranty.CHRIS made this experience wonderful!

I am a repeat customer for many years. During a routine visit to the dealership I saw an Explorer that was just what I was looking to buy. I called Bennie, a sales representative at Kennedy Ford. He was not available at the time so I left a message asking for the details on the Explorer I had seen earlier that day. Bennie called me back with all the information I needed and arranged for me to take a test drive. I liked the SUV and negotiated the purchase that day. The process was painless and I drove the vehicle home that day. The service was great. I know from experience I can rely on prompt service from the maintenace department at kennedy. To me this is very important. The great service from the sales department and the great service from the maintenance department is what keeps me going to Kennedy Ford on the Fairway.

I was not really excepting to get a car last Saturday. I was not feeling well and I just knew my heart was set on something else. Len was awesome he allowed me to come in and tell him what I wanted and needed in a car. He took me out to the lot and it was there that I was lost in the beauty of all the wonderful 2015 and 2016 cars. But at the very end of the lot I see this black car sitting all by herself. I am the type of person that I pick the puppy that is sitting by their self of befriend the one person no one else is talking to. And this car was just that! I saw the car and knew it was going to be perfect for my very 1st car! After running some numbers I could not pass up the deal. I tried not to look to excited but I could not hold it in! I knew I was not going to leave the dealership without her! Len went to war for me and was able to find a bank to give me the loan! I was able to leave that day with my baby in hand. She is a 2009 Kia Optima and she is ALL mine!! Thanks guys for everything!

My 2014 Ford Edge was recently serviced with an oil change and a check of the seat belt which was giving me a hard time releasing to wear. Overall the service received was satisfactory. They technicians reset the oil level display to reflect the oil change. They checked the seat-belt for issues and found none. Although, my seat-belt still is an issue I am not upset that the technician was unable to replicate my issue to fix the problem.

I've been a customer for many years when it was Hopkins Ford. It seems that the level of service has continued. My family and I have purchased vehicles there as well. I've been very satisfied with the service, especially when I had no transportation home while having my car serviced. I appreciated the drive to and from the shop.I have one suggestion. Please put a sign at the curb that points to the service area. When driving, there is nothing to point to the Service area until one has driven past it.By the way, I answered 'Neutral' under recommendation since I don't generally tell or suggest to other people what to do.Thanks.

Unfortunately, if you purchase a used vehicle other than a Ford, the service department is completely useless. To keep this story short, do not buy a used car that is not a Ford and expect to receive any decent level of service. They simply will do nothing for you and will push you out of the dealership. In addition, the Ford extended warranty plan for used vehicles other than Ford vehicles is also a complete waste of money.

Leroy Schwartz did a great job helping us including dealing with us late until our paperwork was completed 2 hours after closing time. I was very happy with the service provided by the Service and Repair department. I was allowed to bring my vehicle in earlier than my appointment in the event they could look at earlier. They did! I got a call with the list of issues and they fixed one item that my husband ok'd to be done. They fixed it a day ahead of my appointment! Also, I was given a ride back to my home when I had first dropped off the vehicle. The gentleman who drove me home was polite, well-spoken and a pleasure to talk to. He found a vehicle from another dealer with the options that I wanted, and continued to look for other vehicles so that I was able to find one from the same dealer at another location. This was an unscheduled "Quick Lane" visit to check the tires on the passenger side, which had been losing air at a rate requiring a top-off every couple weeks (based on the car's alert). The technician was able to diagnose the problem and execute the repair. So far so good as the car is handling better too (in terms of suppression of road surface vibration, etc) after the service. It also appears they did a complimentary car wash so if that is true, thank you!!!! Kudos to the JFK staff!

The AC in my 2007 Escape wasn't working. To figure out what was wrong, the technician tested a bunch of components starting Tuesday before figuring out the cause of the problem. The parts couldn't be delivered until Friday, so (yay!) I was allowed to drive a cute 2015 Escape while we waited. I brought the loaner back gassed up Friday afternoon and picked up the 2007. It was an expensive ($2300+) repair but it worked.

I hoped that I could have 2 days to get everything together in my head and I said as much to my rep the day before my appointment. I didn't have that time to process which after I reviewed everything later I paid more for an older SUV than I did for my just released car lease. Somehow that doesn't seem right. But I enjoy the ride of the 2010 Mercury Mariner. I can say for me it rode better than the 2 Escapes I test drove which is what I was interested in before the visit. Also the Mariner is loaded, great features! I guess that's what I'm paying for, oh & the warranty....which I didn't know would add more on to the car note. Nothing's free right!

My phone experience was not as good as when I actually got there and Joe was very helpful and even walked out to my car with the service manager to show them my concern.Joe arranged for a rental car and I was on my way in no time.He later called me and told the car was ready but they needed to order a part which is on back order and will notify me when it comes in. I was surprised none asked if I wanted an oil change which I will get when the part comes in. I could not have been more pleased, and was hoping I would receive a survey so I could tell you, instead of writing a letter independently. Benjamin Cruz was extremely accommodating, efficient, and nice. My car received its 20,000 service. Coincidentally, I got a nail in a tire the previous day. I kept driving as I was in heavy traffic, so I completely ruined the tire and needed a new one. Kennedy Ford replaced the tire, even though I had not informed them ahead of time that there was extra work from when I called for service. During the inspection, the staff noticed that my hatch strut in the back was weak, and they replaced it under the warranty. Benjamin Cruz called about this before they replaced it. I was not expecting this to be free, although he mentioned that it was possible the replacement could be included in the warranty. Kennedy even washed my car! What a pleasant surprise. These little details, such as washing my car, are a very nice touch and mean a lot in terms of customer satisfaction.

The Service Manager Chris was responsive to my calls (less than 24 hours) every time. Upon my arrival, he made arrangements to have a vehicle available for my use so that I was not inconvenienced. Chris telephoned me with updates on the service and when my vehicle would be ready for pick.Charles (Charlie) also provided equivalent service. Charlie took time rom his busy schedule to program my cellular phone to the car system. He went the extra mile to show me what the problem was and how to resolve it on my own.The service team go beyond the call of duty whenever I visit whether the quick lane or overnight service. This is a great team and they should be recognized for the high level and quality service they provide consistently. In addition, I continue to maintain a good rapport with John O and Leroy, members of the sales team. After dealing with this agency for 23 years I am beginning to wonder what is happening. Our 2010 fusion with 33,000 miles on it was in for state inspection. I was told that it needed a rear shock and I left with a bill for $600. I had my 2013 fusion in for service and state inspection. The car had 7,000 miles on it and is a garage queen. Was told I should have a 4 wheel alignment. No way. So I traded the 2010 for a Chevrolet at the dealer next door. Friends of mine told me they are experiencing the same thing.

was told i needed complete brake job totaling 225.00. went to another dealer and only needed pads 99.00. that was 2 months ago. needed oil change for other car, raced home from work picked up car and drove to the quicklane, was there at 6:20, and told no technicians were there and that you need to be there by 6:00 to get service, yet they dont say that on website, it says 7 to 7. So I am done with them, have used them quite a bit over the years and it seems its getting worse!

Then another week later the air vents broke. They said two days for the parts to come in and it has been over 30 days and no phone call yet!!!! Unacceptable service! Do not deal with these guys.

I bought a used vehicle and dealt with salesman Joe Kerwick. I'm very busy in the summer months and have very little time to shop. I found this car online and without having the time to go see it I needed someone at the dealer to help with as many details as possible. Building trust is a big thing for me and Joe understood that. We communicated mostly through text and he was quick responding and answered everything I needed to know along with showing pics of the areas I requested as well as the worn parts of the vehicle. Joe also welcomed an inspector to go over the car as well. I also requested for things to go fast and smooth with the finance office. For some reasons so many things seem to change in that room. Drives me crazy and I get very defensive. Needless to say Joe saw to it that I was in and out of there with no tricks or changes to our agreed and final out the door price. I would say if this guy is nearby and you are are car shopping ask for Joe Kerwick. I don't know much about the dealership but if its anything like him this is a good place to buy. I hope this information was helpful and I wish you good luck in your search. : )

My advise to everyone visiting this dealership to shop for a car: deal with Leroy Schwartz! This guy will get you there, guaranteed! I was shopping for a 2011 Infiniti G class they had (someone traded Infiniti in for a new Ford). I had a very high expectations and was trying to get *un-freaking-realistic* price for it. Guess what: I spent there 2 hours and get the price I want for that car. Another hour later I drove away on my 2011 Infiniti. As I said: Leroy will get you the right car for the right price. I really appreciate he was flexible and heard me. I would definitely do the business with Leroy and this dealership again.

Twelve months ago today, on my way with my creampuff trade-in to pick up my new car from Hopkins Ford, I was stopped at a light when another vehicle clipped the left wheelwell of my SUV. I called the dealer advising that I would be a little late while filling out the police report. I was pleasantly surprised when Hopkins went through with the deal - despite the damage - at a slightly reduced trade-in price. Hats off to Hopkins Ford for their integrity and Customer Service!

Everyone I had contact with at the dealership was very friendly and informative on anything that I asked. I had bought several cars in the past from the previous owner and their service was terrible and not everyone was very friendly. Some were but not all. We have owned Ford cars for many years but left after the service we received under Hopkins. It certainly was a pleasure dealing with Benjamin and he was so helpful. I just love my new Escape. It's a winner.

I was'nt interest in purchasing a vehicle at the time of the my visit. I knew why I stop but Mr. Kuzer didn't, and he didn't give me a reason to walk away which I was looking for. Because Mr. Kuzer wasn't too intrusive into the lame excuse I gave him for being there, his response made me take my visit more seriously. I Knew I was spending to much money on car repairs and needed to change the direction, Mr. Kuzer didn't know this until I felt comfortable. And that why I rated him as I have.

Everyone I worked with was very pleasant and friendly even though I probably made it a kind of drawn out process before finally agreeing to the price. The car is in excellent condition overall and was very clean when I took possession of it. The Certified Pre-Owned designation is certainly a plus with it's extra warranty coverage, as are such extras as a free tank of gas, and 3 months of Sirius Satellite radio. And who can resist a color like "Bordeaux Reserve"?

I would highly recommend this dealership. The inventory of pre-owned certified Ford vehicles was large, and the customer service was exceptional. Bill helped me purchase a quality SUV at an affordable price. He even helped me configure the Sync and outdoor key lock. The act of buying a car from a dealer does not top my list of fun things to do. The stereotypical dealership is a picture of wringing the most money out of you, while giving the impression of being in business solely for the betterment of mankind. Hopkins Ford is NOT your typical dealership. They work with you without the high pressure tactics usually associated with car dealers, and will not close the deal until they are sure that you fully understand every detail of the transaction and are fully satisfied with the bottom line. In other words, they do not bury you in a ton of figures and jargon that leaves the average customer in a daze. I give the highest marks to Len Appel, the salesman who sold me my car. He is friendly, answers all questions without talking down to you, will spend all day with you if necessary, and will do his best to make sure that your final decision is the right one. He has the patience of a saint. I know that, in this day and age, it is hard to believe that there exists a dealership that places ethics and customer satisfaction above profit, but miracles, sometimes, do happen.

This was my first time buying (leasing) a car so I was nervous. I was first interested in an older model car. Jason didn't give me the "hard sell" which was good. He listened to what I wanted. I approached Saul for the purchase of a new Transit Connect to replace one of our service vehicles. My main reason for contacting Hopkins Ford and Saul was due to the poor customer service, I was reciveing from other dealers in the area. When I explained my situation to Saul, he immediately stated that he could provide the service we needed. Within and hour Saul provided me with a winning bid on the vehicle and options that we had specified. Saul then provided delivery of the vehicle and arranged for the pick up of the vehicle we were trading in.My overall experience with Saul and Hopkins Ford has exceed my expectations. They will definetely be invited to participate in bidding on any future vehicle purchase that we need to make.

I found the F-150 on Cars.com. I was looking for the perfect truck for our business and was not having any luck finding it. This truck has everything I need: Black,long bed, GPS, Sync, and some extra goodies too! We drove from the Reading, PA area and actually made the entire deal over the phone. Kevin D. was very thorough and took care of a few minor repairs before we took delivery. We were delighted on how easy and painless the whole process was! After originally researching the internet for best reviews on the 2012 small/economy cars, I found myself shortening that list of selections to a Ford Fiesta. I had been able to inquire about a vehicle and was contacted by Matthew Gable, Internet Sales Coordinator. Matthew efficiently was able to answer every question I had and quickly locate a variety of Fiestas that I may like. I felt like I was taking more than my fair of his time before even taking one step on the Hopkins Ford lot. I'm very happy he was there; promptly responsive and very polite through each email. When I was ready to test drive, Kevin Diehl was my Sales Consultant. He was equally as impressive as Mr. Gable. Kevin was able to figure out though our banter during the test drive that I was trying to convince myself into buying a Fiesta for the right reasons and happiness was not one. As we wrapped up the visit talking about financing and trade ins, I got Kevin to let me take a closer look at the 2012 Focus. Being late in the evening, I opted out on a test drive, but had a good idea how Hopkins could finance to put me in that vehicle. The vehicle shopping continued the next day. As I was pleased with the test drive an performance of the Focus, Kevin was just as enthused to see a customer finding the perfect vehicle. This absolutely was THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE from the moment of the first email inquiry to the final handshake. I'm happy that I chose to buy a Ford; and I'm happy that I found the right dealership to make my purchase.

I was initially so indecisive about buying a car. I visited Hopkins Ford and started out with Leroy. He was soooooo attentive, patient and straightforward--just my kind of guy. I took up so much of his time and did not buy a car that day. I went searching other dealerships only to return to Hopkins Ford looking for Leroy. Unfortunately, he was not there, but John O was. John was just as an attentive, no pressure kind of guy, and I brought my Titanium Focus that night. What I found is that these folks are like a family. Leroy was made aware of my purchase and stayed in the loop the whole time, and we all had a good time and lots of laughs. It was a great buying experience. Car buying is a process that I truly dislike but I have to admit that Kevin D actually made it easy and shockingly fun. He was very patient during my first visit when I was interested in test driving only. There was no pressure to talk numbers afterwards b/c he realized I was not ready to buy yet. I was blown away by Ben's knowledge. It was a great experience and he answered every question. I went to another Ford lot in the Northeast and there sale reps were helpful but not extraordinary. I am so glad my Dad and I decided to stop by Hopkins. I love my 2012 Ford Fusion and recommend everyone to see Ben Haines. Great Knowledge...Great service..Thank You Hopkins Ford..Ben is great!

Hello, Our best way to describe this experience is service above and beyond. We had started this purchase a few monthsago and could not complete it due to the loss of my Dad and other issues. Our Salesman John O had called not for the sale but to see if there was anything he could due to help us. A genuine heart felt "Is there anything I can do ?" You just don't find this kind of person these days.John will also tell you after a purchase we hade made quite some time ago we did not purchase what we originaly had set out to. Nonetheless the purchase we made we are so much happier with. John O and Hopkins Ford have been very good to us and this is something we can not find enough good words to explain. Regards, John

i went to hopkins ford with a very particular idea of what i wanted, i walked in and was greeted with the door being opend for me and it just got better from there. they quickly assesed what my trade in was worth, assessed what i wanted and found it for me. they didnt have any in stock, but that same day they found it at another dealer and had it there for me within hours!I chose Hopkins because both of my parents have bought cars from them, and it turned out that we even had the same salesman. i have never had such a wonderful experience!!

I saw the vehicle that we wanted on Hopkins website. Within 1/2 hour of getting there we had closed the deal with John O. Negotiations were fair on both sides. The best compliment that I could ever give that we'll visit Hopkins again when we go car shopping!

I was shopping for a new Ford Edge, when I came across Hopkins Ford website. As a web designer I'm sometimes too overly critical of a company website. I liked their website. I was searching for Limited, and when searching everybody else's site I had to scroll through many other cars I didn't want. On the Hopkins site I just entered 'Edge Limited', and viola there they were. So simple. Everyone was very nice and not pushy. I walked out of two other Ford stores, because of attitude. I love my new car, and I will be back for my first oil change.
