Not first class service. Waited parked in service drive for 30 minutes before somebody showed up. Asked to have AC issue diagnosed and advise cost to fix. 45 minutes later service writer said parts were "on the way" and cost would be over $700. Declined to proceed with repair and was advised charge for diagnosis would be $150. Asked to talk to technician and was told "not available." Paid bill and asked for detail of diagnosis with part needed, refused to hand over. Walked out without any detail or accurate estimate of repair. All in all service writer was pretty uncommunicative and not helpful.

If you ever need to purchase a vehicle this dealership is the place to go and Chris Yates is the guy to see! He's is so understanding, goes above and beyond for his customers and gets it done quickly! Also when you go through finance you must request Tim Weil he makes the process so quick and painless and also goes above and beyond to get the deal done! Wish I could write a review on their service but I can’t get the service department to answer the phone. The second time I called the receptionist took my information and they still never called me back. Apparently they are either too busy to answer their phone or return calls or they simply don’t care whether they get your service or not. Had similar luck with their sales department a few months ago which is why I drove 75 miles to Gilbert when it was time for a new truck.

I’ve lived in Wickenburg my whole life. My grandpa used to work for Jones back in the day too. When I needed a new car, I knew I needed to go to Jones first. I was looking at the car I wanted online and went in. Sean Lowry immediately took me to the one I wanted and let me know what I needed to do to buy my first new car. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and make the whole experience of buying my first car stress free. Tim in the finance department was just as helpful and walked me through everything and got me the lowest interest rate. Overall, great experience at a great hometown dealership.

Jones did an inspection and noticed my Fusion needed rear brakes. Called James at Quicklane to see if they did brakes. He said yes. I was ill and my helper dropped the car off at Jones. They called for instructions. I explained that my helper dropped the car at the wrong location, sorry. I called James at Quicklane and he gladly agreed to go get the car from Jones. Not only did they make the pickup, but the had the car done that afternoon. Now, that is service. Thanks, Jones, Quicklane and especially James and Tabatha.

Just had it washed and waxed. excellent results. Have not taken it there for service, but I have taken other vehicles there and was happy with service. However, I bought a Ram in January 2016 . Had problems with check engine light. Jones could not find the problem. Only when I was in Kellogg, ID did a major problem occur. The DEF sensor came on. Had major repair done. Traded the Ram for my current Ford 350. Always been a Ford buyer, don't know why I had a weak moment and bought a Ram. Won't make that mistake again.

I had an excellent experience when ordering my 2017 Mustang GT California Edition at Jones Ford in Wickenburg. The process was very easy and straightforward. My salesman, Chris Yates, was very helpful during the process and I was under no pressure to buy the car. Chris's only goal was to make sure I got just what I wanted in my new car. I am appreciative how well the employees at Jones Ford treated me, and my Jeep Grand Cherokee.I came in for a recall service and upon picking it back up, they even did a complete wash job on my jeep too. One of the servicemen there, Shawn, offered me a courtesy ride home but I didn't need one. He made sure I understood what the procedure entailed. I was also impressed with the plastic protector covering my car seat along with a floor mat collecting anything from their shoes. They showed great care and respect and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. THANK YOU JONES FORD!

We have gotten older and don't drive much anymore - Only to the Grocery Store and down to Surprise to the Doctor when needed. Maybe we will put 8,000 miles on the Fiesta in a year. I hated to wait until Dec. to at least have the oil changed so I checked with the Jones Service Dept. and they advised that I have it checked at 6 months - Which I did. I think the Service guy was Shawn, and he was very polite and helpful. He did say I needed some Struts replaced (on warranty) and will call me when they come in. I also asked about installing a back up camera and he said the necessary instructions on installation for a back up system on a 2016 Fiesta wasn't available as yet.

For the most part the transaction went very smoothly. However on a few occasions it was difficult to call and speak with someone about the transaction. Also when I purchase a vehicle I expect to have two sets of keys or key remotes. This did not happen with this transaction. And I was told I would have to pay for an additional remote on my own. This is very frustrating. That should have been disclosed to the buyer before finalizing the contract. Otherwise I'm very happy with my purchase thus far and I appreciate the fact that the vehicle was delivered to my house.

I purchased my 2016 Ford F-150 from David Fraiberg on May 14th, 2016. David's efforts for more than four days to locate the truck I wanted and get it here were tireless. The truck was given to me clean with a full tank of gas (36 gal) a very nice touch. David and I went on a test drive so I could learn all about the operation of the truck, he has been able to answer all my questions, many on the phone, and is very knowledgeable. All the people at the dealership were friendly and helpful, and Steve Hill expedited the paperwork faster than I expected on other purchases at other dealerships, I appreciated that. I can say many thing about Jones Ford in Wickenburg besides Wonderful. It is a bit farther for me to drive, but it is worth every extra mile. The service is the best. Our 2010 Dodge Ram diesel 4 wheel drive truck was recalled due to a possible faulty diesel fuel heater. They made me an appointment that was convenient and performed the service in a timely manner. They explained what needed to be done and what had been done to correct the problem. While we sat in the nice warm waiting room we were offered something to drink and told they would start working on our truck immediately. During our wait the employees checked on us and the other customers from time to time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Jones dealership is 50 miles from our house and is the closest dealership. They will continue to be our choice of dealers to visit for our vehicle needs.

As always, we were met by a friendly face with a smile, as we pulled up for our service. James listened to our requests, assured us that all would be taken care of as quickly as possible, and directed us to the lounge. We had routine service, oil change, and a couple of recalls to be addressed. All work was done in a very timely manner, and we were kept updated on the progress. There was a little oil dripping when we got the truck back, but when asked about it, a technician was called, who immediately cleaned it up- it was no more than a little spillage.Everyone we have dealt with in the service department has been courteous and respectful. We would not take our truck anywhere else for service, big or small. We feel welcome every time we walk through the door.

Your staff was already busy enough to begin tying-down for the weekend when my truck was towed in at 1:00 p.m last Friday afternoon. Your Service Mgr and Mechanic both put my F 150 priority 1 as they knew I was trying to get to an insurance claim (I was actually on your roof several years ago for possible hail damage). They jumped through hoops of fire to appease me and even got me a rental that it turns out I didn't need as your Mechanic Isaac had spotted the trouble and got me back on the road by 3:00 p.m. Shawn and Isaac saved me several hundred dollars by their dedication to not good ~ but great customer service. I purchased five General Grabber AT2 tires at Quick Lane for my 1987 Jeep Wrangler. I was told the installation would take about one hour but it was closer to two hours. I was pleased with the service and so far the tires are performing well. There was a paperwork mix-up and the worksheet attached to my sales receipt actually belonged to another customer. I called Quick Lane when I realized what had happened but my sheet was long gone. As a result I don't have record of any observations made by the technician regarding other parts that might be showing wear.

Had trouble programing a spare fob for Edge keyless. After waiting for 4 hours, had to leave vehicle overnight and return for it the next day. I did appreciate having a loaner car to get home and back. Will need to return to find out why my car now will not lock by locking it on the door....the car will honk and I need to lock it with fob.

Again, service was top-notch from Service Mgr to the crew. You have been the one bright spot with us owning a Fiesta with it's many Re-Calls and a couple of warranty service repairs. My wife bought her car at Camelback Ford (what a bunch of thieves and hacks). They tried to cheat her on the purchase (I was not present), but I caught them when I reviewed the sales papers. If we ever buy another Ford, it will be through your dealership. Very sorry we did not do that at the start.

I brought our low milage 2012 F-250 disel in for service. I am very picky when it comes to good service and people that know what they are doing. My new service adviser, Shorty was on top of everything. His recommendation were spot on as to what needed to be done. He had seen issue that I never thought of. This was more than I expected. Since when I took my F150 to the main Jones Ford dealership for the service in June or July and they did not update the oil indicator showing 100% the indicator showed that I did need an oil change but in fact there was only 2000 miles on the current oil and so I did not need an oil change nor did they give me one. I give the Quick Lube people credit for their honesty and in the future I will always go there for service.

I thoroughly searched the net and media for several days for a vehicle to fit my criteria and price range. I found exactly what I wanted at Jones Ford. Contact with the sales agent, David Fraiberg was outstanding from start to finish. Upon settling on a purchase price and time to come in over the labor day weekend, he arranged for a driver to pick me up. The vehicle was just as described, and no surprises. The entire experience was pleasant, professional, efficient and satisfying for such a huge decision making process. I would highly recommend David at Jones Ford. I am a very picky person and was carefully observing this whole process from start to finish and I have no complaints. From the start of Tuesday 11 Aug 2015 when I called that my 2003 2500 Dodge Comins was being towed in to Jones. They transferred me to James in service dept. when I got to you in the tow truck James got it into the yard and sit up a ride for me and my wife to get a ride home from Chuck. When I got back we went and talked with the mech and he explained what neede to be diconontic test needed to be done and James. I called Wensday and James informed me that the eng blown and was trying to find a used one. He informed me of the cost which was more than the truck was worth and he had me sit up to talk to someone on my options. Thursday I was introduced to Erica and was escorted by her to talk what options I could do. I looked on line that morning and found the 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee went out and looked at it and went into her office to see what could be done. She checked what you could do on my truck and sounded fair then you used the price and waved the diconontic fees. She went with me home to show my wife the Jeep and then we went back to the dealership and was set with Steave in finance. He set the finance with no problems and made me fell so comfortable with everything going on in my mind. Everything went so smooth that was going through my mind that you all help keep me relived that everything would be ok. That Saturday when I came to get the stuff out of the truck Matt in sales was nice and left me alone with the truck as I got stuff out of the truck. I have the highest respect for all of your staff for the help and making us feel relaxed during this time. Your Dealership made me and my wife feel we were respected and part of your family. I think you are the only Dealership that would go though everything done for us than anyone in Arizona or anywhere. I have nothing but high praise for that Jones Dealership.

I came in to have the oil changed on our 2014 Ram, purchased in Sept 2014. While waiting, I decided to take a walk around, to see what sort of vehicle I may have wanted to purchase (next year). My salesman for the truck, Tim, volunteered to walk with me, to answer questions and find what sort of vehicle would call to me. Always patient and willing to go the extra mile, he showed me what i thought I wanted to see, answered questions on others, and when the 09 Mercury Mountaineer caught my eye, he got the info for me, the keys, and long story short, I ended up with this fabulous, gorgeous Mountaineer! I don't see Tim as a car salesman, but as a client advocate. He asks questions, to find what sort of vehicle you are looking for, what fits your needs,and does his best to pair you with it, does his best with helping to make a match financially, and walks the client through the process. Then, Steve in Finance takes over. He is awesome as well! He makes that painful process much easier, is very friendly, super pro-client, and works to get the best financing for the client. Everyone at Tom Jones in Wickenburg is friendly, from sales to finance, to the shop. I tell all of my friends about the experience out there, and encourage them to make the visit when they are looking for a vehicle. Personally, I have gone from hating car shopping with a passion, to looking forward to visiting those smiling faces in Wickenburg. They go the extra mile, and I am always confident we will get the best service possible, in every department we contact.

We were first snowbirds and used your services and now we are here year round. very happy with services and sales. you have a nice waiting area available, but you could utilize the food places, especially Carls Jr. ( because of the Highway) for coupons given to those waiting . This year of Nissan Murano has an air cleaner problem. If not re-attached properly, the car will stall, usually in the middle of the street. This has happened even after service from a Nissan Dealer. We were stranded on 93 north of Wickenburg with a dead battery and what turned out to be a bad alternator Friday, July 3rd. We called your service department for help. They responded.Your tow truck driver was great when he arrived. I have a custom Mustang and he treated her with care. When we arrived back at your dealership we were taken care of right away.
