Perches the 2010 Toyota tundra very nice clean truck at a good price. After about 2 weeks the transmission started acting up. I called Kevin Ball my salesman he made an appointment at service for me to have it checked. They diagnosed it to be the Tork converter. The next day they called me said truck was done. 2000 dollar bill on truck. All i did was signed. There 4000 mile 4 months warranty picked up the bill. Everyone in used car department worked to get me taken care of. They are great people an great service. Thank you for doing honest business.

Just purchased a 2016 preowned Hyundai, and I've never looked forward to going through the process of buying a car. This group was amazing! I told them what I wanted and hoped to get out of my meeting with them and they made this whole car buying process effortless! No wheelin dealin squirrelly rat race at this place. Prices were great and the benefits of buying were even better! I even called ten minutes before telling them I was going to show up to check something out on my vehicle and they dropped everything to make sure I was taken care of and had my issue checked out and fixed within an hour. Ron Bell was terrific. His ideas for a lease are actually the only reason we were able to get a truck now instead of 2-3 years in the future. I like the "Jordan Way" of no haggling as well. Kevin was very kind and helpful when I was picking out a car. He put up with me test driving a ton of cars and even one of them twice! He was not pushy at all and he was very knowledgable about the cars I inquired about. I ended up leaving in the morning to look at other options and decided I wanted a car at Jordans that someone else was no lookinh at. Kevin called me right away to let me know that the other person had deferred an offer until the next week. Thanks to Kevin calling I was able to seal the deal and get the car I wanted!

I rated the experience highly, but it should be noted that my buying process was very simple because I didn't trade in my used vehicle and I didn't finance - maybe the opportunities for customer dissatisfaction were fewer than for other customers. The sales person (Dan Stacker) was very straightforward and didn't try to steer me in any particular direction. Using his computer, he found a car at a nearby dealer that fit my specifications, and brought it in the next day. I was a little surprised that we were unable to find a time to close the deal until a week later due to Dan's previously set meetings and appointments, but the interim included a holiday weekend, and I indicated I wasn't in a hurry, so he took his cue from that. No real complaint there, just a nitpick: the car wasn't spotlessly clean after the delay. Again, no big deal. The car had no defects or misfits that I could see. Closing with the finance guy was painless. I let him go through his spiel about the available added protective treatments, then said I would decline them, and he didn't try to talk me into it. I look forward to the free one-month checkup, and 2 years of free routine maintenance offered by Jordan. I didn't come away from the dealership with the oily feeling that I had from several other dealers that I visited in my search for a new car. Jordan doesn't bargain - they just state their lowest price. Maybe there price I paid was slightly higher than I might have gotten from a drawn out, unpleasant bargaining process somewhere else, but based on what I could learn, it was close to the best price I could have expected. Overall, at the end of my first day of ownership, I'm a satisfied customer.

I recently purchased a new Toyota Camry from Jordan Automotive. It was a very good experience. Dan Stacker was the sales representative I dealt with during the car buying process. Overall I was very pleased. I was never pressured into any car or options during the entire time. Dan explained everything to me in detail.When I picked the car up, Dan went over everything. Technology has changed a lot since my last new car, and he showed me how to set up the audio system, along with other functions of the car. Everyone else I dealt with at Jordan Auto was friendly & helpful and I got all my questions answered. Everything was open & transparent, and there were no hidden fees.

excellent service. having loaner vehicles really helps the customer immensely. sadly very disappointed that jordan ford took away the car wash option. i understand there were individuals that abused it. now we are punishing all of the good for the few bad. if we bought the vehicle with that promise it should be honored at least by giving us 52 car washes per year. then, if someone is wants to 'burn' through them we still can keep our cars clean during the winter months.

I dropped off my vehicle over a weekend when no one was there and left my key and information in the drop box. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Jordan. They have our business. We like that they put the actual lowest price on the vehicle, and that is the price. You don't have to leave wondering if you got the best deal or not. Also, they gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. Historically, I have never been happy with the trade in value, and I always do my homework and look at the blue book trade in value. They actually gave me a little more than what I expected. Kevin Ball is the salesman that we have worked with. He is the least pushy car salesman that we have ever worked with. Last year, we went in and looked around, because that is where we bought our previous vehicle. And we just didn't find exactly what we were looking for, and he didn't even try to push us into something we didn't love. So when we came back, we worked with him again, and we found exactly what we wanted, and we bought it. I would absolutely recommend to a friend or my own family.

I am still puzzled and not real happy about the bill. Ford Motor Co. gave me a coupon/certificate titled "The Works" which provided for a wheel rotation, fluids to be topped off, multi-point inspection, and oil change, all for $39.48 or less. I scheduled an appointment to take advantage of the offer which was to expire June 30, 2016. However, when I tendered the coupon/certificate to the cashier she told that because my Taurus required 6 quarts of oil (and not 5 quarts), the coupon/certificate with Ford would not be honored as stated and I would have to pay $49.48. That said, I would be allowed to apply my $10 Jordan service credit resulting in a total bill of $39.48. I paid the extra $10 but it still troubles me. Ford would have known that my new car purchase was a Taurus. Why would they welcome me as a customer and promise "The Works" for $39.48 OR LESS but fail to disclose that it didn't apply to my vehicle because it required 6 quarts? It doesn't make sense.

Purchased 2017 Escape - I never buy quickly but I made sure I always spoke with the same salesperson, Ron Bell. Trip 1 - get sales literature (we were also considering a Kia). Trip 2 - Ron scheduled a test drive. Trip 3 - After deciding on options I sat down with Ron for pricing and availability. I had already done research on pricing at this point. Went home to discuss with Cheryl about her vehicle. Trip 4 - We met with Ron to close the deal. Trip 5 - Closed eal on Thursday, Escape was in on Monday and we picked it up on Tuesday. Cheryl is very happy with her new car, which makes us all happy. Ron did a super job with us. The last time I had purchased a vehicle from Jordan's it was a 1986 Escort SW. This was our first Ford purchase and by far the most pleasant pre-owned buying experience I have ever had. The staff at Jordan Ford are exceptional people to deal with and would certainly bring me back for another purchase. Our salesman Shawndel Gordon was an absolute joy to work with and we have recommended him and Jordan Auto to family and friends to purchase their next vehicle. In addition to Shawndel we also received excellent care from Kara Mitchell and Mike Banashak before and after the purchase. Quite honestly I was seriously considering another vehicle in Michigan but it was Shawndel and the Jordan experience that made all the difference and that is why we made our purchase at Jordan and will again. I purchased a exquisite Red 2013 Lincoln MKX. I was met at the door by salesperson Shawndel Gordon. A very professional and friendly young man. With an attitude of selling me the car I wanted without me feeling pressured to do so. He answered the questions I asked and some I hadn't thought of. I left the dealership without making the purchase because I wanted to check out another vehicle. After checking it out I realized I didn't want the Lincoln MKX to slip away so I called Shawndel and he came and picked me up at home and brought me back to Jordan Ford so we could finalize my purchase. We went in looking after a toyota corolla on the budget lot. The service was great start to finish, even though I had an issue with moving the seat during the test drive, the staff held it for us and brought it in for repairs first thing in the morning. The car runs great, the service was excellent, the staff were patient in accommodating our schedules and unpredictable issues (like fixing the seat). Even though it was a long process everyone was friendly, that place is like a family, as various different team members asked how we were doing. I resisted buying a newer car for several years. Once my car reached the age that it could legally consume alcoholic beverages, I knew I had to take the plunge. I was nervous about the process, but Mike Banashak was the cool voice of reason. I told him I wanted an economic car and he didn't waste my time by showing me other vehicles. I fell for the first car he showed me. With 50+ mpg, you can't get much better than the Toyota Prius. The next hurdle to jump was the fact that I had cut up my credit cards years ago and I literally had zero credit. Jordan's finance team got me approved and I drove my new car home that night. Walked into Jordan Auto and was greeted by this rambunctious 'young punk' and I thought 'here we go'. I already had a car I loved and I didn't want pressure, but my car is11 years old and time to start thinking. That darned punk was awesome. He LISTENED to what I loved about my current car and steared me away from anything that didn't measure up. Every car he showed me, had what was important to me. He was honest with useful feedback (good and bad) on every car. Impressed is an understatement. I bought a car in 3 days and never looked anywhere else. We have had both a Toyota a Camry hybrid and a Prius Hybrid. We really liked the quality and reliance of the hybrid, but we wanted to get an SUV vehicle. We were very excited when we discovered the new 2016 Rav 4 would have a hybrid model. We went down to Jordan Ford and met up with Mike. We knew exactly what features we wanted so we sat down with Mike and he helped us make a search to find a vehicle that fit all the needs that we had. Mike spent quite some time looking but finally found one, on a ship in the ocean, being delivered to the USA! We couldn't believe it because it had started to look hopeless. He made all the arrangements to get it delivered to Jordans. All we had to do was wait. Mike is one heck of a guy and very easy and personable to work with. He spent as much time as it took to go over all of the features and explain how everything worked. If he wasn't sure about something then he went out of his way to find the answer. Dealing with him and the rest of the Jordan staff was easy, pleasant, and very efficient.

We dealt with Kevin Ball and he made sure we were taken care of at every turn. I never once thought we were getting hosed or felt like the normal "used car lot" feeling. It was so refreshing to know we were being taken care of and that alone blew the competition away. My girlfriend had been wanting a mustang convertible. I told her if she found one used in good condition, I would consider it!! She showed me what she found on the Internet at Jordan Automotive. Wow!! We were amazed at this beautiful 2011 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 that only had 2900 miles. A 2011 in perfect shape, nearly new, now has a home in New Orleans. And it was all done over the Internet. But, I would suggest to get your own shipping company. The car was in my driveway within 15 hours after being picked up!! American Auto Transport got the job done!! Very Happy!!

We recently bought a 2016 Ford Fusion and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were forced to car shop suddenly due to an issue with one of our cars. We came in looking this past Saturday and Anthony came out and gave us great customer service without feeling the pressure at all that you normally get when buying a car. We were able to shop and get a price estimate all within 20 minute and left knowing we would come back to buy at Jordan. When we came back on 3/21 we met with Anthony and he provided amazing service during the entire buying process and finding even an extra rebate we did not know about saving us more money. We set up an appointment with Cory Cuskaden and when we arrived, both models we wished to drive were waiting for us at the door. Cory explained the two models to us, then gave us plenty of time to drive and talk over what we wished to do alone. Once we decided, we went to his office and just filled out the paperwork...no going to the manager or any of that other junk. They posted a fair price, offered a very fair price for our trade in, and that was it. It doesn't get any easier than that! I just purchased a new 2015 Ford Edge! I absolutely love it! Patrick Dresser was very helpful in finding perfect vehicle for me. When I first started looking for a new SUV, I never considered an Edge but after driving one, I was sold. Patrick was so easy to work with, he kept me informed as to the progress made in finding my Edge as well as making sure I was happy with my purchase once I received it...which was in a matter of a few days. Also, Adam Krempec did a great job helping me to understand how all the bells and whistles in my Edge worked. He sure made it easier than having to read the manual...that I truly appreciate. I just wanted to take a minute to thank the staff at Jordan Ford for my experience in buying my new Ford F150. The process was exceptional from start to finish. More specifically I would give high praise to my salesman, Ron Bell. Not only was he extremely genuine and honest but the whole process was transparent from the start. I had something to compare to as I visited 2 dealerships in the Michiana area, they did not begin to negotiate until I had an offer from Jordan. The quote I got from both was I will beat any deal you get by $500. Ron was able to understand exactly what I was interested in a vehicle and even change my thoughts on what I really could compromise on. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all on rushing my decision. Not only did I leave Jordan Ford with a new Ford F150 but also I got the opportunity to meet some great people. When Ron had a question from me that he was not able to answer the team around him stepped in to assist. Great team work from all! Finally, this would not have been possible without the help of Finance Manager Mike Evans, thank you for your patience. I am very blessed to have had the Jordan Experience, and if anyone I come in contact that is interested in a new vehicle I will strongly recommend that they see Jordan first.

I can honestly say that since our first purchase at Jordan in 1996 and all the times we have taken our various vehicles in for service, we have never had an issue or problem. The sales folks are great but the Service Writers are excellent. 2013 Ford Fusion, Service was good, staff was friendlyI was given a name and number for a glass guy to look at my windshield. Salesperson called him and he told her to have me call him the following Saturday morning to bring it in. I called him, no answer, left a message and still have heard nothing back. The windshield needs to be looked at.I have a small scratch on the side of the car and they were going to get me a touch up bottle. My paint that was requested was in and someone called me to tell me so but when I went to pick it up, no one could find it. They are supposed to be ordering a new bottle now.. *this isn't really anyone's fault, I think it may have been misplaced as my salesperson I learned (when picking up my paperwork for the BMV) is no longer with the company. Overall a good experience. Friendly people.

My 2010 ford edge was called in on a recall for the fuel tank. I brought it to be serviced around 10 AM on Monday. They said it would take much of the day. I did not have someone to pick me up, however Jordon had service to get me home. Late afternoon they called and said my car was ready, and they were sending someone to pick me up. Which they did. the driver was plesant and I picked up my car and went home. I did call the service dept. to ask some questions and they were very nice to answer my questions. Joe Hayden so far has gone above and beyond to assist us in the selection of the vehicle that we have leased. Initially, we were looking at a Ford Fusion, a Toyota Camry/RAV4 as well as the Ford Escape. Joe even took us across to the Toyota lot to look at the Toyota vehicles we were interested in. During the demonstration as well as test drive mode, Joe never showed any indication of being a pushy salesman. He was very professional, answering all our questions (so far). The finance manager was equally very enthusiastic in the assistance he provided. I may have to call for more assistance here because there are many features that the vehicle has that we need to master. BTW, I haven't yet figured out how to set up the garage door opener with the universal remote. I have tried and tried to no avail. Very satisfied with the service.

I was having trouble finding an Explorer that I liked in the Chicagoland area- I found one that was very reasonably priced (much better than in Chicago) on the Jordan Ford website and decided to make the 2+ hour drive to see it - forgetting that Indiana doesn't do Daylight Savings time I arrived 10 minutes after they closed on a Saturday night. After sending an email explaining the mixup I was looking at the outside of the vehicle I came to see & Joe Hayden of Jordan Ford showed up after having gone home for the night. I appreciated the effort and came back later and bought the Explorer. Salesman Mike Banashak was easy to do business with and their finance department was easy as well. Most importantly I feel like a got a good deal on a great vehicle with a Certified Preowned Warranty.

Only issue is I don't feel extra purchase options costs were explained well enough. We ended up with a maintenance plan & service contract that added $3000.00 to price. During the process, we thought Jessica was discussing the same product just a upgrade of each not 2 separate plans. I have been to Jordan Ford several times in the last few months. I had body work done as a neighbor backed into my car. You can't even tell I was hit, where the paint was applied, and they repaired a few other dents on my car doors. I was already satisfied. They took care of an alignment for me. Then there was a recall on my cars fuel tank and I took it in and they replaced that and fixed a leak in my tire. They have a free shuttle that allowed me to go back to work while it was being worked on. They also wash the car after they work on it. They contact you if issues arise or a change in pace has occurred and the communication is excellent. I've never been so happy and I'll continue to take my car there. Thank you Jordan Automotive!

Jordan was the first dealership I went to when I began my search for a new vehicle because my parents had recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from here and I had heard some great things about it. I checked out vehicles at a few other dealers in the area, but nothing compared to the Jordan way. Being a first time car buyer, I had many questions and I really appreciated how patient everyone was with me. My salesman provided me with worksheets showing exactly what my payments would be on the vehicles I was looking at, which was great to have as a reference. I like how the prices are clearly displayed on the vehicles and that there is no hassle with negotiating a price - they had the lowest prices in the area compared to the other dealers. The customer service was great - everyone was very patient with me even though I was very indecisive and returned several times to test drive vehicles. When the salesman I was working with left unexpectedly, both Julia and Marlon were helpful in coordinating a meeting with Tanya in the Toyota store. I was very pleased with how helpful Tanya was in making the decision to purchase my new vehicle. While the credit application process took a little longer than expected because of a delay with the customer before me, the process went smoothly and Kim was very helpful. Overall, it is a great facility with great benefits, awesome customer service, and I would highly recommend this dealer. I am very pleased with my brand new vehicle!

Since I had previous repairs here, I brought in my 2014 Focus to Jordan's Body Shop for advice on removing door and bumper scratches. Tim throughly explained what buffing could and could not do and gave a price estimate. My appointment two days later only lasted a little over 30 minutes and I was delighted with the appearance of my car. The reasonable cost was as estimated. Sara and other staff were personable and helpful. The great service at Jordan's is the reason I am a long time customer.

Our salesperson, Mike Banashak, made the buying process easy. I had looked at their inventory on line, emailed to see if the car was there, and Mike called to say it was. We went to see it, and to test drive it. He had one other similar which he showed us. He stood outside with us going back and forth comparing features, adding input but letting us decide. The offer for our trade in was what I had expected, and it was realistic. They even stayed past closing for us and suggested a place close by for dinner! Would highly recommend them!

We felt comfortable right away at Jordan Toyota. Our sales person Marc was very friendly, informative but not too pushy. He gave us time to look around on our own without any pressure. That made a huge difference for us in our buying decision. We had a concern with a damaged windshield which was addressed right away and a new one would replace the old one. We didn't have to haggle over them fixing it.. They agreed right away and actually apologized that the old one was damaged. We met Dennis and talked to him about what we were looking for. He talked us through one vehicle we were interested in, but would not sell the first one to us because of mechanical issues. He called a couple of days later to tell us he had gotten in another Explorer, but forwarned us that this one was newer, a lot few miles than the previous one that we were interested in, and more money. We came to look at it anyway. He was right, this was a lot nicer and newer and it was more money than we initially decided to spend. However, in the end, we decided it was well worth the extra money. We felt we were well taken care of by Dennis and we have already given out his name as someone that you could trust to find what meets your needs.

I have a very unique 2014 Ford Edge. I specced it out over a few months and when it was time to buy, Patrick Dresser found one immediately and arranged a dealer trade from Uptown Ford in Milwaukee. It is an SEL in Deep Impact Blue with the towing and appearance package. After I decided what I wanted, I discovered that the very same Edge was featured in the 2014 Edge brochure. No one had seen one before! It looks like the Sport package. I might have went with the Sport, but in '14, the towing package was not available. Bummer.Somehow after April 1 this year, my driver door got an oowie. It looked like someone backed a trailer ball into my door in the curved area just above the plastic plant which replaces the rocker panel. I took it in to Jordan, and they fixed it so that no one would see any evidence of the blemish if they didn't know about it. The color match was flawless. I could show you a little bit of a wave if you crouched down and looked at it just so. No one will do that without my prompting. A very minor quibble, it is very close to perfection.The industry standard estimating guide was used, and I was surprised at the labor rate charges. Nearly half of what a Chicago dealer would charge.They even buffed out a scuff on my after-market LED tail lamp at no charge! I did have to re-seat the lamp, but free is always good.Highly recommend!

Was out to purchase a new truck and stopped by Jordan on a Sunday (typically I look at vehicles on the internet or on lots when dealers are closed so I don't have to hassle with sales people while looking) and I saw a truck with the features I was interested in at a price lower than I'd seen on other lots. Deciding to test drive later in the week, a different car purchase was ahead of me. No pressure, no typical "I have to check with my manager" several times while you wait, through explanations and answers to questions, no hurry to make decisions, help with financial arragements etc... were all great. Tanya was just the right salesperon for my wite and I. I particularly like the test drive by Jordan of my vehicle and an explanation of how price was arrived at surrounding my tardein. All very different than anything I had ever experienced in the past with vehicle purchases. My wife will be trading cars in a year or two and this time we'll start our search at Jordan.

Bought an almost new 2013 F-150. When we took possession of the F-150 it felt like we were getting a new truck. The service department detailed our truck to look brand new. I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer. The service was the same it always is at Jordan Ford, Joe Hayden could not have provided better service than he did. He went out of his way to make sure I had the opportunity to try different vehicles prior to making a decision by bringing the different vehicles to my home. Staff was very helpful. The assistant manager, Mary, was able to both get my car in for a test and also set up an immediate appointment for the replacement of the clutch. Since this is the 2nd recall clutch I have had replaced, Mary made things very simple and took care of everything. I really appreciated that.

As always, Jordan Ford did a great job repairing and maintaining my 2013 F150 and recently my 2012 Fusion and 2004 Focus. What I did find quite disappointing on my last visit that in spite of having coverage under a CPO warranty, emissions warranty and Ford Master Care Premium warranty I was still charged a $100 deductible for an electrical connector failure that is outlined in a Ford TSB. Ford should have taken care of this problem without making me pay a $100 deductible for a $5 connector.To be very clear, Jordan Ford was working in the confines of Ford policy and I have nothing but praise for them. I do feel that Ford should have stood behind this repair that is obviously a common problem without charging me a deductible.

I had a great experience at Jordan Toyota dealing with Mike Kassem. I really liked the Jordan Toyota's approach to selling cars. I was deciding between the Tundra and Ford F150. Mike was very attentive of my needs and was even willing to introduce me to a Ford sales agent to assist me in asking questions about the F150 with no pressure. It shows that Jordan is about the relationship and not just the sale of the vehicle.

Dennis helped me in the process of looking for a car. I felt very safe trusting him because he made it very clear from the beginning that his job was to help me find a car and not to find me a car to help his commission. I ended up going with a car that I wasn't looking for and he called me when it was going to get serviced and also when they were finished servicing it and taking it to detail. I would've ended up waiting over a week to get my car because they had to order a part and there were a lot of cars waiting to get detailed. He called me the day after speaking with me and told me the part needed for my car came early and he had called in a few favors to get my car detailed that very same day so I could come and get it. What really made his customer service stand out was when I came to pick up my car he had it in the show room and put a giant bow on the hood! I purchased a 2007 Dodge Nitro, so this car was no where close to new but he sure made me feel like I had just purchased a brand new car. Dennis was the reason I decided to keep looking for cars through Jordan Ford because I knew he truly cared and was honest with me about every car we looked at. His customer service really stands out and I have recommended Jordan to many people because of this.

I thought I was told the $70 I paid the first day to find out what was wrong with my car was going to be credited to my bill on the 2nd day when the work was done. I didn't see any reduction on my bill that I paid the 2nd day.I appreciate how quickly the part was ordered and the work completed. I just wish the labor expenses weren't so high.

I knew going in that I wanted a 3- to 5-year-old Camry and I was treated with respect from the first moment I stepped on the property. The greeters are kind and helpful. My salesman, Tim Berger, was wonderful. He showed me all the cars they had that fit my wants and once I picked one I liked, he explained the car very well in every aspect. I was not rushed or manipulated in any way. Even the finance department was a pleasant experience. The service area is amazing. Once I bought my car, Tim took the time to show us how to pair our phones with the Bluetooth, and walked us through the security system, both features that were new to us. Thanks to Tim and the "Jordan Way" it was the best car buying experience I have ever had or ever heard about it.

Tim was great to work with! He answered any question that I had. He went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were in the vehicle that made the most sense for our family and was so knowledgeable about all of the different options that were available. He was able to get my new vehicle to me very quickly after I had been in an accident and did not have a car! While going through my new Sienna, Joe was so patient with me as I was learning all about my new Sienna. He was very knowledgeable as well about all of the different options. Everything was fine however you only rotated 3 of the 4 tires...I marked them before coming in and you missed the front drivers side tire it was the only one that was not rotated. Not sure how you can do that but that is what happened...and yes I really did mark them just because I thought that they had not been done correctly on previous service appointments. Not a life changing thing but still it seems like a fairly simple thing to do...I mean there are only 4 tires!!!! I guess I'll watch you guys and if it happens again I'll mention it at the time of the service.

My husband has a 2007 RAV4 that he purchased new from Jordans, and he takes it to your service department. He is so pleased with the service department (and free car wash!) that he really wanted me to purchase my Toyota at Jordans. We traded in a car, and the value was fair...and the adjustor who gave us the value was very professional and just darn nice! So far, our used RAV4 is perfect. We truly appreciate the 90 day warranty. Thanks so much Tim! Do you really have to retire in October this year?

Service staff are always helpful; during a recent oil change they discovered a leak that they brought to my attention. I was able to bring the car in and they did a thorough job of fixing the leak. They also coordinated well with the body shop to take care of some body work that needed done, thus saving me an additional trip.

Dennis is a great person & was a nice man to deal with. We really appreciated his honesty. The only complaint I have is the process of purchasing the car was lengthy & felt like I was being shuffled around between people a lot. Also, the finance las promised the vehicle would be cleaned before I picked it up the following morning & the inside was pretty gross... Perhaps cleaning inside of sold vehicles would be a nice touch. I ended up spending 3-4 hours cleaning the inside instead of driving around & enjoying my new-to-me vehicle.

I had my 2015 Fusion in for warranty work. At first the problem was unknown as the service staff had not heard of the issue before. My service adviser kept me informed as they progressed through the possibilities of what may be wrong with my car and eventually they came up with a resolution and returned my car a day earlier than anticipated. Everyone was very helpful, caring, and excellent at follow through. In fact, after we discovered a problem that may have been related to the repair or just the accident itself (engine coolant leak that caused the car to overheat), the staff was awesome at bringing us back in Monday to fully troubleshoot and assess. There are probably some SOP steps to learn from the issue but every process like this clearly has risk and the key is how the recovery is handled. A++ for that here with process and attitude! Thank you!

I heard about the "Jordan Way" on the radio. I have now experienced it. From beginning to end, there was no pressure to buy something that I didn't like or could not afford. The time and effort extended to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase was great! I was able to have several choices and then pick the one that I wanted without being pressured. I was able to take the used vehicle to my mechanic and get it checked out although the mechanics at Jordan had done so previously. The finance department gave me several ranges of payments at a very reasonable rate. I visited many dealers in search of a vehicle and no other came close to the experience I had at Jordan. If other dealers and their personnel treated everyone as I was treated at Jordan perhaps they could receive outstanding reviews such as this.

My experience with Jordan Toyota was good - no high pressure sales. They didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted, but they were able to get it for me in a short period of time. I was impressed with the good customer service. They took the time to go over all the electronics and other aspects of the vehicle. They even took me over to meet the service manager for which I had some questions.

We have always bought or leased new vehicles, but now that we are retired we opted for a 2014 Ford Edge.....only slightly used but still a great ride with low mileage. Mike Banashak was wonderful to deal with, as was the F&I person. We had done our homework regarding the value of the new vehicle and the value of our trade-in prior to visiting the dealership. Seeing the Jordan purchase price displayed in the vehicle was great information up front, so there were no surprises about the price. A while back I bought a Prius from Jordan. I had called around the area to various dealers, but Jordan didn't hassle me or pressure me with fake sales-talk. Yet they also made me the best offer. My salesperson, Tanya Salyer, was helpful, low-key, reasonable, and knowledgeable. Buying the car was actually a very pleasant experience. Jordan also provides excellent post-sale support, something that I had experienced previously with years driving one of their Camrys. Jordan is very definitely the best Toyota dealership in the area.

Jordan Toyota and our salesman Mike Kassem were a breath of fresh air! After visiting EVERY other Mid-Sized Sedan dealership in Elkhart, Mishawaka, and South Bend, the folks at Jordan Toyota caught me COMPLETELY off-guard by how friendly, transparent, honest, and accommodating they were. I left their showroom on Saturday believing I "had to have somehow been mislead" and I was fully expecting "the other shoe to drop" when I returned on Monday. That "other shoe" never landed. On Monday when I returned, looking to sign a new lease, our salesman, Mike Kassem was the same transparent, accommodating, and friendly person he appeared to be on Saturday. No "last minute problems" popped up. No hassles over haggling over prices or service plans. He actually seemed to care about what I wanted, and NEVER disrespected my needs or limitations. He didn't have to run off every 5 minutes to "check with his manager" like every other car dealership in the area had their salesmen do. And when his bosses, Ryan Liedtky and Michael Knorr finally did show up they were just as friendly, accommodating, and transparent as Mike Kassem had been. I'm embarrassed to say it was disorienting. The whole "Jordan Way" thing seemed like a gimmick over the radio, but I'm a converted believer! I can't attest to how competitive their "Best Price" selling strategy works as I was only focused on leasing options, but their spreadsheets that simply outlined their leasing options and fees was extremely impressive. WITHOUT EVER RUNNING A CREDIT CHECK, the team at Jordan was able to quote me a guaranteed price to within a $10 range, and those prices were already FAR less than any other initial price quoted by any other Car Salesmen from any other Car Dealer in the area. Finally, after all the details of our car had been settled upon, the financial agent, Kim Grenke outlined the service packages available for our car. Where many dealerships in the past have been pushy, aggressive, and even reproachful during the process of "closing the deal"; Kim was very delightful. All of our needs had been fully communicated to Kim and she worked very hard to get us on our way quickly and easily. I can't say it enough... No haggling! The only stress I dealt with were my own worries from the belief that I would be dealing with more stereotypical Car Salesmen tactics. I've never felt like the people selling me a vehicle were actually on my side until yesterday! I'm looking forward to my next car buying experience at Jordan Toyota!

This is my fourth car from Jordan and I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else. Three Fords and this is my first new Toyota. I've tried lots of dealerships over the years, but nowhere is the process as smooth and comfortable as Jordan. The prices are great, both for the new car and my trade-in. They even offered way more than other places for my trade-in. I love the no-haggle... no matter what I know I'm getting the same great deal the next person is getting. There is no pressure and there is no stress... and I love that most. I always feel like they are helping me buy a car and not like they are trying to make money off me. Mike Kassem was great to work with, he knew the cars well and was truly helpful. I'll be back to see him again. I kept him busy with changing my mind quite a few times... and changing the amount we had to put down a number of times (making him recalculate things each time), he never got frustrated and in the end found us exactly what we were looking for. I recommend Jordan to my friends and I recommend that everyone that reads this review... check them out... what have you to lose... I think you'll love Jordan.

I scheduled " the Works" oil change for my 2013 Ford Edge, everything went well, including having my car washed which was a nice inclusion! Upon going over my paper work, Jeromy mentioned my tire life had roughly 15,000 miles left. I currently have 35,500 miles on the vehicle, he said by having The Works with the tire rotation maximizes the life of the tires. He also mentioned an "all wheel alignment" ( which I haven't had since I purchased our car) I decided to schedule it,and they fit me right in immediately. Great service great employees!
