Painless and transparent buying experience! This was by far the best place we’ve gone to test drive or buy. No pressure. Everything was upfront and no stalling or delay tactics. Even the waiting room was comfortable and inviting. Michelle was great. Highly recommend.

Provided VIN, pictures, walk around video of the vehicle and offering anything possible to prevent having an hour and half drive for them to adjust the price for less than what they promised. Sure enough. They drove it, hooked it up to see if any codes popped up - no problem. “Well, even though we’re not sure what the difference in equipment is, it’s not the trim level that was listed” $10,600 turned into an offer of $8,500… the owner replied back to my google review claiming that I intentionally misrepresented the vehicle (even though even they didn’t know the difference in trim either) and that I claimed I’m “an industry expert” and not to quit my day job LOL… I’m guessing because I said I used to sell cars a few years ago and was looking to help a relative….? Very professional. I was given this grand explanation that they spend a lot of money on their data and analytics to make sure they price vehicles right… so they had the VIN and pictures and videos days before hand when we agreed on the value… and you’re telling me you couldn’t determine the trim level then? Please don’t waste your time.

Had the best experience buying a used SUV at Just Joe’s. All staff was friendly and helpful. Jen was exceptionally nice to work with, making me feel comfortable from the second I walked in the door, to the moment I left. Everyone that worked there just knew that time was a priority for me, and had me through the process in and out as quickly as possible. Thanks again!
