Sal Williams and Xavier Hemingway were my salesperson and they both did an outstanding job. The overall experience was great. We drove from Arkansas to buy the car, and they made the entire process smooth. The team at Audi of Kansas City was excellent! Couldn’t be more happy with my new car and Audi Kansas City service. Bought our first Audi 6/22/21 and we had a great experience, I seen the car she like on line. we went to the dealer ship and from the time we stepped in the door Ricardo Murdock told us feel free to look around he would assist us. When we told him what car we were interested in test driving he pointed it to us on there lot. He asked if I would be interested in test driving it my wife really liked the car. Then we test drove another but she really wanted the red Audi. After driving both and they're terrific and handling the road and comfort was outstanding for her. We met the Sales' Manager Sal that evening he came out and thanked us and we were able to start our paper work. I wasn't expecting to necessarily get that particular one because i had a budget but the finance manager Darrin made it all possible great interest rate wow that made it affordable and made her so happy. Thanks Molle Audi for the personable service.

Took my car into Molle body shop for repairs due to hitting something on the highway. 98% of the damage was mechanical. The service department took a whole month to repair what should have taken a wee. They took an entire week to get a parts list together. I would NEVER take a car to them again nor would I recommend anyone taking a car to service or their body shop. Very poor service.

Facilities is about the only thing going for this place. Had the worst experience with a sales rep this past weekend. Her name was Ronie Green. Was ready to buy a car, an Audi specifically, and did, just not from this place. If they are hiring people like her, it's only telling what the rest of the sales process would've been like Tried emailing them directly, but had to resort to this since their automated emails can't be responded to directly. David - wanted to let you know that I just stopped by to look at the A7 I inquired about via cars.com and had the worst experience with your sales rep. 1. Waited forever for someone to help. Needed to come inside and request service and she was hesitant to do so. 2. When we got to the car I inquired about Ronie said she didn't even think it was for sale. Stating there was no stock number. I asked her to go check and she once again was hesitant. 3. I then said you know what it looks like you're not wanting to help me she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. I asked for her last name and she got very defensive. 4. To top things off she did say sorry for our wait, but to add insult to injury she told me that "We have a front receptionist for a reason and it's your responsibility to come check in."

Just came away from this dealership with two leased vehicles and am very happy with the experience. Our sales person worked very hard to meet all of our goals. This is the second time in two years we have bought cars from this dealer and will be back again. Recommend calling and making an appointment before you visit if you are serious about buying a vehicle be caused the sales staff is very focused on satisfying their customers.

Learned of a vehicle I was looking for that they had. It had come in and needed to go through conditioning to fix some things. Was posted but with no pics online. Was told they would share pics but never saw them. I made it clear that I wanted to see and drive the car and was a serious buyer. Was told to wait and I would be contacted as soon as it was out of the shop. I received a call and was told it would take another several days but they would call me as soon as it was available. I called the following Monday, and was told it was now getting detailed and I could not see it yet but would be contacted. Went to the lot curious what the heck was going on and see in the front of the dealership with a SOLD sign on it. I did not appreciate the dragging me along. I get that cars are commodities and the guys selling them are opportunistic but this felt unprofessional. Would have expected common courtesy to let me drive it or a suggestion to put a deposit down. Left a sour taste in my mouth and don't want to be subjected to single dealership monopoly in KC. Happy to go to go elsewhere.

Best buying experience ever. Classy dealership, very comfortable and excellent salesperson. They gave me great money for my trade and were willing to negotiate. I was very happy with the transaction and the manner in which it was carried out. Sejii was my salesman and was top notch.

The service department is good and very accommodating, I have developed a relationship with them over the last few years of my Audi ownership. I bought my Audi used from the VW dealer in town. Even when pulling up to Audi in a newer A6 just a few years old, I have never had anybody offer to help me on the lot when looking to buy. There have been days I went with the intention of buying a new or cert used car if anybody had even offered to help me. While you don't want a salesman smothering you on the lot, I'm not sure how many cars you can sell if you never talk to the customer. This place needs to clean house in sales - not doing Audi justice with the really hot products coming out of Ingolstadt. Been there at least 5-6 times since it is close to work.

Molle Audi dealership in partnership with Molle Toyota Collision is a very poor proposition. I had a nightmare experience with Molle Toyota Collision for body work repair services. I trusted Molle Toyota for repair on my car because they are Audi certified and in partnership with Audi dealership. In fact Audi dealer sent me to them for some minor body repair. Molle Toyota Collision has a very poor customer service including the front desk! Molle Toyota fixed the minor claims I had; however releasing the car to me with a new damage on different location. Apparently my car was damaged on their site by another car. The site manager refused to take responsibility for the damage, he was rather insulting and rude. Molle Toyota Collision shame on you for your unethical business practices. Please be aware of this place and stay away from it. I drove off to Molle Audi dealership across the street to make them aware of my incident asking for help. No manager was on site available, the customer service was trying to help while the sales people were trying to sale me another car. I find the Audi dealership service a nuisance. In fact very poor customer service ruining the brand image. I am shocked to see how Audi dealership in Kansas City have partnership with such of poor service business as Molle Toyota Collision. I am wondering if the Audi corporation in Germany is aware of how business is done here in USA and how their brand image is treated? Audi Shame on you!!! you are too expensive for this type of services. What a disgrace!

i recently moved from fort collins. my dealer there was fantastic. i was treated like part of the family. i own 2 audi's and a porsche911. i went out to molle to look around. spent 15 minutes inside and 15 outside. not one person greeted me even though every sales desk had someone sitting there. what a disgrace. i'm going to be buying my next audi in fort collins. kansas city has several good shops to service these cars. i'd never go back to molle. besides, they only off the audi club discount on parts!

At first I thought we were the only one's treated poorly at this dealer but after seeing all these other posts I know it's just the dealer itself! Long story short the salesman acted like we were wasting his time and never followed up with us like he promised so we went with a Lexus ES350. Wasn't all that impressed with the A6 anyways, over-priced and lacking the power I expected from it!! Glad we didn't waste the money. : )

I purchased a Q5 when it was first released in 2009. I have had a plethora of issues with this car. The issues range from a a faulty gas cap and headlights that burned out twice within the first year of ownership to a problem with the emission and steering. All cars have problems, but Molle was downright rude and inept in fixing the problems. For the steering issue my car was 4 days from the end of the warranty and Molle refused to admit that there was a problem despite an assessment from an outside mechanic. I know that Audi makes a great car, but people should think twice before purchasing anything from Molle Audi. They treat customers rudely and can't service Audi cars.

I bought my S4 at a dealer in Minneapolis, MN before moving to the KC area. I have had my car serviced there 2 times and had a fog light replaced since. Molle seems to do a great job at service and repair, but never seem to be able to offer a loaner car, even when scheduling an appointment several weeks in advance. This is a major problem to anyone with a job - and to drive an Audi, most people need to work. Anyway, I have been in the market for a new or used SUV for about 8 months and naturally started my search at Molle since I love my S4. I test drove a new Q7 and a used Q5, and then... nothing. Not a single followup call to see if I wanted one of the cars or not. I recently went back and tried a different salesman with the same results. I don't find myself to be high maintenance, but simply in the interest in selling me a car, I expected some sort of followup. When I compare Molle to my dealer in Minneapolis, Molle isn't even playing in the same league. I still email my salesman in Minnesota for questions about my S4 and future upgrades to the STASIS Engineering package (which incidentally Molle doesn't even offer) and he is quick to respond and always personable. I am seriously considering buying my Audi SUV back in Minnesota. The only downside is that I'd still have to deal with Molle to get it serviced. The staff never seems friendly and the overall tenor of the place is a real downer. Overall, this car dealership has big customer service issues but seems to be OK in the service department. I really only tolerate going there because I don't have a good alternative within a reasonable driving distance.

Had a scheduled brake job and oil change this morning. 35,000 miles ago had brakes done and the bill came to a whopping $1,300....so I was mentally and reluctantly prepared to bite that same bullet. The service rep without a glimmer of guilt told me that this time the brakes will cost $1,800!!! and the oil change $200+!!!!! Add it up folks....$2,000++ for brakes and an oil change!!! I am dropping Molle and may even sell my A8!

I visited the showroom the otherday and was looking at the 2012 Audi R8 in the showroom. The salesman reluctantly came over and briefly described the vehicle and price. Seemed uninterested that I asked some questions. Had the feeling that I was wasting his time if I was not going to purchase car right then. Agree 100% with the other review. Will NEVER buy from this dealership nor recommend them.

Had been looking for purchase a Audi R8. The sales executive, as he called himself was the worst. Offered very little assistance in providing me information about the car I was looking at. Seemed like if I was not going to buy the car NOW, don;t waste my time. will NEVER shop there again. Need to clean house.
