Andy Benson made buying a new truck as easy and fun as it can be in 2021. I ordered a truck and he kept me updated on its progress until it arrived at the dealership. He made sure I got the best deal available and made setting up financing as smooth as possible. A few months later, Andy took time to help me pick out accessories and coordinate with the service department to install fender flares and get my first oil change in the same visit. I have hardly ever left a Google review and kept forgetting to leave one about them. They stepped up on a transmission replacement that they did not have to cover, but totally stepped up and did it. I have used them for vehicle purchases and services for decades and this latest transaction sealed the fact that I am a customer for life. And a big thank you to my service advisor Todd Rust. He always goes above and beyond when helping me. I should have left a bunch of 5 star reviews over the years!

Great experience overall. If you need a good salesman choose Bill Miller. He did a great job with helping me choose my Audi and get it all fixed. It had a few things that needed fixed before they sold it to me and they covered it all. Overall the only issue was the 2 week waiting period in the beginning before I could actually talk numbers and get it bought, but otherwise it was very smooth and they wanted to work with me.

I made a long distance purchase over the phone with Karl Tyler Chevrolet and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We did not get the typical car dealership experience which was great. The typical dealerships made me hate buying cars. I wish all dealerships would model their practices after Karl Tyler Chevrolet. All prices were very upfront and very reasonable deal closing fees. The salesman, Scott, didn’t pressure us at all on extra warranty options, just informed us. He was great to work with and very professional. I would certainly return to this dealership and will recommend them to anyone in search of a vehicle.

Had a great experience buying a used Suburban from Bill Miller. We dropped in on a Saturday because we'd seen one on their web site, and Bill helped us understand the many features of the vehicle and worked with us to get a great rate on financing and navigate all of the options for extended warranty and other details. We drove away with a great vehicle for us at a great price. Thanks, Bill!
